This paper mainly deals with aspects of juspostive nature, focused mainly within its doctrinal aspect, making, for such, references both to the patrian doctrine and the foreign one, without forgetting the necessary jurisprudencial focus and analysis of the positive patrian planning with references to comparative law, in order to describe and analyze the emergence, evolution and dissemination of the institute, both in the major countries of the Western World and along the Brazilian constitutional history. / A presente disserta??o tem como objetivo principal, abordar a tem?tica dos direitos fundamentais e das liberdades pol?ticas da pessoa humana garantidos pela Constitui??o Federal de 1988, com ?nfase do estudo na garantia constitucional da liberdade de express?o, bem como nos institutos de direito constitucional correlatos e derivados do mesmo e a liga??o destes com a afirma??o hist?rica e pol?tica dos direitos humanos fundamentais e da sua import?ncia para a constru??o, manuten??o e consolida??o da democracia constitucional dentro da Rep?blica Federativa do Brasil. In this work, a morphological and immunohistochemical study was carried out in rat parotid glands, which were submitted to obstruction of the main excretory duct suffering atrophy at varied time intervals, with the aim of appraising the behavior of myoepithelial cells during the process of glandular atrophy. It was analized the immunohistochemical expression of calponin which detects myoepithelial cells in the parotids of 28 animaIs, which were divided into 7 groups, each one made up of 4 rats, afier the ductal ligature procedure, in the following time intervals: zero hour (control), 24 hours, 7, 15, 21, 30 and 60 days. Analysis of the immunohistochemicaI profile was carried through in which the calponin expression was veritied through its distribution pattem and numericaI index. All specimens exhibited positivity for calponin in myoepithelial cells which were distributed around the acini and the ductaI structures, a small number of positiveIy marked cells being detected in the controI group and in the 24-hour group when compared to subsequent ones, where it was perceived a Iarge increase in the number of positiveIy marked cens, mainly surrounding the ductiform structures which originated during the obstruction time. Upon application of statistical tests it was verified that the rise in the number the myoepithelial positive cells for calponin, when the control groups (zero hour) was compared to the 7, 15,21, 30 and 60-day groups afier obstruction, was statistica1ly significant. It was concluded then that the detected rise probably carne about due to an elevation in the rate of proliferation of the myoepitheliaI cells subsequent to the ductal obstruction, associated with a growing resistance of these cells to glandular atrophy. / A atrofia glandular ? uma das diversas altera??es que podem acometer as gl?ndulas salivares,causada geralmente por les?es obstrutivas como sialolit?ase,infec??es ou compress?o por processos neopl?sicos,dentre outros.No presente trabalho realizou-se estudo morfol?gico e imuno-histoqu?mico em gl?ndulas par?tidas de ratos submetidos ? obstru??o do ducto excretor principal,sofrendo atrofia em intervalos variados de tempo,visando avaliar o comportamento das c?lulas mioepiteliais durante o processo de atrofia glandular.Analisou-se a express?o imuno-histoqu?mica da calponina,a qual detecta c?lulas mioepiteliais,nas par?tidas de 28 animais divididos em 7 grupos com 4 ratos cada,ap?s o procedimento de ligadura ductal nos seguintes intervalos de tempo:zerohora(controle),24 horas,7,15,21,30 e 60 dias.Procedeu-se a an?lise do perfil imuno-histoqu?mico,onde verificou-se a express?o da calponina atrav?s de seu padr?o de distribui??o e ?ndice num?rico.Todos os esp?cimes exibiram positividade para a calponina nas c?lulas mioepiteliais,as quais se distribu?ram em torno dos ?cidos e estruturas ductais,sendo detectadas poucas c?lulas marcadas positivamente no grupo controle e no de 24 horas quando comparados aos grupos subsequentes,onde percebeu-se um grande aumento no n?mero de c?lulas marcadas positivamente,principlamente circundando as estruturas ductifformes que surgiram com o decorrer do tempo de obstru??o.Aplicados testes estat?sticos,foi verificado que o aumento no n?mero de c?lulas mioepiteliais positivas para a calponina,quando comparados o grupo controle(zero hora) com os grupos de 7,15,21,30 e 60 dias ap?s obstru??o,foi estatisticamente significativo.Concluiu-se que este aumento detectado,provavelmente ocorreu devido a uma eleva??o na taxa de prolifera??o das c?lulas mioepiteliais subsequente ? obstru??o ductal,associado a uma maior resist?ncia destas c?lulas ? arofia glandular.

海運承攬運送業在進入跨境電商蓬勃發展的年代，貨物才積越來越小，單票貨量逐漸萎縮，貨物價值越來越高，並且在船公司與空運公司分食國際運輸的大餅後，海運承攬運送業的生存空間已經被極度壓縮到了難以生存的處境。 民國102年推出了「海運快遞貨物通關辦法」，讓海運承攬運送業看見了一線生機，這個辦法在推出時是以台北港與福建平潭之間的快速貨輪為運具所立的辦法，這條專有航線原本的用意在於將台灣的產品利用海運快遞的方式，經過福建平潭進入大陸地區，但是在2016年新政府上台後，因為兩岸關係急凍，福建平潭單方面以各種理由延遲了所有海運快遞的通關時間，讓這項原本稱做為海運快遞的專線，變的一點都不快。 但是通關辦法已經存在，本研究將以A公司的專長「廣東省-基隆」這條航線為例，建立在台灣法源基礎的範圍內，利用海運快遞這個通關模式，將原本不合法的假海運快遞(雜貨櫃)，用符合法令規範的方式來運輸與通關，建立新服務發展(NSD)為研究架構，再以品質機能展開(QFD)的品質屋來做為研究方法，建立新服務發展模型，A公司能在既有的基礎上開創出一條全新的服務與道路。 / Freight forwarders in the vigorous development of the cross-border electricity supplier's goods to accumulate more and more small, single ticket volume shrinking, the value of the goods is more and more high, and the ship company and the Airborne Inc eating pie international transport, shipping industry living space has been compressed to the difficult survival situation. The NetCOPE framework has proven itself as a viable framework for rapid development of hardware accelerated wire-speed network applications using Network Functions Virtualization (NFV). To meet the current and future requirements of such applications the NetCOPE platform has to catch up with upcoming 400 Gigabit Ethernet. Otherwise, it may become deprecated in following years. Catching up with 400 Gigabit Ethernet brings many challenges bringing necessity of completely different way of thinking. Multiple network packets have to be processed each clock cycle requiring a new concept of processing. Advanced memory management is used to ensure constant memory complexity with respect to the number of DMA channels without any impact on performance. Thanks to that, even more than 256 completely independent DMA channels are feasible with current technology. A lot of effort was made to create the framework as generic as possible allowing deployment of 400 Gigabit Ethernet and beyond. Emphasis is put on communication between the framework and host computer via PCI Express technology. Multiple Ethernet ports are also considered. The proposed system is prepared to be deployed on the family of COMBO cards, used as a reference platform.

This diploma thesis which is titled Communication of selected companies in online and offline environment (illustrated on enterprises České dráhy, RegioJet and Leo Express) aims to map the communication activities of the mentioned carriers on online and offline media platforms in the Czech environment. In the theoretical part is defined the basic terminology of analyzed issues, above all from the area of communication, media, marketing and partially also from the perspective of linguistics. The practical part besides the methodology includes a presentation of the analyzed companies, České dráhy, RegioJet and Leo Express, and also a descriptive analysis of their presentation or more precisely communication activities on various media types and platforms - for each of the mentioned companies separately. Furthermore, in the practical part there is a comparison of analyzed companies, based on the results of descriptive analysis and there is also a description of an additional quantitative analysis - a questionnaire survey, which was answered by a total of 808 respondents of all ages from all over the country - so in this case from the customer's point of view. As urban population across the globe increases, the demand for adequate transportation grows. Several strategies have been suggested as a solution to the congestion which results from this high demand outpacing the existing supply of transportation facilities. High –Occupancy Toll (HOT) lanes have become increasingly more popular as a feature on today’s highway system. The I-95 Express HOT lane in Miami Florida, which is currently being expanded from a single Phase (Phase I) into two Phases, is one such HOT facility. With the growing abundance of such facilities comes the need for indepth study of demand patterns and development of an appropriate pricing scheme which reduces congestion. This research develops a method for dynamic pricing on the I-95 HOT facility such as to minimize total travel time and reduce congestion. We apply non-linear programming (NLP) techniques and the finite difference stochastic approximation (FDSA), genetic algorithm (GA) and simulated annealing (SA) stochastic algorithms to formulate and solve the problem within a cell transmission framework. The solution produced is the optimal flow and optimal toll required to minimize total travel time and thus is the system-optimal solution. We perform a comparative evaluation of FDSA, GA and SA non-linear programming algorithms used to solve the NLP and the ANOVA results show that there are differences in the performance of the NLP algorithms in solving this problem and reducing travel time. We then conclude by demonstrating that econometric iv forecasting methods utilizing vector autoregressive (VAR) techniques can be applied to successfully forecast demand for Phase 2 of the 95 Express which is planned for 2014

Parmi les études novatrices que l'on peut aborder depuis l'orbite martienne en utilisant les données multiangulaires de l'instrument HRSC (canaux nadir, stéréographique et photométrique) de Mars Express, figure la détermination des caractéristiques physiques de la surface, pour cartographier les variations des propriétés physiques des sols et des roches de Mars et les relier aux observations spectroscopiques et thermiques réalisées par les instruments OMEGA, TES et THEMIS. <br /> Les modèles de Minnaert et de fonction de phase à deux termes de Hapke s'accordent pour démontrer que les observations multiangulaires de HRSC acquises au cours de la mission sur le cratère Gusev et le flanc sud de Apollinaris peuvent, sous certaines limites, être assemblées pour produire une fonction de phase couvrant un grand intervalle d'angles de phase (5-95°) avec une résolution spatiale de l'ordre de 400 mètres à 1.6 kilomètres.<br /><br />Combiné à la rugosité de surface, l'effet d'opposition joue un rôle significatif, <br />suggérant que les propriétés optiques de l'état de surface au niveau de Gusev sont fortement influencées par la porosité, l'état de compaction et l'organisation de la couche superficielle du régolite. L'aspect cartographique de la présente étude photométrique est utile pour donner une meilleure signification aux variations observées. Selon les tendances générales de cette analyse, il est très probable que la variation photométrique observée, au moins pour les régions centre et Ouest du cratère Gusev, soit partiellement due aux régimes des vents dominants, ces derniers ayant une orientation Nord - Nord Ouest / Sud - Sud Est et induisant une perturbation de la couche supérieure de la surface. Les résultats de cette étude photométrique sont en accord avec des études indépendantes basées sur les données orbitales d'inertie thermique et de spectroscopie de réflectance, et également des données photométriques et d'imagerie microscopique réalisées in situ par les instrument du rover Spirit. Cela conforte l'idée de l'existence en surface d'une couche composée de poussière à grains fins qui aurait été enlevée au niveau des unités de faible albédo révélant ainsi un substrat basaltique sombre formé de matériaux à grains plus grossiers. <br /><br />Ces résultats ouvrent de nouvelles possibilités pour documenter les processus de surface sur les planètes.

Estudia Periodisme i treballa a dues publicacions del 'Movimiento', però una estada a la presó per un delicte polític l'obliga a començar de nou el 1965. A continuació s'acosta a l'anàlisi de la informació Internacional (Siglo20, Tele/eXpres) i evoluciona, segons ho permet l'incert ambient polític, cap a la columna (Triunfo, Arreu, Mundo Diario), l'espai periodístic on s'instal.larà a la transició (La Calle, El Periódico). L'eina fonamental d'aquest trànsit professional és l'humor (Hogares Modernos, Triunfo, Por Favor, Interviú), el reportatge d'ordre sociològic (Triunfo) i el domini de la ficció, els recursos amb què Vázquez Montalbán treballa durant els primers anys 70, quan opina en boca de personatges i signaturas inventades, fins que finalment pot fer-ho sense embuts, un cop derogada la llei de Premsa de 1966. Passa el dia a les redaccions, participa dels problemes i les tensions de la professió i fins i tot dirigeix algunes revistes. A partir de 1979, en guanyar el premi Planeta, redueix la dedicació al periodisme per deixar espai a la narrativa de ficció. / Between 1960 and 1978 Manuel Vázquez Montalbán starts to make a professional name for himself in the press. He studies journalism and works in two publications of the Movement', but a stay in prison for a political crime forces him to start over again in 1965. On leaving prison he chooses to analyse international information (Siglo20, Tele/eXpres) and in the uncertain political environment of late francoism moves towards working as a political columnist (Triunfo, Arreu, Mundo Diario) and those newspaper that established themselves during the transition period (La Calle, El Periódico). Humour is the common denominator during this phase (Hogares Modernos, Triunfo, Por Favor, Interviú), sociological stories (Triunfo) and the prevalence of fiction, the resources with which Vázquez Montalbán works during the early 70s, when he speaks through invented characters and false signatures until he could eventually do so with no holds barred once the 1966 Press Law is repealed. He lives journalism to the full spending all day in newsrooms and being fully involved in all the problems and stresses of the profession and even edits some magazines. After 1979, after winning the Planeta Prize he reduces his commitment to journalism to make space for narrative fiction.
