Transduktivní pohyb dění mezi chaosem a řádem / Transductive movement of events between chaos and order

This work deals with the approach to the art of painting as a transductive movement of events that expresses its virtual dimension through an updating process. It is an approach whereby, based on the expression of its own origin, a painting brings infinity to its finite form. The aim of this work will be to not only attempt to understand painting as a real process of creation by means of the transductive dimension that is thus perceived, but also to demonstrate this dimension in action and approach the igniter of an explosive charge that will, at least partially, disrupt (and dissolve) the traditional conceits and ideas about the art of painting that are based on fixed rules and categories. In the first chapter, we show how the absolutely deterritorialised sign-particle appears in painting as both an expression and construction of a plane of immanence that has both finite and infinite dimensions. In the second chapter, we will focus on the effect of this transductive form in experiencing a work of art, where this experience is primarily associated with true reality and is determined by its real and immanent conditions. Fritidshemmets många ansikten. En etnografisk studie av fritidshemmets vardag. The many faces of the after school programs. An ethnographic study of the living in the after school programs

Detta examensarbete undersöker hur eftermiddagsverksamheten på två fritidshemsavdelningarorganiseras utifrån aktörer, regler, rutiner, rum och tid. Utgångspunkten tas i hur vardagslivetpå fritidshemmet skapas av aktörernas interagerande. Fokus läggs på hur barnen styrs och reglerasi tid och rum. Studien är aktuell i och med den debatt där det tvistas om de dåliga resultateni olika kunskapsmätningar ska förknippas med oordningen i skolan. I kölvattnet av dennadebatt har regeringen utlovat en utredning om ordning och reda i skolan. Sedan 90-talet dåfritidshemmet placerades i skolans lokaler har fritidshemmet på olika sätt skolifierats. Fritidshemmetska enligt styrdokumenten komplettera skolan.Vi har valt att göra en kvalitativ studie med en etnografisk ansats för att komma åt såvälaktörs- som institutionsperspektivet i vardagen. Kulturanalyser används för att se det välbekantamed nya ögon. Empirin placeras in i olika analytiska sammanhang med hjälp av kulturanalytiskaverktyg för att hitta nya perspektiv och underliggande motiv för verksamheten påfritids som sedan problematiseras. Empirin är insamlad i huvudsak genom observationer menockså via läsning av dokument och informella samtal med aktörerna.Goffman är en central utgångspunkt för att se på fritidshemmet ur en institutionell synvinkel.Foucault är betydande då vi ser hur verksamheten styrs och regleras via hans teorier om maktoch styrningsstrategier.Resultaten för studien är komplexa. Fritidshemmet lägger stor vikt vid att verksamheten skafungera smidigt utan hinder. Därför passar regler, rutiner och fördefinierade rum institutionenslogik. Kollektivet prioriteras och individen kommer på så sätt ofta i skymundan trots styrdokumentenstydliga linje som pekar i motsatt riktning. För övrigt skapar institutionen egna reglersom överskuggar styrdokumentens. Det ideala är när barnen blir en del av institutionen och styrsig själv. Strategier för styrning används för att nå dit. Samtidigt händer det att barn inte villinordna sig i verksamheten. Konflikter uppstår. Det förhandlas. Regler och rutiner modifieraseller frångås av olika anledningar. Det visade sig också att den undersökta verksamheten i huvudsakbestod av ”oorganiserad” verksamhet. Samtidigt pågår denna ”fria” verksamhet i predefinierademiljöer och mellan på förhand angivna tidpunkter medan personalen övervakar barnen.Barnet har heller inte själv valt att vistas på fritids.

Studiens syfte är att undersöka hur konflikter uppstår och hanteras i barns fria lek på en förskola. Vi har använt oss av följande frågeställningar för att uppnå syftet: Hur uppstår konflikter mellan barn och vad utlöser dem? Hur ser konflikternas innehåll och struktur ut? Hur hanterar barnen själva de konflikter som uppstår? Studien utgår från teorier om konflikthantering, lekregler, verbal och icke-verbal kommunikation, immanent pedagogik och självreglering vilka vi använt oss av som analysverktyg. Genom filmade observationer och fältanteckningar av barns lek och konflikter samlades materialet in och kvalitativ forskningsmetod användes. Studiens resultat visar att de flesta konflikter som uppstår i barns fria lek handlar om tillgången till föremål såsom till exempel kuddar, lego, ringar, mjukdjur et cetera. Andra mindre förekommande typer av konflikter är, exempelvis, när barn retas, när bristande kommunikation leder till missförstånd samt när barn ställs utanför andras gemenskaper. En bidragande faktor till konflikternas uppkomst är otillräcklig kunskap kring lekens regler. Barn använder såväl verbal som icke-verbal kommunikation när de kommer i konflikt samt löser dessa genom olika konflikthanteringsstilar och självreglering. Det finns tydliga skillnader i konflikternas struktur och innehåll beroende på deltagarnas kön.

Gathered Worship and the Immanent Frame: Misinterpreting and Reinterpreting God's Presence in Worship

Christian theology (whether biblical or liturgical) generally affirms that God is somehow present in the setting of gathered worship. However, it is often the case that many worshippers themselves (and even ministers) might not perceive that God is present to the church in any discernible way, leading to worship practices that may functionally ignore God's presence, or that may attempt to conjure up some feeling that something transcendent is happening in worship. This thesis attempts to use Charles Taylor's concept of 'the immanent frame' to explain why believers and unbelievers alike might misinterpret worship. In doing so, this thesis applies Taylor's phenomenological methodology to several casual, popular-level accounts relating to perception of God's presence or absence in worship, revealing that the imminent frame does indeed come to bear on the ways in which people understand and experience worship, and suggesting that practitioners must learn to reinterpret worship.

Institutionens betydelse för människors hälsa : en livsberättelsestudie om äldres uppfattningar om hur det är att bo på äldreboende

Antalet äldre blir idag allt fler och behovet av vård flyttas upp i åldrarna. Det kräver att insatser inom äldrevård och omsorg håller hög kvalité och placerar människan i centrum för att skapa förutsättningar för äldre att leva ett värdigt, meningsfullt liv och känna välbefinnande. Frågan om mat, trygghet, identitet, social interaktion, anpassning och KASAM är faktorer som påverkar äldres tillvaro på äldreboende. Syftet med studien var att få djupare kunskap och förståelse i äldres livsvärld på äldreboende, hur man som boende upplever sin vardag och vilken betydelse äldreboendet som institution har för deras hälsa. Två livsberättelseintervjuer genomfördes under en timme var med två äldre, en man och en kvinna boende på ett äldreboende i Mellansverige. Resultatet tolkades och analyserades utifrån tidigare forskning, salutogent och patogent perspektiv på hälsa och teorier som KASAM, Maslows behovstrappa och immanent pedagogik. Resultatet visade att deltagarna är väldigt nöjda med sin vistelse på äldreboendet och hänvisar till aspekter som uppskattning av hjälp med mat, trygghet och tillit. Tidigare livserfarenheter och livsförhållanden lyfts fram i samband med uppskattningens betydelse. Dock framgår det även att tillvaron består av begränsningar som gör att personernas viktiga, betydelsefulla områden i livet inte fullt tillgodoses, vilket påverkar de äldres möjlighet att uppleva meningsfullhet i tillvaron. De äldres hälsotillstånd, tidsaspekt gällande personalens möjlighet att tillgodose behov, en fråga om mindre spontanitet och de äldres uppfattningar att inte kunna fodra hur mycket hjälp som helst är påverkande faktorer.

The present work seeks to clarify the issue of immanent criticism and transcendent criticism in the so-called Critical Theory. To this end, the different forms of social criticism are used to present clearly what the Frankfurt School calls “immanent criticism of society”, following in the footsteps of Hegel and Kant. After that, it presents the observations that Rainer Forst, reinserting a Kantian inspiration, presents a distinction between immanent criticism / transcendent criticism. / El presente trabajo busca aclarar la cuestión de la crítica inmanente y la crítica trascendente en la llamada Teoría Crítica. Para ello distingue las diferentes formas de crítica social para poder presentar con claridad lo que la Escuela de Frankfurt denomina “crítica inmanente de la sociedad”, siguiendo las huellas de Hegel y Kant. O objeto a partir do qual se dá a investigação é o processo de criação e encenação do espetáculo Avesso, concebido para a referida companhia e dirigido pela autora que aqui se apresenta. Tendo como objetivo criar e encenar o dito espetáculo, esta pesquisa focalizou a transfiguração dos movimentos orgânicos do corpo em movimentos de dança, na perspectiva de validar as opções metodológicas da criação coreográfica como recursos de uma poética contemporânea de dança, à qual é dada a denominação de dança imanente. Subsidiada nos preceitos da pós-modernidade em arte e nas noções contemporâneas de corpo vigentes nas diversas áreas do conhecimento, a análise propiciou a construção dos seguintes princípios criativos para o espetáculo: o princípio da imanência, consolidado a partir do conceito de corpo imanente; o princípio da metalinguagem, identificado na noção de metacorpo e o princípio da visibilidade, observado no conceito de corpo visivo. Estes princípios foram adotados como norteadores da noção de dissecação artística do corpo, tida aqui como procedimento metodológico gerador da poética da dança imanente. O produto cênico do espetáculo Avesso resultou em uma coreografia cujos padrões de movimento não foram construídos a partir de técnicas formais de dança, confirmando a hipótese de que esta experiência criativa instauraria um vocabulário de movimentos peculiar para a dança. / This thesis comprehends a theoretical and practical study about the Companhia Moderno de Dança, group from Belém-Pará, in its artistic process. The object by which the investigation is done is the creation and staging process of the dance concert Avesso, conceived to the referred company and directed by the author here presented. The objective of this work is to create and perform the dance concert mentioned before. For this, the focus is centered in the organic body movements transfiguration into dance movements, with the perspective of validate the methodological option of choreographic creation as resources of a contemporary dance poetic, which is named immanent dance. Supported in post-modern art precepts and in contemporary notions of body established by several knowledge areas, the analysis propitiated the construction of the following creative principles to the dance concert: the principle of immanence, consolidated by the concept of immanent body; the principle of met language, identified in the notion of met body and the principle of visibility, observed in the concept of visive body. These principles were adopted as guides for the artistic body dissection notion, here understood as methodological procedure that generates the immanent dance poetics. The scenic product of the dance concert Avesso resulted in a choreography in which the movement patterns were not constructed by the use of formal dance techniques, confirming the hypothesis that this creative experience would establish a peculiar movement vocabulary for dancing.

The objective is to show that the concept of infinite represents a key idea to Spinoza s system, where all his theses concerning immanent causality and psychophysical parallelism are based on. The research begins with a historical approach about the matter of infinite, discussed by a tradition of thinkers who preceded Spinoza, since the Greeks until Descartes in modernity. In a second moment, the analysis turns to the matter of infinite understood by Spinoza who, as he defends the idea of current infinite, ends up retaking the theory of Anaxagoras, Nicolau of Cusa and Giordano Bruno, where, according to them, God is not separated of his creatures, but keeps a relation of immanency with them. In this case, according to Spinoza, to affirm that God is infinite means saying that He comprehends all things and nothing can exist separated from Him, and moreover, being substance, God cannot be separate of his conditions (modes), what is explained by the immanency of his causality, in what cause (God) and effect (modes) occur simultaneously. The habit of separate the substance from his conditions comes from the misunderstanding between the way how the mind understands the substance through the beings of Reason (time, measure, number) and the essence of the own substance. Through the beings of Reason, the substance is composed of parts and, therefore, it is divisible; however, considering its essential aspect, it is indivisible. This explains the thesis of parallelism as well since mind and body, due to inseparability of conditions, cannot be considered independent substances, but expressions of a single and same substance, either conceived by the attribute of thinking, or conceived by the attribute of extension. According to Spinoza, the dualism proposed by his main interlocutor, Descartes, precisely appeared due to the fact of his misunderstanding concerning the real aspect of substance (indivisible attributes) with his modal aspect (divisible modes). / Esta dissertação tem o objetivo de discorrer sobre o conceito de infinito em Baruch Spinoza, tomando como referencial teórico principal duas de suas obras, Os Pensamentos Metafísicos e a Carta 12. A tarefa aqui é mostrar que o conceito de infinito representa uma ideia chave para o sistema de Spinoza, sobre o qual estão assentadas as teses da causalidade imanente e do paralelismo psicofísico. O estudo se inicia com uma abordagem histórica acerca da questão do infinito, discutido por uma tradição de pensadores que antecederam Spinoza, desde os gregos até Descartes na modernidade. Em um segundo momento, a análise se volta para questão do infinito entendido por Spinoza que, ao defender a ideia do infinito atual, acaba retomando as teorias de Anaxágoras, Nicolau de Cusa e Giordano Bruno, segundo as quais Deus não está separado de suas criaturas, mas mantém uma relação de imanência com elas. Nesse caso, para Spinoza, afirmar que Deus é infinito significa dizer que Ele abrange todas as coisas e nada pode existir separado Dele, ou melhor, sendo substância, Deus não pode ser separado de suas afecções (os modos), o que é explicado pela imanência de sua causalidade, na qual causa (Deus) e o efeito (as afecções) ocorrem conjuntamente. O hábito de separar a substância de suas afecções vem da confusão entre o modo como a mente percebe a substância através dos entes de Razão (tempo, medida, número) e a essência da própria substância. Pelos entes de Razão, a substância é composta de partes e, portanto divisível; todavia, considerando o seu aspecto essencial, ela é indivisível. Isso explica também a tese do paralelismo já que a mente e o corpo, devido à indissociabilidade das afecções, não podem ser consideradas substâncias independentes, mas expressões de uma única e mesma substância, ora concebida pelo atributo pensamento, ora concebida pelo atributo extensão. De acordo com Spinoza, o dualismo proposto pelo seu principal interlocutor, Descartes, surgiu justamente pelo fato deste confundir o aspecto real da substância (atributos indivisíveis) com seu aspecto modal (modos divisíveis).

En skola för andra : Minoritetselevers upplevelser av arbets- och livsvillkor i grundskolan

The possibilities and problems of minority children and adolescents in a multicultural school are subjects of growing interest today. In this dissertation a new perspective on the subject is founded on the basis of the minority students' existential conditions in their school life. The idea and method of the dissertation is based on the experiences of a preschool study which led me to the purpose of illustrating social and pedagogical living conditions, as they are expressed in the minority students' narratives on how they experience their situation in the compulsory school [7-16 age group] and how they are treated and judged by their teachers. In three studies of the work and living conditions of minority students, I examine how minority students in the compulsory school experience and handle the pedagogical attitudes they encounter. Students in grades 2, 5 and 9 relate frankly about their experiences of the attitudes of parents, teachers and schoolmates and about their own linguistic qualifications. Based on the material of a national evaluation of the teaching of mathematics, I also study how the students experience the acquisition of skills. The complete set of data is interpreted with the aim and direction of reaching an understanding of the students' situation, i.e. in a hermeneutic perspective. The contents of the students' narratives and the results of the questionnaire from the national evaluation are the themes of the empirical section of the dissertation, and these main themes are summarized in the final chapter. An expressed ideal of a democratic school contrasts with another and more subtle message, which is transferred through a covert "immanent pedagogics." The idea is that the minority students stand outside democracy at school, i.e. their situations and identities are not recognized. The discussion deals with how "a school for everyone" rather functions as "a school for others" from the minority students' perspectives. My ambition is to spread knowledge on these fundamental existential conditions, which characterize the school environment of the minority students.

O direito na teoria crítica dos sistemas: da justiça autossubversiva à crítica imanente do direito / The law in the critical systems theory: from the self-subversive justice to the immanet critique of law

O recente desenvolvimento de uma teoria crítica dos sistemas, de Gunther Teubner a Andreas Fischer-Lescano, abriu novos horizontes teóricos para aqueles que se propõe a estudar a sociedade e o sistema jurídico. A construção de uma teoria crítica sob condições sistêmicas possibilitou o uso conjunto de temas e conceitos teóricos provenientes da teoria crítica da primeira geração da Escola de Frankfurt (crítica imanente, antagonismos sociais, reificação, dialética do esclarecimento) e da teoria dos sistemas (paradoxo, sistema, sociedade mundial). Partindo disso, o sistema jurídico foi analisado nas dimensões da justiça (como fórmula contingente e transcendente) e de sua crítica imanente como atitude transcendente, especialmente em face de sua tendência em se autorreproduzir como ordem social reificada que gera injustiça pelos excessos de justiça. Para alcançar essas conclusões, este trabalho se propôs a analisar o cenário da sociedade moderna no qual nasce a teoria crítica dos sistemas (Parte 1), lançando bases para os aspectos estruturais e semânticos sobre os quais ela se apoia. Seguidamente, foram estabelecidos os pressupostos teóricos básicos da teoria crítica da Escola de Frankfurt e da teoria dos sistemas de Luhmann (Parte 2) com o fim específico de colher os elementos essenciais à construção de uma teoria crítica dos sistemas voltada para o estudo do sistema jurídico. Logrado esse ponto, focou-se a análise do sistema jurídico e de sua evolução até alcançar sua atual condição na forma de um direito global na sociedade fragmentada (Parte 3). A partir disso a justiça autossubversiva e a crítica imanente do direito foram abordadas em seus aspectos essenciais e possibilitadores de uma autotranscendência sistêmica, capaz de tornar o direito mais responsivo com relação ao seu ambiente, limitando a irracionalidade racional inerente a uma ordem social reificada. A presente dissertação propõe dar mais um passo no sentido do desenvolvimento de uma teoria crítica dos sistemas aplicada ao direito, diagnosticando os dilemas contemporâneos e ao mesmo tempo, apontando os desafios existentes numa sociedade mundial paradoxalmente marcada pela possibilidade de hipertrofia sistêmica das ordens sociais reificadas e pelos processos de constitucionalização que buscam limitar essas ordens. / The recent development of critical systems theory, from Gunther Teubner to Andreas Fischer-Lescano, opened new horizons for the theorists who propose to study the society and the legal system. The construction of a critical theory under systemic conditions allows the joint use of theoretical concepts and themes from the first generation of the Frankfurt School (immanent critique, social antagonisms, reification, Dialectic of Enlightenment) and systems theory (paradox, systems, global society). Starting from this, the legal system was analyzed in the dimensions of justice (as contingent and transcendent formula) and its immanent critique as transcendent attitude, especially against the tendency to self-reproduce as reified social order, which produces injustices because excess of the justice. To reach these conclusions, this study aims to analyze the condition of modern society in which the critical systems theory arises (Part 1), laying the foundation for structural and semantic aspects on which it stands. Subsequently was established the basic theoretical premises of critical theory of the Frankfurt School and the systems theory of Niklas Luhmann (Part 2) with the specific purpose of collecting the essential elements to build a critical systems theory facing the study of the legal system. Reached this point, focused on the analysis of the legal system and its evolution to reach its current status of a global law in a fragmented society (Part 3). Like this the self-subversive justice and the immanent critique of the law have focused on key aspects that enable a systemic self-transcendence, able to make the law more responsive regarding to its environment by limiting its rational irrationality, which implies a reified social order. This thesis proposes give a step further towards the development of a critical theory applied to the law systems, diagnosing contemporary dilemmas and at the same time, pointing out the challenges of a global society paradoxically marked by the possibility of systemic hypertrophy stemmed from reified social orders and the constitutionalization processes that seek to limit such orders.
