humanized care, the condition of mutuality is emphasized, from which it also integrates the
subjectivity of the professional. This Masters Dissertation aimed to apprehend and to understand in depth the professional and formative experience of resident physicians in a scenario marked by tensions between the working and learning conditions offered and the respondent to the subject for an effective practice of care in the urgency and emergency hospital context. In order to comply with this proposition, two Sections composes this study, one theoretical and the other, empirical. The first section, entitled Between the care and chaos: reflections about the doctor practice in urgency and emergency hospital context, contemplated a reflection on medical practice in urgency and emergency hospital context, marked by the poor working conditions and the specific characteristics like unpredictability and readiness to act. The ethics of care in Psychoanalysis and Humanization in Health proposed by the National Humanization Politics are guidilines to this discussion. Narrative
vignettes of four resident physicians were used as an illustrative resource for this problematization.In the Empirical Section, called Care urgencies and emergencies: resident physicians? narratives,the aim was to explore the narratives of eight resident physicians whose professional practice occurs in the urgency and emergency hospital context during the Residence. Data from the interviews were analyzed through Interpretative Analysis. Therefore we have found that the Medical Residence is sought as a specialization of excellence in Medicine. However, the doctor, when becomes a resident, is faced with demands and requirements that take on excess, which inevitably brings effects, often harmful, to his subjectivity and to his professional identity formation process. Finally,
since the implication of the physician's subjectivity in his work is evident, it is necessary to pay attention to the professional?s condition of affectation, thus avoiding indifference practices both towards the other and to himself. That is, the effective practice of mutuality in care becomes an essential factor of protection and promotion of psychic health of these professionals. It is concluded,therefore, that institutional attention is essential in the direction to offer genuine and official spaces that promote reflection and criticism on what is effectively experienced by resident doctors, from the recognition and reception of their unique demands. / A pr?tica profissional na ?rea da sa?de, inquestionavelmente, envolve o cuidado ao outro. Para um
efetivo cuidado humanizado, ressalta-se a condi??o de mutualidade, a partir da qual passa a
integrar, tamb?m, a subjetividade do profissional que o exerce. Esta Disserta??o de Mestrado
buscou apreender e compreender em profundidade a experi?ncia profissional e formativa de
m?dicos residentes em um cen?rio marcado por tensionamentos entre as condi??es de trabalho e de
aprendizado ofertadas e o demandado ao sujeito para uma efetiva pr?tica de cuidado no contexto de
urg?ncia e emerg?ncia hospitalar. A fim de cumprir com essa proposi??o, comp?em este estudo
duas Se??es, uma te?rica e outra, emp?rica. A primeira Se??o, intitulada Entre o cuidado e o caos:
reflex?es sobre a pr?tica m?dica em contexto de urg?ncia e emerg?ncia hospitalar, contemplou
uma reflex?o acerca da pr?tica m?dica no contexto de urg?ncia e emerg?ncia hospitalar, marcada
pelas parcas condi??es de trabalho e pelas especificidades pr?prias ao car?ter imprevis?vel e ?
prontid?o em agir. A ?tica do cuidado em Psican?lise e a Humaniza??o em Sa?de proposta pela
Pol?tica Nacional de Humaniza??o comp?em os eixos norteadores dessa discuss?o. Recorreu-se a
vinhetas narrativas de quatro m?dicos residentes como recurso ilustrativo para essa
problematiza??o. J? na Se??o Emp?rica, denominada Urg?ncias e Emerg?ncias no cuidado:
narrativas de m?dicos residentes, buscou-se explorar as narrativas de oito m?dicos residentes cuja
pr?tica profissional ocorre em contexto de urg?ncia e emerg?ncia hospitalar durante a Resid?ncia.
Os dados decorrentes das entrevistas foram analisados por meio da An?lise Interpretativa.
Constatou-se, portanto, ser a Resid?ncia M?dica buscada como especializa??o de excel?ncia em
Medicina. No entanto, o m?dico, ao tornar-se residente, depara-se com demandas e exig?ncias que
tomam contornos de excesso, o que, inevitavelmente, traz efeitos, muitas vezes nocivos, ?
subjetividade e ao processo de forma??o da identidade profissional. Por fim, sendo evidente a
implica??o da subjetividade do m?dico em seu fazer, ? necess?rio atentar ?s condi??es profissionais
de afeta??o, evitando, assim, pr?ticas de indiferen?a tanto em rela??o ao outro como a si mesmo. Ou
seja, a efetiva pr?tica de mutualidade no cuidado torna-se fator essencial de prote??o e promo??o de
sa?de ps?quica desses profissionais. Conclui-se, dessa forma, ser imprescind?vel a aten??o
institucional na dire??o da oferta de genu?nos e oficiais espa?os que fomentem a reflex?o e a cr?tica
sobre o que ? efetivamente experenciado por m?dicos residentes, a partir do reconhecimento e do
acolhimento de suas singulares demandas.

Specific goals include: to perform a systematic review of the literature on fatherhood in the prison context; to discuss the challenges and possibilities of a qualitative fieldwork in Psychology; to understand if and how the meanings of paternity are transformed with the jail experience; to identify how men deprived of their freedom mean the concept of paternity and their own paternal condition; to understand which family models are constructed discursively and in practice by women who visit the partner in prison and to identify the relationship established between the prison institution, individuals deprived of their freedom and their relatives. In order to achieve the proposed goals, a qualitative, exploratory-descriptive and ethnographic based research was carried out. The collection of information occurred in two different moments. The first one comprised participant observations for three months in the Visiting Room, where family members undergo security and inspection procedures before joining the institution, as well as at the Children's Day and Christmas celebrations, organized by the warden management to the relatives of the prisoners. All observations were reported in a field diary. The second moment of collection included semi directed interviews with twelve men, fathers, who were deprived of their freedom for at least six months. All the information collected was analyzed in light of the Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA), and the results are presented and discussed in the five papers that compose the present thesis. Given the peculiarities of this research, it is observed that the results presented highlight the relevance that the affective relationships, among these the relationship between father and child, have space in the discussions that surround the Brazilian prison system, from the understanding that a father in prison is still a father and that maintaining affective bonds prior to incarceration brings benefits not only to the individual deprived of liberty, but also to their family members. / A presente tese teve por objetivo geral compreender os significados atribu?dos ?s rela??es familiares, ? conjugalidade e ? paternidade por homens privados de liberdade e suas companheiras. Como objetivos espec?ficos salientam-se: revisar sistematicamente a produ??o nacional e internacional sobre a paternidade no c?rcere; discutir os desafios e possibilidades de um trabalho de campo qualitativo em Psicologia; entender se e de que forma os significados da paternidade s?o transformados com a experi?ncia do c?rcere; identificar como os homens privados de liberdade significam o conceito de paternidade e a sua pr?pria condi??o paterna; entender quais s?o os modelos de fam?lia constru?dos discursivamente e na pr?tica por mulheres que visitam o companheiro na pris?o e identificar a rela??o estabelecida entre a institui??o prisional, os indiv?duos privados de liberdade e seus familiares. De modo a atingir os objetivos propostos, uma pesquisa qualitativa, de car?ter explorat?rio-descritivo e de matriz etnogr?fica foi realizada. A coleta de informa??es se deu em dois momentos distintos. O primeiro deles abarcou observa??es participantes durante tr?s meses na Sala de Visitas, local onde os familiares passam pelos procedimentos de seguran?a e revista antes de ingressar na institui??o, e tamb?m nas festas de Dia das Crian?as e de Natal, organizadas pela dire??o da Casa Prisional e direcionadas aos familiares dos detentos. Todas as observa??es foram relatadas em um di?rio de campo. O segundo momento da coleta compreendeu a realiza??o de entrevistas semi-dirigidas com doze homens, pais, que estavam privados de liberdade por no m?nimo seis meses. Todas as informa??es coletadas foram analisadas ? luz da An?lise Cr?tica do Discurso (ACD), sendo os resultados apresentados e discutidos nos cinco artigos que comp?e a presente tese. Postas as peculiaridades da pesquisa, constata-se que os resultados apresentados evidenciam a relev?ncia de que as rela??es afetivas, entre elas a rela??o entre pai e filho(a), tenham espa?o nas discuss?es que circundam o sistema prisional brasileiro, a partir do entendimento de que um pai em situa??o de pris?o segue sendo pai e que a manuten??o dos v?nculos afetivos pr?vios ao encarceramento traz benef?cios n?o s? para o indiv?duo privado de liberdade, mas tamb?m para os seus familiares.

Previous issue date: 2017-12-15 / Coordena??o de Aperfei?oamento de Pessoal de N?vel Superior - CAPES / This doctoral thesis presents an intervention performed at schools to debate gender issues with children and their teachers, understanding the importance that these debates start to happen in childhood. In a qualitative research, with a feminist gender approach, we performed three researches: documentary analysis of children's books, intervention with children and interviews with school professionals, in addition to notes in the field diary. Our goal was to develop and to assess possibilities for a psychoeducational intervention about gender with elementary school children, and to get to know the teachers? perception about these issues in public school setting, approaching gender equality, women?s empowerment, and respect for sexual diversity as core themes. The intervention called ?Talking about gender? took place in a range of ten meetings with twenty-two state public school first-graders, with six and seven years old, for the reading of children?s books and/or for carrying out interactive-reflective activities focused on the work with the themes mentioned above. Moreover, we performed semi-structured interviews with four pre-school teachers. We noticed that there have been some children?s books available in the market able to approach these three themes in a playful and responsible way, enhancing the work about gender with children. This is due to the fact that we were able to promote, in the researched classroom setting, debates about gender stereotypes, reflections about inequalities still thrusted on boys/men and on girls/women, and a collaborative construction of alternatives to fight gender inequalities in society. However, we acknowledge the lack of guidelines to educate and to inform teachers about working with gender at school, resulting in approaches based on personal experiences, often making them insecure about how to act. Therefore, we
understand that the intervention we performed may be embraced by teachers and other
professionals who intend to raise awareness about fighting the exclusion and the violence
caused by gender inequality, to encourage the existence of (more) spaces for similar activities,and to spread the potential of such debates. / Esta tese de doutorado apresenta uma interven??o realizada na escola para discutir sobre
quest?es de g?nero com crian?as e suas professoras, entendendo-se a import?ncia de que essas
discuss?es comecem a ser realizadas j? na inf?ncia. Em uma pesquisa de delineamento
qualitativo e com uma abordagem feminista de g?nero, realizaram-se tr?s estudos: a an?lise
documental de livros infantis, a interven??o com as crian?as e as entrevistas com as
profissionais da escola, al?m das anota??es no di?rio de campo. Objetivou-se desenvolver e
avaliar as potencialidades de uma interven??o psicoeducativa sobre rela??es de g?nero com
crian?as do ensino fundamental e conhecer a percep??o de professoras sobre essas quest?es no
ambiente escolar p?blico, abordando a igualdade de g?nero, o empoderamento feminino e o
respeito ? diversidade sexual como tem?ticas principais. A interven??o ?Falando sobre g?nero?
deu-se em dez encontros com vinte e duas crian?as do primeiro ano do ensino fundamental de
uma escola p?blica estadual, com idades entre seis e sete anos, para a leitura de livros infantis
e/ou para a realiza??o de atividades l?dico-reflexivas focando na abordagem sobre as tem?ticas
citadas. Al?m disso, realizou-se entrevistas semiestruturadas com quatro professoras da
educa??o infantil. Percebeu-se que h? alguns livros infantis dispon?veis no mercado liter?rio
capazes de abordar essas tr?s tem?ticas de forma l?dica e respons?vel, o que potencializa o
trabalho sobre g?nero com crian?as. Isso porque, conseguiu-se proporcionar, no ambiente de
sala de aula pesquisado, a problematiza??o de estere?tipos de g?nero, a reflex?o sobre as
desigualdades ainda impostas a meninos/homens e meninas/mulheres e a constru??o conjunta
de alternativas para o combate ?s desigualdades de g?nero existentes na sociedade. Todavia,
identificou-se a escassez de diretrizes que formem e informem os/as professores/as para
trabalharem sobre g?nero na escola, resultando em abordagens em n?vel individual e pessoal
sobre essas quest?es o que, muitas vezes, gera inseguran?a na forma de agir. Com isso, entendese
que a interven??o realizada poderia ser adotada por professores/as e/ou outros/as
profissionais que pretendem sensibilizar as crian?as sobre o combate ?s exclus?es e viol?ncias
causadas pelas desigualdades de g?nero, contribuindo para a exist?ncia de (mais) espa?os para
pr?ticas como essa e para difundir suas potencialidades.

Previous issue date: 2017-12-14 / Coordena??o de Aperfei?oamento de Pessoal de N?vel Superior - CAPES / Introduction: Several changes have been observed in the world due to the increasing presence of the Internet in people's lives and increasingly easier access to the devices needed for its use. In Brazil, the proportion of those who have access to the world-wide web and the Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) that make it viable is still lower than in most countries of the Northern Hemisphere, but more than half the population, in our country, already has this service available in its daily life. In recent years, studies have been conducted to evaluate and compare traditional models with the viability and effectiveness of Psychology services and services through digital media. However, ICTs also invaded the traditional psychotherapeutic space. Currently both therapist and patient are connected, they are active figures that influence and are influenced within this context of transition in the ways of relating to and accessing information. The clinician himself/ herself, the unique way in which he / she develops and puts himself / herself in their sessions, or their Therapist?s Personal Style (PST), are moderating variables of the therapeutic process and strongly influence its outcome. Thus, these variables can also influence the posture and the perception of the professionals in front of the changes that digitality has been providing within Psychology. A still unexplored and discussed reality of the intersection of ICTs and the practice of psychotherapy is the possibility for psychologists to seek information about their patients on digital media, such as the social network Facebook, or search engines such as Google. This topic of the search for information about patients on the Internet has gained, in recent years, greater attention of researchers, mainly North Americans. The discussions explored the frequency with which these practices occurred, the possible ethical implications involved and the possible repercussions of the possession of this information in the setting and in the relation of the professionals with their attended ones. However, the great majority of studies that address the subject of the Internet within Psychology refers to the effectiveness of online treatments, and even with the existence of such studies, the researchers' positioning still shows uncertainty and they ponder the need for more debates and more specific and up-to-date guidelines. In addition, a significant gap, mainly within the national setting, has been observed in publications in psychology regarding ethical guidelines for therapists in social networks. Goal: To describe the frequency with which the use of the Internet occurs as a source of information about patients and the influences perceived by psychotherapists in their treatments. In addition, it was sought to investigate associations between the positions adopted by the clinicians, the theoretical line and the PTS. Method: Cross-sectional and mixed design research using a semi-structured interview, online patient information questionnaire, and the Therapist?s Personal Style Questionnaire (PST-Q). In the quantitative stage, 108 clinical psychologists participated, 13 men (12.04%) and 95 women (87.96%), whose ages ranged from 23 to 65 years. In the qualitative phase, five clinical psychologists of different theoretical lines with ages between 26 and 58 years were interviewed. Descriptive and inferential statistics were calculated, and qualitative data were submitted to Interpretive Analysis (Erikson, 1986). Results: Most of the interviewees do not perform (69.47%) or have never performed (61.05%) virtual services nor do they have a professional blog or website, but they use at least some ICT to communicate with their patients. A significant portion of the sample (41.05%) alleged that they had intentionally used some virtual tool to find information about their current patients, and an even larger portion (76.84%) claimed to have accidentally encountered information from their patients on the web. The main tools mentioned as means of collecting this information were the Google search engine and the Facebook social media network. Regardless of whether it was accidentally intentional, more than half (63.16%) of those interviewed who found information from their patients on the Internet did not inform patients that they had accessed this information. Most practitioners who came across this type of information did not perceive any influence on the treatment of the patients in question, on their ability to maintain objectivity, or on how comfortable they felt with their patients. Most of the interviewees also did not observe concern to reveal information not brought by their patients in session nor did it report to feel in some way overwhelmed by the information obtained through the Internet. Regarding Therapeutic Relationship (TR), 74.1% of respondents did not notice any effect after discovering information about their patients on the Internet. Over 22.2% observed some improvement in their relationship with patients and 3.7% observed a worsening. When questioned about the ethical aspects, 46.2% indicated that "in no way" they had hurt any limit of the profession, 46.2% judged their actions between not having crossed any limits and having exceeded the professional limits a bit and only 7.7 % of respondents assessed that they had somehow exceeded or disrespected the limits of the role of psychologist. Most subjects (92.63%) continue to seek qualification and are inserted in academic circles. However, the intersection of ICTs and clinical practice was never discussed at any stage of training for most of these professionals (70.45%), nor did they seek specific supervision for this subject (81.03%). There was no significant difference in the professionals' positions regarding their theoretical base line, their age or gender. However, there were significant correlations between the domains of PST and the perception of the unfolding of patients' information discovery via the Internet. Discussion: The postures of professionals in the virtual environments raised suggest ambivalence on the part of psychologists. The presence of ICTs is growing in Brazil and in the world and its reverberations in the personal and professional life of the population can not be ignored (Abreu, Eisenstein, & Estefenon, 2013; IBGE, 2016; Lisboa, Verzoni & Fulginiti, 2017). The observed perceptions suggest ambiguity among the psychologists interviewed. While most of the interviewed professionals use ICT in their professional practice, there is no clarity about the ethical limits of the profession or the current guidelines. The associations found among the PST domains, the perceptions and postures adopted by professionals in the virtual environment, open the way to the design of in-depth training and reflections on the subject. Moreover, according to a systematic review, most of the published articles related to the subject of ICTs and Psychology seem only to address the efficacy and effectiveness of psychological treatments through the web (Hallberg et al., 2015), thus, denoting a lack of studies that problematize and discuss the influences of the virtual tools in the traditional psychotherapeutic setting. / Introdu??o: Diversas modifica??es v?m sendo observadas no mundo em decorr?ncia da presen?a crescente da Internet na vida das pessoas e o acesso cada vez mais facilitado aos dispositivos necess?rios para sua utiliza??o. Dessa forma, estas vari?veis tamb?m podem influenciar a postura e a percep??o dos profissionais frente ?s mudan?as que a digitalidade vem proporcionando dentro da Psicologia. Uma realidade ainda pouco explorada e discutida da intersec??o das TICs e o exerc?cio da psicoterapia ? a possibilidade de os psic?logos buscarem informa??es sobre seus pacientes em m?dias digitais, como a rede social Facebook, ou ferramentas de busca como o Google. Esta tem?tica da busca de informa??es sobre pacientes na Internet ganhou, nos ?ltimos anos, maior aten??o de pesquisadores, principalmente norte-americanos. As discuss?es abordaram o levantamento da frequ?ncia com que estas pr?ticas ocorriam, poss?veis implica??es ?ticas envolvidas e as poss?veis repercuss?es da posse destas informa??es no setting e na rela??o dos profissionais com seus atendidos. Por?m, a grande maioria dos estudos que aborda a tem?tica da Internet dentro da Psicologia se refere sobre a efetividade de tratamentos online e, mesmo com a exist?ncia dos referidos estudos, o posicionamento dos pesquisadores ainda demonstra incerteza e ponderam a necessidade de mais debates e diretrizes mais espec?ficas e atualizadas. Outrossim, foi observada uma lacuna, principalmente dentro do cen?rio nacional, significativa dos trabalhos em psicologia acerca da produ??o de conhecimento a respeito de diretrizes e posturas ?ticas para terapeutas nas redes sociais.
Objetivo: Descrever a frequ?ncia com que ocorre e as influ?ncias percebidas pelos psicoterapeutas no uso da Internet como fonte de informa??es sobre pacientes no tratamento destes e investigar associa??es entre os posicionamentos adotados pelos cl?nicos, a linha te?rica e o EPT. M?todo: Pesquisa com delineamento misto e transversal utilizando uma Entrevista Semidirigida (Ap?ndice A), Question?rio sobre informa??es online de pacientes (Anexo B) e Question?rio de Estilo Pessoal do Terapeuta (EPT-Q) (Anexo C). Na etapa quantitativa, participaram 108 psic?logos cl?nicos, 13 homens (12,04%) e 95 mulheres (87,96%), cujas idades variaram entre 23 e 65 anos. Na fase qualitativa, cinco psic?logos cl?nicos de diferentes linhas te?ricas com idades entre 26 e 58 anos foram entrevistados. Estat?sticas descritivas e inferenciais foram calculadas e os dados qualitativos foram submetidos ? An?lise Interpretativa (Erikson, 1986). Resultados: A maioria dos entrevistados n?o realiza (69,47%) ou nunca realizou (61,05%) atendimentos virtuais nem possui blog ou website profissionais, por?m utiliza ao menos alguma TIC para se comunicar com seus pacientes. Uma parcela significativa da amostra (41,05%) alegou j? ter usado intencionalmente algum meio virtual para achar informa??es sobre seus pacientes atuais e uma parcela ainda maior (76,84%) alegou ter se deparado acidentalmente com informa??es de seus pacientes na web. As principais ferramentas mencionadas como meios de coleta destas informa??es foram o mecanismo de procura Google e a rede social Facebook. Independente se intencional o acidentalmente, mais da metade (63,16%) dos entrevistados que encontrou informa??es de seus pacientes na Internet n?o informou aos pacientes que tinham acessado essas informa??es. A maioria dos profissionais que se deparou com este tipo informa??o n?o percebeu qualquer influ?ncia no tratamento dos pacientes em quest?o, sobre a sua capacidade de manter a objetividade ou sobre o qu?o confort?vel eles se sentiam junto aos seus pacientes. A maior parte dos entrevistados tamb?m n?o observou preocupa??o em revelar informa??es n?o trazidas por seus pacientes em sess?o nem relatou se sentir de alguma forma sobrecarregado pelas informa??es obtidas via Internet. Referente ? Rela??o Terap?utica (RT), 74,1% dos entrevistados n?o observaram efeito algum ap?s descobrir informa??es de seus pacientes na Internet. Mais de 22,2% observaram algum tipo de melhora na sua rela??o com os pacientes e 3,7% perceberam uma piora. Quando indagados sobre os aspectos ?ticos, 46,2% assinalaram que ?de forma alguma? feriram algum limite da profiss?o, 46,2% julgaram suas a??es entre n?o ter ultrapassado nenhum limite e ter ultrapassado um pouco os limites profissionais e, apenas, 7,7% dos respondentes avaliaram que, de alguma forma, tinham ultrapassado ou desrespeitado os limites do papel de psic?logo. A maior parte dos sujeitos (92,63%) continua buscando por qualifica??o e est? inserida em meios acad?micos. Por?m, a intersec??o das TICs e a pr?tica cl?nica nunca foi discutida em nenhuma etapa da forma??o para a maioria destes profissionais (70,45%), nem estes buscaram supervis?o espec?fica para esta tem?tica (81,03%). N?o foi constatada diferen?a significativa nas posturas dos profissionais em rela??o a sua linha te?rica de base, sua idade ou g?nero. Por?m, foram constatadas correla??es significativas entre os dom?nios do EPT e a percep??o dos desdobramentos da descoberta de informa??es dos pacientes via Internet. Discuss?o: As posturas dos profissionais nos meios virtuais levantadas sugerem ambival?ncia por parte dos psic?logos. A presen?a das TICs cresce no Brasil e no mundo e suas reverbera??es na vida pessoal e profissional da popula??o n?o podem ser ignoradas (Abreu, Eisenstein, & Estefenon, 2013; IBGE, 2016; Lisboa, Verzoni & Fulginiti, 2017). As percep??es observadas sugerem ambiguidade entre os psic?logos entrevistados. Ao mesmo tempo em que a maioria dos profissionais entrevistados lan?a m?o das TICs em sua pr?tica profissional, n?o h? clareza acerca dos limites ?ticos da profiss?o nem das diretrizes vigentes. As associa??es constatadas entre os escores dos dom?nios do Estilo Pessoal do Terapeuta (EPT), as percep??es e as posturas adotadas pelos profissionais nos meios virtuais abrem caminho para o delineamento de treinamentos e reflex?es aprofundadas sobre o assunto. Al?m disso, segundo revis?o sistem?tica realizada, a maioria dos artigos publicados sobre a tem?tica das TICs e a Psicologia parece apenas abordar a efic?cia e a efetividade de tratamentos psicol?gicos via web (Hallberg et al., 2015), denotando-se, assim, uma car?ncia de estudos que problematizem e discutam as influ?ncias das ferramentas virtuais no setting psicoterap?utico tradicional.

disasters,taking care of victims and being exposed directly and indirectly to traumatic events. These professionalsare at risk of developing posttraumatic stress symptoms. In Brazil, one of the most striking community tragedies was the fire at the Kiss nightclub, which took place in the city of Santa Maria - RS, at the dawn of January 27th, 2013. In this sense, this dissertation is composed of two empirical studies presented in the form of articles. The objective of this study is to explore the relationship between PTSD, social support and emotional regulation strategies in health and emergency professionals who assisted the victims of the Kiss Nightclub fire, as well as to describe the experience of the professionals who participated in this event. The first article is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional, correlational design. The sampling process was non-probabilistic by convenience, and the sample consisted of 99 health and emergency professionals from the Santa Maria public and private sectors, who consented to participate in the study. The instruments used were: sociodemographic questionnaire, Post Traumatic Cognitions Inventory, The Life Events
Checklist for DSM-5, PTSD Checklist, Social Support Perception Scale, and the Cognitive
Emotional Regulation Questionnaire. The data were analyzed in the Statistical Package for Social Sciences 17.0 (SPSS). The results pointed out that low social support and maladaptive emotion regulation strategies are positively correlated with posttraumatic stress symptoms, and that posttraumatic cognitions predict posttraumatic symptoms. The second article is an exploratory cross-sectional study structured with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out in the workplaces of the health and emergency professionals of Santa Maria - RS, by the team of researchers. Collection consisted of an interview with a sample of five participants who were selected from the first study, by the criterion of presenting higher PTSD symptom scores. A topic
interview script was used which included questions related to the context of the tragedy, immediate
impacts, long term effects and meanings that the professionals gave to the experience of attending
to the victims. A Theme Analysis was conducted, as proposed by Braun e Clarke (2006). The study
shows that, even five years past this tragedy, health professionals continue to suffer with
posttraumatic stress symptoms, such as avoidance and hypervigilance, and have used coping
resources, task focus, social support and spirituality. As for meanings, some interpret the situation
as a tragedy and a scar in the lives of the people involved and in the community; others understand
that the event has provided professional growth and changes in the security protocols of enclosed
spaces. This dissertation aimed at promoting advances in the literature on PTSD in health and
emergency professionals in situations of community tragedies, contributing to increase the
knowledge about PTSD prevalence in this population and associated factors. In addition, the
understanding of the context, impacts and meanings that the professionals gave to their experience
in the tragedy of Santa Maria aid in understanding the psychological consequences of the work with
people exposed to traumas. This could guide the development of interventions for the promotion of
health and wellbeing of such professionals. / Em trag?dias comunit?rias, muitos profissionais de sa?de e emerg?ncia s?o envolvidos no

com delineamento correlacional, de corte transversal. O processo de amostragem foi n?o

emerg?ncia da rede p?blica e privada de Santa Maria, que consentiram em participar do estudo. Os

p?s traum?tico. O segundo artigo ? um estudo transversal do tipo explorat?rioestruturado a partir de
uma abordagem qualitativa. A coleta foi realizada nos locais de trabalho dos profissionais de sa?de
e emerg?ncia de Santa Maria ? RS, pela equipe de pesquisadores. Consistiu em uma entrevista com
uma amostra de cinco participantes que foram selecionados a partir do primeiro estudo, pelo crit?rio
de apresentarem maior sintomatologia de TEPT. Foi utilizado um roteiro t?pico de entrevista que
contemplou perguntas relativas ao contexto da trag?dia, impactos imediatos, efeitos no longo prazo
e significados que os profissionais deram ? experi?ncia de atendimento ?s v?timas. O m?todo de
an?lise de dados utilizado foi a An?lise Tem?tica conforme proposto por Braun e Clarke (2006).O
estudo mostrou que, mesmo ap?s cinco anos dessa trag?dia, os profissionais de sa?de continuam tendo
sintomas de estresse p?s-traum?tico, como evita??o e hipervigil?ncia, e utilizaram, como recursos de
enfrentamento, foco na tarefa, apoio social e espiritualidade. Quanto aos significados, alguns avaliam
sob o prisma da trag?dia e da cicatriz nas vidas das pessoas envolvidas e na comunidade, outros

early stages of development. Thus, a longitudinal study was carried out, with 457 children
between six and seven years old followed for two years. This longitudinal study resulted in two empirical studies. The first study aimed to investigate the impact of callous-unemotional traits (CU) in the emotional faces recognition using brief stimuli duration. The results showed that children with CU had higher rates of conduct problems and deficits in the recognition of fear in T2 and sadness in T1 and T2. The deficits were more accentuated with shorter stimulus duration. Moreover, CU group were the only one not to show improvement in the accuracy of these emotions during the follow-up. The second study aimed to investigate the association between callous-unemotional traits and cognitive empathy as predictors of the severity of conduct problems throughout development. It was identified that children with CU presented impairment in cognitive empathy. Furthermore, a hierarchical regression shows that cognitive empathy was a predictor of more severe behavioral problems throughout development. The results of this study may contribute to the development of an early intervention focused on the emotional recognition training, aiming for greater effectiveness than the current treatment protocols focused on the behavioral consequences, currently ineffective for CU traits. / Esse trabalho buscou investigar tra?os callous-unemotional (insensibilidade-frieza) e
poss?veis mediadores em est?gios precoces do desenvolvimento. Para isso, foi realizado um
estudo longitudinal, com 457 crian?as entre seis e sete anos de idade, com um seguimento de
dois anos, resultando em dois estudos emp?ricos. O primeiro estudo teve como objetivo
investigar o impacto de tra?os callous-unemotional (TCU) no reconhecimento de faces
emocionais, com a utiliza??o de tempo breve de dura??o dos est?mulos, e o seu efeito em dois
anos de seguimento. Os resultados evidenciaram que crian?as com TCU apresentaram ?ndices
mais elevados de problemas de conduta e preju?zos no reconhecimento de medo no T2 e tristeza
no T1 e T2, mais acentuados na dura??o do est?mulo mais breve, e foram as ?nicas a n?o
apresentar melhora na acur?cia dessas emo??es nos dois anos de seguimento. O segundo estudo
objetivou investigar a associa??o entre tra?os callous-unemotional e empatia cognitiva como
preditores da severidade de problemas de conduta ao longo do desenvolvimento. Foi identificado
que crian?as com TCU apresentaram preju?zo em empatia cognitiva e, por meio de regress?es
hier?rquicas, constatou-se que atuam como preditores de problemas de condutas mais severos ao

Previous issue date: 2018-01-09 / The Psychosocial Care Centers (CAPS) are devices of the mental health policy
responsible for assisting users in intense psychic suffering and offer individualized and
unique clinical care to population through several actions. However, despite of
important advances in the formulation of public policies on mental health and the
installation of the substitute network, with devices such as CAPS, the total disruption to
the caregiving logic must be fulfilled. The compliance of the precepts of psychiatric
reform especially regarding autonomy and deinstitutionalization of users may not be
assured. This study aims to analyze the conceptions and meanings of autonomy in daily
care of a Psychosocial Care Center (CAPS), based on the experiences of professionals,
family members and users. It was a qualitative, cross-sectional and exploratory study
carried out in a CAPS in the southern region of Rio Grande do Sul. We interviewed 6
CAPS professionals, 6 service users and 3 family members, based on a semi-structured
script. The analysis was based on the analysis of thematic content from three thematic
axes: 1) Sense of Autonomy from the experiences of users, family and professionals; 2)
Practices of building autonomy in the daily work of CAPS; and 3) Fragilities and
potentialities in the process of building autonomy. The main results refer to the diverse
understandings related to the concept of autonomy, related to the management of life,
independence and self-sufficiency, and as a process in movement, built from
relationships, spaces and institutions. The overt understandings have a deep relationship
with the life histories of the subjects and allow to demonstrate the autonomy as a power
for the expansion and diversification of the relations, from the perspective of care in
freedom, instigating the action of the professionals and adding this horizon to the care
offered to the users of CAPS. / Os Centros de Aten??o Psicossocial (CAPS) s?o dispositivos da pol?tica de sa?de
mental respons?veis pela assist?ncia aos usu?rios em intenso sofrimento ps?quico e
ofertam a popula??o um cuidado cl?nico individualizado e singular, atrav?s de diversas
a??es. Por?m, apesar dos importantes avan?os em rela??o ? formula??o de pol?ticas
p?blicas em sa?de mental e a instala??o da rede substitutiva, o rompimento total com a
l?gica de cuidado tutelar precisa ser concretizado. Do mesmo modo, o atendimento dos
preceitos da Reforma Psiqui?trica, principalmente ao que refere ? autonomia e
desinstitucionaliza??o dos usu?rios, pode n?o estar sendo assegurado. Este estudo tem
como objetivo analisar as concep??es e sentidos de autonomia no cotidiano de aten??o
de um Centro de Aten??o psicossocial (CAPS), a partir das viv?ncias de profissionais,
familiares e usu?rios. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, transversal e de car?ter
explorat?rio realizado em um CAPS da regi?o sul do Rio Grande do Sul. Foram
realizadas entrevistas com 6 profissionais do CAPS, 6 usu?rios do servi?o e 3
familiares, a partir de um roteiro semiestruturado. A an?lise se deu mediante a an?lise
de conte?do tem?tica a partir tr?s eixos tem?ticos: 1) Sentidos da Autonomia a partir
das viv?ncias de usu?rios, familiares e profissionais; 2) Pr?ticas de constru??o de
autonomia no cotidiano do CAPS; e 3) Fragilidades e potencialidades no processo de
constru??o de autonomia e das entradas e sa?das do CAPS. Os principais resultados
dizem respeito ?s diversas compreens?es vinculadas ao conceito de autonomia,
relacionadas ao gerenciamento da vida, independ?ncia e autossufici?ncia, e enquanto
processo em movimento, constru?do a partir das rela??es, espa?os e institui??es. As
compreens?es manifestas t?m rela??o profunda com as hist?rias de vida dos sujeitos e
permitem evidenciar a autonomia enquanto pot?ncia para a expans?o e diversifica??o
das rela??es, sob a perspectiva do cuidado em liberdade, instigando a a??o dos
profissionais e acrescentando esse horizonte ao cuidado oferecido aos usu?rios do
CAPS.

on the indicators that preschool teachers consider for the detection of child sexual abuse (CSA). The theoretical section consisted of a systematic review of the literature, with the
objective of identifying the teachers' knowledge about CSA. More specifically, the study sought to identify which indicators presented by children that teachers consider to be suggestive of CSA. The empirical section consisted of an experiment that aimed to verify if a drawing with a potentially interpretive element as a male genital organ would influence the detection rate of the teachers in a suspicious case. To do so, participants were exposed to the vignette of a fictitious case, which varied depending on the presentation form of the suggestive drawing. After exposure to the vignette participants responded if they detected CSA, which indicators of the vignette led them to detection, and which indicators generally they considered characteristic of CSA. The initial hypothesis of the study was that the detection rates would be higher in the group exposed to the vignette which contained, in addition to the suggestive drawing, other indicators suggestive of CSA. Although the results confirmed the initial hypothesis, it was verified that there was a greater increase in the detection rates with the simple addition of the suggestive drawing. These results reinforce the importance of specific training for teachers to guide them on the best practices to be adopted in the face of suspected CSA. In this sense, it is fundamental to guide them that detection is not based on an isolated indicator, but rather on a set of indicators and that these are properly contextualized. It is also recommended that, upon detection, the case
be referred to the competent bodies, as it is not the responsibility of the teachers to investigate the CSA. / A presente disserta??o de Mestrado ? constitu?da por dois estudos, um te?rico e um

abuso sexual infantil (ASI). A se??o te?rica consistiu em uma revis?o sistem?tica da literatura, com o objetivo de identificar os conhecimentos dos professores sobre o ASI. Mais especificamente, o estudo
buscou identificar quais indicadores apresentados pelas crian?as os professores consideram
como sendo sugestivos de ASI. Com base nos resultados da se??o te?rica foram criados os
instrumentos utilizados na se??o emp?rica. A se??o emp?rica consistiu em um experimento que teve por objetivo verificar se um desenho com um elemento potencialmente interpretativo como ?rg?o genital masculino
influenciaria a taxa de detec??o dos professores diante de um caso suspeito. Para tanto, cada
participante foi exposto ? vinheta de um caso fict?cio, que variava dependendo da forma de
apresenta??o do desenho sugestivo. Ap?s a exposi??o ? vinheta, os participantes responderam
se detectavam ASI, quais indicadores da vinheta os levaram ? detec??o, e quais indicadores
consideravam, de forma geral, sugestivos de ASI. A hip?tese inicial do estudo foi de que as taxas de detec??o seriam maiores no grupo exposto ? vinheta que continha, al?m do desenho sugestivo, outros indicadores sugestivos de ASI. Apesar de os resultados terem confirmado a hip?tese inicial, verificou-se que houve maior
incremento nas taxas de detec??o com a simples adi??o do desenho sugestivo. Estes resultados refor?am a import?ncia de forma??es espec?ficas para os professores, a fim de orient?-los sobre as melhores pr?ticas a serem adotadas diante de casos suspeitos de ASI. Nesse sentido, ? fundamental orient?-los, para que a detec??o n?o seja baseada em um indicador isolado, mas sim em um conjunto de indicadores e que estes sejam devidamente contextualizados. Tamb?m ? recomend?vel que, diante da suspeita, o caso seja encaminhado aos ?rg?os competentes.

Previous issue date: 2018-01-16 / Coordena??o de Aperfei?oamento de Pessoal de N?vel Superior - CAPES / The purpose of this study is to understand how are configured the practices and the work processes of psychologists of NASF in the city of Porto Alegre and metropolitan region. The Family Health Support Center (NASF) has as main objective to qualify Primary Care and increase the resolution of care through multidisciplinary action and technical-pedagogical support with the inclusion of new nuclei of knowledge and strategies of care along with Family Health Teams (ESF). In this context, the insertion of at least one mental health professional in the NASF is also recommended, among them psychology professionals. In addition to mental health, psychology also promotes actions aimed at the health of the family and the territorialization of care, encountering contexts of complexity in the performance of basic care. The research that characterizes the empirical section of this dissertation consists of a qualitative, exploratory and descriptive study. The participants were six psychologists, aged between 29 and 45 years, working in NASFs in Porto Alegre and Metropolitan Region, invited by the snowball method, in which one professional indicates the next to participate. The inclusion criterion was that the participants worked for at least six months in the NASF. The instrument used in the data collection was a semi-directed interview, which was recorded in audio and transcribed. For the analysis of the material, Thematic Analysis technique was used, giving rise to three thematic axes of analysis, which were named: 1) Individual care: subjective health productions and their scope; 2) Me, them and us: interfaces between field and core; 3) The individual in the psychosocial perspective: specifics of the psychologist in NASF. The results point out that the practice of individual care is still an important aspect of NASF policy guidelines, so that the professionals attribute to this practice the professional responsibility and belonging to the specificity of their clinical identity. At the same time, it is pointed towards an approach of the clinic to the psychosocial and health promotion practices, which integrate the professional nuclei and make up a field performance. In this sense, we seek to problematize the NASF psychologist's practice in the current political context and the complexity of its performance. / O objetivo desse estudo ? compreender como se configuram as pr?ticas e os processos de trabalho dos psic?logos inseridos nos NASF na cidade de Porto Alegre e regi?o metropolitana. O N?cleo de Apoio ? Sa?de da Fam?lia (NASF) tem como objetivo principal qualificar a Aten??o B?sica e aumentar a resolutividade da aten??o, por meio da atua??o multidisciplinar e apoio t?cnico-pedag?gico com a inclus?o de novos n?cleos de saberes e estrat?gias de cuidado juntamente ?s Equipes de Sa?de da Fam?lia (ESF). Diante desse contexto, tamb?m se preconiza a inser??o de pelo menos um profissional da ?rea de sa?de mental no NASF, dentre eles profissionais da psicologia. Al?m da sa?de mental, a psicologia tamb?m promove a??es voltadas ? sa?de da fam?lia e ? territorializa??o do cuidado, deparando-se com contextos de complexidade na atua??o na aten??o b?sica. A pesquisa que caracteriza a se??o emp?rica desta disserta??o consiste em um estudo qualitativo, de car?ter explorat?rio e descritivo. As participantes foram seis psic?logas, com idades entre 29 e 45 anos, atuantes em NASFs de Porto Alegre e Regi?o Metropolitana, convidadas a partir do m?todo snowball, no qual um profissional indica o pr?ximo para participar da pesquisa. O crit?rio de inclus?o foi que as participantes atuassem por, pelo menos, seis meses no NASF. O instrumento utilizado na coleta de dados foi uma entrevista semi-dirigida, que foram gravadas em ?udio e transcritas. Quanto ? an?lise do material, utilizou-se a t?cnica de An?lise Tem?tica, dando origem a tr?s eixos tem?ticos de an?lise, as quais foram nomeadas: 1) Atendimento individual: produ??es subjetivas em sa?de e seus alcances; 2) Eu, eles e n?s: interfaces entre campo e n?cleo; 3) O individual na perspectiva psicossocial: especificidades do psic?logo no NASF. Os resultados apontam que a pr?tica do atendimento individual ainda constitui aspecto de importante discuss?o entre as diretrizes da pol?tica do NASF, de forma que os profissionais atribuem a essa pr?tica uma responsabilidade profissional e pertencente a especificidade da sua identidade cl?nica. Ao mesmo tempo, aponta-se para uma aproxima??o da cl?nica ?s pr?ticas psicossociais e de promo??o da sa?de, que integram os n?cleos profissionais e comp?em uma atua??o do campo. Nesse sentido, busca-se problematizar a pr?tica do psic?logo no NASF no contexto pol?tico atual e a complexidade da sua atua??o.

Previous issue date: 2018-03-05 / This Dissertation has allowed exploring the singular psychic disinvestments and investments
process, inherent to the migratory experience of Haitian subjects who have come to Brazil
after the earthquake which occurred in Haiti in 2010. Through presentation of Haiti history
elements and the Haitian migratory process, it have been illustrated the psychic challenges
that have been embraced to the subject in this process of human displacement. The
Dissertation is composed by two study sections about the Haitian migration theme, being both
of them of a qualitative mark. The first section, which is theoretical-clinical, is entitled as
?Singulars displacements in migrate? psychic experience?; and the second section, which is
empiric, is called ?Haitian migration: the subject face the (re)union with the excess?. In the
theoretical-clinical section, it has been intended to explore the psychic conditions of the
migrant subject, as well as to approach the relevant attention directed to him. It has been
depicted, in this section, aspects that allow identifying risks due to the vulnerability psychic
condition present in this phenomena. The empiric section has provided a reflection about the
complex motivations which sustain the migratory movement, as well as has approached the
existence and/or the fragility of the confrontation resources by the migrant subject,
considering that the conditions in the destination country end up, sometimes, reediting the
helplessness that has been already experienced in the home country. All the participants of the
study live over a year in Brazil and have participated of two individual and semi-structured
interviews. The obtained data have been analyzed by the Interpretative Analysis proposed by
Erickson (1997), and have been explored with Psychoanalysis? theoretical contributions. The
empiric section is composed by the formulation of two Assertions which contemplate a
reflection about the psychic disinvestments and investments complexity process inherent to
the migration process. The first Assertion is entitled as ?The singular unrest in the
confrontation of intra-psychic and inter-subjective demands?, and the second Assertion,

denominated as ?The excess summary in different times of (dis)illusion?. It is considered that
the listening modality that has been offered during the research has provided attention and
care conditions to what tend, sometimes, to be excluded of the knowledge production in the
scientific scope about the migration process. In this sense, one of the contributions stemming
this research refers to the highlight attributed to the psychic and subjective aspects, so that the
interventions in the field of migratory phenomena can increasingly consider the migrant
subject in his complexity. / Esta Disserta??o possibilitou explorar os singulares processos de desinvestimentos e
investimentos ps?quicos inerentes ? experi?ncia migrat?ria de sujeitos haitianos que vieram
para o Brasil ap?s o terremoto ocorrido no Haiti em 2010. Por meio da apresenta??o de
elementos da hist?ria do Haiti e do processo de migra?ao haitiana, ilustrou-se os desafios
ps?quicos impostos ao sujeito nesse processo de deslocamento humano. A Disserta??o ?
composta por duas se??es de estudo sobre a tem?tica da migra??o haitiana, sendo ambas de
cunho qualitativo. A primeira se??o, te?rico-cl?nica, intitula-se ?Singulares deslocamentos
na experi?ncia ps?quica de migrar?; e a segunda se??o, emp?rica, ? denominada ?Migra??o
haitiana: o sujeito frente ao (re)encontro com o excesso?. Na se??o te?rico-cl?nica buscouse
explorar as condi??es ps?quicas do sujeito migrante, bem como abordar a relev?ncia da
aten??o direcionada ao mesmo. Retratou-se, nessa se??o, aspectos que permitem identificar
riscos decorrentes da condi??o de vulnerabilidade ps?quica presente nesse fen?meno. A se??o
emp?rica proporcionou uma reflex?o a respeito das complexas motiva??es que sustentam o
movimento migrat?rio, bem como abordou a exist?ncia e/ou a fragilidade dos recursos de
enfrentamento por parte do sujeito migrante, considerando-se que as condi??es do pa?s de
destino acabam, por vezes, reeditando o desamparo j? experimentado no pa?s de origem.
Todos os participantes do estudo residiam no Brasil h? mais de um ano e participaram de duas
entrevistas individuais e semidirigidas. Os dados obtidos foram analisados por meio da
An?lise Interpretativa, proposta por Erickson (1997), e explorados com contribui??es te?ricas
da Psican?lise. A se??o emp?rica ? composta pela formula??o de duas Asser??es, que
contemplam a reflex?o sobre a complexidade de processos de desinvestimentos e
investimentos ps?quicos inerentes ? experi?ncia migrat?ria. A primeira Asser??o ? intitulada
?O singular mal-estar no enfrentamento de demandas intraps?quicas e intersubjetivas?,
e a segunda Asser??o, ? denominada ?O somat?rio de excessos nos diferentes tempos de

(des)ilus?o?. Considera-se que a modalidade de escuta ofertada na pesquisa propiciou
condi??es de aten??o e cuidado ?quilo que, por vezes, tende a ser exclu?do da produ??o de
conhecimento no ?mbito cientifico sobre o processo migrat?rio. Nessa perspectiva, uma das
contribui??es decorrente desta pesquisa refere-se ao destaque atribu?do aos aspectos ps?quicos
e subjetivos, para que cada vez mais as interven?oes no campo de fen?menos migrat?rios
possam considerar o sujeito migrante em sua complexidade.
