Orientador: Euclides Braga Malheiros / Resumo: A pecuária de corte brasileira tem sido pressionada no sentido de cada vez obter melhores resultados, o que força os proprietários a utilizar práticas e manejos específicos, os quais possibilitarão a manutenção dentro da atividade. Este estudo teve como objetivos avaliar o uso de inteligência artificial, mais especificamente redes neurais artificiais (RNA), para predizer resultados futuros tanto da produção de pasto quanto animal. Determinar dentre diversos cenários de recria e terminação de bovinos de corte em pastagens tropicais, qual foi o melhor cenário no que diz respeito aos resultados econômicos. Avaliar dentre diferentes doses de adubação nitrogenada, qual foi aquela que retornou melhores índices econômicos. As RNA se mostraram melhores que as regressões normalmente utilizadas para predizer as produções de pastagem (valores médios obtidos pelo uso das RNA foram 0,84; 0,78 e 0,75 para massa de forragem, porcentagens de folha e colmo, versus 0,74; 0,39 e 0,50 obtidos usando regressão linear múltipla) e animal (0,72 [RNA] e 0,67 regressão). No estudo referente aos cenários, os melhores resultados foram obtidos quando utilizado apenas sal mineral (lucratividade de 26,3%; período de “payback” simples igual à 11 ciclos e taxa interna de retorno de 9,30%) na recria dos bovinos de corte e na terminação, quando as variáveis climáticas possibilitaram via manejo de pastagem o uso de maior taxa de lotação (3,18 UA ha-1) na área. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: Brazilian beef cattle has been under pression to obtain better results, which drives owners to use specific practices and management, which will allow the maintenance within livestock. This study aimed to evaluate use of artificial intelligence, specifically artificial neural networks (ANN), to predict future results both forage and animal productions. Determine between a lot of rearing and finishing phase scenarios of beef cattle production using tropical pastures, how was the best scenario considering economic results. Evaluate between different nitrogen fertilizers levels, how was there obtained best economic indexes. The ANN was better than regressions normally used to predict forage production (mean values obtained by ANN use were 0.84, 0.78 and 0.75 for forage mass, leaf and stem percentages, versus 0.74, 0.39 and 0.50 obtained using multiple linear regression) and animal (0.72 [ANN] and 0.67 regression). Into study about scenarios, the best results were obtained when used mineral mix just (profitability of 26.3%, simple payback period equal to 11 cycles and internal return ratio of 9.30%) during rearing phase of beef cattle. During finishing phase, the best results occurred when weather variables allowed by pasture handled, the use of higher stocking rate (3.18 AU ha-1) into area. [pt] Nesta pesquisa o autor analisa a construção de narrativas de conversão religiosa em situação de entrevista, tendo-se em vista a perspectiva do presente e o processo de mudança envolvido. Tais narrativas são testemunhos da passagem de uma condição de existência ruim para uma melhor, nos quais o contraste entre o presente e o passado se faz especialmente visível. Em relação ao processo de mudança, os narradores indicam compreender que a conversão se dá num momento inesperado de iluminação. A análise das narrativas, no entanto, evidenciam que essas mudanças ocorrem dentro daquilo que o autor chama de rede de mudança: a construção discursiva de uma ampla rede de relações sociais que possibilita a (re)construção identitária. O autor propõe, ainda, que a construção discursiva da conversão propriamente, seja examinada através da noção de fluxo de mudança. Esta noção aponta para a compreensão de que as transformações na identidade social, não podem ser localizadas em um ponto específico. Embora o autor trabalhe com a análise de narrativas de conversão religiosa, ele argumenta que tais noções podem ser aplicadas no estudo de narrativas que contenham outros tipos de conversão, já que uma das características centrais de diferentes tipos de tais narrativas, é a ênfase na transformação identitária. / [en] In this research the author investigates the construction of narratives of religious conversion through the use of interviews. These narratives are testimonials of the passage from a bad life condition to a better one, in which the contrast between the present and the past is especially visible. In relation to the process of change, the narrators indicate that they understand the conversion as happening in an unexpected moment of illumination. The narrative analysis points out that those changes occur in what the author refers to as a web of change: the discursive construction of a broad web of social relations that gives rise to the possibility of identity (re)construction. The author also proposes to examine the discursive production of the conversion through the notion of stream of change. This notion indicates that the transformation of the social identity can´t be located in a specific point. Although the author has worked with narratives of religious conversion, he proposes that these notions can be used in the study of narratives concerned with other types of conversion, since one of the central characteristics of such narratives is the emphasis upon the transformation of identity.

The starting point was the theory that the sport can be understood as a set of technical and organizational discourses of embodiment, and therefore being able to drive themselves to the most diverse forms of bodily experience (such a perspective is worked on the thesis by notion of power sports). We seek not only to investigate the different ways the skateboarding was co-opted by the sports universe, but also how he invented modes of spatial appropriation of subjectivity and experience that had little to do with competitions, ranking or income. The thesis we defend is that skateboarding is not trod the ways of a sportivization to result in a solid identity and which we could classify as sports. His practice was in an area of fluid and ambiguous boundaries, establishing dialogues with both the world of sports competitions organized as important to the counterculture youth movements, especially with punk rock. The restraints by which it passed in the mid-1970s, as he faced a ban in 1988, when former President Janio Quadros was mayor of Sao Paulo, indicate right, beside the existence of organized competition for a lot public, and sponsored by major companies such as Bank Itau, the existing imbalances in recent history / Esta tese tem como objetivo refletir sobre o desenvolvimento dos chamados esportes californianos e/ou radicais no Brasil, tomando como estudo de caso a prática do skate e a analisando através de uma série de revistas publicadas no país entre as décadas de 1970 e início de 1990. Para tanto, partimos da teorização de que o esporte pode ser compreendido como um conjunto de técnicas e discursos de organização da corporeidade, e por isso sendo capaz de conduzir para si as mais diversas formas de experiência corporal (tal perspectiva é trabalhada na tese através da noção de poder esportivo). Buscamos não somente investigar os diferentes modos como o skate foi cooptado pelo universo esportivo, mas também como ele inventou modos de apropriações espaciais e experiências de subjetivação que pouco tiveram a ver com competições, ranking ou rendimentos. A tese que defendemos é que o skate não trilhou os caminhos de uma esportivização que resultasse numa identidade sólida e a qual poderíamos classificar como esportiva. Sua prática constituiu-se numa zona de fronteiras fluídas e ambivalentes, estabelecendo diálogos tanto com o mundo organizado das competições esportivas quanto com importantes movimentos juvenis de contracultura, especialmente com o punk rock. Recent studies show a tendency to use other methods of performing this assessment. This paper explores the alternative method of Real Options for evaluation of these projects seeking to get closer to the real world, considering greater uncertainty and flexibility than the NPV. Initially it will be shown a literature review focusing on the binomial method in Real Options. The proposed methodology is a case study of a project in the beer market in Brazil, using as source a large multinational company supplying this project. Later a financial analysis will be done primarily using only the NPV and later incorporating the binomial method of Real Options, resulting in the extended VPL. The goal is to price the flexibility of Real Options present in the design of the supply contract under consideration that are not normally considered. This is intended to verify that the binomial method of real options makes real difference in the project under study. / Projetos de automação industrial são avaliados financeiramente através dos métodos bastante utilizados de Valor Presente Líquido (VPL) e Taxa Interna de Retorno (TIR). Estudos recentes mostram uma tendência para a utilização de outros métodos para realizar esta avaliação. Este trabalho explora o método alternativo de Opções Reais para avaliação desses projetos que busca se aproximar mais do mundo real considerando maior incerteza e flexibilidade do que o VPL. Inicialmente será feita uma revisão de literatura focando o método binomial dentro de Opções Reais. A metodologia proposta é um estudo de caso de um projeto no mercado de cerveja no Brasil, utilizando como fonte uma empresa multinacional de grande porte fornecedora desse projeto. Posteriormente será feita uma análise financeira primeiramente utilizando somente o VPL e posteriormente incorporando o método binomial de Opções Reais, resultando no VPL estendido. O objetivo é precificar a flexibilidade das Opções Reais presentes no contrato de fornecimento do projeto em estudo que normalmente não são consideradas. Com isso pretende-se verificar se o método binomial de Opções Reais faz real diferença no projeto em estudo.

O presente trabalho toma como reflexão a saúde mental com crianças e adolescentes, estabelecendo como ponto de partida experiências vividas pelo autor como psicólogo desta área. Usa a memória e o biográfico como lugar potente para a reflexão historiográfica e um campo de composições entre forças passadas e o presente. Seguindo os rastros da Reforma Psiquiátrica brasileira e seu cenário dos anos 70 e 80, a tese mostra em alguns fragmentos históricos, o nascimento de uma psiquiatrização e psicologização da infância, ao mesmo tempo em que trata infância e loucura como objetos históricos a partir da presença de Michel Foucault e Philippe Àries no cenário da historiografia. Realça o fato de apesar de crianças e jovens terem ficado longe da agenda da Reforma Psiquiátrica brasileira, isto não significou ausência de movimentações sociais nos anos 70/80, trazendo outras cenas de militância para este público. No decorrer do estudo, discute a saúde mental e sua interface com a justiça e a educação, bem como mostra o avanço das teses cerebrais sobre a criança e os adolescentes. Ao final, o autor discute e estabelece uma reflexão dos espaços de intervenção criados no campo da saúde mental infanto-juvenil, a partir das noções de território, dispositivo, rizoma, clínica e política. / This paper takes as a reflection on mental health with children and adolescents, establishing as a starting point experiences of the author as a psychologist in the area. Uses memory and biography as potent place for historiography reflection and as a field of compositions between past and present. Following the tracks of the Brazilian Psychiatric Reform and its setting of 70 and 80 years, the thesis shows some historical fragments, the birth of a psychiatrization and psychologizing of childhood, at the same time it describes childhood and madness as historical objects from the presence Michel Foucault and Philippe Aries on the stage of history. Highlights the fact that although children and adolescent have stayed away from the agenda of the Brazilian Psychiatric Reform, this did not mean the absence of social movements in the years 70/90, bringing other scenes of activism for this audience. During the study, discusses mental health and its interface with the justice and education, and shows the progress of cerebral thesis on children and adolescents. Finally, the author discusses and provides a reflection of the spots where created in the field of mental health for children and youth, from the notions of territory, device, rhizome, practice and politics.

A tese intitulada No cenário do tempo presente: um estudo sobre os valores hodiernos nas culturas juvenis, constitui uma investigação analítica acerca dos valores permanentes socializados pela cultura juvenil contemporânea. No fluxo transitório inerente à conjuntura da sociedade hodierna, postula-se a existência de valores compartilhados por jovens oriundos de distintas realidades sociais, familiares e educacionais. A pesquisa se propõe a apreender os ditos valores em meio aos contextos particulares das experiências juvenis. Para tal, adota como lócus de investigação, escolas públicas e privadas com características pedagógicas, filosóficas e socioeconômicas diferenciadas. Propugna-se o desenvolvimento da análise sobre três eixos principais: a questão do tempo presente, com suas características dinâmicas e a própria história que a define no seu processo em desenvolvimento; a questão da juventude, desdobrada nos jovens específicos desta pesquisa localizados nas culturas juvenis consideradas como unidade que encampa a diversidade; a questão dos valores observados tanto à luz da história, que os produz como a dos jovens que os elege desde o exercício da liberdade enquanto pessoa humana. Assim, pretendemos realizar um trabalho profícuo no tocante ao avanço e aprofundamento no conhecimento das questões atinentes à Juventude e Ética no tempo presente. / The thesis entitled "In the scenario of the present time: A study of today's values in youth culture" is an analytical investigation about the permanent values' socialized in contemporary youth culture. In the transitory flow inherent to circunstances of today's society, it is required the existence of values shared by young people coming from different social, family and educational realities.The aim of this research is to understand these values in particular contexts of youth experiences. In order to do that, it adopts schools - public and private - as locus of research with distinguished pedagogical, philosophical and socioeconomic features.There will be developed an analysis based on three main points: the matter of the present time, with its dynamic characteristics and the history that defines it in its process in development, the matter of youth, focused on the specific young people in this survey located in youth cultures considered as the unit that embodies the diversity, the matter of values observed both at the light of history that produces them, and in the youth that elects them in their exercise of freedom as human beings.Therefore, we intend to perform a successful work with respect to advancing and deepening the knowledge of the questions related to Nowadays Youth and Ethics.

In this context, the study recreates facts and events of our time and representations of lived and imagined moments as a manner of building history. The investigation uses Oral History methodology, utilizing living participants‟ memories, and potential deponents, open to collaboration. The study presents three main goals. It aims to revel the construction process of the object of study; to show the dialogues among the studies of Halbwachs (2006), Ricoeur (2012), Bosi (1994), Le Goff (2013), Thompson (1992), Meihy (2007), and others; about history, memory, present time and oral history; and to show the articulation among Olweus (1993), Silva (2010), Lima (2011), Calhau (2011), Fante (2012), etc.; that see bullying and cyberbullying as anactual “problematic” poorly studied. Because of the constant changes in history throughout the time, future generations will be able to “dive” in memories of the past, preserving them alive and building connections for its comprehension and reconstruction. / O presente estudo, Do bullying ao cyberbullying: história e memórias escolares (1993-2011) é uma proposta de investigação que contempla a história e as memórias de acontecimentos escolares do tempo presente. Nesse contexto, busca recriar fatos e acontecimentos de nosso tempo, representações do momento vivido ou imaginado, como forma de construir a matéria histórica. A investigação utiliza a metodologia da História Oral, apropriando-se das memórias de participantes vivos, depoentes em potencial, passíveis de colaboração. A investigação objetiva revelar os espaços percorridos para a construção do objeto de estudo, bem como os diálogos traçados com os estudos de Halbwachs (2006), Ricoeur (2012), Bosi (1994), Le Goff (2013), Thompson (1992), Meihy (2007) entre outros, sobre história, memória, tempo presente e história oral, bem como, a articulação com os autores Olweus (1993), Silva (2010), Lima (2011), Calhau (2011), Fante (2012), etc., que apresentam nas respectivas pesquisas os fenômenos bullying e cyberbullying como uma “problemática” do tempo presente, carente de estudo e aprofundamento. É no mover constante da história ao longo do tempo que é possível possibilitar às gerações futuras um mergulho nas memórias de outrora, fazendo com que a moldura do tempo não se apague, mas que se constitua no pano de fundo para sua compreensão e reconstrução.

For that we sought to understand how the relationship with the time can be felt and rejected in this neighborhood from the 1970s to the present time (2015). Pântano do Sul neighborhood is located in the city of Florianópolis, about twenty-seven kilometers from the urban area, and has an average of 5800 inhabitants. For the dissertation were mobilized interviews with residents in two chronological stages: in 1985 and today 2014/2015 in order to investigate and understand how these people saw/see the changes on the neighborhood and especially the relationship with practices of religiosity. These oral sources were collected using the methodology of Oral History and their contents were analyzed as temporalities that are not opposed, but that resonate in each other, as experience records (past/present) that open spaces to expectations horizons (present/future) in their possible continuities and ruptures. The dissertation weaves a narrative problematized from these speeches of local residents and dialogues with authors who support the fields of History of the Present Time. / A presente dissertação tem como objetivo investigar como os moradores do Pântano do Sul, bairro situado ao sul de Florianópolis, lidaram com as mudanças ocorridas naquele local a partir de 1970 e que ressoaram nas práticas de sociabilidades do cotidiano, nos hábitos, e muito especialmente nos modos como se relacionavam/relacionam com a religiosidade e suas práticas. Para isso buscou-se entender como a relação do tempo pode ser sentida e problematizada neste bairro a partir da década de 1970 até o tempo presente (2015). O bairro do Pântano do Sul situa-se na cidade de Florianópolis, cerca de vinte e sete quilômetros do perímetro urbano, e possui uma média de 5800 habitantes. Para a dissertação mobilizou-se entrevistas realizadas com moradores em dois tempos cronológicos: no ano de 1985 e de hoje 2014/2015 com o intuito de investigar e compreender como essas pessoas viram/veem as mudanças sobre o bairro e sobretudo a relação com as práticas de religiosidade. Estas fontes orais foram colhidas utilizando-se da metodologia da História Oral e analisadas em seus conteúdos como temporalidades que não se opõem, mas que ressoam uma na outra, como registros de experiências (passado/presente) que abrem espaços para horizontes de expectativas (presente/futuro) em suas possíveis permanências e rupturas. A dissertação tece uma narrativa problematizada a partir dessas falas de moradores e dialoga com autores que se amparam nos domínios da História do Tempo Presente.

The symptoms of the hodiernal consuming civilization in the bodies of subjectivities summarize the composition of the collective and individual orders under the signs of economical development, juridical guarantees, generalized erotomania and banal liberalities; that have magnetized partisans in all levels of experience and cultures of the present time (to the point of determining the complex structures of power and domination over the ones they themselves were able imprint). In our attempt analyses and renunciation before the very brand new ir-reality of technology, information and consumption in neo-capitalism and post-history we will evoke Foucault and Pasolini; the ones who define an alike ontology of the present life behaviors. Both are thinkers that provide possible new ethical readings for the present time, especially through the art and aesthetization of existence. In the scope of our analysis, we try to defend that the last Foucault conceives the redirection of his History of Sexuality, starting from the reformulation of his conception about the power, by dreaming for this purpose with the presence of a new specific intellectual type: that claims to itself possible practices of an attitudinal ethics and (r)existence (jealously in non normative ways). Our purpose is based on the hypothesis that Foucault has except like a presupposition, clearly like an inspiration to the postulations of this new ethical and specific intellectual presently the reading of work and life of Pier Paolo Pasolini. Out of that we do not intend, for this work, go towards any type of differentiation between aesthetics, estheticism or aesthetization; neither in relation to Pasolini nor in Foucault for our research is not related to an aesthetics nor even to a philosophy of the art in the ambit of both authors. However the recurrence of theorization about the attitudinal and philosophical necessity of an aesthetization of the existence, as well as the categorization in relation to the possibility of aesthetical-ethics to the present time, do not correspond to the preoccupation of our research the approaching to precise themes of aesthetic canon, neither the contribution to the discussion of aspects properly relevant or conducting to a history of aesthetics. Our work presents itself much more related to critical thinking, on purpose of an ethics like actualization of subjective possibilities: about the practical discussions of a possible philosophy of and in the present time. An effort to be undertaken under this aspect, with footstool in consideration of the vital commitment, the body disposition and the intellectual action: that both actors specifically vitalize and to which we intend to report ourselves. So it is much more due to the discussion on attitudinal ethics for the philosophy of the present, on the perspective of what currente calamo presents itself in life and in work of both. An enterprise of vitality and that properly highlights, in this sense, the artistic stylization of original modes of life, as well as philosophically faced. Modes related to the corporality, the sensibility, the tragic agony and the expressivity of existence like aspects of this possible ethics: to be delineated like the reinvention of a self-ethics in present time itself. / A consolidação irrecusável de um regime de expansão-consumo-tolerância retifica toda manifestação simbólica do presente em uma vida comum. Os sintomas da hodierna civilização do consumo nos corpos das subjetividades resumem a composição da ordem das relações individuais e coletivas sob os signos do desenvolvimento econômico, das garantias jurídicas, da erotomania generalizada e das liberalidades banais; que se imantaram, sequazes, em todos os níveis de experiências e de culturas no presente (a ponto de determinarem as complexas estruturas de poder e de dominação sobre as quais as mesmas puderam se imprimir). Em nossa tentativa de análise e de desprendimento frente à novíssima (ir)realidade da tecnologia, da informação e do consumo no neocapitalismo da pós-história evocaremos aos últimos Foucault e Pasolini; os quais definem, respectivamente, uma ontologia do presente e uma ontologia dos comportamentos de vida. Ambos são pensadores que proporcionam possíveis novas leituras éticas para o tempo presente, especialmente por meio da arte e da estetização da existência. No bojo de nossa análise, tentamos defender que o último Foucault concebe o redirecionamento de sua História da sexualidade com base na reformulação de sua concepção acerca do poder; a sonhar para isso com a atuação de um novo tipo de intelectual específico e localizado no presente: que arrogue para si possíveis práticas de uma ética atitudinal e (r)existencial (envidadamente de modos não normativos). Nosso propósito se dá a pretexto da hipótese de que Foucault tem senão como pressuposto, claramente como inspiração às postulações desse novo intelectual ético e específico no presente a leitura da obra e da vida de Pier Paolo Pasolini. Disso se segue que não pretendemos, para este trabalho, enveredar a nenhum tipo de diferenciação entre os conceitos de estética, de estetismo ou de estetização; nem em Pasolini nem em Foucault em razão de que não se trata de um trabalho nem de estética tampouco de filosofia da arte no âmbito dos dois autores. Não obstante a recorrência da teorização acerca da necessidade atitudinal e filosófica de uma estetização da existência, assim como da categorização a respeito da possibilidade de uma ética-estética para o presente, não corresponde à preocupação de nossa pesquisa versar sobre os temas precisos do cânone estético, tampouco contribuir com a discussão de aspectos propriamente relevantes ou conducentes a uma história da estética. Nosso trabalho apresenta-se muito mais no sentido de criticamente pensar a propósito de uma ética como atualização de possibilidades subjetivas: acerca da ação prática de uma filosofia possível do e no tempo presente. Um desforço a ser empreitado, sob esse aspecto, com supedâneo na consideração acerca do cometimento vital, da disposição corporal e da ação intelectual: que especificamente animam os dois autores a que pretendemos nos reportar. Trata-se, portanto, da discussão acerca de uma ética atitudinal para a filosofia do presente; na perspectiva daquilo que currente calamo se apresenta na vida e na obra de ambos. Uma empresa de vitalidade, e que originalmente ressalta nesse mesmo sentido a estilização artística de modos de vida filosoficamente enfrentados. Modos relacionados à corporalidade, à sensibilidade, à disposição trágico-agônica e à expressividade da existência como aspectos dessa ética possível: a delinear-se como uma ética da reinvenção de si no próprio tempo presente.

The research analysis this notion particularly from the experience of the documentary titled Sangue do Barro, which was the winner of the 4th edition of DOCTV, in the federal state of Rio Grande do Norte in 2008. The study focuses on how facts from daily life can be approached by the documentary making process, and how in this process the questioning of facts leads to the questioning of social realities. In this perspective, through the illustrative case of Sangue do Barro, the research develops the hypothesis of how in the documentary process, which aims at revealing a particular history, is the revealing of the particular able to reflect the universal. The dissertation thus assumes this situation as precisely the configuration of the sociology of present, proposed by Edgar Morin. Furthermore, along with the theoretical premises of the sociology of the present, the research performs a brief historical analysis of documentary practices, Brazilian audiovisual public policies, and it also discusses the technical contributions of several contemporary film makers and contemporary thinkers, such as Jean Rouch, Bill Nichols, Ismail Xavier, Consuelo Lins, Gilles Lipovetsky, Jean Serroy, Michel Foucault, Alfredo Pena-Vega, Nicole Lapierre, etc / A presente disserta??o de mestrado consiste na reflex?o sobre a no??o de acontecimento, ? luz do pensamento de Edgar Morin, particularmente refletida na experi?ncia do document?rio Sangue do Barro, vencedor da quarta edi??o do DOCTV, no Rio Grande do Norte, em 2008. Neste sentido, a pesquisa extrai do fazer documental o foco nas quest?es cotidianas, de onde se parte dos fatos para se questionar as realidades sociais. Assim, no exemplo de Sangue do Barro, a disserta??o analisa a hip?tese de como o procedimento documental, com foco em revelar uma hist?ria particular, pode de fato fazer com esse particular reflita o universal, o que finda por configurar-se em uma sociologia do presente, conforme proposta por Edgar Morin.
