Cette thèse est consacrée à l'étude des fibres de l'application moment du système de Mumford (pair ou impair) d'ordre g>0. Ces fibres sont paramétrées par des courbes hyperelliptiques de genre g. Comme l'a démontré Mumford, la fibre au-dessus d'une telle courbe lisse est la jacobienne de la courbe, moins son diviseur thêta. Nous décrivons les fibres au-dessus d'une courbe singulière, à la fois de manière algébrique et géométrique. Pour ce faire, nous utilisons de façon essentielle les g champs de vecteurs du système de Mumford, qui définissent une stratification de chaque fibre, où chaque strate est isomorphe à une strate particulière (dite maximale) d'une fibre d'un système de Mumford d'ordre inférieur. Sur cette strate, tous les champs de vecteurs du système de Mumford sont linéairement indépendants en tout point. Nous décrivons cette strate comme un ouvert de la jacobienne généralisée d'une courbe hyperelliptique singulière. Nous montrons également que sur la jacobienne généralisée, les champs de Mumford sont des champs invariants par translation. / This thesis is dedicated to the study and to the description of the fibres of the momentum map of the (even or odd) Mumford system of degree g>0. These fibres are parameterized by hyperelliptic curves. Mumford proved that each fiber over a smooth curve is isomorphic to the Jacobian of the curve, minus its theta divisor. We give a geometrical as well as an algebraic description of the fibers over any singular curve. The geometrical description uses in an essential way the g vector field of the Mumford system. They define a stratification of each fiber where each stratum is isomorphic to a particular stratum, called the maximal stratum, of a fiber of a Mumford system of degree at most g. The algebraic description uses the theory of subresultants, which is applied to the polynomials which parametrize the points of phase space. We show that every stratum is isomorphic with an affine part of the generalized Jacobian of a singular hyperelliptic curve. We also prove that the Mumford vector fields are translation invariant on these generalized Jacobians.

Para classificar o tipo de contato de planos e esferas com a superfície, precisamos entender que tipos de singularidades podem surgir nas funções altura e distância ao quadrado. Para isso, estudamos também símbolos de Boardman e pontos especiais denominados roundings e flattenings. / The geometry of surfaces can be studied by the viewpoint of contact, using tools of Singularity Theory. More precisely, on studying the singularities of two special functions, height function, that measures the contact with hiperplanes, and the distance squared function, that measures the contact with hiperspheres. Our goal in this work is the study of contact between a corank 1 surface of R3 and planes and spheres. For this, we study the basic theory for these surfaces, i.e., their tangent space and normal, the fundamental forms, asymptotic directions and the definition and properties of a special curvature called umbilic curvature. In order to classify the contact type of planes and spheres with the surface, we need to understand what types of singularities may arise in the height and distance squared functions. With this goal, we study the Boardman symbols and special points called roundings and flattenings.

Being authorship an effort the subject does discursively, organizing such expressive resources in the way to singularize himself in a certain domain – from the possibilities that discursive formation offers, by delimiting an action space despite social, historical coercions in which he is submitted (POSSENTI, 2002; BAPTISTA, 2005; RIBEIRO, 2006) –, there has been chosen for authorship analysis in travelers stories tree categories which allowed the research, namely: the story structure, the linguistics marcs that revealed the authorship work and the discursive memory. The methodological path shows the criterions we used to selection, organization and constitution of a timeline for the stories, composed by one text related to each century from the time profile we did. Next, the results point that authorship in travelers stories is built when the narrator works with linguistic resources which evidence individual and institutional structures simultaneously, for they identify the storyteller as the written text author and they define a collateral and mediate authorship in which the presence of the designator authorship focus. Those resources converge to the production of a story that is characterized, mainly, for the expansions catalytic and indexing (BARTHES, 2006), which, being defined the subject’s historical-ideological status, result in strongly evaluative character descriptions. Ultimately, the authorship in these stories is also configured in the construction of a diachronic memory about Brazil, which serves to discourses previously produced, showing a re-signification process, translated in gestures that individualize the work of the language subject / Esta pesquisa objetiva analisar a constituição da autoria em narrativas de viajantes que estiveram no Brasil entre os séculos XVI a XIX. Entendendo a autoria como o trabalho que o sujeito empreende discursivamente, ao agenciar determinados recursos expressivos de modo a singularizar-se no interior de um determinado domínio – a partir das possibilidades que a formação discursiva oferece, demarcando um espaço de ação a despeito das coerções sócio-históricas a que está submetido (POSSENTI, 2002; BAPTISTA, 2005; RIBEIRO, 2006) –, foram eleitas, para a análise da autoria em narrativas de viajantes, três categorias que permitiram a operacionalização da pesquisa, quais sejam: a estrutura narrativa, as marcas linguísticas reveladoras do trabalho autoral e a memória discursiva. O percurso metodológico apresenta os critérios adotados para a seleção, organização e constituição do corpus, que culminou no estabelecimento de uma diacronia de narrativas, composta por um texto relativo a cada século do recorte temporal feito. A seguir, a exposição dos resultados demonstra que a autoria em narrativas de viajantes é constituída quando os narradores agenciam recursos linguísticos que evidenciam estruturas individuais e institucionais simultaneamente, pois, ao mesmo tempo em que identificam o narrador como autor do texto escrito, marcam uma autoria colateral e mediata na qual incide a presença da autoridade designadora. Tais recursos convergem para a produção de uma narrativa que se caracteriza, sobretudo, pelas expansões catalíticas e indiciárias (BARTHES, 2006), que, dada a posição histórico-ideológica dos sujeitos, resultam em descrições de caráter fortemente avaliativo. Por fim, a autoria nessas narrativas também se configura na construção de uma memória diacrônica sobre o Brasil, que faz recurso a discursos anteriormente produzidos, apresentando um processo de ressignificação, traduzido em gestos que individualizam o trabalho do sujeito na linguagem

Este trabalho buscou analisar o potencial educativo/subversivo das rádios comunitárias, tendo como base um trabalho feito pela Secretaria de Assistência Social do Município de Duque de Caxias no período de 2007, que foi a implantação do Projeto Agente Jovem de Desenvolvimento Social e Humano na rádio comunitária, Radio Juventude. Através do diálogo com os autores pós-estruturalistas Deleuze, Guattari , Negri, dentre outros, e utilizando-se dos conceitos de Singularidade, Linhas de fuga e Império tentou esboçar as possibilidades de enfrentamento existentes na contemporaneidade. Tal potencialidade, nos ajuda a entender por que desde o movimento das primeiras rádios livres na Itália , até os dias atuais , as rádios comunitárias , representam uma ameaça as mídias de massa a medida que potencializa e possibilita novos agenciamentos coletivos de produção de subjetividade sendo seu produto resultante de processos de cooperação.Atuando como canais de expressão da cultura local e de fortalecimento da democracia. Resagata os princípios filosóficos das teorias anarquistas, de afirmação da liberdade e de negação da dominação, afim de reiventar uma Educação dinâmica e autônoma. / This study aimed to analyze the educational potential/subversive of community radios, on the basis of a work done by the Secretariat of Social Assistance of Duque de Caxias in the period of 2007, which was the implementation of the Project Young Agent of Social and Human Development in the communitarian radio, radio Juventude. Through the dialog with the authors powders ? structuralists Deleuze, Guattari, Negri, among others, and making use of the concepts of Peculiarity, Lines of escape and Empire it tried to sketch the means of enfrentamento existent in the contemporaneousness. Such a potentiality, in it helps to understand why from the movement of the first free radios in Italy, up to the current days, the communitarian radios, the measure represents a threat the media of mass that potencializa and it makes possible new collective agenciamentos of production of subjectivity being his resultant product of processes of cooperation.Acting as channels for the expression of the local culture and strengthen democracy. It Rescues the philosophical principles of anarchist theories, of affirmation of freedom and of denial of domination, in order to reinvent a education dynamic and autonomous.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / A formação de sujeitos cooperativos é uma demanda da sociedade contemporânea, que o Colégio Pedro II assumiu como compromisso em seu Projeto Político-Pedagógico, ao afirmar o aluno que pretende formar: cidadãos críticos, orientados para a cooperação igualitária, ética, mais fraterna e solidária. O modo como se investe na formação do sujeito cooperativo, nas práticas cotidianas do Colégio Pedro II, é o objeto deste estudo. O objetivo é analisar a formação do cidadão cooperativo, como um processo de produção de subjetividades, que tem início nas lógicas que circulam em nossa sociedade. O objetivo específico é investigar o lugar que a formação do sujeito cooperativo ocupa nas práticas de docentes e gestores do Colégio Pedro II, e em que medida elas são direcionadas pelas políticas públicas, como os Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais, e pelo Projeto Político Pedagógico, do Colégio. A pesquisa se concentrou no Pedrinho, na Unidade São Cristóvão I, no período posterior à elaboração e publicação do atual Projeto Político Pedagógico, embora não seja possível descartar a história do Colégio, na busca de elementos que expliquem a realidade atual. A construção do campo de investigação se deu a partir da análise de documentos do Colégio, dos registros de oficinas de Jogos Cooperativos, reuniões pedagógicas e administrativas, bem como entrevistas com docentes que representaram a Unidade São Cristóvão I, na Congregação do CP II. Ao final, foi possível perceber que são múltiplos os caminhos, entre o documento e o investimento na formação do sujeito cooperativo, entre outros motivos porque são muitos os sentidos dados ao termo cooperação. Alem disso, há pelo menos, dois movimentos. Um que busca a orientação da conduta, a governamentalidade, pela atualização dos mecanismos disciplinares e de controle, utilizados desde a fundação do Imperial Colégio de Pedro II. Outro movimento busca produzir uma linha de fuga, uma alternativa, no Pedrinho, às relações competitivas e individualistas produzidas pela lógica capitalista, em nossa sociedade, e estabelecidas há quase três séculos no Colégio Pedro II. As políticas públicas de currículo produziram práticas pedagógicas, discursivas e não discursivas, no cotidiano escolar, e algumas dessas práticas podem contribuir para a produção de subjetividades cooperativas, mesmo que este não seja o foco da ação docente. Mas, sem dúvida, alguns docentes e gestores estão investindo na formação de cidadãos cooperativos, seja pensando em alunos e trabalhadores virtuosos ou apenas em pessoas mais felizes. Ainda há espaço para a produção de singularidades, na microfísica do cotidiano. / The formation of cooperative subjects is a demand of contemporary society, which Colégio Pedro II (CP II) assumed as commitment to its Political-Pedagogical Project, affirming the student it intends to form: 'critical citizens, focused on equal cooperation, ethics, more fraternal and supportive". The way one invests in the education of the cooperative subject, in the daily practices of the Colégio Pedro II, is the object of this study. The purpose is to analyze the formation of cooperative citizen, as a process of subjectivities production, which begins in the logical that circulate in our society. The specific objective is to investigate the place that the formation of the cooperative subject occupies in the practices of teachers and administrators of the Colégio Pedro II, and to what extent they are driven by public policy, such as the National Curriculum, and the Political Pedagogical Project, of the school. The research focused on Pedrinho, in Unit São Cristóvão I, in the period subsequent to the preparation and publication of the Current Political Pedagogical Project, although its impossible to rule out the history of the school, to find elements that explain the current reality. The construction of the research field was made based on an analysis of documents from the school, records of workshops of Cooperative Games, pedagogical and administrative meetings, as well as interviews with teachers who represented Unit São Cristóvão I, in the Congregation of CP II. At the end, it was revealed that there are multiple paths between the document and the investment in the training of cooperative subject, among other reasons because there are many meanings given to the term cooperation. Furthermore, there are at least two lines: one who seeks the guidance of conduct, governmentality, by the updating of disciplinary and control mechanisms, used since the foundation of the Imperial Colégio de Pedro II. Another group seeks the production of a line of flight, an alternative, in Pedrinho, to competitive and individualistic relations produced by the capitalist logic, in our society, and established almost three centuries ago in the Colégio Pedro II. Curriculum public policies have produced pedagogical practices, discursive and non-discursive, at school daily-life, and some of these practices may contribute to the production of cooperatives subjectivities, even if this is not the focus of the teaching action. But, undoubtedly, some teachers and administrators are investing in the training of cooperative citizens, either by thinking of virtuous students and workers or just happier people. There is still room for the production of singularities in the microphysics of daily life.

In the repertoire of an experimental condensed matter physicist, the ability to tune continuously through features in the electronic structure and to selectively break point-group symmetries are both valuable techniques. The experimental technique at the heart of this dissertation, uniaxial stress, can do both such things. The thesis will start with a thorough discussion of our new technique, which was continually developed over the course of this work, presenting both its unique capabilities and also some guidance on the best working practices, before moving on to describe results obtained on two different strongly correlated electron materials. The first, Sr2RuO4, is an unconventional superconductor, whose order parameter has long been speculated to be odd-parity. Of interest to us is the close proximity of one of its three Fermi surfaces to a Van Hove singularity (VHs). Our results strongly suggest that we have been able to traverse the VHs, inducing a topological Lifshitz transition. T[sub]c is enhanced by a factor ~2.3 and measurements of H[sub](c2) open the possibility that optimally strained Sr2RuO4 has an even-parity, rather than odd-parity, order parameter. Measurements of the normal state properties show that quasiparticle scattering is increased across all the bands and in all directions, and effects of quantum criticality are observed around the suspected Lifshitz transition. Sr3Ru2O7 has a metamagnetic quantum critical endpoint, which in highly pure samples is masked by a novel phase. Weak in-plane magnetic fields are well-known to induce strong resistive anisotropy in the novel phase, leading to speculation that a spontaneous, electronically driven lowering of symmetry occurs. Using magnetic susceptibility and resistivity measurements we can show that in-plane anisotropic strain also reveals the strong susceptibility to electronic anisotropy. However, the phase diagram that these pressure measurements reveal is consistent only with large but finite susceptibility, and not with spontaneous symmetry reduction.

Foram analisadas duas experiências de performance coral em diálogo com as teorias apresentadas, considerando fatores extramusicais. / This work approaches the choir practice, as from contemporary cultural theories, in Brazilian groups that stood out for its non-alignment to the hegemony, and also by my own experience as a conductor. The theoretical support is based on Guattari, about subjectivity and singularity processes; Rancière, art and resistance; Bourdieu, the construction of taste; Quijano and Mignolo, Decoloniality. Two choral performances were analyzed, in dialogue with theories presented, considering extra-musical issues.

La technologie et le progrès technologique occupent une place centrale dans l'histoire et dans l'imaginaire américain. En même temps que la Révolution Industrielle apparaissent aux États-Unis les premières réelles expressions d'un utopisme technologique loin de se confiner à la littérature ou à la seule fiction - la nation et le monde pourront bientôt être transformés pour le meilleur par la technologie américaine. La science-fiction s'emparera bientôt de l'idée, traduisant aujourd'hui encore un rêve et des valeurs étroitement associés à l'identité et au projet national et reposant au cœur de l'imaginaire du pays. Le techno-utopisme contemporain, s'il s'appuie sur la « convergence NBIC » (Nano-Bio-Info-Cogno), tend cependant à se focaliser sur les transformations du corps humain lui-même. Le mouvement transhumaniste, qui s'attend à une transformation radicale du monde (la Singularité) grâce notamment aux nanotechnologies et aux intelligences artificielles, met ainsi l'accent sur l'impact que pourraient avoir ces technologies, ainsi que les biotechnologies (ingénierie génétique, cellules souches, clonage), sur un corps et une conscience améliorés ou « augmentés », ainsi que sur l'organisation sociale de demain. Tant est si bien qu'on ne pourrait bientôt plus parler d'humanité mais bien de posthumanité. Le cinéma de science-fiction hollywoodien, en tant que mode d'expression culturel central à la culture américaine moderne, met lui-même en scène et réfléchit ces rêves de sublimation et ces cauchemars de déshumanisation. Les films du corpus (les Tron, RoboCop, Star Trek First Contact et Insurrection, Gattaca, la trilogie Matrix, The 6th Day, The Island, The Surrogates, Terminator IV, les deux Iron Man, Avatar, notamment) proposent leurs propres versions successives des dilemmes liés aux avancées de demain mais aussi à l'interdépendance qui lie déjà les humains à leurs machines. Les acteurs en sont les machines elles-mêmes, ceux qui les contrôlent (le gouvernement fédéral, l'armée, les multinationales), les techno-utopistes et leurs ennemis Luddites, les scientifiques, les ingénieurs et les hackers, mais aussi une humanité fascinée presque malgré elle par la promesse technologique. Si cette dernière est souvent caricaturée, à Hollywood même, en un conflit opposant « technophiles » et « technophobes », les choses sont, même au cinéma, loin d'être aussi simples, en particulier depuis les années 1980. For this purpose, the current study aim to revisit the debate conducted by the author in his book The Ego and his Own, in which the modern subjectivity is presented as a result of a process that started in the antique times and the rise of christianity, pointing to the appearance of a specific type of rationality and morality, constitutive parts of that subjectivity. Moreover, the discussion turns to the characteristics that education acquires in Liberalism, pointing to a better understanding of the liberal education as a process constructing subjectivities, in which the modern rationality and morality occupy a central role to internalize and naturalize domination and governance used nowadays. Finally, we discuss the possibilities presented by the author to construct other relationships socially and pedagogically, besides the ones of subordination that define education in current times. / Este trabalho visa problematizar, por meio de um estudo bibliográfico da obra do filósofo alemão Max Stirner, o paradigma moderno que envolve a educação, mais precisamente sobre as práticas de subjetivação que constituem esse paradigma e as possibilidades de singularização como resistência a esse processo. Para isso a pesquisa retoma, num primeiro momento, o debate feito pelo autor no livro O Único e a sua propriedade, em que a constituição da subjetividade moderna é apresentada como resultado de um processo que remete à antiguidade e a ascensão do cristianismo, apontando para o surgimento de um determinado tipo de racionalidade e de moralidade que emergem como parte constitutiva dessa subjetividade. Em seguida, a discussão se volta para as características que a educação toma na modernidade, sobretudo no liberalismo, apontando para um entendimento da educação liberal como um processo de fabricação de subjetividades em que a racionalidade e a moralidade modernas ocupam um papel central na tarefa de internalização e naturalização das práticas de dominação e de governo. Ao final são abordadas as possibilidades apresentadas pelo autor para outras relações no âmbito social e da pedagogia que não as de sujeição que definem a educação na modernidade.

Este trabalho buscou analisar o potencial educativo/subversivo das rádios comunitárias, tendo como base um trabalho feito pela Secretaria de Assistência Social do Município de Duque de Caxias no período de 2007, que foi a implantação do Projeto Agente Jovem de Desenvolvimento Social e Humano na rádio comunitária, Radio Juventude. Através do diálogo com os autores pós-estruturalistas Deleuze, Guattari , Negri, dentre outros, e utilizando-se dos conceitos de Singularidade, Linhas de fuga e Império tentou esboçar as possibilidades de enfrentamento existentes na contemporaneidade. Tal potencialidade, nos ajuda a entender por que desde o movimento das primeiras rádios livres na Itália , até os dias atuais , as rádios comunitárias , representam uma ameaça as mídias de massa a medida que potencializa e possibilita novos agenciamentos coletivos de produção de subjetividade sendo seu produto resultante de processos de cooperação.Atuando como canais de expressão da cultura local e de fortalecimento da democracia. Resagata os princípios filosóficos das teorias anarquistas, de afirmação da liberdade e de negação da dominação, afim de reiventar uma Educação dinâmica e autônoma. / This study aimed to analyze the educational potential/subversive of community radios, on the basis of a work done by the Secretariat of Social Assistance of Duque de Caxias in the period of 2007, which was the implementation of the Project Young Agent of Social and Human Development in the communitarian radio, radio Juventude. Such a potentiality, in it helps to understand why from the movement of the first free radios in Italy, up to the current days, the communitarian radios, the measure represents a threat the media of mass that potencializa and it makes possible new collective agenciamentos of production of subjectivity being his resultant product of processes of cooperation.Acting as channels for the expression of the local culture and strengthen democracy. It Rescues the philosophical principles of anarchist theories, of affirmation of freedom and of denial of domination, in order to reinvent a education dynamic and autonomous.
