Diploma thesis is focused on information system assessment and subsequent proposal for its modification. These changes are partly concerned on company requests, where system implemented is, but on the other hand also of development of processes in the time horizon. These proposals of changes and optimization will be afterwards presented and recommended for realization.

types of tourism. For these reasons, in order to more closely meet the needs of tourist-hunters, but also and hunting staff, it is necessery to apply geographic information technologies to hunting tourism. The subject of thesis is the application of geographic information technologies in hunting tourism in Vojvodina.Precisely, the work includes application of GIS and GPS in several separate segments of the hunting economy. Thus, the study presents the application of these technologies in the hunting ground &quot;Apatinski rit&quot;, in the reservation for red deer within the National Park &quot;Fruska Gora&quot;, and hunting grounds of hunting associations in Vojvodina. The paper deals with the use of geographic information technologies in the areas of harvesting and protection of the game animals, hunting ground management, hunting tourism, and in the field of promotion of this kind of tourism. The research results may help further for the study of cause-effect relationship between hunting tourism and hunting resource of destination, in order to design and proper placement of hunting tourism.</p>

В практической части описывается общая характеристика исследуемой организации и деятельность службы управления персоналом, проведен анализ количественного и качественного состава персонала УПЦ ООО «Газпром трансгаз Югорск», анализ внутренней документации, интервью с руководителем отдела кадров, интервью с ведущим специалистом отдела кадров, наблюдение за рабочим процессом ведущего специалиста отдела кадров, опрос персонала о необходимости внедрения автоматизированных информационных систем. На основе полученных данных разработана программа по внедрению автоматизированных информационных технологий. В заключении подведены итоги в соответствии с поставленными задачами. / The final qualifying work consists of an introduction, three parts, a conclusion, a bibliography, and appendices. The theoretical part presents basic concepts, theories of personnel management, types of automated information technologies, features of the use of automated information systems in personnel management. The practical part describes the general characteristics of the organization under study and the activities of the personnel management service, an analysis of the quantitative and qualitative composition of the personnel of the UPC LLC Gazprom Transgaz Yugorsk, an analysis of internal documentation, an interview with the head of the HR department, an interview with the leading specialist of the HR department, observation of the work process leading specialist of the HR department, survey of personnel about the need to implement automated information systems. Based on the data obtained, a program for the introduction of automated information technologies has been developed. In conclusion, the results are summed up in accordance with the objectives.

Les services basés sur les technologies de l’information dans les secteurs publics et privés sont en pleine croissance. Par conséquent, la demande énergétique est de plus en plus importante pour alimenter les équipements informatiques au sein des établissements utilisateurs et dans les data-centres. A cette phase de consommation, facilement identifiable par les utilisateurs, s’ajoute la phase de production des équipements dont les conséquences sur l’environnement sont difficilement perceptibles par les utilisateurs. Ainsi, les impacts environnementaux des TIC paraissent principalement « délocalisés » et « invisibles » par rapport à l’utilisateur final.Progressivement, l’enjeu environnemental prend sa place dans la logique du secteur des technologies de l’information, aboutissant au concept de « Green IT ». Concepteurs et utilisateurs cherchent désormais à évaluer les impacts environnementaux des technologies de l’information. Dans un contexte d’évaluation environnementale pour l’aide à la décision, l’objectif de cette thèse est d’évaluer les impacts environnementaux des équipements informatiques d’une organisation. Pour cela, nous envisageons une démarche qui vise à enrichir l’approche produit de type ACV par l’ajout de données spécifiques à l’organisation étudiée.Les recherches bibliographiques ont permis de dégager les spécificités et les besoins méthodologiques en termes d’évaluation des impacts. Ainsi, une méthodologie permettant l’expression des impacts environnementaux locaux et planétaires liés à la fabrication et à l’utilisation des technologies de l’information au sein d’une organisation est proposée. Appliquée lors d’un partenariat avec une entreprise multinationale de la grande distribution et validée par son application dans un centre de recherche, cette méthodologie centralise à la fois des données génériques disponibles dans des bases de données et des données spécifiques recueillies auprès des utilisateurs de l’organisation étudiée. Cette étape de terrain, point central de la méthodologie, permet dans un premier temps d’obtenir l’inventaire des équipements présents et dans un second temps de connaître et de comprendre le comportement réel des utilisateurs via une enquête et des mesures de puissances et de consommations électriques des équipements représentatifs du panel inventorié (utilisation de boitiers d’acquisition de valeurs dits « économètre »).L’approche d’évaluation environnementale des systèmes informatiques développée au cours de ce travail a pour objectif de mettre en exergue les répercussions sur l’environnement que peuvent avoir les technologies de l’information au sein d’une organisation. Un des résultats principaux montre que la majorité des impacts environnementaux sont plus liés à la phase de production qu’à la phase d’utilisation. De plus, cette méthode aide à l’identification des pistes d’améliorations : choix et gestion des équipements, comportement individuel, charte d’utilisation, choix d’une politique éco-responsable… Ainsi, par un calcul d’éco-efficience mettant en jeu les gains environnementaux et économiques, les solutions répondant à la stratégie de développement de l’organisation étudiée peuvent être sélectionnées. / Services based on information technology in public and private sectors are growing. Therefore, the energy demand is more and more important to supply computer equipments within organizations and data-centers. So, environmental impacts of ICT are mostly “delocalised" and "invisible" from the end user.Gradually, the environmental issue takes place in the sector of information technology resulting in the new concept of the "Green IT". Nowadays, designers and users are seeking to assess the environmental impacts of information technology. In a context of environmental assessment for decision-making, the objective of this thesis is to assess the environmental impacts of devices of an organization. For this, we consider an approach to combine a product LCA approach with an inventory of data specific to a site.Literature searches have highlighted the specific and methodological needs in terms of impact assessment. Thus, a methodology for the expression of local and global environmental impacts associated with the production and use stages of information technology present within an organization is proposed. Applied in a partnership with a multinational society and validated by its application in a research laboratory, this methodology centralizes both generic data available in databases and specific data collected from users of the organization studied. This phase, key point of the methodology, provides firstly an inventory of present equipments and secondly the knowledge and comprehension of the actual behavior of users by the way of both a survey plus power and electric consumption measurements of representative equipments of the panel inventoried (use of acquisition boxes of values known as "energy meter").The environmental assessment approach developed in this work aims to highlight the environmental impact of the information technology’s equipments within an organization. One of the main results shows that the most environmental impacts are due to the production phase than the use phase. Moreover, the method helps to identify areas for improvement: selection and equipment management, individual behavior, usage policy, choice of an eco-friendly policy... So, by a calculation of eco-efficiency involving environmental and economic gains, solutions responding to the development strategy of the organization studied can be selected.

Les services d’incendie et de secours français, collectivités territoriales touchées par capillarité par les logiques de résultats instituées par la LOLF en 2001, sont aujourd’hui au cœur de multiples injonctions en termes d’efficience et d’efficacité. Leur fiabilité organisationnelle devient un enjeu central que nous pensons être en interrelation avec les logiques d’utilisation des outils de technologie de l’information, tels que ceux déployés dans le domaine de l’aide à la décision. Nous explorons dans ce travail la fiabilité organisationnelle sous le prisme de la théorie des HRO en la rapprochant de la littérature sur les systèmes d’information. Encapsulée dans un constructivisme téléologique et projectif, cette thèse présente une recherche-intervention visant à déployer de tels outils informationnels au SDIS des Bouches du Rhône dans une optique de fiabilisation de leurs activités. Accompagnée d’une observation participante et de la tenue d’un journal de bord, cette recherche-intervention a été conclue par une série d’entretiens semi-directifs avec les acteurs de l’organisation. Les résultats font l’objet d’interprétations mettant en évidence les impacts des outils informationnels sur la fiabilité du SDIS des Bouches du Rhône. Une discussion a permis de faire émerger des préconisations à destination des praticiens sous la forme de recommandations et de représentations liées à l’implémentation d’un management par les processus. Parmi ces propositions, nous présentons un modèle de maturité de l’organisation à devoir de fiabilité afin de guider les organisations publiques dans l’évaluation de leurs capacités en termes de fiabilisation de leurs activités / For three decades, the French firefighters have come to know many legal and organizational disruptions that have led to several obligations in terms of accountability and efficiency. These injunctions brought forward the question of their organizational reliability as a core issue that cannot be isolated from the emergence of new technologies and their contribution to decision-making in organizations. In this thesis, we explore organizational reliability through the lens of the High Reliability Organizations theory while combining it with information systems literature.Integrated in a teleological and projective constructivism, this thesis presents a specific action-research aimed for an implementation of informational tools in the Fire Department of the Bouches du Rhône (France) with the expectation to contribute to a better reliability of its activities. After a three-year long participant observation and a research logbook, we concluded this action-research with a succession of interviews conducted with the actors of the organization. At the end of the thesis, we interpret the results produced by the analysis of this primary and secondary data to highlight the influence of informational tools on the reliability of the Fire Department studied. A discussion enables us to formulate recommendations and models bound for practitioners and related to the implementation of a business process management. Among these suggestions, we propose a maturity model of organizations concerned by a “duty of reliability” in order to guide public organizations in the evaluation of their capacities regarding the reliability of their activities

Esta pesquisa investigou as contribuições dos objetos de aprendizagem e suas potencialidades na apropriação de conceitos físicos por estudantes da 2ª série do Ensino Médio de uma escola pública do Distrito Federal. A metodologia e os recursos utilizados durante a pesquisa tiveram fundamentação para a análise compreensiva na Teoria de Aprendizagem Significativa de Ausubel e na coleta de dados por meio da estratégia de mapas conceituais de Novak tendo como ponto de partida os conhecimentos prévios dos estudantes. A realização das atividades propostas aos estudantes (questionário informativo sobre o perfil do estudante; observação de suas habilidades no uso do computador e do uso da informática; sua interação com os objetos de aprendizagem; mapeamento conceitual) forneceram a matéria-prima para a interpretação crítica e entendimento dos objetivos da pesquisa. Esta investigação foi dividida em etapas distintas onde foram utilizados objetos de aprendizagem (simulação/animação/vídeo) no laboratório de informática para introduzir conceitos físicos de dilatação, ondas e formação de cores. Mudanças significativas na apropriação dos conceitos físicos foram constatadas por parte dos estudantes pesquisados. A motivação para aprender, gerada pelas atividades propostas, pelo uso dos objetos de aprendizagem e pelas aulas no laboratório de informática foram variáveis responsáveis para os resultados obtidos. A atividade de introduzir conceitos físicos usando objetos de aprendizagem foi apreciada como fonte motivadora no grupo de estudantes do Ensino Médio, sujeitos desta pesquisa. Com relação à aprendizagem significativa, pode-se dizer que a integração das características da teoria de Ausubel com o uso de objetos de aprendizagem como organizadores prévios para o ensino e aprendizagem de conteúdos de Física, contribuiu para o desenvolvimento e a ampliação das oportunidades de construção de conhecimentos físicos com sentido e significado para os estudantes. E o uso da estratégia de mapeamento conceitual revelou-se relevante no processo de avaliação docente. / This research investigated the contributions of learning objects and their potential in the appropriation of physical concepts by students in the 2nd grade of High School, who study in a public school in the Distrito Federal. The qualitative methodology and recourses used during this research are based, for a complete analysis, on the Theory of Meaningful Learning by Ausubel and also on Novaks conceptual maps, taking the students prior knowledge as a starting point. This investigation was divided into distinct stages, where learning objects were used (simulation/animation/video) in the computer laboratory to introduce the physical concepts of dilation, waves and the formation of colors. The students fulfillment of the proposed activities (informative questionnaire on the students profile; observation of their ability with a computer and of information technology; their interaction with the learning objects; conceptual mapping) supplied the raw material for the analytical interpretation and understanding of the aims of this research. Significant changes in the acquisition of physical concepts were noted in part of the students researched. The motivation to learn, provoked by the proposed activities, by the use of the learning objects and by the classes in the computer laboratory, were the variables responsible for the results attained. The action of introducing physical concepts using learning objects was considered in the High School student group, who are the subject matter of this study. In relation to meaningful learning, it can be said that the integration of the characteristics of Ausubels theory, with the use of learning objects, as previous organizers for teaching and learning of physics content, contributed to the development and expansion of opportunities for the building of physical knowledge which makes sense to, and is meaningful to, the students. And the use of conceptual mapping strategy proved important in teaching evaluation process.

As tecnologias de informação e comunicação têm sido as molas propulsoras do atual processo de globalização, promovendo a difusão da informação, bem como a instantaneidade dos eventos em múltiplos lugares, conectando-os, reduzindo o tempo dos fluxos de comunicação, informação e serviços, através de seu caráter ubíquo. Deste modo, existem os territórios, mas as distâncias que os separam são ignoradas, podendo ser transponíveis em lapsos de tempo, a telemática proporciona desta feita uma conexão vertical entre eles. A presente pesquisa, portanto, faz uma abordagem sobre o uso e disseminação das tecnologias de informação e comunicação (TICs) através da Educação a Distância (EaD), implantada no Estado do Amazonas em 2007, direcionada principalmente ao alunos do ensino médio. Propõe-se elucidar os motivos pelos quais o governo do Estado tem fomentado esta modalidade de ensino, e sua dinâmica no território, ao conectar verticalmente os espaços geográficos nele contidos. E seus efeitos culturais, ao fazer a interligação de estudantes, que moram em localidades isoladas no interior do Amazonas, com o mundo, através da internet. Através deste estudo foi possível também confrontar a infraestrutura de transportes e comunicação existentes nos núcleos urbanos e zonas rurais com as TICs instaladas a partir do advento da EaD, constituindo-se em novos conteúdos a estes lugares. Como também suas relações com lugares de elevadas densidades tecnológicas de comunicação, os quais já podem ser considerados de meios-técnico-científicos-informacionais. Bem como, analisar criticamente o processo de democratização da educação, por meio deste sistema educacional, aos alunos que até então não tinham acesso ao ensino médio. / Information technology and communication have been the drivers of the globalization process, promoting dissemination of information, as well as the immediacy of events in multiple locations, connecting them, reducing the time flow of communication, information and services through of its ubiquitous character. Thus, there are territories, but the distances that separate them are ignored and can be transposed in time-lapse, this time telematics provides a vertical connection between them. This research therefore makes an approach on the use and dissemination of information and communication technologies (ICTs) through Distance Education (DE), introduced in the State of Amazonas in 2007, targeted primarily to high school students. It is proposed to elucidate the reasons why the state government has encouraged this type of teaching, and their dynamics in the territory by connecting them vertically geographic areas therein. And its cultural effects, to make the interconnection of students who live in isolated locations within the Amazon, with the world through the internet. Through this study it was possible also to confront the transport and communication infrastructure in existing urban and rural areas with ICT installed from the advent of distance learning, providing new content on these sites. As well as its relations with places of high densities of communication technology, which can already be considered a technical-scientific-media-informational. As well, critically analyze the process of democratization of education, through this educational system, students who previously had no access to secondary education.

Mudanças significativas na apropriação dos conceitos físicos foram constatadas por parte dos estudantes pesquisados. A motivação para aprender, gerada pelas atividades propostas, pelo uso dos objetos de aprendizagem e pelas aulas no laboratório de informática foram variáveis responsáveis para os resultados obtidos. A atividade de introduzir conceitos físicos usando objetos de aprendizagem foi apreciada como fonte motivadora no grupo de estudantes do Ensino Médio, sujeitos desta pesquisa. Com relação à aprendizagem significativa, pode-se dizer que a integração das características da teoria de Ausubel com o uso de objetos de aprendizagem como organizadores prévios para o ensino e aprendizagem de conteúdos de Física, contribuiu para o desenvolvimento e a ampliação das oportunidades de construção de conhecimentos físicos com sentido e significado para os estudantes. E o uso da estratégia de mapeamento conceitual revelou-se relevante no processo de avaliação docente. / This research investigated the contributions of learning objects and their potential in the appropriation of physical concepts by students in the 2nd grade of High School, who study in a public school in the Distrito Federal. The qualitative methodology and recourses used during this research are based, for a complete analysis, on the Theory of Meaningful Learning by Ausubel and also on Novaks conceptual maps, taking the students prior knowledge as a starting point. This investigation was divided into distinct stages, where learning objects were used (simulation/animation/video) in the computer laboratory to introduce the physical concepts of dilation, waves and the formation of colors. The students fulfillment of the proposed activities (informative questionnaire on the students profile; observation of their ability with a computer and of information technology; their interaction with the learning objects; conceptual mapping) supplied the raw material for the analytical interpretation and understanding of the aims of this research. Significant changes in the acquisition of physical concepts were noted in part of the students researched. The motivation to learn, provoked by the proposed activities, by the use of the learning objects and by the classes in the computer laboratory, were the variables responsible for the results attained. The action of introducing physical concepts using learning objects was considered in the High School student group, who are the subject matter of this study. In relation to meaningful learning, it can be said that the integration of the characteristics of Ausubels theory, with the use of learning objects, as previous organizers for teaching and learning of physics content, contributed to the development and expansion of opportunities for the building of physical knowledge which makes sense to, and is meaningful to, the students. And the use of conceptual mapping strategy proved important in teaching evaluation process.

The theoretical part covers the essential background of information systems and describes methods for their evaluation. This knowledge is applied in the analytical part afterwards. The deficiencies are identified on the basis of the analysis and proposals to improve the current state are formulated with subsequent time and economical evaluation.
