當行動裝置逐漸取代傳統電腦成為連結到網路世界的主要途徑後，反映出的就是app市場的急劇成長。如同以往建構網頁開啟企業網路溝通的通道，現在的行銷人員則是利用app來創造一個新的品牌溝通管道（brand communication channel），即所謂的「品牌app（Branded app）」。縱覽過去學術界對品牌app的相關研究，本研究發現過去品牌app的內容分析偏重於介面部分，忽略了內容面；研究主題也聚焦於單一產業的品牌app，缺乏綜觀性的角度。 因此，本研究以96個在台灣上市的品牌app（包含消耗品／耐久品／服務三種產品類別）為樣本進行內容分析，同時以介面功能（事先允許、導航、客製化、回饋、平台串聯與線上線下串聯）與推廣內容（廣告、公共關係、促銷與直效行銷）兩個角度切入研究。結果發現不同產品類別的品牌在介面功能的設計上並無差異存在；推廣內容上則發現服務類的品牌app相較於消耗品類呈現較多的「產品資訊」與「線上購買」這兩類內容。此外，本研究也發現消耗品與耐久品類的app傾向推出娛樂型的app，而服務類型的則多推出實用型的app。

行動上網時代來臨，隨著連網技術成熟與裝置快速普及，微型應用程式（application，簡稱app）的應用應運而生，線上軟體平台產業快速成形，集廣大外部開發者之力共同創造價值與利潤。 激烈的平台競爭與初步的產業發展成果突顯出，面向多方參與者的平台對外部開發者守門的重要性，平台經營者如何在敞開大門的同時又能取得好的創意，背後應該有可供解釋的理由與作為。因此，本研究結合過去研究未有交集的多邊平台與守門理論兩觀點，期盼藉由研究成果回答三點研究問題：（1）線上軟體平台如何對外部開發者進行守門？（2）線上軟體平台之守門機制隨平台發展歷程有何變化？（3）線上軟體平台之守門機制對平台之經營績效有何影響？ 本研究所得到的初步結論：（1）線上軟體平台在開放與透過一系列「規範中有服務」的措施組成對外部開發者的守門機制，分為「價值獲取型」守門機制與「價值創造型」守門機制兩類。（2）線上軟體平台守門機制在「導入期」與「成長期」是處於「開放中有封閉，封閉中有開放」的狀態，價值獲取型守門機制從導入期至成長期是封閉趨向開放，價值創造型守門機制從導入期至成長期是開放趨向封閉。（3）線上軟體平台非獲利中心，而是生態系統的一控制點。 / Internet infrastructure and technology have advanced, we have now entered the Mobile Internet Device era. Online marketplaces form and applications sprout, stimulating an ecosystem worthy enough for external developers to dive in, grabbing the value in this co-creating process. However, managing the online marketplace is difficult. Developing a place to encourage participation for external developers as well as to gate keeping the platform quality is not an easy task. Up to this day, we can observe different online marketplaces develop different approaches. This research combines the prospective from multi-sided platforms theory and gatekeeping theory in view to answer three questions: (1) What is the gatekeeping strategy for online marketplaces? (2) As online marketplaces develop, how does the gatekeeping process change? (3) What influence does gatekeeping strategy has on online marketplaces performance? This study has found: (1) Two different strategies multi-sided platforms use for gatekeeping forming regulation and services for external developers are “Value Proposition” and “Value Creation”. (2) From the “early stage” to the “developing stage” of multi-sided platforms, this research discovers two different movements on gatekeeping: “From Opened to Restricting” and “From Restricting to Opened”. “Value Proposition” strategy leans toward “From Restricting to Opened” state, while “Value Creation” strategy leans toward “From Opened to Restricting” state.(3) Multi-sided platform is not a place to generate interests, but a place to manage the ecosystem.

Desde a formação do reservatório da hidrelétrica de Capivara em 1977, grandes transformações ocorreram no entorno do lago. Embora apresentasse pequena concentração populacional e relativa distância dos grandes centros urbanos, que provocassem maiores impactos ambientais, apresentou à formação de penínsulas, de áreas alagadas, lagoas marginais, várzeas, alagamento de remanescentes de vegetação primitiva, além de um processo de ocupação irregular em suas margens. A evolução da agricultura na região da tradicional cafeicultura para as culturas comerciais da soja, trigo e milho e cana de açúcar, levou esses cultivos a serem praticados junto às áreas de alagamento do lago de Capivara, acelerando os processos erosivos dos solos, assoreamento, lixiviação, além da descarga de agroquímicos carregados pelas chuvas diretamente nas águas do lago. Foram realizados estudos de campo, tanto em terra como com a navegação de áreas de difícil acesso, onde foram identificadas erosões marginais de grande impacto devido à ocupação irregular de Áreas de Preservação Permanente pela pecuária, construções irregulares, loteamentos, ranchos de lazer e atividades ligadas ao turismo balneário. Os dados levantados nesta pesquisa indicaram haver mudanças e transformações na paisagem regional, sobretudo nas Áreas de Preservação Permanente, devido à reconfiguração das margens do Rio Paranapanema, entre os Estados de São Paulo e Paraná. A partir disso pode- se afirmar que há a necessidade de atuação do poder público visando à adequação dos usos e da ocupação das áreas de influência direta do reservatório de Capivara, no rio Paranapanema, buscando minimizar e manter, do ponto de vista ambiental, a biodiversidade, os solos, a água e seu uso econômico racional. / This study analyzed the environmental impacts caused by the construction of hydroelectric Capybara or Mackenzie Engineering in Rio Paranapanema, São Paulo, Brazil. Since the formation of Capivara hydroelectric reservoir in 1977, great changes occurred in the vicinity of the lake. Though having small population density and relative distance from large urban centers, which provoked major environmental impacts, presented to the formation of peninsulas of wetlands, lagoons, floodplains, remnants of flooding of primitive vegetation, and an irregular settlement process in their margins. The development of agriculture in the traditional coffee growing region for commercial soybean, wheat and corn and sugar cane, took these crops to be carried along the flooded areas of Capybara lake, accelerating the erosion of soil, silting, leaching in addition to the agrochemical discharge carried by rain directly on the lake waters. Field studies were carried out, both on land and in the navigation areas of difficult access, where marginal erosions of great impact were identified due to the illegal occupation of Permanent Preservation Areas in livestock, irregular buildings, housing developments, leisure ranches and related activities the spa tourism. The data collected in this study indicated that there shifts and changes in the regional landscape, particularly in Permanent Preservation Areas, due to the reconfiguration of the Paranapanema River banks, between the states of São Paulo and Paraná. From this it can be stated that there is need for action of public authorities to the suitability of the use and occupation of areas of direct influence of the Capivara reservoir on the river Paranapanema, seeking to minimize and maintain the environmental point of view, biodiversity, soil, water and their rational economic use.

Denna studie berör hur man skapar en användbar och säker webbutik och onlineportfolio för en konstnär eller fotograf. Tanken är att sälja in deras konstverk med en app som använder Augmented Reality genom att visa hur tavlan ser ut på väggen med en smartphonekamera. Studiens fokus ligger på användbarhet och design i webbutiker för att öka kundförtroendet, interaktion med tilltalande användarupplevelse samt för att sälja in tavlorna. Efter att ha studerat användbarhet, kundcentrerad webbdesign och designteorier för framtagandet av interaktiva system, togs skisser av både webbutik och prototyp till app fram. Prototypen testades i samband med semi-strukturerade intervjuer. När alla svar sammanställts analyserades data från intervjuerna. Utifrån analysen drogs slutsatsen i hur appen bör utformas för att uppnå användbarhet och skapa en tilltalande användarupplevelse och genom interaktionen inspirera och sälja in tavlorna som finns i webbutiken. / This study concerns how to create a useful and reliable web shop and web portfolio for an artist or photographer. The idea is to promote their artworks with an app using Augmented Reality by showing how it looks on the wall by using a smartphone camera. The study's focus is on usability and design for webshops with high security to boost customer confidence and interaction, with an appealing user experience as well as to promote the art. After studying usability, customer centered web design, design theories for development of interactive systems, sketches for the webshop and a prototype for the app was developed. The prototype was usability tested during semi-structured interviews. Once the answers from the interview were collected, the data was analyzed. Based on the analysis the conclusion was drawn in how the app should be designed to achieve usability and appealing user experience, through interaction, inspire and promote the artworks found in the web shop.

Sigma energy app is a mobile application for subscribers to various energy subscriptions. The subscribers can use this mobile application to access information regarding their consumption, invoices and active subscriptions. The mobile application that was built consists of a GUI and a web API as middleman between the application and the database. / Sigma energy app är en mobilapplikation för abonnenter av diverse energiabonnemang. Med denna mobilapplikation kan abonnenterna direkt hämta information om sin förbrukning, fakturor och aktiva abonnemang. Mobiltelefonapplikationen som har konstruerats består av ett GUI samt av ett web-API som mellanhand mellan applikationen och databasen.

This master thesiss goal is to map available tools for support of cross-platform native mobile app development. Main goal of thesis is to choose such tool and present it in form of app development. To accomplish this goal several criteria with different importance have to be defined. These criteria are used for choosing of most suitable tool. This thesis has two outputs. First one are criteria that can be used again or amended for some similar tool rating, like this one. Second output is cross-platform mobile app developed with Xamarin tool. Structure of this thesis copy secondary goals that support main goal: mobile OS are presented, name cross-platform native app is defined, define criteria, describe selected tools, rate them and demonstrate development of simple app on selected tool.

La maladie d’Alzheimer (MA) est une pathologie neurodégénérative lente, progressive et irréversible. Elle est principalement caractérisée par deux lésions histopathologiques : les dégénérescences neurofibrillaires, causées par l’accumulation intraneuronale d'agrégats de protéines Tau hyper- et anormalement phosphorylées ; et les dépôts amyloïdes parenchymateux, constitués d’agrégats de peptides amyloïdes (Aβ) issus du clivage de la protéine précurseur du peptide amyloïde (APP). À ces deux lésions s'ajoute entre autres une dérégulation de l'homéostasie protéique et des systèmes de dégradation des protéines : protéasome, autophagie et voie endosome/lysosome qui sont les mécanismes principaux mis en jeu pour l'élimination des agrégats protéiques. Plusieurs études suggèrent que la surproduction et l'agrégation des peptides Aβ sont les causes principales de la MA. Ainsi, la réduction de leur production et/ou l’amélioration de leur clairance représentent des stratégies potentielles pour le développement de traitement contre la MA. Les objectifs de mes travaux de thèse furent d’étudier de façon plus approfondie l’implication respective des voies de dégradation de l’APP et de ses métabolites ; de déterminer le mode d’action biologique de dérivés chimiques de la chloroquine sur le métabolisme de l’APP en relation avec la Valosin-Containing protéine (VCP), supposée être la cible de ces molécules, et par la même occasion d’étudier la relation existante entre l’APP et VCP. Dans un premier temps, nous avons pu démontrer que l’APP et ses fragments carboxyterminaux (APP-CTFs) étaient principalement dégradés par deux voies : la g-sécrétase et la voie endolysosome. Ensuite, nous avons démontré que VCP régulait le trafic intracellulaire de l’APP. Enfin, nous avons découvert que l’action des molécules était indépendante de la protéine VCP et qu’il s’agissait de modulateurs indirects de l’activité β-sécrétase permettant ainsi de réduire la sécrétion de peptides Aβ. En conclusion, ces travaux ont permis de contribuer à une meilleure compréhension du métabolisme de l’APP et de ses processus de dégradation ainsi que de caractériser l’effet biologique de nouveaux inhibiteurs indirects de la β-sécrétase. / Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a slow, progressive and irreversible neurodegenerative disease. There are two histopathological hallmarks found in AD brains: neurofibrillary tangles, caused by the intraneuronal accumulation of Tau protein aggregates in a hyper- and abnormally phosphorylated form; and amyloid deposits in the brain parenchyma which are mainly composed of amyloid peptides (Aβ) aggregates derived from the cleavage of the amyloid precursor protein (APP). AD physiopathology also includes a deregulation of protein homeostasis and degradation systems: proteasome, autophagy and the endosome/lysosome pathway, which are the main processes involved in the elimination of protein aggregates. Many evidences suggest that overproduction and aggregation of Aβ peptides are the main causes of AD and that strategies aiming to reduce their production and/or improve their clearance represent attractive approaches for AD therapeutics. Thus, this thesis aimed to study the respective contribution of g-secretase, proteasome and lysosomes in APP degradation; to determine the biological mode of action of chloroquine derivatives on APP metabolism in relationship with the Valosin-Containing Protein (VCP), supposed to be the target of these molecules, and at the same time, to study the relationship between APP and VCP. First, we have demonstrated that APP and its carboxy-terminal fragments (APP-CTFs) were mainly degraded by two pathways: g-secretase and the endosome/lysosome pathway. Next, we showed that VCP was involved in APP trafficking and processing. Finally, we have discovered that the action of our molecules does not depend on VCP but that they are indirect modulators of the β-secretase activity, reducing Aβ peptides secretion. In conclusion, this work contributed to a better understanding of APP metabolism and its degradation processes but also to characterize the biological effects of new indirect β-secretase inhibitors.
