В работе анализируются причины возникновения и основные особенности коммуникативного подхода, обобщаются проблемы в развитии коммуникативной компетенции китайских студентов и различные методы интенсивного обучения иностранному языку. Описываются ход и результаты опытно–поисковой работы по формированию коммуникативной компетенции при интенсивном обучении русскому языку как иностранному китайских студентов. Посредством опытно-поисковой работы доказана эффективность методики интенсивного обучения по формированию коммуникативной компетенции на уроках РКИ. / The paper analyzes the causes and main features of the communicative approach, summarizes the problems in the development of communicative competence of Chinese students and various methods of intensive teaching of a foreign language. The course and results of experimental and search work on the formation of communicative competence in the intensive teaching of Russian as a foreign language to Chinese students are described. Through the experimental search for work, the effectiveness of the methodology of intensive training in the formation of communicative competence in the lessons of Russian as a foreign language has been proven.

В российском образовании активно прослеживается тенденция цифровизации, особенно показавшая себя в период изоляции в результате COVID-19. Дистанционное обучение в период пандемии указало на недостатки образовательного процесса, подсветило пробелы в знаниях учеников, а также указало на необходимость обучения и повышения квалификации педагогов-репетиторов в связи с ростом числа репетиторов. Внедрение образовательных технологий в процесс обучения без изменения классического бизнес-процесса не позволяет не только получить ожидаемую эффективность, но и может снизить ее, как это показывают результаты обучающихся в 2020 г. При этом при определении результатов эффективности от внедрения технологий необходимо опираться не только на качественные показатели, но и количественные. В работе представлена разработка образовательного онлайн-курса для обучения репетиторов авторской технологии решения текстовых задач по естественно-научным дисциплинам Сетевой инженерно-технической школы, а также разработка бизнес-процессов обучения ученика с репетитором с применением онлайн-курса по технологии решения задач на специализированной IT-платформе и оценка эффективности внедрения нового бизнес-процесса. / The digitalization trend is actively observed in Russian education, especially during the period of isolation because of COVID-19. Distance learning during the pandemic pointed to the shortcomings of the educational process, highlighted gaps in the knowledge of students and pointed out the need for training of tutors due to increasing number of tutors. The introduction of educational technologies into the learning process without changing the classical business process does not allow to obtain the expected efficiency, but can also reduce it, as the results of students in 2020 show. At the same time, when it’s determined the results of efficiency from the technologies implementation, it is necessary to rely not only on qualitative indicators, but also on quantitative ones. The paper presents the development of an educational online course for training tutors of the author's technology for solving text exercises in the natural sciences of the Network Engineering School, as well as the development of business processes for teaching a student with a tutor using an online course based on technology for solving exercises on a specialized IT- platform and evaluating the effectiveness of implementing a new business process.

В работе была произведена разработка модели машинного обучения на языке программирования Python, а также проведена ее валидация на этапах жизненного цикла. Целью создания модели машинного обучения является прогнозирование магнитных свойств нанокристаллических сплавов на основе железа по химическому составу и условиям обработки. Процесс валидации модели машинного обучения позволяет не только произвести контроль за соблюдением требований, предъявляемых при разработке и эксплуатации модели, к результатам, полученных с помощью моделирования, но и способствует внедрению модели в процесс производства. Процесс валидации включал в себя валидацию данных, в ходе которой были оценены типы, пропуски данных, соответствие цели исследования, распределения признаков и целевых характеристик, изучены корреляции признаков и целевых характеристик; валидацию алгоритмов, применяемых в модели: были проанализированы параметры алгоритмов с целью соблюдения требования о корректной обобщающей способности модели (отсутствие недо- и переобучения); оценку работы модели, благодаря которой был произведен анализ полученных результатов с помощью тестовых данных; верификацию результатов с помощью актуальных данных, полученных из статей, опубликованных с 2010 по 2022 год. В результате валидации модели было показано высокое качество разработанной модели, позволяющее получить оценки качества R2 0,65 и выше. / In this work machine learning model was developed by Python programming language, and also was validated at stages of model’s life cycle. The purpose of creating the machine learning model is to predict the magnetic properties of Fe-based nanocrystalline alloys by chemical composition and processing conditions. The validation of machine learning models allows not only to control the requirements for development and operation of the models, for the results obtained by modeling, but also contrib¬utes to the introduction of the model into production process. The validation process included: data validation: data types and omissions, compliance with the purpose of the study, dis¬tribution of features and target characteristics were evaluated, correlations of features and target characteristics were studied; flgorithms validation: the parameters of the algorithms were analyzed in order to comply with the requirement for the correct generalizing ability of the model (without under- and overfit¬ting); evaluation of the model work: the analysis of the obtained results was carried out using test data; verification of results using actual data obtained from articles published since 2010 to 2022. As a result of the model validation, the high quality of the developed model was shown, which makes it possible to obtain quality metric R2 0.65 and higher.

Актуальность темы исследования. Интенсификация процессов глобализации, переход многих стран к цифровой экономике и усиливающиеся процессы информатизации и цифровизации набирают оборот и ведут к стремительному развитию информационно-коммуникационных технологий. Иная практика диалога и взаимодействия участников образовательного процесса, приобретающая опосредованный характер, и смена поколенческого состава образовательного процесса ведут к смене образовательной парадигмы и требуют принципиально новых креативных подходов к пониманию и реализации образовательной деятельности. Объектом исследования являются современные технологии онлайн обучения, используемые при обучении иностранным языкам и их дидактический потенциал применительно к обучению РКИ. Предметом исследования является виртуальная образовательная языковая среда для обучения русскому языку как иностранному. Цель исследования заключается в создании научно-методической разработки уроков РКИ для курса «Руслан и Людмила», которая наглядно продемонстрирует лингводидактический потенциал интерактивной платфор-мы и системы управления обучением Edvibe (ранее ProgressMe) в контексте обучения РКИ на уровнях А1-В2. Для достижения поставленной цели были сформулированы следующие задачи: рассмотреть понятие «педагогическая технология» и существующие информационно-коммуникационные технологии как новейшие средства реализации образовательной деятельности; исследовать происходящие трансформации в социальной и экономической сферах общества и их влияние на осуществление образовательного процесса и обучение иностранным языкам; обобщить результаты существующих исследований в области дистанционного обучения и онлайн-обучения РКИ, а также рассмотреть особенности существующих дистанционных обучающих средств обучения РКИ; рассмотреть феномен виртуальной образовательной среды и понятие «система управления обучением», а также проанализировать содержательные, дидактические, организационные, и технологические особенности платформы Edvibe как системы управления обучением; разработать характеры персонажей онлайн курса «Руслан и Людмила», а также визуализировать их в компьютерной графике; создать пять методических разработок в рамках онлайн курса «Руслан и Людмила» для разных этапов обучения РКИ с целью демонстрации лингводидактического потенциала и возможностей платформы Edvibe как системы управления обучением. В процессе решения поставленных задач были сделаны следующие выводы: 1) цифровизация информационной и образовательной среды есть ни что иное как часть общего процесса технологического развития, который несет в себе новые возможности для обучения РКИ, развития электронной лингводидактики и образовательного сектора в целом; 2) цифровые технологии обучения иностранным языкам в наибольшей степени способны реализовать лингводидактический потенциал в дистанционной форме организации учебного процесса; 3) онлайн-обучение русскому языку как иностранному – это совершенно другая, новая концепция обучения, отличающаяся от привычных аудиторных уроков; 4) исследованы содержательные, дидактические, организационные и технологические особенности платформы Edvibe, разработанные уроки для разных этапов обучения РКИ демонстрируют значительный лингводидактический потенциал платформы и ее практическую значимость в преподавании русского как иностранного. / The relevance of the research topic. The intensification of globalization processes, the transition of many countries to a digital economy and the increasing processes of informatization and digitalization are gaining momentum and are leading to the rapid development of information and communication technologies. A different practice of dialogue and interaction between participants in the educational process, which is acquiring an indirect character, and a change in the generational composition of the educational process leads to a change in the educational paradigm and require fundamentally new creative approaches to understanding and implementing educational activities. The object of the study is modern online learning technologies used in teaching foreign languages and their didactic potential in relation to teaching Russian as a foreign language. The subject of the research is a virtual educational language environment for teaching Russian as a foreign language. The purpose of the study is to create a scientific and methodological development of Russian as a foreign language lessons for the Ruslan and Lyudmila course, which will clearly demonstrate the linguodidactic potential of the interactive platform and learning management system Edvibe (formerly ProgressMe) in the context of teaching Russian as a foreign language at levels A1-B2. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were formulated: to consider the concept of "pedagogical technology" and existing information and communication technologies as the latest means of implementing educational activities; to explore ongoing transformations in the social and economic spheres of society and their impact on the implementation of the educational process and teaching foreign languages; to summarize the results of existing research in the field of distance learning and online learning of Russian as a foreign language, as well as to consider the features of existing distance learning tools for teaching Russian as a foreign language; consider the phenomenon of a virtual educational environment and the concept of "learning management system", as well as analyze the content, didactic, organizational, and technological features of the Edvibe platform as a learning management system; develop the characters of the online course "Ruslan and Lyudmila", as well as visualize them in computer graphics; create five methodological developments within the online course "Ruslan and Lyudmila" for different stages of teaching Russian as a foreign language in order to demonstrate the linguodidactic potential and capabilities of the Edvibe platform as a learning management system. In the process of solving the tasks set, the following conclusions were made: 1) digitalization of the information and educational environment is nothing more than part of the overall process of technological development, which brings new opportunities for teaching Russian as a foreign language, the development of electronic linguodidactics and the educational sector as a whole; 2) digital technologies for teaching foreign languages are most capable of realizing the linguodidactic potential in a remote form of organizing the educational process; 3) online teaching of Russian as a foreign language is a completely different, new concept of learning, different from the usual classroom lessons; 4) the content, didactic, organizational and technological features of the Edvibe platform were studied, the developed lessons for different stages of teaching Russian as a foreign language demonstrate the significant linguodidactic potential of the platform and its practical significance in teaching Russian as a foreign language.

В рамках данной работы было проведено исследование существующих типов вопросно-ответных систем и методов анализа текста. Был проведен анализ существующих вопросно-ответных систем. Приведена обобщённая схема работы вопросно-ответных систем и для каждого типа систем приведена детальная схема работы. Описаны и исследованы методы выбора кандидатов ответа и методы их оценки. Также в работе описаны возможные критерии оценки работы таких систем. В ходе исследования был разработан рабочий прототип вопросно-ответной системы, основанный на системе BERT для русского языка. Используемая модель RuBERT была предобучена и протестирована на стандартных задачах SQuAD. В ходе работы модель была протестирована и оценена в разработанном рабочем прототипе и показала высокие результаты по предложенным критериям оценки. / Within the framework of this work, a study was made of the existing types of question-answer systems and text analysis methods. An analysis of the existing question-answer systems was carried out. A generalized scheme of operation of question-answer systems is given, and a detailed scheme of operation is given for each type of system. Methods for selecting response candidates and methods for their evaluation are described and investigated. The paper also describes possible criteria for evaluating the operation of such systems. In the course of the study, a working prototype of a question-answer system based on the BERT system for the Russian language was developed. The RuBERT model used was pre-trained and tested on standard SQuAD problems. During the work, the model was tested and evaluated in the developed working prototype and showed high results according to the proposed evaluation criteria.

Одним из наиболее популярных трендов современного образования является проектное обучение. Проектное обучение предполагает обучение на реальных задачах, причем их решение студенты ищут самостоятельно, что повышает мотивацию в поиске и изучении необходимой для решения информации. Цель исследования: разработка новой формы проектного обучения для магистерских программ университета. Объектом исследования выступает Уральский федеральный университет. Научная новизна исследования: предложена новая форма проектного обучения для магистерских программ университета, особенность которой состоит в поэтапной работе над магистерской диссертацией (мультидисциплинарным макро-проектом) в течение всего процесса обучения через разработку отдельных элементов - микро-проектов в рамках изучаемых дисциплин. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в возможности применения предложенной формы проектного обучения в магистерских программах университета и роста показателей внедрения проектного обучения в университете. / One of the most popular trends in modern education is project-based learning. Project-based learning involves learning on real problems, when students are looking for their solution on their own, which increases motivation in finding and studying the information necessary for solving. The purpose of the study: to develop a new form of project-based learning for university master’s programs. The object of the study is the Ural Federal University. Scientific novelty of the research: a new form of project-based learning for university master’s programs is proposed; the peculiarity of it consists in step-by-step work on a master’s thesis (multidisciplinary macro-project) during the entire learning process through the development of individual elements - micro-projects within the studied disciplines. The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of applying the proposed form of project-based learning in the university’s master’s programs and the growth of indicators of the implementation of project-based learning at the university.

В последние годы, с постоянным усилением влияния Китая, изучение китайского языка становится все более популярным. Актуальной задачей является разработка программ по развитию навыков речевой деятельности, включая письмо. Изучение трудностей письма на китайском языке и их решение имеет большое значение для улучшения навыков письма у иностранных студентов, может способствовать повышению их квалификации при работе в межкультурной среде, связанной со знанием китайского языка. Цель исследования – предложить методику развития навыков письма на китайском языке на начальном этапе обучения. Объект исследования – процесс развития навыков письма на китайском языке на начальном этапе обучения. Предмет исследования – методика развития навыком письма на китайском языке на начальном этапе обучения. Научная новизна исследования состоит в определении потенциала использования игровых и компьютерных технологий при обучении написанию китайских иероглифов на начальном этапе обучения. Полученные данные обоснованы теоретико-методологической базой исследования. Практическая значимость исследования: полученные результаты могут быть использованы в качестве методических рекомендаций и практических материалов на занятиях по написанию иероглифов на начальном этапе обучения. В первой главе диссертации описана теоретико-методологическая база исследования, обучение письму в трудах российских и китайских исследователей, история, происхождение китайских иероглифов, их взаимосвязь с культурными реалиями. Во второй главе диссертации предлагается методика обучения написанию китайских иероглифов на начальном этапе обучения, включающая игровые методы, компьютерные технологии, способствующие развитию навыков написания китайских иероглифов, уделяется внимание повышению квалификации преподавателей. / In recent years, with the increasing influence of China, learning Chinese has become increasingly popular. It is an urgent task to offer programs to develop speech skills, including writing. Studying the difficulties of writing in Chinese and solving them is important to improve the writing skills of international students and can help improve their skills when working in an intercultural environment related to the knowledge of the Chinese language. Purpose of the study: to propose a methodology for the development of writing skills in Chinese at the initial stage of learning. Object of the study – the process of developing writing skills in Chinese at the initial stage of learning. Subject of the study – methodology for the development of writing skills in Chinese at the initial stage of learning. Scientific novelty of the study consists in determining the potential of using gamification and computer technologies in teaching the writing of Chinese hieroglyphs at the initial stage of learning. The findings are based on the theoretical and methodological basis of the research. Practical significance of the study – the results can be used as guidelines and practical materials in classes for writing hieroglyphs at the initial stage of learning. The first chapter of the thesis describes the theoretical and methodological basis of the research, the teaching of writing in the works of Russian and Chinese researchers, the history, the origin of Chinese hieroglyphs, their relationship with cultural realities. The second chapter of the thesis proposes a methodology for teaching Chinese hieroglyphs writing at the initial stage, including gamification methods, computer technology to help develop Chinese hieroglyphs writing skills, attention is also paid to teachers’ professional development.

Цель работы – разработка модели машинного обучения для автоматического сопоставления описаний продуктов, представленных в текстовом виде с внутренними кодами компании. Объект исследования – бизнес-процесс сопоставления описаний продуктов с внутренними кодами компании. Методы исследования: предварительная обработка данных, анализ данных, выбор и обучение модели машинного обучения, оценка производительности модели. Результаты работы: разработана и обучена модель машинного обучения на основе алгоритма CatBoost для автоматического сопоставления описаний продуктов с внутренними кодами компании. Модель показала высокую точность и полноту при тестировании. Созданная модель машинного обучения внедрена в продуктивное использование компании АО «Сони Электроникс» и позволяет сокращать ресурсы аналитиков в существенном объеме. Выпускная квалификационная работа выполнена в текстовом редакторе Microsoft Word и представлена в электронном и печатном виде. / The goal of the work is to develop a machine learning model for automatically comparing product descriptions presented in text form with the company’s internal codes. The object of study is the business process of comparing product descriptions with internal company codes. Research methods: data preprocessing, data analysis, selection and training of a machine learning model, evaluation of model performance. Results of the work: a machine learning model based on the CatBoost algorithm was developed and trained to automatically compare product descriptions with internal company codes. The model showed high accuracy and completeness during testing. The created machine learning model has been put into productive use by Sony Electronics JSC and makes it possible to reduce analyst resources to a significant extent. The final qualifying work was completed in the text editor Microsoft Word and presented in electronic and printed form.

Во введении раскрыта актуальность цифровых методов обучения и развития персонала, определены цели и задачи работы, её практическая значимость. В теоретической части представлены основные понятия, цели, задачи и методы обучения и развития персонала в эпоху цифровизации. В практической части описывается общая характеристика исследуемой организации, состава и управления персоналом, представлены результаты исследования существующей системы обучения и развития персонала на примере ООО «ФедералПресс», разработаны практические рекомендации по внедрению цифровых методов в систему обучения персонала. В заключении подведены итоги исследования в соответствии с поставленными задачами. / The final qualifying work consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a bibliography, and appendices. The introduction reveals the relevance of digital methods of training and personnel development, defines the goals and objectives of the work, and its practical significance. The theoretical part presents the basic concepts, goals, objectives and methods of training and development of personnel in the era of digitalization. The practical part describes the general characteristics of the organization under study, its composition and personnel management, presents the results of a study of the existing system of training and personnel development using the example of FederalPress LLC, and develops practical recommendations for the implementation of digital methods in the personnel training system. In conclusion, the results of the study are summarized in accordance with the objectives.

This work is devoted to the study of the pedagogical system of the German composer Carl Orff "Orff-Schulwerk" in the formation of foreign language communicative competence of students in Chinese classes. Today, learning Chinese is becoming popular among schoolchildren. However, there is a problem of improving the quality of the Chinese language learning process, the need to use non-traditional methods for the successful formation of students' communicative competence. Therefore, the relevance of the research topic is due to the practical need to find new methods and technologies for teaching foreign languages. The first chapter of the study is a theoretical basis which describes the features of the formation of foreign language communicative competence, and also examines the use of elements of the C. Orff system in teaching Chinese. In the second chapter, experimental research work was carried out, a set of exercises for the formation of foreign language communicative competence was developed, and the effectiveness of using elements of the Carl Orff system in the process of teaching Chinese was evaluated. Methodological recommendations on the use of elements of the C. Orff system in teaching are also given. Having tested all the exercises in the learning process, we have achieved positive results. Most of the students have increased the level of formation of foreign language communicative competence. Consequently, the conducted experimental research work confirmed the effectiveness of the use of elements of the Orff system and proved the need for its use in the traditional learning system. / Данная работа посвящена исследованию педагогической системы немецкого композитора Карла Орфа «Орф-Шульверк» в формировании иноязычной коммуникативной компетенции обучающихся на занятиях китайского языка. На сегодняшний день изучение китайского языка становится популярным среди школьников. Однако существует проблема повышения качества процесса обучения китайскому языку, необходимость использования нетрадиционных методов для успешного формирования коммуникативной компетенции обучающихся. Поэтому, актуальность темы исследования обусловлена практической потребностью в поиске новых методик и технологий преподавания иностранных языков. Первая глава исследования является теоретической базой, в которой описываются особенности формирования иноязычной коммуникативной компетенции, а также рассматривается использование элементов системы К. Орфа при обучении китайскому языку. Во второй главе проведена опытно-поисковая работа, разработан комплекс упражнений для формирования иноязычной коммуникативной компетенции, оценена эффективность применения элементов системы Карла Орфа в процессе обучения китайскому языку. Также даны методические рекомендации по применению элементов системы К. Орфа в обучении. Апробировав все упражнения в процесс обучения, мы добились положительных результатов. Большинство обучающихся повысили уровень сформированности иноязычной коммуникативной компетенции. Следовательно, проведенная опытно-поисковая работа подтвердила эффективность применения элементов системы Орфа и доказала необходимость ее использования в традиционной системе обучения.
