Este estudo é uma aproximação ao processo de criação da obra solo de ator. Pretende chamar a atenção acerca do potencial que envolve esse percurso como caminho para a constituição do ator em um sujeito/criador, artista pleno, que participa da criação teatral posicionando-­-se com seu corpo/voz e sua Voz. Partindo de uma experiência, a investigação é um estudo comparativo de cinco casos, experiências de criação de obras solo desenvolvidas na Costa Rica. Vale-­-se de entrevistas em retrospectiva e documentos de processo. Em um primeiro momento proporciona um breve panorama do contexto teatral costarriquenho atual. Apresenta a experiência disparadora e identifica a presença de obras solo nos âmbitos pedagógico, espetacular e de festivais. Apresenta outras abordagens da obra solo e estabelece um diálogo com os principais aportes. No seguinte capítulo examina a experiência disparadora à luz de princípios do Pensamento Complexo e da Crítica do Processo Criador, mostrando as dinâmicas internas e identificando seus elementos constitutivos. Na sequência são expostos os procedimentos de criação identificados como os mais recorrentes e sua presença na experiência gatilho. Os quatro processos restantes são examinados em seguida, com foco nas motivações, procedimentos e ressonâncias. Expõem-­-se ainda as tendências que caracterizam a experiência de criação de um solo de ator. Por fim, uma reflexão sobre o processo solo como experiência do sujeito é proposta como indício de mudanças no teatro costarriquenho contemporâneo e como ponto de partida para repensar a formação do ator. / This study is an approach to the creation process of the solo work of the actor. Intended to raise awareness about the potential that surrounds this resource as a way for the constitution of the actor in a subject/creator, full artist, who participates in the theatrical creation positioning himself as his body/voice and his Voice. From an experience, research is a comparative study of five cases, experiences of creating solo works developed in Costa Rica. Draws on interviews with hindsight and process documents. At first provides a brief overview of the current Costarrican theatrical context. Presents the triggering experience and identifies the presence of solo works in teaching, festivals and spectacular areas. Presents other approaches to solo work and establishes a dialogue with key contributions. The next chapter examines the triggering experience in the light of principles of Complex Thinking and the Critique of the Creator Process, showing the internal dynamics and identifying its constituent elements. Following are exposed creation procedures identified as the most applicants and their presence in the trigger experience. The remaining four cases are then examined, focusing on motivations, procedures and resonances. Still expose trends that characterize the experience of creating a solo actor. Finally, a reflection on the solo process as an experience of subject is proposed as an indication of changes in contemporary Costarrican theater and as a starting point for rethinking the training of the actor.

Esta investigación explica el proceso de creación de los juegos de mesa peruanos modernos, viendo cómo el diseño se ve involucrado en todo el proceso, desde la idea base hasta el aspecto visual del juego. Se parte de la hipótesis que existen dos procesos que son consecutivos y que se complementan entre sí para poder crear un juego. Además, se identifican tres tipos de influencia en los procesos de diseño de los juegos de mesa peruanos, como en C.T.M, Cholopoly y Presidente. La investigación es cualitativa y no experimental, ya que se observan los procesos en base al análisis visual de los juegos tomados como muestra y a las entrevistas realizadas a los creadores de esos juegos. Los resultados muestran que, antes de iniciar los procesos de diseño, se analizan referentes. Después, se realiza la idea de juego, donde se crean temáticas asociadas al contexto político peruano. Además, se emplean gráficas llamativas, exageradas y humorísticas, que guardan relación con el anterior proceso y que causan alto impacto en el usuario, así como también sirven de guía durante la partida. Por lo tanto, se concluye que el proceso de diseño de un juego de mesa se divide en propuesta de juego y propuesta gráfica. Estos procesos difieren en que en el primero se consolida la idea central de juego, mientras que en el segundo se realiza el aspecto visual; y se vinculan porque ambos reflejan la idiosincrasia política local. / This investigation explains the creation process of modern Peruvian board games, because graphic design gets involved in the whole process, from the central idea to the visual appearance of a board game. Starting from the hypothesis, which states that there are two consecutive processes that complement each other in order to create a board game. Furthermore, there are three types of influence in the Peruvian board games design processes, as in C.T.M, Cholopoly and Presidente. This is a qualitative and non-experimental research since the processes are observed based on visual analysis of the case study games and the interviews with the creators of those games. Results show that, before starting the design processes, referents were analyzed. Later, the game idea is created, where topics are associated with the Peruvian political context. Also, extravagant highly-coloured and jokey graphics, which are related to the previous process, are used in order to highly impact and also to guide players during the game. Therefore, it is concluded that the design process of a board game is divided into game proposal and graphic proposal. These processes differ in that the first one consolidates the central idea of ​​the game, whereas in the second one the game's visual aspect is carried out; and both are similar because they reflect the local political idiosyncrasy. / Trabajo de investigación

Blockchain and Entrepreneurial Value Creation in the Textile Industry

This thesis examines a process of innovation within a Swedish early-stage start-up company in the textile industry. The thesis describes and analyzes the case company’s intentions to create entrepreneurial value by reconfiguring its supply chain as one of its resources. Theories of dynamic capabilities, entrepreneurial value creation and supply chain management are applied for analysis of the case company’s process of investigating how Blockchain technology can be applied to the company’s supply chain to create and enhance value for the company, its customers and suppliers. Topics of digitalization, Blockchain technology, supply chain management, entrepreneurial value creation and dynamic capabilities are covered as part of the discourse. The work in this thesis is qualitative and explorative and based on the study of one case company and its quest for creating entrepreneurial value by reconfiguring its supply chain. The study explores several potential ways for how entrepreneurial value can be created through process of innovation, e.g., by the application of Blockchain to a company’s supply chain. Although Blockchain has potential to create entrepreneurial value for the case company, it is not possible to predict if the benefits outweigh the costs, if the project is feasible in practice, if it is suitable for one company to undertake the project on its own or if collaboration and alliances are the way forward.

Digitalization as a driving force in the AEC industry is no longer a new subject when talking about accelerating innovation and solving environmental challenges. Traditional approaches can limit some of these outcomes and typically imply that many issues that could have been predicted with early involvement of stakeholders, are recognized in much later stages of the project at great expense. In a long run outlook, the operational phase of a building is notably the most demanding if accounting the lifecycle perspective of a building. Still, why is O&M lagging in adopting integrated models? This thesis approaches this subject from the assumption that Information Management plays a strategic role to oversee the different demands, urgencies and use from both sides.  The first theoretical framework used was Lean Management’s main premise that value is created through the identification of waste in a continuous improvement process. The second theoretical framework presented was to analyze the findings with the intention to simulate an optimal context for information flow and understand where the biggest bottlenecks are. The findings show that the perceived value on the information added is low from actors actually feeding the model, a bit higher from project managers but an essential part of information managers responsibility. Main issues related to digitalization were directly linked to the lack of communication between teams, lack of standards across different teams as well as difficulty in finding effective and accurate information. Practical issues with high information models related by the industry also demonstrate a necessity of more roles focused on information management. A model based on the five principles of Lean Management is in equivalence to Information Management is presented and then inserted as enablers for a continuous improvement cycle. Based on the findings, further research can evaluate in more detail the view from operational teams towards information management roles. / Digitalisering som en drivande kraft i AEC-industrin är inte längre ett nytt ämne när man talar om att påskynda innovation och lösa miljöutmaningar. Traditionella tillvägagångssätt kan begränsa vissa delar av resultatet och många frågeställningar som kunde ha besvarats genom ett tidigt engagemang av intressenter, blir lösta i mycket senare skeden av projektet, till stora kostnader. På lång sikt är driftsfasen i ett byggprojekt den mest krävande när man tittar på livscykeln av en byggnad. Så varför ingår inte O&M i integrerade modeller? Denna uppsats tar sig an detta ämne utifrån antagandet att informationshantering spelar en strategisk roll för att övervaka de olika kraven, hur brådskande det kan vara och användningen från båda sidor. Den första teoretiska utgångspunkten som användes var Lean Managements huvudsakliga premiss att värde skapas genom identifiering av avfall i en kontinuerlig förbättringsprocess. Den andra teoretiska utgångspunkten som användes var för att analysera resultaten med avsikten att simulera ett optimalt sammanhang för informationsflöde och förstå var de största flaskhalsarna låg. Resultaten visar att det upplevda värdet på den tillagda informationen är lågt från aktörer som faktiskt matar modellen, lite högre för projektledare men en viktig del av informationschefernas ansvar. Problemen relaterade till digitalisering var direkt kopplade till bristen på kommunikation mellan team, brist på standarder mellan olika team samt svårigheter att hitta effektiv och korrekt information. Praktiska problem med informationsmodeller relaterade till branschen visar också att det behövs fler roller som fokuserar på informationshantering. En modell baserad på Lean Management fem olika principer är i likhet med Information Management-praxis och presenteras och infogas sedan som möjliggörare för en kontinuerlig förbättringscykel. Baserat på resultaten kan vidare forskning utvärdera mer detaljerat synen från operativa team mot informationshanteringsroller.

The purpose of the thesis is to apply the service design perspective to map value creation processes within digitally complex GIS-services. Services are becoming increasingly prevalent within organizations today, and it is crucial to continuously develop them to meet customer needs. Since existing services are used regularly, incremental development is required to maintain their relevance. By applying principles from service design, a deeper understanding of value creation processes within various digital services can be achieved. Utilizing the service design perspective in mapping the value creation processes of digital services is feasible, but it requires active involvement from all stakeholders. In this paper, we explore the application of the service design perspective using a combination of Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) and Service Blueprint as framework. By examining this combined framework with a focus on service design perspective on Geographic Information Systems (GIS-services), we contribute to expanding the research field of service design. The results indicate that mapping a value creation process using this approach is possible, but there is room for further improvement.

São Jorge de Variedades em convívio com os usuários dos Albergues Municipais Projeto.Oficina.Boracéa e Canindé - Núcleo de Cidadania, durante o período de 2002 a 2004. A partir da documentação fotográfica, vídeográfica e escrita disponível, esta pesquisadora pôde narrar toda trajetória do espetáculo teatral desde as primeiras garatujas sobre o texto de Gero Camilo ainda no Teatro de Arena Eugenio Kusnet, até sua estréia e temporada no Canindé e no Projeto.Boracéa. / This work aims at reporting and analyzing the relationships between teaching, learning and expression in theatrical language experienced by individuals involved in the process of creating and presenting the play As Bastianas, which was developed by the theater group Cia. São Jorge de Variedades in two different municipal homeless shelters in São Paulo from 2002 to 2004, in daily acquaintance with its inhabitants. From the available written, photographic and videographic documentation the author relates the trajectory of the play, since the first raw sketches from the text by Gero Camilo, when the group was still based in the famous and tiny Teatro de Arena Eugenio Kusnet, until its premiere and season in both shelters.
