[pt] A adoção com dupla paternidade faz parte dos debates em torno das minorias sexuais e sua relação com os direitos que são reconhecidos às pessoas e cidadãos pertencentes a um Estado. A partir desse ponto de partida, a pesquisa visa observar as dinâmicas que surgem em casais de homens que optam por ter filhos por meio do instituto jurídico da adoção, a fim de ilustrar como sua identidade homossexual é negociada em relação aos requisitos legais que são exigidos para adotar. Nesse contexto, o foco do trabalho é direcionado aos postulados não essencialistas oferecidos pelos estudos queer, com o objetivo de ter uma visão crítica do processo adotivo com dupla paternidade, segundo os fundamentos teóricos de Michel Foucault, Judith Butler e Paul B. Preciado. A pesquisa opta pela adoção, justamente para observar desde uma perspectiva queer, se ela se afasta ou não das posições que naturalizam a família heterossexual, como a única capaz de gerar prole e apta para adotar. Isso, porque adotar é um ato jurídico que se aperfeiçoa com a vontade de quem o pratica, sem exigir, em princípio, uma verdade biológica ou identidade sexual de quem deseja adotar. O trabalho analítico da pesquisa se nutre das informações fornecidas pelos casais entrevistados, pretendendo oferecer uma contribuição na área dos estudos sobre homossexualidade, desde uma visão queer que vai além do estabelecido. / [es] La adopción con doble paternidad, se encuadra dentro de los debates en torno a las minorías sexuales y su relación con los derechos que le son reconocidos como personas y ciudadanos pertenecientes a un Estado. Desde ese punto de partida, la investigación se interesa por observar las dinámicas que se suscitan en parejas de hombres que escogen tener descendencia mediante el instituto jurídico de la adopción, a fin de ilustrar como es negociada su identidad homosexual en relación a los requisitos que se exigen para adoptar. En ese contexto, el enfoque del trabajo está direccionado a los postulados no esencialistas, ofrecidos por los estudios queer, con el objetivo de tener una visión crítica del proceso adoptivo con doble paternidad, de acuerdo a los fundamentos teóricos de Michel Foucault, Judith Butler y Paul Preciado. La pesquisa escoge la adopción, justamente para observar desde un entendimiento queer, si ella se aleja o no de las posturas que naturalizan a la familia heterosexual, como la única capaz de crear descendencia e idónea para adoptar. Esto porque adoptar es un acto legal, que se perfecciona con la voluntad de quienes realizan el acto, sin requerir, en principio, de una verdad biológica o identidad sexual de quienes desean adoptar. El trabajo analítico de la investigación se nutre de la información entregada por las parejas entrevistadas, pretendiendo ofrecer un aporte al área de los estudios sobre homosexualidad, tomando palco desde una visión queer que va más allá de lo establecido.

Orientador: Rosangela Aparecida de Medeiros Hespanhol / Resumo: Esta pesquisa pretende analisar como o acesso das associadas da Força Feminina do município de Mirante do Paranapanema – SP, no Programa de Aquisição de Alimentos (PAA), contribui para o empoderamento dessas mulheres, além de estabelecer uma relação com a categoria geográfica território, pois são identificadas relações de poder entre os líderes da associação para com as associadas e associados. Para tanto, foi utilizado o estudo de caso para compreender melhor os aspectos particulares da Associação Força Feminina. Além de revisão bibliográfica, levantamento e sistematização de dados de fontes secundárias, se realizou pesquisa de campo, por meio de entrevistas, com roteiros semiestruturados. Para compreender melhor o Programa de Aquisição de Alimentos (PAA), foi utilizado dados disponibilizados pela Companhia Nacional de Abastecimento (Conab). Estabelecer uma relação entre gênero, território e empoderamento colaborou para entendermos que as relações de gênero são determinadas por relações de poder, sendo que romper com essa estrutura fez com que, no caso desta pesquisa, nos deparássemos com mulheres que não consideram o seu trabalho uma ajuda ao trabalho do homem. Orientador: José Carlos Marques / Resumo: A tese teve como objetivo analisar as representações sociais das mulheres olímpicas brasileiras e estrangeiras, a partir das capas do jornal O Globo Rio e do Caderno Especial Rio 2016, durante os Jogos Olímpicos Rio 2016. A participação das mulheres na Rio 2016 foi um destaque, representando 46% dos atletas inscritos, o maior número de mulheres na história dos jogos, e suscitou vários debates sobre igualdade de gêneros. Vários estudos demonstraram que a cobertura esportiva da mídia tende a privilegiar os homens atletas em detrimento das mulheres, e que as atletas costumam ser muito mais retratadas por sua aparência, roupas e vida pessoal em reportagens sobre esportes, do que pelos seus feitos no esporte. A pesquisa apresenta revisão bibliográfica dos estudos de gênero e representações sociais das mulheres; do jogo como elemento da cultura, da dominação masculina no campo esportivo, história das mulheres nos esportes no Brasil e a trajetória das mulheres nas Olimpíadas. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The thesis was aimed at analyzing the social representation of Brazilian and foreign Olympic women from the covers of O Globo Rio newspaper and Rio 2016 Special Section during Rio 2016 Olympic Games. The participation of women in Rio 2016 was a highlight, representing 46% of registered athletes, the largest number of women in the history of games, and has sparked several debates on gender equality. Several studies have shown that sports media coverage tends to favor male athletes rather than female ones, and athletes are often much more portrayed by their appearance, clothing and personal life in sports reports. The research presents bibliographical review related to the studies of gender and social representations of the women; the game as an element of culture; male domination in the sports field, the history of women in sports in Brazil and the trajectory of women in the Olympics. As methodology, it is used the Critical Analysis of Discourse, to identify the discursive constructions and the representations of the athletes, in covers of O Globo newspaper and Rio 2016 Special Section during Rio 2016 Olympic Games. [pt] O objetivo desta pesquisa é uma análise das representações cinematográficos do gênero feminino na filmografia do diretor espanhol Pedro Almodóvar. A mulher, já tão massificada e representada, parece adquirir um frescor diferenciado em sua representação pelas mãos do diretor manchego, justamente por não ser a mais comum (normatizada), ou remotamente hollywoodiana. Seus personagens parecem construídos e definidos por suas identidades de gêneros – ou pela ausência dos mesmos, sejam eles os masculinos ou femininos. Para atingir este entendimento, foi utilizado a Análise de Conteúdo como método de avaliação dos dezessete longas-metragens disponíveis no mercado até o momento. Este estudo baseia-se em dois arcos teóricos principais: a Teoria das Representações, a partir do trabalho seminal de Serge Moscovici até sua apropriação pelos Estudos Culturais e as matizes teóricas das questões de gênero, que perpassam pelos Estudos Feministas e suscitam debates até hoje. O foco principal analítico, porém, é a maneira como essa representação do gênero feminino é articulado dentro do universo fílmico de Almodóvar e suas estratégias como cineasta e artista. / [en] The present study analyzes the cinematographic representations of female gender in Spanish director Pedro Almodóvar’s filmography. Woman – massified and overrepresented – appears to acquire a refreshed representation in the hands of the Manchego director, precisely by declining the ordinary (normative) or Hollywoodian representation. His characters seem to be built and defined by their gender identities – or by the absence of them, whether male or female. To achieve this understanding, the selected method of evaluation was a Content Analysis of the seventeen Almodóvar motion pictures presently available on the market. This study is based on two main theoretical arcs: the Social Representations Theory, from the seminal work of Serge Moscovici to its appropriation by Cultural Studies, and the theoretical hues of gender issues, which pervade Feminist Studies and generate discussion to the present date. The main analytical focus, however, is the manner in which female gender representation is articulated in Almodóvar’s filmic universe and his strategies as filmmaker and artist.

Nesse processo, buscamos concorrer para o desenvolvimento da linguagem escrita dos alunos tendo como objetivos específicos a organização da atividade de ensino e estudo necessárias para a apropriação da noção do gênero textual biografia de forma ludo-pedagógica, colocando os alunos como sujeitos ativos desse processo de modo que pudessem perceber, com a ajuda do pesquisador, a necessidade da escrita em situações comunicativas específicas. A aplicação da intervenção formativa nessa pesquisa se deu pautada nos pressupostos da teoria histórico-cultural, fundamentada no materialismo histórico-dialético e foi realizada com sujeitos de 4º ano de uma escola pública municipal de ensino fundamental da cidade de Birigui/SP tendo dois momentos. O primeiro se deu a partir de observações em sala de aula durante o primeiro semestre de 2017. O segundo momento ocorreu com a participação de oito sujeitos desse quarto ano em encontros semanais com o pesquisador, de agosto a dezembro do mesmo ano. We seek to contribute with the students process of written development language, having as specific objectives the organization of the teaching and study activity for the appropriation of biographical notion of textual genre in a ludo-pedagogical way and placing the students as active subjects of this process, in which they could perceive, with the help of the researcher, the need for writing in specific communicative situations. The application of formative intervention in this research was based on the assumptions of historical-cultural theory, based on historical-dialectical materialism and was carried out with subjects of a 4th grade of a municipal public elementary school in the city of Birigui/SP, having two different moments of intervention. The first was based on observations in the classroom during the first semester of 2017. The second moment occurred with a participation of a 4th grade subjects in weekly meetings with the researcher, from August to December in the same year. At these meetings, the activities were planned and directed by the researcher in order to provide students with the conditions to prepare biographical texts with the purpose of exposing them to the school community. [pt] O BNDES - empresa pública federal - passou por recentes transformações nos últimos anos, que resultaram em grande renovação de seu quadro funcional. Além do Programa de Desligamento Programado, a empresa ampliou seu quadro, tendo hoje 58 por cento dos empregados com menos de seis anos de serviço e 79 por cento com até 10 anos. A constatação dessas transformações no quadro profissional dessa organização motivou a realização deste trabalho que teve como objetivo identificar e compreender os valores relativos ao trabalho dos empregados do BNDES, bem como avaliar a existência de diferenças desses valores em função das mudanças geracionais, de gênero ou de adaptação ao trabalho. Buscou-se conhecer melhor eventuais especificidades do atual quadro funcional, o que pode auxiliar a formulação de políticas mais adequadas para a atração, motivação e retenção destes empregados. Para alcançar esse objetivo foi aplicado, a 262 empregados do BNDES, a Escala de Valores Relativos ao Trabalho (Porto e Tamayo, 2003), buscando comparar a hierarquia dos valores relativos ao trabalho dos empregados do BNDES de diferentes grupos, segregados pela geração, gênero e adaptação ao trabalho no BNDES. Os resultados das comparações revelaram, todavia, pequenas diferenças nas hierarquias e pouca diferenciação da intensidade destes valores em função das segregações aqui apresentadas, impossibilitando portanto, com a amostra obtida, concluir acerca da influência da geração, gênero ou adaptação ao trabalho na priorização dos valores relativos ao trabalho. / [en] Over the last few years, the BNDES – a public federal corporation– has gone through several transformations which resulted in an overall renovation of its workforce. In addition to the retirement incentive plan, the company has also greatly expanded its staff, and currently has 58 per cent of its employees with less than 6 years of service, and 79 per cent with less than 10 years. The observation of these transformations in the workforce of this organization inspired this study, which carries as its objective, the identification and comprehension of work values of the BNDES’ employees, as well as the evaluation of the existing differences of these values in relation to the changes in generation, gender and work adaptations. It seeks to better understand specific variations of its current staff, which could assist in the development of more adequate policies that attract, motivate and retain these employees. To accomplish this goal, a survey scaling work values (Porto e Tamayo, 2003) was applied to 262 employees of BNDES, seeking to compare the hierarchy of work values within the employee groups, segragated by generation, gender, and work adaptability. The results of these comparisons revealed insignificant differences within the hierarchy and little differentiation in the intensity of these values in relation to the segregations listed above, making it impossible, with the sample shown here, to observe the influence of generation, gender, or work adaptation in the prioritization of work values.

[pt] Este trabalho tem como objetivo investigar os clientes masculinos e como eles têm reagido às recentes mudanças nas relações de gênero, segundo o olhar do psicólogo clínico. Para tanto, realiza-se, inicialmente, uma revisão dos estudos de gênero, dos estudos psicológicos de gênero e dos estudos da masculinidade à luz da perspectiva construtivista. Dado que a maior parte da bibliografia encontrada sobre estes temas é de origem estrangeira, apresenta-se em seguida um capítulo tratando das relações de gênero no Brasil, e os trabalhos desenvolvidos nesta área. Por fim, apresenta-se a pesquisa de campo, realizada com 10 psicólogos clínicos. Os principais resultados obtidos foram divididos em dois grandes temas. O primeiro, gênero na clínica, discute a clínica psicológica como espaço construtor de gênero e como os psicólogos vêm realizando isto. O segundo, as relações de gênero, discute alguns dilemas presentes no processo de mudança das relações de gênero, e qual pode ser o papel do psicólogo neste. / [en] The present thesis aims to investigate the male clients and how they have been reacting to recent changes on gender relations, trough the psychotherapists´ eyes. A theoretical review of existing gender studies, psychological studies of gender, and of masculinity studies, in the light of the constructivist perspective, is done initially. Since most of the available bibliography about those themes is of foreign origin, a chapter about the relations of gender and works developed in this area in Brazil, is presented next. Finally, the research carried out with 10 clinical psychologists is presented. The main results obtained from this research were divided in two main subjects. The first one, gender in the clinic, discusses the psychological clinic as a space of gender construction, and how the psychologists are doing this. The second one, relations of gender, discusses some present dilemmas in the process of gender relations´ changes, and which may be the psychologist´s role in that.

[pt] A análise da correspondência entre Hesíodo e Daniel revelou-se, surpreendentemente, profícua, especialmente no que diz respeito ao mito das cinco raças, em Os Trabalhos e os dias, do primeiro, e ao sonho da estátua compósita, no livro que leva o nome do segundo. A analogia revela que, guardadas as devidas proporções em termos de marco social, língua e cultura de uma forma geral, os pontos de contato se dão a partir das fontes comuns, repercutidas na estrutura e no gênero literário. O objetivo desta dissertação é averiguar em que medida Hesíodo teria influenciado o livro de Daniel, tendo em vista ser o poeta grego cerca de seis séculos anterior ao livro do redator judeu. Assim sendo, o trabalho começa com uma análise e tradução do mito grego, seguindo sempre as etapas do método histórico-crítico; em seguida, é feito um estudo acerca da origem e das características do gênero que os aproxima, o apocalíptico; posteriormente, a análise e tradução da perícope de Daniel para, por fim, sumariar a aproximação entre os dois, o que, de certa forma, já acontece ao longo do trabalho. / [en] The analysis of the correspondence between Hesiod and Daniel turn out to be, surprinsingly, proficient, specially with regard to the myth of ages, in the Works and days, belonging to the first, and the dream of compound statue, in the book that has the name of the second. The analogy shows that, retaining the proportions due to each one in terms of setting, language and culture on the whole, the contact points occur from the common sources, having repercutions on the framework and literary gender. The aim of this research is to verify in which measure Hesiod would have influenced the book of Daniel, having in mind that Greek poet lived at about six centuries before the Jewish editor´s book. In this way, the research begins analysing and translating the Greek myth, following always the stages of the historical-critical method. Next, is made a study about the origin and features of the apocalyptic gender that brings the two texts close to each other. Subsequently, the analysis and translation of the extract of Daniel to, finally, summarize the proximity between them, which, anyway, has already been occuring along the research.

[pt] Este estudo visa mostrar que a experiência de mulheres pobres e anônimas que se destacam por trabalhos sociais em suas comunidades pode nos revelar várias questões plurais dentro de um conjunto supostamente homogêneo. As mulheres escolhidas neste estudo se destacaram através da resistência individual, ou por não se submeter aos padrões sociais que tentam impedir sua inserção em espaços supostamente privilegiados, e da persistência em fazer de trabalhos sociais um caminho de luta rumo à conquista plena de seus direitos enquanto cidadãs. Talvez, ao final deste estudo, se consiga contribuir com a história social das Mulheres no Brasil. O jogo social de consentimentos e conflitos invisíveis que aparece na luta de poder entre as próprias mulheres raramente é exposto como nessa oportunidade em que mulheres pobres e faveladas têm de contar sua história. Para além da visão clássica da condição feminina que uniformiza mulheres e homens, este estudo pretende mostrar os deslocamento destas posições dicotômicas de gênero que englobam questões de raça / etnia, classe e geração. / [en] This study doesn't seek to portray histories of heroines and of executioners, but show that the women's experience can reveal us several plural subjects of a group supposedly homogeneous. The chosen women in this study, got if it highlights through the individual resistance in not submitting to the effective social patterns that try to impede their inserts supposedly in spaces privileged and of the persistence in doing a fight road of their social works heading for the full conquest of their rights while citizens. Maybe, at the end of this study, I get to contribute with the social history of the Women in Brazil putting in prominence the social game of consents and invisible conflicts that appear in the fight of power also among the own women, because rarely, the poor and slum dwellers women have the opportunity to count their history. For besides the classic vision of the feminine condition that it equalizes women and men, this study intends to show the displacement of these divided positions gender that include race / ethno, class and generation.

[pt] A presente dissertação traz uma reflexão sobre a violência doméstica contra a mulher, em especial, a violência psicológica, e sobre a atuação do Poder Judiciário no seu enfrentamento. O estudo busca identificar como aspectos culturais, relacionados à tradicionalização dos papéis de gênero e incorporados na subjetividade dos sujeitos, naturalizam modos de percepção e ação, tornando invisíveis modos de violências praticadas contra a mulher no âmbito doméstico. A pesquisa, de cunho qualitativo, ocorreu em dois Juizados Especiais Criminais (JECrim) do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, sendo eles: o JECrim da Comarca de Belford Roxo e o I JECrim da Comarca da Capital e se baseia em documentos existentes nos referidos juizados e em entrevistas semi-estruturadas realizadas com vítimas, agressores e conciliadores. A análise realizada evidencia que as formas mais sutis de violência doméstica contra a mulher podem se tornar invisíveis por fazerem parte de um habitus de gênero. Evidencia também que a atuação dos JECrims, nos casos de violência doméstica contra a mulher, em geral, não garante os direitos assegurados a estas. / [en] This dissertation is a study into the structural aspects of domestic violence against women, in particular psychological violence, and the performance of the Brazilian Judiciary system in dealing with this violence. The study attempts to identify how subjects adopt traditional cultural norms relating to gender roles, and how this may legitimise certain types of behaviour and render invisible more subtle forms of domestic violence. The research took place at two special criminal courts (Juizados Especiais Criminais (JECrim) in the Brazilian state of Rio de Janeiro: JECrim da Comarca de Belford Roxo, and I JECrim da Comarca da Capital. The study takes the form of exploratory qualitative research and is based on analysis of extant court documents and on semi- structured interviews with complainants, defendants and mediators. The study evinces that the subtlest forms of domestic violence against women can become invisible as part of a gender habitus. It also evinces that in general, in relation to domestic violence, JECrim is ineffectual in safeguarding the rights of women.
