Целью данной работы является сравнительный анализ инструментальных сред, с помощью которых можно конструировать веб-сайты. В ходе выполнения поставленной задачи предложены оригинальные комплексные критерии сравнения систем, основанные на поддержке средой SEO-оптимизации и на трудоемкости разработки в среде. Создан веб-сайт с одинаковым функционалом (интернет-магазин) в разных инструментальных средах для практического подтверждения теоретических выводов. / The purpose of this work is a comparative analysis of software tools which can help you in designing websites. In the course of accomplishing the task, the original set of criteria for comparing tools has been proposed. This set was based on the support of SEO optimization and on the development process complexity. A website with the same functionality (online store) had been created with different tools implementing for the sake of practical confirmation of theoretical conclusions.

В выпускной квалификационной работе рассматриваются теоретические аспекты повышения вовлеченности сотрудников в процессы перехода компании на бережливые технологии, проанализированы и оценены результаты внедрения практик бережливого производства на российских предприятиях, по результатам исследования разрабатывается методический подход для повышения вовлеченности сотрудников в процессы перехода компании на бережливые технологии. В рамках исследования предлагается проект по созданию авторской маркетинговой системы «бережливого отношения» компании к сотрудникам, включающую в себя основные аспекты, имеющие значение для сотрудников. / In the final qualification work, the theoretical aspects of increasing the involvement of employees in the processes of the company's transition to lean technologies are considered, the results of the implementation of lean manufacturing practices in Russian enterprises are analyzed and evaluated, based on the results of the study, a methodological approach is developed to increase the involvement of employees in the processes of the company's transition to lean technologies. Актуальность темы исследования. Интенсификация процессов глобализации, переход многих стран к цифровой экономике и усиливающиеся процессы информатизации и цифровизации набирают оборот и ведут к стремительному развитию информационно-коммуникационных технологий. Иная практика диалога и взаимодействия участников образовательного процесса, приобретающая опосредованный характер, и смена поколенческого состава образовательного процесса ведут к смене образовательной парадигмы и требуют принципиально новых креативных подходов к пониманию и реализации образовательной деятельности. Объектом исследования являются современные технологии онлайн обучения, используемые при обучении иностранным языкам и их дидактический потенциал применительно к обучению РКИ. Предметом исследования является виртуальная образовательная языковая среда для обучения русскому языку как иностранному. Цель исследования заключается в создании научно-методической разработки уроков РКИ для курса «Руслан и Людмила», которая наглядно продемонстрирует лингводидактический потенциал интерактивной платфор-мы и системы управления обучением Edvibe (ранее ProgressMe) в контексте обучения РКИ на уровнях А1-В2. Для достижения поставленной цели были сформулированы следующие задачи: рассмотреть понятие «педагогическая технология» и существующие информационно-коммуникационные технологии как новейшие средства реализации образовательной деятельности; исследовать происходящие трансформации в социальной и экономической сферах общества и их влияние на осуществление образовательного процесса и обучение иностранным языкам; обобщить результаты существующих исследований в области дистанционного обучения и онлайн-обучения РКИ, а также рассмотреть особенности существующих дистанционных обучающих средств обучения РКИ; рассмотреть феномен виртуальной образовательной среды и понятие «система управления обучением», а также проанализировать содержательные, дидактические, организационные, и технологические особенности платформы Edvibe как системы управления обучением; разработать характеры персонажей онлайн курса «Руслан и Людмила», а также визуализировать их в компьютерной графике; создать пять методических разработок в рамках онлайн курса «Руслан и Людмила» для разных этапов обучения РКИ с целью демонстрации лингводидактического потенциала и возможностей платформы Edvibe как системы управления обучением. В процессе решения поставленных задач были сделаны следующие выводы: 1) цифровизация информационной и образовательной среды есть ни что иное как часть общего процесса технологического развития, который несет в себе новые возможности для обучения РКИ, развития электронной лингводидактики и образовательного сектора в целом; 2) цифровые технологии обучения иностранным языкам в наибольшей степени способны реализовать лингводидактический потенциал в дистанционной форме организации учебного процесса; 3) онлайн-обучение русскому языку как иностранному – это совершенно другая, новая концепция обучения, отличающаяся от привычных аудиторных уроков; 4) исследованы содержательные, дидактические, организационные и технологические особенности платформы Edvibe, разработанные уроки для разных этапов обучения РКИ демонстрируют значительный лингводидактический потенциал платформы и ее практическую значимость в преподавании русского как иностранного. / The relevance of the research topic. The intensification of globalization processes, the transition of many countries to a digital economy and the increasing processes of informatization and digitalization are gaining momentum and are leading to the rapid development of information and communication technologies. A different practice of dialogue and interaction between participants in the educational process, which is acquiring an indirect character, and a change in the generational composition of the educational process leads to a change in the educational paradigm and require fundamentally new creative approaches to understanding and implementing educational activities. The object of the study is modern online learning technologies used in teaching foreign languages and their didactic potential in relation to teaching Russian as a foreign language. The subject of the research is a virtual educational language environment for teaching Russian as a foreign language. The purpose of the study is to create a scientific and methodological development of Russian as a foreign language lessons for the Ruslan and Lyudmila course, which will clearly demonstrate the linguodidactic potential of the interactive platform and learning management system Edvibe (formerly ProgressMe) in the context of teaching Russian as a foreign language at levels A1-B2. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were formulated: to consider the concept of "pedagogical technology" and existing information and communication technologies as the latest means of implementing educational activities; to explore ongoing transformations in the social and economic spheres of society and their impact on the implementation of the educational process and teaching foreign languages; to summarize the results of existing research in the field of distance learning and online learning of Russian as a foreign language, as well as to consider the features of existing distance learning tools for teaching Russian as a foreign language; consider the phenomenon of a virtual educational environment and the concept of "learning management system", as well as analyze the content, didactic, organizational, and technological features of the Edvibe platform as a learning management system; develop the characters of the online course "Ruslan and Lyudmila", as well as visualize them in computer graphics; create five methodological developments within the online course "Ruslan and Lyudmila" for different stages of teaching Russian as a foreign language in order to demonstrate the linguodidactic potential and capabilities of the Edvibe platform as a learning management system. In the process of solving the tasks set, the following conclusions were made: 1) digitalization of the information and educational environment is nothing more than part of the overall process of technological development, which brings new opportunities for teaching Russian as a foreign language, the development of electronic linguodidactics and the educational sector as a whole; 2) digital technologies for teaching foreign languages are most capable of realizing the linguodidactic potential in a remote form of organizing the educational process; 3) online teaching of Russian as a foreign language is a completely different, new concept of learning, different from the usual classroom lessons; 4) the content, didactic, organizational and technological features of the Edvibe platform were studied, the developed lessons for different stages of teaching Russian as a foreign language demonstrate the significant linguodidactic potential of the platform and its practical significance in teaching Russian as a foreign language.

Работа посвящена исследованию мотивов, которые побуждают студентов направления "Лингвистика" к изучению второго иностранного языка (испанский, французский, немецкий, китайский, итальянский, турецкий, арабский, корейский) и поддерживают их мотивацию к учебной деятельности. Объектом исследования процесс мотивации к изучению иностранных языков у студентов высшей школы, предметом – выраженность мотивов студентов направления «Лингвистика». Цель исследования: выявление и анализ ведущих и второстепенных мотивов, входящих в мотивационную сферу и оказывающих влияние на процесс обучения иностранному языку у студентов данного направления подготовки. Анализ показал, что к ведущим мотивам учебной деятельности студентов относится группа познавательных мотивов, которые также тесно связаны с второстепенными прагматическими, коммуникативными и эмоционально-эстетическими мотивами. Исходя из полученных данных по двум разделам анкетирования, было также определено, что у студентов данного направления подготовки прослеживается положительная мотивация к учебной деятельности. Основываясь на исследовании мотивов групп от первого до четвертого курса бакалавриата, и учитывая ответы студентов магистратуры, отмечена тенденция постепенной смены внутренней интегративной мотивации на внешнюю инструментальную мотивацию в процессе обучения. Результаты исследования позволяют выделить несколько основных мотивационных факторов, которые оказывают наибольшее влияние на студентов. Среди них выделяются факторы, связанные с будущей профессиональной деятельностью, интересом к иностранным культурам и языкам, стремление к личностному развитию, а также внешние стимулы, такие как социальное признание и возможности путешествий. / The work is devoted to the study of learning motives that encourage students of Linguistics Department to learn a second foreign language (Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Italian, Turkish, Arabic, and Korean) and support their motivation for learning activities. The object of the study is the process of motivation for foreign language learning among university students, the subject is the representation of motives of students of linguistics faculty. The purpose of the study: to identify and analyze the inductive and consequential motives that belong to the motivational sphere and influence the process of foreign language learning among students. The analysis showed that the inductive motives of students' learning activities include the group of cognitive motives, which are also closely related to the consequential pragmatic, communicative and emotional-aesthetic motives. According to the obtained data, it has also been found out that the students of this educational specialty have a positive type of motivation towards the process of study. Based on the study of the motives of the groups from the first to the fourth year of the Bachelor's degree students and taking into account the answers of the Master's degree students, the tendency of a gradual change from intrinsic integrative motivation to extrinsic instrumental motivation in the learning process was determined. The results of the research allowed us to identify several major motivational factors that have the greatest impact on students. These include factors related to future employment, interest in foreign cultures and languages, desire for personal development, and external incentives such as social recognition and travel.

Магистерская диссертация посвящена разработке методического инструментария, направленного на совершенствование системы управления оборотными средствами на предприятии. В качестве научной новизны выявлена обратно-пропорциональная корреляция между рентабельностью оборотных активов и оборачиваемостью запасов предприятия, а также установлена обратно-пропорциональная зависимость между инфляцией и оборачиваемостью запасов. Автором предложен методический подход к определению потребности в запасах материалов на основе календарного плана-графика, разработаны методические основы для внедрения категорийного подхода к управлению закупками на предприятии. Полученные результаты и рекомендации могут использоваться специалистами предприятий при разработке тактических и стратегических мероприятий по управлению оборотными средствами. / The master's thesis is devoted to the development of methodological tools aimed at improving the working capital management system at the enterprise. As a scientific novelty, an inversely proportional correlation between the profitability of current assets and the turnover of stocks of the enterprise was revealed, and an inversely proportional relationship between the turnover of stocks and inflation was also established. The author has proposed a methodological approach to determining the need for stocks of materials based on a calendar schedule, developed methodological foundations for introduction of a categorical approach to procurement management at enterprise. The obtained results and recommendations can be used by specialists of enterprises in the development of tactical and strategic management measures for working capital.

В рамках данной работы было проведено исследование существующих типов вопросно-ответных систем и методов анализа текста. Был проведен анализ существующих вопросно-ответных систем. Приведена обобщённая схема работы вопросно-ответных систем и для каждого типа систем приведена детальная схема работы. Описаны и исследованы методы выбора кандидатов ответа и методы их оценки. Также в работе описаны возможные критерии оценки работы таких систем. В ходе исследования был разработан рабочий прототип вопросно-ответной системы, основанный на системе BERT для русского языка. Используемая модель RuBERT была предобучена и протестирована на стандартных задачах SQuAD. В ходе работы модель была протестирована и оценена в разработанном рабочем прототипе и показала высокие результаты по предложенным критериям оценки. / Within the framework of this work, a study was made of the existing types of question-answer systems and text analysis methods. An analysis of the existing question-answer systems was carried out. A generalized scheme of operation of question-answer systems is given, and a detailed scheme of operation is given for each type of system. Methods for selecting response candidates and methods for their evaluation are described and investigated. The paper also describes possible criteria for evaluating the operation of such systems. In the course of the study, a working prototype of a question-answer system based on the BERT system for the Russian language was developed. The RuBERT model used was pre-trained and tested on standard SQuAD problems. During the work, the model was tested and evaluated in the developed working prototype and showed high results according to the proposed evaluation criteria.

The ability of the plug-in to determine the octave spectrum of ventilation noise at the calculated points, the sound pressure level on the path of noise propagation through the ventilation system, to calculate the decrease in the sound pressure level at different sites.

Цель работы – разработка, реализация и внедрение системы управления IT-услугами, позволяющей повысить качество и скорость работы технического отдела компании. Объект исследования – класс ITSM-систем, позволяющих управлять работой IT-отдела компании. Методы исследования: анализ и сравнение существующих систем управления IT-услугами; анализ современных средств разработки WEB-приложений; тестирование разрабатываемой системы на реальных пользователях и реальных данных. Результаты работы: разработана система управления IT-услугами (ITSM) для компании по предотвращению магазинных краж. Доказана эффективность внедрения новой системы. Выпускная квалификационная работа выполнена в текстовом редакторе Microsoft Word и представлена в твёрдой копии. / The goal of the work is to develop, implement and implement an IT service management system that will improve the quality and speed of work of the company’s technical department. Work results: an IT service management (ITSM) system was developed for a shoplifting prevention company. The effectiveness of implementing the new system has been proven.
