Although much quicker than the traditional legal procedures, reaching the so much desired scope by means of an alternative and quick way of solving conflicts, the extra-judicial execution still arises controversies in legal scholarship and case law, even over nearly 40 years after the enactment of Law-Decree No. 70/66. Notwithstanding the favorable standpoint taken by the Federal Supreme Court, the constitutional aspects of this procedure still are under discussion, thereby originating issues related to the due process of law, from which issues related to contestation, impartiality and natural judge are derived. No less effective, the procedure established by Law No. 5741/71, destined to the special mortgage execution of contracts entered into within the Housing Financial System, differentiating it from the common procedure of the Civil Procedural Code in face of the suppression of some execution acts, as well as of the limitation of the borrower s equity liability to the excussion of the property mortgaged in the loan contract collateralized by a mortgage. In the special mortgage execution, the debtor can submit the same defenses applicable to the common execution procedure against a solvent debtor contemplated by the Civil Procedural Code, such as debtor s embargoes, intraprocedural defense, and defenses carried out through autonomous information actions. We can highlight, as to the means of defense, the non-suspensivity of debtor s embargoes until the mortgaged property disoccupation. / O desenvolvimento do tema execuções judicial e extrajudicial no Sistema Financeiro da Habitação, disciplinadas na Lei nº 5.741/71 e no Decreto-lei nº 70/66, respectivamente, tem como objetivo fundamental tratar das questões polêmicas que envolvem esses procedimentos, criados em época de regime de exceção com o escopo de promover o desenvolvimento econômico e social. Embora muito mais célere do que os procedimentos judiciais tradicionais, atingindo o tão almejado escopo por forma alternativa ágil na resolução de conflitos, a execução extrajudicial ainda desperta controvérsias na doutrina e na jurisprudência, mesmo depois de quase 40 anos da promulgação do Decreto-lei nº 70/66. Não obstante a posição favorável assumida pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal, ainda são discutidos os aspectos constitucionais desse procedimento, surgindo daí questões relacionadas ao princípio do devido processo legal, do qual decorrem o do contraditório, o da imparcialidade e o do juiz natural. Não menos efetivo o procedimento estabelecido na Lei nº 5.741/71, destinado à execução especial hipotecária dos contratos firmados no âmbito do Sistema Financeiro da Habitação, diferenciando-se do procedimento comum do Código de Processo Civil em face da supressão de alguns atos executivos, como pela limitação da responsabilidade patrimonial do mutuário à excussão do bem hipotecado no contrato de mútuo garantido por hipoteca. Na execução especial hipotecária, o devedor pode oferecer as mesmas defesas cabíveis no procedimento comum de execução contra devedor solvente do Código de Processo Civil, como os embargos do devedor, defesa intraprocessual e a realizada por meio de ações autônomas de conhecimento. Destaca-se, quanto aos meios de defesa, a não suspensividade dos embargos do devedor até a desocupação do imóvel hipotecado.

La ricerca ricostruisce le vicende della scena italiana tra gli anni '70 e gli anni '80 e, più nello specifico, il fenomeno del teatro di gruppo, di quelle formazioni cioè che hanno sperimentato con più profondità la questione di un'azione comunitaria attraverso lo strumento del teatro. La ricostruzione di questo fenomeno, svolta all'interno di una premessa più generale sull'emersione di una tensione comunitaria in molte delle più importanti esperienze del teatro del Novecento, è stata effettuata attraverso l'analisi della vicenda artistica e sociale di uno dei più interessanti gruppi teatrali piemontesi: il Teatro del Magopovero di Asti, oggi Casa degli Alfieri. Si tratta di una esperienza, sorta negli anni Settanta nell'ambito del teatro di base, che più di altre ha saputo coniugare al proprio interno la tensione comunitaria, sul duplice versante del lavoro di gruppo e dell'azione sociale. La ricostruzione dell'evoluzione di questo gruppo ha permesso di rileggere le vicende della scena italiana e di mettere a fuoco come la tensione etica alla base di questi gruppi sia stata in grado negli anni di evolversi e tradursi in una dimensione estetica, mantenendo sempre alta l'attenzione al radicamento territoriale, culturale e sociale dei propri esisti artistici. / The research goes trough the Italian scene in - between the 70's and the 80's, in particular it focuses on the group's theatre: teams who experimented deeply a community action with a theatre instrument. The study takes as example the “Teatro del Magopovero”, now “Casa degli Alfieri”, one of the most interesting theatre groups of Piedmont, as a significant occurrence of the artistic and social phenomena of the theatre of the last century which aims to the ensemble . This group was founded in the 70's as a community-based theatre: it's an interesting instance of group /team working and social action. The evolution of the team building of this group shows the changes in the Italian history and stresses out how the strong ethic goal of this groups has been able to change in a aesthetic element, keeping high attention to the cultural and social network with the community in their performances.

Understanding the cellular response thermal stress is important for improving thermoablative treatments of cancer. Cells generally respond to thermal stress by expressing heat shock proteins, or undergoing cell death by apoptosis or necrosis. Most of our detailed knowledge regarding these cellular phenomena has been gathered in vitro in two dimensional (2D) environments. Yet, little is known about how prostate cancer cells respond to thermal stress in a more physiologically relevant three dimensional (3D) environment. Several approaches were used to investigate this question, all of which focused on controlled heating of cells in both two dimensional (2D) and 3D culture. Tools and assays were developed to investigate cellular response to thermal stress in 2D and 3D environments. A computer-controlled heating apparatus was constructed to heat cell cultures to precise temperatures and durations. Three dimensional growth environments were produced using Matrigel, a commercially available extracellular matrix (ecm) mixture. Transcriptional expression of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) was measured using a green fluorescent protein (GFP) reporter gene under the control of an HSP promoter. Apoptosis, necrosis and HSP70 transcription was measured using flow cytometry analysis. Quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) and microscopy revealed that transmembrane targets may be involved in the mechanism of the effect which 3D culture has on the cellular response to heat shock. The results herein demonstrate that the 3D growth environment, may be protective to the cell in that the percentage of cells that undergo apoptosis or necrosis when exposed to heat shock are reduced. Furthermore, HSP70 expression is enhanced in 3D culture at a specific thermal dose and integrins and heat shock proteins may be part of the mechanism by which the ecm exerts its protective effect against thermal stress. / text

Text in German / Essen und Trinken haben im Neuen Testament einen hohen Stellenwert. Die ersten Christen haben sich regelmäßig beim Mahl getroffen. Die ausführlichste Beschreibung einer solchen Mahlzeit findet sich in 1Kor 11,17-34, in den paulinischen Ausführungen zum Abendmahl der Korinther. Im Verlauf der weiteren Kirchengeschichte hat das christliche Abendmahl einiges an Veränderung erfahren. Diese Arbeit soll zeigen, dass urchristliche Mahlfeiern wenig mit unseren heutigen Mahlfeiern gemeinsam hatten. Ein besonderer Fokus soll darauf liegen, in wie weit die Urgemeinde ihre Mahlfeiern gerade auch zu missionarischen Zwecken verwendet haben, ein Zusammenhang, dem seit frühster Kirchengeschichte keine wirkliche Beachtung mehr geschenkt worden ist. Schlüsselbegriffe Herrenmahl, Mahlgemeinschaft, Eucharistie, Antikes Gastmahl, Mission, Ungläubige / Eating and drinking have an important position in the New Testament. That is due to the fact, that Early Christian’s meat regularly at communal meals. The most detailed description of such a meal could be found in 1Cor 11, 17-34, the Pauline depiction of the Lords Supper. But during the progress of church history Christian communion changed significantly. This paper wants to show, that the Early Christian’s communion had little in common with our communion today. O nível de radicalização gerou divergências e polarizações nas comunidades científicas, passando a ameaçar de cisão a Sociedade Italiana de Física, SIF. A ruptura não aconteceu graças à uma dinâmica endógena à própria comunidade que, mediante debates e propostas acadêmicas, encontrou a rota da pacificação. Esse processo tornou-se objeto de atenção de historiadores da ciência, interessados em explicar as condutas e protagonismos de membros da sociedade. As narrativas sugerem papeis importantes tanto das lideranças formais como das lideranças difusas, que emergiam de reuniões e assembleias, na proposição de temas para a Escola de Verão Enrico Fermi, que tinha lugar na cidade de Varenna. O objeto desta tese é tentar verificar como atuaram estas lideranças e se houve maior destaque ou supremacia de um tipo ou de outro. O campo de conhecimento desta pesquisa é a história da ciência com foco na comunidade de pesquisadores e o procedimento metodológico empregado privilegiou a utilização de fontes primárias como questionários aplicados à alguns informantes qualificados, pesquisadores da época, análise de epistolário entre esses pesquisadores e outras fontes como comunicações científicas. Os resultados esperados ajudarão a entender a solução da controvérsia. / ABSTRACT In Italy, during the sixties and seventies years of the las century, a series of strong national political riots and conflicts had an impact on university life, on research, and provoke deep changes on the views about the essence of science and established research practices. The level of radicalization has generated divergences and polarizations in the scientific communities, brought threats to split the Italian Physical Society, SIF. The rupture did not happen because to endogenous dynamics, inbuilt the own community, which, by means of debates and academic proposals, found the pacification route. This process attracted attention of historians of science, interested in explaining the conduct and protagonism of members of society. The narratives suggest important roles of both formal leaderships and diffuse leaderships, which emerged from meetings and assemblies, in proposing themes to the Enrico Fermi Summer School, which took place in the city of Varenna. The purpose of this thesis is to try to verify how these leaders acted and if there was greater prominence or supremacy from one type or another. The field of knowledge of this research is the history of science with a focus on the community of researchers and the methodological procedure employed privileged the use of primary sources as questionnaires applied to some qualified informants, researchers of the time, analysis of correspondence between these researchers and other sources as scientific communications. The expected results will help you understand the solution to the controversy.

quatro artistas paulistas: Luiz Paulo Baravelli, Frederico Nasser, Carlos Fajardo e José Resende, antes alunos de Wesley Duke Lee. A Escola existiu entre 1970 e 1974 em São Paulo. Os quatro fundadores eram nos anos 60 estudantes de arquitetura; três deles participaram da Rex Gallery & Sons, criada por Geraldo de Barros, Nelson Leiner e Duke Lee. A galeria os colocou em contato com o meio artístico brasileiro, especialmente o paulista, e seus debates. Os pressupostos conceituais e a experiência social da Escola Brasil: apresentam pontos de intersecção com experiências e projetos artísticos (e culturais) situados entre os anos 50 e 70, dois pontos altos da modernização brasileira; e é esse o eixo temporal, histórico, em que se procura situar criticamente sua existência. Os principais nexos de relação entre a Escola e este recorte temporal são as sintonias que apresenta, tanto do ponto de vista da produção artística como da experiência de ensino, com o projeto construtivo e o Tropicalismo. / This work is about Escola de arte Brasil: (two points), one institution founded by four artistis from São Paulo: Luiz Paulo Baravelli, Frederico Nasser, Carlos Fajardo and José Resende, that before studied with Wesley Duke Lee. The Escola existed between 1970 and 1974 in São Paulo. The four founders were on the 60s architecture students; three of them participated of Rex Gallery & Sons, created by Geraldo de Barros, Nelson Leirner and Duke Lee. The gallery got them in touch whit the Brazilian artistic environment and pleading, specially with the scene from São Paulo. The conceptual assumptions and the social experience of the Escola Brasil: presents points of intersection with artistic (and cultural) experiences and projects situated between the decades of 50s and the 70s, two highlights of the Brazilian modernization process; and this is the temporal axis, historical, that this work try to situate critically its existence. The main links of relation between the Escola and this temporal axis are the tunings that presents, both from the point of view of artistic production as the teaching experience, with the constructive project and with the Tropicalismo.
