Body is not a synonym for “biologic”, taking into account that it is marked, as well, by the historical, psychic and social dimensions. From this point of view, the “body talks and is talked”. Therefore, this work takes into account the medical, hygienistic, publicitary and psychoanalistic methodological points of view about the body to comprehend, based on interviews with psychoanalysts, which are the psychic suffering’s new forms of presentation and also how they are related to the body idealization/submission nowadays. From the articulation between the interviews and the theoretical basis some categories were developed: “Psychic suffering: a meaning to the symptom” and “body and contemporary subjectivities”. This research stands out that, understood as an “ideal of completeness”, the body rules and suffers and makes the remnants of its inadequacies to the aesthetical rules of contemporaneity, based on the trinity beauty-health-youth, to be listened to within the psychoanalytical clinic. As a result, we are able to assert that the contemporary culture, with its aesthetical references, has an important rule in the so-called “new symptoms”. / A preocupação do homem com o corpo é um fenômeno que atravessa séculos e se atualiza no imaginário de cada época. O corpo não é sinônimo de biológico, tendo em vista que ele é marcado, também, pelas dimensões histórica, psíquica e social. Nesta perspectiva, o “corpo é falado e falante”. Assim, o presente trabalho toma os discursos médico, higienista, publicitário e psicanalítico sobre os corpos e, procura compreender através de entrevistas realizadas com psicanalistas, quais são as novas formas de apresentação do sofrimento psíquico, examinados a partir das demandas de análise, e suas possíveis relações com a idealização/submissão do corpo na atualidade. Da articulação entre o conteúdo das entrevistas e o referencial teórico utilizado emergiram as seguintes categorias temáticas: “Sofrimento psíquico: um sentido para o sintoma” e “Um olhar sobre o corpo e as subjetividades contemporâneas”. Este estudo ressalta que, tomado como “ideal de completude”, o corpo reina e padece e faz ressoar na clínica psicanalítica os resquícios da sua inadequação aos padrões estéticos da atualidade, sustentados na tríade beleza-saúde-juventude. A partir das entrevistas realizadas, pode-se afirmar que a cultura contemporânea, com suas referências estéticas, opera na construção dos ditos “novos sintomas”

The research was conducted at the Faculty of Education at the University of Brasilia (UNB) in four weeks from a discipline called “Mediated Practices of Informatics in Education” given by the advisor of this dissertation. It is a case study using a method of participatory research-action. To collect the views of participants, were used: questionnaire, individual and group interviews, and a seminar with participation of groups formed by themes. As theoretical reference, the four criteria were used for analysis of Dillenbourg (situation, interaction, mechanism and effect) of the Computer Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL) theory and the model of collaborative construction of knowledge of Stahl to design the Knowledge Building Environment (KBE ) used. Before applying this case study, several others were tested; therefore, the project took into account the experience of other researchers of the subject. Through analysis of the results, students perceived many technical difficulties in operation and cultural difficulties, especially related to collaborative work, but the students considered the pedagogical tool as useful and feasible, considering the advantage of sharing information between peers as the greatest advantage of wiki tool. / O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a vivência experimentada por alunos de uma turma de pedagogia, no uso pedagógico de uma ferramenta colaborativa baseada em wiki. A pesquisa foi realizada na Faculdade de Educação da Universidade de Brasília (UnB) em quatro semanas cedidas de uma disciplina denominada “Práticas Mediáticas de Informática na Educação” cedidas pelo orientador desta dissertação. Trata-se de um estudo de caso que utiliza uma metodologia de pesquisa-ação participativa. Para colher as opiniões dos participantes, foram aplicados: questionário; entrevistas individuais e em grupo; e um seminário com participação de grupos formados por temas. Como referencial teórico, foram utilizado os quatro critérios de análise de Dillenbourg (situação, interação, mecanismo e efeito) da Aprendizagem Colaborativa Suportada por Computador (CSCL) e o modelo de construção colaborativa de conhecimento de Stahl para projetar o Ambiente de Construção de Conhecimento (KBE) utilizado. Antes de aplicar este estudo de caso, vários outros foram analisados, assim, o projeto levou em conta a experiência de outras pesquisadores do tema. Através da análise dos resultados, foram percebidos pelos alunos várias dificuldades técnicas de operação e dificuldades culturais, especialmente relacionados a colaboração em equipe; porém os alunos consideraram a ferramenta como pedagogicamente útil e viável, considerando a vantagem de compartilhamento de informações entre pares como a maior vantagem da ferramenta wiki.

Notre recherche porte sur l’analyse d’un processus spécifique d’apprentissage par le concept d’ingegno du philosophe napolitain Giambattista Vico : La pratique du débat de l’Ecole Gelugpa du bouddhisme tibétain. Dans une première partie, à travers une anthropologie de son geste et de son imaginaire, nous présentons le déploiement de l’ingegno et la dimension transdisciplinaire de cette pratique traditionnelle de formation. Dans une deuxième partie, nous utilisons l’outil AT9 pour faire une lecture herméneutique de l’imaginaire de moines tibétains pratiquant le débat. A travers les projections de soi que constituent les AT9 réalisés, nous cherchons les traces des projections des apprentissages et leur dimension transdisciplinaire. Nous concluons ou plutôt offrons aux praticiens transdisciplinaires, la mise en débat d’un outil transdisciplinaire transformateur des pratiques de formation telles que les nôtres se sont métamorphosées au long cours de notre apprentissage de chercheur / Our research focuses on the analysis of a specific process of learning: The concept of ingegno by the Neapolitan philosopher Giambattista Vico: The practice of the debate of the Gelugpa School of Tibetan Buddhism. In the first section, through an anthropology of its gesture and its imagination, we present the deployment of ingegno and transdisciplinary dimension of this traditional practice of education. In the second section, we use the tool AT9 to do a hermeneutic reading from the imagination of the Tibetan monks in the process of discussions. Through the projections themselves, that constitute the AT9 realized, we looked for traces of projections of learning and their transdisciplinary dimension. It is concluded, or rather offered to the transdisciplinary practitioners, the debate of a transforming tool of the transdisciplinary training practices, such as ours have been transformed during the course of our learning researcher

The so called democratic deficit and the lack of legitimacy have been at the core of the EU-debate in the last decades. Low turnouts in the elections for the European parliament and disapproval in the ratification processes of the latest changes of the treaties are examples of the citizens lack of confidence for the EU and continuous integration. In Nice 2000 the heads of the member states governments agreed to try to improve the democratic legitimacy in the EU and initiated a public debate aiming at proposals for changes in the decision making processes in the EU. In July 2001 the commission published a white paper with their view. A fundamental presumption in discourse theory is that language and language usage not just is a way to deliver information about ideas and behaviours. Language shapes our apprehension about identities, social relations and system of knowledge. This essay analyses which meanings of democracy and legitimacy the commission establishes, and excludes, in the white paper. The commission emphasise results and possibility to act in favour of procedures for accountability, reversibility and representation. The decision making processes in the EU has a double democratic mandate according to the commission which makes them reluctant to suggest fundamental changes.

L’histoire a toujours occupé une place singulière au sein des sciences sociales mais qu’en est il de sa place dans le contentieux constitutionnel comparé des démocraties occidentales ? Le présent travail de recherche tendra ainsi à démontrer que la référence à l’histoire est bel et bien présente et qu’elle revêt un impact décisif sur les solutions constitutionnelles effectivement retenues pas le juge comme sur la substance même des droits et libertés fondamentaux. Il apparaîtra, en effet, que l’histoire, jaillissant dans le contentieux constitutionnel sous la forme d’un référent juridique type pouvant faire l’objet d’une systématisation au sein du droit comparé, contribue, par le truchement du juge constitutionnel à l’établissement comme au fonctionnement de l’État de droit contemporain. De la même manière, la symbolique particulière des évènements historiques qui seront mobilisés, c’est à dire leur charge positive ou négative pour l’État de droit, va nourrir la volonté juridictionnelle du juge d’assurer la rupture avec un fait historique tragique ou à l’inverse de conforter un héritage historique glorieux. Juge qui, en dernier analyse, pourra être conduit, conformément au rôle social nouveau que lui confère les démocraties constitutionnelles contemporaines, selon une utilisation soutenue du référent historique, à réparer directement ou plus indirectement les préjudices nés de l’histoire comme à renforcer ou à limiter le sens des droits et libertés fondamentaux devenus historiquement circonstanciés / History has always occupied a singular place within the realm of Social Sciences and the question of its functions in comparative judicial review deserves to be raised. This research intends to demonstrate that the historical argument has a decisive impact on constitutional decisions as well as on the substance of fundamental rights and freedoms. History, being systematized in comparative law, through the form of a standard legal argument, contributes, via constitutional review, to the establishment as well to the operation of the rule oflaw, today. The immediate legal logic of such historical impregnation will be analysed through the work of the judge in the motivation of its decisions. In the same perspective, the singular meaning of historical events and their positive or negative impact, feeds judicial interpretation, either breaking away from a tragic historical event or consolidating a glorious historicalheritage. The judge, in accordance with his new social function recognized in western democracies, is lead to repare directly or indirectly, the damages resulting from historical events as well as to strenghten or limitate the scope of fundamental rights, which appear today, historically situated

D'abord constitué à partir d'initiatives associatives, le champ de la formation linguistique des adultes migrants allophones a fait l'objet, en France, d'un processus d'institutionnalisation et de professionnalisation progressives : la publication du Référentiel Français Langue d'Intégration (FLI), en octobre 2011, en constitue l'étape récente la plus marquante. Elle consacre par ailleurs un choix nominatif : l’emploi et la prescription de l'un ou l'autre des lexèmes du paradigme « insertion-intégration-assimilation » fait en effet l'objet, depuis les années 1980, d'une querelle de mots durable au sein des discours politiques et ordinaires.Considérant que le débat autour des nominations du processus de rencontre migrants-société ressurgit à intervalles réguliers, et informe de multiples domaines sociaux, mes recherches visent à éclairer les usages des lexèmes incriminés – et ce notamment au sein du domaine institutionnel et professionnel de la formation linguistique des migrants, dont la présente thèse circonscrit en outre la structuration et la professionnalisation actuelles.A partir de trois sous-ensembles discursifs, dont les locuteurs illustrent des positions sociales distinctes (lexicographes, experts institutionnels, formateurs et formatrices linguistiques professionnels), je m’attache à mettre en évidence les caractéristiques de la saisie sémantique des lexèmes du paradigme. Les outils conceptuels mobilisés sont ceux de l’analyse du discours. Il s'agit d'une part d'identifier, par une analyse de discours à entrée lexicale qui tient compte des caractéristiques des usages réels des lexèmes, des éléments de mise en sens de ces derniers : je repère ainsi des oppositions sémantiques structurantes, mais aussi des zones d'opacité qui favorisent les conflits sémantiques. J'élargis d'autre part l'analyse en tenant compte des spécificités de chacun des sous-corpus, qui ressortissent de genres discursifs distincts, construisant et témoignant de rapports de pouvoir au sein du champ.La thèse pose ainsi de solides bases pour une problématisation du domaine de la formation linguistique des adultes migrants allophones, tant du point de vue de sa structuration et des orientations fixées par l'État, que des besoins qui ressortent des discours des formateurs et formatrices en termes de formation initiale et continue. / Originating from grassroots initiatives, the field of language education for allophone adult migrants has progressively become, in France, more institutionalized and professionalized. Perhaps the most striking recent development in this process is the publication of the French as a Language of Integration reference document (Référentiel Français Langue d’Intégration—FLI) in October 2011. Indeed, the use or non-use of one or another of the lexemes of the “insertion-integration-assimilation” paradigm has been subject to debate within political and everyday discourse since the 1980s. The designation of one of these lexemes thus constitutes a clear statement.Considering the regularly reoccurring debate over the naming of the process by which migrants and society interact, which appertains to various social domains, my research aims at shedding light on the uses of the forementioned paradigm’s lexemes, especially within the institutionalized and professionalized field of migrant language education. My thesis also aims at defining this field’s current organizational and professional structures.From three discursive subgroups, whose speakers occupy distinct social positions (lexicographers, institutional experts, professional language educators), I will highlight the characteristics of their diverse semantic understandings of the paradigm’s lexemes. Notably, the conceptual tools used to conduct my study will be those of discourse analysis. On one side, through lexical discourse analysis that takes into account the characteristics of the studied actors’ real uses of the paradigm’s lexemes, I will identify elements of meaning construction, thereby bringing to light the resulting structuring semantic oppositions and grey areas favouring the emergence of semantic conflicts. On the other hand, I will broaden my analysis to take into account each subgroup’s specificities, which are based on distinct discursive genres, constructing and testifying to the power relationships at play within the field.This thesis therefore lays the foundation for a problematization of the field of allophone migrant language education, both from the point of view of its organization and orientations set by the State as well as that of the needs which emerge from the discourse of educators in terms of initial and continuing education.

The Conferences had begun in 1873, and had the purpose to publicize a scientific knowledge among the erudite groups of Rio de Janeiro. The approached theme during these meetings was centered on cultural and scientific matters, and among these I emphasize the Darwinism, because it was the subject that caused great controversy on the press between who was adept and who was adverse of this theory.
