Com esse questionamento permeando a pesquisa o seu objetivo foi o de, partindo do vivido no plantão, investigar como se desvela a solicitude, o cuidado no cotidiano da vida escolar do educador, numa creche e numa escola da periferia da cidade de São Paulo.
A analítica heideggeriana foi fonte para compreender o desvelar a solicitude no cotidiano das instituições. Para Heidegger o homem é o ente a quem o Ser se abre e, cabe a este ente a responsabilidade de assumir seu próprio Ser cuidar das possibilidades de tudo o que é e está ao seu redor.
O plantão psicoeducativo abrindo-se como um espaço de escuta e atenção diferenciada aos educadores dentro do ambiente de trabalho, mostrou-se como uma abertura para o desvelar do cuidar.
A solicitude dos educadores se revelou no movimento de cuidar de si, nas suas relações como mãe/pai, esposa/o, filha/o e com pares, equipe técnica e educandos.
Podemos entendê-lo como um espaço reflexivo favorecido pelo diálogo com o plantonista, no referencial de Freire. No plantão psicoeducativo novas formas de percepção do cotidiano vivido podem ser engendradas, ver desvelar possibilidades outras de poder-ser. Cette thèse a pour objectif d’éprouver la mise en actes du dispositif de prise en soins dans la relation d’aides ausujet fragile à domicile. Ce travail est envisagé par une étude multidimensionnelle des caractéristiquespsychologiques liées à l’acte d'aide à domicile et celles de leurs conséquences en termes de psychopathologies etde qualité de vie. Selon les données de notre étude, le profil du dispositif de prendre soin à domicile s’ancre dansun axe très médicalisé. Un axe qui va à l’encontre des besoins et attentes des sujets fragiles comme de leursaidants qui soulignent une nécessité fondamentale de lien social. Parallèlement, nous constatons que lesdispositifs de prendre soins à domicile, aujourd'hui mis en place, ne sont pas de « vraies réponses » et restentencore largement sous-utilisés. L’Aidant-Expert n’est pas soutenu dans la construction de ses proprescompétences à savoir-faire et savoir-être. Il est dans l’incapacité de venir dire quelque chose de sa réalité du vécude l’aide ou de souligner la complexité des situations de prise en soins investies. Les résultats de ces travauxsoulignent, par ailleurs, un risque élevé d’accidents à domicile renforçant un sentiment de vigilance extrême. Cesdonnées vont dans le sens de l’analyse plus fine des réels besoins et attentes des acteurs de l’aide. In fine, cettethèse permet de mettre en exergue des recommandations à envisager pour une prise en soins adaptée du sujetfragile et de son entourage à domicile. En effet, la prise en considération de l’expérience collective del’environnement d’exercice de l’aide permettra de venir contrebalancer les effets délétères de cette prise en soinspermettant alors une mise en actes au plus juste du dispositif à domicile. / Our work aims at enhancing the quality of home caregiving for vulnerable patients. This objective is assessedvia a multidimensional study evaluating psychological characteristics of home caregiving, and also theconsequences of these acts on mental health and quality of life.Our data show that the structure of home caregiving is mainly of medical significance. A significance thatresponds to expectations of patients and their caregivers, and also the social interactions between both caregivingactors. We hence conclude that the actual structure of home caregiving does not refers to “right answers” andstill widely underused. Furthermore, the expert caregivers are likely to lack structuring of their competencies, asrelated to their know-how and life skills. These professionals show great difficulties expressing 1) the nature oftheir professional experience and 2) the complexity of some of their tasks. Another finding of our work is relatedto a high risk of home accidents which induces an important level of alertness. This outcome fits with a detailedanalysis of caregivers’ needs. Finally, our work highlights some recommendations for a better home caregivingfor vulnerable populations and their families. It seems that taking into account the collective experience of thecaregiving environment would address the deleterious effects of home caregiving, which may enhance thequality and efficiency of such intervention.

<p>This thesis examines the problems related to IT in the Swedish healthcare system, specifically the drug searching part of the electronic healthcare systems used in Sweden. The question formulation is divided into two questions: What parameters and functions are of greatest importance when performing a search on drugs, and how should these be presented in a graphical user interface? Thus the purpose is to answer these questions through developing a design concept, in the form of a prototype, which describes how a drug search can be carried out.</p><p>The entry point is a central quality checked drug database that is managed and owned by Swedish county councils and regions. The problem is attacked through user-centered methods where interviews of physicians and developers, in conjunction with observations, are used to give an overview of the problem area as well as to specify a requirements specification for the prototype that this thesis aims to develop. The thesis result is a requirements specification in combination with a prototype that exemplifies how drug searching can be performed, the prototype is based the requirements gathered from the interviews with the user group of physicians.</p> / <p>Den här uppsatsen behandlar problematiken kring IT i vården och mer specifikt läkemedelssökningar i vårddokumentationssystem. The first part, "The Social Security of Women During Pregnancy and Maternity According to Czech Legislation" consists of four chapters: 'The Evolution of Social Security', 'The Social Security and Its Systems', 'The Social Security Within the Sickness Insurance' and 'The Social Security of Women Within the National Social Support'. In these individual chapters there are processed historical context of social security law evolution and then individual institutes serving for securing woman during pregnancy and maternity. factors that justify the incorporation of this trend into the public health problems we
have: the phenomenon of nutrition transition, the fact that obesity is seen as a
chronic non transmissible disease and the complexity involved in the etiology of
this disease. However, the format by how the discourse of health promotion , more
specifically, the policies regarding healthy food and physical activity that are being
incorporated by the society, are generating practices each time more totalitarians
about healthy life styles generating anguish and excess of control over people s
behavior. Therefore, based at the epistemological reference, theory and
methodology of the constructionist branch of the Discursive Psychology, this
research aims to understand in what measure the discourse about obesity
prevention and Healthy life style promotions act as Governmentality strategies ,
controlling the behavior of people. This study also aims (1) understand the
relationship between embodiment and subjectivity; (2) understand the resonance
of the directives on the policy of health promotion have in the day-to-day practices
and care with the body weight and (3) understand the main tensions between
(acceptance) and resistance to the conventional healthy body. To put in context
the discourse that emphasize and sustain the excess of weight as a problem of
public health, were used official documents from the World Health Organization
(OMS) and Ministry of Health (MS) and to learn the resonance of such policies of
obesity prevention and physical activity and Healthy food promotions it was
developed 10 semi-structured interviews, recorded in Audio (with free consent
from the participants). The interviews were integrally transcribed and analyzed in
accordance to thematic axis that were structured from our goals and that compose
the dialogic maps. Our empiric material indicated towards more to the acceptance
of be healthy , emphasizing physical exercises and healthy food adaption.
Nevertheless, in some interviews, although only a few, the indicated the possibility
of resistance and to the reflection of our relations with our bodies and with
ourselves, destabilizing truths that today seemed solid, for instance, that the
healthy body is a thin one / A preocupação com o excesso de peso e obesidade é recente. Dentre os
fatores que justificam a incorporação desse acontecimento como problema de
saúde pública temos: o fenômeno da transição nutricional, o fato de a obesidade
ser considerada uma doença crônica não transmissível e a complexidade dos
aspectos envolvidos na etiologia dessa doença. Entretanto, a forma como o
discurso da promoção da saúde, mais especificamente, as políticas sobre
alimentação saudável e atividade física vem sendo incorporadas pela sociedade,
tem gerado práticas cada vez mais totalitárias sobre estilos de vida saudáveis
gerando angústia e controlando de forma excessiva o comportamento das
pessoas. Assim, com base no referencial epistemológico, teórico e metodológico
da vertente construcionista da Psicologia Discursiva, essa pesquisa visa
compreender em que medida o discurso sobre prevenção da obesidade e
promoção de estilos de vida saudáveis atuam como estratégias de
governamentalidade , controlando o comportamento das pessoas. Esse estudo
visa também (1) compreender a relação entre corporeidade e subjetividade; (2)
entender as ressonâncias das diretrizes das políticas de promoção da saúde nas
práticas cotidianas voltadas aos cuidados com o peso corporal e (3) compreender
as principais tensões entre assujeitamento e resistência ao enquadre do corpo
saudável. Para contextualizar os discursos que pautam e sustentam o excesso de
peso como problema de Saúde Pública foram utilizados documentos oficiais da
Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS) e Ministério da Saúde (MS) e para
apreender a ressonância de tais políticas de prevenção da obesidade e promoção
de atividade física e alimentação saudável foram realizadas dez entrevistas semiestruturadas
que foram gravadas em áudio (com consentimento livre das
participantes). As entrevistas foram transcritas na íntegra e analisadas de acordo
com eixos temáticos que partiram dos nossos objetivos e que compõem os mapas
dialógicos. Nosso material empírico apontou para uma maior sujeição ao
imperativo seja saudável , com ênfase na prática de atividades físicas e adoção
de uma alimentação saudável. Entretanto, algumas entrevistas, ainda que
poucas, apontaram para a possibilidade de resistência a partir de reflexões a
respeito das relações que temos com nossos corpos e com nós mesmos,
desestabilizando verdades que hoje parecem sedimentadas, por exemplo, de que
o corpo saudável é o corpo magro

Previous issue date: 2015-09-21 / Não recebi financiamento / Considering that the construction of sustainable social practices are central goals to
guide the education of citizens in any learning context the Ministry of Education (MEC)
has prepared the Progran “Let’s take care of Brazil” with sustainable schools which
provides guidelines for the development of environmental education practices in
schools. To participate in this program the school must present an ongoing project,
addressing social and environmental issues in which the student is the subject of their
learning in order to reach a personal, collective, conscious and critical training. Thus,
among the objectives of this research are highlighted as follows: describe and analyze
the development of the Program proposed by Ministry of Education (MEC) “Let’s take
care of Brazil with sustainable schools / COM –VIDA” in school E.E. Antonio Padilha,
located in Sorocaba-SP between the years 2013 and 2014, describe and analyze the
practices developed by COM-VIDA and identify practices related to sustainability of
those involved in the project. The methodology that leads this research is the study of
qualitative case, as the case study focuses on a particular event revealing its
peculiarities. For data collection were used different methods such as document
analysis, participant observation, questionnaires and semi-structured interview.
The Project began timidly in 2013 with the realization of practices that motivated
students to participate in the IV National Children and Youth Conference for the
Environment and as a result, we have the first group of students who started actions of
environmental education at school. In 2014, such actions kept leading the construction
of the COM-VIDA, a discussion space on environmental issues, providing carrying out
actions to improve the quality of life and sustainability in the school environment. The
implementation of the program and the construction of the COM-VIDA, provided to
students of elementary school (6º to 9º years) practical experiences in environmental
education focused on sustainability. The workshops COM-VIDA, guided in education
for sustainability, the students had the opportunity to identify, discuss and propose
solutions to local environmental and social problems. Among these activities are the
awareness Project “Sustainability without being cliché” about the waste and proper
disposal of garbage with the implementation of selective collection in our school, and
growing food in the school garden. All activities were designed by the students
themselves are the main protagonists in this process. Through these experiences for
building theory knowledge about sustainability, it has been built their environmental
identities. The move COM-VIDA has made the theme enter therein in the school
environment both by students and by the managment staff causing small changes in
individual and collective attitudes of the entire school community. / Tendo em vista que a construção de práticas sociais sustentáveis são metas centrais para
orientar a educação dos cidadãos em qualquer contexto de aprendizagem o Ministério
da Educação (MEC) lançou, em 2003, o programa “Vamos cuidar do Brasil com
Escolas Sustentáveis/ COM VIDA” que apresenta diretrizes para a elaboração de
práticas de Educação Ambiental no contexto escolar. O objetivo central dessa pesquisa
foi descrever e analisar o desenvolvimento desse programa na Escola Estadual Antônio
Padilha, localizada no município de Sorocaba-SP entre os anos de 2013 e 2014.
Especificamente buscou-se descrever e analisar as práticas desenvolvidas pelo “COMVIDA”
e identificar práticas relacionadas à sustentabilidade dos envolvidos no projeto
da referida escola. Trata-se de uma pesquisa do tipo estudo de caso qualitativo e os
procedimentos de tomada de dados referem-se a análise documental, a observação
participante, a aplicação de questionários e realização de entrevista semiestruturada.
Como procedimento de análise do conteúdo adotou-se a perspectiva da análise textual
discursiva. Como principais resultados têm-se no ano de 2013, a realização de práticas
que motivaram os estudantes para a participação da IV Conferência Nacional Infanto-
Juvenil pelo Meio Ambiente resultando na organização de um grupo de estudantes que
iniciaram ações de Educação Ambiental na escola. No ano de 2014 as ações
continuaram dando origem a construção da COM-VIDA, um espaço de discussões
sobre as questões ambientais que tem por objetivo a realização de ações para a melhoria
da qualidade de vida e sustentabilidade do ambiente escolar. A implementação do
projeto e a construção da COM-VIDA, proporcionou aos estudantes do Ensino
Fundamental (6º ao 9º ano) experiências práticas em Educação Ambiental voltada para
a sustentabilidade. Dentre as atividades desenvolvidas destacou-se o projeto de
conscientização “sustentabilidade sem ser clichê” sobre o desperdício e o descarte
adequado do lixo com a implantação da coleta seletiva na escola e o cultivo de
alimentos na horta escolar. Todas as atividades foram elaboradas pelos próprios
estudantes sendo os principais protagonistas nesse processo. Essas experiências
contribuíram para construção de conhecimentos teóricos e práticos sobre
sustentabilidade, ajudando na formação das identidades ambientais dos estudantes e na
minha formação como docente. A movimentação da COM-VIDA fez com que o tema
adentrasse no ambiente escolar, tanto pelos estudantes quanto pela equipe gestora,
professores e funcionários ocasionando pequenas mudanças nas atitudes individuais e
coletivas da comunidade escolar.

Previous issue date: 2008-11-19 / This investigation proposes to analyze the teaching practice in the Child Education, considering the childhood and the Child Education conceptions declared by the teachers. It was opted as methodological approach the qualitative conception of research, marking a critical perspective of the subjects, and their relations in the educational processes. It was privileged as instruments of construction of the data, the
observation of the practices of the teachers developed in the ordinary day, the semistructured interviews, and the documental analysis to complement information, through
the developing report of the students, done by the teachers in the end of the teaching year. This way, from the understanding of the childhood in a social perspective, and
historically constructed, considering the concrete children insertion in the social reality and the child as a whole subject and by rights, it was developed the interpretative analysis of the data. The investigated reality showed that the childhood conceptions linked to the comprehension of child and child development, declared by the teachers, subjects of the research, have been associated, in some aspects, to the present thought of thinking and acting in relation to the small child, evidencing, consequently, several limitations of pedagogical order, and the demanding evidence of a bigger development of the teachers about the question. / Esta investiga??o prop?e-se a analisar a pr?tica docente na Educa??o Infantil, considerando-se as concep??es de inf?ncia e de educa??o infantil declaradas pelas professoras. Det råder delade meningar om det är användare eller systemen som felar. Syftet med undersökningen är att inspektera utvalda funktioner i journalsystemet TakeCare som utvecklats för att upprätthålla patient- och informationssäkerhet. Genom att jämföra funktionerna med Socialstyrelsens uppsatta informationssäkerhetskrav har uppsatsen som mål att hitta var de påtalade problemen kan uppstå. Genom att fråga användare kring deras uppfattning om systemet är avsikten att få en förståelse av om problemet ligger i de tekniska funktionerna eller i hanteringen av systemet. Metoder som använts under arbetet är e-postintervjuer och ett studiebesök på Stockholms läns landstings IT-avdelning i form av en intervju och presentation av TakeCare. Vi har sett att det finns funktioner som tar hänsyn till samtliga informationssäkerhetskrav samt att användarna anser att de kan hantera systemet, men trots det kritiseras informationshanteringen inom sjukvården. Utifrån vår undersökning anser vi att problem uppstår när obehöriga tar beslutet att ta del av information, vilket inte är ett resultat av systemets tillkortakommande. Vi anser att vårdpersonal har ansvar för patientens säkerhet oavsett om det gäller hantering av systemet eller vård av patienten. / Since the introduction of computerized health record systems and unified record-keeping, the health care management of patient information has been criticized. There are divided opinions about whether or not the users or the systems that is imperfect. The survey aims to inspect selected features of the health record system TakeCare developed to maintain patient and information security. By comparing the functions to information security requirements established by Socialstyrelsen, the paper aims to find where the noted problems can arise. By asking users about their view, we intend to find an understanding for whether the problems occur in the technical functions or in the use of the system. Used methods are e-mail interviews and a study visit to Stockholm County Council's department for IT in form of an interview and presentation of TakeCare. We have observed that there are functions that take information security requirements into account and that the users believe they can manage the system, but nevertheless health care’s way of handling information is criticized. Based on our study, we believe that the problem occurs when an unauthorized person makes the decision to take part of information, which is not a result of the system's shortcomings. We believe that health care professionals are responsible for the patient’s safety, whether it's usage of the system or care of the patient.
