[pt] Desde Freud o supereu aparece tanto na clínica quanto na civilização em seu aspecto estranho e terrível, parceiro e tributário de um gozo acessível apenas pela transgressão e portanto sua mensagem, sobretudo, a partir das incidências das vozes numa injunção superegóica. A partir da aproximação proposta por Lacan entre supereu e objeto a como objeto voz, o supereu finalmente assume contornos mais cruéis e nem por isso menos paradoxais. Se, desde Freud, a gênese do supereu enquanto mandato se localiza no campo do pai e da lei; é também como aquilo que escapa do pai que o supereu se mantém mesmo enquanto objeto no ensino de Lacan. Não há concepção de sujeito longe das assombrações superegóicas, advindas de uma entrada traumática na linguagem e no desejo; entretanto, no curso de uma análise é possível encontrar nas marcas deixadas pela inscrição significante resistentes à significação, pistas de um gozo inapreensível e ilegível; mas que se apresenta em seu moterialismo. [pt] De um universo limitado aos espaços infinitos é um estudo das relações entre lei e gozo a partir da abordagem lacaniana do desejo como reverso da lei, e do gozo como um campo que não se limita a partir desse funcionamento. Lacan indicou a importância do Nome-do-Pai como um significante que veicula a lei, que opera como uma função mediadora numa relação de completude imaginária representada pela mãe e a criança. Através disso ele associou estreitamente lei e desejo, apontando que o desejo não é anterior à lei mas é a inscrição da lei que possibilita a existência do desejo. Através do que nomeou gozo Lacan pôde abordar outra forma de satisfação que não obedece à lógica do desejo, ou seja, que não se estrutura a partir dessa limitação da lei. Estudamos a relação das diferentes apresentações do gozo com o campo abarcado pela lei, indicando o gozo feminino como uma forma de Lacan nomear algo radicalmente Outro com relação à organização da lei e do desejo. Trata-se de um campo infinito, no sentido de que é ilimitado. Essa dissertação questiona como o gozo pode se organizar senão através da limitação imposta pela lei. / [en] From a limited universe to the infinite spaces studies the relationship between law and jouissance from a Lacanian perspective. Lacan indicates that the desire is the other side of the law, while, the jouissance is a field that is not limited by the law. Lacan underlines the importance of the Name-of-the-father as a signifier that validates the law. It functions as a mediation, intervening in the imaginary dual relationship represented by the mother and the child. Through this Lacan associated law and desire, indicating that the desire does not exist prior to the law, but is created by it. The term jouissance allows Lacan to indicate a form of satisfaction that does not obey the logic of the desire, which means that it is not structured by the limitation drawn by the law. This dissertation studies the relationship between the desire and the several ways within which the jouissance appears in the Lacanian theory. The feminine jouissance is defined by Lacan as a jouissance that is Other in relation to the organization of the law and the desire. It is a infinite field, which means that it is not limited. This work also studies how the jouissance can be organized when not by the limitation of the law.

[pt] Este estudo investiga o tema das drogadicções a partir de um referencial psicanalítico. A droga é vista como um meio de intensa satisfação pulsional, que pode levar, pela drogadicção, a um certo isolamento e alheamento das determinações subjetivas. O autor parte de algumas proposições freudianas sobre a droga e as drogadicções para investigar as operações de constituição do sujeito em Lacan. Verifica, a partir daí, a importância da relação com a alteridade no processo contínuo de sustentação da atividade representativa inconsciente. Para o tratamento, propõe que o analista forneça uma atenção especial aos atos - passagem ao ato e acting-out - que surgem desde as entrevistas preliminares. Indica a presença, nestes casos, de uma operação de exclusão da atividade representativa, que poderá ser inicialmente retomada pela via dos atos que, por sua vez, podem servir para resgatar a função do sujeito do inconsciente. Inclui um caso clínico, onde se fez uso das concepções teóricas desenvolvidas. / [en] This study investigates the theme of drug addiction from a psychoanalytic referential. The drug is seen as a way of intense drive satisfaction, which may lead, through drug addiction, to a certain alienation and isolation from subjective determinations. Starting with some Freudian principles about the drug and the drug addictions, the author sets out to investigate the operations of subject constitution in Lacan. It is therefore ascertained the importance of the relation with the Other in the continuous process of sustaining the representative activity of the unconscious. For the treatment, it is proposed that the analyst pays particular attention to the acts - passage à l acte and acting-out - which become evident from the preliminary interviews. It is indicated the existence of an operation of exclusion of the representative activity. This representative activity may be initially resumed via the acts, which, in turn, may serve to recapture the function of the unconscious subject. A clinical case is included, in which the use of theoretical concepts developed is made.

Confronting the psychoanalytic theory and the clinical experience, we can perceive that the feminine talk meets certain privileged social positions in the contemporaneity, up to the point of denying the place of the absence. The feminine talk becomes alienated into an imaginary world, woven by the social. Other, and comes to enjoy the lures provided by it. However, the emancipation of that feminine talk in the economic and legal areas cause the women to illusively see themselves complete, placing the other sex in an object position. As a consequence, we notice that one of most frequent complaints coming out in the psychoanalytic clinic, nowadays permeating the feminine talk, is that they are successful women regarding their social life, while on the other hand, there is a complete lack of any love relationship. / Este trabalho visa a refletir uma repetição sintomática na clínica feminina na contemporaneidade que é a ausência de uma relação amorosa. A partir de um cotejamento entre a teoria psicanalítica e a experiência clínica, percebemos que o discurso feminino encontra na contemporaneidade posições sociais privilegiadas e passa, assim, a negar o lugar da falta. O discurso feminino aliena-se em um imaginário tecido pelo Outro social e passa a gozar dos engodos que por ele são oferecidos. Todavia, a emancipação do discurso feminino nos campos econômico e jurídico faz com que as mulheres posicionassem ilusoriamente como absolutas, colocando o Outro sexo em uma posição de objeto. Em decorrência disso, percebemos que uma das queixas que hoje chega à clinica psicanalítica permeando o discurso feminino é que de um lado tratam-se de mulheres bem sucedidas na vida social e de outro, há a ausência de uma relação amorosa.

In view of this situation, we understand the internet takes a notable role, when regarding social networking, by displaying the constitutions of social linkings and some aspects of the structure of these subjects. Thus, the thesis we have seeked to defend is that in the present conjuncture, especially in light of its technological apparatuses, the subjects are more significantly captured by a distinctive modality of gaze, one we apprehend being the "scopic", which in face of its features, exposes the peculiarities of the subjects structures and their interface with other subjects and objects. For such a task, we have divided our research into three complementary chapters: in the first, we investigate different readings about contemporary culture, contrasting between modern and post-modern conceptions and shedding some light on the society in which the subjects are taking part; in the second chapter, we highlight some theoretical differences introduced by Psychoanalysis, presenting the peculiarities of the structure of the subjects, along with some contributions by psychoanalytic authors, regarding the debates around subjects in our society; Finally, in the third chapter, we contemplate our objectives and examine the notion of "scopic field", highlighting the implications on subjects by this modality of gaze, especially in light of social networks. We chose Facebook site as the main social network under investigation, taking it as a device which represents some of contemporary cultural constitutions. We finally stress how subject's structures and language's transhistoricism relate to the forms of gaze implementation and the discursive diversity of social linkings, showing that historical shifts do affect the subjects, but not in its structure / Esta pesquisa propôs articular psicanálise e sociedade, atentando-se para as contingências do capitalismo tardio que atravessam os laços sociais e repercutem nos sujeitos. Diante deste cenário, entendemos que a internet assume notório papel, especialmente em suas redes sociais, ao evidenciar a composição dos laços, assim como aspectos da estrutura dos sujeitos. Deste modo, a tese que se buscou defender é a de que na conjuntura atual, sobretudo a partir dos aparatos tecnológicos, os sujeitos são capturados mais notadamente por uma modalidade de gozo, a qual apreendemos ser o escópico, que diante de suas especialidades indica particularidades da estrutura dos sujeitos e também de suas articulações com os outros e os objetos. Para tanto, dividimos o trabalho em 03 (três) capítulos que se complementam: no primeiro investigamos diferentes leituras da cultura contemporânea, contrapondo concepções modernas às pós-modernas e elucidando a sociedade na qual os sujeitos estão inseridos; no segundo marcamos diferenças teóricas introduzidas pela psicanálise, apresentando peculiaridades da estrutura do sujeito e as colaborações de autores da psicanálise para a discussão sobre sujeito na atualidade e, posteriormente, no terceiro capítulo, contemplamos nosso objetivo e discorremos sobre o campo escópico, destacando as implicações e a captura do sujeito por esta modalidade de gozo, sobretudo a partir das redes sociais. Para tanto, elegemos o site Facebook como rede social para investigação, tomando-o como um dispositivo que representa algumas das composições contemporâneas da cultura. We start from the initial lacanian thesis about the insertion of the subject on the symbolic at the moment of its conception, from the statement the symbol is the death of the thing , from the idea of the body as desert of jouissance , that is, the jouissance denied to the being who speaks, until the final proposition of this teachings, namely that in order to experience jouissance one must have a body. And the production of a body in different connections and registers, plus the entrance into the discourse as from of jouissance ordering, are both also related to the entrance of the subject into the social link. Arriving at the real of lalangue, we observe that this real pervades all the question of the body and its marks, voluntary like tattoo, and involuntary like the psychosomatic phenomenon, which are similar because they leave marks on the body, but with processes underlying their inscription being absolutely distinct, as is the psychic ordering, casting light on psychoanalytic concepts acting differently on the subjects. Reviewing history, taking into account the socio-cultural aspects, moving through theories wich intercommunicate with Psychoanalysis, 9 like the Social Sciences and Anthropology, using excepts from interviws, in the case of tattoos, and also by presenting two clinicals cases of a patient with psoriasis, we show, in our work, the existence of a strong opposition between the two types of marks on the body, but wich nonetheless present traits in common: both produce social links, although in distinct processes / As marcas corporais, especificamente a tatuagem e o fenômeno psicossomático, lesão na pele, são as questões que abordamos neste trabalho, fazendo uso da teoria psicanalítica que trata a corporeidade como Lacan postulou no decorrer de seu ensino, passando pelos três registros: Real, Simbólico e Imaginário. Partimos da tese inicial lacaniana sobre a inserção do sujeito no simbólico quando da sua constituição, da afirmação o símbolo é a morte da coisa , da idéia do corpo como deserto de gozo , isto é, o gozo interditado ao ser falante, até a proposição do final de seu ensino, de que para gozar é preciso ter um corpo. E a produção de um corpo em diferentes conexões e registros, mais o ingresso no discurso como forma de ordenação de gozo, relacionam-se com a entrada do sujeito no laço social. Chegando ao real da lalíngua, constatamos que esse real permeia toda a questão do corpo e suas marcas, voluntárias , como a tatuagem, e involuntárias como o fenômeno psicossomático, que se assemelham por deixar uma marca no corpo, mas cujos processos subjacentes à inscrição delas são absolutamente distintos, assim como a ordenação psíquica, trazendo à luz conceitos psicanalíticos operando diferentemente nos sujeitos. Revendo a história, considerando os aspectos sócio-culturais, perpassando por teorias que fazem interlocução com a psicanálise, como as ciências sociais e a antropologia, através de recortes de 7 entrevistas, no caso da tatuagem, também da apresentação do caso clínico de uma paciente com psoríase mostramos, no decorrer do trabalho, forte oposição entre as duas marcas no corpo, mas que apresentam algo em comum: ambas fazem laço social. Um sujeito tem outro nome além dos que lhe foram destinados pelos seus pais ou pela linhagem a que pertence. É portador também de um nome desconhecido que lhe é mais próprio e singular, que o marca no real do corpo e fala do modo como goza das marcas dos restos vistos ou ouvidos, registradas no seu inconsciente. Utilizando a metodologia da marca do caso, realizamos uma leitura clínica, a partir dos pressupostos da psicanálise, dos depoimentos de um sujeito, que apresenta a peculiaridade de ancorar seu ser em suas alterações corporais, a fim de mostrar que elas são sua tentativa de resposta ao excesso traumático que foi para ele o encontro com um gozo sem ordenamento fálico. Reconhecer o nome a que responde o gozo, para saber o que fazer com ele, é essencial ao reordenamento da economia de gozo, na maioria das vezes mortificante, como no caso objeto deste estudo. O resultado obtido aponta para questões inesperadas com as quais a clínica contemporânea tem se deparado, especialmente a das psicoses, no sentido das invenções singulares com que os sujeitos buscam se estabilizar ou construir um modo de laço social. Faz avançar o debate sobre a clínica do gozo, em jogo, nas construções de cada sujeito em particular. / A subject has another name besides those who were given by their parents or by the lineage to which it belongs. He is also bearer of an unknown name that is more own and unique for him, which marks himself on the real of the body and talks about how he enjoys the brands of debris seen and heard, recorded in his unconscious. Using the brand of the case as a methodology, we conducted a clinical reading from the psychoanalysis assumptions, of the testimonials of a subject that has the peculiarity of anchoring his self on his body modifications, in order to show that they are his attempted response for the traumatic excess that was for him the meeting with a joy without phallic ordering. Recognize the name that responds joy, to know what do with him, is essential to the reordering of joy economy, mostly mortifying, as in the case object of this study. The result points to unexpected issues with which contemporary clinic has encountered, especially the psychoses ones, in the sense of unique inventions that subjects seek to stabilize or build a mode of social bond. It advances the debate about the clinic of the joy, at stake in the construction of each particular subject.

Esta dissertação é fruto de uma investigação sobre a especificidade dos objetos na clínica do autismo. Por ser bastante frequente na clínica do autismo as chamadas estereotipias e fixações em objetos próprios, alguns psicanalistas teorizaram sobre a complexidade dos objetos autisticos na clínica. Essas teorias estão sendo revisitadas por alguns psicanalistas contemporâneos que se contrapõem à proposta de Frances Tustin, de que os objetos autísticos são nocivos. As novas hipóteses afirmam que a fixação do autista nos objetos não se reduz a estereotipias sem fundamento; é uma repetição da ordem do gozo, numa constante tentativa de barrar seu excesso. Fazer barreira é constituir limites e fronteiras. O manejo dos objetos, é uma invenção do autista, visa refrear o gozo, dar lugar a um endereçamento ao Outro e mobilizar sua posição encapsulada em si mesmo. Acreditamos que este posicionamento traz uma mudança de paradigma, pois retira o autista do lugar de deficitário para o de responsável em inventar possibilidades de assujeitar-se. Portanto, fizemos uma importante reflexão sobre o contexto político e clínico do autismo no século XXI. Articulamos a premissa de Lacan, de que toda formação humana tem por essência, e não por acaso, refrear o gozo, às novas hipóteses de que o uso dos objetos é uma invenção do autista que busca o ordenamento do excesso de gozo. Apostamos que este posicionamento implica em uma postura clinica ética com a vida dessas pessoas que, com muita dificuldade, tentam se endereçar ao Outro. Em paralelo aos estudos teóricos, realizamos uma pesquisa em um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial Infanto-Juvenil (CAPSi) da cidade do Recife, com o objetivo geral de compreender a especificidade dos objetos na política, teoria e clinica do autismo. Especificamente: Compreender a função dos objetos autísticos na teoria da clínica psicanalítica; Analisar o discurso vigente nas políticas de tratamento do autismo;Realizar uma pesquisa de campo com a função de ilustrar os usos dos objetos autisticos em um capsi. No tocante à metodologia, os dados analisados são oriundos da revisão de literatura e dos prontuários de crianças com diagnósticos de CID F84 a F84. 9 (Transtornos Globais do Desenvolvimento) no CID 10, (Classificação Internacional de Doenças), objetivando identificar a existência destes objetos na experiência clínica dos profissionais. Esses dados foram analisados à luz da teoria psicanalítica freudlacaniana, dando-se destaque ao significante. A escolha do serviço para realização da pesquisa não foi aleatória ou sem propósito. Acreditamos que o CAPSi, por ser um serviço novo e intensamente desafiador, constitui-se num local de valiosas experiências clinicas, que exige dos profissionais reinventarem cotidianamente suas práticas. Nos três casos analisados podemos atender aos objetivos propostos, e compreender a especificidade dos objetos autisticos para cada um. Percebemos que, nos casos analisados, a conduta e o saber clínico que profissionais ocupam na clinica do autismo, consiste em um lugar de vazio de gozo, secretariando o sujeito em suas invenções. / This dissertation is the result of an investigation about the specificities of the objects in autisms clinic. For being very frequent in autisms clinic the so called stereotypies and the fixation on personal objects, some psychoanalysts have theorized about the complexity of autistic objects in the clinic. These theories are being revisited by some contemporary psychoanalysts who oppose to the idea reached by Frances Tustin, that the autistic objects are harmful. The new hypotheses claim that autistic fixation on objects is not merely baseless stereotypies, its a repetition related to the jouissance, on a constant attempt to stop its excess. To make a barrier is to build limits and boundaries. The use of objects is an invention of autistic to curb the jouissance, enabling an addressing to the Other, and mobilizing his encapsulated position in himself. We believe that this positioning brings a change of paradigm, because it takes the autistic out of the place of deficit to responsible for making possibilities, of subjecting. Therefore we have made an important reflection about the political and clinical context of autism in the XXI century. We articulate Lacans premise that all human formation has, by essence, and not by chance, to curb the jouissance, to the new hypotheses that the use of objects is an invention of the autistic that aims the ordering of the excess of jouissance. We bet that this positioning implicates on an ethical clinical posture towards the life of these people who, with a lot of difficulty, try to address the Other. Besides the theoretical studies, we have made a research on an Infant-Juvenile Psychosocial Care Center (CAPSi) of Recife city, with the general objective of understanding the specificity of objects in politics, theory and clinical autism. Specifically: Understanding the role of autistic objects in psychoanalytic theory; analyze the discourse prevailing policies autism treatment; Perform a search field with the function of illustrating the uses of objects in an autistic capsi. Concerning Methodology, the analyzed data arise from the reports of children with the diagnosis from ICD F84 to F84.9 (Other Neurotic Disorders) on ICD 10, (International Classification of Diseases), aiming to identify the existence of these objects in the professionals clinical experience. These data have been analyzed under Freud-Lacanian theory, highlighting the significant. The choice of the center to make the research was not random or purposeless. We believe that the CAPSi, for being a new and intensively defying service, is a place of valuable clinic experiences, which demands from the professionals to reinvent their daily practice. In the three analyzed cases, we can comply with the purposed objectives, and understand the specificity of autistic object for each. We realize that, in the analyzed cases, the clinical management and knowledge that professionals take place on autism clinic, consist on an empty jouissance place, secretarying the subject in his inventions.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / A presente pesquisa tem por objetivo investigar contribuições da Supervisão Clínico-Institucional para a interface Psicanálise e Saúde Mental em CAPS AD (Centro de Atenção Psicossocial para usuários de Álcool e Drogas) servindo-se, para tal, de entrevistas semi-estruturadas realizadas aos supervisores de CAPS AD da cidade do Recife. Ressaltando o lugar de Supervisão não o único tampouco o principal, mas lugar estratégico nos CAPS AD para articular clínica e instituição a partir da ética da psicanálise, tais depoimentos assumem relevo ao que testemunham de efeitos em sua prática, ao identificar impasses e erigir questões na busca por avançar. Intervir sob a necessidade lógica do lugar de exceção na instituição foi destacada e testemunhada como condição estruturante à construção de um projeto coletivo, sustentando no modelo horizontal dos CAPS AD a instauração de diferenças de lugar na equipe. Tal corte é condição para evitar formação de massa a dois equipe-usuário, para instaurar uma abertura ao não-todo que não se confunda com todo-não (Lebrun, 2009). Poder prescindir do lugar de exceção sob a condição de servir-se deste é operar efeitos de uma transmissão da psicanálise, rumar à assunção do impossível do rapport sexual, castração enquanto motor da clínica e de uma formação continuada. Enquanto limite e desafio, a construção de balizadores clínicos que respeite a diversidade de formações acadêmicas e ainda assim norteie-se pela ética da psicanálise ressaltou uma transferência de trabalho que sustente a construção de um projeto clínico no coletivo, levando em conta a função psíquica da droga para o sujeito, rumando à contramão da démarche segregativa do discurso da ciência e do discurso capitalista. Para além das diferenças de conhecimento, há um saber que habita cada um que se confronta ao Real da clínica. Neste sentido, sair da queixa para a demanda de trabalho por um desejo de analista que sustente transmissão da psicanálise é travessia do escudo (sic) para o escuto, mudança de letra que situa o real de uma mudança de posição de bela alma para avançar rumo a escuta do sujeito do inconsciente, escuta de um corpo de desejo e de gozo. / This work has for objective to investigate the contributions of Supervision Clinic-Institucional for the interface Psychoanalisis and Mental Health in CAPS AD (Psychosocial Care Center for users of Alcohol and Drugs), using, for this point, semi-structured interviews realized with supervisors of CAPS AD from Recife City. Giving place to the supervision not as the the only one either the principal, but as strategic place in the CAPS AD to articulate Clinic and Institution through the Psychoanalitical Ethics, the interviews put in highlights the efects of their practice while identifies impasses and put important questions for cross them and go ahead in this construction. Intervene in the logic necessity of the exception place in the institution was point as structuring condition to build a colective project, sustaining in the horizontal model of the CAPS AD the introduction of differences of the places in the team work. Such cut is the condition to avoid the formation of the two mass between the team work an the user of the institution, for establish an opening to the no-all, which dont confuse with all-no (Lebrun, 2009). Do lugar da psicanálise aplicada, com prática no Setor de Psicologia de uma Instituição que oferece atendimento ambulatorial pelo Sistema Único de Saúde - SUS, nos interrogamos sobre como escutar o corpo que dói, atravessado por uma transferência que não está endereçada ao analista num contexto institucional. Nessa clínica, a fixidez discursiva nas queixas corpóreas constitui resistência às tentativas de interpretação ou inserção de enigmas, à entrada do outro no discurso, tornando a relação transferencial uma questão. Distinguimos dois campos em nossa experiência: o trabalho do analista de fazer estremecer o que está fixo e, do lado do paciente, buscar e manter-se no discurso médico-científico, sem deixar brechas. Pela via do campo da linguagem, o que está desintegrado no corpo institucional é capaz de se presentificar no corpo do paciente, sob transferência. Nosso propósito nesta pesquisa é discutir a fibromialgia e sua relação com a ciência, sublinhando o apogeu dos corpos hoje, e contextualizá-la sob o vértice da psicanálise, a fim de problematizar e contextualizar a genealogia da escuta do corpo que dói na teoria psicanalítica. Utilizamos os recursos metodológicos próprios da pesquisa em psicanálise, a interpretação e a transferência, tomando como referência relatos de casos clínicos de sujeitos atendidos no Setor de Psicologia a partir dos registros em prontuários da Instituição. Observamos que o trabalho em equipe pode ser ponto de estofo do que, na visão do profissional de saúde, se reduz muitas vezes ao que é nominável pelas ciências médicas, pois o ganho inconsciente ou gozo do usuário do serviço é, quase sempre, se manter em sua doença.
