電子圖書館多媒體資訊服務系統之研究 / Multimedia Information Services Systems for Electronic Libraries

由於資訊科技的快速演進、國際網際網路資源的蓬勃發展,以及多媒體型態之應用日益普及,以紙本式圖書為主的傳統圖書館受到相當大的衝擊。本論文即嘗試在現有圖書館環境下,以整體性的發展與應用為重點,從電子圖書館多媒體資訊服務系統應具有之管理功能、整合架構為考量,引用適當的模式方法、發展流程與作業環境,來引導系統的開發、使用及管理,並在校園網路環境下發展一原形系統以為驗證。   本研究採用開放性層次結構(Layer Structure)方法,規範系統發展程序並設定系統規格與標準,採用物件導向(Object-Oriented)方法建立系統之概念及實體模式,使用超媒體(Hypermedia)方法,來設計使用者介面及畫面之組織與呈現方式,並使用多媒體資料庫(Multimedia Database)方法建立系統之資料庫結構及管理功能。同時以軟體整合(Software Integration)方法建立系統實體發展及作業環境。   本論文所發展之電子圖書館多媒體資訊服務系統,除具有目前一般自動化圖書館之功能,並提供較書目查詢更完整之多媒體文件檢索及全文瀏覽功能,同時為結合Internet網路資源,建置一個館藏WWW Server,更可結合其他Internet上之網路資源,進而將相關之網路資源,加入本地關鍵字索引範圍中。由於本研究結合自動化圖書館及未來虛擬圖書館作業之功能,為一適合現在並具未來發展之電子圖書館多媒體資訊服務系統,具有相當之彈性及擴充性。

基於模糊簽章之電子投票系統 / An e-voting system based on oblivious signatures

近期電子投票系統被廣泛討論,許多國家也開始實行電子投票系統來取代傳統紙本投票。而一套完整的電子投票系統欲取代傳統紙本投票,此系統就必須滿足傳統紙本投票的需求,有完善的機制用以保護投票者在進行投票時的隱私性,保證投票者的身分及選票內容不被其他人得知,並維持整個投票過程的完整性、可驗證性及公平性等等的需求,系統的穩定性也是必須要考量的因素。 本篇論文主要針對投票者的隱私性及如何減輕投票者的負擔進行討論,我們提出了參考愛沙尼亞國家的電子投票系統的優點做結合,設計出一個改良的基於模糊簽章的電子投票系統。 / Electronic voting systems have been widely investigated in recent years since they are very convenient for voters. Many countries have begun to implement electronic voting system to replace the traditional voting system. In order to replace the traditional voting system, an e-voting system must satisfy all the security requirements of those in a traditional voting system. Those security requirements are, firstly, to have a sound mechanism to protect a voter’s privacy, and to ensure that the identity of a voter or the content of a ballot will not be leaked to others. Moreover, it must maintain the integrity, verifiability and fairness during the entire voting process. To keep the system stable during the voting process is also an important factor that must be considered. This thesis is a research on designing a secure electronic voting system. Based on some existing electronic voting systems, we design an improved system to enhance the privacy protection of voters on one hand and to reduce the loading of voters on the other hand. In detail, our scheme is modified from the existing e-voting system of Estonian state, and we proposed an improved e-voting system which uses the oblivious signatures as a building block.

電子廢棄物貿易之國際法規適用問題研究 / The study of applicable international law on e-waste trade

隨著時代的發展,電子產品已成為人類生活不可或缺的科技產物,而技術不斷更新的結果導致電子產品的汰舊換新速度加快,產生大量的電子廢棄物(E-waste)。而因為電子廢棄物仍具有高經濟利益,國際間之貿易行為增加,又,因電子廢棄物之再利用、回收及拆解等過程均會對環境造成很大的危害,其高汙染性也引起國際重視。 因電子廢棄物貿易之高經濟性及高汙染性,應適用國際法規以完整規範,目前國際間管制電子廢棄物之法規有二:一為針對環境層面之巴塞爾公約(Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and Their Disposal),另一為針對貿易自由化之WTO(World Trade Organization)貨品貿易原則。 研究探討後發現,兩國際公約仍然有其無法完整規範之處,而最主要的原因即為電子廢棄物於國際間無統一的分類及定義,分類不明的結果導致法規無法完整適用,電子廢棄物貿易行為無法受到管制。 因此,本論文最後將就電子廢棄物給予分類建議,並且探討若電子廢棄物有適當且明確之分類後,法規之適用性大大提升,始可解決環境面與經濟面的難解問題。 / In recent years, electronic products have become more important and indispensable in the human life. With the development of technology, old and used electronic products fall into disuse, so lots of Electronic-Waste (e-waste) has been generated. Because of great economic benefits, the international e-waste trade has turned into a significant issue. In addition, the procedure of re-using, recycling and dismantling e-waste may cause serious damages to the environment. Therefore, the high pollution resulted by E-waste has caught the attention around the world. Due to the enormous benefits and pollution of e-waste trade, the international law should be applied to stipulate the trade behavior. Currently, there are two international laws controlling e-waste: one is the Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Waste and Their Disposal that with regard to environment aspect and another is the World Trade Organization (WTO) goods rules which concerning the trade liberalization. In this research, we find that there are still some shortages about these two laws that lead to the insufficiency of the scope of the laws and difficulty of stipulating the e-waste trade. The main reason is that there is no unified and specific classification and definition of the e-waste. The e-waste will be defined and categorized in this research paper, and then the applicability of the two laws will be significantly improved in order to solve the economic and environmental issues. Therefore, according to the laws of several countries, we further give a suggestion about the classification and definition of e-waste. After we have the specific classification of e-waste, the applicable laws become useful and accurate so that we can solve the existing problem between environment and economics.

新產品與創新之討論-以某電子化學品公司為例

本研究的進行,乃因於電子業製程與技術推陳出新之因應不易;並且全球對化學品環保標準要求日高致用料受限之背景;因而為利於個案公司對對電子化學品業者進行客製化問題的挖掘與克服,進而協助個案公司整體營運績效的提升的動機下;本研究乃從個案公司的內部環境、外部環境與通路成長策略三方向進行分析,以期益於個案公司的整體銷售與成長之目的。除此,本研究亦期經此個案研究,可提供學術探討與企業實務相關的參考,而利於電子化學品此類新產品創新的研究領域與營運方向之發展。 為促使本研究的周延,乃從新產品與創新之行銷與營運策略兩方面進行文獻探討,藉以獲得正確的研究知識與並啟發基礎的研究觀念,進而奠立本研究的研究架構與實施步驟,以促研究有序進行。 基於本研究議題之敏感,且願意公開的電子化學品企業家數甚少,再加上本研究主題乃目前經濟現實自然演變而產生,故本研究採取探索性的個案研究。而研究架構,以個案公司的內外部環境為自變項、新產品創新為控制變項與公司營運策略為應變項三方面為主發展。研究方法,主要採行文獻探討、個案研究與資料分析。 對於個案公司的分析,首先從個案公司所處產業的範圍、類型、特點與外部、同業環境等基礎面進行探討;次而對個案公司的運作、願景與規劃、產品與應用、研發與表現等營運現況進行分析;而後則從個案公司的未來趨勢、市場競爭、重點策略未來發展策略之契合等進行綜整分析。 最後,本研究提出如下的結論: 1. 產業環境:要求多、競爭者多為跨國大企業與高技術者。 2. 營運現況:具有十一類解決方案、品管嚴格、營運成長。 3. 未來發展:環保與競爭高、實驗室、市場與成本具優勢、強化研發與顧客關係、落實規模經濟與客戶聯盟。 本研究的建議,對個案公司的建議其降低自我與顧客成本、為客戶量身訂做產品與服務、提供綠色環保解決方案、建立個案公司品牌形象;而對未來研究的建議,乃期研究資料的增加、研究方法的改進與研究方向的拓展,以促本領域研究的深入與完整。

電子佈告欄推文搜尋態度與購買決策影響之關係 / A study on the effect of the searching attitude of BBS push text to purchase decision

因應網路口碑傳播平台的熱門化,以及資訊搜尋意識高度提升,網路口碑搜尋成為現代人購買行為準備步驟之一,消費者透過多元化的網路口碑平台搜尋產品資訊以幫助自己進行貨比三家及累積自身的產品基本資訊,並減低產品購買風險,藉由網路口碑的搜尋行為讓消費者購買活動更具自主性與安全感。 由於台灣網路口碑傳播平台百花爭鳴,而過去研究多以論壇及部落格為研究主題,甚少研究以年輕人常使用的電子佈告欄作為研究場域。故此,本研究選擇電子佈告欄作為研究場域,由網路口碑的概念出發,試圖了解消費者選擇電子佈告欄為搜尋產品相關訊息的場域時,他人意見對消費者購買決策的影響。由於過去尚未出現以研究電子佈告欄特有的「推文」機制對購買決策的影響,本研究則針對電子佈告欄推文作初探性研究,旨在探討消費者在使用電子佈告欄搜尋產品資訊與網路口碑過程時,對於電子佈告欄文章中的推文搜尋態度對消費者購買決策的影響。 本研究從資訊搜尋觀點切入,從消費者端出發,藉由量化研究方法,透過線上問卷方式,以自願樣本抽樣方式,最終有效回收問卷570份,以期了解消費者推文搜尋態度對購買決策的影響,並嘗試了解消費者對電子佈告欄此平台的知覺訊息可信度是否會影響消費者購買決策行為。因此,進一步探究消費者的電子佈告欄知覺訊息可信度在推文搜尋態度與購買決策間的干擾效果。 研究結果發現,當消費者使用電子佈告欄搜尋產品資訊時,消費者的推文搜尋態度對購買決策具有正向的影響;消費者的電子佈告欄知覺訊息可信度對購買決策並不具有影響力。另外,研究也發現消費者的電子佈告欄知覺可信度並不會影響推文搜尋態度與購買決策影響之間的關係。本研究並以推文所能扮演的行銷角色對實務工作者提出行銷策略上的建議。

GS-based電腦輔助同步合作學習對國小學童閱讀理解成效之研究 / A study of GS-based CSCL for elementary school students on the effectiveness of reading comprehension

學童階段推動閱讀教育非常重要,過去不乏對於閱讀動機與閱讀興趣之調查研究,但對於新興之數位閱讀實證性研究瞭解有限,有鑑於數位媒體將逐漸成為閱讀的新趨勢,本研究旨在探討GS-based 合作學習活動運用在國小閱讀教學的可行性,將學生的閱讀合作學習及教師的教學策略串連,研究採用準實驗研究法,以金門縣二所國小四年級各一班的學生,分成實驗組與控制組,實驗組進行「運用GS軟體結合電子繪本的合作學習教學活動」,而控制組進行「電腦教室環境不分組的大班電子繪本教學活動」,經過實驗處理後,接受「自編閱讀理解測驗」,以比較學生在閱讀理解成效的差異性,輔之以問卷調查實驗組學生對課程活動的態度看法,並以研究者觀察、錄影及訪談作為質性資料討論,最後,根據研究結果提出具體建議,以提供未來研究與教師在運用電腦輔助合作學習融入閱讀教學時之參考。 研究發現如下: 一、GS-based電腦輔助合作學習活動的閱讀教學模式,學生在閱讀理解成效方面,優於不分組大班學生獨立學習的電子繪本閱讀教學模式。 二、GS-based電腦輔助合作學習活動的閱讀教學,有利於幫助學生在推論分析及詮釋整合層次的閱讀理解,尤其是詮釋整合的理解歷程上,閱讀理解成效最為顯著。 三、無論是高成就組、中成就組或低成就組,實驗組不同成就組別之學生的閱讀理解成效皆優於控制組,尤以中成就組之學生,閱讀理解成效最為顯著。 四、透過GS-based合作學習活動,有助於小組集思廣益。積極參與型的小組運作,小組後測平均成績比主領導強勢型、無領導零碎型的小組運作方式成績高。 五、學生對GS結合電子繪本合作學習活動的新穎學習模式,持正向肯定的態度,同時認為可提高閱讀的興趣。 / The purpose of research is to discuss the practicability of applying GS- based collaborative learning project to reading instruction of primary school, which is to connect the reading collaborative learning with teachers’ teaching strategy. The research uses Quasi-experimental method by separating classes of students from two primary schools in Kinmen County as an experimental group and a control group. Experimental group implements the collaborative learning project by applying GS software to connect with electronic books and control group practices the ungrouped electronic books learning project in the computer classroom. After experimenting, to know the students’ reading comprehensive effectiveness, the students accepted the self-prepared comprehension tests and to use questionnaire survey to know how the students of experimental group think about the learning project. Moreover, serving as the researchers to observe, make the video record and interview as the qualitative for discussions ; finally, to address specific suggestions according to research result so as to provide the reference for future researches and teachers when they collaboratively apply computer to reading instruction. The research findings are as followings: (1)The reading instruction of applying GS based computer to collaborative learning project, the students’ reading comprehensive effectiveness is better than students who independently learn with the electronic books reading ins- truction in the big ungrouped class. (2)The reading instruction of applying GS-based computer to collaborative learning project is helpful for students’ reading comprehension on the parts of inferential analysis and interpretation of integrating levels; especially in the interpretation of integrating comprehensive process, the reading comprehend- sion is the most significant. (3)No matter for high achievement group, middle achievement group or low achievement group, the different experimental groups of students’ reading comprehension are better than control groups; especially the middle achieve- ment groups. Their reading comprehensive effectiveness is the best. (4)GS-based collaborative learning project is helpful for group thinking. The operation of group is positive and active. Their test results are better than con- trol group and non-leader fragmented group. (5)The students are positive about GS connecting electronic books with collaborative learning project and they also think which can enhance their inte- rest to reading.

建置電子健康照護服務之績效評量架構 / Assessing the performance of e-Health service

This study develops quality evaluation criteria that consider both service provider satisfaction and patient perspective in assessing e-Health services; additionally, it evaluates the impact of these criteria on the performance of e-Health services. Utilizing data from the Tele Care Center in National Taiwan University Hospital (NTUH), one of the largest hospitals in Taiwan, this research framework extends the service-profit chain by integrating service triangle concept and emphasizing the relationships among three stakeholders: the firm, the customer, and the employee. The results suggest that the positive relationships among hospital’s business value, physicians’ value, and patients’ value can contribute to customer retention. In sum, this study expects to contribute to literature by providing an e-Health service performance assessment framework, which systematically develops a scale to evaluate e-Health service quality that concerns multiple stakeholders’ perspectives.

電子書產品採用意願影響因素之研究

亞馬遜(Amazon) 宣布自有電子閱讀器Kindle在2010年的出貨量達800 萬台,不僅遠超出市場預期的500 萬台,也打破Kindle 銷售會受iPad上市而被瓜分的流言。根據國外市調機構Displaybank 統計,亞馬遜(Amazon)的Kindle 電子書上市3 年以來,美國暢銷電子書銷售量已超越紙本書的2 倍,預估2015 年的美國電子書閱讀器市場規模將達5,400 萬台、2018 年有機會成長到8,800 萬台。由上述的資料可見,電子書產品實為一個有潛力的市場。 研究試圖以創新擴散理論(Rogers,1983)為基礎,探討在電子書問世時,消費者從得知電子書存在到採用此產品過程並持續採用之意願,輔以科技接受模式(Davis,1989)來解釋影響電子書使用者的態度、意圖及行為,在此綜合模型中添加了涉入類型的種類(Vaughn,1980)做為影響消費者知覺特性的變數,加入了廠商面的資訊來探討策略結盟對於消費者的意義及影響,除了以電子書本身所具備的功能特性來探討利益面影響因子,更希望能加入風險成本來探討成本面的影響因素,並探討電子書的網路外部性效果(Katz & Shapiro,1986)如何影響消費者的採用意願。 研究結果顯示消費者知覺特性中的認知有用性、認知易用性及相容性會顯著受到消費者涉入程度高低的影響;知覺特性中的認知有用性、相容性和直接網路外部性會顯著影響消費者對於電子書的採用意願;而除了知覺特性中的相容性對於繼續採用意願有顯著影響之外,其餘的變數皆不顯著,這與探討採用意願的結果不盡相同。 依據研究結果,總結出消費者採用電子書意願的相關建議:一、廠商異業結盟行為對於消費者的意義不大,消費者並不關心電子書是由甚麼廠商聯盟所組成,只關心此產品是否能滿足自身的期待及需求,廠商該著重的應是消費者使用習慣的舒適度以及產品功能的有效性。加強技術方面的整合及研發才是吸引消費者注意力並獲得青睞的策略行為。二、實體店鋪的設立能增加電子書產品的能見度,現今國內的電子書廠商百家爭鳴,但使消費者喊得出名字或是聽過的品牌卻沒幾家,這表示廠商所釋放出的產品訊息不夠完整,因此電子書廠商若要提升自家產品的能見度,除了基本的研發工作之外,與媒體之間的配合及實體通路店鋪的設置也是相當重要的,透過通路消費者能夠明確知曉電子書產品的功能特性,根據試用的狀況使消費者更能掌握產品的資訊,進而影響最終的採用意願。

電子商務、市場導向、出口承諾與出口績效之關係: 以大陸中小企業為例 / B2B e-commerce, market orientation, export commitment and export performance: an empirical examination of SMEs in China

無 / Attracted by the promise of greater market exposure and increase revenues, some firms have adopted B2B electronic market to expand international markets. However, do firms reap export performance benefits of increased extent of B2B electronic market? Besides, what accounts for different export performance, in other word, under what conditions, the extent of exporters’ B2B electronic market adoption will have positive effects on export performance? Drawing from resource based view; this study develops a conceptual framework which links the relationship between the extent of exporters’ B2B electronic market adoption and export performance. And then, analyzing the data collected from in-depth interview with managers in China, the study propose several propositions in the linkages between the adoption of B2B electronic market, market orientation, export commitment and export performance. The results concluded in the following statement. Firstly, the greater extent of usage of B2B electronic market, the better the exporters’ export performance. Furthermore, both market orientation and export commitment moderate the relationships between the extent of exporters’ B2B electronic market and export performance. Overall, we found that the greater the firm’s market orientation, the greater is the influence of B2B electronic market on export performance. Additionally, the greater the firm’s export commitment, the greater is the influence of B2B electronic market on export performance.

電子書閱讀器之使用者行為資料分析 / Analysis and Interpretation of E-reader User Log

由於資訊科技與顯示技術的大幅進步,電子書閱讀裝置成為近來十分受矚目的產品,然綜觀目前國內外電子書的發展,多以較具消費能力的上班族為對象,較少以基礎教育的學生為目標使用者。 本研究針對使用於教育市場的電子書閱讀器進行前導性的實驗,並透過自行設計的使用者介面、數位學習平台及結合傳統問卷與自動化使用者行為蒐集程式,結合質化研究與量化分析的優點,以瞭解最真實的學生使用習慣與方式。 本研究目的在於探索電子書閱讀器進入高中學生的實際課堂學習與日常生活之中,對學生的學習經驗或閱讀習慣所產生之影響,並進一步瞭解從學生最初接觸電子書的新鮮試用期,到後續逐漸習慣使用或棄用電子書等不同階段的行為變化。透過此研究,瞭解電子書閱讀器應用於教育市場的接受程度及可能潛力,做為未來電子書設計、開發與推廣使用的可行性參考依據。 / Recently, e-book reading devices based on electronic ink (e-ink) have gained a lot of attention thanks to the rapid advances in both information and display technology. However, current products are mainly targeted on general users for their daily reading activities. Research on introducing the e-reading device into high school or college campuses has commenced only quite recently. In this thesis, we exploit the potential of employing e-book reading devices in facilitating learning in a high school campus. We have custom-designed the user interface as well as the textbook content to suit the needs of this particular user group. The unique opportunity of having access to the hardware device, software design and potential users creates an ideal experimental platform for us to unbiasedly investigate the role of this new technology through a long-term user behavior collection and analysis process. This study aims to explore how the introduction of e-book reader into high school campus influences the students’ learning and daily life. We documented changes in the users’ e-book reading behavior during the course of a six-month experiment, corresponding to progressive stages of growing familiarity and comfort with using the machine. We found that e-book reader does help the students to develop a habit of mobile reading. Its effect exceeds our expectation of achieving digital learning. We hope that the findings presented in this thesis can be useful to teachers and system designers to develop new types of teaching materials and activities by taking advantages of the characteristics of this new technology.
