Trata-se de uma pesquisa aplicada, qualitativa-quantitativa, exploratório-descritiva e documental. A amostra é formada por oito agricultores que produzem pêssego, soja, milho e arroz, associados de uma cooperativa de crédito e tomadores de recursos financeiros junto ao Programa Nacional de Fortalecimento da Agricultura Familiar - PRONAF Custeio Agrícola. Objetivando apresentar a situação econômica e financeira desses pequenos empreendimentos rurais, fez-se uso do método "Balanço Perguntado", bem como de entrevistas para averiguar acerca de questões sociais e ambientais com estes relacionadas. Os principais resultados evidenciam que após o custeio da safra, 62,50% dos produtores geram aumento no Patrimônio Líquido decorrente do lucro. Os custos (despesas) dos produtos vendidos equivalem, em média, a 73% da receita operacional bruta. A Distribuição do Valor Adicionado é concentrada nos lucros retidos, seguidos por pessoal e encargos. Existe relação de dependência entre os produtores e o crédito PRONAF, uma vez que não são promovidas ações para que o produtor consiga custear sua lavoura com recursos próprios, sendo que o financiamento de crédito custeio com taxas subsidiadas não é suficiente para o sucesso da propriedade rural. As necessidades de cuidados ambientais são de conhecimento dos produtores e o principal problema do homem do campo é a falta de mão de obra e a sucessão familiar. Também cabe destacar a premência de ações governamentais e das próprias instituições financeiras, em especial as Cooperativas de Crédito, em criar incentivos às unidades familiares para desenvolver a contabilização efetiva de suas contas e contribuir para sua independência financeira, bem como de desenvolver programas de educação ambiental e de orientação em relação à sucessão familiar, fatores que podem gerar maior qualidade de vida no campo, com a promoção efetiva da sustentabilidade no setor rural. / This study aims to analyze the contribution of rural credit to rural small entities located in the southern region of Rio Grande do Sul, from the use of resources and cooperative techniques in the context of sustainability. This is an applied quantitative-qualitative, exploratory, descriptive and documentary research. The sample consists of eight farmers producing peaches, soybeans, corn and rice, associated with a credit union and borrowers of funds from the National Program for Strengthening Family Agriculture - PRONAF Agricultural Costs. Aiming to present the economic and financial situation of small rural enterprises, made use of the "Balance Asked" method as well as interviews to ascertain about social and environmental issues related to these topics. The main results show that after the costs of harvest, 62,50% of producers generate an increase in equity arising from the profit. Costs (expenses) of sales amount on average, to 73% of gross revenue. The Value Added Distribution is concentrated in retained earnings, followed by personal and charges. There is dependency relationship between producers and credit PRONAF, since actions are not promoted to the producer can cover your crop with its own funds, and the financing cost of credit at subsidized rates is not sufficient for the success of rural property. The needs for environmental care are aware of the producers and the main problem of the peasant is the lack of manpower and family succession. It is worth mentioning the urgency of government action and the financial institutions, especially credit unions in creating incentives for households to develop effective accounting bills and contribute to their financial independence and to develop environmental education programs and guidance in relation to family succession, factors that can generate higher quality of life in the countryside, with the effective promotion of sustainability in the rural sector.

A situação agonizante do planeta, face ao estilo de vida consumista das pessoas e à degradação provocada pelo abuso na utilização dos recursos naturais é o ponto central do debate. Neste curso, há uma maior exigência para que as organizações sejam responsáveis pelos impactos gerados decorrentes de suas atividades. Medir e relatar esses impactos é uma contribuição essencial para a incorporação da Responsabilidade Social (RS) à lógica organizacional e, consequentemente, ao desenvolvimento sustentável. Este estudo teve como objetivo principal avaliar a gestão da responsabilidade social de uma instituição pública federal por meio dos indicadores de sustentabilidade que integraram o Balanço Social (BS). A partir da pesquisa bibliográfica, foi verificado um conjunto de indicadores por meio de um questionário com trinta questões fechadas, que foi aplicado à comissão interna A3P/PLS, composta por 21 membros, encarregada de planejar, implementar e monitorar práticas de sustentabilidade e racionalização de gastos e processos. Foram obtidas 21 respostas. O resultado dos indicadores sinalizou que a instituição busca incluir a sustentabilidade como elemento integrante de sua estratégia e que ações de engajamento do corpo funcional e a efetivação das ações propostas no Plano de Logística Sustentável (PLS) podem melhorar o resultado de indicadores com baixo nível de concordância. Desta forma, foi possível verificar que demonstrações como o BS são parte integrante da RS, porque fornecem elementos para avaliação e comunicação às partes interessadas sobre a contribuição da organização para o desenvolvimento sustentável. . / Sustainable Development emerges as one of the most discussed themes of this century. The agonizing situation of the planet, in the face of the consumer lifestyle of the people and the degradation caused by the abuse in the use of natural resources, is the central point of the debate. In this course, there is a greater requirement for organizations to be responsible for the impacts generated by their activities. Measuring and reporting these impacts is an essential contribution to the incorporation of Social Responsibility (SR) into organizational logic and, consequently, to sustainable development. The main objective of this study was to evaluate the social responsibility management of a federal public institution through the sustainability indicators that integrated a Social Balance (BS). From the bibliographic research, a set of indicators was verified through a questionnaire with 30 closed questions, which was applied to the internal A3P / PLS committee, composed of 21 members, in charge of planning, implementing and monitoring practices of sustainability and rationalization of Expenses and processes. 21 responses were obtained. The result of the indicators indicated that the institution seeks to include sustainability as an integral element of its strategy and that actions of engagement of the functional body and the implementation of the actions proposed in the Sustainable Logistics Plan (PLS) can improve the result of indicators with a low level of agreement. In this way, it was possible to verify that demonstrations such as BS are an integral part of RS, because they provide elements for evaluation and communication to stakeholders about the organization's contribution to sustainable development.

Finanční krize a její dopady na vývoj hrubého domácího produktu USA / The financial crisis and its impact on U.S. gross domestic product growth

The aim of the thesis is to quantify the impact of the 2008 financial crisis to U.S. economic growth and also identify potential scenarios for future development. For this purpose, there was selected a sample of historical cases of financial crisis where followed the process of deleveraging. Identified impacts were applied to estimate the future GDP growth. In the period 0-5 years after the crisis GDP typically slowed by 40-45%, in 0-7 year horizon by 28-35%, and in the 10 year horizon by 17-20%. In a case of deducting export effect, slowdown of GDP growth is even higher. For the next 8 years average U.S. GDP growth is estimated to 2.26-2.6%. Compared with the pre-crisis period, slowdown reaches 14-25%. Process of deleveraging is now in the one third of the expected duration. The financial sector and household sector remains vulnerable to return the economy into recession and will deleverage further. Non-financial firms are sound. The greatest risk is hidden in the public sector which is experiencing high deficits and uncontrolled growth of debt. Debt is starting to approach level that may reduce long-term dynamics of GDP growth. The future path is in the hands of government officials. Fiscal consolidation treat the root of the problem, but it is painful and hard to approve. Delays in solving the problem is less painful way, but it can result in massive government debt, as it is now in Japan. Repeating Japan scenario is unlikely. The magnitude of balance sheet recession in Japan was much larger. The measures taken have not been so quick and strong.

In the practical part will be at first the characteristic of company, in which was the diploma thesis processed. Further more it will be made the analysis of selected items, focusing on the consistency of items at least in the last three years and the results will be evaluated.

To meet the proposed goal it was made a bibliographic research, aiming to identify the relevant elements to valuate a company concerning accounting and financial information. In this sense, it was developed the referred structure. It was conducted a research based on the document analysis technique, attempting to identify in the content of the financial statements of the selected companies the terms presented in the developed performance analysis structure. The research was descriptive and it was applied the qualitative and quantitative approach, to analyze the content of the four companies registered in the BOVESPA MAIS, part of the Clean Energy and Information Technology segments. The proposed goal of this study was reached, as the performance analysis structure was developed based on the literature and, the items of the strucuture had a high level index of presence in the financial statements of the companies analyzed, indicating that is possible to apply such structure in the process of estimating the value of a company. / O objetivo deste estudo foi desenvolver uma estrutura de avalia????o de desempenho de companhias brasileiras, a partir da bibliografia, corroborada com as informa????es divulgadas em suas demonstra????es financeiras, a fim de auxiliar os investidores de private equity em estimar o valor de uma entidade. The new revenue standard IFRS 15 came as a replacement for all previous revenue standards. The application of the standard has meant that certain industries have had a greater impact, where the real estate industry's sector of residential development is one of them. There are differences in the companies' revenue recognition in this sector after the implementation of IFRS 15 in 2018. The study aims to clarify the differences that exist between residentialdevelopers' revenue recognition. This is because it has been a topic that has been recognized and discussed by many after the implementation. Several residential developers have been criticized for the application of the new standard. The result of the study shows that there are differences in revenue recognition for residential developers after the implementation of IFRS 15. There are differences in the timing of the revenue recognition, the number of performance obligations that have been identified and differences in accounting principles

Konflikterna mellan IFRS for SMEs och Årsredovisningslagen / The conflicts between IFRS for SMEs and the Swedish Annual Reports Act

Objective: The study will identify where conflicts between SMEs and the Annual ReportsAct exists to find out if there is a need for adaptation of Swedish accounting to achieveinternational comparability. Method: A descriptive method was used to make the regulations in IFRS for SMEs and ÅRLequivalent and to observe the differences between the regulations a comparative method wasused. After this the conflicts could be sorted out with the help of the former so called “IASinvestigation”.The conflicts and differences then were categorized into the approach theyrelated to, with Frame of reference: The frame for the study is recognition and valuation for collecting andanalysing the data. The approaches are presented for the balance sheet and income statementapproaches as they form the basis for analysis. Annual Reports Act, the EG-directives and theK3-projects are described as they have a central role in the background to the study andfurther understanding of the data. “IAS- utredningen” is described in order to distinguishconflicts from differences that do not entail conflicts. Finally, the harmonization process ispresented for its central role in the study. Data: Data in the study reflect areas in which the differences in the regulations are reflected. Results: The study has concluded that there are several differences between the regulations,both in recognition and valuation. In general most differences in valuation have resulted inconflicts that have been linked to either the balance sheet approach or the income statementapproach. As for recognition, half of the differences consisted of those that led to conflictsand the other half that not has led to such conflicts. The connection to the approaches has notbeen clear in these areas even if they could be seen. SMEs have shown a clear move towardsthe balance sheet approach, primarily for valuation. In this case conflicts need to be addressedat a higher level. On the contrary Annual Reports Act is advocating the income approach to alarger extent for the same conflicts. The regulations will not be able to operate with oneanother without adjustments. The K3-project will be the place for these adjustments. / Syfte: Studien ska identifiera vilka konflikterna mellan IFRS for SMEs ochÅrsredovisningslagen är för att ta reda på om en anpassning behövs av svensk redovisning föratt uppnå internationell jämförbarhet. Metod: En deskriptiv metod har använts för att göra regelverken IFRS for SMEs och ÅRLjämbördiga för jämförelse i den komparativa metoden. Jämförelserna har observeratskillnader mellan regelverken. Varefter konflikter har sorterats ur med hjälp av den tidigareIAS- utredningen. Konflikterna och skillnaderna har därefter relaterats till hänförlig ansats föratt lyfta upp harmoniseringsbehoven på den nivå där de behöver åtgärdas. Referensram: I referensramen har erkännande och värdering förklarats för att kunnaanvändas som ramar för datainsamlandet och för analysen. Ansatserna återges och specifiktför balansräknings- och resultaträkningsansatserna då dessa ligger till grund för analysen.Även ÅRL, EG-direktiven och K3-projekten beskrivs då dessa har en central roll förbakgrunden till studien och den fortsatta förståelsen. IAS- utredningen beskrivs för att kunnasärskilja konflikter från skillnader som ej medför konflikter. Slutligen ingår en redogörelse förharmoniseringsprocessen. Data: Studiens data ger uttryck för de områden där det föreligger skillnader i regelverkensamt de faktiska skillnaderna. Resultat: Studien har kommit fram till att det föreligger ett flertal skillnader regelverkenemellan, både inom erkännande och värdering. I princip har alla skillnader inom värderinginneburit konflikter som kunnat kopplas till antingen balansräknings- ellerresultaträkningsansatsen. Inom erkännande har hälften av skillnaderna utgjorts av sådana sommedfört konflikter och den andra halvan sådana som inte medfört konflikter. Kopplingen tillansatserna har inte varit lika tydliga på dessa områden även om de kunnat göras. SME harvisat tydliga drag mot balansräkningsansatsen och flera, främst för värderings-, konflikterbehöver i detta fall angripas på denna nivå. ÅRL förespråkar istället resultaträkningsansatsen ihög utsträckning för dessa konflikter. Regelverken kommer inte att kunna användas medvarandra utan att en anpassning behöver äga rum. K3-regelverket blir spelplatsen för detansatstagande som kommer att behöva göras.

美國量化寬鬆政策對商業銀行股價之影響- 暨資產負債表傳遞效果 / The impact of the US QE policy on commercial bank stock returns - balance sheet channel

本研究致力於探討美國聯準會(FED)實施量化寬鬆政策(QE)與否,商業銀行資產負債表對於股價的影響。本文藉由總經指標(工業生產指數、製造業採購經理人指數)、利差變數(公司債利差、10年期公司債利差),以及資產負債表變數(存款、貸款等),對商業銀行股價進行解釋。並透過量化寬鬆政策(QE)的虛擬變數,了解該政策對股價的影響,以及實施該政策是否能夠改善資產負債表變數的顯著程度和影響方向。方法上,本文採用迴歸分析的方式進行實證分析。首先,研究以總經指標以及利差變數對股價進行解釋,且期間限定為量化寬鬆政策期間,藉此確認這兩類變數對股價的影響。後續則以加入資產負債表變數、量化寬鬆(QE)虛擬變數等,並將期間延伸至15年,以進一步釐清實施量化寬鬆(QE)政策的影響。本文實證結果顯示,美國量化寬鬆政策對於商業銀行股的股價有負面影響,且活期存款對股價的影響亦為負向。 / The thesis focuses on the FED policy – Quantitative Easing (QE) and how the policy affect the S&P 500 commercial bank sub-index return. Based on past researches, the article includes macroeconomic variables (IP, PMI), term structure variables, bank balance sheet variables (deposits and loans), and a QE dummy variable. With these variables, the outcomes are generated by regression. It can be observed that with the implementation of QE policy, stock returns are negative on average. Moreover, large banks would benefit from provide more commercial loans; on the other hand, small banks would obtain a positive return by lending more consumer loans. Demand deposits are another significant variable which would have negative impact on stock returns.

I aktiebolagslagen finns ett antal skyddsregler för att säkerställa att ett bolags bundna eget kapital stannar kvar i bolaget. Enligt reglerna om tvångslikvidation är styrelse och aktieägare skyldiga att genast upprätta en kontrollbalansräkning vid misstanke om att aktiekapitalet håller på att förbrukas. En kontrollbalansräkning upprättas med utgångspunkt i en ordinarie årsredovisning, med ett antal justeringar. Bland annat får tillgångar tas upp till ett högre värde än i den ordinarie redovisningen under förutsättning att de värderingsprinciperna är förenliga med god redovisningssed. Vad som utgör god redovisningssed framgår inte av lagtexten. Myndigheten BFN har en lagstadgad uppgift att utveckla god redovisningssed, men ingen föreskriftsrätt. Enligt BFNs uttalanden och allmänna råd är blandning av K-regelverken inte tillåten, vilket begränsar företagen i deras möjlighet att påvisa fortlevnadsförmåga i kontrollbalansräkningen. Studiens syfte är att undersöka möjligheten att, med god redovisningssed som grund, blanda regelverken K2 och K3 för att kunna visa ett företags fortlevnadsförmåga i en kontrollbalansräkning.För att uppfylla studiens syfte tillämpas ett hermeneutiskt synsätt. Relevanta lagtexter, propositioner, rättsfall, brevsvar från BFN, RedR2 samt regelverken K2 och K3 analyseras för att få fram innebörden av begreppet god redovisningssed.De omständigheter som föranleder upprättande av kontrollbalansräkning är helt andra än de som råder vid ordinarie redovisning. Vår slutsats är därför att det finns olika former av god redovisningssed beroende på den situation som företaget befinner sig i. Med detta som utgångspunkt anser vi att cherry-picking vid upprättande av kontrollbalansräkning bör vara tillåtet. / There are a number of safeguards to ensure that a company’s equity remains in the company. These are included in the Swedish Companies Act. According to the rules for compulsory liquidation, directors and shareholders must immediately establish a balance sheet for liquidation purposes when the share capital is suspected to be consumed. A balance sheet for liquidation purposes is drawn up on the basis of a regular annual report, with permissions for a number of adjustments. One of these allowed adjustments include that assets can be valued to a higher worth, provided that the valuation principles are in accordance with the term “god redovisningssed”, which can be translated into Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. The term “god redovisningssed” is not clearly defined in the wordings of the law. The Swedish Accounting Standards Board, also known as the agency BFN, has the statutory responsibility to develop and clarify what is meant by “god redovisningssed”. BFN, however, does not have any regulatory powers. According to BFNs statements and general advice a mixture of their own regulations, “K-regelverken”, is not allowed. This limitation hinders companies in their ambition to show the ability of future survival. This study aims to examine the possibility of mixing the regulations of K2 and K3 in order to prove a company’s ability of going concern.To fulfill the purpose of this study, a hermeneutic approach is applied. Relevant laws, bills, court cases etc. are analyzed to derive the meaning behind the term “god redovisningssed”.The circumstances that warrant the establishment of a balance sheet for liquidation purposes are vastly different from those prevailing at ordinary accounting. Our conclusion is, therefore, that there are different forms of “god redovisningssed”, depending on the company’s situation. Given this reasoning, it is our belief that cherry-picking when preparing a balance sheet for liquidation purposes should be allowed.This paper is written in Swedish.

Bokföringsnämnden startade år 2004 ett projekt för att ta fram nya regelverk, det så kallade K-projektet. Syftet med K-regelverken är att utformningen för årsredovisning finns samlat på ett ställe. K-projektet är uppdelat i fyra kategorier där företag kategoriseras in beroende på storlek.Från den 1 januari 2014 måste företag tillämpa ett K-regelverk. För en del företag finns möjligheten att välja vilket regelverk av K2 respektive K3 de vill tillämpa. Företag som får välja regelverk och som i nuläget tillämpar K2 men kommer att expandera och få nya intressenter bör byta till K3. Detta för att intressenterna vill ha en mer utförlig redovisning för att kunna bedöma företagets finansiella situation. Byte från K2 till K3 kan anses vara ett byte av redovisningsprincip vilket kan innebära stora skillnader i redovisningen. Syftet med studien är att redogöra för vilka konsekvenser som uppstår i ingångsbalansräkningen vid byte från K2 till K3. Vidare syftar studien till att redogöra för eventuella skattemässiga konsekvenser för företag som genomgår bytet.I genomförandet av studien har en deskriptiv analys använts för att beskriva ett antal aspekter som undersöks. Vid byte från K2 till K3 ska en ingångsbalansräkning upprättas. För att tydliggöra konsekvenserna i samband med ingångsbalansräkningen har typfall använts i studien för att på ett pedagogiskt sätt kunna visa konsekvenserna vid byte.Genom studien kan vi konstatera att det uppstår konsekvenser vid byte av regelverk från K2 till K3. Det finns redovisningsmässiga skillnader mellan regelverken. Dessa skillnader justeras direkt via eget kapital och redovisas således inte via resultaträkningen. Justeringarna kan bidra till skattepåverkan för företaget. Trots redovisningsmässiga skillnader som uppstår påverkas ingångsbalansräkningen marginellt utifrån våra typfall. / Bokföringsnämnden launched in 2004 a project to develop new regulations, known as the K-project. The purpose of the K-regulatory systems is that the design of the annual report is gathered in one place. The K-project is divided into four categories in which companies are categorized into depending on size.From 1 January 2014, companies must apply a K-regulation. Some companies have the ability to choose which rules of K2 and K3 they want to apply. Companies which may choose rules and which currently apply K2 but will expand and gain new stakeholders should switch to K3. This because stakeholders want a more detailed reports to assess the company's financial situation. Changing from K2 to K3 can be considered a change in accounting principle, which can mean big differences in the accounts. The purpose of this study is to describe the consequences arising in the opening balance sheet when changing from K2 to K3. Furthermore, the study aims to describe the possible tax implications for companies undergoing change.In the implementation of the study a descriptive analysis used to describe a number of aspects are examined. When changing from K2 to K3, an opening balance sheet is established. To clarify the implications in connection with the opening balance sheet has scenarios used in the study for an educational way to show the consequences of change.Through this study we can conclude that there are consequences when changing the regulations from K2 to K3. There are accounting differences between the regulations. These differences are adjusted directly through equity and are therefore not recognized through the income statement. The adjustments can contribute to the tax impact for the company. Despite the accounting differences arising influenced the opening balance sheet marginally based on our scenarios.This study is written in Swedish.
