Os romances discutidos constam do manuscrito 392 da Sala de Reservados da Biblioteca Geral da Universidade de Coimbra. Possuem um modo de expressão sensual-religioso, característica que se pode constatar a partir do léxico utilizado pelo autor e das estruturas sintáticas ambíguas encontradas em seus romances. O objetivo deste trabalho é tornar públicos os poemas de Fonseca, tomando-se como base alguns critérios da crítica textual e considerando-se a possibilidade da existência de mais de um autor com o mesmo nome, no seu tempo. Embora não se comprove a autoria, a opção feita foi a de perseguir a temática sensual e religiosa que perpassa os poemas, que são compostos segundo a prescrição de escrita do Barroco português. Quanto à metodologia e à organização, o trabalho está dividido em a) a pesquisa sobre o nome Antônio da Fonseca; b) a leitura e tratamento dos romances a partir dos manuscritos; c) atualização da ortografia d) contextualização histórica, visando a estabelecer um diálogo entre a obra do Padre e os referenciais literários de seu tempo; e) seleção dos romances de temática sensual; f) análise de três romances; e g) preparação de uma antologia, comentando características sensuais e religiosas empregadas pelo autor. A conclusão à qual se chegou é que a temática sensualidade / religiosidade, explorada pelo Padre Antônio da Fonseca, atua em consonância com a estética do Barroco, evidenciando a figura da antítese como o mais rico recurso estético deste rol de romances aqui trabalhados. / This dissertation treats about some novels written by the priest Antônio da Fonseca Soares, author who lived around the seventeenth century. The novels make part of the manuscript 392 of the Private Room of Coimbra University General Library, and they have a sensual-religous character, characteristic that can be noticed from the lexicon used by the author, and the ambiguous structures found out in his novels. The greatest scope of this work is becoming public the poems composed by Fonseca, basing on some criteria of textual review and considering the possibility of the existence of more than one author with the same name, specifically in that time. Although it's not proved the autorship, the option chosen was pursuing the sensual and religious thematic that are in those poems, which are composed according to the written prescription of the Portuguese (from Portugal) Baroque. Previous issue date: 2012 / Resumo: A presente tese inclina-se sobre a obra do escritor francês Pierre Louÿs (1870 - 1925). Estudioso dos antigos poetas gregos e entusiasta da arte antiga, Louÿs pode, num primeiro momento ser associado à escola parnasiana. Em seus primeiros poemas, bem como em diversos momentos importantes de seu trabalho, ele dedicou-se à construção de um ambiente pagão, harmonioso e aprazível, munido de uma sensualidade bastante associada à plasticidade das formas. Porém, uma propensão singular transportou igualmente seu trabalho a outro território. Propensão esta que se revela pela adoção da temática do erotismo e, sobretudo, pela forma particular com que ele apropria-se de tal matéria. Pode-se ler em seus livros uma atmosfera bela, sensual e hedonista, que ao mesmo tempo atualiza uma das grandes tradições do erotismo literário: o humor a ironia e os excessos lúbricos postos em cena para caçoar e combater as regras morais e a hipocrisia sexual da sociedade. Na combinação desses dois ideais, um estético e outro subversivo, encontramos a face particular da produção de Louÿs que servirá de guia à nossa investigação: Como defensor de uma nova maneira, mais libertária, de pensar e de lidar com as paixões do corpo, o escritor termina por criar uma série de personagens que, armados de grande beleza e de uma graciosa ironia, cumprem o papel de contestar a moral puritana. Estamos falando prioritariamente de personagens femininas, pois no trabalho deste autor uma atenção especial é concedida às mulheres. Vasta, variada e incontestavelmente sedutora é a procissão de beldades femininas que desfilam por seus livros. Mas o elemento mais interessante a se notar nessas mulheres não se resume ao quadro de seus encantos físicos, e sim algo que segue de par com eles, a saber, uma personalidade espontânea e de tendências licenciosas, dedicada especialmente à realização de uma vida plena de beleza e prazer. Tratamos, portanto, de elencar e analisar, na obra de Pierre Louÿs, uma série de personagens femininos que possuem o atributo de funcionar como um modelo de comportamento permissivo, libertário e atraente. Modelo este que é, sobretudo, o pretexto para uma literatura valiosa, ao mesmo tempo inquietante, e muito deleitável / Abstract: This thesis is based on the work of the French writer Pierre Louÿs (1870-1925). Scholar of ancient Greek poets and enthusiastic of ancient art, Louÿs may at a first moment be associated with the Parnassian school. In his early poems, as well as various important moments in his work, he devoted himself to the construction of a pagan, harmonious and enjoyable atmosphere, equipped with a sensuality somewhat associated to the plasticity of forms. However, a singular inclination transported his work to another territory as well. This inclination is revealed by the adoption of the erotic theme, and especially by the very particular way in which he embraces it. In his books one can read a beautiful, sensual and hedonistic atmosphere which equally updates one of the great traditions of literary eroticism: humor, irony and a lascivious excess brought into play to mock and scuffle society's moral rules and sexual hypocrisy. By combining these two ideals, one aesthetic and another of moral subversion, we find the particular aspect of Louÿs's work that will guide us in our investigation: As an advocate of a new, more libertarian way of thinking and dealing with the body passions, the writer ends up creating a series of characters who, armed with great beauty and graceful irony, play the role of refuting puritanical morality. We refer mostly to female characters, as in the works of this author particular attention is given to women. Vast, varied and attractive is the undoubtedly seductive procession of beauties parading through his books. But the most interesting element to be noticed in these women is not restricted to their physical charms, but rather something that matches that up, that is, their spontaneous and licentious-prone personality, expressly devoted to achieving a life full of beauty and pleasure. We tried, thus, to list and analyze, in Pierre Louÿs's work, a series of female characters that have the attribute of working as a model of a permissive, libertarian and attractive behavior. Lust att föda. En kvalitativ studie om kvinnors lustfyllda och sexuella upplevelser under födandetKarlsson, Ingrid January 2011 (has links)
The aim of the present thesis is to find deeper knowledge about women’s experiences of sexuality, desire and pleasure during childbirth. In this thesis there are statements of women’s different kinds of pleasurable and sexual feelings and experiences during birth. Furthermore, factors that may influence some women’s feelings and experiences of a sexual kind are discussed in relation to the common notion that women above all feel fear and pain when giving birth. The thesis is based on ten unstructured interviews with women who have all given birth, most of them recently and in some cases more than ten years ago. The women had all stated before the interview that they had had some kind of pleasurable and/or sexual experiences during or in connection with their childbirth.Result: Almost all of the women who were interviewed had, before giving birth, been unaware about the possibility of lustful and sexual dimensions during labour. There was one statement of experiences not being pleasurable at all during the actual birth but this woman mentioned pleasurable sensations after the baby was born. Some of the women experienced pleasurable and lustful sensations during contractions while others experienced orgasm or preorgasmic sensations during the last part of the pushing stage. There were informants who experienced feelings of desire and/or orgasmic sensations in spite of having epidural analgesia. The women who had experiences of desirable and sexual sensations all stated that these were exclusively personal with no participation from their partners. Nearly all of the participating women had kept these desirable and sexual experiences to themselves and not mentioned them to their partners or anyone else. An important finding was that feelings of shame and different kinds of taboos were the women’s main explanations for not talking about it. Discussion: The scientific literature in this field suggests the possibility of talking about four different discourses about birth. In this thesis the first is called “medical discourse”, with pain/painreleif, monitoring/security, riskthinking and technical development. The second one is named “discourse of ’naturalness’ ”, with influences of earthpower, “naturalness”, sexuality and awareness of the body. The third one is called “religious discourses”, with influences from the madonna myth, shame and taboos. The fourth discourse is called “feminist discourses” where rights, independent choices and sexuality are constituents. The findings suggests that these discourses influence each person`s experience while giving birth. The findings also suggest that, in accordance with the Sexual Script Theory, the influences can be seen on an inter-personal level, in an intra-personal level as well as on a cultural level.Conclusion: The Sexual Script Theory might be applicable as a way to understand women's experiences of sexuality while giving birth.

Making Preciousness : Interaction Design Through Studio CraftsTsaknaki, Vasiliki January 2017 (has links)
This dissertation explores value-creation in interaction design through practical collaborations with studio craftspersons. A focus is on the meaning of “preciousness” from a design perspective – what I refer to as Making Preciousness – which highlights aspects of material properties, design processes, and the attitude to the design space. Theoretically, the work takes inspiration from the Japanese philosophy of Wabi-Sabi, which is based on the fact that things are impermanent, incomplete, and imperfect. This reflects a view of preciousness beyond notions of practical use, luxury or monetary cost. In addition to theoretical studies, I engaged in practice-based research at the intersection of interaction design and studio crafts, in the domains of leather, silversmith and textile crafting. Through an approach that blends these practices with the making of interactive artefacts, preciousness for interaction design was explored. Through this work, I extract three qualities, all of which are closely linked to attributes and values embedded in the craft practices examined. I refer to these as resourceful composition, material sensuality and the aiming for mattering artefacts. Resourceful composition refers to approaching a design space “resourcefully”, meaning that the designer actively values and uses the specific qualities of materials and tools consciously, for what they are suitable for. Material sensuality is about appreciating the sensory experience of interacting with materials, arriving through particular material qualities, such as texture, temperature or smell, but also interactive qualities. Aiming for mattering artefacts involves actively designing for impermanence, incompleteness and imperfection, and through that contributing to notions of preciousness through use, care, ownership and interaction between users and artefacts over time. The attitude of making preciousness can be seen as tying together materials and making with user experiences of computational artefacts. For interaction design, this points towards making processes in which computation and material knowledge, craftsmanship and aesthetic intentions are placed at the core. These values relate to cultural, but also sensual experiences, which can be seen as under-explored in the design of interactive products. / <p>QC 20171213</p>

Es werden Fragen gestellt, was für den Menschen, für die Wahrnehmung und das Erleben seiner Welt entscheidend war. Für Barock war die Vorstellung von Gott grundlegend, diese bestimmte seine Gedankenwelt. Die physische Welt stellt aber nichts Marginales dar, Barock ist bemüht durch die physische Welt in eine andere Welt, zur Transzendenz zu gelangen. Barock führt die Maximalisierung, Steigerung, Streben bis zu dem Überirdischen durch. Die Barockwurzeln sind laut Zdeněk Kalista bis zu der Kirchenversammlung in Konstanz zu führen, denn der Auftritt von Jan Hus bringt nachhinein die europäische Intelligenz dazu, sich mit den metaphysischen Werten zu beschäftigen; des weiteren ist es das Buch des französischen Kardinals Pierre d'Ailly mit dem Titel Imago mundi, das den inspirierenden Moment für die Erkundungsreise Kolumbus' darstellt. Die Erschließung der Übersee spiegelte sich dann in der Zeitgeschichte - es war ein Durchbruch ins Unendliche. Cette recherche met en évidence l'importance de la sensorialité dans le traiement des enfants autistes. Je propose la notion de co-sensualité en tant qu'organisateur de la relation de type primaire et rends compte du rôle qu'elle joue dans l'émergence du Moi. A partir d'un dispositif thérapeutique nommé "Boîte de résonance interne" qui s'appuie sur des postulats psychanalytiques autour du Moi-peau, la fonction contenant-contenu-conteneur et les enveloppes physiques, articulées au concept de dialogue tonico-émotionnel et d'accordage affectif. C'est la figuration d'un espace contenant susceptible de mobiliser la sensorialité tactile, sonore, visuelle, olfactive et kinesthésique dans une dynamique de rencontre visant une libidinisation du lien de type primaire et favorisant l'intériorisation de la fonction contenant et la constitution du Moi. Par l'étude de quatre cas cliniques, je mets en évidence la place que cette notion peut occuper dans le travail thérapeutique tant dans la mobilisation de la pulsion d'attachement comme dans la constitution du Moi corporel et psychique. Je propose l'idée que dans la co-sensualité, l'expérience sensorielle de deux corps, celui de l'enfant et celui du thérapeute s'inscrit dans un système de partage et de résonance affective et s'élabore à partir du travail de figuration proposé par le thérapeute. / The aim of this research is to point out the importance of sensoriality as means of intersubjective encounter starting from the notion of sensuality. I am tryng to show that this concept can take a function as organizer of a primary type relationship and the part it development of a therapeutic device that I have named inernal resonance box which is based on assumptions of psychoanalytic currents around the Ego-skin content-container function and the psychic envelopes articulated around notions of emotional adjustment and emotionally-tonic adjustment. I present this device, as representation of a space-content, able to mobilize the sensoriality such as touch, sound, visual,olfactory and kinesthetic in a dynamic encounter for the purpose of a libidinization of primary type link wich favours prymary internalization of the contenant function and structure of the Ego in both physical and psychological dimensions in relational dynamics. By studing four children who were followed in the internal resonance box, I point out the part that this notion plays in therapeutic work. I suggest the idea that in co-sensuality, the sensorial experience of two bodies, the child's and the therapist's, will be part of a sharing and "emotional resonance" system, developed from the representation work offered by therapist in the "content" position. / La presente investigación tiene por objetivo de mostrar la importancia de la sensorialidad como medio de encuentro ínter subjectiva, a través de la noción de co-sensualidad. Se trata de poner en evidencia la función que puede tomar como organizador de la relación primaria y el papel que desempeña en el advenimiento del Yo. Esta investigación trata de la construcción de un dispositivo terapéutico llamado “caja de resonancia interna” que se apoya sobre postulados del campo psicoanalítico alrededor del Yo-piel, la función contenante y contenedor, como también las envolturas psíquicas, en articulación a la noción de acorde afectivo y ajuste tónico-emocional.El dispositivo es considerado como una figuración de un espacio contenedor, susceptible de movilizar la sensorialidad táctil, sonora, visual, olfativa y kinestésica, en una dinámica de encuentro, a fines de libidinalización del vínculo relacional de tipo primario, el cual favoriza la interiorización de la función contenante y la constitución del Yo en sus dos dimensiones corporal y psíquica, en una dinámica relacional.Les propongo articulaciones conceptuales que permiten aclarar la noción de co-sensualidad y poner en evidencia su función en la estructuración de la relación inter subjetiva de tipo primario, en el marco del tratamiento de niños que presentan un funcionamiento de tipo autístico. A través el estudio de caso de cuatro situaciones clínicas, se pone en evidencia el sitio que la noción de co-sensualidad puede tomar en el trabajo terapéutico. Se propone la idea que en la co-sensualidad, la experiencia sensorial de dos cuerpos (terapeuta y niño) va inscribirse en un sistema de comunicación y de resonancia afectiva, elaborada sobre la base del trabajo de figuración del terapeuta que se halla en posición de “contenedor”. Se trata de mostrar el trabajo de traducción de la experiencia sensorial, operada por el terapeuta quien se apoya sobre su propia subjetividad y objetos internalizados. Los estudios de caso nos dejan pensar que la co-sensualidad está arraigada en un baño de cultura y de lengua pre-existente en el sujeto “contenedor”, y que es transmitido de manera inconsciente, dando origen a la emergencia de una subjetivación específica a cada individuo. Se considera la diversidad de modos de relación al mundo que se actualizan en el encuentro y que son vehiculados a través de los mecanismos de identificación adhesiva y proyectiva, actualizados en el trabajo terapéutico de figuración.

Les différents tabous dans le contact entre sexes dans la culture musulmane, conduisent à questionner la relation entre les fondements moraux et institutionnels, et la représentation de la sensualité à l'écran. L'évolution de l'expression de la sensualité dans le cinéma tunisien est atypique : elle est passée d'un régime de permissivité au cours des années 1960-1970 à un régime de restrictions et d'interdits. Les paradoxes de l'évolution sont que le discours libéral a disparu. Le problème central est le rapport de possession de l'homme au nu féminin, et de manière annexe, son approche de la sensualité, de l'érotisme, et de tout ce qui touche, de près ou de loin; le contact. La séparation des sexes est comblée par le voyeurisme, qui prend pour objet un monde féminin fantasmé et parfois menaçant. L'axe dramatique qui conditionne le traitement cinématographique de la sensualité, est la séparation spatiale et sociale des sexes.Qu'entend-on par sensualité dans un système de séparation des sexes ? La sensualité est le plaisir même, en passant par le regard, le toucher et par l'apparence. Comment cette sensualité est-elle permise ou non permise ? Le phénomène de la séparation des sexes relatif à la société tunisienne, est marqué dans le corps lui-même par le moyen de la distinction et des types de comportements requis de part et d'autre. L'entre soi du genre peut glisser vers des thématiques homosexuelles fortement allusives. / The various taboos in the contact between the sexes in Muslim culture lead to questioning the relationship between the moral and institutional foundations and the representation of sensuality on the screen. The evolution of the expression of sensuality in Tunisian cinema is atypical: it evolved from a permissive regime in the 1960s to a regime of restrictions and prohibitions. The paradoxes of this evolution are that the liberal discourse has disappeared. The central problem is the relation of man's possession to the feminine nude, and, in an ancillary manner, his approach to sensuality, eroticism, and ail that touches, near or far; the contact. The separation of the sexes is filled by voyeurism, which takes as its object a feminine world fantasized and sometimes menacing. The dramatic axis that determines the cinematographic treatment of sensuality is the spatial and social separation of the sexes. What is meant by sensuality in a system of separation of the sexes? Sensuality is the pleasure itself, passing by the look, the touch and by the appearance. How is this sensuality allowed or not allowed? The phenomenon of the separation of the sexes relative to the Tunisian society is marked in the body itself by means of the distinction and the types of behaviors required on both sides. The inter-self of the gender can slip towards heavily allusive homosexual themes.

The empirical part focused on the development of intellectual and social abilities in connection with the development of drawings, a boy with psychiatric diagnosis.
