[pt] Diante da sociedade plural em que vivemos, na qual existem diferentes opções de identificação nas hierarquias de pertencimento, como estão representadas para jovens do Ensino Médio as questões de sexualidade? Existem mecanismos de heteronormatividade inseridos nas relações sociais, mais especificamente, nas relações escolares? Como a educação escolar trabalha a discriminação, o preconceito e a violência direcionados às sexualidades? Se existem, quais as diretrizes políticas e pedagógicas que atuam neste quadro? Esta dissertação se propõe a ser uma análise de se e como a homofobia está presente no cotidiano escolar, por isso buscou entender: (1) como os/as jovens do Ensino Médio de uma escola pública da cidade do Rio de Janeiro percebem a diversidade sexual, (2) se ocorre uma valorização da heterossexualidade e (3) como é vivenciada e discutida a diversidade sexual nesse cotidiano escolar. Para tanto, optou-se por uma pesquisa qualitativa, através de dois instrumentos: grupo focal e entrevistas semi-estruturadas, realizados com quatorze estudantes. Assim, verificaram-se, nos discursos dos/as jovens pesquisados/as, uma concordância com a existência da homofobia, vivenciada inclusive dentro da escola, e uma afirmação de que esta temática não é trabalhada nas atividades pedagógicas. Concomitante a isso, esta pesquisa também articulou algumas questões interculturais a uma proposta de ensino que valorize a diversidade sexual. Para, por fim, debater a relevância de uma educação sexual não homofóbica, voltada para a Educação Básica. / [en] Given the plural society in which we live, where different options of identification in the hierarchies of belonging, how are the questions of sexuality represented for adolescents in High School? Are there mechanisms of heteronormativity inserted in social relations, more specifically, in school relations? How does the school education deal the discrimination, prejudice and violence directed against sexualities? If in existence, which political and pedagogical directives act in this scenario? This dissertation sets itself to be an analysis of if and how homophobia is present in school daily life, in search to understand (1) how adolescents in High School of a public school of Rio de Janeiro acknowledge sexual diversity and homophobia, (2) the occurrence of an appreciation for heterosexuality and (3) how sexual diversity is experienced and discussed in school activities. For such, a qualitative research was chosen, through two instruments: focal groups and semi-structured interviews, conducted with 14 students. This way, it confirmed a concordance with the existence of homophobia was observed in the speeches of the adolescents addressed, lived even inside the school, as well a affirmation that this thematic is not inserted in pedagogical activities in and outside the classroom. Associated to this, it was also perceived the articulation of some intercultural questions to a proposal of teaching that values sexual diversity. The goal being to debate the relevance of a non-homophobic education, turned to Basic Education.

[pt] A busca constante do alinhamento às expectativas e demandas da sociedade e o interesse das organizações em buscar novos mercados no cenário atual globalizado vem gerando cada vez mais uma força de trabalho heterogênea, em termos de raça, etnia, gênero e outros grupos culturalmente diversos. Os impactos da diversidade nas organizações são muitos. Este estudo tem por objetivo investigar a relação entre liderança, gênero e a avaliação de desempenho, medida usual utilizada como base para promoções e avanços na carreira. Para tal, foram levantados dados junto a líderes de primeira linha em uma empresa do setor de energia, utilizando os questionários LMX-MDM, desenvolvido por Liden e Maslyn (1998) para medir a multidimensionalidade dos relacionamentos diádicos, e BSRI, projetado para fornecer uma avaliação dos graus de masculinidade, feminilidade e androgenia (BEM, 1981), ambas ferramentas convalidadas extensivamente em diversos países e em diferentes populações. Os dados foram tratados por meio de estatística descritiva inferencial e correlacional, em busca de uma maior compreensão de quanto o gênero afeta o alcance de posições de liderança nas organizações. / [en] A relentless pursuit of alignment of the expectations and demands of society and the interests of the organizations to seek new markets, in the current globalized scenario has been generating an increasingly heterogeneous labor force, in terms of race, ethnicity, gender, and other culturally diverse groups. The impact of diversity in organizations are many. This study aims to investigate the relationship between leadership, gender and a performance assessment, usually used as basis for promotions and career advancements. To this end, data had been raised with the leaders of the first line in a company in the sector of energy, using LMX-MDM questionnaires, developed by Liden and Maslyn (1998) to measure the multidimensionality of dyadic relationships, and BSRI, designed to provide an assessment of the degree of masculinity, femininity and androgyny (BEM, 1981), both tools extensively validated in various countries and in different populations. The data were treated by means of descriptive and inferential statistics in search of a better understanding of how gender affects the range of leadership positions in organizations.

[pt] Qual a dimensão política da estética na hierarquia valorativa dos corpos em dada sociedade? De que modo uma experiência corporal através da dança pode contribuir na composição de outras políticas de alteridade nessa mesma sociedade? Mobilizado por estas questões, o texto investiga a trajetória de adolescentes e jovens, no contexto de projetos de natureza social e artística, na cidade de Macaé. Propõe-se a elaboração de um ensaio sobre algumas dessas experiências com a dança tendo como contraponto dois sistemas de percepção a respeito da ação dos sujeitos envolvidos nas mesmas: a concessão e o protagonismo. Portanto, antes foi necessário refletir sobre que formas de dança, técnicas e metodologias de seu ensino e processos criativos observamos. Essas trajetórias são analisadas tendo como parâmetro algumas políticas destinadas a segmentos sociais considerados excluídos na cidade e, por sua vez, alvos de programas de inclusão social no país. Tem-se como objetivo refletir sobre as categorias excluído/incluído e as concepções de sociedade que a acompanham na dimensão do estigma, procurando identificar, à luz de teorias, aberturas para a interpretação das performances dos sujeitos e grupos estudados. Através de uma abordagem etnográfica e observação participante, buscou-se uma aproximação com os envolvidos a fim de captar conflitos e embates relacionados às representações de si, do outro e do trabalho na experiência com a dança. / [en] What is the political dimension of aesthetics in the value hierarchy of the bodies in a given society? How a bodily experience through dance can contribute to the breakdown of other policies otherness of that same society? Mobilized by these issues, the text examines the trajectory of young people in the context of social and artistic nature projects in the city of Macaé. It is proposed to prepare an essay on some of these experiences with dance as a counterpoint with two perception systems regarding the action of the subjects involved in the same: the provision and role. So before it was necessary to reflect on that dance forms, techniques and methodologies of teaching and creative processes observed. These trajectories are analyzed having as parameter some policies to be considered excluded social groups in the city, and in turn targets of social inclusion programs in the country. It has been intended to reflect on the categories excluded / included and conceptions of society that accompany the dimension of stigma, trying to identify the light of theories openings for the interpretation of the performances of individuals and groups. Through an ethnographic approach and participant observation, it sought a rapprochement with those involved in order to capture conflicts and clashes related to representations of themselves, each other and work experience with dance.

[pt] A diversidade religiosa existente no cristianismo brasileiro apresenta novas formas de experiência cristã e este é o tema apresentado nesta dissertação. Busca-se como objetivo identificar os novos rumos que o cristianismo brasileiro está tomando. Para alcançar êxito nessa busca, foram realizadas pesquisas bibliográficas, além de uma entrevista com o líder de uma das instituições cristãs analisadas. Nossa pesquisa pretende, dessa forma, fazer a relação entre a espiritualidade e a diversidade cristã que hoje existe dentro do próprio cristianismo brasileiro, a partir de algumas igrejas. Julgamos esta pesquisa relevante por tratar-se de uma lacuna que há sobre o tema abordado, não havendo nenhuma literatura que indique uma pesquisa sistemática sobre a espiritualidade nos novos cristianismos que se apresentam dentro do cristianismo no Brasil. Há uma inquietação que nos leva a questionar até que ponto a espiritualidade é preocupação para as igrejas dos novos movimentos religiosos cristãos brasileiros, especialmente o neopentecostalismo. Observa-se então que nessas instituições cristãs modernas, nem sempre há uma preocupação primeira com a espiritualidade, especialmente nas que parecem ter perdido o foco como igreja, buscando divulgar e elevar mais o nome da instituição do que o de Cristo. Conseguimos, por fim, compreender que por não ser dada a devida atenção à espiritualidade por parte das igrejas dos novos movimentos cristãos brasileiros, corre-se o risco de que elas saiam do rumo idealizado para uma igreja cristã e venham a tornarem-se igrejas-empresas, apenas com fins lucrativos e midiáticos. / [en] The religious diversity existing in Brazilian Christianity presents new forms of Christian experience and this is the theme presented in this dissertation. It seeks to identify the new directions Christianity has been moving towards. To succeed at the search, bibliographical researches were done, in addition to an interview with the leader of one of the Christians institutions which were analyzed. Our research intends, therefore, to make the connection between spirituality and Christian diversity which exists inside Brazilian Christianity, starting from some churches. We deem this research to be relevant because it addresses an existing gap about the approached theme, as there is no literature indicating a systematic research about spirituality in new Christianity that is presented inside Christianity in Brazil. There is some restlessness that takes us to question the extent of spirituality being a cause for concern to the churches from the new Brazilian Christian religious movements, especially Neo Pentecostalism. It is observed, then, that in these modern Christian institutions, the first interest is not always about spirituality, especially in those which seem to have lost focus as churches, seeking to promote the brand of the institution more than Christ. At last, we are able to comprehend that by not giving due attention to spirituality, churches from the new Brazilian Christian movements take the risk of leaving the idealized path for a Christian church, becoming corporation churches, having only finances and media as goals.

[pt] A escola é um local onde convivem pessoas com diversas crenças religiosas. A presença da religião na escola passa por vários fatores, como a presença do ensino religioso. Mas passa também pelas concepções religiosas que os atores escolares tem e como eles lidam com a religião no espaço escolar. Nesta pesquisa, investigamos o a relação da escola com a religião através de um estudo que envolveu 10 escolas da Zona Sul do Rio de Janeiro, em duas etapas, durante os anos de 2017 e 2018. Aplicamos questionário nas 10 escolas, durante o ano de 2017 e escolhemos uma para realização de observações e entrevistas no ano de 2018. Os resultados da pesquisa indicam que existe uma variedade de concepções religiosas entre os atores escolares. No entanto, é possível notar que estão presentes concepções intolerantes em uma parte dos alunos e que as religiões que eles pertencem tem influência sobre essas concepções. É possível também indicar que esse não é uma temática que seja uma preocupação central no ambiente escolar. Concluímos que mais pesquisas sobre essa discussão são essenciais para entendermos melhor sobre essa temática. / [en] The school is a place where people with diverse religious beliefs coexist. The presence of religion in school goes through several factors, such as the presence of religious teaching. But it also goes through the religious conceptions that the school actors have and how they deal with religion in the school space. In this research, we investigated the relationship between school and religion through a study that involved 10 schools in the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro, in two stages, during the years 2017 and 2018. We applied a questionnaire in the 10 schools during the year 2017 and we chose one to conduct observations and interviews in the year 2018. The survey results indicate that there is a variety of religious conceptions among school actors. However, it is possible to notice that intolerant conceptions are present in a part of the students and that the religions that they belong to have influence on these conceptions. It is also possible to indicate that this is not a theme that is a central concern in the school environment. We conclude that more research on this discussion is essential to better understand this issue.

[pt] A tese visa analisar e compreender, a partir da perspectiva dos estudos curriculares e dos estudos sobre a prática pedagógica, os saberes e as práticas de professores do ensino fundamental e as matrizes curriculares de ensino propostas pela Secretaria Municipal de Educação e Cultura de Belém-Pará, na perspectiva da literatura de expressão amazônica. O trabalho parte de duas questões orientadoras: (1) Como a prática pedagógica de professores que atuam no ensino fundamental leva em consideração o ensino de literatura de expressão amazônica? (2) As matrizes curriculares do ensino fundamental no município de Belém contemplam o ensino de literatura de expressão amazônica? Neste sentido, foi observada a prática pedagógica de professores do ensino fundamental de uma escola municipal de ciclos localizada no distrito de Icoaraci (Belém-Pará), bem como foi analisado as matrizes curriculares da SMEC, com especial ênfase à literatura de expressão amazônica. As questões mais específicas da pesquisa foram: (1) As matrizes curriculares, utilizadas no ensino fundamental do município de Belém, podem ser consideradas como o resultado de um modelo pedagógico que identifica os aspectos da literatura de expressão amazônica? (2) Os elementos sócio-culturais diretamente relacionados ao universo literário amazônico no ensino fundamental são valorizados pelo professor? Se sim, como? Se não, por quê? A metodologia consistiu, principalmente, de análise das matrizes curriculares e de observação do universo escolar. Os sujeitos da investigação foram os professores que atuam na escola de ensino fundamental selecionada. / [en] The thesis Curriculum, Pedagogical Practice and Amazonic Literature aims to analise and comprehend, from the perspective of curriculum studies and from the studies about pedagogical practice, the knowledge and practices of teachers from regular school in Amazonic Literature and the curriculum matrix of learning proposed by the Municipal Secretary of Education and Culture from Belém,- Pará. Two scientific questions were determinant to the accomplishment of this research: (1) How the pedagogical practice of teachers that work in primary school take into consideration the Amazonic literature teaching? (2) Do the curriculum matrix of primary school in the city of Belem have within them the teaching of Amazonic Literature? I studied the pedagogical practice of primary teachers in a municipal schools of cycles located in the district of Icoaraci (Belém-Pará), analyzing the curriculum matrix, with special emphasis to Amazonic Literature. The main questions were: (1) The insertion of elements in the amazonic literary universe, in primary school, reveals itself, in the teachers practice, as a form of valuing the cultural and conceptual universe? (2) The curriculum matrix used in the primaryu school in the city of Belem could be considered as a resulto f a pedagogical model that idientifies the aspects of amazonic Literature? How does the primary teacheruses the curriculum matrix established by SEMEC in the aspects related to the Amazonic Literature Teaching? Are the socio cultural elements direclty related to the amazonic literary universe in the primary education valued by by the teacher? If so, how? If not, why? The methodology was disposed like that: Curriculum matrix analysis and observation of the school universe. The teachers that work in the primary school selected were the subjects of investigation.

[pt] Inserida no contexto dos estudos sobre diversidade cultural e educação, esta pesquisa focaliza o processo de mudança que o Colégio Stella Maris passou nos últimos anos. Esta instituição de ensino, uma tradicional escola confessional da cidade do Rio de Janeiro, ao longo dos seus 65 anos atendeu às classes média e alta do Rio de Janeiro. No ano 2000, devido a diferentes circunstâncias e a uma opção da congregação religiosa responsável pela escola, passou a atender prioritariamente à população de seu entorno geográfico, os moradores da favela do Vidigal. O objetivo central da investigação foi identificar as implicações da mudança de clientela na instituição escolar e na prática cotidiana dos professores e professoras. As principais estratégias utilizadas na pesquisa de campo foram: análise documental, observação e entrevistas com os principais atores. Na análise dos dados, especial atenção foi dada às implicações das questões estudadas à diversidade sociocultural na dinâmica pedagógica da escola. / [en] The present research is inserted in the context of Cultural Diversity and Education studies and intends to focus on the changing process which the Colégio Stella Maris, in Rio de Janeiro has been through these last years. This teaching institution, a traditional and confessional school, educated Rio de Janeiro´s high and middle classes for 65 years. In 2000, the school experienced a transforming process, due to different circumstances and also to a choice made by the religious congregation responsible for the school. It began to assist primarily the low class population living in the neighborhood, the inhabitants of the Vidigal favela. The main purpose of this investigation was to identify the implications of this clientele change to the school itself and the differences in the teachers´ behaviour and in their pedagogical practices, not only theoretically but also when facing daily life problems. The strategies used in the field research were: document analysis, observation and interviews with the main subjects. In the data analysis, special attention was given to the implications of the studied questions to the social and cultural diversity in the pedagogical dynamic of the educational institution.

[pt] A região amazônica é uma extensa área de grande importância política e estratégica para o futuro do Brasil. Por suas características, tais como, a distâncias entre cidades e vilarejos, a impenetrabilidade da floresta, a dificuldade de construção de rodovias, etc. é imediato constatar a importância primordial de ser atendida por sistemas de telecomunicações sem fio, particularmente de redes via satélite, eficientes e confiáveis. Qualquer operação militar ou civil na região, como o próprio sistema SIPAM (Sistema de Proteção da Amazônia) ou qualquer sistema de comando e controle necessita, para o seu êxito, do planejamento correto dos sistemas de comunicações via satélite fundamentais para a defesa e a manutenção da soberania e da integridade territorial da região, diretamente relacionado ao conceito de segurança nacional. O problema é que, devido à necessidade de descongestionar o uso do espectro, tais sistemas passaram a utilizar freqüências acima de 10 GHz de forma mais intensa. Esta situação tornou primordial a avaliação dos efeitos da precipitação sobre a propagação dos sinais radioelétricos. O planejamento dos atuais sistemas de comunicações por satélite que operam nas bandas Ka e Ku está, nos dias de hoje, fortemente dependente da atenuação produzida pela chuva, que delimita, na maioria dos casos, até mesmo a sua disponibilidade. Neste contexto, o presente trabalho procura contribuir através de um estudo radiometeorológico da região Amazônica. O levantamento e a análise de informações sobre a chuva permite a obtenção de parâmetros a serem utilizados no aprimoramento e no desenvolvimento de modelos que visam à otimização dos projetos de novos sistemas de comunicações e/ou a expansão de sistemas existentes. Tendo em vista que, no processo de avaliação do efeito da chuva sobre o sinal, a distribuição estatística da taxa de precipitação de um determinado local é um parâmetro meteorológico essencial, foram realizadas medidas em nove localidades da Amazônia, por uma rede de pluviógrafos do tipo caçamba basculante, instalada na região com este objetivo específico. As distribuições estatísticas cumulativas da taxa de precipitação, anual e para o pior mês, foram levantadas e processadas, assim como confrontadas com os modelos de predição atuais de forma a avaliá-los quanto à aplicabilidade na região. O modelo atualmente adotado pela Recomendação do UIT-R1 P.837-4, foi cuidadosamente investigado, sendo proposta a atualização de alguns de seus parâmetros, objetivando aprimorar o desempenho na região. O comportamento dinâmico da precipitação e o conseqüente efeito sobre a propagação dos sinais foram discutidos e comentados os aspectos onde este conhecimento é fundamental para a implementação de técnicas de melhoria para aumentar a confiabilidade dos sistemas. Foi também realizado, com base em dados provenientes dos radares meteorológicos do SIPAM (Sistema de Proteção da Amazônia), um estudo da estrutura espacial da precipitação, de grande utilidade no aprimoramento de modelos físicos de predição da atenuação por chuva. Neste particular, foi possível tratar nesta tese questões como a relação Z-R (refletividade-precipitação) para os radares e a determinação das dimensões horizontais e vertical da célula de chuva. Por fim, foi desenvolvido um modelo matemático para representar o comportamento estatístico de duas células de chuva, separadas por uma dada distância, com a finalidade de fornecer subsídios para a interpretação física do funcionamento da técnica de diversidade de sítio em um sistema de comunicações por satélite. / [en] The Brazilian Amazon is a very large equatorial region, covered by a dense jungle and located in the North of Brazil. Its political and strategic importance is nationally recognized. Consequently, wireless communications play a fundamental role under the point of view of its development, support to its inhabitants and state security. In this context, the main motivation for the work described in this dissertation was the possibility of contributing to the progress of the Amazon region. Nowadays, the use of frequencies above 10 GHz is growing fast, not only as a solution to overcome the problem of spectrum congestion, but also to increase the capacity of telecommunications systems. Unfortunately, these frequencies are strongly affected by precipitation. Once the equatorial climate is characterized by heavy rain, a radiometeorological study in the Amazon region seems to be essential for acquiring the information needed to improve the project criteria and the performance analysis of communication systems in this area. The first step in the investigation reported here was a study about the climate of the Amazon region. Köppen classification was adopted because its structure depends on temperature, precipitation and vegetation, factors that can be related to the statistical distribution of rain in a given area. According to this classification, the climate in the Amazon region is a tropical rainy (A), where 3 subtypes can be identified: Rainy equatorial (Af); Monsoon tropical (Am); Wet-and-dry tropical (Aw). The rainfall characteristics analysis was carried out with data from a pluviograph network covering the region of interest and consisting of 9 (nine) rain gauges. Tipping bucket rain gauges were used, in which, each tip corresponds to 0.1mm rainfall, the integration time being one minute and measuring a maximum precipitation rate of 240 mm/h. Complementary radar data from the SIPAM (Amazon system protection) network were also taken into account in this research. Radars operate in the frequency of 2.8 GHz (S-band), with 4.3m parabolic antennas and a maximum coverage of 400km. Based on precipitation measurements carried out for a period of one year (June 2004 to May 2005), a detailed study of rainfall rate distribution was developed. Both annual and monthly cumulative distributions were derived. Three mathematical models available in the literature for predicting the cumulative distribution of rainfall rate were compared and tested against the experimental data available. The Salonen-Baptista (S-B) was taken as reference in this dissertation. The reason for choosing this model was its global coverage and its dependence on meteorological parameters available in the region under study, allowing to be continuously extended over a large area. Additionally, this model is the basis of ITU-R Recommendation P.837-4. On the other hand, as radar measurements are of paramount importance in the analysis of the spatial structure of rain, based on the classical relation Z(mm6/m3) = a[R(mm/h)]b the conversion between radar reflectivity (Z) and rainfall rate (R) were carefully investigated. The experimental data from rain gauge and radar networks have allowed the examination of different questions: a) Dynamic behaviour of the rainfall rate; b) Horizontal and vertical distribution of rain; c) Correlation of rainfall rate measured in two points separated by a given distance. In each case, the use of the final results to the analysis of problems related to telecommunication systems was pointed out. Due to its relevance in the Amazon region, the application to satellite communications was emphasized.

[pt] Esta pesquisa está marcada pela complexidade das relações entre educação e diversidade cultural, temática emergente no campo da educação, que vem sendo trabalhada mais especificamente na educação básica e foi enfatizada no ensino superior com a implementação das chamadas ações afirmativas. Tais políticas têm como objetivo superar as desvantagens que negros, mulheres e outros grupos discriminados sofreram e, para isso, buscam promover a igualdade entre os diferentes grupos que compõem a sociedade. A Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), vem desenvolvendo, desde 1994, um projeto em parceria com diversos pré-vestibulares comunitários e, mais especificamente, com o PVNC (Pré- Vestibular para Negros e Carentes), de concessão de bolsas integrais de estudo para os diversos cursos oferecidos pela universidade aos alunos/as oriundos/as de camadas populares e afrodescendentes que obtiverem aprovação no exame de vestibular. No contexto desse projeto destaca-se o curso de graduação em Serviço Social, que possui 98% de alunos/as oriundos/as de pré-vestibulares comunitários e afrodescendentes. A presente pesquisa buscou compreender como se configura a experiência desse curso de graduação dentro do universo da PUC-Rio, suas características, dificuldades,conquistas e desafios, a partir do ponto de vista de seus diferentes atores. Para isso,foram entrevistadas nove professoras, um aluno e quinze alunas do curso em questão. / [en] This research is marked by the complexity of the relations between education and cultural diversity, an emerging theme in the field of education, specifically in basic education and now entering higher education, with the implementation of socalled affirmative action. Such policies are aimed at overcoming the disadvantages of the black population, women and other discriminated groups, seeking to promote equality among the different groups that compose society. The Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) has been developing since 1994, a project in partnership with several community courses preparing disadvantaged youths for university entrance examinations, specifically the University Entrance Examination Course for Blacks and the Poor (PVNC - Pré- Vestibular para Negros e Carentes), providing full scholarships, in several of its undergraduate courses, for students from these community courses who pass the entrance examination. Of special interest is the undergraduate course in Social Services, with 98% of its students coming from community courses and/or being black. This research project has sought to understand how the experience of this course is configured within the universe of the university, its characteristics, difficulties, conquests and challenges, from the point of view of its diverse actors. Nine professors, one male student and fifteen females students were interviewed.

[pt] O presente estudo tem por objetivo analisar de que modo um grupo de mulheres executivas brasileiras, líderes em organizações globais, tem identificado as oportunidades (fatores que facilitam a liderança feminina), desafios (barreiras enfrentadas) e estratégias (modos de agir adotados para maximizar as oportunidades e superar os desafios) ao longo de suas carreiras. Para tanto, foi realizada uma pesquisa de campo, de natureza qualitativa, com oito mulheres em posição de alta liderança, por meio de entrevistas em profundidade e do método de análise de conteúdo. Os resultados demonstraram os desafios que precisaram ser superados, frente à condição de líder feminina, na visão das respondentes, bem como as oportunidades que permitiram emergir suas características pessoais diferenciadas que possibilitaram a conquista de resultados expressivos. A pesquisa evidenciou, ainda, a adoção de uma identidade profissional multifacetada de feminilidades e masculinidades sugerindo uma atitude de mudança comportamental. / [en] The objective of this study is to analyze how a group of Brazilian women executives, leaders in global organizations, have identified opportunities (factors that facilitate female leadership), challenges (barriers faced) and strategies (ways of acting adopted to maximize opportunities and overcome challenges) throughout their careers. For that, a qualitative field research was conducted with eight women in a high leadership position, through in-depth interviews and the content analysis method. The results demonstrated the challenges that had to be overcome, in view of the female leader, in the respondents view, as well as the opportunities that allowed them to emerge their differentiated personal characteristics that allowed the achievement of expressive results. The research also evidenced the adoption of a multifaceted professional identity of femininities and masculinities suggesting an attitude of behavioral change.
