[pt] De um universo limitado aos espaços infinitos é um estudo das relações entre lei e gozo a partir da abordagem lacaniana do desejo como reverso da lei, e do gozo como um campo que não se limita a partir desse funcionamento. Lacan indicou a importância do Nome-do-Pai como um significante que veicula a lei, que opera como uma função mediadora numa relação de completude imaginária representada pela mãe e a criança. Através disso ele associou estreitamente lei e desejo, apontando que o desejo não é anterior à lei mas é a inscrição da lei que possibilita a existência do desejo. Através do que nomeou gozo Lacan pôde abordar outra forma de satisfação que não obedece à lógica do desejo, ou seja, que não se estrutura a partir dessa limitação da lei. Estudamos a relação das diferentes apresentações do gozo com o campo abarcado pela lei, indicando o gozo feminino como uma forma de Lacan nomear algo radicalmente Outro com relação à organização da lei e do desejo. Trata-se de um campo infinito, no sentido de que é ilimitado. Essa dissertação questiona como o gozo pode se organizar senão através da limitação imposta pela lei. / [en] From a limited universe to the infinite spaces studies the relationship between law and jouissance from a Lacanian perspective. Lacan indicates that the desire is the other side of the law, while, the jouissance is a field that is not limited by the law. Lacan underlines the importance of the Name-of-the-father as a signifier that validates the law. It functions as a mediation, intervening in the imaginary dual relationship represented by the mother and the child. Through this Lacan associated law and desire, indicating that the desire does not exist prior to the law, but is created by it. The term jouissance allows Lacan to indicate a form of satisfaction that does not obey the logic of the desire, which means that it is not structured by the limitation drawn by the law. This dissertation studies the relationship between the desire and the several ways within which the jouissance appears in the Lacanian theory. The feminine jouissance is defined by Lacan as a jouissance that is Other in relation to the organization of the law and the desire. It is a infinite field, which means that it is not limited. This work also studies how the jouissance can be organized when not by the limitation of the law.

[pt] Este estudo investiga o tema das drogadicções a partir de um referencial psicanalítico. A droga é vista como um meio de intensa satisfação pulsional, que pode levar, pela drogadicção, a um certo isolamento e alheamento das determinações subjetivas. O autor parte de algumas proposições freudianas sobre a droga e as drogadicções para investigar as operações de constituição do sujeito em Lacan. Verifica, a partir daí, a importância da relação com a alteridade no processo contínuo de sustentação da atividade representativa inconsciente. Para o tratamento, propõe que o analista forneça uma atenção especial aos atos - passagem ao ato e acting-out - que surgem desde as entrevistas preliminares. Indica a presença, nestes casos, de uma operação de exclusão da atividade representativa, que poderá ser inicialmente retomada pela via dos atos que, por sua vez, podem servir para resgatar a função do sujeito do inconsciente. Inclui um caso clínico, onde se fez uso das concepções teóricas desenvolvidas. / [en] This study investigates the theme of drug addiction from a psychoanalytic referential. The drug is seen as a way of intense drive satisfaction, which may lead, through drug addiction, to a certain alienation and isolation from subjective determinations. Starting with some Freudian principles about the drug and the drug addictions, the author sets out to investigate the operations of subject constitution in Lacan. It is therefore ascertained the importance of the relation with the Other in the continuous process of sustaining the representative activity of the unconscious. For the treatment, it is proposed that the analyst pays particular attention to the acts - passage à l acte and acting-out - which become evident from the preliminary interviews. It is indicated the existence of an operation of exclusion of the representative activity. This representative activity may be initially resumed via the acts, which, in turn, may serve to recapture the function of the unconscious subject. A clinical case is included, in which the use of theoretical concepts developed is made.

[pt] O dispositivo analítico, tal como circunscrito por Freud e Lacan não opera sem o corpo. Mas de que corpo se trata? Com o nascimento da ciência moderna introduz-se no mundo o sujeito sem substância. Enquanto a ciência o foraclui, a psicanálise nasce neste mesmo ponto, recolhendo-o. Da imagem com todos os seus efeitos de captura sobre o vivente, passando pelo corpo que encontra sua homologia com o inconsciente, a partir dos furos que ressoam entre eles, veremos o objeto a vir colocar em jogo a substância que dá esteio ao sujeito lógico. A teoria do significante constitui os contornos da superfície sobre a qual operamos definida em torno do furo, efeito de traço. Mas a clínica nos confronta com manifestações que colocam situações que exigem um passo a mais em relação à superfície definida em torno do furo, do Outro e do resto. Destacando do significante a dimensão da letra, Lacan nos conduzirá a uma retomada dessas operações que lança novas balizas de orientação e implica em um novo aparato de leitura. Para concluir, exploramos as possibilidades da teorização da letra na clínica, a partir de um caso clinico que conjuga o objeto como causa, mas a partir do qual investigamos as possibilidades da perspectiva da reiteração do gozo como fundamento da escrita de que se trata na psicanálise. / [fr] Le dispositif analytique, tel que circonscrit par Freud et Lacan ne fonctionne pas sans le corps. Mais qu est que c est un corps? La naissance de la science moderne introduit dans le monde le sujet sans substance. Tandis la science le foraclôt, la psychanalyse le prends dans ce même point. De l image avec tous ses effets de capture sur le vif, à travers le corps qui trouve son homologie avec l inconscient, dans les trous qui résonnent entre eux, nous voyons l objet d entrer en jeu pour mettre la substance qui donne au sujet logique son support. La théorie du significant dessine la surface défini autour du trou sur laquelle on fonctionne. Mais la clinique nous confronte aux manifestations qu exigent un autre pás au de là de la surface définie autour du trou, du reste et de l Autre. Lacan va conduire à une reprise de ces opérations, détachant la dimension de la lettre, a partir du significant, ce qui jette des nouvelles balises d orientation et ausse implique un nouvel appareil pour la lecture. Pour concluire nous explorons les possibilités de théorisation de la lettre dans la clinique, à partir d un cas qui prend l objet petit a comme une cause, mais aussi ouvre la voie de la recherche autour de la réitération de la jouissance comme fondement de l écriture dans la psychanalyse.

[pt] Considerações sobre o corpo e o divino na psicanálise é um estudo que acontece na interface entre psicanálise e religião tendo como eixo a dimensão do corpo. Investigamos alguns conceitos lacanianos que possuem relação com a religião destacando-se o Nome-do-Pai. Também exploramos algumas experiências religiosas que tenham sido abordadas por Freud e Lacan como a possessão e o testemunho dos místicos colocando-as em correlação com as noções lacanianas do gozo fálico e do Outro gozo. Além disso, ao final da tese apresentamos um breve ensaio sobre a possessão no contexto da Umbanda incluindo alguns apontamentos sobre o contexto atual. / [fr] La thèse propose une recherche dans l interface entre la psychanalyse et la religion en ayant comme axe la dimension du corps. Nous avons étudié quelques concepts lacaniens qui sont en rapport avec la religion en soulignant le Nom-du-Père. Nous avons aussi exploré quelques expériences religieuses qui ont été abordées par Freud et Lacan. C est le cas de la possession et aussi du temoignage mystique que nous avons mis en rapport avec les notions de la jouissance phallique et l Autre jouissance. Aussi, il présente un bref essai sur la possession dans le contexte de l Umbanda avec quelques considerátions sur le contexte actuel.

[pt] Uma erótica mortífera: ruídos do supereu na clínica psicanalítica é um estudo da constituição do supereu na teoria psicanalítica e seus desdobramentos na clínica. O supereu que surge na obra freudiana como produto da identificação no declínio do complexo de Édipo, admite traços cruéis em sua parceria com a pulsão de morte. Lacan propõe um supereu equivalente ao objeto a como objeto voz, contribuição de grande novidade para a teoria analítica. Os mandatos superegóicos incidem como uma voz muda, inaudível, e propõem um desafio à clínica, que deve manejar as manifestações deste supereu, tais como o sentimento de culpa, a necessidade de punição e a reação terapêutica negativa. Os paradoxos do supereu serão abordados, privilegiando a face do supereu que é correlata ao gozo, distinguindo-o do Nome-do-Pai, uma função atrelada ao desejo. / [en] One deadly erotica: noises of the superego in the psycoanalytic treatment is a study of the formation of the superego in psychoanalytic theory and its developments in the clinic. The superego, which appears in Freud s work as a product of identification in the decline of the Oedipus complex, admits cruel traits in their partnership with the death drive. Lacan proposes an equivalent object-a with the object-voice, contribution of great novelty for clinical theory. The superego commands levied as a muted voice, inaudible, and propose a challenge to the clinic: to manage the manifestations of this superego, such as guilt, the need for punishment, and negative therapeutic reaction. The paradoxes of the superego are addressed, focusing on the face of the superego that is related to the jouissance, distinguishing it from the Name-of-the-Father - a function harnessed to desire.

[pt] Esta dissertação busca delinear o desenvolvimento, articulado com a clínica, do conceito de supereu por Freud e sua revisão por Lacan, para pensar sua reverberação recíproca com a cultura. O supereu freudiano, como instância estrutural do aparelho psíquico, tem sua gênese na identificação com o pai, antes e depois do Complexo de Édipo, ao mesmo tempo em que porta a marca da pulsão de morte. Freud dá ênfase às manifestações cruéis da ação autoritária do supereu que, por produzirem um desprazer do qual pode ser difícil prescindir, constituem importante obstáculo ao trabalho clínico e ao laço social. Lacan desloca a referência freudiana ao pai para o campo da linguagem, articulando a função paterna com a estrutura significante, em detrimento das imagos, indo da conceituação do Nome-do-pai aos Nomes-do-pai em suas dimensões imaginária, simbólica e real. Seus novos conceitos de gozo e objeto a reforçam a centralidade da função superegóica, privilegiando sua dimensão pulsional e alteritária e ampliando a perspectiva dinâmica de sua constituição e de seus efeitos. Em função do deslocamento do conceito da referência de autoridade para a de alteridade e de sua estreita relação com o desamparo, abre-se uma via para propor a articulação do supereu com a visada ética pela qual Freud toma o trabalho clínico da psicanálise como uma obra de cultura. / [en] This work aims to study the theoretical development (articulated with clinical practice) of the superego concept by Freud and its revision by Lacan, and to consider its reciprocal effects on culture. The Freudian superego, as a structural agency of the psychic apparatus, has its origin in the identification with the father, before and after the Oedipus complex, at the same time that carries death drive embedded. Freud emphasizes the cruel manifestation of the authoritarian action of the superego which constitute an important obstacle for the clinic work and the social bonds, once these manifestations produce an unpleasure from which it can be hard to prescind. Lacan changes the Freudian reference of the father to the language field, articulating the paternal function with the signifier s structure, to the detriment of the imagos, going from the concept of Name-of-the-father to Names-of-the-father in its imaginary, symbolic and real dimensions. His new concepts of jouissance and object a, reinforce the centrality of the superegoic function, privileging its pulsional and alterity dimension and augmenting the dynamical perspective of its constitution and its effects. Due to this concept shifting its reference from authority to alterity and its close relation with the helplessness, it gives an opportunity to propose the articulation of the superego with the ethical concerns by which Freud takes the psychoanalytic clinical practice as a work of culture.

[pt] A tese apresenta um estudo sobre as toxicomanias pelo viés psicanalítico. O ponto de vista que preside o trabalho é o de que o sujeito toxicômano dirige um apelo ao Outro através do uso da droga para que a função paterna se faça presente. Sob essa perspectiva, o uso da droga comporta uma mensagem dirigida ao Outro para que um corte seja operado na relação sem limites construída com a droga. Não trataremos dos efeitos orgânicos produzidos pelo uso da substância, mas da função sempre singular que a droga pode ocupar um sujeito. No primeiro capítulo, a introdução, será circunscrito o objeto de nosso trabalho: as toxicomanias. Já no segundo capítulo examinaremos o fenômeno das drogas na perversão, na neurose e na psicose. No terceiro capítulo, lançaremos um olhar sobre o uso da droga através dos conceitos de supereu, satisfação pulsional, ideal do eu e pulsão de morte. No quarto capítulo estudaremos o significante na dialética do desejo a fim de localizar o lugar da droga para o sujeito. Trabalharemos também a construção das relações de dependência que antecedem a dependência à droga em si e como o uso da mesma pode servir como um apelo ao pai. Em seguida, partindo da hipótese de que a fragilidade ou inoperância da função paterna propicia a compulsão ao objeto droga como um modo de dar conta da angústia provocada pelos efeitos da castração, investigaremos a problemática da droga a partir do significante Nome-do-Pai e da Metáfora paterna. / [en] The thesis presents a study of addictions through the psychoanalytic point of view. The view that presides the study is that the fellow addict runs an appeal to the Other through the use of the drug to make the paternal function present. From this perspective, the drug contains a message addressed to another so that a cut should be operated in the relationship without limits built with the drug. It will not treat the organic effects produced by the use of the substance, but the unique function that the drug might occupy a person. In the first chapter, the introduction, the object of the work will be circumscribed: the addictions. In the second chapter it will examine the phenomenon of drugs in perversion, in neurosis and psychosis. In the third chapter, it will launch a glimpse into the drug through the concepts of superego, drive satisfaction, ego ideal and the death drive. In the fourth chapter it will present the construction of dependence relations in addictions and how drug use can serve as a call to a father. We will also study the signifier in the dialectic of the desire in order to locate the place of the drug to the addict. Then, assuming that the weakness or ineffectiveness of the paternal function provides the compulsion to object drug as a way to solve the anguish caused by the effects of castration, it will investigate the drug problem from the significant Name of the Father and the paternal metaphor.
