O corpus analisado constituiu-se no ?nterim da interven??o e enseja as respostas a um question?rio semiestruturado, quatorze artigos de opini?o e tr?s debates regrados, produzidos pelos estudantes, al?m das videograva??es de dez sess?es e notas pessoais referentes a outras seis, totalizando dezesseis sess?es observadas no decurso do ano letivo de 2014. Como principais refer?ncias te?ricas tomamos o estudo das compet?ncias e da argumenta??o, na perspectiva do sociointeracionismo discursivo. Na an?lise dos dados tomamos de empr?stimo o princ?pio da categoriza??o, optando pela apresenta??o cr?tico-descritiva e nos foram revelados, por via dosind?cios categorizados, que dentre os fatores intervenientes no processo estudado, afigura-se com maior relev?ncia a constitui??o de uma comunidade intelectual efetiva, a qual re?ne em constante intera??o os sujeitos, que se alternam assumindo as condi??es de oradores e deaudit?rio. A constitui??o dessa comunidade depende em muito da media??o docente e se faz imprescind?vel ? (re)elabora??o da compet?ncia estudada, nas intera??es por ela proporcionadas os sujeitos aprendem e desenvolvem sua compet?ncia, reformulando os limites de sua zona de desenvolvimento proximal. / In order to understand the factors involved in the improvement process of argumentative competence by students of 2nd year of high school, we undertook a qualitative approach research and interventional nature, during which we adopted the conduct of participant observation in a school belonging to the state schools of Rio Grande do Norte, located on the outskirts of the city of Natal. The analyzed corpus consisted in the interim intervention and entails the answers to a semi-structured questionnaire, fourteen opinion articles and three regrados debates, produced by the students, in addition to video recordings of ten sessions and personal notes pertaining to another six, totaling sixteen sessions observed during the school year 2014. As the most important bibliographical references we study skills and reasoning from the perspective of discursive social interactionism. Analyzing the data we loan the principle of categorization, opting for critical-descriptive presentation and were revealed to us, via the classified evidences, that among the factors involved in the study process, it appears with more relevance to set up an effective intellectual community, which meets in constant interaction subjects, which alternate assuming the conditions of speakers and audience. The constitution of this community depends largely on the teaching mediation and is indispensable to the (re)design of the studied competence, in interactions with her the subjects afforded learn and develop their competence, reshaping the limits of their zone of proximal development.

Embora a origem desses excessos permanece incerto, ? plaus?vel que eles surgem a partir de discos de detritos em torno destas estrelas. O presente estudo traz uma pesquisa in?dita na busca de excesso de IR m?dio em estrelas evolu?das simples e bin?rias do tipo espectral F, G e K das classes de luminosidade IV, III, II e Ib. Para este estudo, utilizamos dados fotom?tricos do WISE e 2MASS para uma amostra de 3000 estrelas evolu?das, com magnitude visual at? 6,5. Como principais resultados, verificou-se que a frequ?ncia de estrelas evolu?das mostrando excesso de IR m?dio e aumentos excessivos das classes de luminosidade IV e III para as classes de luminosidade II e Ib. Al?m disso, n?o existe uma clara diferen?a entre a presen?a de excesso de IV em sistemas bin?rios e ?nico para todas as classes de luminosidade analisados. / Debris discs are commonly detected orbiting main-sequence stars, but little is known regarding their fate as stars evolve along subgiant and giant stages. Jones (2008) has found strong evidence on the presence of mid-IR excess in G and K stars of luminosity class III, using photometric data from the Two-Micron All-Sky Survey (2MASS) and GLIMPSE catalogues. While the origin of these excesses remains uncertain, it is plausible that they arise from debris discs around these stars. The present study brings an unprecedent survey in the search for mid-IR excess among single and binary F, G and K-type evolved stars of luminosity classes IV, III, II and Ib. For this study, we use WISE and 2MASS photometric data for a sample of 3000 evolved stars, complete up to visual magnitude of 6.5. As major results, we found that the frequency of evolved stars showing mid-IR WISE excess increases from the luminosity classes IV and III to luminosity classes II and Ib. In addition, there is no clear difference between the presence of IR excess in binary and single stars for all the analyzed luminosity classes.

In this sense, makes us reflect on the educational communication as dialogue, especially differentiate the transmission of information from mass media to focus the parties, and especially the interaction process characterized by Bakhtin / Voloshinov (2004; 2011 ) in dialogic field and defended by Freire (1985; 1988; 2004; 2005) in the educational context. For this direction, this research has as study object the educomunicativas practices for the implementation of school radio in NGO - ADIC-RN - Association for the Development of Initiatives and Citizenship of Rio Grande do Norte - and how the actors involved become active subject of communication itself in their school daily practices and society. In the methodology, we adopted a qualitative research of the ethnographic type, through questionnaires, interviews and participant observation. We support our research in the constructs adopted by the interrelationship between communication and education authors such us: Kaplun (1992; 1996;) Martin-Barbero (2006; 2014); In addition to the educational communication processes, Soares (1999; 2000; 2011), Schaun (2002a; 2002b), Citelli (2000; 2001; 2011), Cossani (2012), and others promoted by the communication expansion in the ecosystem of the educational space to encourage skills from the radio, considering the importance of this medium for the formation of citizenship the results pointed us that the studies of Education and Communication produced in the sectors of informal education, have been contributing to the learning in the constitution of the reflective subject through the attitudes of the Educommunicator.

Dessa forma, os procedimentos adotados se constru?ram a partir da an?lise da Reforma Curricular. Evidenciamos que a Reforma, ao desenhar o curr?culo do Ensino M?dio, toma por base conceitos sobre o trabalho, numa perspectiva de que o trabalhador possa se adaptar com flexibilidade ?s novas condi??es impostas pela reestrutura??o produtiva. Consideramos que a falta de clareza te?rica sobre o princ?pio da interdisciplinaridade, bem como as contradi??es que se d?o no ?mbito das rela??es sociais de produ??o capitalista, contribuem para a formula??o de pol?ticas educacionais e propostas pedag?gicas pouco esclarecedoras em rela??o a esse princ?pio, tendo como principal consequ?ncia representa??es amb?guas e idealizadas. Identificamos que, historicamente, a articula??o entre curr?culo e trabalho, no Brasil, tem oscilado entre o academicismo artificial e a profissionaliza??o estreita. Conclu?mos que o trabalho numa perspectiva interdisciplinar, situa-se dentro de uma complexa rede de media??es e tens?es entre as diferentes esferas da sociedade. Ressaltamos que a constru??o da pesquisa emp?rica, foi um processo limitador e reducionista devido as condi??es de realiza??o do Dinter, deixando, portanto, lacunas que podem ainda ser suprimidas. / In this research we analyze the principle of interdisciplinarity in the Curricular Reform of Secondary Education, in legal documents and University College Maranh?o (COLUN). For this, we seek: to investigate, in a critical perspective, the proposed adoption of interdisciplinarity as the centerpiece of the reform, which is supported by Law n? 9.394/96, the Opinion n? 15/98 Resolution n? 03/98 and Resolution n? 02/2012 and reflect on the conditions of its effectiveness in the State of Maranh?o reality. From this perspective, the survey incorporated a review of the legal provisions and review of educational literature that contributed to the historical analysis and critical discourse present in legal documents. Thus, the procedures adopted were built from the Curriculum Reform analysis. We showed that the Reformation, when drawing the high school curriculum is based on concepts of work, a prospect that workers can adapt flexibly to the new conditions imposed by the productive restructuring. We believe that the lack of theoretical clarity on the principle of interdisciplinarity, as well as the contradictions that occur within the social relations of capitalist production, contribute to the formulation of educational policies and pedagogical proposals little enlightening in relation to this principle, the main result ambiguous and idealized representations. We found that, historically, the relationship between curriculum and work in Brazil has been fluctuating between the artificial scholarship and narrow professionalization. We conclude that the work in an interdisciplinary perspective, is located within a complex network of mediations and tensions between the different spheres of society. This work constitutes an activity at the same time theoretical and practical. We emphasize that the construction of empirical research has been a limiting and reductionist process because the conditions for implementing the Dinter, leaving therefore gaps that may still be deleted.

Estudos internacionais realizados nos ?ltimos dez anos evidenciam associa??o de aspectos psicol?gicos e sociais no comportamento suicida de pessoas transg?nero. N?o foram encontrados no Brasil estudos que tenham rastreado e avaliado os aspectos associados ? Idea??o Suicida (IS) nesse p?blico. Objetivo: Analisar a associa??o entre IS e os aspectos sociodemogr?ficos, de sa?de-doen?a, de depress?o, de viol?ncia e comportamento suicida em pessoas transg?nero. M?todo: Trata-se de um estudo com abordagem quantitativa, do tipo descritivo-anal?tico e transversal, desenvolvido junto a quatro Organiza??es N?o Governamentais (ONGs) de Direitos de Pessoas Travestis e Transexuais no Rio Grande do Norte. A popula??o foi constitu?da por 58 sujeitos. A coleta de dados ocorreu no per?odo de novembro de 2015 a junho de 2016, utilizando-se tr?s instrumentos espec?ficos: (1) Escala de Idea??o Suicida de Beck; (2) Invent?rio de Depress?o de Beck; e (3) Question?rio de informa??es sociodemogr?ficas, de sa?de-doen?a, viol?ncia e comportamento suicida. Os dados coletados foram organizados e armazenados em um banco de dados constru?do no software Microsoft Office Excel? vers?o 2016, com dupla digita??o e, posteriormente, importados para o software R vers?o 3.3.1 para realiza??o de testes. Para a an?lise descritiva, consideraram-se as frequ?ncias absolutas e relativas, medidas de tend?ncia central e de dispers?o. Para verificar a associa??o das vari?veis, aplicou-se o Teste Qui-Quadrado de Pearson para Independ?ncia e, quando os pr?-requisitos para o teste n?o foram atendidos, aplicouse o Teste Exato de Fisher. Adotou-se o n?vel de signific?ncia de 5%. O estudo foi autorizado pelas ONGs colaboradoras, aprovado pelo Comit? de ?tica em Pesquisas e todos os participantes assinaram o TCLE. Resultados: IS foi presente em 41,38% dos participantes, entre os quais prevaleceram as seguintes caracter?sticas: identidade de g?nero transexual (62,07%); sujeitos jovens com faixaet?ria de 18 aos 29 anos (68,97%); solteiros (81,03%); escolaridade menor ou igual a ensino m?dio (77,59%); ra?a negra ou parda (68,97%); em atividade de prostitui??o (29,31%) ou sem ocupa??o laboral (17,24%); e com renda mensal de at? um sal?rio m?nimo (44,83%). Verificou-se associa??o estatisticamente significante com a presen?a de IS as seguintes vari?veis: n?veis de depress?o (p=0,002); viol?ncia escolar (p=0,012); expuls?o do n?cleo familiar em raz?o da identidade de g?nero (p=0,020); hist?rico de tentativa de suic?dio (p=0,008); e intensidade da vontade de morrer na ?ltima tentativa de suic?dio (p=0,028). A IS n?o se associou aos aspectos sociodemogr?ficos nem de sa?de-doen?a. Conclus?es: Os resultados alertam para a necessidade da implementa??o, em car?ter de urg?ncia, de interven??es que objetivem o controle da IS, enquanto agravo ? Sa?de P?blica, na popula??o estudada. / Introduction: Millions of suicides and parasuicides occur all over the world, every year, which are issues recognized as a Public Health priority. In the last decade, international researches have been demonstrating associations among psychological and social aspects in the suicidal behavior of transgender people. In Brazil, there are no researches that have tracked and evaluated the aspects associated to the Suicide Ideation (SI) among these people. Objective: To analyze the association among Suicidal Ideation and the aspects related to the issues: sociodemographic; healthillness; depression; violence and suicidal behavior in transgender people Method: This research presents a quantitative approach, descriptive-analytical and transversal type; which was developed with the collaboration of four Non- Governmental Organizations (NGOs) concerning the Civil Rights of Transvestite and Transsexual People in the State of Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. This population was constituted by 58 individuals. Data collection occurred between November, 2015 and June, 2016. Three specific instruments have been used: (1) Beck?s Suicidal Ideation Scale; (2) Beck Depression Inventory; and (3) a Questionnaire involving sociodemographic, health-illness, violence and suicide information behavior. The collected data were organized and stored in a database built in the software Microsoft Office Excel?version 2016, with double entry; these data were then imported into the software R version 3.3.1 to provide tests realization. Regarding the descriptive analysis, the following criteria were considered: relative and absolute frequency and measures of central and dispersion tendency. In order to verify the association among the variables, Pearson's Chi-Square Test of Independence was used, and when the prerequisites weren?t met, Fisher's Exact Test was applied instead. It was adopted a 5% significance level. The study was authorized by the collaborative NGOs, approved by the Research Ethics Committee, and all participants signed a Free Informed Term of Consent. Results: SI was detected in 41,38% of the participants, among them prevailed the following characteristics: transsexual gender identity (62,07%); young individuals ? age range varying from 18 to 29 years old (68,97%); singles (81,03%); educational level ? high school or lower (77,59%); black or brown race (68,97%); under prostitution activities (29,31%) or without any occupation (17,24%); and with a monthly income up to the Brazilian minimum wage (44,83%).It was verified an association, statistically significant, regarding the presence of SI and the following variables: depression levels (p=0,002); school violence (p=0,012); expulsion from the family environment due to the gender identity (p=0,020); suicide attempts background (p=0,008): and dying wishing intensity during the last suicide attempt (p=0,028). SI was not associated to the sociodemographic aspects, neither to the health-illness ones. Conclusions: The results alert to the need of interventions implementation, under an urgent status, which would aim SI control, as damage to the Public Health, on the researched population.

A proposta surge como uma alternativa para diminuir os altos ?ndices de abandono, evas?o e de repet?ncia dos trabalhadores estudantes, uma problem?tica recorrente e com forte preju?zo nesse n?vel de ensino. A pesquisa parte do princ?pio de que o EMN n?o pode ser pensado como continuidade do ensino regular diurno, uma vez que os sujeitos t?m caracter?sticas, aspira??es e interesses bem diversificados, o que exige uma escola com um projeto respeitoso ?s necessidades do trabalhador estudante, no que tange ? carga hor?ria, ? organiza??o curricular, ?s metodologias de ensino e ao sistema avaliativo. Isso implica conceber uma estrutura formativa diferenciada (curr?culo, conte?dos, metas, entre outros) que reflita os interesses dos envolvidos, sem ser uma mera repeti??o da escola diurna. Conferir ao EMN uma identidade diferenciada passa por (re) pens?-lo no contexto real em que se insere, o que exige profundas modifica??es no sistema pol?tico, pedag?gico e ideol?gico que o sustenta. A ades?o ? proposta por parte dos educadores envolvidos levou-os a mudar suas pr?ticas pedag?gicas no espa?o escolar para melhorar a aprendizagem deles pr?prios e dos estudantes. Essa experi?ncia revela-se como pertinente e aparece como uma poss?vel pol?tica estadual em expans?o desde 2007. A an?lise dos dados leva em considera??o as Orienta??es Curriculares para o Ensino M?dio Noturno do Rio Grande do Norte, question?rios aplicados aos educadores e aos trabalhadores estudantes, e relat?rios das escolas envolvidas no projeto com base na An?lise de Conte?do de Bardin (2010) e no software Modalisa 6.0, desenvolvido por professores pesquisadores da Universidade de Paris 8. / This work is an analysis of the School Curriculum Proposal for the Night-time Secondary Education (EMN) which has been developed in eleven schools belonging to the public school network of the State of Rio Grande do Norte. This proposal arises out of an attempt to finding alternative solutions for bringing down the high rates of school drop-outs, absentees and repetition of the school year by student workers, a recurrent problem which has enormous negative impact on this type of education. With a view to changing this picture, the research has to be based on the premise that the EMN should not be seen as a continuation of the day-time education, having in mind that the night-time students present specific characteristics which have a bearing on the time allocated to classes, school curriculum organization, teaching methodologies and evaluation system. This presupposes a diversified education structure (school curriculum, contents, goals, inter alia), reflecting the interests of those involved and which should not merely entail a school education culture. To confer a diversified identity to EMN implies its insertion into the real-life context, a task which may require fundamental changes in the political, pedagogical, and ideological systems which sustain it. The embracement of the Proposal by the education professionals involved led them to change their own pedagogical practices in the school space to better improve their own learning and that of their students. The resulting experience is a pertinent one and emerges as a state policy in expansion since 2007. The theoretical foundation to back the research relies on the ideas of Gramsci Unitary School (1987, 1991, 2006); the critical school curriculum of Sacrist?n (2000, 2002, 2006, 2008), Apple (2001, 2002) and Bourdieu (2003, 2006, 2008); and the ideas of Teachers Training and Professionalization articulated by Ramalho, N??ez e Gauthier (2004), amongst others. The data analysis takes into account the School Curricula Orientations for the Night-time Secondary Education of the State of Rio Grande do Norte, questionnaires applied to teachers and to student workers and reports of the schools involved in the project, following the perspective of the Content Analysis of Bardin (2010) and the software Modalisa 6.0 developed by Paris 8 University.

At this point, the main objective of the research is to analyze the effectiveness of the degree course in Social Sciences of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) at the knowledgement of teaching practice in High School. To reach this purpose, has been seeked to indicate some influences of modern scientific thinking in the academic universe, and the paradox present in the process of modern rationality regarding its positive and negative effects and the tradition of baccalaureate and credentialism in the country. We also seek to update the political and social scenario in which the school discipline "Sociology" is inserted today in Brazil, as well as to consider how the university was constituted, its autonomy, forms of structure, productivist logic and teaching corporatism. In addition to this purpose, we do an approximation with the origin of Sociology, its presence in Brazil and the historical context of the teaching of Social Sciences in the country. Has been used official documents about the teaching of Sociology in Basic Education, such as the Law of Directives and Bases of Education (LDB n? 9.394 / 96), National Curricular Guidelines for High School (DCNEM) (BRASIL, 2013), National Curricular Guidelines (CPN) (BRASIL, 2006), National Curricular Parameters for Higher Education (NCPs) (BRASIL, 2006), Complementary Educational Guidelines for National Curricular Parameters (NCPs) (BRASIL, 2002), Candido (2006), Chevallard (1988), Fernandes (1955, 1975, 1978, 2004), and others Almeida (2012), Foucault (1975), Freire (1987), Liedke Filho (2005), Lima (2014), Marx and Engels (1965), Menezes (2009), Mignolo (2008a, 2008b), Moraes (2009, 2011), Moreira and Candau (2008), Morin (2003), Oliveira (2015), Santos, B. (2008), Serres (2013), Tardif (2002) and Weber (2007). Walking to this direction, the central idea of the research is appointed: to understand to what extent the undergraduate degree in Social Sciences of UFRN prepared the egress-teacher for his role as professor of Sociology in High School. We consider, finally, that there are a number of elements involved in the formation of teachers in Sociology for Basic Education, among which we call attention to three that unfold in other components: a) a predominantly baccalaureate culture in the various spheres of Brazilian society, as well about the degree in Social Sciences of UFRN; b) the current Brazilian structural and productivist university model and teaching corporatism; b) an absence of dialogue that has been established between what is learned in the graduate course and what is taught in the middle school, indicating, therefore, a problem related to the didactic transposition of contents from Higher Education to the Middle Teaching and the necessary shift from academic knowledge to school knowledge.

Foram testadas t?cnicas de alta e baixa energia para produzir CL, utilizando oleato de s?dio, fosfatidilcolina de soja, ?leo de soja, N-metilpirrolidona (NMP) e ?gua. As intera??es entre NMP e oleato de s?dio da formula??o foram investigadas. CL obtidos por t?cnica de alta energia foram caracterizados por microscopia de luz polarizada (MLP), reologia e tamanho de part?cula. MLP exibiu estruturas que sugerem presen?a de CL lamelares. Na reologia, as amostras apresentaram viscosidade newtoniana limitante nas curvas de fluxo e uma diminui??o no grau de estrutura??o nos testes oscilat?rios, quando a concentra??o de NMP diminu?a. Uma nova t?cnica para obter sistemas lip?dicos de libera??o de f?rmacos foi desenvolvida a partir da dilui??o de CL produzidos por baixa energia. CL foram produzidos por agita??o magn?tica e, posteriormente, foram dilu?dos com ?gua e solu??o aquosa de NMP 10%, a 25 ? C e 70 ?C, em que foram avaliados tamanho de got?cula e incorpora??o de praziquantel (PRZ). Os sistemas dilu?dos com ?gua apresentaram menor faixa de tamanho (165,22 ? 381,26 nm) e maior faixa de incorpora??o de PRZ (40,96 ? 43,44 mg/mL) quando comparadas com as dilu?das com a solu??o de NMP. N?o houve contribui??o da solu??o de NMP para a forma??o de got?culas menores e para a maior incorpora??o de PRZ. Houve um aumento na solubilidade do PRZ em sistemas dilu?dos com ?gua, aumentando a fra??o sol?vel de f?rmaco em at? 200 vezes quando comparada ? sua solubilidade em ?gua. Testes utilizando Espalhamento de raios-X a baixo ?ngulo e MLP comprovaram a transi??o da mesofase lamelar para sistemas com micelas vermiformes, confirmando o sucesso da nova t?cnica em obter sistemas lip?dicos de libera??o de f?rmacos atrav?s da dilui??o de CL. / Liquid crystalline mesophase (LC) have an organized molecular arrangement and combining properties of liquid and solid state as the flow of liquids and the ordered and crystalline structure of solids. High- and low energy techniques were used to produce LC. N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP) and sodium oleate interactions with the system were investigated. LC fabricated by high-energy method were characterized by polarizing light microscopy (PLM), rheology and droplet size. PLM showed structures that indicated lamellar phases. Surface tension no important difference between the samples was observed. Rheology showed a zero shear viscosity in flow curves with a shear-thinning behavior in oscillatory tests, which with increasing of NMP, there was a decrease in degree of structure. Novel method to obtain lipid based drug delivery system (LBDDS) were developed through LC dilution and drug-loading was tested. LC fabricated with low-energy method was diluted with water and NMP 10% aqueous solution, at 25 ?C and 70 ?C, which droplet size and drug loading were evaluated. The systems diluted with water showed lower range size (165.22 nm- 381.26 nm) and higher drug-loading (40.96 mg/mL - 43.44 mg/mL) when compared with systems diluted by NMP solution. NMP aqueous solution did not contribute to form smaller particle size and higher praziquantel-loading. An increment in the apparent solubility of Praziquantel was achieved from incorporation in dilution of LC with water, increasing the soluble drug fraction approximately 200-fold when compared with water solubility. Small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) measurements and PLM comproved the transition from lamellar mesophase to worm-like micelle systems confirming the success of new techinique for obtain LBDDS from LC dilution.

Em sequ?ncia ser?o estudadas as transforma??es no mundo do trabalho e a sua rela??o com ass?dio moral, sendo apontando os aspectos hist?ricos, conceituais, tipos e sujeitos envolvidos nessa viol?ncia, que ocorre nos setores p?blico e privado, mas com peculiaridades no primeiro, sendo caracterizada por sofrimentos e humilha??es constantes, que abalam sensivelmente o bem-estar no trabalho, desencadeando uma s?rie de consequ?ncias danosas para a sa?de e a vida do trabalhador. Num terceiro momento se dar? um enfoque ao ass?dio moral na administra??o p?blica, demonstrando-se a rela??o entre a sua ocorr?ncia e a viola??o aos princ?pios constitucionais administrativos. Ser?o tamb?m trabalhadas a responsabiliza??o civil estatal por danos causados pelos agentes p?blicos, a responsabilidade administrativa destes e as legisla??es sobre ass?dio moral no ?mbito dos Estados e Munic?pios, bem como a necessidade de tipifica??o penal dessa conduta assediante. A metodologia abarca pesquisa bibliogr?fica, atrav?s de livros, artigos, monografias, peri?dicos, internet e legisla??es. Nas conclus?es foi poss?vel evidenciar que o desconhecimento sobre o tema, a impunidade e a omiss?o legislativa est?o entre as principais causas de sua ocorr?ncia, sendo fatores decisivos para uma significativa redu??o, a criminaliza??o da conduta, o seu reconhecimento legal como um ato de improbidade administrativa e a realiza??o de campanhas permanentes para divulga??es das informa??es sobre o tema. / The work environment is presented in the present study as one of the aspects of the environment. Such a holistic conception was enshrined in the Federal Constitution of 1988, which also pioneered a whole chapter. From the analysis of the constitutional text it is perceived that the work environment must be healthy and balanced, in order to allow the full development of labor activities. However, it can be disaggregated by the practice of humiliating and perennial vexatious conduct that leads to disease or even the death of its victims. It is in this scenario that moral harassment is presented as a direct cause of this environmental disaggregation, which results in an offense against the constitutional principle of the dignity of the human person. Thus, in order to understand this aggression better, it is necessary to study the transformations in the world of work and its relationship with psychoterror, with its historical, conceptual aspects, types and subjects being pointed out. In turn, a focus is given to bullying in public administration, due to the peculiarities of its occurrence in this administrative sphere, demonstrating its relation with the violation of administrative constitutional principles. Finally, it analyzes the civil, administrative and criminal responsibility of the public agents, as a consequence of the occurrence of this violence in the public scope. The methodology includes bibliographical research, through books, articles, monographs, periodicals, jurisprudence, internet and legislation. In the conclusions it was possible to show that ignorance about the topic, impunity and legislative omission are among the main causes of its occurrence, being decisive factors for a significant reduction, criminalization of the conduct, its legal recognition as an act of administrative improbity and the realization of awareness campaigns on the subject.

A pesquisa toma por base as a??es de converg?ncia realizadas pela empresa no site e nas redes sociais (Facebook, Instagram e Twitter) no per?odo que compreende o m?s de novembro de 2016. Durante a observa??o, a hip?tese era de que n?o havia investimentos na ?rea digital da emissora. Essa quest?o se d? pela n?o presen?a de publicidades nesses canais de comunica??o. Para a elabora??o desta pesquisa, serviram como base para a tem?tica abordada autores como Lopes (2016), Meditsch (2001), Ferrareto (2007) e Kischinhevsky (2016), que foram de extrema import?ncia para o desenvolvimento deste estudo de caso (YIN, 2005). Alguns procedimentos metodol?gicos tamb?m foram importantes, como a an?lise das p?ginas da r?dio, tanto no site quanto nas redes sociais, a perman?ncia in loco (LAGO, 2007), o que resultou em entrevistas e na observa??o do trabalho da emissora (WINKIN, 1998), sendo este fora da rede digital. Verifica, ainda, que entre as emissoras de r?dio de Natal, a 96 FM ? a que mais atua e desenvolve trabalhos na internet. Por fim, esta disserta??o aponta a necessidade de se investir mais nas produ??es das emissoras de Natal na internet, n?o s? pelo desenvolvimento e pelo crescimento das r?dios mas tamb?m para ouvintes terem a op??o de acompanhar as suas programa??es favoritas a partir de qualquer dispositivo de transmiss?o, sejam eles fixos sejam m?veis. / The present dissertation aims to analyze the work accomplished by Reis Magos radio service ? 96 FM, offered on the internet. Through preliminary empiric observation it was noticed the continuous presence of the radio on the digital platform, however, some failures were found on how the broadcast station acts and uses the web for the development of its work. This research is based on the actions of convergence realized by the company on its website and on Social Medias (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) in the period of November 2016. During the observation it was pointed out a hypothesis for the lack of investments in the digital area of the radio station, what happens by the non-presence of advertising in the referred communication channels. For the elaboration of this research some bibliographies were used and served as base for the current thematic, authors such as Lopes (2016), Meditsch (2001), Ferraretto (2007) and Kischinhevsky (2016) were all of extreme importance for the development of this case study (YIN, 2005). Some methodological procedures were also important, like the analysis of both the website and the public profile of the radio on Social Medias, and the permanence in loco (LAGO, 2007), what resulted in interviews and in observation of the work developed by the station (WINKIN, 1998), this last one being outside the digital network. Through this observation, it was noticed that, among the radio stations located in Natal, 96 FM is the one that both acts and develops more works on the internet. Nevertheless, the research identifies that it is a long way until the company have a totality of productions on the internet, maybe for the lack of investments or even for the accommodation of the professionals working in it. Lastly, this dissertation points out the necessity of more investment in the internet productions of the radio stations from Natal, not only for the development and expansion of the radio stations, but also for the listeners to have the option of following their favorite programs from any receptor device, be them fixed or mobile.
