The Sensitivity of Banks’ Stock Returns to Interest Rate Exposure : How Major Swedish Banks’ Stock Returns Are Affected by Changes in Interest Rates and in the Slope of the Yield Curve

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine how changes in long and short interest rates as well as in the slope of the yield curve affect the stock returns of the four major Swedish banks; Svenska Handelsbanken, Nordea Bank, Swedbank, and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken. Further, the aim of the research is to compare these findings to how the banks perceive that such changes affect their stock returns. The objective is thereof to detect differences and similarities between regressions and interviews, in order to contribute with insights to how the banks can handle their exposure to interest rate risk. Theoretical Framework: Previous research show that banks’ stock returns are affected by many factors, including cash flow news, interest rates, size of the business, and the macroeconomy as a whole. However, banks’ interest rate margins are set to market rates so these are more exposed to and affected by changes in interest rates, especially short ones, than are non-financial institutions. Furthermore, the low interest rate levels and forecasting errors that have been seen lately have contributed to greater uncertainty and higher risk exposures, making banks’ sensitivity increase. Methodology: A mixture of a qualitative and a quantitative methodology is used, where the former consists of interviewing the banks and the latter of regressions through secondary data from Thomson Reuters Eikon and the Riksbank. Conclusion: The major Swedish banks’ stock returns are generally affected by changes in short interest rates but not by changes in long interest rates, with the exception of Handelsbanken being impervious to all such changes. Swedbank’s stock returns are most sensitive than the other banks’ stock returns and it is the only bank affected by changes in the yield curve slope. However, the banks seem to perceive no crucial difference in how their stock returns are affected by changes in short interest rates and long interest rates, concluding that their perceptions of long interest rates are not as in line with our results as are their perceptions of short interest rates. However, it tends to be a more diffuse relationship between changes in long interest rates and stock returns than between changes in short interest rates and stock returns.

The dissertation thesis thoroughly examines the crime of legalization of proceeds of criminal activities (the crime of money laundering) as it is stipulated in the contemporary Czech Criminal Code. The crux of the thesis is an analysis of the most significant elements of the crime of money laundering that are legal objects (general values protected by criminal law), actus reus (physical elements of a crime), mens rea (mental elements of a crime) and offender (person who commits a crime). Within the framework of that analysis, all of the important and disputed questions relating to this crime are examined, e.g. a complex problem of legal objects of the crime of money laundering or a question of liability for so-called self-money laundering. The detailed analysis of the elements of the crime of money laundering is based on a research into the most important phenomenological aspects of money laundering (chiefly the grounds for money laundering, origin of money laundering and nature of the process of money laundering, including the means of realization of money laundering) and a research into the historical development of the elements of the crime of money laundering in the Czech legal order. Les travaux pr?sent?s ici ont permis d??tablir que les fibroblastes pulmonaires cultiv?s in vitro ? partir de poumon emphys?mateux pr?sentaient un ph?notype alt?r? dans le sens d?une perte de leur capacit? ? participer ? la r?g?n?ration et ? la r?paration des alv?oles : Ces cellules s?cr?taient ? un niveau faible ou non stimulable le Hepatocyte Growth Factor et le Keratinocyte Growth Factor (KGF), qui ciblent les cellules ?pith?liales et endoth?liales de l?alv?ole. Les donn?es physiopathologiques pr?sent?es dans ce m?moire pourraient contribuer ? l?identification de nouvelles cibles th?rapeutiques pour l?emphys?me. / The mechanisms of pulmonary emphysema, characterized by the destruction of alveolar walls, remain incompletely understood. Our hypothesis is that a deficiency in fibroblast-borne alveolar repair systems accounts partly for the constitution of lesions in this disease. In our experiments, we show that fibroblasts isolated in vitro from human emphysematous lung express the Hepatocyte Growth Factor and the Keratinocyte Growth Factor (KGF), which target alveolar epithelial and endothelial cells, at low or unstimulable levels. Additionally, emphysema fibroblasts did not increase their expression of elastin, the main component of the pulmonary extracellular matrix, in response to retinoic acid, due to a low expression of Cellular Retinoic Acid Binding Protein 2 (CRABP2). The role of KGF In alveolar homeostasis was demonstrated in vivo in the elastase-induced emphysema model: Mice treated with KGF before elastase instillation were protected against emphysema. CRABP2- knockout mice were not protected against emphysema in this model. Our pathophysiological data may help in the identification of novel therapeutic targets for emphysema.

Cette thèse consiste à expliquer les lacunes que connait le droit français en matière d'auto-incrimination. Cette notion est inexistante en france et ne permet pas d'assurer aux justiciables un respect des droits de la défense affirmé. En effet, l'absence de ce droit au sein du code de procédure pénale ou de tout autre texte français, pose difficultés car les droits de la défense ne sont pas pleinement garantis. Certains mécanismes sont donc validés alors qu'ils sont attentatoires. Il est impératif que cette notion, avec tous les aspects qu'elle englobe soit prise en compte en droit français. Si le système américain et canadien le privilégie tant c'est bien que ce droit de ne pas s'auto-incriminer requiert un développement approfondi. Il sera également important d'observer comment le doit pénal français tente de le contourner, notamment au regard de certaines alternatives au jugement tel que le plea-bargaining. La question sera donc de se demander s'il est préférable de privilégier une atteinte aux droits de la défense ou la peine qui peut en découler. / This thesis consists of explaining the shortcomings of French law in self-incrimination. This notion is non-existent in France and does not ensure that litigants respect the rights of the defense asserted. Indeed, the absence of this right in the Code of Criminal Procedure or any other French text poses difficulties because the rights of the defense are not fully guaranteed. Some mechanisms are validated while they are detrimental. It is imperative that this notion, with all the aspects it encompasses, be taken into account in French law. If the American and Canadian system privileges it so much it is good that this right not to incriminate itself requires a deep development. It will also be important to observe how the French criminal law attempts to circumvent it, especially with regard to some alternatives to judgment such as plea-bargaining. The question will therefore be whether it is preferable to favor an infringement of the rights of the defense or the sentence that may result from it

Esta pesquisa se situa na fronteira entre as artes cênicas e a psicologia, em especial a perspectiva semiótico-cultural. Temos por tema a relação entre a experiência corporal-estética e o formar-se (Bildung). Nosso foco está em pessoas que empreendem costumeiramente iniciativas de criação teatral, em especial aquelas que as tomem por atividades profissionais. Objetivamos responder à questão: Qual o papel da experiência corporal-estética na formação do ser-ator e nos seus processos de construção de conhecimento a respeito do seu potencial de ação simbólica? Utilizamos, para tanto, da explicitação e análise de parte das experiências práticas do Eu-Outro Núcleo de Pesquisa Cênica, quando da montagem de dois espetáculos teatrais - Favores da Lua o prólogo e O Touro Branco. Essas experiências ilustram três eixos de discussão teórica de que nos utilizamos para responder a questão central desta investigação: 1 a ideia de Merleau-Ponty (2006a; 2006b; 2011; 2012; 2013) de que o homem é um fenômeno senciente que persiste no tempo; 2 a aproximação que Gadamer (1985; 2008; 2010; 2011) faz entre as artes, o jogo e festa, de onde reconhecemos uma dupla possibilidade de experiência do tempo como linear e como cíclico e a repetição como categoria temporal das artes cênicas; 3 o desenvolvimento conceitual de Boesch (1991) sobre cultura e ação em articulação com as propostas de Elias (1993; 1994a; 1994b; 1998) sobre a inevitável interdependência constitutiva entre identidade de grupo e identidade pessoal. Concluímos existir um conhecimento inerente à criação teatral, que se refere a certo poder do ser sobre o mundo. Esse poder, quando alargado, reorganiza a existência senciente do ser e nisso estabelece novas possibilidades e limites para suas relações futuras com esse mesmo mundo. A formação, nesses termos, com que lidamos nesta pesquisa é, nos termos gadamerianos, um constante sair de si para voltar a si modificado / This research stands on the boundaries between scenic arts and the psychology, in particular the semiotic-cultural perspective. We have as a subject-matter the relationship between corporal-aesthetic experience and the Bildung. Our focus is on people that get involved with theatrical creative processes, particularly those who consider them as professional activities. Our goal is to answer the question: Which is the role of corporal-aesthetic experience in the bildung of being-actor and in the processes of making-knowledge regarding to his potential of symbolic action? We use, therefore, the explanation and analysis of practical experiences of I-Other Nucleus of Scenic Research, while set up of two theater shows - \"Favours of the Moon - the prologue\" and \"The White Bull\". These experiences illustrate three areas of theoretical discussion that we use to answer the central question of this research: 1 - the idea by Merleau-Ponty (2006a, 2006b, 2011; 2012; 2013) that man is a sentient phenomenon that persists over time; 2 the approximation that Gadamer (1985; 2008, 2010, 2011) makes between the arts, play and party, where we recognize the possibility of a dual experience of time - as linear and cyclic - and the repetition as a temporal category of scenic arts; 3 - the conceptual development by Boesch (1991) on culture and action, which we articulate with the proposals by Elias (1993, 1994a, 1994b, 1998) on the inevitable constitutive interdependence between both group and personal identity. We conclude there is an inherent knowledge to the theatrical creation, which refers to a certain power of being on the world. This power, when extended, reorganizes the sentient existence of being and that establishes new limits and possibilities for his future relationship with the world. Comportamentos sexuais não convencionais e correlações com parâmetros de saúde física, mental e sexual em amostra de 7.022 mulheres e homens das cinco regiões brasileiras / Unconventional sexual behaviors and their correlations with physical, mental and sexual health parameters in a sample of 7.022 women and men from Brazilian regions

INTRODUÇÃO: A literatura apresenta estudos sobre parafilias, transtornos relacionados às parafilias e compulsão sexual, mas não contém pesquisas sobre a freqüência destas práticas sexuais na população em geral. Este estudo investiga a associação destas práticas a parâmetros sócio- demográficos e de saúde física, mental e sexual, em amostra da população do Brasil. MÉTODOS: O Estudo da Vida Sexual do Brasileiro (EVSB) é um estudo transversal, de 7.022 indivíduos (45,4% de mulheres) realizado através de um questionário auto-responsivo de 87 itens sobre aspectos sócio-demográficos e de hábitos e comportamento sexuais. Com a amostra desse estudo, foi realizada a comparação entre indivíduos com referência a pelo menos um comportamento sexual não convencional - sexo grupal, sexo a três, troca de casais, incesto, sexo com animais, com fetiches, com troca de insultos ou agressões, com recebimento de dinheiro, com componentes exibicionistas ou voyeuristas - (grupo 1) e indivíduos sem referência a qualquer uma destas práticas (grupo 2). RESULTADOS: 1. Os comportamentos sexuais não convencionais foram mais freqüentes entre os homens (52,3%) do que entre as mulheres (30,4%); p<0,001. 2. Comportamento fetichista (13,4%), voyeurista (13,0%) e incesto (11,3%) foram os mais freqüentes, enquanto receber dinheiro por sexo (4,8%), relação sexual com animais (3,2%) e troca de casais (3,1%), os menos freqüentes. 3. O grupo 1 teve média de idade menor que o grupo 2, tanto para mulheres (35,0 vs 35,9 anos; p<0,05) como para homens (36,5 vs 37,8 anos; p<0,05). 4. O modelo final de regressão logística multivariado mostrou associação de comportamento sexual não convencional com as seguintes variáveis: gênero masculino (O.R.=2,3; IC95%=2,0 -2,6; p<0,001); estado civil: casado (O.R.=1,0; referência), solteiro (O.R.=1,2; IC 95%=1,0 - 1,4; p<0,05), divorciado ou separado (O.R.=1,4; IC95%=1,1 - 1,8; p<0,01); raça: branca (O.R.=1,0; referência), negra (O.R.=1,4; IC95%=1,0 - 1,9; p<0,05), parda (O.R.=1,4; IC95%=1,1 - 1,7; p<0,01); nível educacional: superior (O.R.=1,0; referência), médio (O.R.=1,2; IC95%=1,1 - 1,5; p<0,01), fundamental (O.R.=1,7; IC95%=1,3 - 2,3; p<0,001); tratamento para transtorno do estresse pós-traumático (O.R.=1,4; IC95%=1,1 - 1,8; p<0,05); tratamento para dependência por álcool (O.R.=2,0; IC95%=1,1 - 3,8; p<0,05); contracepção de emergência (O.R.=1,8; IC95%=1,4 - 2,2; p<0,001); dificuldades no início da vida sexual (O.R.=1,3; IC95%=1,2 - 1,5; p<0,001); violência sexual sofrida (O.R.=2,2; IC95%=1,5 - 3,2; p<0,001); orientação sexual: heterossexual (O.R.=1,0; referência), bissexual (O.R.=3,6; IC95%=1,9 - 6,6; p<0,001); realizar sexo anal (O.R.=2,0; IC95%=1,7 - 2,3; p<0,001); realizar sexo oral (O.R.=1,2; IC95%=1,1 - 1,5; p<0,01). CONCLUSÕES: estes comportamentos devem ser valorizados na clínica uma vez que os indivíduos que os referiram apresentaram indicativos negativos de condições sócio-econômicas e de saúde física, mental e sexual. / INTRODUCTION: The literature presents studies about paraphilias, upsets related to paraphilias and sexual compulsion, but does not contain researches on the frequency of the current sexual practices in non-clinical samples. This study investigated the association of these practices for social- demographic and physical, mental and sexual health parameters, in a populational sample of Brazil. METHODS: The Brazilian Sexual Life Study (BSLS) is a transversal study, of 7.022 individuals (45.4% of women) accomplished through a self-responsive questionnaire of 87 items regarding social-demographic aspects and sexual behavior habits. With this study sample was performed a comparison between individuals with reference to at least one unconventional sexual behavior - pertaining to a group sex, sex to three, couples´ switch, incest, sex with animals, with fetishes, with insults or aggressions exchange, with money receiving, with exhibitionists or voyeuristic components - (Group 1) and individuals without reference to any of these practices (Group 2). RESULTS: 1. Unconventional sexual behaviors (USB) were more frequent among men (52.3%) than among women (30.4%); p<0.001. 2. Fetishist behavior (13.4%), voyeurism (13.0%) and incest (11.3%) were the most frequent ones, while receiving money for sex (4.8%), sexual intercourse with animals (3.2%) and couples\' switch (3.1%) the least frequent. 3. Group 1 had a lower average age than Group 2, so much for women 35.0 vs. 35.9 years (p<0.05) as well as for men 36.5 vs. 37.8 years (p<0.05). 4. The final model of multivariate logistics regression showed an association of unconventional sexual behavior with the next variables: masculine gender (O.R. = 2.3; IC 95% = 2.0 - 2.6 (p<0.001); marital status: married (O.R. = 1.0; Reference), single (O.R. = 1.2; IC 95% = 1.0 - 1.4; p<0.05), divorced or separated (O.R. = 1.4; IC 95% = 1.1 - 1.8; p<0,01); race: white (O.R. = 1.0; Reference), black (O.R. = 1.4; IC 95% = 1.0 - 1.9; p<0,05), mulatto (O.R. = 1.4; IC 95% = 1.1 - 1.7; p<0,01); educational level: superior (O.R. = 1.0; Reference), medium (O.R. = 1.2; IC95% = 1.1 - 1.5; p<0.01), fundamental (O.R. = 1.7; IC 95% =1.3 - 2.3; p<0,001); post- traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) treatment (O.R. = 1.4; IC 95%=1.1 - 1.8; p<0.05); alcohol dependence treatment (O.R. = 2.0; IC 95% = 1.1 - 3.8; p<0.05); emergency contraception (O.R. = 1.8; IC 95% =1.4 - 2.2; p<0.001); difficulty at the beginning of the sexual life (O.R. = 1.3; IC 95 % = 1.2 - 1.5; p<0.001); sexual violence (O.R. = 2.2; IC 95% = 1.5 - 3.2; p<0.001); sexual orientation: heterosexual (O.R. = 1.0; Reference), bisexual (O.R. = 3.6; IC 95 % = 1.9 - 6.6; p<0.001); performance of anal (O.R. = 2.0; IC 95 % = 1.7 - 2.3; p<0,001) or oral intercourse (O.R. = 1.2; IC 95 % = 1.1 -1.5; p<0.01). CONCLUSIONS: These behaviors should be clinically prized because individuals who presented them showed negative indicative of socioeconomic terms and of physical, mental and sexual health.

Tendo como pressuposto o papel ativo das classes populares em sua própria educação, a presente tese procurou compreender e explicitar as experiências educacionais destes sujeitosna corte/capital federal e província/estado do Rio de Janeiro na segunda metade do século XIX e primeiros anos do século XX. Tais experiências foram apreendidas em três acontecimentos históricos: nas associações de trabalhadores, na imprensa operária e nas lutas por escolarização levadas a cabo por chefes de família e pais de família nas freguesias suburbanas e rurais da corte e da província do Rio de Janeiro. Nesses espaços pudemos identificar o que chamamos do educar-se das classes populares oitocentistas e suas representações de educação. A análise de estatutos e relatórios das associações de trabalhadores, pareceres do Conselho de Estado do Império recomendando a aprovação ou recusa desses estatutos, dos jornais produzidos por trabalhadores e dos abaixo-assinados pedindo ao Estado Imperial a abertura ou reabertura de escolas, permitiu-nos afirmar a importância das lutas das classes populares, desde pelo menos a segunda metade do século XIX na transformação dostatus da educação oferecida ao povo de dádiva a direito. / The main objective of this thesis was to enumerate and make a comprehensive analyzes of the educational experiences of the popular classes in the court/federal capital and province/state of Rio de Janeiro during the second half of the nineteenth-century and the first years of the twentieth-century assuming the active role of the popular classes in their own education. Such experiences were learned from three historical events: the workers associations; the workers press; and the movements for education leaded by householders in the suburban and rural parish of the court and the province of Rio de Janeiro. In these groups we were able to identify what we have called auto-education of the popular classes of the nineteenth-century and its educational representations. Analyzes of the statutes and reports from the workers associations and the resolutions from the imperial Council recommending or not its approval, the newspapers produced by workers and the petitions demanding from the imperial state the opening and reopening of schools allowed us to reaffirm the importance of the struggles of the popular classes, since at least the second half of the nineteenth-century, to transform the status of the education offered to the popular classes from a gift to a right.

Conhecimentos fortuitos no processo penal: critérios de admissibilidade / Fortuitous knowledge in criminal proceedings: admissibility criteria

O presente trabalho tem por objeto o estudo dos conhecimentos obtidos de forma fortuita, através da realização legal de um meio de obtenção de prova autorizado judicialmente, que não se reportam ao crime cuja investigação legitimou a medida restritiva. A fim de viabilizar essa abordagem foi necessário rever alguns conceitos relacionados à noção de prova no processo penal, que se colocam como pontos de partida para o enfrentamento do assunto. Na sequência, os conhecimentos fortuitos são inseridos no tema da obtenção da prova criminal, ligada à proteção da intimidade e da privacidade, tendo como foco principal a interceptação das comunicações telefônicas e a busca domiciliar. Para tanto, toma-se em consideração o princípio da especialidade da prova, que justifica que a limitação a direitos fundamentais esteja restrita e vinculada à apuração do crime que ensejou tal intervenção, motivo pelo qual o direito ao sigilo das comunicações e o direito à inviolabilidade da intimidade e do domicílio são analisados sob a perspectiva do panorama constitucional e legal brasileiro. A questão passa necessariamente pela análise do tema no Direito Comparado e pelo levantamento das diversas manifestações encontradas na doutrina e na jurisprudência nacional sobre a problemática, sobretudo em razão do silêncio legislativo quanto à solução jurídica da questão no ordenamento pátrio. Assim, após afastar as teses que defendem a negação absoluta dos conhecimentos fortuitos ou sua valoração sem restrições, conclui pela necessidade de se delimitar as fronteiras entre os conhecimentos imputados à própria investigação e aqueles que, inversamente, se levam em conta de conhecimentos fortuitos, socorrendo-se para tanto de um critério objetivo que concretize essa distinção. Isto porque, dela dependerá o tratamento a ser conferido aos conhecimentos obtidos em investigação de crime diverso, no que se refere à sua admissibilidade no processo e sua valoração pelo julgador como elemento de prova, apto à demonstração do delito casualmente descoberto, ou sua eventual utilização como mera notícia de crime formadora de indício. Por fim, são enfrentadas questões específicas suscitadas durante o desenvolvimento do estudo, e que colocam à prova o critério adotado. / The present paper has as its aim the study of knowledge obtained from fortuitous way through a legal means of obtaining evidence legally authorized, that does not relate to the crime which investigation legitimized the restraint measure. In order to make this approach it was necessary to review some concepts related to the notion of evidence in criminal proceedings, which arise as starting points for the confrontation of the subject. In the continuation, the fortuitous knowledge is inserted into the topic of obtaining criminal evidence, linked to the protection of privacy and intimacy, having as its main focus the interception of telephone communications and home search. To do so, it is taken into account the principle of specialty of evidence, which justifies that limiting the fundamental rights is restricted and tied to the investigation of the crime that resulted in such an intervention, which is why the right to confidentiality of communications and the right to inviolability of domicile and intimacy are analyzed from the perspective of constitutional and legal Brazilian panorama. The question goes necessarily through by examining the topic in Comparative Law and the survey of various manifestations found in doctrine and national case law on the issue, especially in view of the legislative silence as to the legal solution of the matter in land use. Sociální práce v kontextu brzkého zakládání rodin v sociálně vyloučených lokalitách / Social Work in the Context of Early Formation of Family in Socially Excluded Localities

This thesis deals with the social work in the context of early formation of family in socially excluded localities. In the first part of the thesis there is theoretical basis in which the basic terms are described and the main factors of social exclusion are distinguished. The second, empirical part, presents processed results which are chronologically divided into four consecutive chapters which follow the sequence of events directly connected with early parenting. Three-stage coding - open, axial and selective - was used. The aim of this work was to find out the reasons for adolescent girls living in socially excluded localities to start a family early, to summarize the opportunities of preventing the emergence of socially undesirable phenomena and to identify the key sources of support in managing child care. The main result of the research is finding out, that the most important influence on the circumstances connected to early parenting is undoubtedly the family and following its model. The mothers family and her partner are then the main sources from which can the young primiparas draw. The prevention of socially undesirable phenomena is adequate and appropriately mediated sexual education of underage girls and boys. Higher education can also be considered a protective factor. However the most important support of a young family does not consist in the amount and quality of social worker interventions but in the families the young parents come from. The families take care of the intergenerational transfer of childcare capacity and they are also involved in direct care to a great extent. So the family is on one hand a model due to which we can encouter higher birth rates of adolescent girls in socially excluded localities, on the other hand it can be considered the most valuable source of support for these girls. The present state can be considered looped and a solution is as uncertain as in the vicious circle of whole social exclusion.

Through his memories, trajectories and life histories we investigate his being and become an alternating teacher, understood both as a field of study and as being able to alternate between different universes. Therefore, we have the objective of knowing the alternating life of the natural science monitors in the EFAs of the REFAISA network, during the construction of their being and becoming a professional of the field, based on their trajectories / stories of life. It is a qualitative research, based on the concepts of memory, (auto) biography, life history and narratives. Semi-structured interviews were carried out to collect data. For the analysis of the data generated, we tried to appropriate the idea of experience, Jorge Larrosa and Professorality, by Marcos Villela Pereira, and also wanted to listen to our participants, so we felt obliged to work all issues that somehow affect them. From the analysis of the data, we can conclude that much of this being and becoming a teacher is permeated by experiences that are touching him along his trajectories, whether personal or professional, which leads to the construction of a qualityality, which is the difference in itself, and even when and I want to follow models, to be equal to others, I can not, because I build myself the teacher / monitor that I can, and this achievement is linked to what affects me, what happens to me In the case of EFAs feel more comfortable as a teacher or monitor is connected to the trajectory, a history built in contact with the family, in school as a student and then as a teacher, in their initial and continued formation. Our life is an eternal game, where we are influenced by ideas, brands that we carry from our lives and often we want to be equal to people who are considered important, however, our differences project us to other ways, to be unique, to change, with that our life is unstable and as a teacher we need to eternally rebuild ourselves. / Esta disserta??o apresenta as narrativas (auto)biogr?ficas de quatro monitores e de uma monitora da ?rea de ci?ncias naturais. Por meio de suas mem?rias, trajet?rias e hist?rias de vida, investigamos o seu ser e tornar-se docente em altern?ncia, entendida tanto como campo de estudo quanto como poder alternar entre universos distintos. Por isso, temos o objetivo de conhecer a vida em altern?ncia dos monitores/as da ?rea de ci?ncias naturais, nas EFAs da rede REFAISA, durante a constru??o do seu ser e tornar-se profissional do campo, com base nas suas trajet?rias/hist?rias de vida. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, embasada nos conceitos de mem?ria, (auto)biografia, hist?ria de vida e narrativas. Para a coleta de dados, foram realizadas entrevistas semi-estruturadas. Para a an?lise dos dados gerados, tentamos nos apropriar da ideia de experi?ncia, de Jorge Larrosa e de professoralidade, de Marcos Villela Pereira, e tamb?m quer?amos escutar os/as nossos/as participantes, por isso, sentimo-nos na obriga??o de trabalhar todas as quest?es que, de certa forma, lhes afetam. A partir da an?lise dos dados, conseguimos concluir que muito desse ser e tornar-se docente est? perpassado por experi?ncias que v?o lhe tocando ao longo das suas trajet?rias, sejam elas pessoais ou profissionais, o que levam a constru??o de uma professoralidade, que ? a diferen?a em si, e mesmo quando e quero seguir modelos, ser igual a outros/as, eu n?o consigo, pois eu construo em mim o/a professor/a-monitor/a que consigo, e esse conseguir est? ligado ao que me afeta, ao que me passa. No caso das EFAs, sentir-se mais confort?vel como professor/a ou monitor/a est? ligado ? trajet?ria, a uma hist?ria constru?da em contato com a fam?lia, na escola enquanto estudante e depois enquanto docente, na sua forma??o inicial e continuada. A nossa vida ? um eterno jogo, onde somos influenciados por ideias, por marcas que carregamos das nossas vidas; muitas vezes queremos ser iguais a pessoas que s?o tidas como importantes, no entanto, as nossas diferen?as nos projetam para outros caminhos, para sermos ?nicos, para mudarmos. Com isso, a nossa vida ? inst?vel e, enquanto docente, precisamos eternamente nos reconstruir.
