Digital platforms in healthcare have become an increasingly implemented tool to facilitate and streamline daily care work in hospitals and health centers. In parallel with the new digitized era, this digital transformation has had a major impact on individuals' ways of working in healthcare. It is thus significant that digital competence is prioritized to achieve the intended goals regarding streamlining patient management. The qualitative study sheds light on how digi-physical care affects everyday care work and the patient journey. The study also intends to conclude how digital care platforms affect everyday care work, what advantages and disadvantages can be distinguished. The main purpose of the study is to investigate how digital platforms can be implemented to streamline healthcare and thereby investigate such care platforms from an informatics perspective. The research question refers to, how digital platforms can be applied to streamline patient management, is framed from a supplier perspective of such care platforms. The methodology includes an online survey with 10 questions that 11 respondents answered. The survey is supplemented with three in-depth interviews. These in-depth interviews are conducted via the digital tool Microsoft Teams. These respondents are carefully selected to generate relevant first-hand information about the research topic. Based on the respondents' answers, it can be stated that all respondents considered that there are many positive advantages of using digital platforms in healthcare. These positive effects are achieved by implementing digital platforms in a well-thought-out and structured way. Respondents also then pointed out that care providers must be given the right conditions to adequately use the digital care platforms as part of their works. The extensive criticism that digital care providers have received has been encountered in the study. The main criticism is then that digital care providers more easily prioritize more manageable matters such as easier physical ailments especially for patients with higher socioeconomic status. Based on the survey, the importance of implementing digital care platforms from an equal opportunity perspective is emphasized. In the future, digital platforms need to be implemented and developed with the common goal of increasing accessibility for patients and offering more patient-centered healthcare. / Digitala plattformar inom hälso- och sjukvården implementeras allt mer med syfte att underlätta samt effektivisera det vardagliga vårdarbetet på sjukhus och vårdcentraler. Parallellt med den nya digitaliserade eran har denna digitala transformation haft en stor påverkan på individers arbetssätt inom hälso- och sjukvården. Det är därmed signifikant att den digitala kompetensen prioriteras för att uppnå de avsedda målen gällande effektivisering av patienthantering. Den kvalitativa undersökningen belyser hur den digifysiska vården påverkar det vardagliga vårdarbetet samt patienthantering. Studien ämnar även att dra slutsatser kring hur digitala vårdplattformar påverkar det vardagliga vårdarbetet, vilka för och nackdelar som går att urskilja. Syftet med studien är att undersöka på vilket sätt digitala plattformar kan implementeras för att effektivisera sjukvården och därmed bidra med ett forskningsbidrag till informatikämnet. Forskningsfrågan avser hur digitala plattformar kan tillämpas för att effektivisera patienthantering, ur ett leverantörsperspektiv. Datainsamlingen innefattar en online enkät i form av Google formulär med 10 frågor som 11 respondenter fick besvara. Detta kompletteras med tre intervjuer som utförs via det digitala kommunikationsverktyget Microsoft teams. Dessa respondenter är noggrant utvalda för att generera relevant kunskap kring forskningsämnet. Baserat på respondenternas svar går det att konstatera att samtliga respondenter ansåg att det finns många positiva fördelar med tillämpning av digitala plattformar inom hälso- och sjukvård. Positiva effekter uppnås genom att implementeringen av digitala plattformar sker på ett väl genomtänkt och strukturerat sätt. Merparten av respondenterna poängterade att det är viktigt att vårdgivarna ges rätt förutsättningar för att kunna arbeta utifrån den digitala plattformen. Den omfattande kritiken som digitala vårdgivare har fått påvisas i studien. Den främsta kritiken är att digitala vårdgivare prioriterar mer lätthanterliga ärenden såsom lättare fysiska åkommor för dem som har högre socioekonomisk status. Baserat på undersökningen poängteras vikten av att implementera digitala vårdplattformar ur ett jämställdhetsperspektiv. Framöver behöver digitala plattformar implementeras och utvecklas med den gemensamma målsättningen att öka tillgängligheten för patienter och erbjuda en mer patientcentrerad vård.

theology which originates in the notable prominence of an ancient
form of catechesis in a modern document, the General Directory
for Catechesis (GDC), issued in 1997 by the Sacred Congregation
for the Clergy in the Vatican. The GDC first mentions narratio
explicitly in number 39 in the form of an imperative:
"Catechesis, for its part, transmits the words and deeds of
Revelation; it is obliged to proclaim and narrate them and, at
the same time, to make clear the profound mysteries that they
contain." It is under the weight of that obligation that this
study came to be.
Narratio, or the narration of salvation history, which was
a standard part of the catechesis of the Church of the fourth and
fifth centuries gave way to the exigencies of a changing Church
in which the catechetical focus turned from adults, who needed a
Judeo-Christian worldview to replace a Greco-Roman one, to
children who had grown up in communities shaped by a Christian
vision.
This doctoral thesis proceeds by, first, surveying Roman
Catholic magisterial teaching immediately preceding the issuance
of the GDC to trace the roots of this apparent innovation within
an institution which is otherwise noted for its conservatism.
After establishing the context and character of the GDCs call
for revival of narratio, this thesis examines the historical
setting, rhetorical structure, and function of narratio in
Augustine of Hippo's De catechizandis rudibus, and then its
scriptural precursors in the two Testaments in order to discover
how this narration functioned in the Jewish and Christian
communities which practiced haggadic and anamnetic recitals of
God's saving works as a means to the formation and maintenance of
communal identity.
This study seeks to establish that a positive response to
the GDC's call is as much warranted by the evidence provided in
the biblical and post-biblical Jewish and Christian practice of
ritual/covenantal remembrance as by the Catholic magisterial
imperative in the GDC. In this, it may aid to inform and direct
such a positive response to the GDC for the revival of the

Dějiny spásy v symbolice byzantské liturgie sv. Jana Zlatoústého / The history of salvation in the symbology of the Byzantic liturgy of Saint John ChrysostomFOGL, Jaroslav January 2007 (has links)
The thesis deals with the questions, how the Christians in the Liturgy of Saint John Chrysostom remind themselves the history of salvation and how they make the history of salvation present (i. e. anamnesis of the history of salvation) trough the symbols followed by the word. In the first part the author deals with the Christians symbolic acts in the liturgy as the symbolic acts express their relation to God. In the next part he pays attention to the process of the celebration of the liturgy of Saint John Chrisostom. These themes that describe symbolic acts of celebration are followed by the chapter that deals with the spiritual aspects of the liturgy. For a better orientation in the next text he closes the introductory part with the theological conception of the selected authors of the liturgical commentaries. In the main part of the thesis the author focuses on the history of the liturgy and on the liturgical commentaries of the selected authors of the Orthodox Christianity, who influenced the development of the Byzantine liturgy. Further, he focuses on the analysis of the present text of the liturgy of Saint John Chrysostom, where he searches for the ways the anamnesis of the history of salvation is reached. In the final part of the work he presents the results of the analysis and concludes that the Jesus life is really reminded and made present in the particular parts of the Byzantine liturgy.

Studien undersöker, kartlägger och synliggör hur erfarenheter av psykisk sjukdom gestaltas och kommuniceras litterärt i tre samtida, nordiska verk: En dåre fri (2010) av Beate Grimsrud, Nonsensprinsessans dagbok: en sjukskriving (2018) av Isabella Nilsson och Jag är gråvit (2018) av Bjørn Rasmussen. Syftet är att synliggöra och fördjupa förståelsen för hur erfarenheter som tycks ifrågasätta språkets gränser kan formuleras och gestaltas litterärt. Med hjälp och mot bakgrund av Michel Foucaults begrepp gränserfarenhet diskuteras relationen mellan språk, gränser och sjukdom. Begreppet, som Foucault definierade som en intensiv erfarenhet som för individen till den yttersta gränsen av både liv och språk, lyfter flera perspektiv som är relevanta för uppsatsen. Utöver användandet av gränserfarenheten i uppsatsen aktualiseras flera teorier som sträcker sig utanför det litteraturvetenskapliga fältet och är anknutna till medicin, språk och sjukvård. Studien har identifierat ett antal litterära tekniker som visat både sjukdomens konsekvenser och begränsningar – samtidigt som de också blivit en metod att skriva sig ur och bort ifrån dessa. Teknikerna har också visat sig omförhandla flera gränser och därmed upplöst motsättningar mellan exempelvis det friska och sjuka, allvar och komik, styrka och skörhet samt verklighet och fiktion. Studien har visat hur exempelvis användandet av motsatspar, kroppslig metaforik, färgkodssystem, ironi och komik, genrebrott och omskrivningar av existerande uttryck utgör litterära strategier för att framställa och omförhandla tillståndet av psykisk sjukdom. Användandet av den medicinska journalen i en skönlitterär kontext har konstaterats fungera som en litterär teknik för att framställa tystnad och förnekande något som flera teoretiker inom området betonar vara avgörande i framställningen av vansinne. Även skönlitterärt och fiktivt skrivande, oavsett självupplevt eller inte, har visat sig vara ett viktigt tillvägagångssätt för att närma sig en formulering av gränserfarenheten. Begreppet gränserfarenhet har fungerat som ett vitalt begrepp för att närma sig dessa texter. Samtidigt har flera av de litterära tekniker som identifierats tillfört insikt till gränserfarenheten som begrepp då det präglas av paradoxala och mångsidiga aspekter. I synnerhet har det bidragit med att uppmärksamma hur ett ”både-och” tillåts samexistera i såväl litterär gestaltning som i sjukdomserfarenhet vilket i sin tur nyanserat bilden av sjukdomen som formulerbar och formbar.

"Re/membering": Articulating Cultural Identity in Philippine Fiction in English/"Re/membering": l'articulation de l'identité culturelle en littérature philippine anglophoneMartin, Jocelyn 09 March 2010 (has links)
This dissertation examines how Philippine (or Filipino) authors emphasise the need for articulating or “re/membering” cultural identity. The researcher mainly draws from the theory of Caribbean critic, Stuart Hall, who views cultural identity as an articulation which allows “the fragmented, decentred human agent” to be considered as one who is both “subject-ed” by power but/and one who is capable of acting against those powers (Grossberg 1996 [1986]: 157, emphasis mine). Applied to the Philippine context, this writer argues that, instead of viewing an apparent fragmented Filipino identity as a hindrance to “defining” cultural identity, she views the “damaged” (Fallows 1987) Filipino history as a the material itself which allows articulation of identity. Instead of reducing the cultural identity of a people to what-they-could-have-been-had-history-not-intervened, she puts forward a vision of identity which attempts to transfigure these “damages” through the efforts of coming-to-terms with history. While this point of view has already been shared by other critics (such as Feria 1991 or Dalisay 1998:145), the author’s contribution lies in presenting re/membering to describe a specific type of articulation which neither permits one to deny wounds of the past nor stagnate in them. Moreover, re/membering allows one to understand continuous re-articulations of “new” identities (due to current migration), while putting an “arbitrary closure” (Hall) to simplistic re-articulations which may only further the “lines of tendential forces” (such as black or brown skin bias) or hegemonic practices.
Written as such (with a slash),“re/membering” encapsulates the following three-fold meaning: (1) a “re-membering”, to indicate “a putting together of the dismembered past to make sense of the trauma of the present” (Bhabha 1994:63); as (2) a “re-membering” or a re-integration into a group and; as (3) “remembering” which implies possessing “memory or … set [ting] off in search of a memory” (Ricoeur 2004:4). The authors studied in this thesis include: Carlos Bulosan, Bienvenido Santos, N.V.M. Gonzalez, Nick Joaquin, Frank Sionil José, Ninotchka Rosca, Jessica Hagedorn, and Merlinda Bobis. Sixty-years separate Bulosan’s America is in the Heart (1943) from Hagedorn’s Dream Jungle (2003). Analysis of these works reveals how articulation is both difficult and hopeful. On the one hand, authors criticize the lack of efforts and seriousness towards articulation of cultural identity as re/membering (coming to terms with the past, fostering belonging and cultivating memory). Not only is re/membering challenged by double-consciousness (Du Bois 1994), dismemberment and forgetting, moreover, its necessity is likewise hard to recognize because of pain, trauma, phenomena of splitting, escapist attitudes and preferences for a “comfortable captivity”.
On the other hand, re/membering can also be described as hopeful by the way authors themselves make use of literature to articulate identity through research, dialogue, time, reconciliation and re-creation. Although painstaking and difficult, re/membering is important and necessary because what is at stake is an articulated Philippine cultural identity. However, who would be prepared to make the effort?
