[pt] Esta dissertação discute a relação existente entre estéticas da literatura contemporânea brasileira, aqui compreendida como aquela produzida do final dos anos 1950 aos dias atuais, e a perspectiva psicanalítica da queda do nome-do-pai lacaniano. Esse ponto de vista teórico percebe mudanças significativas nos comportamentos e na criação artística do chamado sujeito contemporâneo, para ele surgido com o fim da Primeira Guerra Mundial, todas elas perpassadas pela instauração de uma economia psíquica fundada no imperativo de gozo, em detrimento daquela fundada no recalque. A partir desse pensamento, discute-se aqui o que dessa nova economia psíquica está ou não presente em produções literárias compreendidas como contemporâneas no Brasil, levando em conta a enorme variedade de estéticas presente nesse período, e como cada uma dessas características se comporta em cada produção observada. Se é certo pensar que o sujeito contemporâneo, assim como o de outros tempos, tem suas especificidades, também o é levar em conta que tais traços vêm de lugares psicanalíticos e sociais, bem como interferem em suas produções artísticas e, portanto, literárias. É sob a observação de como isso ocorreu na literatura brasileira contemporânea que este texto se debruça. / [en] This work discusses the relationship that exists between Brazilian literature aesthetics, here understood as the one produced from the end of the 1950s to the current days and the psychoanalytic perspective of the fall of the Lacanian name of the father. This theoretical point of view sees significant changes in the behaviors and artistic creation of the one individual that s called contemporary and has emerged after the end of World War I, all changes went through the establishment of a psychic economy founded in the imperative of rejoicing, to the detriment of that founded on repression. From this thought on, it is discussed here what is present or not of this new psychic economy in literary productions understood as contemporary in Brazil, taking into account the huge variety of present aesthetics in this period, and how each of these characteristics behave in each production that is observed. If it s right to think that the contemporary individual, as the ones from other times, has its specificities, it is also to take it into account that such traces come from social and psychoanalytic places, as well as they interfere in their artistic productions and, therefore, literaries. It s under the observation of how it has occurred in contemporary Brazilian literature that this text focuses on.

[pt] Considerações sobre o corpo e o divino na psicanálise é um estudo que acontece na interface entre psicanálise e religião tendo como eixo a dimensão do corpo. Investigamos alguns conceitos lacanianos que possuem relação com a religião destacando-se o Nome-do-Pai. Também exploramos algumas experiências religiosas que tenham sido abordadas por Freud e Lacan como a possessão e o testemunho dos místicos colocando-as em correlação com as noções lacanianas do gozo fálico e do Outro gozo. Além disso, ao final da tese apresentamos um breve ensaio sobre a possessão no contexto da Umbanda incluindo alguns apontamentos sobre o contexto atual. / [fr] La thèse propose une recherche dans l interface entre la psychanalyse et la religion en ayant comme axe la dimension du corps. Nous avons étudié quelques concepts lacaniens qui sont en rapport avec la religion en soulignant le Nom-du-Père. Nous avons aussi exploré quelques expériences religieuses qui ont été abordées par Freud et Lacan. C est le cas de la possession et aussi du temoignage mystique que nous avons mis en rapport avec les notions de la jouissance phallique et l Autre jouissance. Aussi, il présente un bref essai sur la possession dans le contexte de l Umbanda avec quelques considerátions sur le contexte actuel.

During recent times, the interest in sustainable investments has significantly increased. One of the factors behind this trend is the implementation of the EU taxonomy, which aims to promote capital allocation to sustainable activities by establishing a unified classification of economic activities that meet sustainability criteria. This initiative aims to create a standardized framework for assessing sustainability, thereby facilitating investment decisions in line with long-term sustainable economic and environmental goals. Another essential legislation contributing to the growing attention towards sustainable finance is the EU’s Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR). This regulation seeks to promote sustainability within the financial sector by introducing comprehensive disclosure requirements for financial actors, including reporting obligations to enhance transparency and enable informed decisions considering sustainability aspects. The aim of the study is to investigate the compliance with SFDR among Swedish Article 9 funds. Through a qualitative research design with a deductive approach, the study examines how SFDR is implemented and its impact on investors’ decision-making. Three semi-structured interviews were conducted to gain insights into the practical application of SFDR. The qualitative approach facilitated a deeper understanding of SFDR’s implementation, fund reporting practices regarding sustainability, and its impact on investors. The results indicate significant variation in fund reporting practices, posing challenges for both investors and fund companies to navigate the financial landscape. Despite shared commitments to adhere to SFDR requirements and sustainability goals, there is room for improvement to increase transparency and comparability between funds.

During these traditional celebrations the Sussa and Curraleira are shown, two musical genre presenting a hybridized structure, form, harmony, melody, rhythm and instrumentation. From the study of a broad bibliographical survey a historical and socio cultural contextualization had been made, and established as a conceptual and theoric base for this research. A dialogical relation is stablisehd between these two musical genres, the people envolved in this process of creation and the respective performance space. On the other hand is visible the processes of socio-cultural exchange characterized by these music genres. These hybridization processes and social representation brings their identity. The data acquisition was made by direct and passive observations, semi-structured interviews and audio-visual recording. The descriptions take into account the expressive gestures and states on dense description and discursive representation. This research intends to contribute and fill the gap of the complex and rich Brazilian cultural music as well as compose bibliographic material for professors and students. / Esta é uma pesquisa musical da comunidade Kalunga no contexto da Folia do Divino Pai Eterno de Cavalcante-GO e da Festa de Santo Antônio do Engenho II. Durante estas festividades são apresentadas a Curraleira e a Sussa, dois gêneros musicais com estrutura, forma, harmonia, melodia, ritmo e instrumentação hibridizados. A contextualização histórica e sócio-cultural se deu após amplo levantamento bibliográfico e se estabeleceu como base conceitual e teórica. Esses gêneros musicais estruturam-se em uma relação dialógica com o grupo envolvido no seu fazer e com seus respectivos espaços de desempenho. Por outro lado foram reconhecidos os principais processos de cruzamento sócio-cultural caracterizados por essas músicas. Esses inúmeros processos de hibridização e de representações sociais expressam características identitárias. As coletas de dados realizadas em campo se deram por meio de observações diretas e passivas, entrevistas semi-estruturadas e gravações de áudiovisual. As descrições foram feitas levando em consideração os gestos expressivos que se fundamentou na descrição densa, em conjunto com a análise discursiva. Esse estudo pretende contribuir para preencher uma lacuna referente à riquíssima teia cultural musical que integra o território brasileiro, bem como em material bibliográfico para professores e alunos do ensino regular.

Firstly, it analyzes from the point of view of the analytical psychology of Carl Gustav Jung, the development of the rationality in the western culture, and the structuration of consciousness inside the current patriarchal pattern. It identifies the distinction of polarity in the consciousness, inherent to this dynamism, and its excesses such as the inclusion of the authoritarianism in the culture and the Law. Subsequently, it identifies the archetypical conflict Father-son hidden by the conflict of the youth with the law, and the transference of this conflict to the society and the justice. The Law, which represents the cultural and collective precept, takes the archetypical function of order, limits, tradition, respect and authority, which are attributes of the father archetype and conflict with the youth, concerning his private life. Finally, it indicates the consequences, to the development of the young offender personality, of the authoritarian pattern accepted by the Law, observing the attitude of Judges and public prosecutors that work in this area, their role and personal conflicts, accordingly it appoints better ways to establish this relationship / O trabalho aborda o fracasso prático das medidas de ressocialização aplicadas ao adolescente infrator e analisa a cultura incriminadora e repressora atualmente presente neste campo. Analisa inicialmente, à luz da psicologia analítica, criada por Carl Gustav Jung, o desenvolvimento da racionalidade, na cultura ocidental, e a estruturação da consciência dentro do padrão atual patriarcal. Identifica a discriminação de polaridades, na consciência, própria desse dinamismo, e aponta seus excessos - como a incorporação, na cultura e no Direito, do autoritarismo. Em um segundo momento, identifica, por trás do conflito do adolescente com a Lei, a existência de um conflito arquetípico Pai-filho, e a transferência, pelo adolescente, desse conflito à sociedade e à Justiça. O Direito, como representante do cânone cultural coletivo, assume a função arquetípica da ordem, do limite, da tradição, do respeito, e da autoridade, todos esses atributos do arquétipo paterno que conflitam com o jovem, na esfera pessoal, e encarnam as questões principais com as quais ele acaba tendo que lidar. The transition to fatherhood reveals itself as a period of significant changes in man, which alter his perception of himself and the world in a profound way. This paper investigates the experience of transition to fatherhood in first time fathers. Semi-structured interviews were carried out with each of the six couples participating in this study, in three different moments: at the end of pregnancy, in the first month after childbirth and at six months of the baby's life. In the first interview, the Interactive Narrative was used as a dialogical resource, which consists of a fictitious story, previously developed by the researcher, which presents the subject to be investigated, but which is interrupted at some point in the plot, allowing participants to finalize the story as they wish. The interview records were made by the researcher after the end of each one, and later transformed into transferential narratives. The material produced on the transition to fatherhood was discussed in the light of psychoanalytic thinking and contemporary authors with scientific production on this subject, and the argument arises that parental care can be exercised by both men and women, who are available in a healthy way to an active adaptation to the baby's needs. As the final product of the reflexive process, it presents the proposal to extend the Winnicottian concept of primary maternal concern to primary parental concern. / As no??es de paternidade e maternidade passam por transforma??es acentuadas na sociedade contempor?nea. A transi??o para a paternidade se revela como um per?odo de expressivas mudan?as no homem, que alteram sua percep??o de si mesmo e do mundo de maneira profunda. Este trabalho investiga a experi?ncia de transi??o para a paternidade em homens que se tornam pais pela primeira vez. Foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas junto a cada um dos seis casais participantes desta pesquisa, em tr?s momentos distintos: ao final da gravidez, no primeiro m?s ap?s o parto e aos seis meses de vida do beb?. Na primeira entrevista, utilizou-se como recurso dial?gico a Narrativa Interativa, que consiste em uma hist?ria fict?cia, desenvolvida previamente pelo pesquisador, que apresenta o tema a ser investigado, mas que se interrompe em algum momento da trama, permitindo que os participantes finalizem a hist?ria como desejarem. Os registros das entrevistas foram realizados pelo pesquisador ap?s o t?rmino de cada uma delas, e posteriormente transformados em narrativas transferenciais. O material produzido sobre a transi??o para a paternidade foi discutido ? luz do pensamento psicanal?tico e de autores contempor?neos com produ??o cient?fica nesta tem?tica, emergindo o argumento de que o cuidado parental pode ser exercido tanto por homens quanto por mulheres, que se disponham de maneira saud?vel a uma adapta??o ativa ?s necessidades do beb?. Em nossa dissertação, estudamos o manual retórico de Sulpício Vítor, Institutiones Oratoriae. Nossa pesquisa é dividida em quatro partes. Na primeira, comentamos a bibliografia especializada que nos antecede, abordando questões importantes, como datação, ocorrência de alguns elementos retóricos e semelhança com outros manuais. Na segunda, comparamos os exemplos fornecidos por nosso autor com exercícios declamatórios, sobretudo os de Sêneca pai, mas também os de Calpúrnio Flaco e de Pseudo-Quintiliano. Na terceira, analisamos e explicamos a teoria dos estados de causa de Sulpício Vítor, comparando, sempre que possível, suas lições com as de outros textos. Na última, apresentamos uma tradução anotada para o português. / In our dissertation, we study Sulpitius Victors rhetoric handbook, Institutiones Oratoriae. Our research is divided into four parts. The first consists of a commentary to the specialized bibliography that precedes us, addressing important issues, such as dating, occurrence of some rhetorical elements and similarities with other handbooks. The second aims to compare examples given by our author with declamation exercises, especially those ones of Seneca the Elder, but also the ones of Calpurnius Flaccus and of Ps. Quintilian. The third is dedicated to the analysis and elucidation of Sulpitius Victors issue-theory, as we compare, whenever possible, his lessons with the ones of other texts. The last includes an annotated Portuguese translation.
