Esse estudo apresenta o desenvolvimento de práticas psicológicas no contexto institucional. Trata-se de intervenção psicoterápica em grupo com as cuidadoras de crianças em acolhimento institucional de abrigos, por dois anos, desenvolvida no contexto da instituição. Ao realizarmos nosso estudo anterior de Mestrado, identificamos acentuado sofrimento psíquico manifestado pela equipe de cuidadoras, no qual percebemos importantes identificações da equipe com as angústias emergentes nas crianças abrigadas. Iniciamos, em março de 2006, encontros psicoterápicos grupais e semanais com as cuidadoras desse abrigo até o mês de março de 2008. Aplicamos com o grupo, no início e na finalização dos encontros, o Procedimento Desenhos-Estórias com Tema, para compreendermos a dinâmica psíquica das participantes atrelada ao relacionamento com crianças em acolhimento, e também para nos auxiliar a avaliar a intervenção realizada. Adotamos a perspectiva winnicottiana para a noção de saúde. Esta experiência nos revelou que a partir do momento em que as cuidadoras alcançaram melhor contato emocional com a interioridade puderam conter grande parte do sofrimento psíquico, apresentando-se de forma mais viva para o contato com a realidade externa e ampliando os contatos afetivos. A equipe de cuidadoras apresentou melhor contato com os próprios afetos e demonstrou avanços na capacidade de discriminação das crianças em acolhimento, o que facilitou os relacionamentos no contexto institucional. Percebemos mudanças na realidade subjetiva da equipe, embora permanecesse a mesma realidade social do contexto, o que nos possibilitou também considerar a eficácia da intervenção psicológica com o grupo de cuidadoras. Portanto, propomos esta intervenção como enquadre clínico diferenciado para atendimento de cuidadoras em abrigos / This study presents the development of the psychological practice within the institutional context. It is the psychotherapeutic group intervention with the children\'s caregivers in institutional shelters, for two years, developed within the context of the shelters. In our previous study for the Master\'s Degree, we identify intense psychic suffering manifested by the team of caregivers, in which we perceive important identifications between the team and the state of anguish the sheltered children are found. In March, 2006, we begin weekly psychotherapeutic gatherings with the caregivers of this shelter, until up the year 2008. Within the group, and at the beginning and the end of each gathering, we apply the Drawing- And-Story Procedure with Theme, to understand the psychic dynamics of the participants in relation with the sheltered children, and also, to help us evaluate the applied intervention. We adopt the Winnicottian Perspective for the notion of health. The experiment reveals, from the very moment the caregivers reach a better emotional contact, with the interiority, that they are able to hold back a great part of the psychic suffering, taking a more lively approach in contacting the exterior reality, expanding the affective contacts. The team of caregivers presents a better contact with their own affections; also, presents improvement in the capacity to discriminate the children under the shelter, which facilitates the relationship in the institutional context. We perceive a change in the subjective reality of the team of caregivers, even though the social reality of the context remains unchanged, and this allows us to consider the efficiency of the psychological intervention with the team of caregivers. Thus, we propose this intervention as differentiated clinical setting to aid caregivers in shelters

Previous issue date: 2007-04-18 / The objective of this research is to investigate that consist of the collective imaginary of students about male sex problems, as well as to elucidate the non conscious psychological field, in other words, the emotional logic of agreement according to which they are organized. Therefore, the psychoanalytic method was operated through the Fields Theory, having as groundwork the psychoanalytic theory of Jos? Bleger. The Procedure of Thematic Drawing-and-Telling Stories was used in a collective approach in a classroom of Law students. It could be observed that the sexual problems are predominantly defined as erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. The psychoanalytic analysis indicated that the imaginary figure is organized starting from fields linked to the need of reaching a certain pattern of competent behavior (the competent lover), to the difficulties to get a stable relationship (happy ever after) and linked to the sexual vague stances ( will it be that he is? ). Knowing the collective imaginary figure, as well as the psychological-living fields on which it is organized, can enable transformations in the way that different social groups conceive sexual life, setting the human being free of adhesions to restrictive conceptions about sexuality that tend to impoverish the way of living. / A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo investigar o imagin?rio coletivo de universit?rios sobre dificuldades sexuais masculinas, bem como elucidar os campos psicol?gicos n?o conscientes, ou seja, a l?gica emocional de acordo com a qual se organizam. Para tanto, o m?todo psicanal?tico foi operado atrav?s da Teoria dos Campos, em pr?xima interlocu??o com a sistematiza??o epistemol?gica proposta pelo psicanalista Jos? Bleger. Previous issue date: 2011-02-23 / Pontif?cia Universidade Cat?lica de Campinas / The occurrence of a pregnancy s interruption requires not only medical and hospital care, but also emotional support, aiming at the patient s welfare and her ability to welcome other babies that she may have in the future. During hospitalization, the patient is under the care of an obstetrical nursing staff and therefore her experiences are affected by the attitudes and behaviors of these professionals. Thus, our project has the objective of investigating the collective imaginary of the obstetrical nursing staff towards the patient who has miscarried. We conducted individual interviews with sixteen professionals from an obstetrics clinic of a university hospital, using the Procedure Drawings-Story with Theme as dialogue mediator. After each interview, psychoanalytic narratives were written and were considered psychoanalytically together with the drawings-stories of the participants, aiming to capture interpretive fields of affective-emotional sense. We captured patterns denominated "End of the World", "Eternal emptiness" and "Monstrosity", which allows the perception that, in the collective imaginary, the interrupted pregnancy is perceived as a phenomenon humanly unacceptable, that would present apocalyptic traits associated with the evil and harmful motivations towards the pregnant patient. The overall picture shows that the nursing staff, as a human collective, might face difficulties in adopting and sustaining supportive behavior to this type of patient. This situation may be overcome only if the instruction and enlightenment of these professionals is supplemented with clinic psychological care that will allow them to perform their tasks more calmly and maturely / A ocorr?ncia de interrup??o da gesta??o demanda n?o apenas atendimento m?dico - hospitalar, mas tamb?m sustenta??o emocional, tendo em vista tanto o bem estar imediato da mulher, como a possibilidade de acolhimento a outros beb?s que possa ter futuramente. Durante a interna??o, a mulher permanecer? sob cuidados da equipe de enfermagem obst?trica, de modo que suas viv?ncias ser?o, em certa medida, afetadas pelas atitudes e condutas destes profissionais. 2.Apresentação QualidadedoAR_RJ.pptx: 7377713 bytes, checksum: 71d9bf56826b7d742cd8df0930b29a7f (MD5) / As dificuldades vivenciadas no ensino de química, em especial na educação de jovens e adultos, juntamente com o cenário de crise socioambiental contemporâneo são discutidos neste trabalho, que tem por objetivo analisar uma proposta de ensino de química que visa contribuir para a aproximação entre conhecimento científico e a realidade dos educandos na EJA, a partir da inserção da temática ambiental, tendo a qualidade do ar do entorno escolar como tema gerador. Para o desenvolvimento desta proposta fizemos uso de metodologia participativa, a qual foi realizada com uma turma da EJA, numa escola localizada na região metropolitana do Rio de Janeiro e se constitui numa sequência didática, composta de três etapas: a problematização da realidade, promovida pela reflexão acerca da poluição atmosférica na região metropolitana do Rio de Janeiro; a construção dos conhecimentos científicos a partir dos óxidos presentes na poluição do ar e, na última etapa, retornamos a reflexão acerca da problemática ambiental promovendo a articulação entre os conhecimentos científicos construídos e a realidade vivenciada a partir dos índices da qualidade do ar coletados. Para análise dos dados buscamos uma aproximação da análise do discurso bakhtiniana, a partir da qual foi possível observar a apreensão dos conhecimentos a partir da incorporação e renovação do gênero, do ponto de vista da temática ambiental e dos conhecimentos científicos. No entanto, os resultados também apontam para a participação como uma categoria de análise haja vista a importância para a construção dos conhecimentos. Assim, foi possível concluir que a articulação entre a temática ambiental qualidade do ar e os conhecimentos científicos contribuíram para a superação dos obstáculos na prática do ensino de química, destacando-se como fundamental para esta articulação a mediação realizada no sentido de viabilizar a interação e as reflexões que levaram a ampliação dos conhecimentos. Entretanto, consideramos, ainda, a necessidade de reflexão contínua sobre a prática docente, especialmente nesta modalidade de ensino. / The difficulties experienced in chemistry teaching, especially in the education of youth and adults, along with the contemporary socio-environmental crisis scenario are discussed in this work, which aims to analyze a chemistry teaching proposal to contribute to the rapprochement between scientific knowledge and the reality of students in adult education from the integration of environmental issues, and the air quality of the school environment as a theme generator. To develop this proposal we made use of participatory methodology, which was performed with a group of adult education in a school located in the metropolitan area of Rio de Janeiro and is a didactic sequence, composed of three steps: the questioning of reality promoted by the reflection on the air pollution in the metropolitan area of Rio de Janeiro; the construction of scientific knowledge from the oxides present in air pollution and, in the last step, we return to reflection on environmental issues by promoting links between the built scientific knowledge and the reality experienced from the air quality indices collected. For data analysis we seek an approximation of Bakhtin's discourse analysis, from which we could see the apprehension of knowledge from the development and renewal of the genre, from the point of view of environmental issues and scientific knowledge. However, the results also point to the participation as a category of analysis in view of the importance for the construction of knowledge. Thus, it was concluded that the link between environmental issues and air quality scientific knowledge contributed to overcoming the obstacles in the practice of chemistry teaching, highlighting as fundamental to this joint mediation carried out in order to facilitate the interaction and considerations which led the expansion of knowledge. However, we consider also the need for continuous reflection on teaching practice, especially in this type of education.

life of cancer patients, which begins soon after diagnosis. Thus, it seems reasonable to
the emphasis on development of studies covering the psychosocial variables, such as
stigma, treatment of childhood cancer aiming thereby to the attention of the overall
needs of the child. Thus, this research aims to investigate the perception of stigma and
quality of life in children with cancer. This is a cross-sectional research and
understanding of the descriptive type, the type specimen being adopted for convenience.
This consisted of thirty children with cancer and thirty children without chronic disease.
The instruments used were the Quality of Life Questionnaire, the Perceived Stigma
Scale and Technical Drawing Story with a Theme. The results indicate that the chronic
condition, no interfered significantly in satisfaction with the quality of life in children
with cancer and identified that the quality of life is not related to the stigma.
Comparison with children with no chronic disease with infants with cancer, no
significant differences were observed. However, the group mean contrast was lower,
suggesting a greater impairment in quality of life of children with cancer compared to
those without chronic disease. It is worth noting that the psychosocial effects and the
limitations imposed by disease and treatment are presented as important factors in the
design mode of subjective manifestations of children with cancer. Therefore, it is
expected that knowledge elucidated by this study will assist, greatly to the promotion of
improved emotional, biological and social development itself and the involvement of
children with cancer treatment / O aumento do tempo de sobrevida e cura exige cuidados mais amplos em rela??o ?

Deste modo, parece acertado a ?nfase dada ao desenvolvimento de estudos que

visando assim ? aten??o das necessidades globais da crian?a. Destarte, esta pesquisa se
prop?s a investigar a percep??o de estigma e a qualidade de vida em crian?as com
neoplasia. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de corte transversal do tipo descritiva e
compreensiva, sendo adotado o tipo amostra por conveni?ncia. Esta foi constitu?da por
trinta crian?as com c?ncer e trinta crian?as sem doen?a cr?nica. Os instrumentos
utilizados foram o Question?rio de Qualidade de Vida, a Escala de Percep??o de
Estigma e a t?cnica de Desenho Est?ria com Tema. Os resultados apontam que a
condi??o cr?nica n?o interferiu de modo significativo na satisfa??o com a qualidade de
vida nas crian?as com neoplasia e identificou-se que a qualidade de vida n?o est?
relacionada com o estigma. Quanto ? compara??o de crian?as sem doen?a cr?nica com
os infantes com neoplasia, n?o foram observadas diferen?as significativas. Contudo a
m?dia do grupo contraste apresentou-se menor, sugerindo um maior preju?zo na
qualidade de vida das crian?as com c?ncer em rela??o ?s sem doen?a cr?nica. Ressaltase
ainda que as repercuss?es psicossociais e as limita??es impostas pela doen?a e pelo
tratamento se apresentam como fatores importantes no modo de estrutura??o das
manifesta??es subjetivas das crian?as com c?ncer. Assim sendo, espera-se que o

Previous issue date: 2014-03-12 / Fundo Mackenzie de Pesquisa / This thesis aims at studying, as a discourse, the Brazilian and French primary language-teaching textbook. It will observe different kinds of strategies used by the utterer to persuade the reader and make the latter believe in the former s discourse. Among these strategies, we intend to understand, in the analyzed discourse, themes and figures that reproduce the social imaginary and help in the creation of an image of the actor of enunciation. The concrete image to which the discourse aims traces the way the subject is conceived in the world. The theoretical and methodological bases for this study are grounded in the French discourse semiotics as presented by Greimas (1983, 1994), Greimas & Courtés (2011), Barros (2002a, 2008), Fiorin (2008a, 2008b, 2009) and also the concept of discursive genre as presented by Bakhtin (2006). In addition, it will be taken concepts from French Discourse Analysis (Maingueneau, 1995, 1997a, 1997b, 2001, 2008), History of Linguistic Ideas (Barros, 2007, 2010, 2011; Leite, 2005) and Mother Tongue Didactic (Simard, Dufays, Dolz, Garcia-Leblanc, 2010). The analyzed textbooks were chosen according to a selling criteria provided in Brazil by Fundo Nacional de Desenvolvimento da Educação (National Education Development Fund), and by the publishers in France. In the development of this thesis, firstly, we analyzed questions of discursive syntax using a specific chapter in each book, and verifying later if that chapter contains all the others. Secondly, we turned our attention to the whole book observing questions of discursive semantics. In the range of the analyzed books, the results point to two distinct possibilities to conceive textbooks discourse in Brazil and France, as well as the construction of two different paradigms of culture. / Esta tese pretende estudar o livro didático para o ensino de língua materna como um discurso, no Brasil e na França, e analisar os diferentes tipos de estratégias discursivas utilizadas pelo enunciador para persuadir o enunciatário, para fazê-lo crer em seu discurso. Entre essas estratégias, visamos a depreender nos discursos analisados temas e figuras que reproduzem nos textos o imaginário social, além de ajudarem a construir a imagem do ator da enunciação, imagem concreta a que se destina o discurso e que orienta o modo de presença do sujeito no mundo. O quadro teórico-metodológico desse estudo é o da semiótica discursiva de linha francesa, tal como proposta por Greimas (1983, 1994), Greimas &Courtés (2011), Barros (2002a, 2008), Fiorin (2008a, 2008b, 2009), e também a noção de gênero discursivo discutida por Bakhtin (2006). Juntam-se a esse quadro teórico principal, noções advindas da Análise do discurso de linha francesa (Maingueneau, 1995, 1997a, 1997b, 2001, 2008), da História das ideias linguísticas (Barros, 2007, 2010, 2011; Leite, 2005) e da Didática de língua materna (Simard, Dufays, Dolz, Garcia-Leblanc, 2010). A escolha dos livros didáticos analisados se deu mediante o critério de vendas de acordo com dados fornecidos, no Brasil, pelo Fundo Nacional de Desenvolvimento da Educação, e na França, por editoras. Analisou-se, neste trabalho, em um primeiro momento, para as questões de sintaxe discursiva, uma unidade de cada livro didático, verificando em que medida essa unidade contém as demais; em um segundo momento, para questões de semântica discursiva, voltou-se um olhar às obras em sua totalidade. No cotejo dos livros didáticos analisados, os resultados apontam tanto para duas formas distintas de conceber o discurso do livro didático, no Brasil e na França, quanto para a construção de paradigmas distintos de cultura.

Developing A Teachers' Handbook for Content-based Instruction at Brigham Young University's English Language CenterHardman, Melinda Clement 22 April 2009 (has links)
In Winter semester of 2005 the English Language Center (ELC) began plans to implement a content-based program for students at its highest proficiency level in order to provide them with more effective preparation for academic studies in English. Since that time, the program has undergone various changes to provide a more stable, cohesive, and responsive curriculum. There is a need, however, for greater teacher support and training. This paper outlines the process I underwent to create a handbook that would provide needed guidance and training for teachers in this program. This project involved an in-depth needs analysis of teachers and students in the program. Results from this analysis led to the selection of three basic principles that were used in the design and development of this project: (1) practicality, (2) instructiveness, and (3) sustainability. The resulting project is a binder organized into four tabs: (1) Program Overview, (2) The Basics of Content-based Instruction at the ELC, (3) Challenges and Strategies in CBI, and (4) Additional Resources. This resource was developed using Microsoft Word 2007 and includes a variety of graphics, text boxes and layouts to provide a professional and user-friendly product. An evaluation of the project based on the responses of three teachers who used the handbook during Winter semester 2009 revealed that it was a useful and needed resource for teaching content-based classes at the ELC. Further piloting is needed to verify these findings. It is recommended that in the future this resource be maintained by the ELC Coordinator assigned to oversee the content courses. As the ELC continues to refine the content curriculum, evaluation and revisions of this handbook should be carried out at regular intervals to ensure its continued relevance and accuracy over time.

始於資訊社會論述瀰漫,資訊社會相關口語俯拾可得,信誓旦旦,並觀察到報紙做為一權力爭奪發聲的動態場域而資訊新聞相關版面從有到無漸趨固定之態勢,本論文第一個研究問題即是:資訊社會是何光景?---看報紙建構出如何的資訊社會圖像;接著以批判的傳播政治經濟學取向解讀此圖像是如何被產製出來的。前者(建構圖像)以系統化歸納資訊版新聞的報導主題與隱喻語言的使用為兩條取徑來呈現報紙建構的資訊社會圖像;後者(解讀圖像)則關注傳播活動如何在資源(物質與符號資源)分配不公允的情況下被設定或限制,挖掘資訊社會圖像的產製環境、生產條件與生產關係等文化製造的資訊,以瞭解文化產品(資訊社會圖像)的深層社會意義。
研究結果發現:資訊版新聞以資訊商品為首席主角及幾乎全使用正面情緒的隱喻語言所鋪陳出來之資訊社會圖像,其產製環境實與「台灣資訊社會論述發展之歷史脈絡下,國家機器與資訊產業資本家的共生結構」、及「報業經濟環境產生變化時,資訊業與報業的經濟關係」有關。轉而進入新聞產製過程,探討產製資訊新聞的過程中如何得以與社會既有權力互動,並且歸納出「國家機器」與「資訊產業界」之共生結構消息來源佔資訊版發聲位置將近八成,而資訊社會圖像產製於此等權力架構中。

附錄四 151 / The first question this thesis want to ask: what is Information Society (hereafter, IS)?---what kind of image of IS newspapers construct; then comprehending how the image is produced in the approach of critical political economy of communication. The former (constructing image) selects two approaches, inducting the themes of news reports and the metaphor language systematically in the page of information news, to present the image of IS newspapers construct; and the latter (comprehending image) concerns how communicative activities are influenced or limited under the situation of unequal distribution of resources (material and symbolic resources). Try to dig out the information of the productive environment, conditions, and relations of the image and so on about culture production to comprehend the deeper social meaning of the image.
The research found: In the page of information news (Liberal Times is the research object in this thesis), the image of IS is made of the chief leading role, information commodity, and the metaphor language which almost shows positive emotion. The productive environment of the image is related with the symbiosis structure of Taiwan state apparatuses and the capitalist of information industries in historical context in Taiwan and the economic relations between the press and information industries when the economic situation of the press changed. Also, by entering the process of making news, this article discusses how social existing powers interact in making information news, and the research found the IS image is produced from a powerful structure made of information industries and state apparatuses. These two kinds of sources occupy almost 80% of speaking location in the page of information news.

Maarten Maartens (1858-1915) is the penname of Joost Maria Willem van der Poorten Schwartz, a Dutchman who wrote poetic plays, novels and short stories in English between 1890 and 1914. But "Maarten Maartens" is more than just a pseudonym chosen because it sounded Dutch while it could still easily be pronounced by his English readers. Under his own name, Schwartz lived retired in the country in the Netherlands while, under his heteronym Maarten Maartens, he led a life as a writer and a man of the world. His works were published in Britain, in the United States and in Germany. Due to the variety of settings in different countries as well as well as due to the interest he took in all layers of society, Maartens can be considered a European rather than a Dutch or British writer; he is perhaps the first author worthy of such name. However, the fact that his themes were not limited to a particular social and cultural setting has never been fully acknowledged, because reviewers and critics continued to focus their interest mainly on the Dutch element in his works, i.e., the representation of Dutch life and morals. As Maartens phrased it in the preface to his fifth novel The Greater Glory (1894): "The morals I seek to describe are those of the entire human race. It is only by the merest accident that my scene is laid in Holland, a country whose inhabitants, I suppose, are no better, nor worse, than my neighbours." In this dissertation, Maartens is placed for the first time within the literary-historical context of the late nineteenth century and the question is explored whether Maartens is merely to be considered a minor author favouring the realistic mode of writing, who still gives us captivating glimpses into a social microcosm long gone by, or whether, and to which extent, he achieved his aim to surpass this aspect. For the general assessment, apart from the published works, a number of unpublished manuscripts are included, amongst which there are a play, several complete and fragmentary novels as well as short stories, private and literary correspondence and some notebooks containing philosophical and literary reflections. While Maartens successfully published both novels and short stories, this dissertation argues that his predilection for literary tableaux quite naturally points at the short story as its most suitable form. Stripped of all non-essential detail and moralizing, the short story enabled the artist to escape from the calling of the preacher. Not only did its moral impact remain untainted; it became more persuasive. In his short stories, Maartens did not feel compelled to tackle the larger social issues that preoccupied him. The short form allowed him to ignore the changes in literary tastes and fashions, giving his attention exclusively to the essential detail, which, to him, represented a universal truth. If he had more thoroughly exploited its potential to give shape to his unique observations, the short story in the English language would have been the richer for it. A number of short stories have remained unpublished to this day, but there are four collections, as well as a number of uncollected stories published in magazines that offer invaluable insights into prevailing attitudes of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. To this day Maarten Maartens? novels and in particular his short stories continue to be unique literary explorations of the human condition. / Maarten Maartens (1858-1915) ist das Pseudonym von Joost Maria Willem van der Poorten Schwartz, einem Holländer, der zwischen 1890 und 1914 lyrische Theaterstücke, Romane und Kurzgeschichten in der englischen Sprache verfasste. Seine Werke wurden in England, Amerika und Deutschland veröffentlicht. Maartens war erfolgreicher Autor von Romanen und Kurzgeschichten, aber es wird in der vorliegenden Arbeit die These vertreten, dass ihn seine Vorliebe für literarische tableaux eigentlich für die kurze Form prädestinierte. Da hier das Einfügen zahlloser Einzelheiten und ausführlicher moralisch-bewertender Erzählerkommentare gattungsbedingt nicht möglich war, musste sich Maartens auf das Wesentliche beschränken, so dass die Geschichten für sich selbst sprachen. Die Kurzgeschichte ermöglichte ihm, geschmacksgeschichtliche Veränderungen zu ignorieren und sich ausschließlich auf solche Details zu konzentrieren, die für ihn universelle Wahrheiten enthielten. Hätte er sich verstärkt dieser Form gewidmet, um seine besonderen Einblicken festzuhalten, wäre die englische Kurzgeschichte reicher geworden. Einige seiner Romane und Kurzgeschichten sind unveröffentlicht, doch es sind vier Erzählbände erschienen; weitere einzelne Geschichten wurden in Zeitschriften publiziert.
