O referido município se desenvolveu a partir do surgimento de três fábricas têxteis, com destaque para maior delas, a Companhia Têxtil Brasil Industrial, e todo um patrimônio constituído nos seus mais de cem anos de atividades na região. A pesquisa se justifica pelo fato de Paracambi já desenvolver o turismo ecológico, em função da diversidade natural da região. Some-se a isso sua proximidade com o Vale do Café Fluminense, uma rota turística consagrada no Estado. Desta forma, a elaboração de um roteiro cultural poderia ser um importante incremento das atividades de turismo desenvolvidas na cidade. As reflexões desenvolvidas nesta pesquisa se valeram de uma perspectiva teórica multidisciplinar envolvendo Sociologia (Keller. 1997), Antropologia (Leite Lopes, 1988), Educação e Trabalho (Ciavatta, 2007), Historiografia (Furtado, 2003; Silva, 2009), Geografia (Simões, 2006) e Turismo Cultural (Molleta, 1998; Cordeiro, 2006). A proposta metodológica se baseou em revisão de literatura, visitas de campo e em entrevistas realizadas junto a moradores de Paracambi que trabalharam na Companhia Têxtil Brasil Industrial. Ao final do trabalho, apresenta-se uma proposta de roteiro cultural capaz de relacionar a história da referida Fábrica e da cidade de Paracambi, as quais se (con)fundem; paralelamente, a pesquisa produz, para além de um roteiro, subsídios suficientes para se afirmar uma estreita correspondência entre patrimônio industrial e memória operária. / The objective of this dissertation is to investigate, within the world of cultural tourism, the possibility of elaborating a cultural itinerary in the city of Paracambi in the State of Rio de Janeiro. The mentioned municipality was developed from the appearance of three textile factories, especially the Textile Company Brazil Industrial, and an entire asset constituted in its more than one hundred years of activities in the region. The research is justified by the fact that Paracambi already develops ecological tourism, due to the natural diversity of the region. Add to that its proximity to the Fluminense Coffee Valley, a tourist route consecrated in the state. In this way, the elaboration of a cultural itinerary could be an important increase of the activities of tourism developed in the city. The reflections developed in this research were based on a multidisciplinary theoretical perspective involving Sociology (Keller 1997), Anthropology (Leite Lopes, 1988), Education and Work (Ciavatta, 2007), Historiography (Furtado, 2003; Silva 2009), Geography) and Cultural Tourism (Molleta 1998; Cordeiro 2006). Starting from the compilation of metric survey processes, as well as instrumental drawings pertaining to the formation period, this work provides a reconstitution of the classical tendency of such building, investigating it as a historical source and document through its material testimony, rendering the Cathedral into a paradigm of the city classical architecture within a Brazilian context. Para tanto se faz necessário fazer a reconstrução sócio-histórica desses dois movimentos, destacando a forte influência americana. Assim, propõe-se analisar como esses movimentos se efetivam enquanto crítica social e cultural no espaço urbano e discutir as iniciativas do poder público municipal, que integram pichadores e grafiteiros, para a preservação do patrimônio histórico e cultural da cidade de Campinas-SP. Para o desenvolvimento desta pesquisa é importante além dos aspectos já elencados, definir o momento em que a pichação e o graffiti surgem no Brasil, particularmente na cidade de Campinas no contexto de sua evolução como metrópole / Abstract: This work is about two kinds of urban manifestation that happen out of the oficial places of production and circulation of art: the pichação and graffiti. Here we intend to expose another character of the pichação and graffiti ¿ more than the marginal and the criminal character ¿ the artistic and cultural expression. Then, rebuilt the social history of these movements is necessary, emphasizing the strong american influence. So, we propose to analyse how these moviments take part of the urban space, as social and cultural criticism, and discuss the preservation politics of the historical and cultural patrimony of Campinas-SP that cover pichadores and graffiters. In order to have an epistemological comprehension of this specialized field of knowledge, we focalized the origin and the construction of conservation and restoration through the examination of practices and preservation narratives. This research uses bibliographic, documental and oral history analysis. It examines theoretical points, paradigmas, international influences and cultural policy that are basic idea to the insertion and construction of this subject in Brazilian context.

The patrimony brings implicit questions relatives to the memory, the identity and the appropriation of the city by the inhabitants. On the other hand, shows the acting of economics and political forces shaping the production of the space and influencing the social relations. The present work analyzes these questions and has the objective to discuss the importance of patrimony within the contemporary city. The look is concerned with Goiânia. Young city created in the beginning of the twenty century has its Historical Town Center overthrow in 2003. The act of the overthrow inserts and connects Goiânia within the global phenomenon and rouse current inquiries and discussions about the process of urban patrimony and rehabilitation. Also lead the formulation of specific objectives which guide this study, namely: understand this process in Goiânia city; identify the opinion of the inhabitants about the process of patrimony; and verify how this process is realized by the press media. The adopted methodology considers the approach in aspects linked to the subjectivity of the individuals and follows the qualitative methods. The temporal delimitation corresponds to the period between 2003, date of the federal overthrow, and 2007. The means used to collect of data were: bibliographic research, documental research involving public bodies and the press media. Were searched two newspapers, the O Popular and the Diário da Manhã, with the aim to get reports about the theme patrimony and Town Center. The field research was achieved in defined boundaries by the space delimitation and consisted in interview applied to the residents of Goiânia. It was prepared a schedule of interviews with questions semi-structured aided by a visual register of photographic images of buildings which compose the landscape of this region. The questions intend to grasp the sense and meanings of the patrimony to the resident/users of the city. The theoretical reference ally to the research in newspapers and the outcome of the interviews lead the reflections. It was adopted as parameters to the analyze of outcomes, considering the differences of each approach, the levels of representation space of Lefebvre (1974), the designed space, the perceived space, the lived space and the theory of social representation. This study analyzes the media information and talks about the residents understood as objectivities of mental world. This innermost world describe the representation of the patrimony and the Town Center of Goiânia and, based on the theoretical discussion that subsidize the reflections, proof that the overthrow patrimony does not is intelligible to the most of residents. Denotes a work to be developed in the sense of endow the citizens with acknowledge which give them access to the codes of reading matter implicit on the patrimony and allow the formation of perceptive judgments. / O patrimônio é um tema que, devido à sua crescente relevância nas sociedades contemporâneas, tem despertado a atenção de estudiosos sobre a cidade. A patrimonialização traz implícitas questões relativas à memória, à identidade e à apropriação da cidade pelos habitantes. Por outro lado, desvela a atuação de forças econômicas e políticas moldando a produção do espaço e influenciando as relações sociais. O estudo em pauta analisa essas questões e tem como objetivo discutir a importância da patrimonialização no âmbito da cidade contemporânea. O olhar é voltado para Goiânia. Cidade jovem criada no início do século XX, teve seu Centro Histórico tombado no ano de 2003. O ato do tombamento a inseriu e conectou com esse fenômeno mundial e incitou questionamentos e discussões atuais sobre os processos de patrimonialização e reabilitação urbanas. Também conduziu à formulação dos objetivos específicos que norteiam este estudo, a saber: entender o processo na cidade de Goiânia; identificar como a definição de bens patrimoniais é interpretada pelos moradores; identificar a opinião do habitante a esse respeito; e verificar como o tema foi percebido pela mídia impressa. A metodologia adotada considera o enfoque em aspectos ligados à subjetividade dos indivíduos e segue a abordagem qualitativa. A delimitação temporal corresponde ao período de 2003, data do tombamento federal, ao ano de 2007. Os meios utilizados para a coleta de dados foram: pesquisa bibliográfica, pesquisa documental envolvendo órgãos públicos, e mídia escrita. Foram pesquisados dois jornais da cidade: o jornal O Popular e o jornal Diário da Manhã, com o intuito de obter reportagens sobre o tema. A pesquisa de campo foi realizada nos limites definidos pela Avenida Goiás e Praça Cívica e consistiu em entrevista aplicada aos moradores de Goiânia. Foi elaborado um roteiro de entrevistas com questões semi-estruturadas, auxiliado por um registro visual de imagens fotográficas de edifícios que compõem a paisagem da região. As questões buscaram apreender os sentidos e significados do patrimônio para o morador/ usuário da cidade. O referencial teórico aliado à pesquisa em jornais e ao resultado das entrevistas conduziu as reflexões. Foram adotados como parâmetros para análise dos resultados, considerando as diferenças de cada enfoque, os níveis do espaço de representação de Lefebvre (1974): o espaço concebido, o espaço percebido, o espaço vivido e a teoria das representações sociais. Este estudo analisa as informações midiáticas e a fala dos moradores entendida como objetivação do mundo mental. Esse mundo íntimo desvela as representações sobre o patrimônio e o Centro de Goiânia e, dentro das discussões teóricas que subsidiaram as reflexões, evidenciou que o patrimônio tombado não é inteligível para a maioria dos moradores. Aponta um trabalho a ser desenvolvido para dotar os cidadãos de conhecimentos que dêem acesso aos códigos de leitura implícitos no patrimônio e permitam a formação de juízos perceptivos.

ARQUIVOS UNIVERSITÁRIOS: O ACESSO E A DIFUSÃO DOS ACERVOS E SERVIÇOS DOS SETORES DE ARQUIVO DAS IFES DA REGIÃO SUL DO BRASIL / UNIVERSITY ARCHIVES: ACCESS AND PROPAGATION OF COLLECTIONS AND SERVICES ARCHIVES OF IFES REGION SOUTH OF BRAZIL

This research verifies how the sectors responsible for managing the information in the Federal Higher Education Institutions (IFES), here referred to university archives, are using the web as dissemination of their collections, its structures, and activities. This study aims to investigate the use of sites in the dissemination of archival services and distribution platforms and access in the disclosure of documentary heritage guarded by archives sectors of IFES in southern Brazil. The justification for the investigation comes from the fact of showing how the university archives can use the internet as a way of disseminating its collections and its services, dynamising the access to the information. In this sense, a theoretical reference was raised to support the objectives of the study, dealing with cultural and documentary heritage, information, dissemination of archival collections and services, access platforms, distribution and description of records, internet, website and website archival institutions, university and university archives. The contextualization of the IFES survey located in the setting of national policy archives, presenting the National System of Archives, the National Archives, the National Council on Archives and Records Management System Archives Federal Public Administration. It is a kind of applied research, descriptive, qualitative / quantitative, which was characterized as a case study. Data collection was carried out through form, which collected data from the information available on the pages of the archives sectors on the internet and questions directed to IFES submitted in the Electronic System of the Citizen Information Service (e-SIC), the Executive Branch Federal. With this study it was found that: the creation of archives sectors is a reality in Federal Universities as most have structured archives services, while the Federal Institutes, mostly not yet constituted such plants; the use of websites by the IFES archives sector is still incipient because no Federal Institute using this tool, and the Universities few archives sectors provide web pages taking part in the Conarq's recommendations for building websites; the use of access platforms, dissemination and recordkeeping description is still not a reality in IFES, for no Federal Institute makes use of this tool and few Federal Universities have adopted the ICA-AtoM, a platform that provides access to and dissemination of heritage documentary. From the results of the survey were prepared Recommendations for the construction or restructuring Archives Sectors websites of Federal Institutions of Higher Education, which contains guidelines for IFES who need to create or adapt their websites. / A presente pesquisa verifica como os setores responsáveis por gerenciar a informação no ambiente das Instituições Federais de Ensino Superior (IFES), aqui denominados como arquivos universitários, estão utilizando a web como canal de divulgação de seus acervos, suas estruturas e atividades. Assim, este estudo tem como objetivo investigar a utilização de sites na divulgação dos serviços arquivísticos e plataformas de difusão e acesso na divulgação do patrimônio documental custodiado pelos Setores de Arquivo das IFES da Região Sul do Brasil. A justificativa para esta investigação advém do fato de mostrar como os arquivos universitários podem utilizar a internet como forma de difundir seus acervos e seus serviços, dinamizando o acesso à informação. Nesse sentido, levantou-se referencial teórico para embasar os objetivos do estudo, tratando sobre o patrimônio cultural e documental, informação, difusão dos acervos e serviços arquivísticos, plataformas de acesso, difusão e descrição de documentos de arquivo, internet, website e websites de instituições arquivísticas, universidade e arquivos universitários. A contextualização da pesquisa situa as IFES no cenário da política nacional de arquivos, apresentando o Sistema Nacional de Arquivos, o Arquivo Nacional, o Conselho Nacional de Arquivos e o Sistema de Gestão de Documentos de Arquivo da Administração Pública Federal. É uma pesquisa de natureza aplicada, descritiva, quali/quantitativa, que caracterizou-se como um estudo de caso. A coleta de dados foi realizada através de formulário, que levantou dados a partir das informações disponíveis nos websites dos Setores de Arquivo na internet e questões direcionadas às IFES submetidas no Sistema Eletrônico do Serviço de Informação ao Cidadão (e-SIC), do Poder Executivo Federal. Com este estudo constatou-se que: a constituição de Setores de Arquivo é uma realidade nas universidades federais, pois a maioria possui serviços de arquivo estruturados, enquanto que os institutos federais, em sua maioria, ainda não constituíram essas unidades; a utilização de websites pelos Setores de Arquivo das IFES ainda é incipiente, pois nenhum instituto federal se utiliza dessa ferramenta, e nas universidades poucos Setores de Arquivo disponibilizam websites atendendo em parte as recomendações do Conarq para construção de websites; a utilização de plataformas de acesso, difusão e descrição de documentos de arquivo ainda não é uma realidade nas IFES, pois nenhum instituto federal faz uso dessa ferramenta e poucas universidades federais adotaram o ICA-AtoM, plataforma que proporciona o acesso e a difusão do patrimônio documental. A partir dos resultados da pesquisa, foram elaboradas as Recomendações para a construção ou reestruturação de websites de Setores de Arquivo de Instituições Federais de Ensino Superior, onde constam orientações às IFES que necessitarem criar ou adequar seus sites na internet.

L’entreprise familiale est omniprésente; en effet, c’est l'épine dorsale de la vie d'entreprise. Elle est le moteur du développement socio-économique et de la création de richesse dans toutes les nations. Elle apparaît incomparable à l’entreprise non familiale, et unique quant à ses caractéristiques, éléments constitutifs, défis et perspectives. Cependant, la taxonomie légale distinctive de cette entreprise se révèle absente et oubliée partout dans le monde, soit dans les pays du droit Civil ou de Common Law. Ce manque de reconnaissance juridique induit à régler les différends et les litiges survenus en suivant les voies légales classiques; ce qui prouve, généralement, une source d'injustice tant à l'individu qu’à la famille, et suscite des répercussions sociales et économiques remarquables. Par conséquent, afin de concevoir les dynamiques authentiques de cette entreprise, nous avons adopté la théorie de l'écosystème des quatre cercles qui permettra aux juristes de percevoir cette entreprise avec un regard singulier, désormais, en tant qu’une entreprise familiale et non plus en tant qu’une simple entreprise. En outre, cette mosaïque placera la «famille» au niveau de partie prenante « royale » qui subvient aux besoins de l’entreprise et fournie le «capital familial»; ce dernier renvoie souvent aux intangibles tout en évoquant les éléments fondamentaux moteurs qui orientent et dominent cette entreprise, et la transforment en une copropriété collective mixte plutôt qu'une propriété individuelle. Somme toute, une telle classification engendrera une définition juridique distinctive de l’entreprise familiale, ainsi que des arrangements légaux et structurels et des conséquences primordiales. / Family business is omnipresent as the backbone of the corporate life. It is the engine driver of the socio-economic development, and the fundamental source of wealth creation in all nations. Incomparable to nonfamily counterparts, family business reveals unique in its characteristics, constructs, challenges, and prospects. However, the legal differentiated taxonomy of this enterprise reveals absent and forgotten across the globe, whether in the common law system or the civil law system. The lack of the legal recognition of its uniqueness induces jurists to resolve disputes and litigations via the conventional legal channels. This often discloses as the source of injustice for individuals as well as the family, and echoes significant social and economic consequences. Correspondingly, in order to conceive the authentic dynamics of this enterprise, we have embraced the four circles ecosystem theory, which shall allow jurists to visualize this enterprise with a singular eye as a family business, no longer as a business. Besides, this pattern shall reveal the “family” as the “Royal Stakeholder” and the main provider of the “Family Capital”. Thus, the latter unveils the intangibles as the fundamental drivers that guide and control this enterprise, and then turn it into a mixed collective co-ownership, rather than an individual ownership. Ultimately, this classification generates the distinctive legal definition of the family business as well as the relevant arrangements, structures, and unavoidable consequences.

La région de Porto-Novo, territoire culturel hérité au sud du Bénin, en Afrique de l'Ouest, fait partie d'une conurbation en pleine croissance (entre Cotonou et Porto-Novo) présentant un contexte d'urbanisation rapide, d'étalement urbain et de mutations fonctionnelles des espaces. Porto-Novo – capitale politique du Bénin distancée démographiquement et économiquement par sa voisine Cotonou – ainsi que sa région, connaissent parallèlement depuis quelques années, à l'image d'autres territoires africains, une dynamique de patrimonialisation et de revendications identitaires, tandis qu'un mouvement de revalorisation des traditions et dans le même temps d'appui à une gouvernance locale ont été encouragés par les instances internationales et les bailleurs de fonds. La question de la patrimonialisation, à travers son appropriation par les acteurs de la gestion et du développement des territoires, propose surtout un éclairage sur les dynamiques sociales et culturelles à l’œuvre et les enjeux territoriaux de la région porto-novienne. Alors que la décentralisation se met progressivement en place, la ville et sa région sont en outre aujourd’hui au centre de rivalités politiques et identitaires où le patrimoine semble tenir une place stratégique dans le jeu des acteurs. / The Porto Novo region, an inherited cultural territory in the south of Benin, in West Africa, is part of a growing conurbation (between Cotonou and Porto Novo) with rapid urbanization, urban sprawl and functional mutations in the use of space.Porto Novo - the political capital of Benin, outdistanced demographically and economically by its neighbor Cotonou - and the Porto Novo region, like other African territories have, in recent years, both undergone a dynamic of "patrimonialisation" (granting of heritage status) and claiming of identity, while a movement to give new value to its traditions and support local governance has been encouraged by international authorities and sponsors.The question of "patrimonialisation", through its appropriation by the actors involved in the management and development of the territories, first and foremost suggests that light should be thrown on the current social and cultural dynamics at work and what is at stake territorially speaking in the Porto Novo region. While decentralization is increasingly evident, the town and its region are also currently at the centre of rivalries over politics and identity in which the patrimony seems to play a strategic part in the game of the territorial actors.

Jeanne d’Arc devient l’un des personnages clés de la fin du XIXème siècle. Façonnée et tiraillée, construite comme un symbole, elle est au cœur des enjeux politiques. C’est dans ce contexte que Camille Vallery-Radot réunit sa collection. Née en 1880 et contemporaine de cette période, elle s’est prise de passion pour Jeanne d’Arc et collectionne dès son enfance et jusqu’à sa mort en 1927 tout ce qui a trait à son héroïne, soit 10 000 documents. Sa collection s’apparente à un regard contemporain, et qui se veut en même temps exhaustif, de la période qui, progressivement, fait de la Pucelle un symbole fort de la Patrie. Elle témoigne de cette construction d’un mythe et d’un véritable culte lorsque Jeanne d’Arc devient le symbole de tout un peuple jusqu’à devenir ensuite un produit moteur pour le tourisme naissant. Le personnage de Jeanne d’Arc prend une place centrale dans les politiques culturelles qui commencent à se structurer à cette même période. A Rouen, la préservation et la valorisation du patrimoine lié à l’héroïne est au coeur de la démarche. Au-delà de sa fonction commémorative, l’enjeu de ce patrimoine devient aussi celui de l’attractivité d’un territoire. / By the end of the 19th century, Joan of Arc became one of the key character, shaped and raised as a symbol, she is at the core of political stakes. The Camille Vallery Radot's collection fits this context. She was born in 1880 and was contemporary of that period. She became passionate about Joan of Arc at the early age to her death in 1927. She collected everything she can find about her heroin, in total around 10 000 documents. This collection is a certain contemporary viewpoint, even exhaustive, of the period which will gradually built the Pucelle d’Orléans to a strong mother country symbol. Her collection witnesses the creation of myth and cult of Joan of Arc for the entire French population to become a product to rising tourism. Joan of Arc becomes the mainspring of cultural politics which arise at that time.
