Nos últimos tempos, o movimento neopentecostal vem ganhando terreno no campo religioso brasileiro. O seu avanço se deve, entre outros motivos, pelo afrouxamento de condutas ascetas e o rigor sectário que, até então, estiveram presentes nas comunidades que seguem o cristianismo no país. A Igreja Mundial do Poder de Deus surgiu no final do século passado e vem abarcando para suas hostes um número crescente de fiéis. O uso sistemático da televisão na propagação da sua mensagem, ancorada na cura e resolução dos problemas deste mundo, responde, em parte, pelo sucesso dessa agremiação. O que o seu aparecimento acrescenta ao neopentecostalismo nacional, a influência da persuasão e a eficácia da mídia eletrônica na adesão dos fiéis são reflexões norteantes desta dissertação. / In the past few years, the neopentecostal movement has gain space on the brasilian religious field. The progress is based, among any others reasons, in the soft way to accept certain conducts and the sectary strictness that prevail in the others religious communities that follows the christianism in the country. The Igreja Mundial do Poder de Deus was created in the end of the last century and since then has been embracing in its temples a crescent number of followers. The systemic use of television in the propagation of its creed encored in the cure and solving problems of the world, responds, in part, for the success of this agremiation. What its appearance adds to the national neopentecostalismo,the influence of persuasion and efficiency of electronic media in the adhesion of followers are the reflexes that guided this dissertation.

O moralismo da doutrina jurídica de Dworkin será contraposto à filosofia ironista de Richard Rorty, tendo como método a “leitura retórica de textos” e como marco a “Retórica” de Aristóteles. Este “método” aborda os textos do debate retoricamente ao ler os pressupostos teóricos da tese de Dworkin mediante seus componentes persuasivos (pathos, ethos, logos). A pesquisa ainda enfatiza as variações de influência da retórica no cânone que a relaciona com as controvérsias entre Platão e os sofistas, para caracterizar os limites da leitura proposta (de Rorty e Dworkin) e sua dependência para com a técnica retórica de dissociação de termos antitéticos. A linguagem como utensílio de ataque ou defesa, nos contextos de comunicação do direito e da filosofia, é finalmente tratada como um estigma de poder duplo. / This work studies different rhetoric procedures produced in Ronald Dworkin and Richard Rorty debates about the relation between Law and Pragmatism, more specifically, concerning the defense of one-right-answer-thesis in interpretation of law and its justification. Dworkin’s laws doctrine moralism is placed opposite to Richard Rorty ironist philosophy through “rhetoric reading” set as a method and based on Aristotle “Rhetoric”. This “method” approaches texts rhetorically while reads theoretical presuppositions of Dworkin’s thesis, through its persuasive components (pathos, ethos, logos). This research put emphasis upon the study of variations of influence regarding rhetoric into the canon that stress the controversies between Plato and sophists. This helps characterizing some limits of readings elected here (of Rorty and Dworkin works) and its dependence on dissociation of antithetic terms rhetorical technic. Language as an attack or defense utensil, in philosophy and law communication contexts, is portraited as a double power stigma.

This paper proposes to investigate the persuasive elements present in the speeches of Sergipe former governor Marcelo Déda, published in his personal Twitter account. Marcelo Déda was one of the main representatives not only of the Northeast of Brazil but also the entire country - between 2010 and 2013 - in the use of online social networks for political and governmental purposes. Due to the need to examine instances of production and circulation of these discourses, according to the argumentative strategies used by Déda, the aim of this study is grounded in textual analysis method Discourse proposed by Galiazzi and Moraes (2007), which uses the analysis speech at the production stage and the content analysis, the circulation stage of tweets. For the particularities of the object, it was also carried out a biographical study of the former governor, according to the guidelines suggested by Gobbi ( DUARTE ed., 2010), to contextualize its discursive profile. In addition to this study, it is presented here all the material collected and the guiding concepts that supported this research. The results of the analyzes show that the policy-governmental communication appropriates various techniques and rhetorical elements of language, also common in advertising, and it is becoming more appropriate to the new reality of convergence of multiple information flows of social media on search of the collective ownership of ideas. / Este trabalho propõe-se a investigar os elementos persuasivos presentes nos discursos do ex- governador sergipano, Marcelo Déda, publicados na sua conta pessoal do Twitter. Marcelo Déda foi um dos principais representantes do Nordeste e do Brasil - entre 2010 e 2013 - no uso das redes sociais digitais para fins políticos e governamentais. Devido à necessidade de analisar as instâncias de produção e de circulação desses discursos, em função das estratégias argumentativas utilizadas por Déda, a proposta deste estudo está embasada no método de Análise Textual Discursiva, proposto por Galiazzi e Moraes (2007), que utiliza a análise de discurso na etapa de produção e a análise de conteúdo, na etapa de circulação dos tweets. Em razão das especificidades do objeto, também foi realizado um estudo biográfico do ex- governador, de acordo com as orientações sugeridas por Gobbi (DUARTE org., 2010), para contextualizar seu perfil discursivo. Além desse estudo, é apresentado aqui todo material coletado e os conceitos norteadores que embasaram esta pesquisa. O resultado das análises realizadas revela que a comunicação política-governamental apropria-se de diversas técnicas e elementos retóricos de linguagem, também comuns na publicidade, e está cada dia mais adequada à nova realidade de convergência dos múltiplos fluxos informacionais das mídias sociais, na busca da adesão coletiva de ideias.

As a result, leading them to believe and be abided by their discourses. The sites of the study are from State Department of Education and the São Paulo’s State Teacher’s Union known as APEOESP. As the basis of this study is from the Discourse Analysis and Rhetoric, the theoretical foundation is, consequently, rooted in authors as Dominique Maingueneau, Patrick Charaudeau, Aristotle, Chaim Perelman, Lucie Olbrechts-Tyteca and more. From this reflection, the analysis reaches texts and links dedicated to the subject of violence on state schools of São Paulo, moreover how they present themselves to the target readers. The corpus investigation points out that these portals are similar on the grounds that they keep an authoritarian discourse and on the top of that they have shown crystalized realities revealed in a dictatorial way, however these institutions highlight an antagonistic ethé. On one hand, the APEOESP website reveals a belligerent, hyperbolic tone always ready to report what it considers lack of action of the State Department of Education. On the other hand, the State Department of Education’s expresses in a more cautious and undisturbed way by telling that the conflicts are normal in the schools and are under control. Having checked the hypothesis that each one of the enunciatee balance its ethos, the effect it intends to make on the readers confirms that both of them are capable of persuading and manipulating their interlocutors. / Este trabalho pretende investigar as estratégias de persuasão utilizadas em dois sites do campo educacional, a fim de mostrar como cada um deles, à sua maneira, constrói um ethos ajustado às paixões de seus leitores e aos efeitos que pretende provocar nesse público para se fazer crer e ter a adesão aos seus discursos. Trata-se dos portais da Secretaria de Educação do Estado de São Paulo e o do sindicato dos professores APEOESP. Adotamos como alicerce teórico os fundamentos da Análise do Discurso e da Retórica, apoiando-nos, sobretudo, nos estudos de Dominique Maingueneau, Patrick Charaudeau, Aristóteles, Chaim Perelman e Lucie Olbrechts-Tyteca, entre outros. A partir da reflexão teórica, nossa análise alcança textos e links que se dedicam ao tema da violência nas escolas públicas paulistas e, também, os textos pelos quais os sites se apresentam ao público leitor. A análise do corpus nos aponta que os portais, mesmo evidenciando ethé antagônicos entre si, assemelham-se no fato de construírem discursos autoritários, que desejam mostrar realidades cristalizadas, vistas no modo de dizer impositivo utilizado pelas duas instituições. A APEOESP revela-se, num tom beligerante, hiperbólico, sempre pronta a denunciar o que considera falta de ação da Secretaria de Educação do Estado diante dos inúmeros casos de violência que ocorrem nas escolas públicas paulistas. A Secretaria de Educação, por sua vez, expressa-se num tom mais cauteloso, sereno, como uma instituição protetora dos membros da comunidade escolar, mostrando que os casos de conflito são normais nas escolas e estão sob controle. Verificamos que a hipótese de que cada um dos enunciadores harmoniza seu ethos aos efeitos que pretende causar nos leitores se confirma e que ambos são, pois, eficazes em persuadir e manipular seus interlocutores.

Para isso, se analisará como as palavras e ações de Lina servem para resgatar a ordem de um mundo em transformação. Ao se perceber em pleno encontro do moderno com o tradicional na zona rural de Minas Gerais no final do século XIX e início do XX, Lélio sente-se perdido. Ele precisa de Lina para se situar em meio ao dinamismo da História e poder formular/reformular seu papel enquanto agente e sujeito de sua vida. As referências que o texto faz aos processos de transformação histórica são o objeto da pesquisa. To achieve this, it going to analyze how the words and actions of Lina serve to rescue the order of a changing world. Finding himself in full meeting of modern and traditional in rural Minas Gerais in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, Lelio feels disoriented. He needs Lina to keep strong himself amid the dynamism of the History and can to formulate / reformulate its role as agent and leader of his life. The references that this text makes to the processes of historical transformation are the object of the research.
