Control practices of the invasive plant species based on natural conservation may add to recovery measures, thus reducing the costs and increasing their efficiency. The aims of this study were to investigate relationships between different soil types and the occurrence of thatch (Imperata brasiliensis) plants in two different areas on the IFRJ Pinheiral Campus (Pinheiral-RJ); and to evaluate the use of forage legumes and their efficiency in the control of the invasive vegetation, associated to the use of direct seeding and planting of seedlings in reforestation activities. Eight trenches were evaluated in two toposequences, through characterization of soil properties and dry mass of shoots and roots of thatch sampled in four soil layers, respectively 0-7, 7-14, 14-28 and 28-35 cm. The eight soil profiles were also classified according to the Brazilian system. There were evaluated the heights, diameters and survival of seedlings of five forest species, subject to two forms of planting, tillage and seedlings, and two planting densities of sunn hemp legumes, pigeon pea and pork beans, as well as the efficiency of these plants in reducing the weed competition. The soil properties did not influence the behavior of the dry mass of the thatch, and the difference between the dry weight of roots and shoots between the two toposequences is possibly due to shading by existing eucalyptus stand in the second area. The legume plants combination did not differ regarding the influence on the native species, neither on the weed control. There was significant difference only when compared the average of the four treatments. Possibly, the use of different legumes planting forms and conducting more experiments could show an increase in their efficiency. The planting method using seedlings of the forest species differed significantly and it was more efficient than the direct planting of the seeds, showing to be the most suitable for the local situation. / O conhecimento das rela??es entre o solo e as esp?cies vegetais ? fundamental para os projetos de restaura??o, tendo em vista a din?mica da sucess?o, j? que, esp?cies invasoras podem torn?-los muito onerosos ou inviabiliz?-los. Pr?ticas de controle das esp?cies invasoras com cunho conservacionista podem agregar-se ?s medidas de recupera??o, reduzindo custos e aumentando sua efici?ncia. Os objetivos do estudo foram averiguar a exist?ncia de rela??es entre diferentes tipos de solo e a ocorr?ncia do sap? (Imperata brasiliensis) em duas diferentes ?reas, nas depend?ncias do Campus Nilo Pe?anha/Pinheiral do IFRJ, Pinheiral-RJ; e avaliar a utiliza??o de leguminosas forrageiras e sua efici?ncia no controle da vegeta??o invasora em a??es de recomposi??o florestal, aliada ? semeadura direta e ao plantio de mudas de esp?cies arb?reas. Foram avaliadas oito trincheiras, em duas topossequ?ncias, por meio da caracteriza??o dos atributos do solo, bem como massa seca da parte a?rea e das ra?zes do sap? amostradas em quatro camadas (0-7, 7-14, 14-28 e 28-35 cm). Os perfis de solo (08) foram tamb?m classificados segundo o sistema brasileiro. Tamb?m foram avaliadas a altura, di?metro e a sobreviv?ncia das mudas de cinco esp?cies florestais, submetidas a duas formas de plantio, semeadura direta e por mudas, e duas densidades de plantio das leguminosas crotal?ria, guandu e feij?o de porco, bem como a efici?ncia destas no controle da matocompeti??o. Os atributos do solo n?o influenciaram nos resultados de massa seca do sap?, sendo a diferen?a entre a massa seca das ra?zes e da parte a?rea entre as duas topossequ?ncias possivelmente devida ao sombreamento pelo povoamento de eucalipto existente na segunda area. Os coquet?is de leguminosas n?o diferiram entre si quanto ? influ?ncia sobre as esp?cies nativas e quanto ao controle das invasoras. Somente a m?dia dos quatro tratamentos mostrou diferen?as significativas. Possivelmente, a utiliza??o de diferentes formas de plantio das leguminosas e m?todos de condu??o do experimento, poderia mostrar aumento na efici?ncia destas plantas. O m?todo de plantio de esp?cies florestais por mudas diferiu significativamente e foi mais eficiente que a semeadura direta, sendo o mais apropriado para a situa??o local.

The teaching self-efficacy refers to the teacher's confidence in their own abilities to perform teaching activities associated with perceived social support that can help the adaptation of the individual during the transition to teaching. It is understood that this transition is not finished with the completion of graduation, it extends until the first years of teaching practice. The total sample consisted of 281 participants. The scale was composed of three parts: [1] Teacher Beliefs Scale - short version, [2] Inventory of Emotional Support in the Transition to Teaching (IAETD) and [3] Participants Characterization Questionnaire. The results obtained by means of confirmatory factor analysis indicated evidence of instrument validity and good internal consistency in the factors. The better adjusted models presented the teacher's self-efficacy in three factors: efficacy in instructional strategies (EIS) effectiveness in managing classroom (EMC) and efficacy in student engagement (ESA); the social and emotional support to two factors: emotional support and professional support. It was found that training in public or private institutions does not imply distinctions in perceptions of the teacher self-efficacy and the social emotional support for both groups. However, when related to sex, women had greater efficacy in student engagement than men in both groups. Among teachers, those without postgraduate degrees demonstrated higher self-efficacy to motivate students than teachers with postgraduate degrees. Teachers with plans to stay in teaching careers felt themselves more professionally supported than those with plans to switch careers. It was also found that the older the teachers, the lower the self-efficacy for managing the classroom and lower the perception of professional support. In the group of students, the ones who were working were perceived to be more effective in managing the classroom than students that were not working. Finally, the weak relationships between the variables of teacher self-efficacy and social emotional support in both groups reinforced the prospects of the multidimensionality of these phenomena, indicating that other factors are combined in this relationship in the transition to teaching. Along these lines, new studies can address the dynamics and direction of these relationships in the development of teachers. / Prop??s-se, neste estudo, verificar a rela????o entre as percep????es de autoefic??cia docente e apoio social emocional de estudantes concluintes do Curso de Pedagogia e professores iniciantes na Educa????o Infantil ou nos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental. A autoefic??cia docente refere-se ?? confian??a do professor em suas pr??prias capacidades para desempenhar atividades docentes que associada ?? percep????o de apoio social pode favorecer a adapta????o do indiv??duo durante a transi????o para a doc??ncia. Entende-se que essa transi????o n??o ?? finalizada com a conclus??o da Gradua????o, porque ela se estende at?? os primeiros anos de atua????o docente. A amostra total foi de 281 participantes. O instrumento foi composto por tr??s partes: [1] Escala de Cren??as Docentes ??? vers??o curta, [2] Invent??rio de Apoio Emocional na Transi????o para a Doc??ncia (IAETD) e [3] Question??rio de Caracteriza????o dos Participantes. Os resultados obtidos por meio das an??lises fatoriais confirmat??rias indicaram evid??ncias de validade do instrumento e boa consist??ncia interna dos fatores. Os modelos mais ajustados apresentaram a autoefic??cia docente com tr??s fatores: efic??cia nas estrat??gias instrucionais (EEI), efic??cia no manejo em sala de aula (EMSA) e efic??cia no engajamento do aluno (EEA); e o apoio social emocional com dois fatores: apoio afetivo e apoio profissional. Verificou-se que a forma????o em institui????es p??blicas ou privadas n??o implica em distin????es nas percep????es de autoefic??cia docente e apoio social emocional para ambos os grupos. No entanto, quando relacionadas ao sexo, as mulheres apresentaram maior efic??cia no engajamento dos alunos que os homens de ambos os grupos. Entre os professores, aqueles sem P??s-Gradua????o demonstraram maior autoefic??cia para motivar os alunos que os professores com P??s-Gradua????o. Os professores com planos de permanecer na doc??ncia perceberam-se mais apoiados profissionalmente que aqueles com planos de mudar de profiss??o. Verificou-se tamb??m que quanto maior a idade dos professores menor a autoefic??cia para o manejo de sala de aula e menor a percep????o de apoio profissional. No grupo de estudantes, os que estavam trabalhando perceberam-se mais eficazes no manejo da sala de aula que os estudantes n??o trabalhadores. Por fim, as fracas rela????es entre as vari??veis de autoefic??cia docente e apoio social emocional em ambos os grupos refor??aram as perspectivas da multidimensionalidade desses fen??menos, sinalizando que outros fatores coadunam nessa rela????o durante a transi????o para a doc??ncia. Nessa linha, novos estudos podem abordar a din??mica e o sentido dessas rela????es no desenvolvimento do docente.

People as the main source of creation and spreading of knowledge, became one of the most important strategic resources. This way, it is required that people be prepared and ready to contribute. For that, it is used a technique with capacity to compare the efficiency of multiple units ? the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). From this on, this paper is a study of an organizational performance analysis model which searches for evaluate the performance through DEA. The Business Performance Index is built, an index which shows how efficient each company is in relation to its indexes. Its aim is to obtain the highest wealth created per employee and the maximization of the non-financial indexes (with focus on people management), in a way to obtain a top organizational performance. This factor increasingly requires the teachers to acquire new knowledge to consider the context of life of the students, their knowledge and experiences. In addition to this, there is to consider that most of the proposed curriculum of our schools as regards the organization and selection of content even if based on a formalistic approach to the curriculum which is based on the fragmentation of knowledge ignoring the uniqueness the exchange experiences and social and cultural experiences of learners. From this context, this research aims to investigate the perception of teachers and students on the value of prior knowledge of the students of the Youth and Adult Education Program (PROEJA) in teaching practices at the Food Technical Course at the Federal Institute of Education Science and technology of Amap? Macap? IFAP- Campus.. The researchers were 57 students of 4th, 5th and 7th semester and 14 teachers of the Technical Course in Food in PROEJA carried ou at IFAP. We used as data collection instruments the application of questionnaires documentary analysis of the Pedagogical Course Project (PPP), as well as the Institutional Development Plan (IDP) lesson plans and teaching plans in order to observe the prioritized knowledge in the common core curriculum and core technical and identify the knowledge valued in pedagogical practice PROEJA teacher. At the end of this investigation, we came to the understanding that the prior knowledge of students of the Technical Course of Food are considered by some teachers in the classroom but not given due importance. The valued knowledge are: knowledge curriculum; the disciplinary knowledge and the knowledge of teachers, that is, the teacher of scientific knowledge overlaps the daily knowledge of students. / A Educa??o de Jovens e Adultos (EJA) ? uma modalidade da Educa??o B?sica, que vem passando por mudan?as significativas, visando atender ?s novas exig?ncias da sociedade, principalmente com rela??o ?s pr?ticas pedag?gicas desenvolvidas no ambiente escolar, esse fator requer cada vez mais dos professores a aquisi??o de novos saberes que considerem o contexto de vida dos educandos, seus saberes e experi?ncias. Ao final desta investiga??o, chegou-se ao entendimento de que os saberes pr?vios dos estudantes do Curso T?cnico de Alimentos s?o considerados por alguns docentes em sala de aula, por?m n?o recebem a import?ncia devida. Os saberes valorizados s?o: o saber curricular; o saber disciplinar e o saber dos docentes, isto ?, o saber cient?fico do professor se sobrep?e aos saberes cotidianos dos discentes.

It should be noted a dual function: to both facilitate the dispersion of species and recolonization of degraded areas, and ensure the maintenance of populations that require, for their survival, natural areas with greater extent of that contained in protected areas considered separately. This initial concept, strictly biological imprint, acquired an interdisciplinary character when incorporated the socio-cultural and economic dimensions giving rise to the concept of Biodiversity Corridor. It corresponds to a large area of extreme biological importance, consisting of a network of protected areas interspersed with varying degrees of human occupation or different forms of land use, in which the management is integrated to ensure the survival of all species the maintenance of ecological and evolutionary processes and the development of a strong regional economy. This is a proposal for spatial planning to plan conservation actions on a regional scale and involving different sectors of society. Within this perspective, several international and national initiatives are being put into practice using as basis the concept of connectivity. In Australia the government created the National Wildlife Corridors and is implementing, on a continental scale, actions to restore connectivity. In the Mesoamerican region an initiative involving eight countries - the Mesoamerican Biological Corridor - has achieved good conservation outcomes which influenced one of these countries - Costa Rica - to implement the National Biological Corridors as one of the bases of its environmental policy. In Brazil, where the concepts of connectivity and corridors have been implemented for over almost two decades, important advances have been recorded. In the state of Esp?rito Santo, for example, actions to implement the Central Corridor of the Atlantic are running and bringing direct benefits to the stakeholders. This study aimed to evaluate different initiatives of biodiversity corridors around the world and in Brazil doing a critical analysis of the successes and difficulties encountered and suggesting recommendations to contribute to the improvement of the same. / Em seus origens e, sobretudo, do ponto de vista da conserva??o biol?gica, os Corredores Ecol?gicos foram definidos como por??es de ecossistemas naturais ou seminaturais ?restaurados-, que ligam remanescentes florestais, localizados, em geral, em Unidades de Conserva??o, com objetivo de possibilitar entre eles o movimento da biota e, consequentemente, o fluxo de genes. Salienta-se assim uma dupla fun??o: tanto facilitar a dispers?o de esp?cies e a recoloniza??o de ?reas degradadas, como assegurar a manuten??o de popula??es que demandam para sua sobreviv?ncia ?reas naturais com extens?o maior de aquela contida em Unidades de Conserva??o consideradas separadamente. Esse conceito inicial, de cunho estritamente biol?gico, adquiriu um car?ter interdisciplinar quando incorporou as dimens?es socioculturais e econ?micas dando origem ao conceito de Corredor de Biodiversidade. Na regi?o Mesoamericana uma iniciativa que envolve oito pa?ses ? o Corredor Biol?gico Mesoamericano ? vem alcan?ando bons resultados de conserva??o o que influenciou um desses pa?ses ? a Costa Rica ? a implementar o Programa Nacional de Corredores Biol?gicos como uma das bases de sua pol?tica ambiental. This study is characterized as a descriptive exploratory research that used an aleatory probabilistic sample followed by the application of collect data instrument (questionnaire). The small hotels located in Natal/RN were the study participants and the specific location where 35 questionnaires were answered. Based on the data and on the mangers point of view, it is possible to comprehend that, among the presented indicators, the development of environmental programs in the hotel enterprise is showed as the least important for the client s choice. As the main conclusion it is relevant to argue that, according to the small hotel managers, the guests do not still search for hotels that implement environmental practices. On the other side, the interviewed managers believe that the use of these practices can generate a great competitive advantage in relation to their competitors. The information obtained by this present research will be able to contribute to establish a contemporary panorama in relation to the importance attributed by the managers concerning the use of environmental practices in small hotel enterprises in Natal/RN. In addition the correct use of this information can generate possibilities of major competitiveness in this segment / O objetivo do trabalho foi investigar a percep??o dos gestores de pequenos meios de hospedagem de Natal/RN sobre o uso de pr?ticas ambientais como fator de competitividade. O estudo foi caracterizado como sendo explorat?rio e descritivo no qual foi utilizada amostra probabil?stica aleat?ria, seguida de aplica??o de instrumento de coleta de dados (question?rios). Foram objetos da pesquisa os pequenos meios de hospedagem localizados no munic?pio de Natal, capital do estado do Rio Grande do Norte, onde foram respondidos um total de 35 question?rios. Pode-se concluir com os dados dispostos no trabalho que dentre os indicadores apresentados, o desenvolvimento de programas ambientais no empreendimento, se mostra o menos importante para a escolha do meio de hospedagem pelos clientes, a partir da perspectiva dos empreendimentos. Como principal conclus?o do trabalho pode-se ent?o inferir que de acordo com os propriet?rios e gestores entrevistados, os h?spedes em sua maioria ainda n?o buscam por empreendimentos que implementam pr?ticas ambientais como fator de decis?o na escolha do hotel, por?m mesmo assim os entrevistados acreditam que o uso destas pr?ticas pode gerar grande vantagem competitiva em rela??o aos seus concorrentes. O manipulador de alimentos tem um papel importante na produ??o de refei??es, podendo ser um ve?culo de contamina??o dos alimentos, sendo imprescind?vel investigar aspectos relacionados ? forma??o e ?s pr?ticas de higiene dos mesmos. Este estudo buscou avaliar o conhecimento, pr?ticas autorreferidas e observadas referentes ? seguran?a dos alimentos de manipuladores de Restaurantes Populares localizados no Rio Grande do Norte. Foi aplicado um question?rio com os manipuladores de 10 restaurantes selecionados em diferentes munic?pios, totalizando 70 manipuladores. O question?rio foi utilizado para avaliar o conhecimento e as pr?ticas autorreferidas dos manipuladores. As pr?ticas observadas foram registradas pelas pr?prias pesquisadoras com aux?lio de uma lista de verifica??o. Foram avaliadas tamb?m, as condi??es higi?nico-sanit?rias das unidades visitadas. O conhecimento dos manipuladores acerca da seguran?a dos alimentos alcan?ou um percentual de 72,64%. As pr?ticas autorreferidas apresentaram m?dia de acerto de 80,71%. Observou-se que o conhecimento dos manipuladores apresentou correla??o positiva significativa (p<0,05) com as pr?ticas autorreferidas pelos mesmos. No entanto, a pr?tica observada n?o apresentou correla??o com as demais vari?veis. N?o houve associa??o entre os dados s?cio demogr?ficos e as vari?veis conhecimento e pr?ticas autorreferidas. A m?dia geral de adequa??o das condi??es higi?nico-sanit?rias foi de 68,08%, classificando as unidades como regulares. As condi??es higi?nico-sanit?rias n?o se correlacionaram positivamente com o conhecimento e a pr?ticas autorreferidas dos manipuladores. As inadequa??es observadas nos restaurantes dizem respeito principalmente ? ?estrutura f?sica? e ?documenta??o e registro?, crit?rios que independem dos manipuladores, estando relacionadas ? gest?o e responsabilidade t?cnica das unidades. Os achados sugerem a import?ncia de elucidar quest?es que influenciam o comportamento dos manipuladores para garantia da seguran?a na produ??o dos alimentos, e apontam para a necessidade de sensibiliza??o dos gestores das unidades para cumprimento das boas pr?ticas. / The Restaurant Popular Program aims to offer appropriate meals concerning nutritional and hygienic-sanitary conditions with lower prices for population groups that live in an unsafety situation. Food handlers have such an important role through meals production because they can be a vector of food poisoning. That is why it is essential to investigate aspects related to food handlers? formation and their hygienic practices. This study evaluated knowledge, self-reported and observed practices of food handlers concerning food safety at Restaurant Popular in Rio Grande do Norte State, Brazil. We applied a questionnaire with all food handlers from 10 selected unities from different towns, which sums 70 food handlers. This questionnaire registered levels food handlers knowledge and self-reported practices. Food safety practices were registered by the researchers themselves through a checklist. Besides, we evaluated hygienic-sanitary conditions of facilities we visited. Food handlers knowledge about food safety reached a percentage of 72.64%. Self-reported practices presented a mean of 80.71%. It was observed that food handlers knowledge presented significant positive correlation (p<0.05) with the self-reported practices. However, there was no correlation among their practices and other variants. There was no association between socio-demographic data and knowledge and self-reported practices variables. Average overall of hygienic-sanitary conditions reached 68.08% and this amount classifies those unities as regular. The hygienic-sanitary conditions no correlated positively with the food handlers knowledge and self-reported practices. The inappropriate conditions we noticed at those unities related, specially, to facilities and documentation and registers, and these aspects are not under food handlers? responsibilities. They should be under responsibility of technical manager at each unity. Results suggest an importance to elucidate issues that influence food handlers? behavior as a guarantee of a safe meal production e and the need to sensitize unit managers to comply with good practices.

Those tools may potentialize their perfomance and improve the results, presenting itself as a critical factor for an organization to excel in the environment it operates. This research's general goal was to analyze Knowledge Management used nowadays on the HUOL, in order to propose a the portfolio of tools and practices of Knowledge Management adapted to the organizational needs of the institution. To do so, this research adopted as specific goals: identify and describe the tools and practices of Knowledge Management used nowadays and how the analysis of their acceptance was made in the daily management of HUOL. Finally, it's presented the proposal of a portfolio of tools and practices of Knowledge Management adapted to the organizational needs of the institution. This work may be justified because there are no researches over the same theme and place, most specifically after the changes that happened due to the adhesion to EBSERH. This research has a qualitative approach, mainly focused on description of goals through a strategy of case of study. The data collection method used interviews with the high administration (superintendency, staff, managers and heads of departments). The interview script was created based on the study made in the theoretical frame of reference, highlighting the tools and practices of Knowledge Management most present in the contemporary literature about this subject. The content analysis technic was used for the data analysis, according to the model of Bardin. It was noticed that Knowledge Management is not adopted under management perspective. Some tools and practices used by the research subject may be identified as practices of Knowledge Management, as: computer systems (MV, SIPAC, AGHU, SIGRH, SIG/EBSERH, etc), videoconference forums, management competence evaluation tools and business intelligence, assumed through benchmarking actions. As result, it's recommended the incorporation of some Knowledge Management's tools and practices, on the consolidation of a portfolio formally deliberated for Knowledge Management on the HUOL. The tools and practices adopted are: intitutional repository, presential forums combined with the practice of lessons learned, coaching and mentoring, and lastly Eletronic Document Management.

O objetivo deste estudo ? compreender a produ??o noticiosa dos blogs do interior potiguar que, em muitas comunidades (PAIVA, 2012), s?o os ?nicos ve?culos de comunica??o que informam sobre o cotidiano local. Descrevemos e analisamos os elementos constituintes e os par?metros de produ??o e de repercuss?o a fim de refletir sobre os efeitos do jornalismo enquanto pr?tica social (GOMES, 2004; PERUZZO, 2005) que comunica o cotidiano. Valendo-nos dos m?todos e t?cnicas do estudo de casos elencamos o Blog do Cl?sio Dantas (Bod?), o Blog do Edmilson Sousa (Currais Novos) e o Blog do Marcos Dantas (Caic?). Para se chegar a essa amostra foi feita uma cartografia das m?dias do Rio Grande do Norte que apontou a aus?ncia dos ve?culos de comunica??o convencionais com abrang?ncia estadual na regi?o central do estado, visto que as emissoras de TV aberta e os grandes jornais localizam-se em Natal e Mossor? e acabam cobrindo, predominantemente, o entorno desses munic?pios. A an?lise envolveu a cataloga??o das publica??es dos blogs e a observa??o das rotinas de produ??o desse jornalismo e a import?ncia desses blogs enquanto meios de informa??o da realidade local. O estudo possibilitou reunir um conjunto de informa??es detalhadas sobre a blogosfera potiguar e, mais especificamente, sobre os casos analisados, o que viabilizou compreender sobre os in?meros vieses desse fen?meno e de suas implica??es para a sociedade. / Blogs have been set up and now appear as major media, journalism is no longer an exclusively professional activity and now features as a language adopted by people of various profiles to communicate about daily life (CHAPARRO, 2014; SODR?, 2009). The aim of this study is to understand the news production blogs potiguar interior that, in many communities (PAIVA, 2012), are the only means of communication to inform about the place everyday. We describe and analyze the elements and the production and impact parameters to reflect on the effects of journalism as a social practice (GOMES, 2004; PERUZZO, 2005) that communicates daily. Drawing on the methods and techniques of case studies we list the Cl?sio Dantas Blog's (Bod?), the Edmilson Sousa Blog's (Currais Novos) and Marcos Dantas Blog's (Caic?). To achieve this sample was a map of Rio Grande do Norte the media that pointed out the absence of conventional means of communication with statewide in the central region of the state, since the broadcast television stations and major newspapers are located in Natal and Mossor? and end up covering predominantly the surroundings of these cities. The analysis involves cataloging the publications of blogs and the observation of this journalism production routines and the importance of these blogs as of the local reality information means. Here is how technology and network communication have transformed the journalistic making and the participation of all in the production of content have developed a new logic of information production (CASTELLS, 2012; DALMONTE, 2009; PAL?CIOS, 2003). We observe how bloggers have been prepared to work with the prospects of digital culture (LEMOS 2103; LEVY, 2000) under which the journalistic production now pulsates in real time at a frantic pace and uninterrupted (MORETZSOHN, 2002). The study made it possible to assemble a set of detailed information on the potiguar blogosphere and more specifically on the cases analyzed, which enabled understanding about the numerous biases of this phenomenon and its implications for society.

Objetiva-se configurar a pr?tica docente da Educa??o F?sica, nesta modalidade, no sistema p?blico de ensino do munic?pio de Natal-RN, a partir dos seguintes objetivos espec?ficos: a) identificar o contexto em que se insere a Educa??o F?sica na EJA no munic?pio de Natal e b) descrever e problematizar como os professores de Educa??o F?sica organizam o seu fazer pedag?gico na EJA no munic?pio de Natal. Por meio do Estudo de caso qualitativo, enquanto metodologia de pesquisa, investigou-se a organiza??o curricular da Educa??o F?sica na EJA a partir da pr?tica pedag?gica dos professores deste contexto. Para tanto, foram aplicados question?rios a 15 professores do sistema de ensino do referido munic?pio no per?odo de 26 de maio a 25 de julho de 2015, organizado em tr?s etapas: 1) Identifica??o, 2) Pr?tica da Educa??o F?sica na EJA e 3) Atua??o na Educa??o F?sica na EJA. Concluiu-se que as pr?ticas pedag?gicas dos professores investigados apontam encaminhamentos para a Educa??o F?sica na EJA tais como conte?dos, objetivos educacionais, avalia??o, dura??o das aulas, metodologia de ensino, dificuldades e perspectivas para atuar neste cen?rio. Estes que corroboram, parcialmente com as orienta??es curriculares da EJA em Brasil (2002) e Natal (2008), dando indicativos de pr?ticas distintas no contexto de cada professor. Nesta ?ltima, acredita-se que o processo de sistematiza??o das pr?ticas pedag?gicas dos professores tem origem na forma??o inicial e continuada, logo, ? urgente rever estrat?gias que promovam uma melhor discuss?o da EJA na Educa??o F?sica no munic?pio de Natal-RN, fortalecendo sua oferta na Educa??o B?sica. / Understanding education in a reparative, equalizer and permanent way, as a right of every individual to the full exercise of their citizenship, this paper studies the Physical Education as a curriculum component of Basic Education in the EJA (Youth and Adult Education). This study aimed to discuss the didactic organization of Physical Education in EJA in the public school system of Natal-RN municipality, from the following specific objectives: a) identifying the educational context in which it operates Physical Education in EJA in Natal-RN and b) describe how the Physical Education teachers organize didactically discipline in EJA in Natal-RN municipality. Through the qualitative case study we investigated the pedagogical practice of teachers in that context. To this end, questionnaires were given to 15 teachers of the municipality education system in the period from 26 May to 25 July 2015, organized in three stages: 1) identification, 2) Practice of Physical Education in EJA and 3) Performance of Physical Education in EJA. It was concluded that the pedagogical practice of teachers investigated points referrals for Physical Education in EJA, such as: content, educational goals, evaluation, length of classes, teaching methodology, problems and prospects to act in this scenario, corroborating partly with curriculum guidelines of EJA in Brazil (2002) and Natal (2008), as the context of each teacher reveals a distinct identity. As inferences were identified absence of a theoretical framework that would direct the teaching work of Physical Education in EJA in the city of Natal-RN, many difficulties in the systematization of knowledge, lack of specific continued education formation of the teachers and, in most cases, no discussion on EJA in the initial training. On the latter, it is believed that the process of organizing the pedagogical practice of teachers is closely related to the initial and continued training, so it is urgent to revise strategies that promote the debate of Physical Education in EJA in Natal-RN municipality.
