A presença da pedagogia e do pedagogo na empresa

A presente dissertação promove uma reflexão acerca das possibilidades que o profissional da Pedagogia tem de reproduzir o discurso do capital e da exploração do trabalho ou de ir além, na busca pela humanização dos processos de trabalho e no desenvolvimento de pessoas. A pesquisa, de caráter qualitativo, revela o papel dos pedagogos dentro das empresas, no contexto nomeado por muitos autores como Educação Corporativa. O procedimento metodológico se deu em duas etapas: levantamento bibliográfico de teses acadêmicas e artigos científicos sobre os campos do trabalho e educação, e da educação corporativa; e aplicação de entrevistas semiestruturadas em pedagogas de três empresas com sede em Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul – também foram aplicadas entrevistas em suas chefias imediatas, compondo uma rede de informações vinculada ao ambiente de trabalho destas profissionais. A análise dos dados produzidos baseou-se nos sentidos da escolarização dentro do capitalismo, de Alceu Ferraro; nas elaborações de Karl Marx sobre a relação entre capital e trabalho; em Mészáros – também vinculado à base marxista; e em Pierre Bordieu, especialmente em suas considerações sobre habitus, considerando o ethos dos pedagogos dentro das empresas, além de autores do campo da aprendizagem de adultos, como Peter Jarvis. A pesquisa revela que há um caminho a percorrer na construção de referenciais teóricos no campo da Educação sobre a atuação dos pedagogos nas empresas, pois, em sua maioria, o referencial teórico disponível advém da Administração, envolvendo gestão de Recursos Humanos em uma ótica liberal. Assim, foi possível concluir que existe espaço para a atuação de pedagogos no contexto da Educação Corporativa, e que os mesmos trazem consigo uma trajetória de formação na área das Ciências Humanas, a qual constitui as suas práticas diárias. Mesmo assim, os pedagogos estão em um campo do capital que tem suas características consolidadas nas práticas de mercado, o que torna mais desafiador o papel deste profissional: humanizar o que é tradicionalmente desumano. / The present dissertation promotes a reflection about the possibilities that the professional of pedagogy have in to reproduce the capital's speech and labor exploitation or to go beyond, searching the humanization of work processes and development of people. The qualitative research reveals the role of the educator within companies, in the context named by many authors as corporate education. The methodological procedure took place in two stages: bibliographical survey of academic theses and scientific articles on the labor and education field, and corporate education; and application of semi-structured interviews in pedagogues of three companies based in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul - interviews were also applied to their immediate supervisors, creating a network of information linked this professional work environment. It was also applied interviews in the immediate supervisors of educators and pedagogues composing an information network linked to this professional work environment. The data analysis produced was based on the meanings of schooling within capitalism, of Alceu Ferraro; in the elaborations of Karl Marx about relationship between capital and labor; in Mészáros - also linked to the Marxist basis; and Pierre Bourdieu, especially in its consideration of habitus, considering the ethos of the pedagogues within companies, as well as authors of the adult learning field, as Peter Jarvis. The research reveals that there is a way to go in building theoretical frameworks in the field of Education on the role of teachers in companies because, in most cases, the theoretical framework available comes from the Administration, involving human resources management in a liberal perspective. Thus, it was concluded that there is room for the pedagogues in the context of Corporate Education, and that they bring with them a training in the field of Humanities, which is their daily practices. Still, educators are in a capital field that has consolidated its characteristics in market practices, which makes it more challenging the role of this professional: humanize what is traditionally inhuman.

The present study deals with the importance of play for children's learning in preschool. The purpose is to investigate the importance of play for children's learning in preschool from a pedagogue’s perspective. The study is based on two issues: How does the pedagogue´s who were interviewed reason about the impact the play has on children's development? How does the pedagogue´s approach to make play a learning situation? The empirical data is based on semi-structured interviews with four preschool pedagogue´s. The present study was interpreted using the theories of Vygotsky’s sociocultural theory, educational developing theory, psychoanalytic theory of play and also cognitive theory of play. A general conclusion of the study shows that the pedagogue’s really believe that the play has a huge impact on children’s development, for example their language development. At the same time, the pedagogue´s believe that as an educator you have to be available and provide nutrients to the play, to make the play into a learning situation. The pedagogue´s can also do exercises to develop different skills.

Högläsningens tillämpning ochförutsättningar i förskolan : En studie om högläsningens roll i förskolan / The reading aloud implementation and prerequisites in preschool : A study about what role reading aloud has in preschool

The aim of this study was to investigate whether teachers in the preschool felt that they had theprereqiusites they thought they needed in order to implement reading aloud in such a way that theywanted. And if the conditions could be linked to how the reading aloud occasions were created.Since the study aimed to describe a general situation, a quantitative method was used. The studywas carried out, using a web survey, in which randomly selected teachers in a medium-sizedmunicipality in Sweden were given the opportunity to participate.The result shows that reading aloud is part of the daily routine in preschool, usually occurring atthe same time in the day, for example when the children are resting or when the teachers want togather the children. A clear majority of teachers feel that they have the necessary conditions toimplement reading aloud in the way they wish. Even so, only a few do not feel that there issomething in the preschool everyday that complicates reading aloud. The size of the childgroup is by far the biggest contributor to the teachers feeling that reading aloud is complicated.Lack of time and the environment are two further major factors that most likely are side effects ofthe size of the child group. / Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka om pedagoger ute i förskolans verksamhet kände att dehade de förutsättningar de ansåg sig behöva för att kunna genomföra högläsningen på ett sådant sättsom de önskade. Samt om de förutsättningarna kunde kopplas samman med hurhögläsningstillfällen utformas.Då studien var tänkt att skapa en generell bild användes en kvantitativ metod. Studiengenomfördes då med hjälp av en websurvey, där slumpvis valda pedagoger inom en medelstorkommun i Sverige fick möjligheten att delta.Resultatet visade att högläsningen är en del av den rutinbaserade vardagen på förskolan, då densom oftast förekommer vid samma tillfällen under en dag.En klar majoritet av pedagogerna upplever att de har de förutsättningar som krävs för attgenomföra högläsningen på ett sådant sätt som de önskar. Trots det, så uppgav de flesta pedagogeratt det fanns en eller flera faktorer på förskolan som försvårade deras arbete med högläsning.Barngruppens storlek var i särklass den största bidragande faktorn till att pedagoger ansåg atthögläsningen försvårades. Tidsbrist och miljö var två andra stora faktorer som med stor sannolikhetär en bieffekt av barngruppens storlek.

The aim of this study was to examine how the activities of two preschools develop the language in matter of the teacher’s work of procedure. The following research questions were essential for the survey and therefore formed the basis of the examination: How do the teachers in both preschools work in a language evolving way? What significance does the environment have for the language development? Are there similarities and differences between the preschools in their language development approach? The study is based on a qualitative method, where the teachers of both preschools were interviewed with the purpose of obtaining information. The teacher’s statements and interviews were analyzed in relation to previous research, where the theories of different writers form the base of the theoretical connection to the study. The teachers view in developing the language regarding to their aspirations in measuring the language an important position in their operation, can be portraied as the conclusions of this study. Both preschools share a common view that the linguistic development is of great importance and should for that reason be highlighted as well as emphasized in the teachers working methods. However, the teachers in both preschools differ in their view considering language development due to their different ideas of witch working methods best stimulate the students linguistic abilities to development. The preschools working methods can be seen from a positive point of view and also from a critical one in relation to the examination, where the teacher’s interviews were analyzed and discussed. Accordingly, the teachers in both preschools aspire to achieve the best results for language development.

This work is about the study of the children's free play in kindergartens. The study aims to investigate what significance free play has in kindergartens and what role pedagogues have in their children's free play. This study was conducted in two different kindergartens located in the same municipality.  One of the kindergartens is located in a monocultural area and the other in a multicultural area. That provides the opportunity to explore what differences exist between the two kindergartens. A qualitative investigation, consisting of interviews and participatory observation, was performed to answer the above research questions. The results confirm my own original conviction that the free play develops children's social interaction, fantasy and language. The pedagogues role in the children's free play is to help children during their free play, to give them confidence, to make them happy, to give them new and developmental toys and to provide an environment to safe play in.  The difference between the monocultural and multicultural kindergarten was that children with multiethnic background had problems with understanding each other because of differences in language, and this affected their social interaction and fantasy, thus their playing too. The pedagogues had to make an extra effort in helping these children to start to play together.

Permanent implementation (continuous, constant); 2. Pedagogues are the basic supplies that help to reach good resulte in educational system. The guality of teaching usually judged by that how effectively pedagogues give educational services. There is a direct connection between pedagogue’s competence and educational services – the higher level of competence is the better guality of service is reached. The educational system should be coustantly changing and improving as economic, social, technological and low conditions are also changing all the time. It is necessary for our teacher to learn how to work in new conditions. Therefore it is important both to teach and to learn. This research work was done with the aim to investigate the peculiarities of pedagogues’s learning motivation, to reveal it’s main short comings, inner and outer problems and also to suggest possible solutions. The final work consists of 3 parts: the first part includes learning motivation conception examined in different the oretical aspects. The second part presents the analysis of pedagogues’ motivation as the factor of constant learning. The third part shows the results of the research and their exhaustive analysis. The received data has shown that unfavourable learning conditions, expectations which haven’t come true don’t encourage pedagogues to learn but having eliminated the established shortcomings pedagogues’ motivation will improve.

The pedagogoues at a kindergarten has an obligation to give all the children the same opportunity to develop their abilities and interests without being limited by gender-rolls. Our studies purpose is to investigate how the kindergartens activities are planned in a norm-critical perspective. The study describes how three kindergarten pedagogues works with gender, children’s influence, children’s participation and what kind of approach the pedagogues have with the both sexes during gatherings. We have in this study interviewed three kindergarten pedagogues about what they think of gender, influence and participation and also how they use the kindergarten curriculum when they plan gatherings with the children. The result shows us that it is harder to be equal if a pedagogue is stressed or under a lot of pressure, for example if the colleagues are sick and the pedagogues have to handle a lot of children at the same time. We have also observed that it is hard to avoid gender-rolls even if all the pedagogue-colleagues are participation during a gathering, due to the fact that people use to act different around girls and boys.
