[pt] A presente dissertação analisa a relação interdisciplinar entre a matemática e as artes, dando especial destaque ao Teorema de Desargues como uma ponte entre estas áreas. Destaca-se a importância atual da interdisciplinaridade na educação, embasada pela Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC), que dá destaque à integração de tecnologia e conhecimento em múltiplas áreas do currículo escolar. O Teorema de Desargues é abordado como um conceito que rompe os limites da matemática, alcançando também os campos da arte e da tecnologia. A Geometria Projetiva é contextualizada historicamente, apresentando seus primeiros passos e progresso ao longo do tempo. Revela Girard Desargues como um como precursor de ideias nesse contexto, contribuindo tanto para o avanço da matemática quanto para a expressão artística. A dissertação enfatiza a aplicação prática do Teorema de Desargues no contexto educacional, propondo atividades significativas e atrativas para os alunos no contexto escolar. Apresenta o produto educacional desenvolvido pelos autores como uma fonte valiosa de sugestões para educadores que pretendem se dedicar à interdisciplinaridade. A dissertação promove uma abordagem educacional que estimula o diálogo entre disciplinas, destacando a conexão entre matemática, geometria projetiva, arte e tecnologia, para isso utiliza o Teorema de Desargues desempenhando um papel central nesse processo. / [en] The present dissertation examines the interdisciplinary relationship between mathematics and the arts, with special emphasis on Desargues Theorem as a bridge between these fields. It highlights the current importance of interdisciplinarity in education, supported by the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC), which emphasizes the integration of technology and knowledge across multiple areas of the school curriculum. Desargues Theorem is approached as a concept that transcends the boundaries of mathematics, also reaching into the realms of art and technology. Projective Geometry is historically contextualized, tracing its origins and development over time. Girard Desargues is revealed as a precursor of ideas in this context, contributing to both the advancement of mathematics and artistic expression. The dissertation emphasizes the practical application of Desargues Theorem in the educational context, proposing meaningful and engaging activities for students in the school setting. It presents the educational product developed by the authors as a valuable source of suggestions for educators looking to dedicate themselves to interdisciplinarity. [pt] Esta dissertação se propõe criar uma estrutura capaz de responder às exigências teórico-críticas levantadas ao longo da pesquisa sobre Folias de Reis - manifestação popular inserida no campo das tradições orais, em constante movimento de integração às circunstâncias da cultura contemporânea. Com o objetivo de evidenciar cada uma de suas dimensões - verbal, performática, histórico-mítica e sócio-política - e explorar a riqueza interdisciplinar do objeto, experimentou-se a estrutura de uma tese-roteiro, com uma redação centrada em roteiro cinematográfico e desenvolvida a partir dos pontos de tensão entre criação artística e produção crítico-conceitual. / [en] This dissertation tries to build up a suitable structure so as to answer to the questions brought up during the research on the Feast of the Magi - oral tradition related to Christmas celebrations and maintained as a folk entertainment until today thanks to its interrelation with contemporary culture. The hybrid form of thesis-screen-play has been chosen in order not only to clarify adequately each of its dimensions - verbal, performatic, mythic, historical, social and political - but also to appreciate / explore the interdisciplinary wealth of this subject. The model of the screen-play has provided a basis for writing the argumentative text developing the conflict between artistic invention and conceptual-critic thinking.

[pt] Este estudo consiste em analisar as estratégias literárias utilizadas por Gilberto Freyre para a construção de perfis (auto)biográficos. Foram escolhidos de sua obra os relatos menores em extensão e/ou de circulação mais restrita: O velho Félix e suas Memórias de um Cavalcanti, Um engenheiro francês no Brasil, Manuel Bandeira em três tempos e Tempo morto e outros tempos. Enfoque contemporâneo tendo por base a interdisciplinaridade e o micro-relato. O resgate do passado via história íntima realizado por nosso escritor, ao longo de sua carreira, inspirou o presente trabalho. O exercício da crítica biográfica como contribuição para os estudos de cultura brasileira. / [en] The purpose of this study is to analyze the literary strategies used by Gilberto Freyre in the construction of (auto)biographical profiles. Shorter and/or lesser-known works have been selected: O velho Félix e suas Memórias de um Cavalcanti, Um engenheiro francês no Brasil, Manuel Bandeira em três tempos and Tempo morto e outros tempos. A contemporary approach is used, based on interdisciplinarity and the micronarrative. This study was inspired by Freyre`s recovery of the past by means of the intimate history he developed throughout his career. The exercise of biographical criticism is seen as a contribution to Brazilian cultural studies.

[pt] As dificuldades de integração entre os setores jurídico e financeiro nas organizações: o caso das empresas eletro intensivas; envolve discussões acerca da necessidade de se promover uma maior integração entre diferentes setores de uma empresa têm sido um desafio contínuo da gestão empresarial. Esta dissertação tem como objetivo principal identificar os aspectos que afetam a construção de uma ação integrada entre as subculturas jurídica e financeira nas organizações eletro intensivas. Para se atingir tal resultado foi feita uma revisão da literatura sobre cultura, subcultura, comportamento organizacional e integração entre grupos. Foram identificadas, no conjunto das empresas eletro intensivas, as que seriam interessantes para serem estudadas. A partir daí, foram feitas entrevistas com executivos desses dois departamentos, nessas diferentes organizações. As respostas foram interpretadas através da análise de conteúdo. Essa análise foi feita baseada na revisão bibliográfica, dentro da dimensão cultural e pautada no tema integração. Os resultados apontam os seguintes fatores que dificultam ações em conjunto entre esses dois departamentos: indefinição de objetivos; falta de planejamento; objetivos particulares em detrimento do objetivo da organização; falta de visão global; uso de regras ultrapassadas / barreira às mudanças; indefinição de atribuições e poderes; dificuldades de comunicação; carência de treinamento individual e de equipe; falta de controle (externo); gerência interna deficiente; processos mal estruturados; centralização; isolamento de departamentos; burocracia / formalidade excessiva; desconhecimento do negócio; não aceitação das deficiências pessoais e da organização; briga interna / disputa pelo poder; falta de comprometimento; desmotivação; desconfiança; desentrosamento e falta de ética. / [en] The difficulties of integration between the sectors legal and financial in the organizations: the case of the electro intensive companies; involves Quarrels concerning the necessity of promoting a bigger integration between different sectors of a company are a continuous challenge for the enterprise management. This study has, as main objective, to identify the aspects that affect the construction of an integrated action between the subcultures legal and financial, in the electro intensives organizations. To reach such result, a revision of literature on culture, subculture, organizational behavior and integration between groups was made. It was identified, in the set of these companies, the ones that would be interesting to be studied. Then, many interviews were made with executives of these departments in those different organizations. The answers were interpreted through the content analysis. This analysis was made following the bibliographical revision, inside the cultural dimension, and was based on the integration subject. The results point the following factors that make the integrated action between these two departments difficult: non defined objectives; lack of planning; particular objectives instead of organizational objective; lack of global vision; use of old fashioned rules / change barriers; non defined attributions and powers; communication difficulties; lack of individual and team training; lack of control (external); deficient internal management; non structured processes; centralization; isolation of departments; bureaucracy / extreme formality; unfamiliarity with the business; do not accept the personal and organization deficiencies; internal fight / power dispute; lack of commitment; lack of motivation; distrust; lack of intermeshing and lack of ethics.

[pt] Este trabalho se fundamenta teoricamente na importância da inserção, na escola básica, tanto da interdisciplinaridade como da abordagem da resolução de problemas. O principal objetivo é dar significado a conceitos matemáticos fazendo conexões com outras áreas do saber. O conceito matemático aqui desenvolvido é o teorema de Bayes, muito utilizado no campo probabilístico e frequentemente estudado no ensino médio. O produto educacional, fruto dessa pesquisa, consiste numa sequência de atividades que conectam o referido teorema com conteúdos de áreas diversas como Artes, Geografia, Astronomia, História, Música e até mesmo com o jogo de xadrez. Todas as atividades se baseiam na abordagem da resolução de problemas e promovem a interdisciplinaridade, na busca de um estudo de Matemática motivador e carregado de significado na escola básica. / [en] This work is theoretically based on the importance of including, since the beginning of education levels, both interdisciplinarity and a problem-solving approach. The main objective is to give meaning to mathematical concepts by making connections with other areas of knowledge. The mathematical concept developed here is Bayes theorem, widely used in the probabilistic field and frequently studied in high school. The educational product, the result of this research, consists of a sequence of activities that connect the aforementioned theorem with subjects from different areas such as Arts, Geography, Astronomy, History, Music and even the chess game. All activities are based on a problem-solving approach and promote interdisciplinarity, in the search for a motivating and meaningful study of Mathematics in high school.

Les politiques de conservation de la nature ont largement évolué ces quarante dernières années. Si les premières aires protégées ont été créées selon un modèle ségrégatif, elles s’inscrivent aujourd’hui dans des modèles intégratifs. De fait, les aires protégées et leurs gestionnaires ne jouent plus les mêmes rôles au sein des socioécosystèmes. Leurs objectifs, leurs pratiques de conservation, les modes de régulation et de prise de décision, l’articulation avec les territoires environnants ont évolué. Nous nous concentrons ici sur les réserves naturelles françaises (RN), l’un des principaux outils réglementaires de protection de la nature en France. Nous caractérisons les interactions entre RN et territoires et les enjeux qui y sont liés, dans la perspective de cette transition ségrégatif – intégratif. Cette étude porte sur deux échelles distinctes : l’échelle nationale et l’ensemble des 277 RN, et l’échelle locale avec 10 études de cas. À l’échelle nationale, l’analyse de l’émergence des thématiques liées au développement durable des territoires dans le réseau des RN met en évidence les enjeux institutionnels, organisationnels, culturels et stratégiques de ce réseau, et permet de discuter la thèse d’une institutionnalisation inachevée. Nous montrons ensuite qu’il existe différents types de RN selon les pratiques mises en œuvre par les gestionnaires. Nous analysons ces investissements variés sur la base de trois types de facteurs : (i) les caractéristiques géographiques des RN ; (ii) le gestionnaire : son système de valeur et son profil socioculturel et (iii) les caractéristiques du territoire environnant. Avec nos 10 cas d’étude, nous caractérisons les socioécosystèmes constitués par les RN et les territoires environnants. Nous analysons dans le détail l’articulation identifiée à l’échelle nationale entre perceptions des acteurs, pratiques, caractéristiques des sites, des territoires et des gestionnaires, à l’intérieur des RN, mais également au-delà de leurs limites spatiales et fonctionnelles. À l’aide des cadres d’analyse des socioécosystèmes complexes, de la solidarité écologique, de la political ecology et de l’analyse institutionnelle, nous identifions les interactions entre RN et territoire, et mettons en lumière les limites des arrangements institutionnels mis en œuvre. Nous concluons sur la notion de trajectoire des sites, et dans une perspective de recherche appliquée, sur les implications de nos résultats pour le réseau des RN. / During the last four decades, nature conservation in protected areas (PAs) has been characterized by major changes. Early PAs have often been perceived as human-exclusion areas, whereas modern PAs have been designated more as integrated conservation and development projects. This evolution has involved major changes in objectives, management practices, governance systems, and relationship of PA’s to their surrounding environments. Nowadays, PA managers take into account processes that go beyond PA boundaries, investigate economic and social issues of development, and pay a special attention to local involvement. Here, we focus on French Nature Reserves (NRs), one of the main regulatory tools of the French nature protection policy. We characterize the interactions between NRs and the socioecosystems in which they interact. This study focus on two scales: the national scale and all of the 277 nature reserves, and the local scale with 10 case studies. At the national scale, we show how the emergence of sustainable development discourses in the nature reserve network have led us to analyze institutional, organizational, cultural and political issues. We describe the distribution of NR practices along a gradient going from a traditional model to an integrative model. We explain the observed practices as a combination of three types of variables : (i) general geographical characteristics of the NRs; (ii) value systems and perceptions of managers and (iii) characteristics of surrounding environments. On the basis of 10 case studies, we characterize the socioecosystems constituted by NRs and their surroundings territories. We analyze the articulation identified at the national scale between conservation practices, characteristics of NRs, territories and managers, both inside the reserves and beyond their spatial and functional boundaries. On the basis of frameworks for analyzing sustainability of complex socioecosystems, ecological solidarity, political ecology and institutional approaches, we identify the key variables in the implementation of collective action and adaptive management of both NRs and socioecosystems. Our analysis illustrates the limits of the implemented institutional arrangements. We conclude on the idea of NR trajectories, and on the practical implications of this work for the French NR system.

[pt] O presente trabalho buscou subsídios em diversas áreas, como estudos da linguagem, história editorial, administração, direito e educação, em uma concepção dialógica do Design, com o objetivo de observar o(s) papel (is) do design(er) no desenvolvimento de um curso EAD on- line e apresentar contribuições para o seu processo de capacitação enquanto arquiteto cognitivo desta relação. Além de questões de adequação de linguagem ao suporte eletrônico, o designer tem de estabelecer relação com diversas personagens, quando entram em jogo questões de produção de sentidos do discurso entre os agentes da produção e consumo do curso. Desta forma, pretende-se situar o designer como mediador tecnológico e discursivo, ao entender o Design enquanto campo de atuação interdisciplinar. Usamos como objeto de estudo exemplar o curso de educação a distância on-line Dodecaédria, em desenvolvimento pelos pesquisadores do Núcleo de Estudos do Design do Livro, vinculado ao programa de pós-graduação em Design da PUC-Rio. / [en] This work searches for support in different areas, such as language studies, editing history, administration, law and education, in a dialogical concept in Design, having as its objective to contribute to the designer`s capability to take over the possible role of a cognitive architect to produce an e-learning course. Facing this situation, besides the issues of language adequacy to the electronic support, the designer has to establish a relationship with various characters when production issues of the discourse meanings among the diverse course production and consume agents become part of the game. Thus, it is intended to situate the designer as the technological and discursive mediator, when accepting the Design in an interdisciplinary performance field. We used as the objective of exemplary study the e-learning Dodecaédria, being developed by researchers from the Núcleo de Estudos do Design do Livro, Book Design Study Group, related to the Design post-graduation program in PUC-Rio.

A Modernidade teve como características a busca pelas certezas nos campos filosófico e científico, o progresso da ciência e da tecnologia, bem como o domínio da natureza pelo homem, tudo sob o fundamento de que a Razão seria capaz de encontrar todas as respostas e de atender a todas as necessidades dos seres humanos. Assim também o Direito, enquanto campo do conhecimento e como ferramenta destinada a resolver os conflitos de interesses, procurou se acercar de certezas, desenvolvendo mecanismos seguros e institutos determinados, aos quais os fatos da realidade deveriam se amoldar. O tempo em que vivemos, porém, é marcado por incertezas em todos os sentidos, já que a Razão deu mostras de sua insuficiência para resolver todos os problemas da humanidade. Ademais, é flagrante a realidade de que o ser humano não é apenas racional, mas também é afetivo, religioso, intuitivo; enfim, o ser humano é complexo. As relações jurídicas, que, sob o paradigma moderno, se orientavam exclusivamente pela razão, logo se mostraram impregnadas por outros elementos não racionais, a demandar respostas da ciência jurídica. A afetividade é um dos aspectos da humanidade, é um dos fatores que compõem a personalidade e é um fator determinante para o desenvolvimento integral do ser humano. Então, a afetividade é, a um só tempo, um elemento constitutivo do ser humano e um fator presente em toda e qualquer conduta humana; é um valor jurídico a reclamar proteção e é também um aspecto inerente a toda conduta jurídica. A afetividade encontra-se presente em todas as relações jurídicas, mas impregna especialmente as relações de Direito de Família, das quais é marco característico. É fator indissociável do ser humano do mesmo modo que a racionalidade, posto que não se pode pensar o ser humano destituído de sua racionalidade, assim como não se pode compreendê-lo ausente da afetividade. Esse reconhecimento é orientado pela virada paradigmática da Modernidade para a Pós-Modernidade, pois reconhecer que o ser humano é racional, afetivo, religioso, intuitivo etc. é reconhecer a sua complexidade; é olhar para o ser humano em sua integralidade. Por isso, pode-se dizer que o estudo da afetividade e de suas implicações na ciência jurídica representa um alargamento das fronteiras do nosso conhecimento, em busca da compreensão dos seres humanos em sua complexidade. / Modernity was characterized by the search of certainties in the philosophical and scientific fields, by the progress of science and technology, as well as the domination of nature by men. This was based on the grounds that Reason would be able to find all the answers to fulfill every human need. In the same path, Law, as a field of knowledge and a tool to solve interest conflicts, tried to surround itself with certainties, developing mechanisms of safety and particular rules according to which the facts of reality should conform. Nevertheless, the time we live in is marked in every way with uncertainties, since Reason has shown its insufficiency to solve all humanitys problems. Furthermore, it is a flagrant reality that the human being is not only rational, but also affective, religious and intuitive all in all the human being is complex. Juridical relations oriented exclusively by Reason in the modern paradigm, soon showed to be impregnated with other non-rational elements that demanded answers from the juridical science. Affection is one of the aspects of humanity, one of the elements that integrate the personality and it is a determinant factor for its integral development.Thus, affection is a constitutive element of the human being as well as a present factor in all and every human conduct. It is a juridical value that claims protection and is inherent in every juridical relation. Affection integrates a juridical conduct, but it impregnates especially Family Law relations, being its outstanding characteristic. Affection cannot be dissociated from the human being, as well as rationality, since one cannot think the human being deprived of its rationality, as well as one cannot understand him without affectivity. This acknowledgment is oriented by the paradigmatic turning of Modernity to Post-Modernity, since recognizing that the human being is rational, affective, religious, intuitive, etc., is the same as to recognize its complexity; it is to look at the human being in its integrality. That is why one can say that the study of affectivity and its implications in the juridical science represents the broadening of frontiers of our knowledge, in search of the understanding of human beings in its complexity.
