This factor shows the difficulty in understanding the urban organism as an esthetic object . Therefore, it is intended to discuss the poetics , a chosen concept to approach the sensible qualities which make up the impression of place produced by the temporal, historical, cultural, and emotional factors. For that reason, an analysis was made about the configuration of the city of Ouro Preto, situated in the state of Minas Gerais, featuring aspects of the creation of the urban fabric, and above all, the apprehensible esthetic aspects of its public spaces, monuments, perspectives and framing, which are the result of a constitution and the fact of being in a social community. Thereby, the diversity of facets in the establishment of this urban organism is evident and resulted in a monumental combination replete of meaning. The debates and analysis about the sensible apprehension in this city can be conducted by the mythic figure of a labyrithine space , which is also able to express how the spontaneous process of urbanization, although not necessarily deprived of intention, differs a lot from the planned urban space, and is intimately related to the basic activity carried out on the ground where it is settled. Presenting the mutual tranformation of the physical and social relations. / A cidade de Ouro Preto tem sua import?ncia cultural, social e arquitet?nica bastante explorada, mas aspectos como o espa?o rico em informa??es sensoriais e como arcabou?o da mem?ria geralmente s?o pouco destacados. Assim, pretende-se discutir a po?tica , conceito adotado para abordar as qualidades sens?veis que criam o sentido de lugar gerado por fatores temporais, hist?ricos, culturais e afetivos. What relationship can be established between the implementation of the law and the critical theory of the Struggle for Recognition proposed by Axel Honneth? Thus, this work describes and analyze the Identity Memory of Promotion of Equality Diversity program (Mipid, from the Portuguese name) and its implementation in the Municipal Center for Child Education, CEMEI Margarida Maria Alves concerning the effectiveness of the law 10.639/2003. Such intent has the following specific goals: to study as the implementation of bill 10.639/2003 proceeded regarding the SME/PMC in kindergarten; study the program annual reports and educational projects of the surveyed school; to map and describe the Mipid Program and Projects involving the ethnic-racial theme of the surveyed school. As for the object of the research, it was bounded by the annual reports of Mipid Program and the pedagogical projects and minutes of pedagogical meetings of the school researched and blog. These sources were outlined and criticized by the methodological framework by Adalberto Marson (s / d), and the theoretical references of Stuart Hall (year), Axel Honneth (1992) and M?rio Vieira de Mello (1963). This research started from the hypothesis of the existence of aestheticism (a term by de Mello) in Mipid and its developments in the municipal school units of Campinas. It was concluded that, despite the existence of aestheticism in Mipid, in the school culture present at CEMEI Margarida Maria Alves the effectiveness of Law 10.639/2003 was carried out through ethical culture. / O presente estudo partiu das inquieta??es do autor referente ?s dificuldades enfrentadas para a implementa??o e cumprimento da Lei 10.639/2003 no ?mbito escolar, que redundaram, sobretudo com as seguintes quest?es: Que tipos de dificuldades foram encontrados para a implementa??o desta lei? Como foi a participa??o das escolas e de seus profissionais? Qual a rela??o que se pode estabelecer entre a implementa??o da lei e a teoria cr?tica da luta por reconhecimento de Axel Honneth? Assim, foi descrito e analisado o Programa Mem?ria Identidade Promo??o da Igualdade na Diversidade (Mipid) e sua implementa??o no Centro Municipal de Educa??o Infantil, Cemei Margarida Maria Alves na efetividade da Lei 10.639/2003. However, this segment has been the subject of ethics, aesthetics and environmental criticism, especially so-called "fast fashion", a high-speed production system, integrated with information technology, which manages releases, sales, inventory and manufacturing clothes, turning datasheets of garments in a finished product within points of sale in a few days. The fast fashion phemomenon settled in the fashion industry in the last decades of the twentieth century as a result of the dynamics of global capitalism in search of lower cost and reduced production, time, space, distribution and sale. The fast fashion, however, has been socially criticised as it?s based on precarious work and promoting hyper consumption which leads to quick disposal of clothing, consumption of natural resources at breakneck scale and also the standardization of the body and spread a subtle homogenization of the appearance, promoted by the fashion media. The research has mapped and analysed the relationship between fashion and social criticism, with emphasis on appearance, construction and current settings of the ethical criticism and aesthetics to fast fashion. It has also mapped and analysed some answers that the market has given to such criticism, as well as alternative proposals built by various social groups, in particular the slow fashion movement: its concept, ideas and production proposals, consumption and engagement. From the politicization of consumption and macro trends that are configured as a socio-cultural background of the fashion consumption trends, we see the various forms of expression of these criticisms and seek to understand its incorporation into the market. For this, we rely on the theoretical framework of Boltanski and Chiapello (2009), which considers the incorporation of criticism as necessary to the moral justification of capitalism and its maintenance. The results indicate that the criticisms are expressed and are incorporated by fashion design professional, in consumption practices. in the pursuit of sustainable business forms, creating value associated with the shared economy, the adoption of Corporate Social Responsibility, in changes in production processes and the use of lower-impact materials. We also verified that as a way of incorporating criticism as a counterpoint to the hegemonic practices of production and consumption, the movement "slow fashion" proposes not only deceleration time of production and consumption of clothes, but also empowerment and political activism in the area of fashion design. In conclusion, the research identified as a response to criticism, the existence of changes in the sector and the growing ethicization fashion. / A moda e a ind?stria t?xtil constituem um dos maiores segmentos de neg?cios do mundo. Associadas simbioticamente, chamamos este campo de ind?stria da moda. O segmento vem sendo alvo de cr?ticas ?ticas, est?ticas e ambientais. Estas cr?ticas se dirigem, principalmente, ao que tem sido chamado de ?moda r?pida?, ou fast fashion, um sistema de produ??o de alta velocidade, integrado ?s tecnologias de informa??o, que gerencia lan?amentos, vendas, estoques e manufatura de roupas, transformando fichas t?cnicas de pe?as de vestu?rio em um produto acabado dentro de pontos de venda em poucos dias. Therefore, studies to control the properties of the well formed mudcake are fundamental. The mudcake formed should be thin and of low permeability, thus minimizing the filtration and the invasion of the fluid. The main purpose of this work was to study the characteristics of the filtration pie formed during the drilling process of oil wells, using non-Newtonian fluids that follow the Power law model, and applying the simplified theory of filtration adapted for non-Newtonian fluids to achieve the specific objective that was the lifting of the parameters of permeability, porosity, thickness and correction factor obtained from experimental data of filtered volume versus time, in Static conditions, at different pressures. Experimental results were obtained in different filtration conditions (pressure, viscosifier agent and weighting material) seeking to compare and know the mechanisms that control filtration in static conditions. Filtration tests were carried out at 300 psi, 500 psi and 700 psi, using a HTHP cell and prepared non-Newtonian drilling fluids containing xanthan gum (XG) and carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) as viscosifier agent, in addition to calcite and barite. Filtration parameters such as permeability, porosity, pie thickness, filtration time and filtered volume have been evaluated. The permeability of the pie was determined, with the aid of a software of estimation of parameters, using the simplified theory of filtration adapted for non Newtonian fluids proposed by Massarani and Coelho de Castro(1980). The results obtained were confronted with those obtained by other methodologies. The experimental tests also showed that the properties of the pie vary with the filtration pressure. / Durante o processo de perfura??o de po?os de petr?leo, o diferencial de press?o entre a forma??o rochosa e a regi?o anular pode ocasionar um processo de filtra??o e consequente invas?o de fluido de perfura??o nas rochas, causando opera??es irrevers?veis ao po?o. Por isso, s?o fundamentais estudos para controlar as propriedades da torta de filtra??o formada na parede do po?o. A torta formada deve ser fina e de baixa permeabilidade, minimizando assim a filtra??o e a invas?o do fluido. Este trabalho teve como objetivo principal estudar as caracter?sticas da torta de filtra??o formada durante o processo de perfura??o de po?os de petr?leo, utilizando fluidos n?o Newtonianos que seguem a lei da pot?ncia,e aplicando a teoria simplificada da filtra??o adaptada para fluidos n?o Newtonianos para atingir o objetivo espec?fico que foi o levantamento dos par?metros de permeabilidade, porosidade, espessura e fator de corre??o obtidos a partir de dados experimentais de volume de filtrado versus tempo, em condi??es est?ticas, em diferentes press?es.Foram obtidos resultados experimentais em diferentes condi??es de filtra??o (press?o, viscosificante e adensante) buscando comparar e conhecer os mecanismos que controlam a filtra??o em condi??es est?ticas. Foram realizados ensaios de filtra??o a 300 psi, 500 psi e 700 psi, utilizando uma c?lula HTHP e preparados fluidos de perfura??o n?o-Newtonianos contendo Goma Xantana (GX) e carboximetilcelulose (CMC) como viscosificantes, al?m de barita e calcita. Foram avaliados os par?metros da filtra??o como permeabilidade, porosidade, espessura da torta, tempo de filtra??o e volume de filtrado. In Software Product Line (SPL) context it is not different. As EH mechanisms are embedded in most of mainstream programming languages (like Java, C# and C++), we can find exception signalers and handlers spread over code assets associated to common and variable SPL features. When exception signalers and handlers are added to an SPL in an unplanned way, one of the possible consequences is the generation of faulty family instances (i.e., instances on which common or variable features signal exceptions that are mistakenly caught inside the system). In this context, some questions arise: How exceptions flow between the optional and alternative features an LPS? Aiming at providing answers to these questions, this master thesis conducted an exploratory study, based on code inspection and static analysis code, whose goal was to categorize the main ways which exceptions flow in LPSs. To support the study, we developed an static analysis tool called PLEA (Product Line Exception Analyzer) that calculates the exceptional flows of LPSs, and categorize these flows according to the features associated with handlers and signalers. Preliminary results showed that some types of exceptional flows have more potential to yield failures in exceptional behavior of SLPs / O mecanismo de tratamento de exce??es ? amplamente utilizado para a constru??o de sistemas robustos. Quando tratadores ou sinalizadores de exce??es s?o adicionados a uma LPS de forma n?o planejada, uma das poss?veis conseq??ncias ? a gera??o de produtos falhos (i.e., produtos em que exce??es lan?adas por features vari?veis ou obrigat?rias s?o erroneamente tratadas). Neste contexto, surge a pergunta: Quais as consequ?ncias de se usar o mecanismo de tratamento de exce??es em LPSs? Com o objetivo de responder a esta pergunta, este trabalho conduz um estudo explorat?rio, baseado em inspe??o de c?digo e an?lise est?tica de c?digo, cujo objetivo foi caracterizar as principais formas em que exce??es fluem em LPSs. Est?tica do apocalipse: (re) considera??es acerca da (des) arboriza??o urbana de Natal e seu contributo ? sa?de p?blica

Utilizing a mapping of the trees included in the researched area, each individual tree was analyzed according to its age, taxonomic listing, architecture, shape and size (determined by aesthetic/convenience reasons or deformed by pruning). Initially investigated were the covert reasons lying underneath the constant aggression against trees (which many times seem to contain elements of hatred and contempt) within the urban environment. In addition to that, the aspects concerning environmental modifications and the consequent impact on public health were also assessed. Two main problems promptly emerged as a result of the removal of trees: a) without a canopy to protect the areas, they became subject to winds directly blown from SW Africa and impregnated with aerosol partic les, which are common causes for respiratory disorders and, b) direct UV solar radiation, which causes some types of skin cancers and eye disorders. To reach such results, we studied the origins and formation of UV radiation induced cancers and searched for the UV radiation spectra of action, e.g., usual intensity and quantity reaching clear and shadowed spaces in a certain area and its consequences. In a second instance, we also searched for pertinent data resources in order to confirm the increase of skin cancer cases due to exposure to UV radiation and the relation between the destruction of the green canopy and the above mentioned problems. We believe that a few significant results have been achieved by this study, namely: the relation between a culture based on medieval beliefs and its consequences on the environment; how this culture exploits and deforms nature in pursuit of financial and psychological interests to a point of transforming the landscape into a copy of something devoid of any relation to latitude and altitude; and above all, the indifference concerning the alarming results carried by these modifications / O presente trabalho teve como principal objetivo, verificar o estado de conserva??o da coberta vegetal da cidade de Natal e sua rela??o com a qualidade de vida. Three targets are envisaged here: to analyze the aesthetic ideas backing Parafolcl?rico Group exhibitions; to evaluate how their many folk elements interact with different artist languages in order to compose a certain choreography; and finally, to identify the aesthetic conformation placed behind the two different choreographs of the last performances, their trends and innermost features that differentiate them. In accordance with the Analysis of Contents (BARDIN, 2006), interviews have been made with the choreographers and the staff of the spectacles, resulting in elucidating answers to the understanding of their thematic axis. On the first chapter we called attention to motivating subjects as recollection, personal experiences, bibliography research, research in loco regarded as propelling forces of the creative works. Herein, folk culture is depicted as a dynamic process opening a frank dialogue with contemporary events and reinforcing their continuity. On the second chapter, we approached the aesthetic conformation and the scenic elements (costumes, light, scenario, make-up), integrating the studied spectacles and disseminating folk songs in various ways. As what concerns the subjects discourse, we have obtained support in authors like Robatto (1994); Lobo; Navas (2008); Burke (1989); Canclini (2006); Dufrenne (2005); Medeiros (2005); Pavis (2005); Silva (2005), among others. Those authors have provided us with an indispensable theoretic support which, added to the interviews, convinced us that the Parafolcl?rico Group s aesthetic conception tends to identify itself with the artist languages and other techniques of that Group. It also made sure that the Group s course aims at an aesthetic conception which is not limited to popular culture manifestations, like dance, but admits to play with other media in order to communicate its art. In view of this situation, we arrived to two conclusions: first: the group s interchanges emphasize the dynamic character of popular culture which, by establishing contacts with different realities, receives influences capable of extending its own continuity; second: the contemporary state of arts also improves multiple interchanges opening way, so, for many accomplishments in their field. Therefore, UFRN Parafolcl?rico Group inserts itself in the contemporary scenery by performing new evaluations of the popular dances as long as it puts them in contact with different technical, aesthetic, artist and culture combinations / Esta pesquisa tem como estudo de caso o Grupo Parafolcl?rico da UFRN, cuja conforma??o est?tica ? analisada, principalmente nas suas duas ?ltimas produ??es, intituladas Flor do L?rio (2004) e Debaixo do Barro do Ch?o (2008). Temos como objetivos: refletir sobre a concep??o est?tica que vem configurando as produ??es coreogr?ficas do Grupo Parafolcl?rico da UFRN; discutir como se estabelece o di?logo entre os elementos da cultura popular com diversas linguagens art?sticas no processo de composi??o das coreografias; identificar a conforma??o est?tica que atravessa o compor das core?grafas dos dois ?ltimos espet?culos produzidos, bem como as caracter?sticas dessas produ??es, as converg?ncias e idiossincrasias que marcaram esses trabalhos. A partir do recurso metodol?gico da An?lise de Conte?do (BARDIN, 2006), foram realizadas entrevistas com as core?grafas dos espet?culos mencionados e com o elenco participante dessas montagens, o que propiciou uma leitura flutuante das respostas e elabora??o de eixos tem?ticos que foram discutidos no texto. No primeiro cap?tulo, evidenciamos os trajetos motivacionais como a mem?ria, as experi?ncias pessoais, a pesquisa bibliogr?fica, a pesquisa in loco enquanto propulsores dos trabalhos de cria??o. Evidenciamos um posicionamento sobre cultura popular como um processo din?mico que consegue dialogar com os acontecimentos do tempo presente, promovendo, dessa forma, sua continuidade. No cap?tulo seguinte, adentramos na conforma??o est?tica e nos elementos c?nicos (figurino, ilumina??o, cen?rio, maquiagem) que integram os espet?culos estudados e comunicam a dan?a popular de maneiras diversas. Para embasar nossas pondera??es em rela??o aos discursos dos sujeitos entrevistados, nos fundamentamos em autores como Robatto (1994); Lobo; Navas (2008); Burke (1989); Canclini (2006); Dufrenne (2005); Medeiros (2005); Pavis (2005); Silva (2005), entre outros. Esses autores nos deram um aporte te?rico imprescind?vel que, juntamente com os depoimentos dos entrevistados, nos possibilitou identificar que a concep??o est?tica que vem se configurando no Grupo tende a estabelecer contatos com linguagens art?sticas e com t?cnicas diversas de movimento. Essa realidade nos mostra que os trajetos c?nicos realizados pelo Grupo Parafolcl?rico da UFRN apontam para uma concep??o est?tica que n?o se fixa apenas na cultura popular, sobretudo suas dan?as, mas que pode interagir com outros meios para comunicar sua arte. Tal situa??o nos apresentou duas constata??es interessantes em que, primeiramente, os interc?mbios realizados reafirmam o car?ter din?mico da cultura popular que, ao estabelecer contatos com outras realidades, absorve influ?ncias, possibilitando sua pr?pria continuidade. Artaud s route is raw material for researchers of various hues interested in a life and work that allows panning in different fields of knowledge. It raises the question of language and manipulation of signals in terms of magical forces and the relationship maintained through them with the cosmos and the divine. Artaud searches through a language of signals, gestures and objects that express themselves by objective forms and the use of words as solid objects. For him, the language of words must give way to the language of signals, whose objective aspect is what strikes us most immediately. Our work indicates the possibility of realization and recognition of the aesthetic of cruelty present in the writing drawings of artaudian s work, realizing thus, that art as a record of culture hence as double of life allows us a more critical and transforming look to the society, thinking about the aesthetics of cruelty as Artaud proposes and thinks cruelty: as appetite for life. Our dialogue held during the construction of this journey has the company, besides the one of Antonin Artaud, other authors such as Jacques Derrida, Gilles Deleuze and Felix Guatarri, among others which, during the hike and framing of this route help us to think about the aesthetics of cruelty in an Artaudian perspective / Antonin Artaud, nome que nos remete a ?reas que v?o do teatro ? poesia, da lingu?stica ? psican?lise, ? um nome polivalente que transita nas atividades de poeta, pintor, escritor, ator, roteirista, dramaturgo e diretor teatral. A trajet?ria de Artaud ? mat?ria-prima para pesquisadores dos mais variados matizes, interessados numa vida e numa obra que possibilitam garimpar em v?rias ?reas do conhecimento. Ele coloca a quest?o da linguagem e da manipula??o de signos em termos de for?as m?gicas e da rela??o mantida, atrav?s deles, com o cosmos e com o divino. Artaud busca uma linguagem atrav?s dos signos, de gestos e objetos que se expressam pelas formas objetivas e pelo uso das palavras como objetos s?lidos. Para ele, a linguagem das palavras deve dar lugar ? linguagem por signos, cujo aspecto objetivo ? o que mais nos atinge de imediato.
