In 2017 an American actress started a movement called Metoo. Almostinstantly the word spread over the world and women from all across theglobe came together to fight the occurring sexual harassments in workenvironments. The purpose of this essay is to investigate how the Swedishlegislation protects employees from sexual harassments and whatrequirements the law place on employers proactively and reactivelyregarding sexual harassment in the workplace. Furthermore, the essay studieshow the Metoo movement has impacted the Swedish legislation and how theregulations are applied in film-and screen business regarding sexualharassment.  By studying EU law, Swedish legislation, case law, literature and otherregulations this essay will answer the thesis questions. The work withpreventing sexual harassment will never be completed for the employerbecause of the design of the regulation. With help from the Metoo movementa new sexual assault law was constructed to make to easier to be convicted ofrape. The scene and screen operation is regulated mainly by collectiveagreements because of the special work conditions

The purpose of this essay is to examine the difference in salary between a worker with a higher education and a worker who has a lot of experience in a workplace. Someone who has a high education have the right to have a salary that matches the worth of that education, but what about the loyalty that the workers who might not have the same education but have been staying in the same workplace for years? It is not as easy to value that as it can be with an education. To be able to find answers a legal method has been used. Some collective agreements have been used together with a few different laws and interviews with workers who is not happy with the salary they get. The interviews have been used to reflect how the reality is versus what the collective agreements says. In conclusion, a lot of companies are working towards being more appreciative of the loyal workers. Since education is a good enough reason for a higher salary there is not that much that is being said about it, and not any comparison between experience and education either. In this essay, this will be discussed further.

Idag är det välkänt att idrott och fysisk aktivitet medför många hälsovinster och positiva effekter som till exempel ökat välmående, bättre självkänsla och ett större välbefinnande. Stark evidens finns för att regelbunden fysisk aktivitet förebygger ohälsa, motverkar skador, sjukdomar, samt fetma och övervikt. Det är viktigt att barn och unga är fysiskt aktiva i tidig ålder, för att bibehålla en aktiv livsstil resten av livet. På senare år har allt fler tonåringar slutat med idrott och fysisk aktivitet. Under tonåren sker många utvecklingsprocesser både fysiskt och psykiskt vilket kan göra denna tid till en känslig period. Syfte Studiens syfte är att undersöka vilka som är de mest frekvent förekommande faktorerna som leder till att tonåringar slutar vara aktiva inom idrott och organiserad fysisk aktivitet. Metod Denna studie är en litteraturöversikt där vetenskapliga artiklar systematiskt söktes för att sammanställa forskningen till ett enhetligt resultat. Sökningarna genomfördes i databaserna: Academic search elite, Discovery och PubMed. Resultat 14 vetenskapliga artiklar inkluderades och genom resultatet kunde fyra olika teman skapas; psykosociala faktorer, fysiska faktorer, socioekonomiska faktorer och könsskillnader. Resultatet av denna litteraturöversikt redovisar att det finns flera olika faktorer som påverkade tonåringarna till att sluta med idrott och organiserad fysisk aktivitet. Slutsats Könsskillnader mellan flickor och pojkar, psykosocialt stöd från omgivningen, fysiskt och psykiskt mående och socioekonomisk status var faktorer som var mest frekvent förekommande och inverkade på ungdomars avhopp från idrotten.

With a changing climate, population growth and pollution, the twenty-first cen-tury imposes new challenges in the field of water distribution. International wa-tercourses are especially vulnerable, since their transboundry nature makes the water a contested resource.  Although the traditional notion that watercourses are an integral part of the sovreignity of the state, more and more states has understood the importance of regulating the relationship between states that share the same watercourse, as to avoid dispute and coordinate benefits and responsibilities. The UN water-course convention was created in 1997 to fill this gap in state-on-state relations, and to stipulate equal and sustainable shared governance.  However, the inter-national community struggled in reaching a consensus over the resource alloca-tion mechanism, despite the ambitious attempts at reaching a compromise in the lead up to the convention. This has led to a general reluctance to embrace the convention, consequently creating a discrepancy in the regulatory frame-work of the different basins. The essay will discuss the role which the international legal system plays in regulating transboundry watercourse governance in terms of resource alloca-tion, cooperation, dispute settlement and environmental considerations.
