核能科技的新聞建構-以福島核災報導為例 / The news construction of nuclear technology – take the Fukushima nuclear disaster reports as an example

本研究以福島核災期間的新聞報導為分析對象,透過兩階段的新聞內容分析,比較福島核災發生當月以及週年前夕的新聞報導。研究發現越接近福島核災週年,媒體關注越高;福島核災後一個月內的新聞以因應框架為主,一年後的主要框架則轉為衝突及人情趣味框架;福島核災週年的報導戲劇化程度較一年以前為高,而兩階段共同的缺點則為消息來源過於單一化。本研究檢視福島核災報導的優點及未盡之處,以提供實務上諸多參考。 / This thesis attempts to analyze the news reports of Fukushima Nuclear Disaster. By comparing the news coverage between March 11 and April 10 2011, and February 12 and March 11 2012, we found when the anniversary of the Fukushima Nuclear Disaster approaching, the amount of news reports gradually increased. The dominant frame of the first stage of this study is the strategy frame, and the second stage are the conflict frame and the human interest frame. This study also found the amount of the dramatic style of coverage in the second stage is higher than that in the first stage. And the shortcoming of both the two stage is the lack of diversity of the sources.

核心能力、工作績效與陞遷機會關係之研究 / A study of the relationship among core competency, job performance and promotional opportunity

摘 要 本研究旨在探討行政院及其所屬中央二級機關薦任及簡任公務人員「核心能力」、「工作績效」與「陞遷機會」之關係。透過分層隨機抽樣方式針對正式公務人員進行問卷調查,共發出500份問卷,回收465份,有效問卷為439份。並運用次數分配、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson相關分析及迴歸分析等方法進行統計分析,研究發現如下: 一、不同「性別」、「年齡」、「教育程度」、「職務等級」、「職務性質」、「服務年資」的公務人員在核心能力及其各變項上有顯著差異。 二、不同「年齡」、「職務等級」、「職務性質」、「服務年資」的公務人員在工作績效及其各變項上有顯著差異。 三、不同「性別」、「年齡」、「任現職年資」的公務人員在整體陞遷機會之認知上有顯著差異;其子構面之差異情形如下: (一)不同「年齡」、「教育程度」、「服務年資」、「任現職年資」的公務人員在陞遷機率上有顯著差異。 (二)不同「性別」、「任現職年資」的公務人員在對陞遷機會影響因素之認知上有顯著差異 四、核心能力與工作績效之間呈現顯著正相關。 五、核心能力與陞遷機會認知之間呈現顯著正相關。 六、工作績效與陞遷機會認知之間呈現顯著的正相關。 七、核心能力對陞遷機會有顯著正向影響。 八、工作績效對陞遷機會有顯著正向影響。 最後根據研究發現,分別對管理部門及對後續研究提出建議。 關鍵詞:核心能力、工作績效、陞遷機會、陞遷機率、陞遷機會影響因素

國民小學組織內部行銷、知識管理與學校效能關係之研究 / The Study of Relationship among Organization Internal Marketing, Knowledge Management, and School Effectiveness for Elementary Schools in Taiwan

本研究旨在探討國民小學組織內部行銷、知識管理與學校效能的關聯性。研究採用調查研究法,以臺灣地區公立國民小學教師為對象,總共發出1154份問卷,回收986份問卷,回收率為85.44%,而有效問卷回收率則為81.72%。正式問卷回收之後,分別以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、逐步多元迴歸以及結構方程模式等統計方法加以分析。 本研究獲得以下七項結論,分述如下: 一、國民小學組織內部行銷在「凝聚溝通」層面的表現最突出。 二、國民小學知識管理中以「科技設施」層面最獲肯定。 三、國民小學學校效能中以「教師教學」層面最獲認同。 四、不同背景變項在國民小學組織內部行銷、知識管理與學校效能之差異有其脈絡因素存在。 五、國民小學組織內部行銷、知識管理與學校效能三者間具有正向關聯。 六、國民小學組織內部行銷及知識管理的分層面能預測學校效能。 七、國民小學組織內部行銷可直接影響學校效能,亦可間接透過知識管理的中介機制,對學校效能產生正向影響。 最後,根據文獻分析、研究結果與討論,分別就教育行政主管機關、學校教育人員以及未來研究提出建議,以供其參酌。 / The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between organization internal marketing, knowledge management, and school effectiveness. To obtain this information, 1154 teachers were selected to complete the questionnaire, where 986 questionnaires were returned. The return rate was 85.44% and the valid rate was 81.72%. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, pearson correlation analysis, stepwise regression, and structural equation modeling. The findings of this study are as followings: 1.Among all of the dimensions of organization internal marketing, “Congregate and communication” is the dominant in the elementary schools. 2.Among all of the dimensions of knowledge management, “Technology facilities” is the dominant in the elementary schools. 3.Among all of the dimensions of school effectiveness, “Teachers’ teaching” is the dominant in the elementary schools. 4.The differences of the background of organization internal marketing, knowledge management, and school effectiveness have the context factors. 5.There are significant correlations among organization internal marketing, knowledge management and school effectiveness. 6.The sub-level of the organization internal marketing and knowledge management can apparently predict the school effectiveness. 7.Organization internal marketing can affect school effectiveness directly, and which can also affect school effectiveness positively through knowledge management. At last, according to the results, this study provides the conclusion and the suggestions particularly for the institution of educational administration, elementary schools, and future research.

台灣資訊電子業自有品牌廠商產品經理機制之研究 / A Study on Product Manager Mechanism of Own Brand Manufacturers of Information and Electronic Industry in Taiwan

台灣自1980年起,政府積極推動資訊電子產業發展,而在發展過程中,最初以OEM、ODM代工為主要的業務型態,藉由低成本、高品質的製造優勢,大量承接國際資訊大廠的外包業務,發展出具有產業影響力的競爭優勢,成為全球資訊產品重要供應商。然而,近年受到全球化、區域經濟整合以及中國與印度等新興國家崛起等因素,台灣的代工業獲利空間面臨嚴重威脅;此外,高科技產品生命週期縮短、全球進入「超競爭」的經營環境,使台灣的代工製造業進入「微利」時代。誠如宏碁集團創辦人施振榮先生提出的「微笑曲線」概念,若能邁向附加價值高的「自有品牌」(OBM),則可擺脫OEM、ODM代工微薄利潤的狀況。 然而,掌握「品牌」不只是技術能力的問題,而是一種感覺的掌握、對生活的理解。在企業中,要將抽象的顧客需求化為實際的產品上市,則需要重要的推手—「產品經理」,從最初的產品構想、協調及管理產品的開發,及產品開發完成後之上市等活動,過程當中皆需要產品經理的投入。 OBM廠商之產品開發流程與OEM/ODM廠商最大之差異在於:OEM/ODM廠商的產品經理主要職責係依據客戶訂單控管產品開發的時程;而OBM廠商在新產品開發過程中,則需自行負責新產品開發前端之概念形成、規格制訂階段,及新產品上市後之行銷推廣階段;其客戶已不再僅限於下訂單的大廠,而必須面對終端的消費者市場,也必須自行承擔產品之成敗。因此,如何將顧客需求(Customer Needs)轉換為產品規格,以開發出成功的新產品,更是產品經理所需面對的課題。此外,新產品開發後,如何建立銷售管道,使產品成功上市,亦是OBM廠商的產品經理所要面臨的挑戰。本研究著重於探討OBM廠商之產品經理在新產品開發的過程中,最初概念形成階段,及新產品開發後之上市階段,產品經理如何發揮其管理功能,以達成每階段的順利運作。本研究經由個案訪談及次級資料的分析結果如下: 一、台灣OBM廠商「產品經理」在新產品概念形成階段,主要扮演規劃者的角色,且「內部」與「外部」為創意之重要來源。 二、台灣OBM廠商「產品經理」在新產品上市階段,從主導的角色轉換為協助的角色。 三、台灣OBM廠商「產品經理」在新產品開發過程中,需要與來自於公司內部及外部之不同對象溝通協調,尤以內部溝通為重;與顧客甚少直接溝通。 四、台灣OBM廠商「產品經理」在新產品開發過程中,主要權力來源為「專家權力」,且並非扮演重要的實際決策角色。

本質化敘事研究旨在探討英語教師如何於正規及非正規專業發展領域中發展個人職能概念。研究對象為一位擁有多年補教與國高中教學經驗的英語教師。研究方法主要包含研究對象的口說敘述及半結構式訪談,目的在於完整記載研究對象之動態專業發展歷程。資料分析方式採用¬「整體─內容」分析法 (Lieblich, Tuveal-Mashiasch, & Zilber, 1998)與「關鍵事件」方法 (Webster & Mertova, 2007)。研究結果顯示,研究對象之教師發展出自於其主動作為並連結至其認為之與教學相關之要務。其中引領研究對象教師發展之關鍵為其個人與其所在之補教或學校場域的互動關係。也就是說,她如何看待及解讀場域中有關於教學與教師之價值,並以此價值為基礎發展個人職能概念。此外,研究對象之教師職能概念為一螺旋型過程,其過程強調一學習過程之結束引領另一新的學習發展;於專業發展領域之互動中動態發展。另一方面,藉由研究對象於正規與非正規學校場域中發展職能概念之經驗對照,本質化個案研究對於宏觀之正規及非正規教育系統在協助教師發展的設計,目前所面臨的兩難獲得更深入的了解。本研究期許針對教師教育、甚至於教育政策持續改善,提供可能之方向,使其更能符合教師於個人職能發展的實際需要。在本研究最後,針對於研究結果提出教學與研究上之建議做為參考。 / This study explores the development of an English teacher’s professional identity across formal and informal educational contexts. The informant invited in the study is an English teacher who has cross-contextual professional development experience. Data collection methods primarily included an oral narrative and semi-structured interviews in order to document the dynamic professional development trajectory of the teacher informant. The data collected were analyzed with a holistic-content method (Lieblich, Tuveal-Mashiasch, & Zilber, 1998) and a critical events approach (Webster & Mertova, 2007). The findings of the study indicate that teacher development is undertaken by the teacher herself and her concerns. What is really critical in guiding teacher development is the interaction between the teacher and her contexts; namely, how the teacher perceives and interprets the value of teaching and the meaning of being a teacher from the contexts, which is the basis to develop her professional identities. Furthermore, teacher professional identity is constructed dynamically as a spiral process in interaction with contexts. A better understanding of the tensions existing in the macro-level formal educational system is also obtained in the comparison with formal and informal professional development experience of the English teacher in the study. The study provides a possible direction for further improvement of teacher education program and for educational policy reforms to better take care of the actual professional development needs of teachers. Based on the findings, pedagogical implications as well as suggestions for future research are also provided at the end of the thesis.
