Bakgrund: Covid-19 pandemin och dess restriktioner har lett till begränsningar, vilka kan ge kort- och långsiktiga konsekvenser i unga vuxnas liv. Pandemin har genererat oro och ångest hos unga vuxna, något som kan ge psykiska följder såsom depression och posttraumatisk stress. Vid psykisk ohälsa hos unga vuxna bör ett hälsofrämjande synsätt tillämpas. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att belysa unga vuxnas erfarenheter av Covid-19 pandemins påverkan på psykisk hälsa. Metod: En litteraturstudie genomfördes innehållande 11 vetenskapliga artiklar, varav en av mixad metod, åtta av kvantitativ metod samt två av kvalitativ metod. Resultat: Unga vuxnas psykiska hälsa upplevdes ha försämrats från före Covid-19 pandemin till under pandemin. Symtom som ångest, stress och ensamhet sågs hos unga vuxna under pandemin. Däremot fanns det unga vuxna som beskrev att restriktionerna hade lett till mindre press från omgivningen och att den psykiska hälsan hade förbättrats. Konklusion: Unga vuxna som hade påverkats negativt uttryckte en önskan och ett behov av socialt stöd under pandemins restriktioner. Mer forskning kring området behövs för att ytterligare öka kunskapen. / Background: The Covid-19 pandemic and its restrictions have led to limitations which can give both long- and short-term consequences in young adults’ lives. The pandemic has generated worry and anxiety in the lives of young adults and could cause psychological consequences such as depression and post-traumatic stress. In case of mental illness in young adults, a health promotion approach should be applied. Aim: The aim of the study was to illustrate young adults’ experiences of the Covid-19 pandemic’s impact on mental health. Method: A literature study was conducted containing 11 scientific articles, whereof one with mixed method, eight of a quantitative method and two of a qualitative method. Result: The mental health in young adults was perceived to become worse from before the Covid-19 pandemic to during the pandemic. Symptoms as anxiety, stress and loneliness were found in young adults during the pandemic. In contrast there were young adults who described that the restrictions had led to less pressure from the environment and that the mental health had improved. Conclusion: Young adults who had been affected negatively expressed a wish and a need of social support during the restrictions of the pandemic. More research about the topic is needed to further increase the knowledge.

Därefter gjordes förslag till en sårbarhetskarta, en riskbedömningsmatris och en riskhanteringsmatris för byggkeramikbranschen, som slutligen sammanfattades till en SCRM-process specificerad för byggkeramikbranschen. [pt] O objetivo desta pesquisa é investigar a relação entre escolas e museus da
cidade do Rio de Janeiro no período em que ambos estiveram fechados para
atividades presenciais quando, em março de 2020, a Organização Mundial da
Saúde (OMS) classificou o cenário como uma pandemia e orientou que todos os
países, diante da alta probabilidade de infecção por meio do contato social,
tomassem medidas para reduzir o contágio e minimizar os danos aos sistemas de
saúde. O recorte temporal considerado foi o período entre março de 2020 –
atividades presenciais foram suspensas – e outubro de 2021, quando escolas da
rede municipal do Rio de Janeiro retornaram 100 porcento ao modelo presencial. A
metodologia se deu a partir de análise de questionário on-line enviado a museus e
centros culturais do RJ, contato com responsáveis pelas ações para crianças nos
museus a fim de identificar o oferecimento de atividades on-line para o público da
Educação Infantil e entrevistas com funcionários de espaços que desenvolveram
as atividades. Os dados foram analisados em diálogo com referenciais teóricos da
área da infância como Sirota, Montandon, Sarmento e Oliveira, e do campo da
educação e museus como Carvalho, Trilla, Martins, Castro e Lopes. Foi possível
constatar que a relação entre educação infantil e museus foi praticamente nula
durante o momento estudado, mas, ainda assim, verificou-se alguns encontros
entre as crianças e espaços culturais por meio de atividades oferecidas à família
através de redes sociais. / [en] The objective of this research is to investigate the relationship between
schools and museums in the city of Rio de Janeiro during the period when both
were closed for face-to-face activities when, in March 2020, the World Health
Organization (WHO) classified the scenario as a pandemic and advised that all
countries, given the high probability of infection through social contact, take
measures to reduce contagion and minimize damage to health systems. The time
frame considered was the period between March 2020 – when face-to-face
activities were suspended – and October 2021, when Rio de Janeiro s municipal
schools returned 100 percent to the in-person model. The methodology was based on the
analysis of an online questionnaire sent to museums and cultural centers in RJ,
contact with those responsible for actions for children in museums in order to
identify the offer of online activities for the kindergarten public and interviews
with employees of the spaces that developed the activities. The data was analyzed
in dialogue with theoretical references in the area of childhood such as Sirota,
Montandon, Sarmento and Oliveira, and in the field of education and museums
such as Carvalho, Trilla, Martins, Castro and Lopes. It was possible to verify that
the relationship between early childhood education and museums was practically
null during the period studied, but even so, there were some encounters between
children and cultural spaces through activities offered to the family through social
media.

Bakgrund: Basala hygienrutiner är en av grundstenarna inom omvårdnad och brister inom följsamheten leder till ökad smittspridning och ohälsa. När världen drabbades av covid-19 pandemin i början av 2020 påverkades både vårdpersonalens arbetsmiljö och välbefinnande negativt. Samtidigt sjönk vårdpersonalens följsamhet till de basala hygienrutinerna för första gången i nationella mätningar sedan 2010. Syfte: Att beskriva distriktssköterskors erfarenheter av att arbeta enligt de basala hygienrutinerna inom primärvården under covid-19 pandemin. Metod: Kvalitativ intervjustudie med induktiv ansats. Individuella intervjuer genomfördes med åtta distriktssköterskor. Materialet analyserades med en innehållsanalys med manifest inriktning. Resultat: Distriktssköterskors erfarenheter av att arbeta enligt de basala hygienrutinerna under covid-19 pandemin beskrivs under huvudkategorierna “arbetsmiljö” och “kunskap”. Under “arbetsmiljö” uppkom underkategorierna: tidsbrist minskar följsamheten, materialtillgången påverkar följsamheten och den fysiska arbetsplatsen påverkar förutsättningarna. Under “kunskap” uppkom underkategorierna: arbetsgruppens utbildning ökar följsamheten, erfarenhet av att utföra de basala hygienrutinerna och förändrad kännedom om smittspridning. Slutsats: Distriktssköterskors erfarenheteter av att arbeta enligt de basala hygienrutinerna påverkas och förändras av deras arbetsmiljö, kunskap och av att ha arbetat under covid-19 pandemin. Detta innebär att åtgärder för att hantera minskad följsamhet av de basala hygienrutinerna behöver baseras på de erfarenheter som finns i den aktuella verksamheten och arbetsgruppen. / Background: One of the cornerstones of nursing is basic hygiene practices. Deficiency in compliance leads to increased spread of infection and morbidity. When the Covid-19 pandemic spread across the world, in the beginning of 2020, both the work environment and the well-being of healthcare workers were affected negatively. At the same time as the health care workers´ compliance to basic hygiene routines dropped for the first time since 2010 according to national evaluations. Aim: To describe the district nurse's experiences working according to the basic hygiene routines in primary care during the covid-19 pandemic. Method: Qualitative interview study with an inductive approach. Individual interviews were conducted with eight district nurses. The material was analyzed with a content analysis with manifest orientation. Results: District nurses' experiences of working according to the basic hygiene routines are described under the main categories “work environment” and “knowledge”. Under “work environment” could the following subcategories be identified: lack of time reduces compliance, availability of materials affects compliance and the physical workplace affects the conditions. Under “knowledge” did the following subcategories arise: training of the work group increases compliance, experience of performing the basic hygiene routines and changed knowledge about spread of infection. Conclusions: District nurses' experience of working according to the basic hygiene routines is affected and changed by their work environment, knowledge and having worked during the covid-19 pandemic. This means that measures to handle the reduced adherence to basic hygiene routines need to be based on the experiences of the current workplace and group.

På grund av Covid-19 infördes ett alkoholförbud i syfte att minska smittspridningen i Sverige. Tidigare forskning visar att det finns ett samband mellan alkoholanvändning och våldsbrottslighet. Det är därmed av intresse att undersöka vilken påverkan alkoholförbudet haft på antalet misshandelsbrott i den offentliga miljön i Lund och hur det eventuellt förändrat arbetsuppgifterna för polisanställda med operativ inriktning respektive strategisk inriktning. Antalet anmälda samt självrapporterade misshandelsbrott har minskat mellan 2017 och 2021. Arbetsuppgifterna för de polisanställda skiljer sig åt eftersom vissa har ett strategiskt fokus och andra ett operativt fokus. Av resultatet i denna studie framgår det att misshandelsbrotten misnkat, både utfirån statistik av Polismyndigheten samt polisanställdas upplevda biild. Utifrån de fem semistrukturerade intervjuerna framgick det att arbetsuppgifterna för polisanställda med operativ inriktning förändrats mer än arbetsuppgifterna för polisanställda med strategisk inriktning. Samtliga polisanställda utför krogrelaterade arbetsuppgifter i mindre omfattnning och mer tid kan avsättas för andra relevanta arbetsuppgifter. Polisanställda med operativ inrikning hanterar samt förebygger en större mängd ungdomsbrott samt narkotikabrott medan polisanställda med strategisk inritkning i större utsträckning arbetar med grannsamverkan och att främja kontaktnätet med lokalsamhället. / Due to the Covid-19 the Swedish governement introduced an alcohol prohibition in an aim to reduce the spread of infection in Sweden. Previous research demonstrates that there is a conjunction between alcohol use and violent crimes. It is therefore of interest to investigate what impact the alcohol prohibition has had on the amount of assault crimes in the public environment in Lund and how it eventually have effected operational police officers and strategic police officers tasks of employment. The number of reported crimes and selfreported assault crimes has decreased between 2017 and 2021. The police officers tasks of employment differ because some have a operational focus and others have a strategical focus. The results in this study demonstrates that the assault crimes have decreased, both from statistics from the police department and police officers experience. From the five semistructured interviews it turned out that the operational police officers tasks of employment has changed more than strategical police officers. Both the strategical and the operational police officers perform restaurant-related tasks to a lesser extent and more time can be set aside for other relevant tasks. The operational police officers handle and prevent a large number of juvenile- and drugcrimes while the strategical police officers to a greater extent work with neighborhood cooperation and to promote the network of contact with the local community.

Inledning: Revisor-klient-relationen är viktig både för revisorn och revisionsarbetet, men också för klienterna och deras upplevda mervärde av en revision. Digitaliseringen och Covid-19 tycks medföra nya förutsättningar för denna relation som inte undersökts i tidigare forskning. Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att utforska hur revisorer och representanter för små och medelstora klientföretag upplever att deras relation påverkats av den ökade digitaliseringen och pandemin orsakad av Covid-19. Syftet är vidare att utforska hur nämnda parter upplever konsekvenserna av eventuella förändringar. Metod: Studien tillämpar en kvalitativ forskningsstrategi med flerfallstudiedesign. Forskningsansatsen är i huvudsak deduktiv men med induktiva inslag. Datainsamling har skett genom semistrukturerade intervjuer med revisorer och representanter för små- och medelstora klientföretag. Slutsats: Vår studie visar att revisor-klient-relationen, mer eller mindre, beroende på kontextuella faktorer, utvecklats till ett distansförhållande till följd av Covid-19 och digitaliseringen. I det fall där klientföretaget drabbats hårt av pandemin upplevs en närmare relation, annars tyder resultatet på att relationen i många av de studerade fallen inte förändrats, trots nya förutsättningar. Det kan konstateras att det initiala relationsbyggandet försvårats men att befintliga relationer klarat övergången bra. Klienternas upplevda mervärde förefaller samvariera med hur relationen förändrats. Överlag kan revisorns professionella bedömning argumenteras bli än viktigare i en digitaliserad revisionsbransch, samtidigt som digitaliseringen minskar risken för att revisorns oberoende äventyras.

[pt] A pandemia do COVID-19 e suas medidas de contenção trouxeram diversos
impactos para a saúde física e mental da população mundial. A adolescência é uma etapa
do desenvolvimento de vulnerabilidade psicológica e tende a ser altamente impactada
por um fator estressante dessa magnitude. Assim, nessa dissertação, pesquisou-se
sintomas de ansiedade e depressão em adolescentes durante a crise sanitária, por meio
de dois artigos distintos. O primeiro trata-se de uma revisão sistemática de pesquisas de
coorte produzidas entre 2020 e 2021 que avaliaram sintomas de depressão e/ou
ansiedade em adolescentes, bem como fatores de risco e proteção associados. O segundo
artigo é uma pesquisa de coorte realizada com adolescentes entre doze e dezessete anos,
moradores do município do Rio de Janeiro, ao longo de um ano, no qual se estudou as
características sociodemográficas, experiências vividas e sintomas de ansiedade e
depressão. Os resultados indicam prevalências elevadas de ansiedade e depressão em
adolescentes cariocas e na maioria dos países analisados. Os fatores sociodemográficos
de risco e proteção foram semelhantes no Brasil e no mundo. Como diferencial, na
segunda pesquisa, pôde-se avaliar não apenas variáveis pessoais do adolescente, como
também dados epidemiológicos da própria pandemia no município do Rio de Janeiro,
que também se mostraram variáveis preditoras sobre desfechos de saúde mental. Estes
dados podem ser utilizados para auxiliar a compreensão dos impactos do contexto
pandêmico, bem como orientar medidas de prevenção e intervenção no público
estudado. Por fim, propõe-se desdobramentos em pesquisas adicionais para
compreensão precisa do atual panorama. / [en] The COVID-19 pandemic and its containment measures have brought several
impacts to the physical and mental health of the world s population. Adolescence is a
development s stage of psychological vulnerability and tends to be highly impacted by
a stressor of this magnitude. Thus, in this dissertation, symptoms of anxiety and
depression in adolescents during the health crisis were researched through two separate
articles. The first one is a systematic review of cohort studies produced between 2020
and 2021 that evaluated depression and/or anxiety s symptoms in adolescents, as well
as associated risk and protective factors. The second article is a cohort research carried
out with adolescents between twelve and seventeen years old, residents of the Rio de
Janeiro city, over an year, in which sociodemographic characteristics, lived experiences
and symptoms of anxiety and depression were studied. The results indicate high
prevalence of anxiety and depression in adolescents from Rio de Janeiro and in most of
the countries analyzed. Sociodemographic risk and protection factors were similar in
Brazil and worldwide. As a differential, in the second research, it was possible to
evaluate not only the adolescents personal variables, but also Rio de Janeiro s
epidemiological data from the pandemic itself, which also proved to be predictive
variables on mental health outcomes. These data can be used to help understand the
impacts of the pandemic context, as well as guide prevention and intervention measures
in the population studied. Finally, developments in additional research are proposed for
a precise understanding of the current scenario.

[pt] Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo central compreender a influência da adoção do home office na relação conflito trabalho-família para mulheres, com idades entre 25 e 60 anos, que passaram a trabalhar de forma remota ou híbrida a partir do advento da pandemia da Covid-19. A base conceitual considerada para análise desse fenômeno se concentrou nos temas conflito trabalho-família, teletrabalho e gênero. Diante do fato de a ampliação do trabalho remoto, modalidade de trabalho adotada pelas empresas durante a pandemia, ter impactado significativamente a vida das trabalhadoras, buscou-se compreender como tal mudança vem afetando a conciliação das esferas do trabalho e da vida familiar dessas mulheres. A metodologia adotada para este estudo foi de natureza qualitativa, com base nos relatos de quinze mulheres entrevistadas que atuam em diversos segmentos da economia. Dentre elas, sete tem filhos ou filhas. Os resultados obtidos indicam que onze se sentem sobrecarregadas, tanto as que são mães como as que não são. Destaca-se, ainda, que a maioria das entrevistadas prefere a modalidade de teletrabalho parcial, o denominado modelo híbrido, por conta da flexibilidade proporcionada. Observou-se, também, que grande parte continua assumindo a maior carga do trabalho doméstico e de cuidados, reforçando a visão estereotipada das mulheres como multitarefa e de que o trabalho remunerado exercido pelo marido é mais desgastante do que o exercido por elas. / [en] The main objective of this research was to understand the influence of the adoption of the home office on the work-family conflict relationship for women, aged between 25 and 60, who started to work remotely or in a hybrid way after the advent of the Covid-19 pandemic. The conceptual basis considered for the analysis of this phenomenon focused on the themes work-family conflict, telework and gender. Given the fact that the expansion of remote work, the work modality adopted by companies during the pandemic, has significantly impacted the lives of workers, we sought to understand how this change has affected the reconciliation of the spheres of work and family life of these women. The methodology adopted for this study was qualitative in nature, based on the reports of fifteen women interviewed who work in different segments of the economy. Among them, seven have sons or daughters. The results obtained indicate that eleven feel overwhelmed, both those who are mothers and those who are not. It is also noteworthy that most of the interviewees prefer the partial telework modality, the so-called hybrid model, due to the flexibility provided. It was also observed that a large part continues to assume the greatest burden of housework and care, reinforcing the stereotyped view of women as multitasking and that the paid work performed by the husband is more exhausting than the one performed by them.

[pt] O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar as estratégias competitivas
adotadas por empresas varejistas brasileiras e o impacto dessas estratégias em seus
resultados, gerando uma taxionomia que possibilite um melhor entendimento deste
setor. As empresas selecionadas são as maiores do segmento no Brasil,
representando mais de 60 por cento do faturamento no período entre 2017 a 2021. Foram
utilizados dados secundários da Economática e dos portais de informação ao
investidor de cada empresa para seleção das variáveis estratégicas e de
desempenho. Tais dados foram analisados por meio de algoritmos do SPSS
(Statistical Package for Social Science). Após a preparação da base de dados,
constituída por 37 empresas e com tratamento de outliers e valores ausentes, foram
extraídos do espaço estratégico os fatores relevantes para definição das variáveis de
clusterização. A aplicação de análise de cluster hierárquica e k-means possibilitou
determinar o número ótimo de clusters e gerar grupos de empresas com perfis
estratégicos definidos, de forma a perceber que, as que fazem parte do mesmo
grupo, adotam estratégias semelhantes, distintas daquelas empregadas por empresas

qualquer tipo de enfoque. / [en] The present study aims to analyze the competitive strategies adopted by
Brazilian retail companies and the impact on their results, generating a taxonomy
that allows a better understanding of this sector. The selected companies are the
largest in the segment in Brazil, representing more than 60 percent of revenue, from 2017
to 2021. Secondary data from Economática and from the investor information of
each company were used to select strategic and performance variables. Such data
were analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) algorithms.
After preparing the database, consisting of 37 companies, with treatment of outliers
and missing values, the relevant factors for defining the clustering variables were
extracted from the strategic space. The application, in sequence, of hierarchical
cluster analysis and k-means made it possible to determine the optimal number of
clusters and generate groups of companies with defined strategic profiles, so that
those in the same group adopt similar strategies, although different from those
employed by companies in other groups. MANOVA tests were performed to
validate this conclusion. Finally, the performance vectors of each cluster were
calculated and the appropriate statistical tests, MANOVA and ANOVA, including
post hoc analysis, were performed to create a hierarchy that would lend practical
meaning to the taxonomy. The conclusion is that the taxonomy with three clusters
has better adherence to the reality of the sector and that companies that practice
broad differentiation strategies perform better than those that practice cost or any
type of approach.

Covid-19 has had an impact on people's everyday life all around the world. The purpose of this thesis was to understand how the Covid-19 pandemic has affected young adults and their consumer behavior and use of digital food e-commerce in Sweden, and to increase knowledge about the importance of human centered design such as User Experience. This was examined through a qualitative method. Six informants between the ages of 18-34 living in different parts of Sweden were interviewed regarding their buying behavior and use of digital food services before, during and after the pandemic. Based on previous research on buying behavior and Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs in connection with User Experience, the results of this study could be used to create design proposals for designers in the future. This essay concluded that different behaviors and needs have developed in users as a result of Covid-19 since everyone reacted and acted differently regarding the pandemic. Risk attitude and where people were living were the major contributing factors (Marinković & Lazarević, 2021). In order to succeed in designing food e-commerce platforms, designers should adapt to personal needs (Yu & Wu, 2010). The most obvious needs that were identified in the survey were flexibility, simplicity, time and price. The results also showed that users partially returned to the physical trade after the virus was no longer classified as a dangerous disease (Folkhälsomyndigheten, 2022). The needs that were directly linked to the crisis are therefore not likely to remain. A company with a lack of focus on consumer needs will suffer because consumers will seek other services that are more user friendly. When designing future food e-commerce it is important to fulfill all needs expressed by the target group, as these are crucial for users' User Experience (Geng & Guo, 2022), (Yu & Wu, 2010). A concrete example of this is a service which, according to the user, is perceived as affordable, fun and flexible and which can be used both in physical and digital stores. / Covid-19 bidrog till en omställning av människors liv över hela världen. Syftet med uppsatsen var att öka förståelsen för hur följden av Covid-19 påverkat unga vuxnas köpbeteende och användning av digitala mattjänster i Sverige, samt öka kunskapen och vikten av användarcentrerad design som till exempel User Experience. Detta undersöktes genom en kvalitativ metod. Sex informanter mellan åldrarna 18–34 bosatta i olika delar av Sverige intervjuades gällande köpbeteende och användning av digitala mattjänster innan, under och efter pandemin. Med avstamp i tidigare forskning kring, köpbeteende, Maslows behovshierarki kopplat till User Experience kunde resultatet användas för att skapa designförslag till framtida designers. Denna uppsats kom fram till att olika beteenden och behov har utvecklats hos användare till följd av Covid-19 eftersom alla reagerade och agerade olika på pandemin. Riskattityd och boendesituation var de största bidragande faktorerna (Marinković & Lazarević, 2021). För att lyckas med design av e-handelsplattformar med livsmedel bör de anpassas efter de personliga behoven och drivkrafterna (Yu & Wu, 2010). De tydligaste drivkrafterna som gick att identifiera i undersökningen var smidighet, enkelhet, tid och pris. Resultatet visade även att användare delvis återgick till fysisk handel efter att viruset inte längre klassades som en allmänfarlig sjukdom(Folkhälsomyndigheten, 2022). De behov som var direkt kopplade till krisen kommer sannolikt därför inte att kvarstå. Ett företag med bristande fokus på konsumentens behov blir lidande i form av att konsumenten söker sig till andra tjänster. Vid designandet av framtida e-handlar med livsmedel bör målgruppens samtliga behovsnivåer uppfyllas då dessa är avgörande för användares User Experience (Geng & Guo, 2022), (Yu & Wu, 2010). Ett konkret exempel på detta är en tjänst som enligt användaren upplevs som prisvärd, rolig och smidigt och som går att nyttja både i fysisk butik samt digitalt.
