An important analysis‟ model derived from it, resulted of thorough analysis of eight other previous models, for while UTAUT - Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology in VENKATESH et. al. (2003) has been extensively analyzed and validated in many scenarios and technology environments. This work seeks to understand a broader way of background factors on the intended use and usage behavior UTAUT from the model, as well as the factors that best explain the intention and usage behavior, as well as the analysis of moderators. In its development, Venkatesh et al. made comparisons in three deployment stages and in two scenarios: in mandatory adoption, the one that occurred in a business environment where the system is required to process execution and decision making, and voluntary adoption scenario in which the adoption takes place by the individual. In the second case, the authors concluded that "social influence" factor has a low magnitude and significance, not being revealed as an important factor in technology adoption. This study aims to examine too whether the same phenomenon occurs that is given up for voluntarily adoption, but able to be highly influenced by social ties, such as occurs among users of social networks like Orkut, Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin, especially in technologies that enable the financial gains associated with these ties, such as the use of collective purchasing sites such as Peixe Urbano, Clickon and Groupon. Based on the model UTAUT, we applied a research and were later analyzed the results of 292 respondents who were validated accessed through social networks. The technique used consisted of using structural equation modeling, based on PLS - Partial Least Square, with 1000 bootstrap re-sampling. The results demonstrated high predictive significance and magnitude of the Intention of technology use by factors of Expected Desempenho (0,288 @ 0.1%), and Social Influence (0,176@ 0, 1 %),). The first, consistent with previous studies. Since the magnitude and significance of the latter factor resulted in vastly superior to the original study by Venkatesh et al. (2003) ranged between 0.02 to 0.04, not significant, depending on the data are grouped or not (p.465). The main conclusion of this study is that when considering the phenomenon of collective purchasing in an environment of voluntary adoption, therefore, the social factor is highly influential in the intention to use technology, which contrasts strongly with the original study of UTAUT and presents several possibilities for future research and managerial implications. / A aceitação e o uso de Tecnologia da Informação (TI) pelo indivíduo têm sido estudadas por diferentes modelos conceituais que, em geral, derivaram de teorias da Psicologia como a TRA Theory of Reasoned Action e a TPB Theory of Planned Behavior, derivada da primeira. Um importante modelo de análise dai derivado, resultado da minuciosa análise de outros 8 modelos anteriores, o UTAUT - Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology de VENKATESH et. al. (2003) tem sido largamente analisado e validado em vários cenários de tecnologia e ambientes. Este trabalho visa compreender de uma maneira mais ampla dos fatores antecedentes da intenção de uso e comportamento de uso a partir do modelo UTAUT, bem como os fatores que melhores explicam a intenção e o comportamento de uso, assim como a análise de seus moderadores. Em seu desenvolvimento, Venkatesh et al. empreenderam comparações em três etapas de implantação e em dois cenários: na adoção mandatória, aquela em que se deu em ambiente empresarial onde o sistema é requerido para execução de processos e tomada de decisões, e na adoção voluntária, cenário em que a adoção se dá pelo indivíduo. No segundo caso, os autores concluíram que o fator influência social tem baixa magnitude e significância, não se revelando um fator importante na adoção da tecnologia. Este trabalho visa analisar também se o mesmo fenômeno ocorre para adoção que se dá de forma voluntária, mas passível de ser altamente influenciada pelos laços sociais, como o que ocorre entre usuários das redes sociais como Orkut, Facebook, Twitter e Linkedin, especialmente em tecnologias que habilitam ganhos associados ao exercício desses laços, como no caso do uso de sites de compras coletivas tais como Peixe Urbano, Groupon e Clickon. Com base no modelo UTAUT, foi aplicada uma pesquisa e posteriormente foram analisados os resultados de 292 respondentes validados que foram acessados por e-mails e redes sociais. A técnica de análise empregada consistiu do uso de modelagem por equações estruturais, com base no algoritmo PLS Partial Least Square, com bootstrap de 1000 reamostragens. Os resultados demonstraram alta magnitude e significância preditiva sobre a Intenção de uso da tecnologia pelos fatores de Expectativa de Desempenho (0,288@0,1%), Influência Social (0,176@0,1%). Os primeiro, compatível com estudos anteriores. Já a magnitude e significância do último fator resultou amplamente superior ao estudo original de Venkatesh et al. (2003) variando entre 0,02 a 0,04, não significante, dependendo dos dados estarem agrupados ou não (p.465). A principal conclusão deste estudo é que, ao considerarmos o fenômeno das compras coletivas, em um ambiente de adoção voluntária, portanto, o fator social é altamente influente na intenção de uso da tecnologia, o que contrasta fortemente com o estudo original do UTAUT (já que no estudo de Venkatesh et al. (2003) este fator não foi significante) e apresenta várias possibilidades de pesquisas futuras e possíveis implicações gerenciais.

Este fazer está no âmbito de processos autopoiéticos educomunicativos como um ensaio geral de novas formas de comunicação, ativismo, participação e empoderamentos coletivos. O contexto deste praticismo rizomático, acentrado dos Sujos ocorre como fluxo de um intelecto geral que enuncia redes de guerrilhas técnicas políticas como uma força das labutas em comandos de máquinas colaborativas. A pesquisa indaga sobre a força-vocação dos Blogueiros Sujos e suas dimensões críticas com o objetivo de compreender suas subjetividades e situar a educomunicação nos seus processos comunicativos para construir projeções para novos ativismos. Numa poética educomunicativa, diria que é o trabalho como a execução virtuosa de uma partitura, uma obra sem autor, uma criatura sem um criador. O contexto da sua emergência é proveniente de uma produção hightech, na qual a atividade social mesma se apresenta como o produtor, numa dimensão coletiva da atividade intelectual, a cooperação social. As teorias sobre as multiplicidades do poder - trabalho imaterial, agenciamentos, biopolítica – constituem uma rede para construção do ponto de vista das guerrilhas e dos seus devires. Na esfera das redes, o general intellect produz as formas e estruturas das guerrilhas da revolução 2.0 – uma tecnopolítica como potência da multidão conectada, dando forma a novos territórios de direitos, ação, resistência e processos de diferenciação. O “objeto” é de fato um objectil, posto que não está delimitado em torno de uma temática específica – mas de coisas que pulsam e fluem: as ações em redes dos Blogueiros Sujos, suas conexões, pautas, corpos sem órgãos. Para cartografar tais movimentos, o pesquisador atuou-sendo um insider das redes dos Sujos, vivendo e compartilhando desejos nas trilhas escarpadas dos seus sítios online produzindo e realizando também ecossistemas comunicativos como dispositivo de pesquisa e subjetivação. A pesquisa renúncia à captura compulsiva de um objeto completo simbólico de todos os despotismos e aciona o princípio de entradas múltiplas pelas multiplicidades reais configuradas nos posts-desejos dos Sujos. A construção da análise ocorre a partir dos agenciamentos em emergência nos casos. Esta transcorre pela desmontagem como procedimento narrativo: a) Narrar o ‘caso’ se dá imprimindo um movimento no ‘caso individual’, levando-o ao plano de constituição e não a outros casos igualmente individuais; b) O caso individual é índice de situações que, problematizadas, mostram-se como ethos político; c) O caso institui-se como agenciamento coletivo de enunciação. O discurso transcorre como as redes mesmas: cada capítulo faz seu próprio rizoma com múltiplas entradas e saídas. Estes trânsitos se configuram na pesquisa produzindo um perspectivismo sobre as contracorrentes dos Sujos a partir das quais se afirma que: i) os combates da blogosfera surrupiam valor da mídia mainstream (e das suas representações institucionais); ii) as exposições às claras e pelejas no escuro não traduzem (como imaginava) uma disputa entre David x Golias, uma vez que as minorias em redes não são mais como eram tais em guetos territorializados; iii) a blogosfera (leia-se redes de redes) avança sobre os propagados valores das mídias tradicionais (objetividade, imparcialidade e neutralidade) e também sobre sua linguagem troante, retroativa, modernosa, egocêntrica, discursiva, corroendo a aura do seu culto e fragmentando-o no mesmo moinho das representações “éticas”. Estes efeitos produzem o devir de uma novalinguagem à Leminski, processos em multiplicidade de autorias coletivas e uma revolução da comunização, qual seja, do comum que viraliza como desejo insurrecto. Autorias coletivas. / ABSTRACT In the cyber networks sphere, the blogosphere of the “dirty” produces collective assemblages, sharing content, performing subjective processes in communicative ecosystems that translate even as a countercurrent to the mainstream power ("Casa Grande", "PIG"). This action is the sphere of autopoietic educomunicative processes as a “dress rehearsal” of new forms of communication, activism, participation and collective empowerments. The context of this rhizomatic non-centered pragmatism of the “dirty” occurs as a general intellect flow that sets out technical political guerrilla networks as a force in the work of commands of collaborative machines. The research studies the vocation-force of dirty bloggers and their critical dimensions in order to understand their subjectivities and place educational communication in their communication processes to build projections for new activism. In a poetica educommunicative way, I would say that it is the work of a virtuous score performance, one work without an author, a creature without a creator. The context of its emergence comes from a high-tech production, in which the same social activity presents itself as the producer, in a collective dimension of intellectual, social cooperation. Theories about the multiplicities of power - immaterial labor, assemblages, biopolitics - constitute a network for the construction of the point of view of the guerrillas and their becomings. In the sphere of cyber networks, the general intellect produces the forms and structures of the guerrillas of the Revolution 2.0 - A technopolitics as power of the connected crowd, shaping new territories of rights, of action, of strength and differentiation processes. The "object" is actually a objectil, since it is not bounded around a specific theme - but around things that pulse and flow: the actions in networks of the “dirty” bloggers, their connections, agendas, bodies without organs. To map these movements, the researcher worked being an insider network of the dirtie, living and sharing desires in the rugged trails of their online sites producing and also performing communicative ecosystems as device for research and subjectivity. The research renounces compulsive capture of a complete symbolic object of all despotisms and triggers the principle of multiple entries for the actual multiplicities configured in posts-wishes of the dirties. The construction of the analysis occurs from assemblages in emergency in cases. This takes place by dismantling as narrative procedure: a) Narrating the 'event' occurs by printing a movement in the 'individual case', taking it to the establishment plan and not to the other equally individual cases; b) The individual case is index of situations that, analyzed, reveal themselves as a political ethos; c) The case is instituted as a collective assemblage of enunciation. The speech takes place as the networks themselves: each chapter makes its own rhizome with multiple inputs and outputs. These transits are configured in the research producing a perspectivism about crosscurrents of the dirties, from which it is stated that: i) the fights the blogosphere subtract value from the mainstream media (and their institutional representations); ii) clear exposure and strife in the dark do not translate (as imagined) a dispute between David Goliath x, since minorities in networks are not what they used to be in such territorialized ghettos; iii) the blogosphere (network of networks) advances on the spread of traditional media values (objectivity, impartiality and neutrality) and also on its Thunderhorn language, retroactive, modernish, egocentric, discursive, eroding the aura of their worship and fragmenting it in the same mill of "ethical" representations. These effects produce the becomings of a new language (in the Leminski way), processes in the multiplicity of collective authorship and a revolution of communization, that is, the common that goes viral as insurgent desire.

A presente dissertação centra-se no estudo do direito prestacional à saúde e de sua sindicação por intermédio de demandas individuais e coletivas. Para tanto, demonstrada a fundamentalidade formal e material do direito à saúde, analisa-se como os tribunais brasileiros se comportam diante das muitas objeções opostas à sua atuação. Constatada a elasticidade do tratamento conferido pela jurisprudência às demandas individuais, propõem-se critérios objetivos limitadores; diante da contrastante timidez dos julgados na seara coletiva, o foco passa a ser o escrutínio das possibilidades de controle judicial inexploradas. / This work focus on the right to health and its provision by means of individual and class actions. To this end, the fundamental nature of the right to health both in formal and substantial terms being established, one describes how the Brazilian Courts decide in view of the many objections opposed against their decisions. As the elasticity of the decisions taken by the Courts in relation to individual actions is verified, one proposes restrictive objective criteria; due to the contrasting shyness of the decisions in class actions, the focus migrates to the examination of unexplored possibilities of judicial control.

[pt] As Competências Coletivas são estudadas tanto pelo campo da gestão estratégica como pelo campo da gestão de pessoas. O presente trabalho pesquisou sobre a formação de competências no aspecto coletivo a partir de percepções relatadas por gestores de equipes que desempenham rotinas organizacionais, especificamente as orçamentárias. Foi realizada uma pesquisa qualitativa fenomenográfica, no período de 11 de setembro a 16 de novembro de 2014, por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com gestores de 17 organizações, das quais 15 ocorreram na cidade do Rio de Janeiro e 2 foram realizadas por Skype com profissionais atuantes em São Paulo. A análise das variações das experiências dos gestores com as respectivas equipes, no contexto do mesmo tipo de rotina de orçamento, resultou na identificação de competências coletivas descritas em um espaço de resultados composto pelas categorias de descrição: Comprometimento com a Entrega, Reconfiguração das Rotinas, Harmonização da Equipe, Colaboração com o Aprendizado do Grupo e Construção de Redes de Relacionamento. Essas categorias foram organizadas de acordo com sete dimensões explicativas: Rotinas Performativas, Rotinas Ostensivas, Natureza das Relações, Autonomia, Abrangência da Ação, Agenda de Atividades e Ferramentas (artefatos). Essas dimensões emergiram dos relatos em grau de abrangência crescente e eram relativas à forma como os entrevistados percebiam o cumprimento das demandas previstas no processo orçamentário empresarial. Os resultados apontaram que os membros das equipes buscam estar aptos para se adaptarem às situações e há uma evolução da perspectiva do grupo para a perspectiva da organização à medida que exercem a autonomia concedida por seus gestores. / [en] Collective Competences are studied as much by the field of strategic management as it is by the field of people management. This paper features a research about the creation of competences within the collective aspect based on told perspectives reported by team managers that apply organizational routines, specifically budgetary ones. A phenomenographic research was done from September 11th, 2014 until November 16th, 2014 based on semi structured interviews with managers from 17 organizations, 15 of which in Rio de Janeiro and the remaining 2, via Skype, with active professionals in São Paulo. The analysis on the variation of managers experiences with their respective teams, in the same budgetary routine context, resulted in the identification of collective competences described in a results section composed by the describing categories: Commitment to Delivery, Routine Reconfiguration, Harmonization of the Team, Collaboration with the Team s Learning and Networking Construction. These categories were organized according to seven explanatory dimensions: Performative Routines, Ostensive Routines, Nature of Relations, Autonomy, Scope of Action, Activities Agenda and Tools (artifacts). These categories emerged from reports based on an ascending degree of coverage and were related to the way in which the interviewees perceived compliance of foreseen demands in the company s budgetary process. The results show that members of teams seek being apt to adapt to situations and there is an evolution in the group s perspective regarding the organization s perspective as they perform given autonomy by their managers.

The discussions that have been realized highlight the subjectivity, social life organization and educational processes which curb the production of singular/rebel subjectivities. However, we understand at the same time the control mechanisms deepen, the resistances have also reinvented themselves. We highlight disruptive aspects among a power dynamics that captures the creation potential in our daily routine and in the common's production. We have found horizontal organizations, themes, informals and collectives that have been acting micropolitically and opening gaps in a scenario that is reverse to life's expantion. This investigation's snippet has been done as a cartography of the collectives that are searching for an emancipatory education in Sorocaba-SP, Brazil, willing to comprehend their dynamics and organization modes, besides their educative aspects, that produce rebel subjectivities inherent to the experience with the collective actions participation. / Nossos estudos se caracterizam pela análise da produção de subjetividade conformada/coisificada/individualizada como produto deliberado pela dinâmica do poder capitalista que, em pelas reinvenções do mando, apequenam a vida e desumanizam as relações entre as pessoas e das pessoas com a natureza. As discussões realizadas ressaltam os aspectos dos processos de subjetivação, organização da vida social e dos processos educacionais que inibem a produção de subjetividades singulares/rebeldes. Porém, compreendemos que ao mesmo tempo em que se aprofundaram os mecanismos de controle também se reinventaram as resistências. Destacamos aspectos disruptivos em meio a uma dinâmica de poder que captura a potência de criação no cotidiano de nossas vidas e na produção do comum. Encontramos organizações horizontais, temáticas, informais e coletivas que em atuações micropolíticas estão abrindo brechas em um cenário avesso à expansão da vida. O recorte desta investigação se deu na cartografia de coletivos em busca da educação emancipatória na cidade de Sorocaba-SP, procurando compreender suas dinâmicas e modos de organização, além dos seus aspectos educativos produtores de subjetividades rebeldes inerentes à experiência de participação na ação coletiva.

We focused the possible relationships between the teacher's action and their professional development, which includes the participation of the School board, considered by us as a collective space. To accomplish this research we used Interviews (KAUFMANN, 1996; SILVA, 2002) to analyze the nine participants, who are teachers' of the school board, and their oral speeches, considered as main references of our study. While trying to understand the reasons that led the teachers to choose her/his educational profession, we noticed the difficulty of recognition of the job of lecturing as a profession. This fact comes as an obstacle to the perspective of the teachers' professional development. In what he/she refers to the forms of the teachers' participation in the board and their meanings, we noticed in first place that the feeling of it belongs one of the decisive factors it can be considered actively for the teacher to announce of the actions colegiadas. This for them to want and they believe that that is the best road for if they develop better while professionals and consequently to improve the situation of the school. In second place we noticed that the school board represents, a place of articulation of the equality among all the ones that form the school community. So, we tried to understand how they happened to the collective actions in the school, how the teachers presented them in spite of what they know, how a collective action should be presented in the elements of fragility of that process that inhibit the development of the overall action. Finally, we questioned the elements that would contribute to the educational professional development; we noticed that the teachers present the competence, the ethics and professional valorization, as factors that contributed at the present time to their educational professional development / Este trabalho tem como objetivo investigar se existe rela??o entre a participa??o docente no colegiado escolar e o desenvolvimento profissional do professor a partir da an?lise das experi?ncias cotidianas de professores de uma institui??o p?blica da Rede Estadual de ensino na cidade do Natal. Temos como foco principal as poss?veis rela??es entre a a??o participativa do professor e o seu desenvolvimento profissional, a partir da participa??o no Conselho Escolar, considerado por n?s como um espa?o de coletividade. Para realiza??o da pesquisa utilizamos a Entrevista Compreensiva (KAUFMANN, 1996; SILVA 2002) para analisar os discursos orais de nove professores participantes do Conselho Escolar, considerados como refer?ncia principal desse estudo. Ao procurar compreender os motivos que conduziram os professores a escolherem a profiss?o docente, percebemos a dificuldade de reconhecimento da doc?ncia como profiss?o. Este fato apresenta-se como um obst?culo ? perspectiva de desenvolvimento profissional dos professores. No que se refere ?s formas de participa??o dos professores no Conselho e os seus significados, percebemos em primeiro lugar que o sentimento de perten?a pode ser considerado um dos fatores determinantes para que o professor participe ativamente das a??es colegiadas. Isto por eles desejarem e acreditarem que esse ? o melhor caminho para se desenvolverem melhor enquanto profissionais e conseq?entemente melhorar a situa??o da escola. Em segundo lugar percebemos que o Conselho representa, um lugar de articula??o da igualdade entre todos os que formam a comunidade escolar. Ao procurarmos compreender como ocorriam ?s a??es coletivas na escola, os professores demonstram que apesar de compreenderem como deveria ser uma a??o coletiva apresentam os elementos de fragilidade desse processo que inibem o desenvolvimento da a??o colegiada. tema desta pesquisa é o papel da mídia corporativa na produção de enquadramentos da ação coletiva. A partir do estudo dos materiais da mídia corporativa procura-se entender qual o papel e a importância da mídia na produção de movimentos de rua e protestos. Especificamente, o objeto empírico central escolhido foram as produções do jornal Clarín, anteriores à mobilização. Metodologicamente, foi montado um banco de dados com as matérias produzidas pelo veículo que se relacionavam com a atividade política, econômica e internacional referentes ao período de trinta dias anterior ao Cacerolazo argentino de 8 de novembro de 2012 (8N), que representa o ponto de maior importância do ciclo de mobilizações na qual o protesto se insere. Assim, o objetivo da pesquisa é analisar os enquadramentos das ações coletivas produzidos no veículo e seus vínculos com os enquadramentos utilizados pelos grupos de Facebook que convocaram e organizaram as mobilizações. Em um contexto teórico e social que tem começado a se desinteressar da influência da mídia tradicional, desde o surgimento das redes sociais virtuais e as “novas mídias”, as quais têm sido interpretadas como substituto dela - mas como se argui e mostra aqui, ainda não possuem legitimidade nem credibilidade próprias e nutrem-se em última instância dos veículos tradicionais - procura-se contestar as visões dominantes na literatura, as quais outorgam dois papéis para a mídia em relação às mobilizações: ou ela é contrária aos protestos ou ela é um espaço de confronto pelo qual os movimentos lutam para dominar. Seguidamente, foram capturados e confrontados materiais tanto da mídia corporativa quanto dos grupos de Facebook e de jornalistas independentes para desenhar a imagem que, posteriormente, foi criada do evento e confrontar as diversas visões existentes. A proposta desta pesquisa é, portanto, avançar no entendimento da mídia corporativa como estrutura de mobilização em contextos de polarização política, adaptando esse espaço deixado vago pelos partidos políticos, assim como iniciar o entendimento dos vínculos e a articulação estabelecida entre esta e as novas mídias (internet). / The theme of this research is the role of corporate media in the production of frameworks for collective action. From the study of the materials of the corporate media, it is sought to understand the role and importance of the media in the production of street movements and protests. Specifically, the central empirical object chosen were the Clarín newspaper productions prior to the mobilization. Methodologically, a database was set up with the materials produced by the vehicle that related to the political, economic and international activity regarded to the period of thirty days prior to the argentine Cacerolazo of November 8, 2012 (8N), which represents the highest point of importance of the cycle of mobilizations in which the protest is embedded. Thus, the objective of the research is to analyze the frameworks of the collective action produced in the vehicle and its links with the frameworks used by the Facebook groups that called and organized the mobilizations. In a theoretical and social context that has begun to ignore the influence of traditional media since the emergence of virtual social networks and "new media", which have been interpreted as a substitute for it, it is argued and shown here that these not yet have their own legitimacy or credibility and, ultimately, nourish themselves with traditional vehicles. We try here to challenge the dominant views in the literature, which give the media two roles in relation to the mobilizations - or it is against the protests, or it is a space of confrontation which the movements struggle to dominate. Subsequently materials from the corporate media, the Facebook groups and from independent journalists were captured and compared to draw the image that was later created from the event and to confront the different visions. The proposal of this research is therefore to advance in the understanding of the corporate media as a mobilization structure in contexts of political polarization, which occupy this space left vacant by the political parties, as well as initiate the understanding of the links and the articulation established between this and the new media (internet).

Nas últimas décadas do séc. XX, mais precisamente a partir do final da década de 80, uma questão fundamental começa a ser discutida multisetorialmente na Região Metropolitana de São Paulo (RMSP): Como lidar com as questões relacionadas à infra-estrutura urbana e aos limites do crescimento, considerando a necessidade de preservar o Cinturão Verde da RMSP? O objetivo principal desta dissertação de mestrado é descrever e analisar as ações coletivas e o movimento socioambiental, tomando como estudo de caso o movimento liderado por moradores do entorno da Cantareira que culminaram no reconhecimento internacional do Cinturão Verde da Cidade de São Paulo como Reserva da Biosfera pela UNESCO em 1994. Após mais de 20 anos de resistência, ainda hoje, este movimento persiste na forma de abaixo assinados, passeatas e ações judiciais, o que o transforma em uma das mais expressivas formas de ativismo ambiental em favor da preservação de uma floresta urbana. Ao traçarmos um panorama histórico, até os dias de hoje, das ações coletivas e do movimento ambiental em prol da Cantareira temos como objetivo investigar as razões pelas quais as populações urbanas participam de arenas políticas que decidem o futuro e a preservação de uma grande floresta dentro de uma cidade / In the last decades of the twentieth century, more precisely from the end of the decade of the eighties, a key issue started being discussed multisectorally in the Metropolitan Region of São Paulo (MASP): how to deal with the issues related to urban infrastructure and the limits of growth considering the need to maintain the green belt around the metropolitan region of São Paulo. The main objective of this master thesis is to describe and analyze the collective actions and the environmental movement taking as case study of the movement led by the Cantareira Park`s entour inhabitants, which resulted in the in international recognition of the Green Belt of the City of São Paulo as a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1994. After more than 20 years of resistence, still today, this movement continues in the form of undersigned, parades, lawsuits, which makes it one of the most expressive forms of environmental activism in favor of preserving an urban forest. When we draw a historical overview, until today, of collective action in environmental movement in favor of Cantareira, we have as objective to investigate the reasons for which the urban populations participate in policies that decide the future and the preservation of a great forest within a city

Diante desse contexto, esta pesquisa irá se debruçar sobre o Kuduro angolano e a Cumbia villera argentina, uma vez que estes compõem arranjos identitários (Hall, 2004) articulados no espaço urbano contemporâneo sob a intensa mediação e apropriação de artefatos tecnológicos. Em consonância com Hennion (2002), a perspectiva ventilada aqui é que tanto os grupos sociais como os artistas estão simultaneamente à procura da construção de suas identidades, e que estas giram em torno de certas práticas artísticas Neste sentido, ressalto a importância dessas movimentações que provocaram outras disposições da produção musical, haja vista as inscrições locais e suas práticas discursivas - condições de produção e consumo de textos particulares (Fairclough, 2001). Em síntese, busquei compreender como se dão os processos de identificação e legitimação de práticas culturais em contextos periféricos-urbanos (Kuduro e Cumbia Villera) dentro da intricada relação que envolve o globalismo da apropriação musical, os processos de identificação locais, a negativização dos aspectos culturais dos agentes e a ambivalência que transita entre desejo e recusa de integração. Desta maneira, analiso a construção de repertórios discursivos que produzem deslocamentos sobre a periferia (Frúgoli, 2005) e contrapontos por meio da leitura transfigurada do cotidiano. / This study aims to analyse the dynamic force fields (Benjamin, 2007) resulting from cultural practices induced in peripheral-urban contexts, as well as how to reflect on the interrelations, confrontations and interpellations deriving from these collectively factored social processes (Becker, 1977). Before this context, this research will delve into the Angolan Kuduro and the Argentinian Cumbia Villera, since these compose identity arrangements (Hall, 2004) articulated in the contemporary urban space under the intense mediation and appropriation of technological artifacts. Attuned with Hennion (2002), the perspective aired here is that the social groups as well as the artists are simultaneously in search of the construction of their identities, and that these swirl around certain artistic practices. In this sense, I emphasize the importance of these movements that provoked other dispositions in musical production, considering the local inscriptions and their discursive practices - conditions for the production and consumption of particular texts (Fairclough, 2001). In short, I aimed to comprehend how the processes of identification and legitimation of these cultural practices are set in their respective contexts within the relation, always complex, among the globalism of musical appropriation, the regionalism of belongings, the stigmatizing of the musical culture itself and the ambivalence that transits between the desire for and the refusal of integration. In this manner, I analyse the construction of discursive repertoires that create translations over the periphery (Frúgoli, 2005) and counterpoints through the transfigured reading of everyday life.
