透過高齡幸福價值最大化達到成功的在地老化 / Successful Aging through Senior Well-being Valuation and Maximization

大多數的已開發國家都逐漸成為高齡化社會;同時,可以幫助高齡族群的科技發明變得越來越流行和重要。本研究提出一個以穿戴式裝置為基礎的服務系統,不只專注在健康,也重視正向情緒、投入程度、人際關係、人生意義和成就感(PERMA,幸福模型)。本系統的目標是透過以活動為基礎的介入,促進幸福價值;亦即透過整合服務系統內的所有資源以提供個人化的活動介入給戰後嬰兒潮族群,並整合子系統的最佳化機制以得到整體的價值最大化。 因為幸福被定義為一種多維度的觀念,為了衡量並評價幸福,我們使用一個以影子價格為基礎的計算矩陣來比較各個活動介入的價值。透過幸福價值最大化,本研究試著幫助戰後嬰兒潮族群成功的在地老化。本研究初探性的結果指出,此系統被證實是有效的,且活動介入有能力增加使用者感受的幸福價值,介入品質和高齡幸福評價被發現有高度關聯性。 / Most of the societies of developed countries are becoming “aging population society”. Technologies that help baby boomers stay healthy become more popular and essential. We propose a wearable-device-based service system that focused not only on vitality but also positive emotion, engagement, relationship, meaning and accomplishment (PERMA as well-being model). Since the system aims at improving well-being value through activity-based interventions, it is necessary to integrate all the resources within the service system and provide the most appropriate personalized interventions with most expected value to the baby boomers. The system generates those interventions through greedy approach, which means they are generated by local mechanism first and combine them to get the global optimality. In order to measure well-being, which is definitely a multi-dimensional concept, we use an evaluation matrix based on shadow price to compare the value between each intervention, i.e. activities. By the well-being valuation and maximization, we try to make the baby boomers live a successful aging. Our exploratory evaluations show that the system is justified to be effective and activity-based interventions are able to increase baby boomers’ perceived value. The correlation between intervention quality and senior well-being valuation is found along with other findings.

在1946至1964年之間出生的戰後嬰兒潮,奉獻了大半輩子在於工作,因此擁有較 高的收入以及較充裕的自由時間。毫無疑問地,他們是最有資格也最值得去追求 幸福的族群了。 這篇論文基於PERMA這個模型對於幸福所提出的五個元素,針對其中的“社交 關係”進行研究。並以社會資本來當作研究的核心,近而探討線上以及線下的行 為對於社會資本所造成的影響。 在這篇論文中,我們會透過所設計的機制,來量化個體的社會資本。並利用活動 導向的推薦來增加以及最佳化個體的社會資本。更希望可以透過人與人之間的強 弱連結,使彼此之間互相影響,共同創造更大的社會資本以及更好的社交關係。 透過我們的機制,系統可以了解嬰兒潮顧客的社交情形,並推薦適合他們從事的 社交活動。 長期來看,我們認為微觀的社會資本可以影響到宏觀的社會資本。如同個體可以 影響到其所在的群體一樣。研究最後的目標是幫助嬰兒潮顧客達到社會幸福,並 創造一個使用者可以共同創造價值的生態系。 / Baby boomers, which mean people who were born between 1946 and 1964, devoted most of their life at work. Because of the high income and free time they have, they undoubtedly are the most capable but also the most worthy to pursue wellbeing. This paper will focus on one of the elements of wellbeing, which is the relationship part of PERMA model. The core of this research is on social capital that is related to user's behaviors online and offline. In this research, we want to quantify each user’s social capital, and then increase and maximize it through our particularly devised mechanism. By the strong or weak ties between users, they could co-create higher social capital and better relationships. Through our mechanism, we can understand baby boomers’ social situation and improve it by recommending virtual and physical activities. In the long term, we thought micro social capital can affect macro social capital, as a person can affect others. The final goal of this research is helping baby boomers achieve social wellbeing and create an ecosystem for users to co-create value in relationships.

自我建構與主觀幸福感:自尊與相融和諧的角色 / Self-construals and Subjective Well-being: The Roles of Self-esteem and Fitting Harmony

人生在世,無不期望幸福,而目標的達成是一個人幸福的來源。從文化與自我相互建構的觀點,不同文化下的人擁有不同自我建構(獨立自我vs.相依自我),而追求不同的目標,因此其幸福感的來源基礎應當有所不同。過去的文獻都指出,華人社會是一個集體主義的社會(相對於北美的個人主義),華人的自我是一種相依式的自我;與他人的相融和諧應當是華人重要的幸福感來源。然而,筆者假設:在文化交流頻繁的情況下,當代華人應當同時具有兩種自我建構的特色,一方面,獨立自我可能透過整體自尊而獲得其幸福感,相依自我則以與他人的相融和諧為其幸福感來源。筆者也對自尊的概念作一初步的釐清,認為相融和諧也可以成為個人整體自尊來源,進而影響個人主觀幸福。筆者讓425位參與者接受自我建構(包括獨立自我與相依自我)、整體自尊、相融和諧、以及主觀幸福感(包括生活滿意、正向情緒、負向情緒)等量表的施測,結果發現:當代以台灣為代表的華人,確實兼有相依自我與獨立自我建構的特色,而徑路分析的結果也支持了前述的假設。本研究也發現:自我建構量表的因素分析結果,獨立自我的部分可以抽成兩個因素,一為自我表達,一為追求獨立;進行階層迴歸分析後,發現除了相依自我外,善於自我表達也是有助於與人相融和諧的因素。最後,筆者除了對本研究的反省與限制作一討論外,也提出一些未來可能的研究方向。 / Subjective well-being (SWB) or happiness, which is acquired from achieving one’s goals, is the ultimate motivator for all humans. The theory of self-construals states that people from different cultures have different self-construls (independent vs. interdependent), and pursue different cultural imperatives or everyday life tasks (goals). It has been pointed out that Chinese people have interdependent self-construl, which emphasizes fitting in and maintaining harmonious relationships with important others. However, the author hypothesized that the two views of the self might coexist in Chinese people in Taiwan in the face of the vast-scale cultural invasion from the West. The independent self was proposed to be the predictor of SWB, acting through the mediating variable of global self-esteem, whereas the interdependent self to be predictor of SWB, acting through the mediating variable of fitting-harmony (which means fitting in and maintaining harmonious relationships with important others). It was also hypothesized that fitting-harmony might be an important domain on which self-esteem is contingent; therefore, self-esteem is expected to mediate the effect on SWB for those higher in fitting-harmony. 425 participants completed the self-construl scale, self-esteem scale, fitting-harmony scale, and SWB scale. It was found that the two self-views coexist in Chinese people in Taiwan and the results of path analyses supported the hypotheses described above. Moreover, the result of exploratory factor analysis of self-construal scale showed that the items for independent self could be divided into two factors: self-expression and independence-pursuit. In addition to interdependent self, self-expression was also a significant predictor of fitting-harmony. The results, limitations, and future directions were discussed.

大學生防禦性悲觀、拖延、自我設限及因應策略對幸福感影響之探討 / The Relationships among defensive-pessimism, active-procrastination, self-handicapping, coping-strategy and well-being of college students

本研究主要目的在探討有學業上拖延習慣的大學生之「防禦性悲觀」、「主動性拖延」、「自我設限」、「因應策略」對「幸福感」影響之探討。依此目的,本研究先探討不同背景變項的大學生在「防禦性悲觀」、「主動性拖延」、「自我設限」、「因應策略」及「幸福感」的差異情形,並建構「防禦性悲觀、主動性拖延、自我設限、因應策略對幸福感影響」之模式。研究採問卷調查法,以台灣15所大學922位有拖延習慣的大學生為對象。並以隨機方式將之分為兩組,用以驗證模式及探究不同背景變項的受試在各研究變項上的差異。研究工具包括防禦性悲觀量表、主動性拖延量表、自我設限量表、因應策略量表、及幸福感量表。資料分析方法為因素分析、信度分析、t考驗、單因子變異數分析及結構方程模式。 / 本研究以第一組樣本探討初始模式與觀察資料間的適配情形,並依據修正指標及相關理論進行模式修正,修正後的模式與資料適配後,再以第二組樣本驗證模式的穩定性,經驗證後模式具相當穩定性。   主要研究結果如下: 一、在背景變項方面:(一)不同性別有拖延習慣的大學生在「防禦性悲觀」、「自我設限」及「幸福感」等方面都有顯著差異。(二)不同年級有拖延習慣的大學生在「主動性拖延」及「幸福感」等方面都有顯著差異。 二、在模式方面:(一)防禦性悲觀對幸福感有負向直接效果;(二) 主動性拖延對自我設限有正向直接效果;(三)自我設限對因應策略有負向直接效果;(四) 自我設限對幸福感有正向直接效果;(五)因應策略對幸福感有正向直接效果。(六)主動性拖延經由自我設限及因應策略的中介影響而對幸福感有正向效果。   最後,根據研究結果,針對個人、學校輔導單位及未來相關研究提出建議,以供參考。 / The main purpose of this research was to study the relationships among Defensive-pessimism, Active-procrastination, Self-handicapping, Coping-strategy and Well-being of college student who had the habit of procrastination. The researcher first investigated the differences in terms of “Defensive-pessimism”, “Active-procrastination”, “Self-handicapping”, “Coping-strategy” and “Well-being” among the participants who had the different background variables, also studied the relationships among Defensive-pessimism, Active-procrastination, Self-handicapping, Coping-strategy and Well-being of college students who had the habit of procrastination by using the model of “The relationships among Defensive-pessimism, Active-procrastination, Self-handicapping, Coping-strategy and Well-being.” The study employed five questionnaires to collect data . The participants of the study were 922 Taiwan college students who had the habit of academic procrastination from 15 universities, and were randomly divided into two groups, to test model and study the differences in regards of different research variables among the participants who had the different background variables. The participants were evaluated by Defensive-pessimism scale, Active-procrastination scale, Self-handicapping scale, Coping-strategy scale, and Well-being scale. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, Cronbach α analysis, t-test,one-way ANOVA and SEM. / The initial models tested by group one did not fit well with the observed data. Therefore, applying the modification index and the theories, the researcher modified the model till the model fit the observed data, then tested the models’ stability by group two, and came to confirm the stability of model. The researcher found the model fit the observed data, and could effectively explain the relationships among the variables. The main results of this study were as follows: First, about the background variables: 1.The scores of “defensive-pessimism”, “self-handicapping”, and “well-being” had the differences between boys and girls. 2. The scores of “active-procrastination” and “well-being” had the differences between difference grades. Second, about the model: 1. Defensive-pessimism could directly negative affect well-being. 2. Active-procrastination could directly affect self-handicapping. 3. Self-handicapping could directly negative affect coping-strategy. 4. Self-handicapping could directly affect well-being. 5. Coping-strategy could directly affect well-being. 6. Active-procrastination could through the self-handicapping and coping-strategy to affect he well-being. Finally, based on the results of the study, the researcher made some further suggestions for individuals, school counseling and future researchers.

桃竹苗區國民中學兼任行政教師之幸福感 / The well-being of part-time administrative teachers of junior high schools in Taoyuan county, Hsinchu city, Hsinchu county, and Maioli county

為瞭解桃竹苗區國民中學兼任行政教師之幸福感與人口變項、學校環境變項、社會支持、個人變項、工作滿意度間的關係,乃以桃竹苗區國中兼任行政教師642人為研究對象,再採用個人基本資料量表、社會支持量表、人格特質量表、自尊量表、工作滿意量表等研究工具,獲取所需資料,再以描述統計、平均數差異t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、調節迴歸分析、多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。結果發現: 1.我國桃竹苗區的國中兼任行政教師,幸福感為中下程度。 2.40到49歲及50歲以上的國中兼任行政教師,比29歲以下的人有較高的幸福 感。 3.性別不同的國中兼任行政教師,對於幸福感的表現,彼此之間並沒有顯著差異存在。 4.已婚的國中兼任行政教師,其幸福感較未婚的人要高。 5.學校所在地不同與行政職務不同,國中兼任行政教師的幸福感並沒有顯著差異的存在。 6.學校規模18到35班的國中兼任行政教師,比17班以下的人,感受到較高的幸福感。 7.行政年資16年以上的國中兼任行政教師,比行政年資3年以下的,有較高的幸福感。 8.社會支持與國中兼任行政教師的幸福感有顯著的正相關,相關係數為.355。 9.社會支持的來源與國中兼任行政教師的相關性,以家人所給予的支持相關性最高,接下來依序為學生家長、同儕朋友、及長官。 10.社會支持的類型與國中兼任行政教師的相關性,以訊息性的相關性最高,其次為工具性的社會支持,最後是情緒性的社會支持。 11.內控型人格的國中兼任行政教師比外控型人格的人,對於幸福感的感受較高。 12.自尊與國中兼任行政教師的幸福感有顯著正相關的關係,其相關係數為.409。 13.工作滿意度與國中兼任行政教師的幸福感有顯著的正相關,其相關係數為.446。 14.國中兼任行政教師社會支持程度高的時候,工作滿意度愈高的時候,其幸福感感受也會愈高。在國中兼任行政教師社會支持程度高的時候,若工作滿意度愈低,也會降低其幸福感。所以,工作滿意度在社會支持與幸福感間有調節作用。 15.就全體國中兼任行政教師而言:「工作滿意度」、「自尊」、「社會支持」、「內控人格」、「行政年資16年以上」等五個變項,為預測國中兼任行政教師幸福感的重要變項,預測力為33.2%。

在急速變遷與多元渾沌的現今,如何轉化複雜且遽增的壓力以提升個體本身的幸福感實屬一重要的議題。本研究主要目的在建立生活壓力、解釋風格與情緒幸福感的結構方程式模型,藉以探討之間的影響關係,進而瞭解解釋風格在這關係中所扮演的中介效果。 本研究以兩組各644位政治大學的大學生為研究對象,採問卷調查法施以生活壓力量表、解釋風格量表及情緒幸福感量表,使用的資料分析方法包括:t考驗、單因子變異數分析、因素分析、及結構方程式模型。本研究以第一組樣本探究不同性別與不同年級在研究變項上的差異,接著,經建構與修正模式後提出最終的關係模式,最後,以第二組樣本驗證最終模式的穩定性。主要結果茲分述如下: 一、在背景變項方面: (一)不同性別與不同年級大學生在「生活壓力」與「解釋風格」上有顯著差 異。 (二)不同性別與不同年級大學生在「情緒幸福感」上未有顯著差異。 二、在結構模式方面: (一)課業壓力、人際壓力對解釋風格有直接正向效果。 (二)課業壓力、人際壓力對情緒幸福感有直接負向效果。 (三)解釋風格對情緒幸福感有直接負向效果。 (四)人際壓力能直接影響情緒幸福感,也能透過解釋風格間接影響情緒幸福感。 (五)解釋風格在課業壓力與情緒幸福感間扮演完全中介變項的角色。 (六)最終模式的交叉驗證具有模式穩定性。 最後,根據研究結果提出建議,供諮商輔導實務及未來研究參考。 / With the rapid change and the multicultural context of the modern society, how to deal with the complicated and hastily increased stress and to promote people’s well-being is an important issue. The main purpose of this study is to construct the structural equation modeling (SEM) of stress, explanatory style, and emotional well-being. By this way, the researcher can explore the relationship among the three variables, and know the mediator variable of explanatory style. The participants were two groups of students at National Chengchi University, and each group included 644 college students. The data was collected by questionnaires, including the stress scale, the explanatory style scale, and the emotional well-being scale. Moreover, the data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, factor analysis, and SEM. The study, firstly, used the first group to explore the differences of gender and grade, and constructed the final structural model after setting and modifying model. Finally, the researcher used the second group to verify the stability of the model. The main results were summarized as follows: About the background variables: 1.Students with different gender and grade were significantly different in the scores of stress and explanatory style. 2.Students with different gender and grade were not significantly different in the scores of emotional well-being. About the structural model: 1.Academic stress and relationship stress had positive influence on explanatory style directly. 2.Academic stress and relationship stress had negative influence on emotional well-being directly. 3.Explanatory style had negative influence on emotional well-being directly. 4.Relationship stress had influence on emotional well-being directly, and it also affected emotional well-being through explanatory style. 5.Explanatory style was a mediator variable between academic stress and emotional well-being. 6.Through the cross-validation, the final structural model was of model stability. Finally, based on the findings of the study, the researcher made some practical strategies for counselor and some suggestions for further studies.

通勤家庭未通勤婦女的生活目標、依附風格與幸福感關係之研究

本研究主要以通勤家庭未通勤婦女的生活目標、配偶依附風格與幸福感間的關係來探討國內通勤家庭未通勤婦女的生活品質。本研究以問卷調查研究法,採立意取樣收集國內通勤家庭未通勤婦女有效樣本共284份。本研究得到的結果為: 1.(1)國內通勤家庭未通勤婦女的生活目標傾向追求「基本生活品質的維持」,較不重視「追求社會影響力」。 (2)不同年齡、教育程度、就業情形、有無孩子及先生不同通勤年數的未通勤婦女在生活目標上有顯著的差異存在。 2.(1)國內通勤家庭未通勤婦女的幸福感普遍在中等程度。 (2)教育程度高、有工作及先生工作地點不在大陸的未通勤婦女其幸福感較高。 (3)未通勤婦女的生活目標各層面與幸福感皆為正相關,以「追求自我的充實與成長」生活目標最能預測其幸福感。 3.(1)國內通勤家庭未通勤婦女的配偶依附風格以「害怕依附型」佔最多數,其次依序為「逃避依附型」、「安全依附型」、「焦慮依附型」。 (2)「安全依附型」之未通勤婦女較「逃避依附型」與「害怕依附型」重視「基本生活品質的維持」與「追求自我的充實與成長」生活目標,其幸福感亦較高。 (3)不同配偶依附風格者,其背景變項與生活目標各層面對幸福感有不同的預測力。「先生的通勤間距」最能預測安全依附型未通勤婦女的幸福感;「追求自我的充實與成長」生活目標取向最能預測焦慮依附型與害怕依附型未通勤婦女的幸福感;「追求生命的統整」生活目標取向最能預測逃避依附型未通勤婦女的幸福感。 根據上述研究結果,研究者提出討論與檢討,最後針對政府或民間相關單位、婚姻輔導工作者、通勤家庭婦女與未來的研究方向提供若干建議以茲參考。 關鍵字:通勤家庭、未通勤婦女、生活目標取向、配偶依附風格、幸福感

以Instagram限時動態探討社會資本對幸福感的影響 / The impact of social capital via Instagram stories upon well-being

近年來社交媒體發展迅速,以Facebook為代表的社群網站已多次被證實在維繫線上與線下的人際互動上扮演舉足輕重的角色。而誕生至今近六年的時間,Instagram在各大社群數據排行中已擠進前五名。Instagram自身的社交與媒體屬性給用戶多樣的使用方式,使用者不僅可以透過Instagram進行人際互動累積社會資本,更能透過互動中獲得自身心理的幸福感。而近期Instagram新增的「限時動態」功能,更開創出一個新的社交模式,允許用戶更容易進行一對一的社交互動。 本研究將以Instagram限時動態功能為主要的研究對象,檢驗Instagram限時動態使用強度、黏結型與橋接型社會資本與幸福感之間的關係。透過482份Instagram用戶的網路問卷調查發現,Instagram限時動態使用強度能夠顯著預測黏結型與橋接型社會資本。此外,透過橋接型與黏結型社會資本的累積更能顯著預測幸福感。研究更發現,用戶更能透過黏結型社會資本的累積獲得更高的心理幸福感。本研究為Instagram研究開闢新的研究取徑,引介過往文獻將社會資本與幸福感等概念融合至Instagram。 / The rise of social media has changed the way people interact with each other. Literatures have examined social media such as how Facebook could help people maintain interpersonal interaction online and offline. And nearly six years after birth of Instagram, it has topped the first five rankings in major social media. Instagram's own social and media attributes give users a variety of ways in which users can not only accumulate social capital through social interaction via Instagram, but also gain their own psychological well-being through interaction. The new function on “Stories” let Instagram create a new social model that makes it easier for users to engage in one-on-one social interactions. In this study, we will use Stories of Instagram as the main research approach to examine the significance of usage intensity, bonding and bridging social capital, and well-being. Based on 482 internet questionnaire survey, this study finds that usage intensity indicates significance influence to bonding and bridging social capital. Bonding and bridging social capital indicate significance influence to well-being. The study also found that users are more likely to get a higher sense of psychological well-being through interaction with bonding social capital. This study opens up a new avenue for research on Instagram and quotes from past literatures such as Social Capital and Well-being integrating into Instagram.

學前教師工作壓力、工作滿意度與幸福感之研究 / A study of the relationship between the Kindergarten Teachers’Job Stress, Job Satisfaction and Subjective Well-Being

本研究旨在探討學前教師工作壓力、工作滿意度對於幸福感之影響及三者之關係。首先,瞭解學前教師工作壓力、工作滿意度與幸福感之現況;其次分析不同個人背景變項在三者中之差異情形;第三,探究學前教師工作壓力、工作滿意度與幸福感三者之相關情形;第四,以二因子多變量變異數分析討論學前教師工作壓力與工作滿意度對幸福感之交互作用;最後,以多元迴歸方式,瞭解工作壓力、工作滿意度對幸福感之預測力。 本研究透過文獻探討以及問卷調查法來瞭解上述研究之目的,以「學前教師工作壓力問卷」、「學前教師工作滿意度問卷」與「教師主觀幸福感量表」為研究工具。以臺北市公、私立學前教師為研究母群體,有效樣本為231份,根據受試者之填達結果分別以平均數、標準差、t檢定、皮爾森積差相關、二因子多變量變異數分析以及多元迴歸來分析資料。本研究主要結論如下: 壹、臺北市學前教師工作壓力偏低,其中壓力感受以「工作特性」最大;且工作滿意度偏高,其中以「教學自主」最讓教師感到滿意;且具有中度幸福感,以「情緒幸福感」為主。 貳、公立學前教師較易感受到工作壓力,且以「工作特性」壓力感受最大。資淺教師較易於工作滿意度之「人際關係」中感到滿意。資深教師在「心理幸福感」比資淺教師更感到幸福。已婚教師對於工作滿意度之「獎勵制度」滿意度高於未婚教師。 参、臺北市學前教師工作壓力與工作滿意度及幸福感有顯著負相關;而工作滿意度則與幸福感有顯著正相關。 肆、臺北市學前教師工作壓力與工作滿意度對「整體幸福感」及「心理幸福感」有交互作用。 伍、臺北市學前教師工作壓力與工作滿意度各對幸福感及其三構面具有預測力。 最後,研究者根據上述之研究結果提出具體建議,以提供給幼稚園、學前教師以及後續研究者作為參考。 / The main purposes of this study were to:(a)understand the current situation of the kindergarten teachers’ job stress, job satisfaction and subjective well-being;(b)analyze the data of the kindergarten teachers’ job stress, job satisfaction and subjective well-being between different backgrounds;(c)explore the relationship between these three variables;(d)use MANOVA(Multivariate Analysis of Variance)to analyze the interaction of kindergarten teachers’ job stress and job satisfaction vs. subjective well-being;(e)finally, use Multiple Regression Analysis to explore the predictive power of the kindergarten teachers’ job stress and job satisfaction on subjective well-being. To accomplish these purposes, the methods adopted were a comprehensive literature review and a questionnaire. Three scales were used to measure the following constructs: “Job Stress Scale for Kindergarten Teachers”,“Job Satisfaction Scale for Kindergarten Teachers”,“Subjective Well-Being Scale for Kindergarten Teachers”.There were 231 valid cases from public and private kindergarten teachers participated in this survey in Taipei. The questionnaire data were analyzed by “Mean”, “Standard Deviation”, “T-test”, “Pearson Product-Moment Correlation”, “MANOVA”,“Multiple Regression Analysis”. The major results were summarized as follows: 1、 Kindergarten teachers have middle-low job stress;and have high job satisfaction , highest score appears in “teaching autonomy”;and have middle subjective well-being , highest score appears in “emotional well-being”. 2、 Public kindergarten teachers have high job stress, highest score appears in “job characteristics”. The junior teachers have job satisfaction in “interpersonal relationship”. The senior teachers have more “psychological well-being” than the junior teachers. The married teachers have more “reward system” than the single teacher. 3、 There is a negative correlation between kindergarten teachers’ job stress and job satisfaction in Taipei. There is a negative correlation between kindergarten teachers’ job stress and subjective well-being in Taipei. There is a positive correlation between kindergarten teachers’ job satisfaction and subjective well-being in Taipei. 4、 The kindergarten teachers’ job stress and job satisfaction vs. subjective well-being have interaction. 5、kindergarten teachers job stress and job satisfaction have predictive power. At last, to bring up some concrete suggestion according to the study outcomes as references for kindergarten, kindergarten teachers, and correlated study in the future. 本研究目的是從注意力恢復理論的觀點檢驗服務環境中的人際因素如何影響恢復體驗,進而帶給顧客注意力幸福感。人際因素有顧客小群體的人際融洽、其他顧客的相似性、外表及行為適當性、以及服務人員的服務友誼、顧客導向行為與銷售導向行為。本研究執行兩個研究,研究一將會透過量表建構過程發展一個恢復體驗量表,適用於享樂型人身處理或心理刺激處理類型的服務業,並得知恢復體驗的概念內涵與組成要素。研究二將檢驗恢復體驗的前因與後果,以及恢復體驗是否會中介人際因素與注意力幸福感之間的關係。研究一結果指出恢復體驗由內容迷戀、暫時逃離、動機相容、能力相容、活動新奇感與心流六個子構面組成,該量表共以21題衡量,並具有良好的信度、收斂效度、區別效度與外在效度。研究二結果指出服務環境中的人際因素會顯著的影響恢復體驗,而恢復體驗亦會帶來顧客的注意力幸福感,恢復體驗會完全中介人際因素與注意力幸福感之間的關係。根據研究結果討論理論、方法與管理意涵。在服務業情境的恢復體驗概念內涵比大自然情境多了過程迷戀面向,但是少了一致性面向。恢復體驗的前因應不只限於與大自然有關的實體因素而已,因為人際因素亦是恢復體驗重要的前因。恢復體驗與其子構面間的關係應被建模為反映型而非形成型。本研究提供服務業者指南,告知其如何透過人際因素的形塑與管理,帶給顧客注意力幸福感。由於小群體融洽相對於其他人際因素而言對顧客的恢復體驗影響較大,服務業者應將較多資源分配在管理顧客小群體上,並促成其產生小群體融洽。最後,提出研究限制與未來研究方向。 / The purpose of this research is to examine how interpersonal factors in service environment influence restorative experience, which in turn facilitates attention-related well-being of customers from the perspective of attention restoration theory. Interpersonal factors include small groups (i.e., interpersonal rapport), other customers (i.e., similarity, physical appearance, and suitability of behavior), and service providers (i.e., service friendship, customer orientation, and selling orientation). Two studies were conducted. Study 1 developed a scale of restorative experience applicable to hedonic service industry of people-processing or mental stimulus processing types. Also, the conceptual domain and components of restorative experience were discussed. Study 2 examined the antecedents and consequences of restorative experience and whether restorative experience mediates the relationship between interpersonal factors and attention-related well-being. The results of study 1 indicated that restorative experience is comprised of six dimensions- content fascination, escape, motivation compatibility, competence compatibility, novelty of activity, and flow. The new scale is measured using 21 items and has good reliability, convergent validity, discriminant validity, and external validity. The results of study 2 indicated that interpersonal factors in service environment significantly influence restorative experience, which in turn influences attention-related well-being. Restorative experience completely mediates the relationship between interpersonal factors and attention-related well-being. Theoretical, methodological, and managerial implications are discussed. Compared to natural environment, restorative experience in the service environment contains the dimension of process fascination but has no dimension of coherence. Since interpersonal factors facilitate restorative experience, the antecedents of restorative experience should not be confined to natural elements of physical environment as done in the past studies. The relationships between restorative experience and its sub-dimensions should be modeled as reflective, not formative. This research provides guideline for service marketers to manage and harness interpersonal factors and improve attention-related well-being for customers. Since rapport in customer small group has more influence than other interpersonal factors on restorative experience, service marketers should put more resource in managing customer small groups and facilitating rapport among members in customer small group. In the end, limitations and direction of future research are presented.
