Magistriniame darbe, atlikus Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių mokslinės literatūros analizę, pateikiama kaimo bendruomenių projektinės veiklos apžvalga, išskirti jų privalumai ir ypatumai, pritaikomumas. Šiame darbe nagrinėjami kaimo bendruomenių projektai gyvenimo kokybei gerinti, išsiaiškinta su kokiomis problemomis susiduriama. Atlikta parengtų projektų analizė, skirtų integruotos bandomosios strategijos įgyvendinimui, siekiant gyvenimo kokybės gerinimo Joniškio rajono savivaldybės kaimo gyvenamojoje vietovėje. Darbe išnagrinėta Joniškio rajono kaimo bendruomenių narių ir vadovų nuomonė apie kliūtis bei skatinančius veiksnius dalyvauti projektinėje veikloje. / This paper provides the analysis of the Lithuanian and foreign scientific literature. It presents the overview of the village communities' project activity. It singles out the advantages and peculiarities as well as practical application. This paper discusses the peculiarities of the village communities and analyses what problems they face. It outlines the analysis of implemented projects based on the integrated trial strategies and meant to improve the living quality in Joniškis region municipality village's inhabited territory. The paper analyses the opinion of Joniškis region village communities' members and leaders about the obstacles and stimulating factors encouraging the participation in the project activity.

Švietimo vadybos novacijų raiškos tyrimas buvo organizuojamas, siekiant apibendrinti pagrindines švietimo vadybos novacijų raiškos ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigose tendencijas. Jau iš teoriniais teiginiais pagrįstos operacionalizacijos sudarymo paaiškėjo, kad novacijos teoriniai ir praktiniai aspektai yra nevienalyčiai,priklausomi nuo konteksto. Tyrimo rezultatai atskleidė skirtingas vadovų ir pedagogų nuostatas vadybinių novacijų kaitos atžvilgiu. Apibendrinus abiejų respondentų grupių vertinimus, paaiškėjo, jog aktualiausios švietimo vadybos novacijos ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigoms yra vadovų gebėjimas organizuoti tėvų finansavimo pritraukimą, įstaigos darbuotojų telkimas bendram darbui, diskusijos apie augančius aplinkos reikalavimus. Dar nepakankamai pasiekta, derinant materialinius ir nematerialinius skatulius, diegiant informacines technologijas bei paslaugas, optimaliai paskirstant išteklius. Šiuos reiškinius siūloma tirti išsamiau, panaudojant kokybinio tyrimo metodikos galimybes. / The research of the expression of education innovations was organized to generalize the main trend of expression of education management innovations in preschool institutions. From the operationalization, reasoned by theoretical prepositions emerged that aspects of theoretical and practical innovation are heterogeneous and can be systemised only in a certain context. The results reveal different headmasters’ and pedagogues’ provisions towards expression of management changes. Generalizing the rate of these two respondents’ groups comes that the topical issues on expression of education management innovations in preschool institutions are headmaster’s competence to organize parents’ sponsorship, his ambition to mass employees to teamwork, to dispute about rising environmental requirements, establishing broad-brush trends of developing institutions proceeding. Valdymo motyvacija iškyla kaip viena iš svarbiausių švietimo įstaigos vadovo asmenybės charakteristikų. Ji iš esmės įtakoja jo profesinės veiklos charakterį ir specifiką, apibrėžia gyvenimiškos ir valdymo elgsenos strategiją. Amžiaus ir lyties skirtybės, gimimo tvarka ir vaikų šeimoje skaičius yra valdymo motyvacijos formavimo proceso psichologiniai faktoriai, užtikrinantys valdymo siekimo ir vengimo lygį, pasireiškiantį švietimo srities valdymo veiklos būdo specifikoje. Egzistuoja tarpusavio ryšys tarp švietimo įstaigos vadovo valdymo motyvacijos išreiškimo lygio ir tokių psichologinių faktorių, kaip pedagoginės veiklos stažas ir vadovaujamo darbo patirtis. / Motivation of authority acts as the important characteristic of the person of the head of establishment of education; it essentially influences character and specificity of his/her professional work, defining strategy of vital and administrative behavior. Age and gender distinctions, the order of birth and number of children in the family represent itself as psychological factors of process of formation of motivation of authority, providing a level of aspiration and avoiding of the authority, shown in specificity of style of administrative activity in sphere of formation.

Magistro darbe nagrinėjamas Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių kvalifikacijos ir kompetencijos sampratų santykis, kaip mokytojų kvalifikacijos tobulinimas siejamas su mokymosi visą gyvenimą idėja, aptariami mokytojų kvalifikacijos tobulinimo vadybos aspektai. Darbe pateikiama Šiaulių miesto ir Radviliškio rajono mokyklų vadovų nuomonė apie mokytojų atestavimo sistemą, aptariami kokybinio tyrimo rezultatai, įvertinti mokytojų vadybiniai kvalifikacijos tobulinimosi etapai bei jų požiūriai apie įvairių institucijų organizuojamus renginius. Atlikus kokybinį tyrimą paaiškėjo, kad aukštesnė mokytojų kvalifikacinė kategorija ne visada garantuoja geresnę ugdymo kokybę: išryškinti dabartinės atestacijos sistemos trūkumai, pabrėžiama, kokios pedagoginės veiklos sritys turėtų būti vertinamos pedagogui tobulinant kvalifikaciją. Kiekybiniu požiūriu nustatyta, kad mokytojai kvalifikacijos tobulinimo vadybos procese nuosekliai planuoja, organizuoja kvalifikacijos tobulinimo, rodiklių kaupimo procesus, o vadovai užtikrina abipusį bendradarbiavimą su mokyklos bendruomene sprendžiant ugdymo klausimus, problemas, informuoja mokytojus kvalifikacijos ir kompetencijų tobulinimo klausimais. Tiriant pedagogų požiūrį apie įvairių institucijų organizuojamus renginius, išryškėja teigiami aspektai tiek pačių įstaigų, tiek renginių lektorių ir renginių pobūdžio atžvilgiu. / In the master’s work we analyze Lithuanian and foreign authors intercourse of qualification and competence conception, how improvement of teacher’s qualification is connected with the idea to study all life, we discuss aspects of teachers qualification management. In our work we give the opinion of Siauliai city and Radviliskis region schools leaders about system of teachers certification, discuss results of qualitative research, we evaluate stages of teachers management qualification improvement and their point of view to events, which are organized by different institutions. After qualitative research we can say that higher teachers qualification category not always guarantee better quality of education: we uncover imperfection in teachers certification nowadays, emphasize what field of pedagogical activity should be evaluated when teachers improve their qualification. We established by quantitative standpoint, that teachers improving their management qualification plan consecutively, organize improvement of their qualification, process of indexes accumulation, leaders ensure mutual co-operation with schools community solving different questions, problems in education, inform teachers about their qualification and improvement of their competence. According the research, teachers express their positive standpoints to different kind of events, to lectures and emphasize positive aspects to institutions and organized events.

Magistro darbe, analizuojant metodinę literatūrą, aprašomuoju metodu pateikiama automobilinio transporto techninės būklės vaidmuo eismo saugumo ir aplinkosaugos teorijose, bei analizuojami automobilinio transporto priemonių techninę būklę sąlygojantys veiksniai. Taip pat remiantis metodine literatūra, norminiais aktais atskleista automobilinio transporto priemonių techninės būklės kontrolės sistema bei nagrinėjami reikalavimai institucijoms, kurios užtikrina kelių transporto priemonių tvarkingą techninę būklę, atlikta Šiaulių TAC kokybės vadybos sistemos (KVS) analizė bei Šiaulių TAC atsakomybės, įgaliojimų ir ryšių analizė. Darbe pateikiami Lietuvos gyventojų nuomonės apie korupciją automobilių techninių apžiūrų centruose tyrimo rezultatai. Magistro darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos išvados bei rekomendacijos. / In this master’s paper the role of motoring transport technical condition in the fields of road safety and environment control by analyzing methodical literature and using descriptive method is given as well as the factors, conditioning motoring vehicles’ technical condition, are analyzed. Also with reference to methodical literature, there is a motoring vehicles’ technical condition inspection system revealed by the means, based on the normative acts and the requirements for institutions, ensuring road vehicles orderly technical condition is under consideration as well as analysis of Šiauliai TAC (technical inspection center) quality management system (KVS) and Šiauliai TAC responsibility, authorities and communications performed. There are given the opinions of Lithuanian citizens about corruption that takes in technical inspection centers concerning test results. The conclusions and recommendations are given in the end of the Master’s work.

Magistro darbo tyrimo tema – Verslo vadybos tobulinimas geležinkelių sistemos Lietuvoje pavyzdžiu. Baigiamojo darbo teorinėje dalyje išnagrinėta naujosios vadybos teoriniai požiūriai ir organizacijos strateginis valdymas. Aprašyta socialinių sistemų vadybos teorija, empirinė vadybos teorija, strateginio valdymo procesai ir jį veikiančios išorinės aplinkos analizė. Praktinėje baigiamojo darbo dalyje nagrinėjama projekto „Rail Baltica“ plėtros ir įgyvendinimo galimybės Baltijos valstybėse, projekto tobulinimo ir įgyvendinimo problemos, geležinkelių sistemos tobulinimo sąnaudos. Tyrimo metu nustatyta, kaip AB „Lietuvos Geležinkeliai“, Šiaulių filialo darbuotojai supranta Rail Baltica plėtros poreikį ir galimybes, taip pat išsiaiškinta kaip darbuotojai suvokia pasikeitimus įdiegus Rail Baltica projektą. In the theoretical part of this concluding work the new theoretical viewpoints of the management and strategic administration of the organization was analyzed. The theory of the social systems of the management was described also as empirical theory of the management, the processes of strategical administration and the influence of the external environment to it. In the practical part of this concluding work the developmental project of “Rail Baltica” and its realization possibilities in the Baltic States was analyzed also as the improvement and its implementation problems, Railway system development outlay. While this research took place it was observed how the personnel of “Lietuvos Geležinkeliai” see the need of the development of Rail Baltica, its possibilities as well as how do they comprehend changes that will begin when the project of Rail Baltica will be implemented. In this paper the importance of the Rail Baltica project was shown as well as the benefit that Baltic States will get when transit of goods and passengers will change, the savings will increase in time and finance. This paper work also shows how the employees of “Lietuvos Geležinkeliai” perceive the importance of the Rail Baltica.

Probleminis (tiriamasis) klausimas: Kokie vadybiniai aspektai skatina žmones vykti į piligrimines keliones (Taize) ir užsiimti religine savanoryste (Taize)? Tyrimo objektas: Vadybiniai ir komunikaciniai piligriminių kelionių organizavimo aspektai. Tyrimo tikslas: nustatyti savanorystės ir piligrimystės sąsajas, analizuojant Taizė sukauptą patirtį. Uždaviniai: 1) Aptarti piligrimystės raidą pasaulyje ir Lietuvoje; 2) Ištirti patraukliausius religinės praktikos aspektus Taizė savanoriams; 3) Ištirti patraukliausius savanoriškos praktikos aspektus Taizė savanoriams; 4) Išnagrinėti vadybinius ir komunikacinius kelionės į Taizė aspektus; Rezultatai:. Tyrimo metu buvo nustatyta, kad žmones įsitraukti į religinę veiklą daugiausiai paskatina draugai - 33,7 proc. (n=31) respondentų. Taize vykusios pamaldos vertinamos labai gerai - 56,5 proc. (n=52) respondentų, stebimas didelis aktyvumas pamaldų lankyme: 37 proc. (n=34) pamaldose dalyvaudavo daugiausia du kartus, 34,8 proc. (n=32) - tris kartus, 26,1 proc. (n=24) - vieną kartą. Po kelionės į Taize 52,2 proc. (n=48) respondentų atsakė, kad jų religinės pažiūros sustiprėjo. Daugiausiai respondentų 62 proc. (n=57) vyksta į Taize savanoriauti, nes įdomu pabandyti. 48,9 proc. (n=45) respondentų savanoriavimą pačiame Taize viduje vertina labai gerai ir 38 proc. (n=35) – gerai. 63 proc. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Problematic question: what are the management aspects of encouraging people to go on pilgrimages (Taize), and involve people in religious volunteering (Taize)? Object: Communications and managements aspects volunteered in Taize religious activities. Objective of the study: to identify links between volunteering and pilgrimage, Taize experience analysis. Tasks: 1) to discuss the development of the pilgrimage in the world and in Lithuania; 2) to examine the most attractive aspects of the religious practice for Taize volunteers; 3) to examine the most attractive aspects of the volunteering practice for Taize volunteers; 4) to analyse the management and communicative aspects of Taize pilgrimage; Results: It was found that mostly 33.7 per cent (n = 31) of respondents get involved in religious activities by leading their friends. Taize worship service was evaluated very well by 56.5 per cent. (n = 52) of respondents. Moreover we observed relatively big activity in the worship attendance: 37 per cent (n = 34) of respondents participated in worship in a maximum of two times, 34.8 per cent. Darbe buvo taikyta sisteminė analizė, leidusi atskleisti ITT ir vadybos raidos dėsningumus, verslo pokyčių valdymo specifiką ITT plėtros sąlygomis. Sisteminės analizės, kaip vieno iš pagrindinių tyrimų metodo, pasirinkimą lėmė ITT, veikiančių verslo aplinkos pokyčius, įvairovė ir jų sąveikos su kitais veiksniais specifika, kai sprendimus tenka rinktis neapibrėžtomis sąlygomis ir nėra galimybės griežtai kiekybiškai jų vertinti. Atliekant tyrimus taip pat buvo taikomi lyginimo, apibendrinimo metodai, statistinių duomenų apdorojimo metodai bei kiti formalūs metodai. Tiriant verslo pokyčių valdymo informacinio amžiaus sąlygomis problemas pasitelkta metodinė trianguliacija, kuri apibrėžiama kaip skirtingų metodų, įvairių empyrinės medžiagos formų, taikymas duomenims aiškinti. Tai leidžia išvengti šališkumo, taikant vieną metodą. Šiuo atveju buvo taikyti šie kiekybiniai ir kokybiniai tyrimo metodai: dokumentų analizės metodas, daugiakriterinis ekspertinio vertinimo metodas. Remiantis tyrimo rezultatais suformuotas verslo pokyčių valdymo modelis ITT plėtros sąlygomis. / Theoretical results of the study: 1) the ICT and business management theory evolution is analyzed, particularity of the following characteristics are outlined, the relation between them identified, the impact of information technologies on business management, main trends and dynamics are identified as well; 2) adequacy of business management theories in the ICT development caused conditions are identified; 3) there are summarized proposed or applicable theoretical models of business change management of organizations given by Lithuanian and foreign scientists, complexly evaluated the possibilities to apply change management methods and principles in ICT caused business environment; 4) there is proposed original ICT project classification; 5) the change management model in ICT caused business environment conditions is created. Practical results of the study: 1) possible trends of business environment changes caused by ICT development are determined; 2) applying multi-criteria analysis, there are identified qualitative indicators and methods, which allow effectively evaluate ICT projects; 3) there are made certain proposals, which increase change management efficiency in implementing ICT projects.

The objective of the research is to perform thematic (construct – about what?) and methodological (methods – how?) analysis of contents of researches, performed by Educational Management in the period from 1990 to 2005 m., published in noticed magazines and reveal the tendencies of these researches. In order to implement the objective of the present study of master, there was first of all performed operacionalisation of the researches of Educational Management on the grounds of scientific literature and documents, regulating educational activities; there were distinguished criteria of analysis of researches of Educational Management and on their ground there was prepared the instrument of research. The research was organised in conformity with harmonization of analysis of standardised and unstandardised content. There were analysed publications in the sphere of educational management in 152 scientific magazines: „Acta paedagogica Vilnensia“, „Pedagogika“, „Tiltai“ and „Socialiniai mokslai“ . Upon completion of the research, it became clear that the researches of Educational Management develop rather out of continuity and do not cover all spheres of management.
