Работа посвящена осмыслению и комплексному описанию когнитивных признаков, смыслового объема и способов репрезентации концепта «Тайна» в русской языковой картине мира. Материал исследования составили: 190 лексических единиц со значением тайны в толковании слова, извлеченных из толковых, фразеологических, семантических, синонимических и антонимических словарей русского языка; 590 расширенных контекстов, представленных в Национальном корпусе русского языка; 149 ассоциатов, полученных в результате психолингвистического эксперимента. В первой главе работы рассматриваются теоретические принципы и концептуальная база исследования, раскрываются ключевые понятия «языковая картина мира», «концепт» и «концептосфера», а также описываются методики концептуального анализа и ассоциативного эксперимента. Во второй главе рассматриваются семантическая структура концепта «Тайна», его когнитивные признаки и смысловой объем концепта. Проводится анализ дискурсивного варьирования лексем, являющихся базовыми репрезентантами концепта «Тайна», на основе данных, собранных в Национальном корпусе русского языка. После этого производится проверка семантического содержания исследуемого концепта на основе результатов, полученных в ходе проведения цепочечного ассоциативного эксперимента. Материалы исследования могут быть использованы в преподавании дисциплин гуманитарного профиля («Когнитивная лингвистика», «Лингвокультурология»), а также при создании учебных пособий, словарей концептов или лингвокультурных тезаурусов. В приложении представлена иллюстрация структуры концепта «Тайна». / The thesis is devoted to the understanding and comprehensive description of cognitive features, semantic scope and ways of representing the concept of “taina” (“secret”) in the Russian linguistic picture of the world. The research material consisted of 190 lexical units with the meaning of secret in the meaning of the word, extracted from explanatory, phraseological, semantic, synonymic and antonymic dictionaries of the Russian language; 590 extended contexts presented in the National Corpus of the Russian Language; 149 associates obtained during a psycholinguistic experiment. The first chapter of the thesis examines the theoretical principles and conceptual framework of the research. It reveals the key concepts of “linguistic picture of the world”, “concept” and “conceptual sphere”, and describes the methods of conceptual analysis and associative experiment. The second chapter examines the semantic structure of the concept of “Secret”, its cognitive features and the semantic scope of the concept. The analysis of the discursive variation of lexemes, which are the basic representatives of the concept of “Secret”, is carried out on the basis of data collected in the National Corpus of the Russian Language. The semantic content of the concept is checked based on the results obtained during the associative chain experiment. The research materials can be used in teaching humanities disciplines (“Cognitive Linguistics”, “Linguoculturology”), as well as in creating textbooks, conceptual dictionaries or linguistic and cultural thesauruses. The appendix provides an illustration of the structure of the concept of “Secret”.

Целью работы является разработка методики оценки капитала здоровья субъектов РФ, особенностью которой является выбор показателей, отражающих благополучие населения, их группировка на естественные и инвестиционные, нормализация индикаторов методом min-max, расчет весовых коэффициентов с помощью метода главных компонент, определение промежуточных интегральных показателей с помощью аддитивной агрегации и сводного интегрального показателя капитала здоровья, что позволит более точно и объективно оценить капитал здоровья субъекта и приоритезировать инвестирование субъектов с недостаточным уровнем капитала здоровья. / The aim of the work is to develop a methodology for assessing the health capital of the subjects of the Russian Federation, the feature of which is the selection of indicators reflecting the well-being of the population, their grouping into natural and investment, normalization of indicators by the min-max method, calculation of weighting coefficients using the principal component method, determination of intermediate integral indicators using additive aggregation and a summary integral indicator of health capital, this will allow a more accurate and objective assessment of the subject's health capital and prioritize the investment of subjects with an insufficient level of health capital.

Целью работы является разработка методического подхода к оценке эффективности операционной деятельности телекоммуникационной компании. В основе подхода – динамический анализ ключевых факторов операционной деятельности, проведение корреляционно-регрессионного анализа между операционными параметрами и показателями эффективности, а также расчет интегрального показателя. Разработанный методический подход к оценке операционной деятельности телекоммуникационной компании позволяет повысить точность расчетов, объективность комплексной оценки и оценить эффективность операционной деятельности. / The aim of the work is to develop a new pricing mechanism at woodworking enterprises. The mechanism is based on the calculation and further accounting in the pricing process of the waste coefficient, which characterizes the volume of waste in the sawmill, depending on such parameters of the final product as the thickness and width of lumber. The developed pricing mechanism makes it possible to more accurately determine the cost of production, form favorable offers to counterparties and concentrate the efforts of sales managers on the most profitable positions of the assortment.

Проблема ответственности персонала является актуальной на сегодняшний день. В организации вопросы распределения полномочий и ответственности вызваны внутренними противоречиями, когда с одной стороны, руководство осуществляется традиционными методами, с другой, в практику управления привносится нечто новое, вызванное активным становлением экономических взаимоотношений нового уровня. Однако сегодня больше внимания уделяется проблеме ответственности с точки зрения ее распределения и контроля. Цель магистерского исследования – изучение теоретических основ и практического опыта китайских организаций управления ответственностью персонала, анализ эффективности методов повышения ответственности сотрудников и разработка рекомендаций по оценке уровня ответственности работников. Объектом исследования выступила китайская компания Mengniu Dairy и другие китайские организации. Социологическое исследование, проведенное автором, показывает, что существенной разницы в восприятии ответственности между китайскими и российскими сотрудниками нет. Поэтому богатый опыт китайских предприятий в области управления ответственностью персонала может быть успешно применен в практике российских предприятий. / The problem of personnel responsibility is relevant today. In an organization, issues of distribution of powers and responsibilities are caused by internal contradictions, when, on the one hand, management is carried out using traditional methods, on the other, something new is introduced into management practice, caused by the active formation of economic relationships at a new level. However, today more attention is paid to the problem of responsibility in terms of its distribution and control. The purpose of the master's research is to study the theoretical foundations and practical experience of Chinese organizations in personnel responsibility management, analyse the effectiveness of methods for increasing employee responsibility and develop recommendations for assessing the level of employee responsibility. The object of the study was the Chinese company Mengniu Dairy and other Chinese organizations. A sociological study conducted by the author shows that there is no significant difference in the perception of responsibility between Chinese and Russian employees. Therefore, the rich experience of Chinese enterprises in the field of personnel responsibility management can be successfully applied in the practice of Russian enterprises.

Научной новизной исследования является авторское определение понятия цифровизация и анализ влияния индекса цифровой зрелости коммерческих банков на ключевые показатели их деятельности. Автором определены проблемы и перспективы развития цифровизации в финансовом секторе РФ, а также рассмотрена интеграция цифровой национальной валюты как инновационного инструмента денежно-кредитной политики. / Master's thesis is devoted to issues of digitalization processes and their impact on the financial sector. The aim of the master's thesis is to analyze the impact of digital maturity of Russian banks on the key indicators of their economic activity. The scientific novelty of the research is the author's definition of the concept of digitalization and analysis of impact of the digital maturity index of commercial banks on the key performance indicators of its activities. Based on results of the analysis, the problems and prospects for development of digitalization in the financial sector of the Russian Federation are identified, and the integration of digital national currency as an innovative instrument of monetary policy is considered.

Объектом исследования является идея осуществления производства антикоррозийных продуктов. Целью работы является обоснование экономической целесообразности реализации проекта по производству антикоррозийных продуктов. В процессе выполнения работы были получены следующие результаты. В рамках изучения методических подходов к оценке экономических перспектив были даны определения экономического и маркетингового анализа, определены их основные методы и задачи. А также составлена авторская классификация антикоррозионных продуктов, учитывающая их ключевые признаки. Результаты анализа рыночных и перспектив позволили выявить основных потребителей и конкурентов интересующего отраслевого рынка, а также позволили определить оптимальный объем выпуска антикоррозийного продукта и его среднерыночную стоимость. Таким образом, оптимальный объем выпуска, не нарушающий сложившегося рыночного равновесия, составляет порядка 30 тонн, а среднерыночная стоимость 1 тонны продукта составляет 100-110 тыс. рублей. Результаты патентного исследования, проведенного в рамках оценки научно-технических перспектив, позволили определить динамику патентования и выявить аналогичные технические решения. На основе результатов проведенного патентного исследования пределен средний срок жизни проекта по производству железооксидного пигмента с противокоррозионными свойствами – 4 года. Научно-практическим результатом, полученным автором в процессе выполнения работы, является создание модели производства, учитывающей более эффективные инструменты реализации идеи по производству антикоррозийных продуктов. В рамках этой модели, с учетом выводов, сделанных в аналитической части работы, рассчитаны показатели экономической эффективности трех вариантов трансфера технологии. / The object of the study is the idea of the production of anti-corrosion products. The purpose of the work is to justify the economic feasibility of the project for the production of anti-corrosion products. The following results were obtained in the course of the work. As part of the study of methodological approaches to the assessment of economic prospects, the definitions of economic and marketing analysis were given, their main methods and tasks were determined. And also the author's classification of anticorrosion products, taking into account their key features. The results of market and prospects analysis allowed to identify the main consumers and competitors of the industry market of interest, as well as to determine the optimal volume of production of anti-corrosion product and its average market value. Thus, the optimal volume of output that does not violate the existing market balance is about 30 tons, and the average market value of 1 ton of product is 100-110 thousand rubles. The results of the patent research conducted in the framework of the assessment of scientific and technical prospects allowed to determine the dynamics of patenting and to identify similar technical solutions. Based on the results of the patent research, the average life of the project for the production of iron oxide pigment with anti – corrosive properties is limited to 4 years. The scientific and practical result obtained by the author in the process of the work is the creation of a production model that takes into account more effective tools for the implementation of the idea for the production of anti-corrosion products. Within the framework of this model, taking into account the conclusions made in the analytical part of the work, the indicators of economic efficiency of the three options for technology transfer are calculated.
