[pt] Nesta tese de doutoramento, trabalhamos as mutações do Jornalismo Audiovisual que se intensificaram com a internet e as novas tecnologias digitais, sobretudo no que tange as relações e os usos dos modos de produção, circulação/distribuição e recepção/audiência que se estendem pelo mundo a fora. Neste cenário, reconhecemos que o jornalista de TV precisou ampliar a sua expertisemainstream para as múltiplas telas nas redes, atuando no modelo broadcast e aproximando as linguagens do Jornalismo Audiovisual para o ambiente web. É nesse sentido que, amparados pelos conceitos das teorias transorganizacional, transnacional e de comunidade interpretativa, investigamos as rotinas produtivas televisivas de sete emissoras de TV em língua portuguesa (RTP, prioritariamente, e TVI, SIC, CMTV, Banda TV, Globo e Record), entendendo que a atividade jornalística é vinculada a uma identidade sócio-histórico-cultural reconhecida e compreendida pelos seus sujeitos produtivos e que se apresenta em mutação permanente. Assim sendo, lançamos o conceito de comunidade interpretativa transterritorial, pondo em diálogo a experiência jornalística brasileira com o fazer jornalístico português. Para tanto, o ferramental metodológico utilizado apresenta matizes compostas pela Análise da Materialidade Audiovisual (AMA), observação participante, autoetnografia, além de entrevistas semiestruturadas – num total de 37, totalizando 15 horas, 10 minutos e 4 segundos de gravação. A partir destes já consolidados métodos, ainda propomos uma metodologia própria para analisar o fluxo das produções entre os diversos ecrãs, denominada de metodologia da aposta, com a intenção de assinalar as rupturas, as continuidades e as potencialidades entre os telejornais e as webtelas em Portugal. / [en] In this doctoral thesis, we propose ourselves to work with the changes of Audiovisual Journalism which were intensified by the internet and new digital technologies phenom, most of all, the relations between usage of modes of production, distribution and audience all over the world. In this scenario, we recognize that the TV journalist needed to amplify his mainstream knowledge to multiple screens on social media, using the broadcast model and approaching Audiovisual Journalism language with web environment. Therefore, and sustained by the transorganizational, the transnational and the interpretive community theory, we investigated the TV productive routines of seven TV broadcasts from Portugal (RTP, primarily, and TVI, SIC, CMTV, Banda TV, Globo and Record), acknowledging that journalism activity is linked to a social-historical-cultural identity recognized and comprehended by its productive subjects and is always changing. So, we launched the Transterritorial Interpretive Community concept, articulating the brazilian journalism experience and the portuguese journalism production. In order to do this, the methodological tooling uses hues composed of Audiovisual Materiality Analysis (AMA), participant observation, autoethnography, and semi-structured interviews – total of 37, with 15 hours, 10 minutes and 4 seconds recorded. From that consolidated methods, we also propose our own methodology to analyze the productions flow between multiplied screens, named beting methodology, with the intention of mark the breakups, continuities and potentialities between TV journals and webscreens in Portugal.

[pt] Por meio de uma revisão bibliográfica de caráter histórico, analítico e qualitativo, abordou-se a temática da teologia compreendida como hermenêutica da fé e suas implicações no método teológico de Joseph Ratzinger. O objeto formal dessa tese é o método teológico de Ratzinger sob a perspectiva da teologia compreendida como hermenêutica da fé, no contexto da relação entre hermenêutica, teologia e método. Da expressão hermenêutica da fé, é possível compreender as características do método teológico como praticado por Joseph Ratzinger. Portanto, essa pesquisa realiza uma análise histórica, dogmática e teológica sobre o desenvolvimento do método teológico, com o objetivo de situar o autor analisado no contexto da história da questão. Também se fez necessário recorrer a um percurso de caráter histórico e analítico sobre a compreensão da hermenêutica, com o intuito de captar de forma mais precisa o uso do termo hermenêutica pelo autor estudado. Por fim, com base no duplo percurso, essa tese analisa a obra de Joseph Ratzinger para definir o emprego particular que ele faz da expressão hermenêutica da fé e como tal substrato reflete-se em sua metodologia teológica, também delineada e analisada em sua compreensão da natureza da teologia. / [en] Through a bibliographical review of a historical, analytical and qualitative nature, the theme of theology understood as a hermeneutics of faith and its implications for Joseph Ratzinger s theological method was approached. The formal object of this thesis is Ratzinger s theological method from the perspective of theology understood as a hermeneutics of faith, in the context of the relationship between hermeneutics, theology and method. From the expression hermeneutics of faith, it is possible to understand the characteristics of the theological method as practiced by Joseph Ratzinger. Therefore, this research carries out a historical, dogmatic and theological analysis of the development of the theological method, with the aim of placing the analyzed author in the context of the history of the issue. It was also necessary to resort to a historical and analytical course on the understanding of hermeneutics, with the aim of capturing more precisely the use of the term hermeneutics by the author studied. Finally, based on a double path, this thesis analyzes the work of Joseph Ratzinger to define the particular use he makes of the hermeneutic expression of faith and how this substrate is reflected in his theological methodology, also outlined and analyzed in his understanding of nature of theology.

[pt] Esta dissertação apresenta o processo de criação e parte da história da Oficina-Escola de Artes de Nova Friburgo, que tinha como eixo de ação ser um espaço dedicado ao ensino de arte para crianças e adolescentes de Nova Friburgo, cidade do interior do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Realizada em um Programa de Pós-graduação em Design, a presente pesquisa adquiriu uma perspectiva muito particular, inspirada por esse campo que tem por atividade a realização de projetos. A investigação teve por pano de fundo um aprofundamento teórico em torno das concepções de arte/educação, interdisciplinaridade, metodologia de projeto em design, políticas públicas e memória. Teve por base, entre outros, autores como Ana Mae Barbosa, Edgar Morin, Walter Benjamin, Lev Semenovitch Vigotski, Jorge Larrosa Bondía, Maurice Halbwachs, Ecléa Bosi, Rita Couto, Sonia Kramer, destacando-os como interlocutores privilegiados. Como resultado da investigação empreendida, conclui-se que a Oficina-Escola de Artes de Nova Friburgo, que tinha como propósito fazer um trabalho unindo a cultura e a educação, revelou-se mais ampla ao avançar no propósito da valorização das experiências distintas de todos os envolvidos, em um constante diálogo entre prática e reflexão, possibilitando transformações na expressão dos sujeitos da pesquisa e em seu entorno. O presente estudo pretendeu contribuir com o registro e sistematização da metodologia da Oficina-Escola de Artes de Nova Friburgo, para que outras experiências possam ser realizadas em práticas análogas. / [en] This thesis will present the creation process and part of the history behind the Oficina-Escola de Artes de Nova Friburgo, a space dedicated to teaching art to the children and teenagers of Nova Friburgo, a town in the interior of the state of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Held in a Graduate Program in Design, this research has acquired a very particular perspective, inspired by this field in which the activity is carried out through projects. The backdrop for this research was a study of the theories concerning the concepts of art/education, interdisciplinarity, project methodology, public policies, and memory. It based itself on such authors as Ana Mae Barbosa, Edgar Morin, Walter Benjamin, Lev Semenovitch Vigotski, Jorge Larrosa Bondía, Maurice Halbwachs, Ecléa Bosi, Rita Couto, and Sonia Kramer, among others, highlighting them as privileged interlocutors. As a result of this research, it was concluded that the Oficina-Escola de Artes de Nova Friburgo, whose purpose was to join culture and education in the work done, proved to be wider-reaching, as it increasingly valued the different experiences of all of those involved, in a constant dialogue between practice and reflection, making transformations in the research subjects’ expression and surroundings possible. The present study aims to contribute to the documentation and systematization of the Oficina-Escola de Artes de Nova Friburgos methodology, so that other such experiments may be carried out in analogous practices.

[pt] O trabalho destaca-se como uma produção teórico-conceitual, na qual analisamos o ensino da geografia na educação básica, fundamentalmente no 6° ano do ensino fundamental, enfatizando que a educação geográfica, através do ensino do conceito geográfico de lugar, pode contribuir para a formação cidadã dos alunos, bem como para a (re)criação de valores socioambientais éticos, representando assim um caminho eficaz a ser trilhado para a promoção de sustentabilidades no espaço. Desse modo, propomos que a noção de sustentabilidades faça parte do conteúdo programático da geografia escolar, criando uma relação simbiótica entre a educação geográfica e a promoção de ações sustentáveis no espaço, através de metodologias de ensino, como a elaboração de projetos didáticos, que favoreçam a formação socioambiental ética do alunado, preparando-os para o exercício da cidadania, e para a construção de relações de afeto, solidárias, cuidadosas e responsáveis com o outro e com o meio ambiente. Acreditamos que a referida simbiose pode ser um ganho tanto para o ensino da Geografia, como para a construção e gestão de espaços de vivências sustentáveis, no âmbito socioambiental. / [en] The work stands out as a production theoretical and conceptual, in which we analyze the geography teaching at the basic education, fundamentally at the 6th year of the basic education, emphasizing that the geographic education, trough the teaching of the geographical concept of place, can contribute to the students citizenship formation, as well as to the creation of social and environmental ethic values, thus representing an effective way to be trodden to the promotion of sustainabilities at the space. Thus, we propose that the notion of sustainabilities make part of the programmatic content of school geography, creating an symbiotic relation between the geographical education and the promotion of sustainable actions in space, through teaching methodologies, like the elaboration of didactic projects, that favor the pupils ethic social and environmental formation, preparing them to the exercise of citizenship, and to the construction of relations of affection, solidarity, carefull, and responsible with the other and the environment. We believe that the mentioned symbiosis can be a acquisition both to the teaching of geography, as to the construction and management of spaces of sustainable experiences at the social and environmental scope.

[pt] Teorias ideais e teoria não-ideais da adjudicação são uma distinção metodológica dentro das teorias normativas da adjudicação. A última considera que a metodologia das teorias normativas deve ser adequada ao que podemos esperar de seres humanos ordinários. Autores do formalismo jurídico como Larry Alexander, Cass Sunstein e Adrian Vermeule estão associados a essa metodologia. O primeiro, por sua vez, considera que esta não é uma restrição normativamente relevante. Podemos defender teorias cujos padrões normativos violam o que podemos esperar de seres humanos ordinários. O particularismo de Dworkin é o principal expoente desse método. A pergunta central é se há um conflito genuíno entre esses dois métodos. Para responder essa pergunta, divido as teorias ideais em duas vertentes: teorias ideais não-orientador e teorias ideais orientadoras. Defendo que há um conflito metodológico apenas entre os métodos não-ideias e este último. Por fim, sugiro que a reflexão sobre esses métodos é importante para desenvolver novos projetos normativos, nomeadamente, do formalismo ideal e que tal empreitada é intelectualmente valiosa. / [en] Ideal theories and non-ideal theories of adjudication are a methodological distinction within normative theories of adjudication. The latter consider that the methodology of normative theories must be adequate to what we might expect from ordinary human beings. Legal formalist scholars such as Larry Alexander, Cass Sunstein e Adrian Vermeule are associated with this methodology. The latter, in turn, believe that this is not a normatively relevant constraint. We can defend theories whose normative standards violate what we might expect from ordinary human beings. Dworkin s particularism is the chief exponent of this method. The central question is whether there is a genuine conflict between these two methods. To answer this question, I divide ideal theories into two strands: non-orienting ideal theory and orienting ideal theory. I argue that there is a methodological conflict only between non-ideals and the latter. Finally, I suggest that reflection on these issues is important to developing new normative projects, namely, ideal formalism and that such enterprise is intellectually valuable.

[pt] O objetivo desta dissertação é propor critérios de aceitação da calibração individual de transmissores secundários de pressão estática, pressão diferencial e temperatura como dados de entrada da calibração final do sistema de medição de vazão de gás natural por placa de orifício. A motivação que norteou o desenvolvimento deste trabalho resultou do fato de o recém-introduzido Regulamento Técnico de Medição de Petróleo e Gás Natural (RTM) não definir as tolerâncias aplicáveis aos instrumentos associados a este tipo de sistema de medição, deixando esta decisão a cargo do usuário. Nesse sentido, o trabalho visa contribuir para a melhoria do controle metrológico do medidor de vazão por placa de orifício vis-à-vis o que determina o RTM, i.e.: incerteza expandida limitada a 1,5 porcento em medições fiscais e 2 porcento em medições de apropriação. A metodologia utilizada é a do planejamento experimental e de superfície de resposta, que permitiu otimizar os critérios de aceitação da incerteza associada a cada um dos três instrumentos que interferem no sistema de medição. Os resultados obtidos definem valores critérios-limites para a calibração de cada um dos transmissores secundários, de pressão estática, pressão diferencial e temperatura. Dentre as conclusões destaca-se a validação da metodologia proposta, que permitiu definir os critérios de aceitação da calibração pela análise da calibração individual de cada instrumento que integra o sistema global do medidor por placa de orifício. Finalizando, o trabalho encaminha recomendações para a melhoria da estrutura laboratorial da Unidade Operacional da Petrobras, no Espírito Santo (UO-ES), visando assegurar atendimento aos requisitos do regulamento técnico de medição de petróleo e gás natural. / [en] The aim of this dissertation is to propose individual acceptance criteria calibration of secondary transmitters of static pressure, differential pressure and temperature as the final calibration input data of the natural gas flow measurement system by orifice plate. The motivation that guided the development of this work resulted from the fact that the newly introduced technical regulation of Petroleum and Natural Gas measurement (RTM) does not define the applicable tolerances to associated instruments with this type of measurement system, leaving this decision in charge of user. In this sense, the work aims to contribute to the improvement of the metrological control of the flowmeter by orifice plate vis-à-vis what determines the RTM, e.g.: expanded uncertainty limited to 1.5 percent on fiscal measurements and 2 percent on measurements appropriation. The methodology used is the experimental design and response surface witch allowed to optimize the acceptance criteria of uncertainty associated each of the three instruments that interfere in the measurement system. The obtained results define the limits criteria values for each calibration of secondary transmitters, static pressure, differential pressure and temperature. Among the conclusions stands out the validation of proposal methodology, which allowed to define the acceptance criteria of calibration for analysis of individual calibration of each instrument that integrates global system for measuring orifice plate. Finally, the work forward recommendations for the improvement of laboratory structure of Petrobras Operation, in the Espírito Santo (UO-ES) in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the technical regulation of oil and natural gas measurement.

[pt] Esta dissertação propõe uma pesquisa na obra A Doutrina Cristã, de Agostinho de Hipona, a respeito da teologia prática no seu campo homilético. Para isso, o livro IV da obra supracitada foi analisado, destacando-se os estilos retóricos apresentados pelo pai da Igreja. Modelos de pregação que totalizam três (triplex dicendi genus) e são nominados e trabalhados por ele, como: estilo simples (dictionis submissae), estilo moderado (dictionis temperatae) e estilo sublime (sublime dicendi). Essa investigação da prédica, tendo como base o Bispo de Hipona, visa contribuir com a prática da pregação contemporânea. Para isso, alguns passos foram dados na organização do texto. Após introduzir o assunto, uma análise histórica da vida de Agostinho foi realizada, buscando destacar as influências que ele viveu no campo de sua formação retórica como parte importante para entender a natureza de sua escrita e prática oratória como pastor. O segundo momento da pesquisa, buscou compreender cada estilo abordado no livro IV do Bispo hiponense. Cada gênero (simples, moderado e sublime) foi examinado como apresentado, visando sua contribuição para a prédica no ambiente da Igreja do século XXI. / [en] This dissertation proposes a research on the On Christian Doctrine, by Augustine of Hippo, about practical theology in its homiletic field. Therefore, the forth book of his above mentioned work was analyzed, highlighting his rhetorical styles presented. Preaching models are three (triplex dicendi genus) and are named and worked by him, as: simple style (dictionis submissae), moderate style (dictionis temperatae) and sublime style (sublime dicendi). This investigation on art of preaching, based on the bishop of Hippo, aims to contribute to the practice of contemporary preaching. For this, some steps were taken in order to organize the text. After introducing the subject, a historical analysis of Augustine s life was carried out, seeking to highlight the influences he lived in the field of his rhetorical training as important part to understand the nature of his writing and speaking practice as a pastor. The second stage of the research sought to understand each style covered in book IV by the hiponense bishop. Each genre (simple, moderate, and sublime) was examined as presented, with a view to its contribution to preaching in the 21st century church environment.

[pt] A presente dissertação trata do design como estratégia de inovação social, através do entendimento do uso de suas metodologias para o desenvolvimento de tecnologias sociais. Investiga como metodologias de design, usadas na prática de projetos/ grupos produtivos/ empreendimentos solidários com produção artesanal se tornam tecnologias sociais, e podem ser reaplicadas. Para tanto, foram realizadas revisões bibliográfica sobre conceitos de inovação social, tecnologia apropriada, prática colaborativa, tecnologia social, sustentabilidade e codesign, dentre outros; um levantamento dos princípios e parâmetros de formação de tecnologias sociais; um estudo de casos múltiplos com análise de quatro grupos que trabalham a relação do design com o artesanato, incluindo como instrumentos de pesquisa questionário online e entrevistas, mapeamento de iniciativas, análise dos dados com cruzamento de informações. Uma discussão acerca dos modelos metodológicos adotados pelas iniciativas dos quatro grupos se segue, e quadros comparativos são elaborados no intuito de dar visibilidade aos achados da pesquisa. O estudo verificou que no processo de inovação social o design contribui com suas metodologias, dentre outras coisas, para a geração de tecnologias sociais visando uma melhor qualidade de vida das pessoas, desenvolvimento local e transformação social. / [en] The present dissertation deals with design as a strategy of social innovation, through the understanding of the use of its methodologies for the development of social technologies. It investigates how design methodologies, used in the practice of projects / productive groups / solidary enterprises with handcraft production become social technologies, and can be reapplied. For that, a bibliographic review was carried out on concepts such as social innovation, appropriate technology, collaborative practice, social technology, sustainability and codesign, among others; a survey of principles and parameters of social technology formation was done; and a multiple case studies was conducted, with analysis of four groups working the relationship between design and the handcraft, including research instruments as online questionnaire and interviews, mapping initiatives, and data analysis with cross-information. Then a discussion about the methodological models adopted by the initiatives of the four studied groups follows, and comparative tables are elaborated in order to give visibility to the findings of the research. The study found that in the process of social innovation, design contributes with its methodologies, among other things, to the generation of social technologies aimed at a better quality of life for people, local development and social transformation.

[pt] A hermenêutica bíblico-teológica situada na metodologia teológica de Joseph Ratzinger, nomeada por ele hermenêutica da fé, é o tema principal dessa dissertação. Busca-se através desse aspecto do pensamento de Ratzinger encontrar perspectivas que proporcionem, no fazer teológico, uma relação saudável e frutífera entre Sagrada Escritura e teologia sistemática, tendo em vista o contexto da teologia contemporânea e os desafios hodiernos. Para analisar esse aspecto do pensamento de Ratzinger, foi necessário estudar e apresentar o que é o método histórico-crítico, pois a formulação da sua hermenêutica bíblico-teológica se deu no diálogo com ele. Posteriormente se analisou a importância da Constituição Dogmática Dei Verbum na sistematização da hermenêutica bíblico-teológica de Ratzinger. Buscando verificar esse aspecto de sua metodologia em uma área específica de sua teologia, optou-se pela cristologia, em especial no primeiro volume de sua obra Jesus de Nazaré. Nesse capítulo busca-se evidenciar a maneira como Ratzinger interpreta as Sagradas Escrituras no fazer teológico, com o objetivo de verificar se ele pratica sua hermenêutica bíblico-teológica. Também é dedicado um capítulo à apresentação das diversas análises feitas por alguns autores à proposta metodológica de Ratzinger para a composição do Jesus de Nazaré. Nessas análises, buscou-se focar a metodologia usada por Ratzinger. Foram apresentadas as recepções positivas, e também, algumas críticas. / [en] The main theme of this Master s Thesis is about biblical-theological hermeneutics based on Joseph Ratzinger s theological methodology, which he calls the hermeneutics of faith. Through this aspect of Ratzinger s thought, we seek to find perspectives in the theological making that provide a healthy and fruitful relationship between Sacred Scripture and Systematic Theology, which considers the context of contemporary theology and current challenges. Therefore, in order to analyze this aspect of Ratzinger s thought, it was necessary to study and present the meaning of historical-critical method, because the formulation of his biblicaltheological hermeneutics took place in the dialogue about this method. After this, the importance of Dogmatic Constitution Dei Verbum in the systematization of Ratzinger s biblical-theological hermeneutics was analyzed. In order to verify this aspect of his methodology in a specific area of his theology, Christology was chosen especially in the first volume of his book Jesus of Nazareth. In the first chapter, we try to highlight the way Ratzinger interprets the Holy Scriptures in his theological work. It has the aim of verifying if he practices his biblical-theological hermeneutics. There is also a chapter dedicated to present many analyzes made by some authors about the methodological proposal of Ratzinger to compose his book Jesus of Nazareth. In these analyzes, we sought to focus on the methodology used by Ratzinger. Positive receptions were presented, as well as some critical ones.
