Magistro darbe, remiantis Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių darbais, išanalizuota vartotojų elgsenos objektas kitų mokslų atžvilgiu, išsiaiškinti vartotojų elgsenai įtaką darantys išoriniai ir vidiniai veiksniai, bei vartotojų sprendimo priėmimo etapai. Išanalizuota sportinė veikla bei sporto paslaugų ir marketingo sistema. Praktinėje tyrimo dalyje identifikuoti ir įvertinti privačių ir visuomeninių sporto paslaugų vartotojų elgsenos veiksniai, įtakoję lankytojų apsisprendimui pasirenkant sporto klubą. Nepasitvirtino pirma autorės suformuluota hipotezė, jog privačių sporto klubų pasirinkimą sąlygoja prieinamos kainos; pasitvirtino antra hipotezė, jog visuomeninių sporto klubų pasirinkimą lemia draugų, pažįstamų rekomendacijos renkantis sporto klubą. Atlikus tyrimo metu gautų duomenų analizę, darbo pabaigoje pateiktos abibendrintos išvados ir rekomendacijos, kurios gali būti naudingos privačių ir visuomeninių sporto klubų vadovams, siekiantiems geriau pažinti sporto paslaugų vartotojų elgseną. / In this master‘s work it‘s analysed object of consumers behaviour in respects of other sciences, developed external and internal factors that makes influence to a consumers behaviour, also consumers stages in making decisions, upon to works of lithuanian and foreign authors. In the practical part it‘s identified also estimated factors of consumers behaviour in privat and public sport clubs, that made influence to aconsumers decision choosing them. First author‘s hypothesis, that choosing privat sport club causes reasonable prices, didn‘confirmed. But it confirmed second hypothesis, that choosing public sport club, causes frieds recomendations. After analysis of datas given from research, at the end of work, it was given generalized conclusions and recomendations, that can be useful for a privat either public sport clubs leaders, who are trying to know more about sport clubs consumers behaviour.

78 14 ABSTRACT The thesis discusses the issue of criminal liability in the sport with a focus on criminal liability of sport's injuries, doping and corruption. After a general introduction to the definition of sport and sport's law, the author focuses on the relationship between sport and law, especially criminal law. Subsequently, the thesis is devoted to sport's injuries from several points of view. At first, attention is paid to the connection between the current Czech Criminal Code and liability for sport's injuries, especially with regard to the mandatory features of the offense. In addition, it is briefly discussed the applicable circumstances excluding criminal liability. These circumstances are also devoted to next chapter which is dealing with the basic doctrinal theories formed abroad. The author attempts to bring his opinion on the possible application of these theories in Czech law. The following chapter focuses on the analysis of all relevant Czech criminal case law with an addition of one crucial civil judicial decision on the field of liability for sport's injuries. School sport’s cluster like additional education form In this work attention is given to one of out –off-school activities example – sport’s cluster like additional education form. Wich would nurture and reinforce not only during lesson time achived knowledge, but alsowould help to form good future citizen and human, wich has values, goals, aim. Lately big attention is given to children and youth business, lack of it and possible connection to youth criminal problems of it. By different means and ways there is desire to increase schoolchildren business, education, nurturing. Research subject: sport’s clusters education possibilities. The goal of the work is to detect attitude of Vilnius city schools teachers and pupils to schools sport’s clusters activities and educational possibilities by pedagogical and social aspect. To achieve this goal the following issues have been analyzed: out-off-school sport’s activities in Vilnius city for pupils, also realistic sport’s activity as educational method. Also analyzed influance of economic enviromental elements to schoolchildren in out-off-class activities. This thesis is dealing with the issue of a sportsman criminal liability in situations where he causes or attempts to cause injury and commits the offence against the health and life of a person. The thesis aims to describe and explain fundamental terms of the issue together with its the historical review, with regards to the autonomy of sport, the relationship of the sport rules with the legal rules of criminal law. The core part of the thesis devoted to the research of the issue with respect to relevant statutes, sport self governing rules, legal literature and judicial decisions. First part of the thesis is consisted of legal analysis on whether injury caused during sport can amount to criminal offence. Such legal analysis is conducted in a manner whereby the the individual ingredients of an offence are confronted with conduct of sportsmen. The author does not forget to apply circumstances excluding criminal liability in the field of sport injuries. The applicable circumstances are the consent of the injured, excusable risk, exercise of rights and permitted activity. The conditions for individial circumstances to apply are thoroughly analysed. Aptarti lyderių tipus ir lyderystės sampratą. 3. Išanalizuoti lyderystės raišką sporto mokyklose. 4. Nustatyti vadovavimo stilius Šiaulių sporto mokyklose. 5. Išskirti asmenines savybes, kuriomis turėtų pasižymėti sporto mokyklos vadovas. Tiriamasis klausimas: Kokie veiksniai įtakoja lyderystės raišką sporto mokyklose? Šiuo bakalauro baigiamuoju darbu siekta išanalizuoti lyderystės raišką Šiaulių sporto mokyklose. Tyrimo metu siekta išsiaiškinti kokiomis vadovo – lyderio savybėmis pasižymi Šiaulių sporto mokyklų vadovai, ir kokios yra pageidaujamos sporto mokyklų vadovų – lyderių savybės. Taip pat siekta nustatyti lyderiavimo stilius, vadovų – lyderių asmenines savybes, bei sužinoti kokios, trenerių nuomone, yra svarbiausios asmeninės savybės, kuriomis turėtų pasižymėti sporto organizacijos vadovas – lyderis. Atlikus tyrimą paaiškėjo, jog Šiaulių sporto mokyklų vadovams būdingi darnaus ir į darbuotojus orientuoto lyderio stiliai. L'intérêt porté à la fois par les médias et les scientifiques, à la problématique de la retraite sportive de haut niveau et des avatars qui l'accompagnent, se veut relativement récent. Ainsi, si les travaux de recherche se sont multipliés au cours de ces vingt dernières années, entrant dans une aire particulièrement féconde, les tentatives successives de modélisation théorique du processus de reconversion se sont néanmoins heurtées à la difficulté de la spécification de la retraite sportive et laissent en suspens certaines questions.Dans ce contexte, la présente étude se veut novatrice dans sa double composante théorique et méthodologique. En effet, en référence aux champs de la psychanalyse et de la psychodynamique, c'est la problématique du fonctionnement intrapsychique en tant que déterminant de la qualité de la reconversion qui est posée ici.Ainsi, les hypothèses originales développées seront mises à l'épreuve à travers une étude comparative de trois cas cliniques contrastés (reconversion réussie/mitigée/échouée), envisagée dans une double perspective clinique et projective jamais utilisée. Les résultats qui en découlent laissent entrevoir une corrélation entre la qualité des mécanismes intrapsychiques impliqués (mentalisation, espace imaginaire, aménagement défensif) et la qualité de la reconversion. En outre, une seconde variable émerge, de manière inattendue, de cette étude : elle concerne les possibilités d'étayage externe et apparait comme un facteur différenciateur de la qualité de la reconversion envisagée sur un continuum.De telles données, particulièrement novatrices, demandent cependant à être confirmées, généralisées. / The interest of both media and scientists to the topic of high-level sport's retirement and its difficulties is relatively recent. Thus, if researches multiplied in the last twenty years, in a particularly prosper area, successive attempts of reconversion process' theoretical models met nevertheless the difficulty of sport's retirement specificities and cannot answer certain questions.In such a context, this study is new from the two perspectives: theoretical and methodological. Indeed, referring to theoretical fields of psychoanalysis and psychodynamics, it is the question of psychic mechanisms as a determinant of reconversion's quality which is put into question.Thus, original developed hypothesis will be tested through a comparative study of three clinical cases (succeeded/mitigated/failed reconversion), evaluated from a clinical and projective perspective never used before.The results may conclude to a correlation between psychic mechanisms' quality (mentalization, fantasy space, defensive mechanisms) and reconversion's quality.One more, a second variable appeared out of this study, unexpected: it concerns external support's possibilities and it seems that it can be a distinctive factor of the reconversion's quality, such as a continuum.Nevertheless, these brand new results require to be confirmed, generalized.

Ao aproximarem-se os megaeventos esportivos no Brasil, a quantidade de discursos visando à ampliação e a promoção mais efetiva do esporte educacional, aumentam de forma exponencial. Ao pensar, portanto, na relevância de tal evento no contexto educacional do esporte, e a referência do estado de São Paulo na consecução de políticas públicas para o setor esportivo, o presente estudo teve o objetivo geral de investigar e analisar as políticas públicas de esporte educacional organizadas pela Secretaria de Esporte, Lazer e Juventude do estado de São Paulo (SELJ), considerando o contexto de realização dos Jogos Olímpicos de 2016. Os objetivos secundários versaram sobre: investigar como se dão as políticas públicas de esporte educacional da SELJ, inquirir se essas políticas visam um modelo de formação cidadã e analisar o impacto dos Jogos Olímpicos de 2016 nesses modelos. Dessa forma, foi utilizada, como ferramenta de coleta de informações e análise, a triangulação de dados. Foi adotada a utilização de entrevista semiestruturada, diário de campo e pesquisa documental. Constatou-se que o esporte educacional nas ações da SELJ apresenta-se a partir de duplo viés, adotando em alguns casos os predicados do alto rendimento, em outros os de participação. A formação cidadã é referida como finalidade dos projetos do esporte educacional na Secretaria, todavia tal iniciativa não é acompanhada pelos programas de ação propostos. A realização dos Jogos Olímpicos no País provocou o acirramento de novos discursos de legitimação da piramidização das políticas de esporte educacional. Também foi notado o caráter imediato e o incremento de discursos e algumas ações para o segmento. Assim, o processo de formação cidadã por intermédio do esporte educacional nos programas da SELJ, em tempos de megaevento esportivo compreende um cenário paradoxal / Abstract: Educational sport consisted of controversial ways in political history in Brasil, for being a large sportive manifestation, which involves either competitions based in selectivity and achievement of the best performance or projects which the goal is the sport's access and its democratization. As sports events are approaching in Brazil, the quantity of speeches aiming the enlarge and promotion of educational sports increases in exponential way. Therefore, thinking about the relevance of such event in the educational context of sport, and the reference of the State of Sao Paulo in attainment of the public policy for the sports sector, the goal of this study was to investigate and analyze the public policies of educational sport organized by Secretaria de Esporte, Lazer e Juventude (Department of Sport, Recreation and Youth) of Sao Paulo state, considering the context of the head of the Olympic Games of 2016. The secondary goals were: to investigate how the public policies of the educational sport of SELJ works, to inquire if these policies aim a citizen training and to analyze the impacts of 2016 Olympic Games in these models. This way, were used as a data collection tools, a semi-structured interview, field diary and documentary research. It was found that the educational sport on SELJ actions presents as double bias, in some ways adopting the predicates of high performance and another to participate. The citizen training is referred as the goal of the project of educational sport in the Department, however the initiative is not accompanied by the action programs proposed. The holding of Olympic Games in the country caused the worsening of new speeches of legitimation and pyramiding of educational sport policies. It was also noticed the immediacy and the increase of speeches and some actions to this segment. Analizuojamos priežastys, paskatinusios tokios veiklos atsiradimą, taip pat tokios veiklos nauda sportininkams. Pateikiama Lietuvos universitetų, remiančių sportininkus- studentus, analizė. / The present research focuses on the athletes' dual careers and its implementation in the European Union and Lithuanian universities. It also analyzes the main reasons which caused the rise of such phenomenon, as well as the profit of the dual careers for athletes. The analysis of Lithuanian universities which support student- athletes is presented in the research.
