<p>Följande studie har till syfte att undersöka hur lärarrekryteringsarbetet på kommunala och</p><p>fristående gymnasieskolor i en mellanstor kommun i södra Sverige går till. Skillnader och</p><p>likheter vid rekrytering av lärare mellan de olika skolorna har undersökts. De psykologiska</p><p>aspekterna (intelligens/begåvning, personlighet och kompetens) knutna till urval har</p><p>behandlats i denna uppsats för att undersöka om dessa aspekter väger in i beslutet om</p><p>anställning. Sex rektorer från sex olika gymnasieskolor (tre kommunala och tre fristående</p><p>skolor) i en mellanstor kommun i södra Sverige har intervjuats. Resultatet av intervjuerna har</p><p>sammanfattats, diskuterats och analyserats utifrån tidigare forskning och teorier. De aspekter som</p><p>diskuterats i studien är rekryteringsarbetet på de olika skolorna, felrekryteringar,</p><p>anställningsförlopp, lärarkompetens och egenskaper, användandet av personlighets- och</p><p>intelligenstest samt lärarbehörighet. Six headmasters from six different comprehensive upper secondary schools</p><p>(three municipal and three independent schools) in a medium-sized municipality in southern</p><p>Sweden was interviewed. The result of the interviews has been summarized, discussed and</p><p>analyzed from earlier research and theories. The aspects that have been discussed are</p><p>recruitment procedures on the different schools, wrong recruitments, employment course,</p><p>teacher competences and other competences, the use of personality - and intelligence tests and</p><p>teacher qualifications. The analysis and discussion of this study point out that there is</p><p>resemblance between the different schools concerning the recruitment procedure. Differences</p><p>between the schools are: who is present during the employment interview at the schools and</p><p>which applicants have precedence to a vacant teaching position. Longitudinal control laws design for a flying wing aircraft

This research is concerned with the flight dynamic, pitch flight control and flying qualities assessment for the reference BWB aircraft. It aims to develop the longitudinal control laws which could satisfy the flying and handing qualities over the whole flight envelope with added consideration of centre of gravity (CG) variation. In order to achieve this goal, both the longitudinal stability augmentation system (SAS) and autopilot control laws are studied in this thesis. Using the pole placement method, two sets of local Linear-Time-Invariant (LTI) SAS controllers are designed from the viewpoints of flying and handing qualities assessment and wind disturbance checking. The global gain schedule is developed with the scheduling variable of dynamic pressure to transfer gains smoothly between these two trim points. In addition, the poles movement of short period mode with the varying CG position are analysed, and some approaches of control system design to address the problem of reduced stability induced by CG variation are discussed as well. To achieve the command control for the aircraft, outer loop autopilot both pitch attitude hold and altitude hold are implemented by using the root locus method. By the existing criteria in MIL-F-8785C specifications being employed to assess the augmented aircraft response, the SAS linear controller with automatic changing gains effectively improve the stability characteristic for the reference BWB aircraft over the whole envelope. Hence, the augmented aircraft equals to a good characteristic controlled object for the outer loop or command path design, which guarantee the satisfactory performance of command control for the BWB aircraft. The flight control law for the longitudinal was completed with the SAS controller and autopilot design. In particular, the SAS was achieved with Level 1 flying and handing qualities, meanwhile the autopilot system was applied to obtain a satisfactory pitch attitude and altitude tracking performance.

Apoteket AB:s ethos 2002 och 2011 : En komparativ studie av sex texter

2009 genomgick den svenska apoteksmarknaden en stor förändring. Marknaden ändrades från statligt monopol till konkurrerande marknad. Den här uppsatsen undersöker hur det statligt ägda Apoteket AB förändrade sitt ethos när de tvingades att anpassa sig till de nya förutsättningar som omregleringen innebar. Denna uppsats undersöker hur ethos uttrycks i sex olika texter, tre från 2002, innan omregleringen, och tre från 2011. Analyserna görs i par, då analysmetoden är delvis jämförande. Jag kommer att titta på teman, röster, ordklasser och dygder. Texterna är alla skrivna för kunderna, men de skiljer sig åt när det gäller genre och funktion. Slutligen finns en sammanfattande diskussion där jag tar upp och diskuterar intressanta aspekter kring Apotekets ethos, i ljuset av min frågeställning. En av de huvudsakliga slutsatserna jag drog från läsningen och analyserandet av texterna var att Apoteket idag försöker att vinna kundernas hjärtan genom att fokusera på deras behov. Apotekets ethos har skiftat från att vara fokuserat på organisationen, kompetens och status som monopolen ger till en auktoritet som föredrar mer mjuka värden.

Varför väljer studenter att påbörja en sjuksköterskeutbildning? : en enkätstudie / Why do students choose to begin a nursing program? : A questionnaire study

Syftet med denna uppsats var att undersöka varför sjuksköterskestudenter väljer att påbörja en sjuksköterskeutbildning samt vilka föreställningar de har kring yrket? Studiens design var kvantitativ med deskriptiv ansats. Data samlades in genom en enkätundersökning bland nya sjuksköterskestudenter (n= 34) vid en Högskola, HT 2010. Resultatet visade att studenterna väljer utbildningen av olika orsaker. Den vanligaste orsaken till valet var att få en möjlighet att vidareutbilda sig inom sjuksköterskeyrket och för de studenter som har arbetat inom sjukvården valde utbildningen för att vidareutbilda sig till sjuksköterska. Oberoende av vilken orsak studenterna har så är viljan att hjälpa andra människor en viktig orsak till valet av sjuksköterskeutbildningen. Studenterna ansåg att en sjuksköterska bör vara empatisk, kunnig, lyhörd, vara noggrann och fördomsfri i sin yrkesroll. Studenterna trodde att de mest förekommande arbetsuppgifterna för en sjuksköterska är dokumentation, fysisk omvårdnad, känslomässig omvårdnad och medicinska uppgifter. / The purpose of this study was to investigate why nursing students choose to start a nurse education and what perception they have about the profession? The design of the study was quantitative with a descriptive design. Data was collected from the new nursing students (n= 34) at a University, fall term 2010 using a questionnaire. The result showed that students choose nurse education for various reasons. The most common reason for the choice was to get an opportunity to continue their education within the nursing profession and for those students who have worked in health care chose the nurse education to continue as a nurse. Whatever the reason students have the will to help other people a major reason for the choice of nursing. The students felt that a nurse should be empathetic, wise, attentive, and thorough and open- minded in their professional capacity. The students thought that the most common tasks for a nurse are documentation, physical care, emotional care and medical technical tasks.

The Emotional Reactions Of Tactual Qualities On Handheld Product Experiences

This is an attempt to analyze the evaluation criteria of tactual qualities on handheld product experiences by users. The study was conducted with the users selected from different work groups and different ages for exploring the meanings which are attributed to these tactual qualities by them. The thesis is expected to shed a light in the design studies by designers. After identifying the products and the participants, the tactual experiences were analyzed throughout the study to find out the keywords which are used to describe the tactual qualities through the experience. The evaluation criteria and the relationships between these criteria are expected to use as guidance. The guidance of these keywords, the approaches of the users to the tactual qualities tried to be clarified in order to acquire data for the design processes. The results showed that the tactual qualities are qualities which are mentioned by the participants. This means that the participants are aware of the tactual qualities. On the other hand, it was seen that expressing the emotional effects of the tactual qualities with words is hard for users. However, expressing the emotional effects is hard for users / some relations between the tactual qualities and between other qualities are conducted.

Šio darbo tikslas buvo ištirti ir įvertinti Lietuvos juodmargių galvijų melžimo savybes, išanalizuoti produktyvumo priklausomybę nuo melžimo savybių. Įvertinus skirtingų tešmens ketvirčių produktyvumą, nustatyta, kad 0,53 kg daugiau pieno primelžta iš užpakalinių ketvirčių nei iš priekinių. Melžimo trukmė iš skirtingų ketvirčių buvo nuo 4,81 min.(priekinis kairys) iki 5,18 min (užpakalinis kairys).Priekiniai ketvirčiai vidutiniškai 0,35 min. išsimelžė greičiau nei užpakaliniai ketvirčiai. Melžimo greitis skirtinguose ketvirčiuose buvo panašus. Melžimo greitis 0,03 kg/min. Didesnis buvo užpakalinių ketvirčių lyginant su priekiniais. Išnagrinėjus skirtingų laktacijos karvių melžimo savybes, nustatyta, kad ilgiausia melžimo trukmė buvo III ir vyresnių laktacijos karvių. Ji buvo 0,09 min. ilgesnė nei visų laktacijos karvių. Mažiausia melžimo trukmė buvo II laktacijos karvių. Ji buvo 0,11 min trumpesnė nei vidutinė visų laktacijos karvių. 0,07 kg/min didesnis melžimo greitis nustatytas II laktacijos karvių lyginant su visų laktacijų karvių vidurkiu. I bei III ir vyresnių laktacijos karvių melžimo greitis 0,02 kg/min mažesnis lyginant su visų laktacijos karvių melžimo greičio vidurkiu. Suskirsčius karves pagal melžimo balus nustatyta, kad didesnis pieno kiekis gautas iš tų karvių kurių melžimo balai aukščiausi. Daugiausia pieno primelžta iš tų karvių, kurių melžimo balas 4. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Aim of work: was to examine and assess the milking qualities of Lithuanian black and white diary cattle, also to analyze the dependence of productivity upon milking qualities. The work was performed in Lithuanian Academy of Veterinary, during Master studies 2006-2008. During the analysis, data of controlled cows’ productivity was analyzed according to accounting information of cattle breeding. Data was statistically analyzed using calculator EXCEL and “R” statistic package. Arithmetical average of features (M), their biases (Se) and characteristics of dispersion – average square deviations (Sd) and variation coefficients (Cv) were calculated. During the analysis we evaluated 28 Lithuanian black and white cows. The Results of Survey: Taking into account the different productivity of each quarter of the udder, it was measured, that from the back parts of udder was milked 0.53 kg more milk than from the front parts. The milking time from different quarters was from 4.81 minutes (front left) to 5.18 minutes (back left). Front quarters were milked 0.35 minutes faster than the back ones. The milking speed in different quarters was almost the same 0.03 kg/min. The speed was higher in the back quarters in comparison with the front ones. After examining the milking qualities of different lactation cows, it was established that the longest milking duration had cows of lactation III and older. Šiandien Bažnyčia kviečia iš naujo apmąstyti mūsų tikėjimą prisikėlimu, be kurio ir likusios tikėjimo tiesos tampa nebesuprantamos. Prisikėlusio kūno savybių nagrinėjimas leidžia suvokti busimo prisikėlimo tikrovę ir prisikėlimo kūniškumą. Pagrindinis šio magistro studijų baigiamojo darbo tikslas – aptarti prisikėlusio iš numirusių žmogaus kūno savybes pagal šiandieninį oficialų Bažnyčios mokymą ir pagal paskirų šiandieninių teologų svarstymus. Siekiant užsibrėžto tikslo iškeliami tokie uždaviniai: 1. Pristatyti tikėjimo kūno prisikėlimu vystymosi radą Šventajame Rašte 2. Atskleisti būsimo visų žmonių prisikėlimo ir Kristaus prisikėlimo ryšį 3. Method: This study has chosen a social enterprise as a single case study. We design the questions and collect the data based on five assessment factors from both the social enterprise and funders’ perspective. We use interview and questionnaires to investigate whether these five assessment factors influence funders’ decision.      Result and Conclusions: In our study, we found that five assessment factors could influence the funders’ decision. Social mission and the qualities of the leader are crucial factors influencing funding decisions. The performance of SE, financing sustainability and communication transparence influence social enterprise to maintain a long-term relationship with funders.  Suggestion for further studies: This investigation based on a single case study in Gavle, and we have collected data from a limited number of responders. Thus, we suggest using multiple case studies and collecting data from more responders. The further study should not be limited to one city. Contribution of the thesis: Our theoretical contribution is providing a model to complete theory. This model includes five factors which affecting funding of social enterprise. In managerial aspect, both current and potential social entrepreneurs can refer to these five assessment factors to improve their competence to attract funders. For the societal implication, this study shows the value and challenge of social enterprise to people and government, which enhance the public recognition of the social enterprise.
