Sozialisatorische Voraussetzungen von Statuspassagen Jugendlicher auf dem Lande in Ostdeutschland

Die Arbeit analysiert den sozioökonomischen Wandel auf dem Lande in Ostdeutschland und seine Folgen für die Sozialisation und die Statuspassagen der Jugendlichen, besonders auf dem Hintergrund der sozialökonomischen Lage ihrer Familien. Gegenstand der Untersuchung ist der Übersetzungsprozess der grundlegenden Transformation der Arbeits- und Lebensverhältnisse auf dem Lande in die familialen und weiteren Sozialisationskontexte von Jugendlichen sowie dessen Niederschlag in ihren Handlungsmustern, Wertorientierungen, Lebensentwürfen und Statuspassagen. Untersucht wurden auf der Basis repräsentativer schriftlicher Befragungen sowie einer Auswahl mündlicher Interviews Jugendliche, die sich am Ende ihrer Normalschulzeit befinden, und deren Eltern. Ihren besonderen Reiz erfährt die Untersuchung durch einen Vergleich zu einer Untersuchung, die Ende der 70er Jahre zu Lebensbedingungen und zur Lebensweise von Schuljugendlichen auf dem Lande in der DDR durchgeführt wurde. / This habilitation is examined the radical socioeconomic change in agrarian districts of East Germany and the impact of this modernisation process on the working and living conditions of families, and especially the young people. The study scrutinises the status passage of the young generation (16 to 18 year old school leavers) on the backround of the socioeconomic situation of their families. It takes into account the familial and life world context of the socialisation process and looks at the status passage from school to work as a process of translating the changing social conditions into patterns of value orientation, life course planning, and biography construction. Representative questionings and interviews of the young people and their parents are the empirical basis for this study. The special charm of this research project is the historical comparison with studies on life conditions and ways of life of young people in the GDR during the 70s.

Abstact: The overall objective of this thesis is to draw attention to discussion as a teaching technique. Discussion can be used to develop pupils' abilities, which are necessary for social life. The question: "How do teachers understand this technique and then apply it?", is closely linked to this problem. It is worth mentioning that discussion has very bad connotations in the Czech society. It is mainly due to its representation in media, where discussion is usually shown as a fight of arguments with an arrogant attitude, unethical and self-centred word-tiffs. The only goal is to state one's case very fast and to silence the rival. Where else can a different concept of discussion be seen? Where can we encounter discussion that resembles a dialogue? In my oppinion it is at school. I believe that if discussion is used in the right way at school it can help the society. I consider this as a very current issue and its solution very useful. This thesis is based on an assumption that teachers work with this educational technique in an intuitive way and they do not often take advantage of possibilities offered by the discussion that could develop pupils' personal abilities. This thesis deals with a document classification, especially with a text classification method. Main goal of this thesis is to analyze two arbitrary document classification algorithms to describe them and to create an implementation of those algorithms. Chosen algorithms are Bayes classifier and classifier based on support vector machines (SVM) which were analyzed and implemented in the practical part of this thesis. One of the main goals of this thesis is to create and choose optimal text features, which are describing the input text best and thus lead to the best classification results. At the end of this thesis there is a bunch of tests showing comparison of efficiency of the chosen classifiers under various conditions.

Nello studio si approfondisce il rapporto tra due realtà: l’una giuridica, il consenso matrimoniale, e l’altra appartenente all’ambito del fatto, la condotta pre e para suicidaria. La necessità concreta è stata comprendere in modo univoco l’interazione tra la libertà del consenso – quale dimensione fondamentale affinché questo possa dispiegare effetti giuridici – ed alcune condotte poste in essere da uno dei due nubenti o da terzi, così da valutare come queste possano incidere sulla validità dell’atto. Si sono considerati due capi di nullità – il metus ed il gravis defectus discretionis iudicii – che dottrina e giurisprudenza considerano quelli che coinvolgono la facoltà volitiva, approfondendo nella prima parte il rapporto tra le condotte di fatto e la libertà esterna mentre nella seconda in merito alla libertà interna. Il metodo è stato quello di analisi della giurisprudenza quale fonte che permette sia di interpretare la norma sia di precisarne ed incarnarne le fattispecie. Conclusione è che le condotte pre e para suicidarie non possano inserirsi tra le circostanze che rendono manifesta la nullità del matrimonio in relazione alla libertà del consenso, infatti non è possibile sostenerne il valore presuntivo ma è necessario, volta per volta, confrontarle con gli altri fatti riportati nelle tavole processuali. / The study examines the relationship between two realities: one legal, marriage consent, and the other belonging to the context of the fact, pre and para suicidal conduct. The concrete need was to understand in a univocal way the interaction between the freedom of consent - as a fundamental dimension for this to have legal effects - and some behaviors put in place by one of the two engaged or by third parties, so as to evaluate how these can affect on the validity of the deed. Two heads of nullity have been considered - the Grave fear and the Lake of discretion of judgment - which doctrine and jurisprudence consider those that involve the willful faculty, deepening in the first part the relationship between conduct and external freedom while in the second on the internal freedom. The method was to analyze the jurisprudence as a source that allows both to interpret the law and to specify and embody the cases in point. The conclusion is that the pre- and para-suicidal behaviors cannot be inserted among the circumstances that make the nullity of the marriage manifest in relation to the freedom of consent, in fact it is not possible to support the presumptive value but it is necessary, every time, to compare them with the other facts. reported in the procedural tables.

В работе исследованы теоретические основы формирования распределительной стратегии предприятия, уточнена классификация стратегий распределения и обоснована взаимосвязь логистических стратегий предприятия с его корпоративными и конкурентными стратегиями. Изучен опыт зарубежных и отечественных промышленных предприятий по формированию стратегий распределения и распределительных сетей. Разработан методический подход к выбору стратегии распределения продукции промышленного предприятия, основанный на ранжировании целевых ориентиров компании и учете ее конкурентной и логистической стратегий, позволяющий повысить эффективность распределительной деятельности предприятия. Разработан алгоритм формирования распределительной сети предприятия включающий различные наборы операций и технологии их реализации в зависимости от выбранной стратегии распределения, что позволяет сформировать наиболее эффективную распределительную сеть для условий деятельности конкретного предприятия. / The aim of the work is to improve the methodological tools for forming a distribution strategy for the products of an industrial enterprise and its distribution network. In work theoretical bases of formation of distributive strategy of the enterprise are investigated, the classification of distribution strategies is clarified and the interrelation of logistical strategies of the enterprise with its corporate and competitive strategies is grounded. The experience of foreign and domestic industrial enterprises in the formation of distribution strategies and distribution networks has been studied. A methodical approach to the selection of a strategy for the distribution of products of an industrial enterprise was developed, based on the ranking of the company's target targets and taking into account its competitive and logistical strategies, which makes it possible to improve the efficiency of the enterprise's distribution activities. An algorithm is developed for the formation of the enterprise's distribution network, which includes various sets of operations and technologies for their implementation, depending on the chosen distribution strategy, which allows to form the most efficient distribution network for the operating conditions of a particular enterprise.

В аспекте глобализации вопрос локализации рекламных сообщений для крупных международных компаний приобретает особое значение. В связи с этим, встает вопрос о создании универсальной методики выбора подходов к локализации, используя имеющуюся информацию об этнических, территориально-географических, исторических и политических особенностях страны. В данной работе были рассмотрены сущность и причины локализации рекламных сообщений крупными международными компаниями, изучены основные подходы к локализации, а также сложности, с которыми сталкиваются международные компании в процессе локализации. Был выполнен сравнительный анализ подходов к локализации рекламных сообщений крупными международными компаниями и определены наиболее эффективные подходы к локализации и их элементы в международной рекламе. Также при помощи разработанной методики были изучены особенности локализации рекламных сообщений в Катаре и проведен анализ использования элементов различных подходов в рекламных сообщениях, локализованных для рынка Катара. Было выявлено, что наиболее часто используемыми элементами подходов к локализации международных рекламных сообщений в рамках рассмотренных отраслей являются элементы территориально-географического и этнического подходов, а эффективность использования тех или иных элементов сильно варьируется в зависимости от отрасли, в которой крупная международная компания осуществляет свою деятельность. Были разработаны рекомендации по использованию подходов к локализации международных компаний-спонсоров FIFA 2022. / The issue of localization of advertising messages for large international companies is of particular importance. In this regard, arises the question of creating a universal methodology for choosing approaches to localization, using available information about the ethnic, territorial, geographical, historical and official capabilities of countries. In this paper, the main approaches to localization were considered, as well as problems arose with international companies in the localization process. A comparative analysis of approaches to the localization of advertising messages was carried out and the most effective approaches to localization and their elements in international advertising were identified. In addition, special methods for the localization of advertising messages in Qatar were developed and an analysis of the use of various approaches in advertising messages localized for the Qatar market was carried out. It was revealed that the most frequently used elements are dependent on the industry in which a large international company is involved in its activities. FIFA 2022 provided recommendations on the use of approaches to localization of international sponsor companies.

Primad information är lättare tillgängligt i minnet och kan således lättare bli igenkänt. Förutsättningar för priming är bland annat subliminal perception, mål, tillförlitlighet, icke vaksamt och icke vanemässigt. Studiens syfte är att få bredare förståelse gällande subliminal primings påverkan. Frågeställningen var om kunder i en affär kan manipuleras, primas, till att ta en specifik kulör på plastpåse vid kassan samt om det finns någon könsskillnad vid effekten av priming. Deltagarna var 490 kunder, varav 333 män. Två olika skyltar med olika kulörer placerades vid kassan. Det noterades om kunderna valde den primade kulören på plastpåse eller inte. Kontrollgruppen bestod av 117 personer och dessa fick inte se någon skylt. Resultatet visade en signifikant skillnad, deltagarna valde samma kulör på plastpåse som skylten. Inga könsskillnader påträffades. Forskning visar att primingeffekter kan motstridas genom att individen gör sig medveten av potentiell omedveten påverkan. / Primed information is more accessible in memory and can thus easily be recognized. Prerequisites for priming include subliminal perception, goals, reliability, non alert and non habitually. The study aims to gain broader understanding regarding subliminal primings influence. The purpose of this thesis was to see whether the customers in a store could be manipulated, primed, to take a specific colour on plastic bags at checkout and if there are any gender differences in the effect of priming. Participants were 490 customers, of whom 333 men. Two different signs with different colours were placed at the checkout. It was noted if customers chose the primed colour of the plastic bag or not. The results showed a significant difference, the participants chose the same colour on the plastic bag as the sign. No gender differences were found. Research shows that priming effects can be opposed if people make themselves aware of potential unconscious influences.

Personal financial literacy is an essential element which affects financial inclusion in the target market of a state–owned bank. To achieve the bank?s social mandate and its objective, it would be vital to determine whether people in low income and rural demographics are financially literate. Financial literacy is defined as the ability to manage your money on a day–to–day basis, do future financial planning, choose sound financial products and have appropriate financial knowledge and understanding. Various factors influence the level of financial literacy of a person and in order to improve the financial literacy of a person, cognisance should be taken of that person?s age, gender, living conditions, income–level and socio–economic elements. It will be beneficial for a state–owned bank, in order to reach its social mandate, to implement financial educational programmes to increase financial literacy. The latter will increase the amount of potential customers and thus promote financial inclusion in the long run.
