The paper actualizes that the implementation of artificial intelligence and robotic systems is a long-term trend in the development of the banking sector.

Объект исследования – реализация концепции «Умный город». Предмет – особенности цифровизации городской среды в рамках концепции «Умный город» и ее внедрения на территории Свердловской области. Цель – осуществление анализа особенностей цифровизации городской среды в рамках концепции «Умный город» и ее внедрения на территории Свердловской области и разработка рекомендаций по совершенствованию этого процесса. Решение поставленных в работе задач осуществлялось на основе применения таких методов исследования, как анализ теоретических и нормативно-правовых документов, анализ статистических данных. Проведено социологическое исследование с использованием метода вторичного анализа данных и анализа документов. В ходе исследования были рассмотрены теоретические и нормативно-правовые вопросы цифровизации городской среды, особенности концепции «Умный город»; проведен территориальный анализ особенностей цифровизации городской среды на территории Свердловской области, выявлены основные проблемы внедрения проекта «Умный город» в городах. Результатом работы стала разработка рекомендаций по совершенствованию цифровизации городской среды и внедрению элементов «Умного города» в муниципальных образованиях Свердловской области. / The object of the research is the implementation of the “Smart City” concept. The subject is the features of digitalization of the urban environment within the framework of the “Smart City” concept and its implementation in the Sverdlovsk region. The goal is to analyze the features of the digitalization of the urban environment within the framework of the “Smart City” concept and its implementation in the Sverdlovsk region and develop recommendations for improving this process. In the course of the research, theoretical and regulatory issues of digitalization of the urban environment, features of the concept of "Smart City" were considered; a territorial analysis of the features of digitalization of the urban environment in the territory of the Sverdlovsk region was carried out, the main problems of the implementation of the "Smart City" project in cities were identified. The result of the work was the development of recommendations to improve the digitalization of the urban environment and the introduction of elements of the "Smart City" in the municipalities of the Sverdlovsk region.

The master's thesis is devoted to the development of methodological aspects of assessing the degree of customer satisfaction with remote banking services. The purpose of the research is to develop a methodology for analyzing customer's opinion about the quality of online banking services and a statistical evaluation of results. The paper concludes that increasing the availability and reliability of Internet banking increases the level of user satisfaction and contributes to improving the competitiveness of Iraqi banks in the context of digital transformation of society. / Магистерская диссертация посвящена развитию методических аспектов оценки степени удовлетворенности клиентов дистанционными банковскими сервисами. Целью исследования является разработка методики анализа клиентского мнения о качестве банковских интернет-сервисов и статистическая оценка полученных результатов. Цель выпускной квалификационной работы состоит в исследовании текущих инвестиционных сервисов и инструментов, а также совершенствовании методики принятия инвестиционных решений частными инвесторами, в рамках розничного инвестирования. Объектом исследования является деятельность биржевых инвестиционных фондов банков БКС, Сбербанк, Тинькофф. Информационно-эмпирической базой исследования явились труды ученых, посвящённые проблемам инвестиций и инвестиционной деятельности. Структура выпускной квалификационной работы магистра, включает введение, три главы, заключение и список использованных источников. Первая глава посвящена анализу инвестиционной деятельности, разбору признаков инвестиций, а также анализу имеющихся инвестиционных программ для физ. лица в России. Кроме того, проанализированы существующие классификации инвестиций и определена роль инвестиций в современной экономике. Разобраны нюансы при работе на международном рынке инвестиций. Вторая глава содержит анализ влияния банковской деятельности на рынок инвестиции на примере Банка Тинькофф, а также рассматриваются возможности, которые предлагает данный банк для произведения инвестиционной деятельности физического лица. В третьей главе предлагается авторский вариант совершенствования инвестиционной банковской деятельности, описываются основные проблемы, а также возможные действия, способные нивелировать или решить данные проблемы. В настоящем диссертационном исследовании дается определение этнокультурного языкового лагеря и описываются особенности его организации на территории Уральского Федерального округа. Обучение диалогической речи подростков в условиях этнокультурного языкового лагеря осуществляется с помощью комплекса авторских упражнений по темам «Kennenlernen», «Gesundheit» и «Berufe». Выделяется четыре способа обучения диалогу, среди которых с использованием онлайн-сервисов. Упражнения апробируются в группе подростков из 10 человек с уровнем владения языком А1. Эффективность 34 разработанных упражнений определяется в конце лагерной смены на среднем и высоком уровнях сформированности навыка диалогической речи участников экспериментальной группы. / The thesis defines the ethno-cultural language camp and describes the special features of its organisation on the territory of the Ural Federal Region. Teaching dialogical speech of teenagers in an ethno-cultural language camp is carried out with the help of the author's set of exercises on the themes "Kennenlernen", "Gesundheit", and "Berufe". Four ways of teaching dialogue are distinguished, among them using online services. The exercises are tested with a group of 10 teenagers with German language level A1. The effectiveness of the 34 developed exercises is determined at the end of the camp session at the intermediate and high levels of the participants' dialogical skills in the experimental group.
