Baigiamajame magistro darbe tiriamas akytojo stiklo (putų stiklo) technologijų panaudojimas statyboje. Remiantis užsienio šalių patirtimi išanalizuotos putų stiklo šilumos izoliacijos savybės, jo taikymo atvejai bei technologijų panaudojimas statyboje. Lietuvos rinkai pasiūlyta nauja šilumą izoliuojanti medžiaga – putų stiklas. Atsižvelgiant į putų stiklo, kaip termoizoliacinės medžiagos, išskirtines savybes ir jos panaudojimo galimybes, pateikta baseino – termoso įrengimo inovacinė idėja, panaudojant putstiklį baseino šiltinimui. Apskaičiuoti baseino – termoso atitvarų šiluminiai rodikliai: baseino dugno šilumos perdavimo koeficientas – 0,197 W/m2K; baseino sienų šilumos perdavimo koeficientas – 0,191 W/m2K; baseino dangčio šilumos perdavimo koeficientas – 0,202 W/m2K; baseino atitvarų projektiniai šilumos nuostoliai – 148,49 W. Atlikus skaičiavimus, nustatyta šilumos tiekimo sistemos galia baseino vandens šildymui – 187,1 W. Apskaičiuotos vidutinės mėnesio išlaidos baseino – termoso vandens šildymui, šildant 12 valandų per parą: balandžio mėn. ��� 20,31 Lt; gegužės mėn. – 12,34 Lt; birželio mėn. – 7,88 Lt; liepos mėn. – 6,74 Lt; rugpjūčio mėn. 7,63 Lt; rugsėjo mėn. – 13,17 Lt; spalio mėn. – 19,97 Lt. On abroad expierence ground, there are analysed foam glass heat insulation characteristics, it application cases and research of foam glass technologies in construction. There is suggested the new heat insulating material – foam glass to lithuanian market. According to foam glass, like thermal material, special characteristics and it application opportunities, there is presented the basin – thermos installation inovating idea in this thesis, use foam glass for thermal insulation. There are calculated termal indexes of the basin – thermos: the U value of the basin buttom – 0,197 W/m2K; the U value of the basin walls – 0,191 W/m2K; the U value of the basin cover – 0,202 W/m2K; the overal heat waste of the basin – thermos – 148,49 W. Analizuojamas nekilnojamojo turto rinkos formavimasis, gyvenamojo fondo formos (privati ar valstybinė)kitimo tendencijos nuo nepriklausomybės paskelbimo 1990, pateikiami duomenys apie socialinį būstą, teikiamus lengvatinius kreditus, Šiaulių miesto nekilnojamojo turto situacija, demografinė padėtis. / In the final work I analyse the formation of the real estate market, list the records of the housing stock forms in Lithuania (private or owned by government), it‘s changing from 1990‘s when Lithuania became independent, give the reasons of it, the real market dynamics and what made the prices rise up so high. Also analyse how the average useful floor space for one person (m2 ) from 1995 to 2005 changes, the dwelling types, housing provision and the development of financing facilities. Give the facts about the social accommodation, the terms of getting it and the Government lending. Also the information is collected about the demographic situation in Siauliai city, housing fund and the development of new buildings.

Šiame baigiamajame darbe siekiama ištirti medicinos darbuotojų darbui ir sveikatai darančius ergonominius veiksnius bei įvertinti medicinos darbuotojų sveikatą, darbo kokybę ir ergonomiką. Siekiama rasti ryšį tarp ergonomikos, sveikatos, aplinkos ir medicinos darbuotojų gyvenimo kokybės bei skatinti imtis priemonių rizikos veiksniams šalinti. Darbas sudarytas iš dviejų analitinių (aprašomųjų) ir empirinės (eksperimentinės) dalių. Pirmoje analitinėje dalyje nagrinėjami veiksniai, darantys įtaką darbo ergonomikai, tai mikroklimato parametrai ir jų įtaka žmogui, dulkių poveikis, apšvietimas, taip pat triukšmo bei virpesių poveikis žmogaus organizmui. Antroje dalyje nagrinėjama sveikata bei darbą ir sveikatą lemiantys veiksniai: socialinė aplinka, gyvenimo kokybė, aplinkos tarša. Empirinėje dalyje, atlikus anketinę apklausą, įvertintas darbo įrankių ir prietaisų atitikimas ergonomikos reikavimams, nustatyta, kaip ergonominės naujovės atitinka darbuotojų lūkesčius, kaip jos mažina darbo įtampą. Taip pat buvo įvertintas medicinos darbuotoj�� darbo ergonomiškumas ir sveikata. / The objective of this study is to investigate the factors of ergonomics having the influence upon the medical employee‘s health, work quality and ergonomics. The aim was to find the link among ergononomics, health, environmental and life quality of the medical employees and to include to take measures for the elimination of the risk factors. The paper consist of two analytical (descriptive) and one empirical (experimental) parts. The first analytical part analyses the factors which affect the ergonomics of work, mainly the parameteres of microclimate and their influenc on people, as well as the influence of dust, ligthing, noise and vibration being mad o the human organism. The second part examines the health and such factors as health, social enviroment, life quality,pollution affecting the quality of work and life. The empirical part, according to previous surveys, evaluates the correspondence between hand tools, devices and the requirements of ergonomics, defines the way the innovations of ergonomics conform the expectations of the workers. It also analysed the role of innovations in reducing stress at workplace. Work ergonomics and health of medical employee‘s was analyses, as well.

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama personalo motyvavimo statyboje problema. Analizuojama įmones vertybių sistema, jos formavimas, įtaka organizacijos narių elgesiui bei veiklos sėkmei. Nagrinėjama darbuotojų motyvacijos svarba, jos tobulinimo aspektai, žmogaus poreikių prioritetai. Daug dėmesio skiriama veiksniams, kurie daro įtaka motyvacijai: darbo organizavimas, skatinimo budai, vadovavimo stilius. Apžvelgiama Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių patirtis įmones vertybių sistemos bei darbuotojų motyvavimo klausimais. Išnagrinėjus teorinius darbuotojų motyvavimo metodus, pasiūlomas kompleksinis personalo motyvavimo modelis, sukurtas atsižvelgiant į dabartinę statybų padėti Lietuvoje, aprašoma motyvacinės sistemos įtaka statybos dalyvių veiklai, pateikiamos išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbą sudaro 6 dalys: įvadas, teorinė dalis, kurioje aptariama darbuotojų motyvacijos samprata, išanalizuotos pagrindinės turinio ir proceso motyvacijos teorijos, užsienio literatūros ir tyrimų apžvalga, siūlymai, kuriuos būtų galima taikyti Lietuvoje, išvados ir literatūros sąrašas. Examination follows company’s value system, its formulation, and influence over members’ behavior as well as overall company’s success. The matter under investigation concerns the importance of motivation, its development aspects, and human demands priorities. The consideration is shown for those factors having a great influence over motivation, such as work organization, inducement methods, and management style. The thesis covers experience of Lithuanian and foreign countries regarding the company’s value system and employees’ motivation. The theoretical part is followed by integrated personnel motivation model that is created in consideration of the current Lithuania situation in construction works. The work also describes the influence of motivational system over the participants in construction works. The literature list, conclusions, and suggestions are proposed as well. Thesis structure consists of 6 sections: Introduction; theoretical part that discusses the conception of employees’ motivation and main theories regarding the content and process theories of motivation; review of foreign literature and research; suggestions that could be applied in Lithuania; conclusions and reference list. Baigiamojo magistro darbo tikslas - išanalizuoti naujų ekologiškų statybinių medžiagų ir inžinerinės įrangos iš atsinaujinančių energijos išteklių raidą pasaulyje ir jų taikymą individualių gyvenamųj�� namų statyboje, ir pateikti racionaliausius sprendimus, pritaikant juos gyvenamųjų namų statyboje Lietuvoje, atsižvelgiant į ekonominius aspektus. Šiame darbe nagrinėjama gyvenamajai žmogaus aplinkai ir sveikatai kenksmingų veiksnių įtaka, atkreipiant dėmesį į naudojamas statybines medžiagas ir inžinerinę įrangą, statant gyvenamuosius namus, ir pateikiant tradicinėms statybos technologijoms alternatyvų. Apibūdinant „žaliosios energijos“ inžinerinės įrangos ir ekologiškų statybinių medžiagų plėtrą pasaulyje, pateikiamas jų praktinis panaudojimas, statant individualiuosius gyvenamuosius namus. Atsižvelgiant į naujas statybos direktyvas, plėtojant gyvenamųjų namų ekologišką statybą Lietuvoje, šios statybos ekonominius aspektus ir Lietuvos geografines sąlygas, pateikiami labiausiai galimi ekologiškos statybos variantai Lietuvos sąlygomis. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai. / The objective of final paper of master studies is to analyze the development of new ecological construction materials and engineer systems from renewable energy resources and its implementation in living houses construction industry, giving the most rational solutions to this construction technology implementation in Lithuania, considering the economical aspects. In this paper there are studying the influence of harmful factors to living environment and people health, taking attention to the construction materials and engineer facility that are used in living houses construction, and giving the alternatives to traditional construction technology. Defining the engineer systems of “green energy” and ecological construction materials development in the world, there are giving its practical use in living houses construction. Considering to new construction directives in Lithuania, economical aspects and geographical conditions in Lithuania, there are giving most impossible variants of living houses ecological construction in Lithuania. The church's are important in architectural and cultural history, they are important of the nation culturally. Išnagrinėti veiksniai, turintys įtakos parenkant pastato statybos vietą. Parinkti vietos parinkimą lemiantys rodikliai bei suformuoti jų nustatymo algoritmai. Remiantis turimais duomenimis sudarytas pastato statybos vietos parinkimo modelis. Taikant projektų daugiakriterinio kompleksinio proporcingo įvertinimo metodą parenkama daugiabučio gyvenamojo pastato statybos vieta. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius pastato statybos vietos parinkimo aspektus, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados ir siūlymai. / The objective of final paper of master studies is to create the model of building lot selection. In this paper there are studying the problems of building lot selection, the present situation in Lithuania and abroad in this issue, giving the methods that could be used to solve these problems. Defining the factors, which influence the building lot selection, there are giving the rates that have influence on building lot selection, and there are giving the structure of estimation algorithms of these rates. According to the method of multi criteria integrated proportional evaluation of the projects, there are selected the building lot of the residential block of flats. Analyzing the academic and practical aspects of building lot selection, in the end of the work there are giving conclusions and proposals.

Description of a general model of an increasing rate of occupational accidents in construction sector is given. Methods for improvement of labour safety system are contained in the thesis. Furthermore, a description of development and implementation of an overall system evaluation model is given in the paper together with an assessment of condition of construction sites and construction companies in terms of labour safety and actual proposals on the application of measures, which may lead to an increased efficiency of labour safety at construction companies. Conclusions and recommendations given in the paper are based on the outcome of the analysis of theoretical and practical aspects of labour safety system. The present thesis includes the following parts: Introduction, Overview, Analytical – methodological part, Scientific – investigative part, Conclusions and recommendations, References. Darbo tikslas – įvertinti Marijampolės miesto centrinės dalies motorizuotos transporto infrastruktūros plėtros galimybes panaudojant transporto srautų modeliavimo programinę įrangą. Siekiant šio tikslo buvo apžvelgta pasaulio miestų susisiekimo sistemos plėtros tendencijos ir problematika, apžvelgtos transporto politikos susisiekimo kokybei gerinti, pasaulyje naudojama eismo modeliavimo įranga, išanalizuota Marijampolės miesto susisiekimo sistema. Pagal augantį miesto automobilizacijos lygį buvo prognozuotas automobilizacijos lygis 2017 metams. Buvo pasiūlyti 8 centrinės mieto dalies plėtros variantai. Šių variantų modeliavimo rezultatai buvo palyginti tarpusavyje, buvo pasirinkti 2 geriausi variantai ir atliktas jų ekonominis vertinimas. / The aim of the work: with the help of traffic modeling program to evaluate the Marijampolė city central part development scenarios. For such aim were analyzed world city’s transport system development trends and problems, transport policies to improve level of service, transport modeling programs and Marijampolė city transport system. Forecast of traffic flows prepared till 2017. During analysis 8 solutions were prepared how to improve level of service in the central part of the Marijampolė. According to traffic flows analysis with the “VISUM” program was made: basic model and 8 more models-solutions. Modeling results were compared and two best solutions were chosen to prepare economic estimations.

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamas priešgaisrinės išsipučiančios dangos porėto ir nedegių liekanų termiškai stabilaus sluoksnio sudarymo principai. Aprašomi užpildai bei kiti komponentai gerinantys dangos termoizoliacines savybes. Taip pat pateikta įvairių užpildų įtaką sudarant apsauginį dažų sluoksnį. Be to, darbe yra aprašyti minimalaus priešgaisrinės dangos sluoksnio, reikalingo plieno konstrukcijoms gaisro metu apsaugoti, skaičiavimai. Metodinėje-tiriamojoje darbo dalyje pateikta priešgaisrinės dangos bandymo atlikimo tvarka ir įranga, šilumos laidumo skaičiavimo metodika. Išnagrinėta koreliacinės-regresinės analizės vertinimo metodika. Praktinėje darbo dalyje analizuojamos priešgaisrinės dangos šilumos laidumo ir dangos termoizoliacinio sluoksnio padidėjimo priklausomybė nuo skirtingai didėjančių gaisro temperatūrų. Taip pat gautiems šilumos laidumo rezultatams atliekama koreliacinė-regresinė analizė. Darbą sudaro 5 dalys: įvadas, analitinė dalis, metodinė-tiriamoji dalis, išvados, literatūros sąrašas. / In the analytical part of this Thesis, the principals of fire resistance intumescent coatings foam and thermally stable char layer forming is presented. The fillers and other components for improving surface thermal properties are discussed. As well as a variety of fillers influence the protective coating analyses. In addition, the work is described the minimum fire protection coating layer of steel structures required for fire protection calculations. In the project part of this Thesis, the procedures and equipment, the heat conduction calculation is given. Moreover, the Thesis fire surface thermal conductivity and thermal insulation coating layer increases dependence on the different ways of rising temperatures in the fire analyses.
