In order to answer this central question, data were drawn from oral and written reports regarding three themes: the kiss on the relationships, the homosexual relationships and the adolescent pregnancy. The strategy to motivate debate was the practice of workshops with audiovisual material made of scenes from four Rede Globo Television soap operas related to the research s subject. This study describes which situations have led the researcher to elect the theme, drawing the course to be taken. Supported by theory accomplices, it was made a study about adolescence life period where the participants of this research are, analyzing the sexual education elements in Brazil, organized by Brazilian researchers, and it has showed the television and soap operas importance in the sexual education process. The above has resulted into a diagnostic construction regarding the way of perception and thinking of adolescents about this chosen theme, checking which aspects of the sexual education are preponderant to their way of thinking. It suggests a work guided to an Emancipating Sexual Education , in an intentional way, committed to promote the educator autonomy, as a way to get over pattern behaviors, hierarchized and stereotype, prejudices and taboos, which is possible only by the understanding of social-historicpolitical aspects that conducted the building of sexual education of Occidental World. The qualitative research, of dialectic character, was made by action-research considering it the ideal direction, as the researcher already works at classrooms with adolescents. The evaluation of oral and written reports was done according to the analysis of contents, emphasizing three categories named as following: a) the usual still give the rules of how adolescents are still the same as our parents b) soap operas as a rich pedagogical way for a rich work about sexuality c) the hope expressed by contradiction. Those categories evidence the importance of the pedagogical use of the media of communication in the youths sexual education; education that has been revealed too conservative, but with lines of hope to a new look at the sexuality / O presente trabalho buscou construir um diagnóstico da compreensão dos adolescentes, matriculados em duas oitavas séries do Ensino Fundamental de uma escola da rede pública, sobre questões relativas à sexualidade. Para responder a esta questão central, buscaram-se depoimentos orais e escritos a respeito de três temáticas: o beijo nas relações, as relações homossexuais e a gravidez na adolescência. A estratégia para promover o debate foi a realização de oficinas com uso de material audiovisual, com recortes de cenas de quatro telenovelas da Rede Globo de Televisão referentes ao assunto da pesquisa. O trabalho descreve que circunstâncias levaram a pesquisadora à escolha do tema, delineando então os caminhos a percorrer. Subsidiado por bases teóricas, foi realizado um estudo sobre adolescência, período da vida em que se encontram os sujeitos da pesquisa, analisadas as vertentes da educação sexual no Brasil, sistematizadas por teóricos brasileiros e se mostrou a importância da televisão e da telenovela no processo de educação sexual. Como resultado, conseguiu-se elaborar um diagnóstico a respeito da forma de perceber e pensar de adolescentes sobre os temas escolhidos, verificando quais vertentes da educação sexual são preponderantes em seu modo de pensar. A conclusão, que na verdade funciona como sugestão, é que empreenda um trabalho voltado a uma Educação Sexual Emancipatória, de forma intencional, comprometida em promover a autonomia do educando para que ele próprio possa superar padrões de comportamentos hierarquizados e estereotipados, vencer preconceitos e tabus, o que só é possível por meio do entendimento dos aspectos sócio-histórico-políticos que influíram na construção da educação sexual do mundo ocidental. A pesquisa qualitativa, de cunho dialético, foi feita por meio da pesquisaação, considerado o caminho ideal pelo motivo de a pesquisadora já atuar em sala de aula com os adolescentes. A análise dos depoimentos orais e escritos foi feita conforme o método de análise de conteúdo. A análise pôde ser enucleada em três categorias, assim denominadas: a) telenovelas como um rico caminho pedagógico para um rico trabalho sobre sexualidade b) o normal ainda dita regras de como os adolescentes ainda são os mesmos como nossos pais , c) a esperança expressa pela contradição. Tais categorias evidenciam a importância do uso pedagógico dos meios de comunicação no processo de educação sexual dos jovens, educação essa que se tem revelado bastante conservadora, mas com vestígios de esperança de um novo olhar sobre a sexualidade

The analyzed material is composed of the ten episodes of the Strip Quizz game, a scene of questions and answers with an actress and an actor invited for the program Love & Sex of Rede Globo channel. The support of direct disclosure was the television, where everybody had access every friday at 11.30 p.m. But it was in Internet that we retook this program, while it had been made available in the page of the broadcaster. For us, this way of accessing to the program characterized them as objects of learning, able to be used, reused, adapted or taken as a reference, being supported by the information and communication technologies. The research, based on the description-dialectic materialism, is methodologically characterized by understanding the sexuality as a result of the social construction of human praxis, as well as in the inference that television programs as a whole, perspire sexuality, because they are produced, presented, represented, by human beings that always are sexuado1. Our central questioning mentioned which pedagogical approaches of sexual education were implicit or explicit in the pedagogical contents of game of the Strip Quizz game. In the analysis methodology, we used Bardin (2009), in the light of theoretical referencial proposed by Nunes (1996) for an emancipating sexual education, from its characterization of Pedagogical Aspects of Sexual Education in Brazilian Education. These categories constitute the central theoretician-philosophical referencial for the analysis. The result points to the predominance of aspects aiming to the permanence of stereotyped standards, prepondering as result of an apparent liberation, that expresses strongly a covered standardisation of values based on the common sense, alienating still more the human being for the sexuality dimension, denying to it an education process for the emancipation. The results are indicators that strenghen the necessity for us to develop emancipating intentional practices of Sexual Education in the search of a fuller and happier life / A pesquisa realizou um estudo crítico sobre os conteúdos pedagógicos de educação sexual presentes em um programa televisivo que abordava intencionalmente a temática da sexualidade humana em um canal aberto da televisão brasileira. O material analisado é composto pelos dez episódios do jogo Strip Quizz um quadro de perguntas e respostas com uma atriz e um ator convidados para o programa Amor & Sexo da Rede Globo. O suporte de divulgação direta foi a televisão onde todos a ele tiveram acesso nas sextas feiras às 23h30min. Mas foi na internet que o retomamos, enquanto ficaram disponibilizados na página da emissora. Para nós essa forma de acesso ao programa os caracterizou como objetos de aprendizagem, podendo ser utilizados, reutilizados, adaptados ou referenciados, tendo como suporte as tecnologias da informação e comunicação. A investigação, pautada no materialismo histórico-dialético, caracteriza-se metodologicamente por entender a sexualidade como decorrência da construção social da práxis humana, assim como na inferência de que os programas de TV como um todo, transpiram sexualidade, pois são produzidos, apresentados, representados, por seres humanos sempre sexuados. Nosso questionamento central referiu-se a quais vertentes pedagógicas de educação sexual estavam implícitas ou explícitas nos conteúdos pedagógicos do jogo do Strip Quizz. Na metodologia de análise utilizamos Bardin (2009), a luz do referencial teórico proposto por Nunes (1996) para uma educação sexual emancipatória, a partir de sua tipificação de Vertentes Pedagógicas de Educação Sexual na Educação Brasileira. Estas categorias constituem o referencial teórico-filosófico central para a análise. O resultado aponta para a predominância de vertentes que visam à permanência de padrões estereotipados, preponderando como resultado uma aparente liberação, que expressa fortemente uma normatização velada de valores pautados no senso comum, alienando ainda mais o ser humano quanto à dimensão da sexualidade, negando-lhe um processo de educação para a emancipação. Os resultados são indicadores para fortalecer a necessidade de desenvolvermos práticas emancipatórias intencionais de Educação Sexual na busca de uma vida mais plena e mais feliz

Orientador: Paulo Rennes Marçal Ribeiro / Banca: Arilda Ines Miranda Ribeiro / Banca: Eliane Rose Maio Braga / Resumo: O objetivo deste trabalho é investigar e analisar as concepções acerca da sexualidade e de comportamentos e condutas sexuais, construídas a partir da incorporação de informações e valores adquiridos sob o olhar, regras e relações estabelecidas com as orientações jesuíticas no primeiro século do período colonial brasileiro, representadas pelo discurso de Manuel da Nóbrega em suas cartas e que podem ser considerados os primeiros documentos sobre educação sexual no Brasil. A cultura sexual brasileira foi forjada ao longo da história, na medida em que atitudes e comportamentos, valores e normas sociais, determinações religiosas e influências dos diferentes povos íam dando forma a essa cultura. A semente dessa cultura foi germinada durante o período colonial quando chegaram os primeiros conquistadores e teve início o processo de miscigenação racial. Na atribuição do que é certo ou errado, normal ou patológico, aceitável ou inadmissível está implícito, de acordo com Michel Foucault, um amplo exercício de poder que socialmente discrimina, separa e classifica. Desta forma, as relações e influências religiosas sob esse campo temático elucidam questões pertinentes que necessitam ser observadas para que se possa entender a difusão de idéias sexuais no período. A análise de 23 escritos do Padre Manuel da Nóbrega, primeiro jesuíta a trazer os preceitos cristãos da Companhia de Jesus para o Brasil, passou a ter grande relevância científica para o construto da educação sexual brasileira, posto que em suas linhas encontra-se rico material sobre as atitudes sexuais vigentes na sociedade brasileira do século XVI, juntamente com prescrições, valores e condutas consideradas aceitáveis pela Igreja. / Abstract: The target of this work is investigate and analyze the conceptions about sexuality and sexual behaviors and conducts, build through incorporation of informations and values obtained under the view, rules and relations based with the Jesuit orientations in the first century of Brazilian colonial age, represented by Manuel da Nóbrega's speech in his letters and it could be considered the first documents about the Brazilian sexual education. The Brazilian sexual culture was formed through the history, at the same time that acts and behaviors, values and social rules, religious determinations and foreigner influences gave to this culture a form. The seeds of this culture was formed during the Colonial age, at the first conquerors' arrive and the miscegenation process begun. In the attribution of what is right or wrong, normal or pathological, acceptable or not are implicit, according Michel Foucault, a large exercise of power that socially discriminates, separates and classifies it. This way, the religious relations and influences under this thematic field solve relevant questions that need be observed in order to understand the distribution of sexual ideas in the period. The analysis of 23 Father Manuel da Nóbrega's writings, first Jesuit to bring to Brazil the Christian precepts of Company of Jesus, it passed to gain large scientific relevance for the building of Brazilian sexual education, since that in his lines we can find extensive material about sexual attitudes used in sixteenth century Brazilian society, with prescriptions, values and behaviors considered acceptable for the Church. / Mestre

Nesta tese, volto-me para a educação sexual dirigida às crianças, buscando problematizar processos de produção das diferenças sexuais e de gênero. Para tanto, examino duas coleções de livros paradidáticos de educação sexual endereçados à infância. Esta investigação sustentou-se nos campos dos Estudos Culturais e dos Estudos Feministas, articulados com a perspectiva pós-estruturalista de análise. O processo analítico dos livros baseou-se no estudo das suas “representações” sexuais e de gênero e na tentativa de explicitar um modo de problematizar tais representações a partir de um processo de “desconstrução”. O modo como o gênero e a sexualidade estão representados produz significados que marcam e constituem não apenas o sujeito e as práticas normais, como também os sujeitos e as práticas “desviantes”, “não-autorizadas”, “anormais”. O procedimento desconstrutivo que procurei ensaiar nesta tese poderá servir não apenas como recurso analítico dos artefatos escolares como também poderá sugerir formas de operar na prática pedagógica da Educação Sexual, em qualquer nível de ensino. Foram problematizados temas como: relação sexual, diferentes famílias, anticoncepção, masculinidades e feminilidades, homossexualidade, maternação, abuso sexual, HIV/AIDS, sexo seguro, educação sexual, sujeito infantil. Questionar a maneira como as diferenças e as identidades são representadas, a partir de um artefato pedagógico, e, por extensão, como essas diferenças são representadas na cultura, foi assumido nesta tese como imprescindível em qualquer processo de educação e de formação de educadoras/es e/ou futuras/os pedagogas/os. / In this thesis I work with sexual education for children with the intention of discussing the production processes of sexual and gender differences. Therefore, I examine two didactical sexual education textbooks addressed to infancy. This investigation was supported by the fields of Cultural Studies and Feminist Studies, articulated with the post-structuralist perspective of analysis. The book´s analytical process was based in the study of its sexual and gender “representations” in an effort to make explicit a way to discuss those representations using a process of “deconstruction”. The way gender and sexuality are represented create meanings that define and constitute not only the subject and normal practices, but also the subject and the “deviating”, “non-authorized”, “abnormal” practices. The deconstructive procedure that I discussed in this thesis can be used not only as a analytical resource of school artifacts but also can suggest ways to operate pedagogical practice in Sexual Education in any educational level. The following themes were discussed: sexual relations, different families, contraception, masculinity and feminality, homosexuality, maternance, sexual abuse, HIV/AIDS, safe sex, sexual education and infantile subject. To question the way the differences and identities are represented based in a pedagogical artifact and, by extension, how those differences are represented in culture was assumed in this thesis as indispensable in any educational process and in the development of educators and/or future pedagogues.

São vários e complexos os fatores etiológicos envolvidos no fenômeno. Entre eles, a literatura aponta a desinformação das adolescentes sobre o funcionamento do corpo e a falta de acesso aos serviços de saúde, onde as adolescentes são alvo de ações educativas e preventivas apropriadas. Este estudo de corte transversal teve como objetivos verificar o uso de métodos anticoncepcionais e a intenção reprodutiva, avaliar o conhecimento sobre o aparelho genital feminino e alguns aspectos da fisiologia da reprodução, bem como o acesso aos serviços de saúde entre adolescentes gestantes atendidas em uma unidade básica de saúde do Município de Indaiatuba, através de metodologia quantitativa. Foram entrevistadas individualmente 200 adolescentes primigestas no momento de sua primeira consulta de pré-natal, aplicando-se um questionário (pré-testado) com perguntas abertas e fechadas relativas às características sociodemográficas das adolescentes, intenção reprodutiva, uso de métodos anticoncepcionais na primeira relação sexual e antes de engravidar, identificação, localização e função dos órgãos genitais femininos, barreiras de acessos geográfico, econômico, administrativo, psicossocial e à informação, ao serviço de saúde. Na análise descritiva univariada dos dados foram utilizados a distribuição de freqüência absoluta e índices percentuais; na análise bivariada foi aplicado teste qui-quadrado de Pearson ou exato de Fisher, e, na multivariada, regressão logística para analisar a associação entre as características sociodemográficas e reprodutivas e o conhecimento e acesso a serviços de saúde. O conhecimento das adolescentes foi avaliado através da elaboração de três indicadores: anatomia, fisiologia dos órgãos genitais e fisiologia da reprodução, e o acesso ao serviço de saúde através de cinco indicadores de acessos: geográfico, econômico, administrativo, psicossocial e à informação. Concluiu-se que o uso de métodos anticoncepcionais é descontínuo e que a gravidez não foi programada na maioria dos casos. O conhecimento sobre os órgãos genitais femininos foi insatisfatório, principalmente os conceitos fisiológicos da reprodução. A idade e escolaridade das adolescentes, a religião, idade dos parceiros, a diferença de idade do casal e o vínculo com o parceiro após a gravidez associaram-se aos indicadores de conhecimento. Entre as barreiras de acesso ao serviço de saúde foram consideradas significativas apenas as barreiras de natureza psicossocial. A escolaridade, o trabalho, a idade dos parceiros e o vínculo com o parceiro associaram-se com o acesso ao serviço de saúde em suas diversas dimensões. Há a necessidade de novas estratégias para facilitar o acesso ao serviço de saúde pelas adolescentes e que minimizem as barreiras de gênero, respeitem a autonomia das adolescentes e considerem as características e o vínculo com seus parceiros / Abstract: In Brazil, as in other countries, high adolescent pregnancy rates represent a significant social and public health problem due to the organic, psychological and social repercussions of pregnancy in this age group. Several complex etiological factors are involved in this phenomenon. Of these, previous studies have reported misinformation regarding the functioning of the adolescent¿s own body and difficult access to health services where appropriate educational information is provided and preventive actions are implemented. The objective of this cross-sectional study was to assess the prior use of contraceptive methods, reproductive intentions, and the knowledge among pregnant adolescents seeking healthcare at a basic health center in the municipality of Indaiatuba with respect to the female genital organs, some aspects of reproductive physiology and the adolescents¿ perception of healthcare access. Quantitative methodology was used in the data analysis. Two hundred primigravidae were interviewed individually at the time of their first prenatal consultation. A pre-tested questionnaire was applied, containing both open and closed questions regarding the sociodemographic characteristics of the adolescents, their reproductive intentions, use of contraceptive methods during first sexual intercourse and prior to becoming pregnant, identification, localization and function of the female genital organs, geographical, economical, administrative and psychosocial barriers, as well as information barriers to health services. Absolute frequency distribution and percent index were used in the univariate descriptive data analysis. Pearson¿s chi-squared test or Fisher¿s exact test were used in the bivariate descriptive analysis, and logistic regression was used in the multivariate analysis to analyze the association between sociodemographic and reproductive characteristics and knowledge and access to health services. The adolescents¿ knowledge was evaluated by elaborating three indicators: anatomy, physiology of the genital organs and reproductive physiology. Access to health services was evaluated in 5 categories: geographic, economic, administrative, information and psychosocial. Our results show that use of contraceptive methods is sporadic and in most cases the pregnancy was not planned. Knowledge regarding the female genital organs is insufficient, principally with respect to concepts of reproductive physiology. The age and education level of the adolescents, religion, age of partners, age difference within the couple, and the bond with partner after the pregnancy were associated with indicators of knowledge. The only barriers to access to health services that were considered significant were those of a psychosocial nature. Education level, age of partner, bond with partner and employment were, in their individual dimensions, associated with access to health services. For this, we perform bibliographical and field research, with a qualitative and quantitative character. We categorize the following categories of research analysis: Internet and Adolescence, Adolescence and Sexuality, Adolescence and Sexual Education, Sexuality and Sexual Education. We used the collected material as historical contribution, based on the theoretical methodological reference of historical dialectical materialism. For the bibliographic research, we conducted the descriptive searches of our categories in the databases of theses and dissertations of the stricto sensu programs of the Paraná State Universities, totaling seven (07) institutions. We found seventeen (17) master's dissertations, however, they did not discuss the object of this research and we found research that related to all categories of analysis. Field research was carried out with the collection of data from fortytthree (43) adolescents and twenty-two (22) teachers, both from the high school in four (04) state colleges of the public network of the Francisco Beltrão – PR town. The colleges were listed from the largest number of students and teachers in the town, as well as their insertion in different social contexts, which allowed a broad view of the realities related to the research objective. Data collection was done by applying semi-open questionnaires to all participants through ten (10) questions each. Anchored in bibliographical and field research, we verify the way that Sexual Education and the use of the Internet is being carried out in educational institutions. According to the data obtained, it was possible to verify the lack of understanding of the Internet as a pedagogical tool, besides sporadic use and the importance of emancipatory Sexual Education during adolescence. Therefore, teachers are indispensable educators in the daily life of adolescents, they often don’t realize how important their job/action is for the development and training of adolescents. Similarly, they are unaware of the importance of Emancipatory Sexual Education in the classroom, since their formations don’t account for preparing them to exercise, safely, such a function. We emphasize in the course of the dissertation our struggle in defense of the continued formation of teachers, as well as the use of the internet as a pedagogical tool, to exercise an Emancipatory Sexual Education – In the classroom and beyond; In adolescents' lives. This training will contribute to the process of teaching and learning, enabling a healthy adolescence, in which individuals understand themselves and the other,personal and social respect. / Pensar sobre a sexualidade, adolescência e Educação Sexual a partir dos quereres e poderes da internet nos levou a esta pesquisa que teve por objetivo entender como se dá o uso da internet no espaço escolar, se havia Educação Sexual nos colégios pesquisados, bem como, qual é a influência da internet na sexualidade dos adolescentes pesquisados. Para isto, realizamos pesquisa bibliográfica e de campo, com cunho qualitativo e quantitativo. Elencamos as seguintes categorias de análise para pesquisa: Internet e Adolescência, Adolescência e Sexualidade, Adolescência e Educação Sexual, Sexualidade e Educação Sexual. Utilizamos o material coletado como aporte histórico, com base no referencial teórico metodológico do materialismo histórico dialético. Para a pesquisa bibliográfica, realizamos as buscas descritivas de nossas categorias nos bancos de dados de teses e dissertações dos programas stricto sensu das Universidades Estaduais do Paraná, totalizando sete (07) instituições. Encontramos dezessete (17) dissertações de mestrado, entretanto, não discutiam o objeto desta pesquisa, também não encontramos pesquisas que se relacionassem a todas as categorias de análise. A pesquisa de campo ocorreu com a coleta de dados junto a quarenta e três (43) adolescentes e vinte e dois (22) professores, ambos do Ensino Médio em quatro (04) colégios estaduais da rede pública do município de Francisco Beltrão - PR. Os colégios foram elencados a partir do maior número de alunos e de professores do município, além de sua inserção em diferentes contextos sociais, o que permitiu uma visão ampla das realidades relacionadas ao objetivo da pesquisa. A coleta de dados foi realizada por aplicação de questionários semiabertos para todos os participantes por meio de dez (10) perguntas cada. Ancoradas nas pesquisas bibliográfica e de campo, verificamos a maneira que a Educação Sexual e o uso da internet está sendo realizado nas instituições de ensino. De acordo com os dados obtidos, foi possível constatar a falta de compreensão da internet como uma ferramenta pedagógica, para além de uso esporádico e da importância da Educação Sexual Emancipatória durante a adolescência. Portanto, mesmo sendo os professores, educadores indispensáveis no cotidiano dos adolescentes, estes por diversas vezes, não percebem quão importante é seu trabalho para o desenvolvimento e formação do adolescente. Da mesma forma, desconhecem a importância da Educação Sexual Emancipatória em sala de aula, uma vez que suas formações não dão conta de prepará-los para exercer, com segurança, tal função. Salientamos no decorrer da dissertação nossa luta em defesa da formação continuada dos professores, bem como o uso da internet como ferramenta pedagógica, para exercer uma Educação Sexual Emancipatória – em sala de aula e para além dela; na vida dos adolescentes. Essa formação contribuirá no processo de ensino e aprendizagem possibilitando uma adolescência saudável, na qual os indivíduos entendam a si e ao outro, primando o respeito pessoal e social.

Held in 2016-2017, the objective was to identify and analyze the perceptions, conceptions and practices of the high school adolescents of an urban public school in southwestern Paraná on sexual diversity and sexual rights as human and fundamental rights. Anchored in the theoretical-methodological framework of historical-dialectical materialism, it analyzed the question from a critical and reflexive perspective, with the purpose of understanding the concept of sexuality and sexual diversity, to identify the representations of adolescents, to apprehend social reality in which the object was immersed and to substantiate its analysis, in a perspective of totality and consideration of its multiple relations. This is a qualitative research of an ethnographic nature, with questionnaires (93 adolescents, aged between 16 and 18 years) and focus groups (25, of the participants of the questionnaire), as data collection tools. Adolescents participated in five meetings in two weekly focus groups, corresponding to fifteen hours of debates. In the groups, the discussion of ideas was encouraged, in a constant exercise of speaking and listening, and it was sought to deepen the treatment of the questions of the questionnaire. The data analysis was developed throughout the interaction process with the research participants and with the environment in which they were inserted. The research results evidenced the lack of knowledge and the confusion of the subjects on issues related to sexual diversity; the existence of prejudice and discrimination in context; the predominance of the treatment of questions of sexuality and sexual diversity by the teachers under an uncritical, normative, moralistic and /or religious approach, with emphasis on the biological, reproduction, health and sexual violence dimensions; the prevalence of approaching sexuality issues indirectly and unintentionally in the disciplines, pointing to a lack of space for the school to act in sex education work, with a view to recognizing and respecting sexual diversity and sexual rights, based on current legislation; evidenced imperatives of teacher education and some possibilities of paths to be followed, with the aim of moving towards the necessary performance of the school; and the potential of the focus group to promote knowledge and critical reflection on sexual diversity in order to pursue dialogue and students and teacher formation. This procedure has shown that the absence of the imposition of a given ideology is valuable for everyone to feel welcomed in the debate and active in the construction of knowledge. In the struggle against the hegemony of heteronormative logic, education is a way for the ethical formation of young people and for the possibility of knowledge being apprehended and lived meaningfully, in a process in which action is followed by reflection, in a dialectical and continuous movement. / Esta pesquisa analisa a diversidade sexual no espaço escolar, temática emergente na atualidade, haja vista que este contexto é apontado como o 3º lugar de discriminação contra homossexuais, vencido somente pelo familiar e pelo de amigos/as e vizinhos/as. Realizada em 2016-2017, teve o objetivo de identificar e analisar as percepções, concepções e práticas dos/as adolescentes de Ensino Médio, de uma escola pública urbana do Sudoeste do Paraná, acerca da diversidade sexual e dos direitos sexuais como direitos humanos e fundamentais. Ancorada no referencial teórico-metodológico do materialismo histórico-dialético, analisou a questão a partir de um olhar crítico e reflexivo, com vistas a compreender o conceito de sexualidade e de diversidade sexual, para identificar as representações dos/as adolescentes, apreender a realidade social em que o objeto estava imerso e fundamentar sua análise, numa perspectiva de totalidade e consideração de suas múltiplas relações. Trata-se de pesquisa qualitativa de cunho etnográfico, com questionários (a 93 adolescentes, com idade entre 16 e 18 anos) e grupos focais (25 adolescentes, dos/as participantes do questionário), como instrumentos de coleta de dados. Os/As adolescentes participaram de cinco encontros em dois grupos focais semanais, correspondentes a quinze horas de debates. Nos grupos, foi incentivada a discussão de ideias, em um exercício constante de fala e escuta, e buscou-se aprofundar o tratamento das questões do questionário. A análise dos dados foi desenvolvida em todo o processo de interação com os/as participantes da pesquisa e com seu meio de inserção. Os resultados da pesquisa evidenciaram desconhecimento e confusão dos/as participantes sobre as questões relacionadas à diversidade sexual; existência de preconceito e discriminação no contexto escolar; predomínio do tratamento de questões da sexualidade e diversidade sexual, pelos/as professores/as, sob uma abordagem acrítica, normativa, moralista e/ou de cunho religioso, com ênfase na dimensão biológica, de reprodução, saúde e na violência sexual; o predomínio de abordagem das temáticas referentes à sexualidade de modo indireto e não intencional, nas disciplinas, apontando um espaço lacunoso para atuação da escola no trabalho de educação sexual, com vistas ao reconhecimento e ao respeito à diversidade sexual e aos direitos sexuais, com base na legislação vigente. Evidenciaram, também, imperativos da formação de professores/as e algumas possibilidades de caminhos a serem trilhados, na perspectiva de avançar na direção da necessária atuação da escola; e o potencial do grupo focal, para promover o conhecimento e a reflexão crítica sobre a diversidade sexual para prosseguir com o diálogo, na formação de alunos/as e de professores/as. Tal procedimento mostrou que a ausência da imposição de uma ideologia determinada é valiosa para que todos/as se sintam acolhidos/as no debate e ativos/as na construção do conhecimento. Na luta contra a hegemonia da lógica heteronormativa, a educação é um caminho para a formação ética dos/as jovens e para a possibilidade de o conhecimento ser apreendido e vivido com sentido, num processo em que a ação seja seguida da reflexão, em um movimento dialético e contínuo.

It aims at analyzing the teachers representations about sexuality and sexual education, emphasizing how the social control mechanisms and the truth discourses influence the work developed by the women in the teaching practice. In the theoretical plan, Foucault (1985; 1989; 1993; 1999; 2000; 2006) is used, with his analyses about power relations, knowledge and the truth devices, emphasizing the human sexuality in general and the women s sexuality in particular. Moscovici (2007) is also used in this paper, with the two processes which generate the social representations (anchorage and objectification), presented as an analytical support for sexuality and sexual education in school. In the history of sexuality, the paper rescues the social control mechanisms and the truth devices about sexuality, emphasizing the woman s sexuality. In the history of education, it also rescues some ways of exclusion and insertion of the woman in the formal teaching, emphasizing her entrance in the school as a student and as a teacher. Evidencing as well as her articulation with teaching, the school as a control mechanism of sexuality, especially the feminine. Interviews were conducted with subjects of two schools in São Luís MA, one of the public web and other, confessional, of the private teaching web: an education specialist, a pedagogical coordinator and eleven teachers. The schools, the subjects and their representations about sexual repression, sexual education and sexuality, as well as the influences of this last in the educative practice, resultant of the treatment given to the issues related to se and sexuality in classroom in particular, and in the school space in general. Thus, the paper relates sexuality to the educative practice of teaching, demonstrating the emphasis given to the biological materiality in the issues related to sexuality and the ignorance of a scientific knowledge about that theme and about sexual education. Sexuality is recognized as a social and cultural construction, seeking for the reflection and contribution with subsidies for the fomentation of other studies about the theme. / Estudo sobre a sexualidade e sua influência na prática educativa da mulher professora no espaço escolar. Tem como objetivo analisar as representações de professoras sobre a sexualidade e a educação sexual, destacando-se como os mecanismos de controle social e os discursos de verdade influenciam o trabalho por elas desenvolvido no fazer docente. No plano teórico, utilizam-se: Foucault (1985; 1989; 1993; 1999; 2000; 2006), com suas análises sobre as relações de poder, saber e dispositivos de verdade, com ênfase na sexualidade humana e, especialmente, na da mulher; e Moscovici (2007), com os dois processos que geram as representações sociais (ancoragem e objetivação), apresentando-se como suporte analítico da sexualidade e da educação sexual na escola. Resgatam-se, na História da Sexualidade, os mecanismos de controle social e os dispositivos de verdade sobre a sexualidade, com ênfase na mulher e, na História da Educação, algumas das formas de exclusão e inserção da mulher no ensino formal, ressaltando-se o seu ingresso na escola como aluna e como professora. Evidenciam-se sua articulação com a docência, a escola como mecanismo de controle da sexualidade, especialmente a feminina. Realizam-se entrevistas com sujeitos de duas escolas de São Luís (MA), sendo uma da rede pública e outra, confessional, da rede privada de ensino: um especialista da educação, uma coordenadora pedagógica e onze professoras. Apresentam-se as escolas, os sujeitos e suas representações acerca da repressão sexual, da educação sexual e da sexualidade, bem como as influências desta última na prática educativa, decorrentes do tratamento dado às questões relacionadas a sexo e sexualidade em sala de aula, de modo particular, e no espaço escolar, de modo geral. Com isso, relaciona-se a sexualidade à prática educativa de professoras, demonstrando-se a ênfase dada à materialidade biológica nas questões da sexualidade e o desconhecimento de um saber científico, sobre essa temática e sobre a educação sexual. Reconhecem-se a sexualidade como construção social e cultural, buscando-se a reflexão e a sua contribuição como subsídios para o fomento de outros estudos sobre a temática.

A dissertação apresenta as análises empreendidas a partir de alguns temas específicos: sexualidade, educação sexual, formação de identidades, produção de sujeitos, relações de poder na escola e formação docente. A referência teórico-metodológica que embasa as análises está ancorada na perspectiva pósestruturalista e nas teorizações do filósofo Michel Foucault, permitindo o fomento e a multiplicação das questões, sem o objetivo de apresentar respostas ou conclusões definitivas. As principais questões da pesquisa, que deram margem a diversas outras, foram: que sentidos são atribuídos ao PEAS por professoras e outros profissionais(as) que participam de sua “capacitação”? Que tipos de sujeitos são produzidos e o que estes sujeitos produzem nos contextos de ações do PEAS? Que possibilidades esses sujeitos vêem para o PEAS e para a educação sexual na escola? As problematizações apontam para as formas diversas pelas quais o PEAS se associa ao cotidiano da escola, incorporando-se às relações de poder presentes nesse espaço. Isso nos permite argumentar que o programa atua como tecnologia de produção de sujeitos e identidades, disponibilizando determinadas formas de compreender e vivenciar as relações afetivo-sexuais. / Appropriating of the characteristics of “movement”, “unpredictability” and “inconstancy” of travellings, the research has focused on the “senses” and the “possibilities” that the “presence” of the Love-Sexual Education Program (LSEP) has mobilized in its participants that act in three county public schools in Juiz de Fora (MG). The work presents the analysis undertaken from some specific themes: sexuality, sexual education, identity formation, subject production, power relationship in the school and teaching formation. The theoreticalmethodological reference that builds a foundation for the analysis is anchored in the postestructured perspective and in the theory by the philosopher Michel Foucault, allowing the development and the multiplication of questions, without the objective of presenting answers or definitive conclusions. The main questions of the research, that gave occasion to several others, were: what senses are attributed to LSEP by teachers ant other professional(s) that participate of its “capacitation”? Which types of subjects are produced and what do these subjects produce in the contexts of LSEP actions? Which possibilities do these subjects see for LSEP and for sexual education in school? The problems point to the different forms to which LSEP associates itself to school quotidian, incorporating itself to power relationships present in these space. This allows is to argue that the program acts as technology of subject and identity productions, turning available determined forms of comprehending and living the love-sexual relationships.

In my thesis I will cover the topic of the female's point of view of contraception and birth control in the Czech Republic. I will the target the pros and the cons of their decision to use birth control or not as well as the main source of information they will base their decision upon. I will also research the expectations and concerns leading to the ultimate decision. The theoretical part will describe the sexual behavior, that is closely link to decision whether to use birth control or not as well as legislative and educational side.
