Syftet med studien var att genom en statistisk analys och ur ett riskkommunikationsperspektiv undersöka informationens roll för riskuppfattning och upplevelse av oro kring pågående dödligt våld (PDV) hos studenter vid lärosäten i Sverige. I studien innefattar informationens roll beteenden kopplade till informationssökning, information som trygghetsskapande faktor och informationsbehov. I studien genomfördes en enkätundersökning som 120 studenter vid ett lärosäte besvarade. Genom en statistisk analys analyserades studiens forskningsfrågor utifrån aspekter kring informationskonsumtion, riskuppfattning, tillit och oro för att undersöka informationens roll. Studiens teoretiska ramverk bestod av teorier och begrepp från riskkommunikationsforskning (riskuppfattning) samt teorier och begrepp relaterade till informationskonsumtion (informationsundvikande, uncertainty reduction theory och risk information seeking and processing model). Resultatet i studien visade att de studenter som är oroliga och som söker information kring PDV är de studenter som i störst utsträckning anser sig ha kunskap om ämnet, däremot fanns det inte ett enskilt samband mellan ökad oro och att söka information. Individer som förväntas besitta kunskap om PDV, söker i större utsträckning mer information om ämnet. Studenterna i studien har inte fått information kring PDV från sitt lärosäte, men vill generellt få mer information och tror att information kan göra dem tryggare. Studenterna känner generellt tillit till lärosätet, trots att de inte fått någon information om PDV. De som känner tillit till lärosätet skulle vilja söka information om PDV hos dem, medan de som inte känner tillit söker mer information på egen hand. Vidare uppmuntras forskning där det undersöks vilken roll andras förväntan på individens kunskaper om risker spelar för individens informationskonsumtion. / The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of information for the risk perception and worry regarding ongoing deadly violence (ODV) that students at Swedish schools experience. The role of information regards behaviours in relation to information seeking, information need and information as a way to reduce worry. In the study, a web survey was conducted in which 120 students at a Swedish school participated. Through a statistical analysis, the research questions were analysed from aspects regarding information consumption, risk perception, trust and worry to investigate the role information plays. The theoretical framework for this study consisted of theories and concepts from the risk communication research field (such as risk perception), but it also consisted of theories and concepts related to information consumption (such as information avoidance, uncertainty reduction theory, and risk information seeking and processing model). The result of this study indicated that students who worry and seek information about ODV believe that they possess knowledge about the subject. However, no correlation between a higher level of worry and increased information seeking was shown. The individuals that feel a greater responsibility to have knowledge about ODV seek more information. The students in this study have not been given information about ODV from their school, but generally want to get more information and believe that information could make them less worried. Those who trust the school would seek information about ODV from the school, while the ones that do not trust the school tend to seek more information by themselves. Furthermore, we encourage further research that aim to investigate which role the expectations of others regarding expected knowledge play for the level of knowledge that individuals possess about risks and their information consumption.

Samverkan vid hanteringen av dödligt skolvåld : En kvalitativ studie om samverkan vid hanteringen av dödligt våld i den svenska skolmiljön / Collaboration in the management of lethal school violence : A study on collaboration in the management of lethal school violence in the Swedish school environment

Dödligt skolvåld har sedan länge varit ett uppmärksammat problem i bland annat USA. Forskningen om dödligt skolvåld tenderar ofta att studera amerikanska exempel där syftet är att identifiera riskindivider genom att undersöka personlighetsdrag och bakgrundsfaktorer. Dödligt skolvåld i en skandinaviskt kontext saknas det dock kunskap om. Syftet med den här studien är att undersöka utmaningar och framgångsfaktorer med samverkan vid hanteringen före, under och efter händelser med dödligt våld i den svenska skolmiljön. Studien genomfördes med hjälp av kvalitativ metod där det empiriska materialet samlades in genom semistrukturerade intervjuer. Med utgångspunkt i ledning och samverkan som teoretiskt ramverk och med boundary spanning som centralt teoretiskt begrepp, analyserades insamlade data med tematisk analys. Studien resulterade i två huvudsakliga teman, utmaningar för samverkan och framgångsfaktorer för samverkan. Studien visade att avsaknad av systematik och bristande kommunikation utgör de främsta utmaningarna, samtidigt som god person- och förmågekännedom utgör de främsta framgångsfaktorerna vid samverkan. Studiens resultat bekräftar delvis tidigare forskning men lyfter också fram nya fynd. Till exempel att lagstadgade sekretessbestämmelser utgör hinder för effektiv samverkan mellan skolan, polisen och socialtjänsten. / Deadly school violence has long been acknowledged as a pressing issue, particularly within the United States. Existing research primarily concentrates on American instances, with a focus on identifying high-risk individuals through the examination of personality traits and background factors. However, there exists a notable gap in understanding deadly violence within a Scandinavian context. This study aims to explore the challenges and success factors associated with collaborative efforts in managing incidents of deadly violence within the Swedish school environment, spanning the periods before, during, and after such occurrences. Employing a qualitative approach, empirical data was gathered through semi-structured interviews. Drawing upon the theoretical framework of management and collaboration, and boundary spanning as a central theoretical concept, thematic analysis was employed to analyze the collected data. The study highlights two key themes: challenges for collaboration and success factors for collaboration. Findings reveal that the lack of systematic approaches and inadequate communication represent primary challenges, while good understanding of individuals and their capabilities are the primary success factors in collaboration. The study's findings partly confirm previous research but also highlight new discoveries. For instance, statutory confidentiality regulations pose obstacles to effective collaboration between schools, the police, and social services.

購買前搜尋與持續性搜尋對購買後認知失調的影響 / Investigating the Effect of Pre-Purchase Search and Ongoing Search on Post-Purchase Dissonance

本研究旨在了解不同類型的資訊搜尋對購買後的心理狀態的影響。首先,我們探討消費者的產品知識如何影響他們的搜尋量,包括線下購買前搜尋、線上購買前搜尋和持續性搜尋,再來探討這些搜尋行為如何影響消費者的購買後認知失調。本研究共收集了542份有效問卷,我們使用PLS結構方程模型來驗證研究模型。研究結果顯示,消費者產品知識對線下購買前搜尋、線上購買前搜尋和持續性搜尋有正向影響,對購買後認知失調有負向影響。在三種類型的搜尋中,只有線上購買前搜尋對購買後認知失調有負向影響。購買後搜尋對購買後失認知調亦有負向影響。對消費者搜尋行為以及消費者搜尋後心理狀態感興趣的研究者們,期望本研究的發現能為他們未來的研究帶來啟發與幫助。 / This study aimed to understand how different types of information search influences consumers’ post-purchase mental state. First we investigated how consumers’ product knowledge influence their amount of information search, including offline pre-purchase search, online pre-purchase search, and ongoing search. Then we investigate how these searching behaviours influence consumers’ post-purchase dissonance. Total of 542 valid online questionnaires were collected and PLS structural equation model was used to verify our research model. The result showed that consumer product knowledge had positive influence on offline pre-purchase search, online pre-purchase search, ongoing search, and had negative influence toward post-purchase dissonance. Among three types of information search, only online pre-purchase search had negative influence on post-purchase dissonance. Post-purchase search also had negative influence on post-purchase dissonance. For those who are interesting in consumers’ searching behaviours and post-search state of mind, these findings could be referenced in their future research.

It was accomplished based on a research about the new set, relative to the scholar organization, created by the changes introduced with the implantation of Cycle Regime with Ongoing Progression at elementary education in public schools from São Paulo. The initial hypothesis was that the this implantation would modify, meaningfully, the school time organization, what would generate a direct impact with the cultural capital and habitus of the teachers. The research took place in 2003 in two public schools from São Paulo state net subordinated to the same Teaching Board. It was made through interviews to two teachers in each school who worked at the second cycle of elementary school, 5th to 8th grades, at a total of four, and to the pedagogic coordinators that were working at this duty since the implantation of the reform. It was also performed the collection and analysis of school documents which expressed the school time organization. This job used the Pierre Bourdieu theoretical corpus as reference, mainly the cultural capital, arbitrary cultural dominant, strategies and habitus, to verify the resulting impact of the reform quoted at the consolidated docent practices. It was testified that the initial hypothesis, concerning the school time, was not proved. Nevertheless, the direct impact on the teacher s cultural capital and habitus regarding to meritocracy, which prizes and settles an ideal student pattern, the pedagogic authority reduction on behalf of ongoing progression that makes impossible the power of the decision about the retention or approval of the pupils, and the valorization and defense of the transmission of scholar contents without which school becomes devoid of its leading duty, was evidenced. Finally the adoption of strategies such as the defense of the Grade Board strengthening and the reduction of the cycles duration from four two years aiming at overcoming these impacts and its effects that are considered damaging, by the docents, to public schools and the pupils future. / Este estudo tem a finalidade de contribuir para a compreensão de como operam e se expressam as mudanças envolvidas em reformas educacionais. Realizou-se a partir de uma pesquisa sobre o novo cenário, relativo à organização escolar, criado pelas alterações introduzidas com a implantação do Regime de Ciclos com Progressão Continuada no Ensino Fundamental das escolas públicas paulistas. Partiu-se da hipótese inicial de que a implantação da referida reforma alteraria significativamente a organização do tempo escolar o que geraria um impacto direto no capital cultural e habitus dos professores. A pesquisa foi realizada em 2003 em duas escolas públicas, da rede estadual paulista subordinadas à mesma Diretoria de Ensino, por meio de entrevistas com dois professores de cada escola, de segundo ciclo do Ensino Fundamental, 5ª à 8ª séries, num total de quatro, com os professores coordenadores pedagógicos de cada unidade escolar, que estivessem no exercício dessa função desde a implantação da referida reforma. Foi também, realizada a coleta e análise dos documentos escolares que expressam a organização do tempo escolar. Este trabalho tem como referência o corpo teórico de Pierre Bourdieu privilegiadamente os conceitos de capital cultural, arbitrário cultural dominante, estratégias e habitus para se verificar o impacto resultante da implantação da reforma em tela nas práticas docentes consolidadas. Constatou-se que a hipótese inicial, no que se refere à organização do tempo escolar, não se comprovou. No entanto, emergiu, ao longo da pesquisa, o impacto direto sobre o capital cultural e habitus dos professores referentes a meritocracia, que valoriza e estabelece um padrão de aluno ideal, a redução da autoridade pedagógica em função da progressão continuada que impossibilita o exercício do poder de decisão sobre a retenção ou aprovação do alunado e, a valorização e defesa da transmissão dos conteúdos escolares sem o que a escola fica esvaziada de sua função precípua. Finalmente a adoção de estratégias, como, por exemplo, a defesa do fortalecimento do Conselho de Série e da redução do período de duração dos ciclos de quatro para dois anos visando a superação desses impactos e seus efeitos que são considerados danosos, pelos docentes, à escola pública e ao futuro dos alunos.

An investigation into the nature of a viable pentecostal hermeneutic

Current pentecostal scholarship is attempting to articulate pentecostal theological distinctives. For hermeneutics, this involves both a descriptive and a prescriptive approach to the use of the Bible. The descriptive approach appraises the historical roots of pentecostalism, which include the Wesleyan I Holiness movement, the radical Reformation, Tertullian and Montanism, and earliest charismatic communities. These understood Christian Scripture as guidelines to a Way of behaviour and testimony, rather than a source-book of doctrine. This 'alternative history' experienced the Enlightenment on a different level to protestantism and fundamentalism. Many of the concerns of historical church theology and hermeneutics during the last centuries are thus not always shared by pentecostals. The choice is: articulate a distinctive pentecostal hermeneutic, or 'borrow' from non-pentecostal theology. The prescriptive approach first investigates some of the latter options: some identify closely with conservative evangelical hermeneutics. Others prefer the political hermeneutic of the socio-political contextual theologies. The burgeoning Faith Movement has influenced many pentecostals. Some pentecostal scholars show interest in 'post-modern' literary theory. A viable pentecostal hermeneutic might be prescribed as follows: It respects the demands of scientific method, not ignoring the concerns of contemporary hermeneutical philosophy and literary theory. It highlights specifically pentecostal concerns: the teleology of any encounter with the text; historical continuity with the early church groups; implementation, demonstration and realisation of the literal intent of the text; the role of biblical narrative in defining experience of God; and the authority granted ongoing revelation via the charismata in the light of the canon. Application of a pentecostal hermeneutic would emphasise an holistic understanding of Scripture, the crucial role of the charismatic community, awareness of issues in the ongoing hermeneutical debate, and the need for the interpreter's personal ongoing charismatic experience. In a distinctively pentecostal exegesis of 1 Corinthians 14 prophecy is discussed as normal liturgical activity, as a confrontation of outsiders and unbelievers, in terms of its regulation, and in the light of spiritual discernment / Biblical and Ancient Studies / Th. Text in German / Diese MTh Dissertation mit dem Titel Identität und Zukunft der protestantischen Denominationen in Hamburg befasst sich mit der Entwicklung protestantischer Kirchen in Hamburg und dem Bild, auf das die protestantische Landschaft möglicherweise zusteuert. Ausgangspunkt ist eine Reihe von Beobachtungen und Entwicklungen, die Raum für die Hypothese geliefert haben, dass denominationelle Unterschiede ihre Bedeutung verlieren und sowohl protestantische Zusammenarbeit als auch eine gemeinsame christliche Identität an Gewicht gewinnen werden. Die Befragung setzte einen besonderen Akzent auf das Verhältnis von liberalen und konservativen (evangelikalen) Protestanten. Die empirische Untersuchung, die sich der Methodik der Grounded Theory bediente, wie auch das umfassende Literaturstudium konnten die Hypothese im Allgemeinen bestätigen. Im Ergebnis zeigt sich die Perspektive einer stark an den Bedürfnissen der Gesellschaft orientierten kirchlichen Arbeit, die von einem deutlichen Bewusstsein des gemeinsamen Christuszeugnisses und einem ausgeprägten ökumenischen Geist getragen ist. Neben dem Ziel einer empirisch gestützten validen Zukunftsperspektive soll diese Arbeit Entscheidungshilfe und Impulspapier für christliche Leiter in Hamburg und Deutschland sein. / This MTh dissertation titled Identity and Future of Protestant Denominations in Hamburg deals with the development of protestant churches in Hamburg and the picture, the protestant landscape is possibly heading for. Initial point is a number of observations giving room for the supposition that denominational differences will loose their importance and protestant cooperation as well as a common christian identity will gain relevance. The survey put special attention on the relationship of liberal and conservative (evangelical) protestants. The empirical research, using the method of Grounded Theory, as well as the widespread literacy investigation served for – generally speaking – a confirmation of the hypothesis. As a result, it appears a perspective of a church that is strongly orientated towards the needs of society and carried by a clear awareness of the common testimony of Christ and a distinct ecumenical spirit. Besides the goal of a valid and empirically based future perspective, this work intends to be a decision aid and discussion paper for christian leaders in Hamburg and Germany. / Christian Spirituality, Church History and Missiology / M. Reinženjering preduzeća kao tehnika savremenog menadžmenta / Reengineering the company as modern management technique

<p>U radu se iskazuje potreba za obavljanjem reinţenjeringa preduzeća (RP), kao radikalno novog totalnog procesnog organizovanja preduzeća sa tendencijom ostvarivanja TQM-a (totalno procesno organizovanje preduzeća po prvi put je inţenjering preduzeća (IR)). Takođe, u radu se daje odgovarajuća metodologija za obavljanje inţenjeringa I reinţenjeringa preduzeća i iskazuje ĉinjenica da obavljanje svakog inţenjeringa i reinţenjeringa preduzeća, kao i funkcionisanje TQM-a podrazumeva postojanje menadţmenta u preduzeću koji se stalno inovira.<br />Rad istiĉe ĉinjenicu da u procesnom organizovanju preduzeća treba da se razlikuje selekcionistiĉki pristup koji prvenstveno odgovara naprednim preduzećima u razvijenoj svetskoj privredi i totalistiĉki pristup, koji rad obrađuje, a koji prevashodno odgovara svim ostalim preduzećima. Osnovni kriterijum koji odreĊuje kad koji pristup treba da bude upotrebljen je kvalitet posedovanne marketin&scaron;ke organizacione culture. Ako je posedovana marketin&scaron;ka organizaciona kultura zadovoljavajuća onda za ostvarivanje procesnog organizovanja treba da bude upotrebljen postojeći selekcionistiĉki pristup, dok u suprotnom sluĉaju, koji je daleko rasprostranjeni, treba da bude primenjen totalistiĉki pristup, koga rad obrađuje.<br />U radu je obrađen model za identifikaciju kvaliteta postojeće marketin&scaron;ke organizacione kulture preduzeća i iskazan naĉin pokretanja reinţenjeringa na primeru konkretnog preduzeća sloţenog karaktera i naĉin kako se identifikuju koristi od njegovog obavljanja u poĉetnoj fazi obavljanja (prve dve godine od njegovog pokretanja).<br />Obavljeno istraţivanje je prevashodno analitiĉko deskriptivnog karaktera u okviru kog se dokazivanje postavljenih operativnih hipoteza vr&scaron;ilo po odgovarajućim radnim poglavljima koja nose njihove nazive. Takođe, u sklopu obavljanja istraţivanja data su odgovarajuća razja&scaron;njenja pojmova: vizija, misija, op&scaron;ti cilj, strategija ostvarivanja op&scaron;teg cilja, identifikovanje radne strukture i strukture radnih procesa, modeliranje poslovne strukture i strukture poslovnih procesa, i definisanje procesne organizacione strukture preduzeća sa uspostavljanjem novog baziĉnog marketin&scaron;ki orjentisanog organizacionog modela. Ostvarivanje ovakvog organizacionog poduhvata definisano je odgovarajućom specijalnom grafiĉkom interpretacijom. Na primeru jednog sloţenog preduzeća dokazano je, kroz poĉetne rezultate, da jedan ovakav pristup daje zadovoljavajuće rezultate.</p> / <p>The paper shows the need for the re-engineering of the company (RP), as performing a radical new process of organizing the total tendency of TQM implementation, called Enterprise Engineering (IE). It also provides an appropriate methodology for their performing and reflect the fact that the performance of each engineering and re-engineering enterprises, as well as the functioning of TQM, implies the existence of management in a company, that is constantly innovating.<br />The paper highlights the fact that in the process organizing the company we shoulddistinguish differ process selection approach (that is suitable for advanced enterprises in developed world economy) and totalistic approach (which mainly corresponds to other companies). The main criterion that determines when that approach should be used, is the quality of subsumed marketing organizational culture. If the marketing possessed organizational culture is satisfactory then for the process of organizing should be used selection approach, while in the opposite case, which is far distributed, should be applied totalistic approach, which this paper deals with.<br />The paper describes a model for identification the quality of the existing marketing organizational culture, of the company and shown the way to start re-engineering through example of a particular complex company and find way how to identify the benefits of its performance in the beginning phase (the first two years of its launch).<br />Conducted research has primarily analytical-descriptive character, within which is done proving the set of operational hypotheses through relevant chapters which take their names. Also, through research performing are given adequate clarifications of terms: vision, mission, objective, strategy for achieving public goals, identifying the labor structure and structure of work processes, modeling the business structure and the structure of business processes, defining process organized structure of the company to establish a new base market oriented organizational model. The exercise of such organizational enterprise defines appropriate special graphical interpretation.</p>
