A associação a esta representação social, cria uma cultura esportiva onde se define a esteriotipação de quais práticas cabem aos homens e quais delas cabem às mulheres numa condição de personificação do esporte. Todo e qualquer movimento contrário a esta lógica imposta como legitimação social pela classe dominante subverte a ordem e instaura-se o preconceito para além do gênero, obstruindo muitos atletas a progredirem profissionalmente nestes esportes por assumirem uma postura contrária as preconizadas como ideal de virilidade. Diante deste contexto presenciado na realidade brasileira esportiva, o voleibol é um esporte que tem uma representação social como imaginário a sua prática condizente mais para mulheres do que por homens. Devido a isto, pela execução de suas habilidades motoras especializadas e o não contato físico entre os praticantes faz dele preferido pelo público feminino em detrimento ao futebol, por exemplo, onde se exige uma corporeidade voltada ao contato físico constante entre os participantes, por isso cria-se uma corporeidade de gestos mais suaves e delicados. Por esta razão vê-se uma associação de muitos atletas homens que praticam a voleibol, também serem homossexuais e explicitam essa condição nas ações motoras do jogo. Diante disso, esta pesquisa tem como objetivo principal primeiro apontar é analisar como adquiriram a homossexualidade e como isto, perpassa suas vidas na família, escola e equipes. Para alcançar este objetivo a metodologia utilizada foi composta primeira por uma revisão de literatura que nos permitiu entender sobre sexualidade, homossexualidade, gênero e esporte, todos eles deram condições de dialogar com as respostas dos entrevistados que tiveram suas identidades preservadas com nomes fictícios e, para coletar os dados, optamos por entrevistar quatro atletas de voleibol que se declararam homossexuais e que pertencem a equipes esportivas que disputam competições regionais e estaduais. Portanto trata-se de uma pesquisa de caráter qualitativo, com a elaboração de um roteiro de questões semi estruturada, onde a entrevista foi o procedimento metodológico adotado, já que ela permitiu ao entrevistado fazer colocações ampliadas a respeito da temática investigada. Após esta etapa, analisamos todas as questões e diante das respostas concluímos que todos os atletas apontaram que a homossexualidade não tem relação com o esporte em si, mas que se torna uma barreira sim para elevar-se na hierarquia esportiva, ficando restrito a equipes que disputam torneios considerados de segundo nível sem projeção nacional ou internacional, pois nesse contexto sua aceitação é maior. / The sport most of the time has its representativity fixed in the masculinity like basic prerequisite to credit the possibility of practice to any individual. The association with this social representation creates a sports culture where the stereotyping of which practices fit the men and which of them fit to the women in a condition of personification of the sport is defined. Any and all movement contrary to this logic imposed as social legitimacy by the ruling class subverts the order and establishes the prejudice beyond the gender, obstructing many athletes to progress professionally in these sports because they take a contrary position to those recommended as an ideal of virility. In view of this context, seen in the Brazilian sporting reality, volleyball is a sport that has a social representation as imaginary, its practice more suitable for women than for men. Due to this, the execution of their specialized motor skills and the non-physical contact between the practitioners makes it preferred by the female audience to the detriment of the soccer, for example where a corporality is demanded for the constant physical contact between the participants, therefore it is created a body héxis of gestures more gentle and delicate. For this reason it is seen an association of many athletes men who practice volleyball are also homosexuals and they explain this condition in their corporal héxis in the motor actions of the game. In view of this, this research has as main objective to identify in the life trajectory of some of these volleyball athletes, declared homosexuals, first where they acquired this homosexuality and if it becomes an obstacle to their sporting ascent. In order to reach this objective, the methodology used was first composed by a literature review that allowed us to understand about sexuality, homosexuality and for this we use, among others, Michael Foucalt, in relation to gender to understand this concept we use Guacira Louro and specifically about volleyball, we use Barros, Crisostomo, all of them were able to dialogue with the answers of the interviewees who had their identities preserved with fictitious names and, to collect the data, we chose to interview four volleyball athletes who declared themselves homosexual and that belong to sports teams which compete for regional and state competitions. Therefore, it is a research of a qualitative nature, with the elaboration of a semi-structured questionnaire, where the interview was the methodological procedure adopted, since it allowed the interviewee to make extended positions regarding the researched topic. After this stage, we analyzed all the questions and, in the face of the answers, we concluded that all athletes pointed out that homosexuality has no relation to the sport itself, but that it becomes a barrier to elevating itself in the sports hierarchy, being restricted to teams who compete in tournaments considered of second level without national or international projection because in this context the acceptance is better.

Verificando-se a escassez de publicações sobre o tema, esta pesquisa abarca sua fundamentação teórica no diálogo dos conceitos históricos, sociais, culturais, midiáticos e comunicacionais, juntamente com o rico material produzido em 2013 pelo Instituto Ethos de Empresas e Responsabilidade Social às organizações, com direcionamentos em relação à abordagem da temática da homossexualidade no ambiente de trabalho, como também, perante a sociedade nos quais estão inseridas. De forma a aprofundar os debates a partir das informações obtidas através das pesquisas teóricas e documentais, o presente estudo realizou entrevistas com homossexuais masculinos, atualmente inseridos em empresas públicas e privadas brasileiras, onde buscou-se a resposta para as seguintes indagações: se o homossexual pode desenvolver-se plenamente nas organizações ou se ainda enfrenta preconceitos e de que forma as organizações tratam este assunto em sua comunicação, a partir da perspectiva de seu público interno. A pesquisa realizada mostrou que embora exista um certo avanço no tratamento dos homossexuais nas empresas ainda permanece a discriminação, seja manifesta de forma explicita ou de forma velada. Estas conclusões vêm de encontro à proposta desta pesquisa, garantindo-lhe relevância, pois descrevem como as organizações ainda tratam as questões relacionadas ao público LGBT como um fator de impedimento para que este homossexual obtenha seu desenvolvimento pleno nas organizações em que está inserido. / This dissertation sought to provide a dialog between communication – especially organizational communication – and the claims from the LGBT segment. Given the scarcity of publications in the field, this research grounds its theoretical foundation on the dialog between historical, social, cultural, communicational and media concepts, along with the rich material produced by the Ethos Institute of Business and Social Responsibility in 2013, which provides guidelines regarding the treatment of homosexuality-related topics within both the workplace and towards the larger society in which organizations are immersed. In order to deepen the debate based on the information obtained through theoretical research and documental analysis, this study performed interviews with male homosexuals currently employed by Brazilian companies, oriented by the following quests: whether homosexuals can develop plainly within the organization or they face prejudices; and how organizations are dealing with this matter in their communication from the perspective of internal public. This research showed that despite a certain degree of advancement in the treatment of homosexuals in organizations, discrimination still remains, being manifested either explicitly or covertly. These conclusions are aligned with the research objective – therefore ensuring its relevance – because they describe how organizations still deal with issues related to the LGBT public as a barrier for homosexuals to achieve their full development within the organization they are part of.

Algumas questões interferem negativamente na opinião das pessoas como a crença errônea de que os homossexuais tenderiam a abusar sexualmente da criança ou que a orientação sexual dos pais determinaria a do filho. No Brasil, a avaliação favorável ou não da adoção por pessoas homossexuais, no campo da psicologia jurídica, é uma discussão ainda recente. A formação na Psicologia parece não enfatizar o tema da sexualidade e da homossexualidade e há pouca literatura que combata os mitos e equívocos sobre o desenvolvimento de filhos, quando criados por pessoas ou casais assumidamente homossexuais. Diante disso, esta pesquisa descritiva investigou a concepção de psicólogos judiciários diante de situações de adoção em que o adotante assuma uma orientação sexual homossexual. Participaram onze psicólogos judiciários atuantes em fóruns de duas cidades do interior paulista, respondendo a um roteiro de entrevista. Os relatos dos psicólogos foram gravados, transcritos na íntegra para a análise do conteúdo e foram distribuídos nos seguintes agrupamentos temáticos: procedimentos e critérios utilizados para avaliação psicológica em casos gerais e de requerentes homossexuais; concepções sobre a homossexualidade, sua determinação e sobre as pessoas homossexuais; opinião sobre a adoção por homossexuais e o desenvolvimento de pessoas criadas por pais/mães homossexuais; depoimentos de psicólogos que já acompanharam processos de adoção por homossexuais; além de aspectos da formação acadêmica e continuada que influenciam na avaliação dos casos de adoção. Conclui-se que, em geral, os psicólogos mostraram certa imprecisão na sua atuação profissional, quando se trata de processos de adoção por homossexuais, revelando contradições... / Children adoption by homosexuals is polemic in several countries. Some negative aspects, such as erroneous beliefs that homosexuals to sexually abuse children or that the parents' sexual orientation would determine the children's, influence people's opinion. In Brazil, the evaluation of adoption by homosexuals, whether favorable or not, is still a recent discussion regarding the judicial psychology field. Psychology formation doesn't seem to emphasize neither sexuality nor homosexuality, and there is little literature which fights myths and misunderstandings about children's development when raised by homosexual people or partners. Hence, this descriptive study investigated judicial psychologists' conception face the adoption situation when the adopter has clearly assumed a homosexual orientation. Eleven judicial psycholgists working in courts in two paulista interior cities answered and interview. The psychologists' reports were recorded, fully transcribed for content analysis, and distributed among thematic gorups: procedures and criteria for psychological evaluation in both general and homosexual cases; conceptins of homosexuality, its determination and homosexual people; opinion on adoption by homosexuals and the development of people raised by homosexual fathers and/or mothers; testimonials of psychologists who have already followed processes of adoption by homosexuals; aspects of the academic and continous formation which influence the evaluation of adoption cases. Descrições históricas indicam que desde a Grécia Antiga, sanções às práticas homoeróticas são recorrentes, porém, é com o surgimento do personagem homossexual no século XIX que as injúrias e perseguições se direcionaram para o sujeito homossexual. Ainda que, ambientes freqüentados para encontros homoeróticos sempre existiram, é apontado pela história que, a partir do século XIV, idéias eugenistas, higienistas e heteronormativas enfocaram na segregação de lugares e programas familiares em contraposição a lugares onde se aglutinavam as escórias da sociedade, os quais deveriam ser tratados com diferenciação e violência. Partindo do exposto, surgem os dispositivos de socialização freqüentados também por homossexuais, os chamados popularmente, por esses freqüentadores, guetos gays. No entanto, é fato que a violência sofrida pelos homossexuais, sugere um novo caráter expressivo e crescente – a relação de poder e hierarquização entre os próprios homossexuais. Para tal pesquisa, realizaram-se observações etnográficas nestes locais em um município do interior paranaense, assim como se realizaram entrevistas prolongadas com freqüentadores selecionados e que ocasionaram em análises das narrativas de histórias de vida... / This study problematizes the ways of subjection and hierarchical relations and also the power actions that surround male homosexulaties, attenders of GLBTTT sexualities socialization spots (places). Historical descriptions show that since Ancient Greece, punishments for homoerotic practices were carried out, nevertheless, it was with the appearance of the homosexual character from the XIX century that those injuries and persecutions headed towards the homosexual character. Even though spots attended by homoerotic meetings have always existed, it is shown through history that, since the XIV century, eugenistic, hygienistic and heteronormative ideas focused on the segregation of places and family programs and also in opposition to places where the society mob gathered, which should be tread with differentiation and violence. Due to the aforementioned, socialization spots also attended by homosexuals are creaated, the popularly so-called, by these attenders, gay ghettos. However, it is a fact that the violence faced by these homosexuals suggests a new expressive and growing character – a power and hierarchy relation among the homosexuals themselves. The objective of this study is to describe the relations established among homosexuals who attend these spots and the meaning that these environments have had and are acquiring through their existence, based on cultural and gender studies from post-structuralist authors. In order to perform such research, ethnographic observations were carried out in those places in an inland town from Parana State, as well as long interviews with selected attenders what resulted in analyses of these characters-participants´ lifetime narratives. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida em três turmas de três escolas públicas de Coimbra, Portugal e em duas turmas de ensino médio de uma mesma escola pública de Piracicaba, São Paulo, Brasil. A base teórica dessa pesquisa se enveredou através do conceito de cultura e da adolescência como uma construção cultural. Adotou-se a definição do projeto de futuro na referida dimensão, caracterizado, pela definição dos afetos, das paixões, pela potência da ação humana como possibilidade do vir a ser, enquanto capacidade de ser afetado pelo outro, num processo de possibilidades infinitas de criações e entrelaçamentos. Através de questionários e grupos focais com os/as adolescentes de ambas as nacionalidades, foi possível analisar suas narrativas sobre o projeto de futuro na dimensão sócio afetiva; conhecer os entendimentos deles/as sobre assuntos relacionados a sexualidade e gênero; e investigar as narrativas deles/as sobre os relacionamentos, relações de gêneros, e homossexualidades, problematizando e refletindo a importância de discutir e dialogar com essas temáticas no contexto escolar. A pesquisa verificou que a maioria dos/as adolescentes tinham projetos de futuro e consideravam o casamento como o principal plano de futuro na dimensão sócio afetiva. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: This research aimed to understand how the "future project" regarding the socio-affective dimension is built by high school students in Portugal and in Brazil. The research was developed in three classes of three public schools in Coimbra, Portugal and also in two high school classes of a same style public school in Piracicaba, Brazil. The project was based on the concept of culture and adolescence as a cultural construction. The definition of future project was adopted in the above mentioned dimension characterized by defining affections, passions, as well as by the power of a human action as a possibility of becoming, being able to be affected by the other in a process of endless possibilities of creation and interlacing. Through questionnaires and focus groups with adolescents of both nationalities, it was possible to analyze their narratives about the future project on the socio-affective dimension; to get to know the speeches produced by them on issues regarding sexuality and gender; and to investigate their stories about relationships, gender relations and homosexuality questioning and reflecting the importance of discussing these subjects in the school context. The survey found out that most adolescents had projects for their future and considered marriage as the main future plan regarding the socio-affective dimension. O objetivo principal foi identificar aspectos relevantes da produção de conhecimento acerca desta temática como: principais centros de pesquisa, vertentes teóricas e metodológicas predominantes, focos de estudos mais frequentes, concepções acerca da atuação do/a psicólogo/a frente as demandas suscitadas pelas homossexualidades. As perspectivas teóricas adotadas para transitar pelo campo das homossexualidades na Psicologia foram respaldadas por Foucault e autores que dialogam com sua obra juntamente com as contribuições dos estudos de gênero. A metodologia genealógica foucaultiana norteou os trajetos investigativos desse estudo, lançando as bases para a sistematização dos dados a partir do formato de uma pesquisa de estado da arte, mapeando uma área do conhecimento a partir de um recorte temporal e temático. Os resultados encontrados indicaram que as pesquisas sobre as homossexualidades são predominantemente realizadas em programas de pósgraduação localizados no eixo sudeste/sul do país; no período estudado houve um crescimento no número de teses e dissertações sobre o tema; há sub-temas relacionados às homossexualidades que se destacaram no volume de pesquisas, sendo estes: o familiar-conjugal, a identidade homossexual e o preconceitodiscriminação. A análise dos dados coletados indicou que as concepções acerca das homossexualidades na psicologia não apresentaram um viés essencialista, nem biologizante, bem como não se pautaram na investigação das causas do comportamento ou desejo homossexual. The theoretical perspectives adopted to transit through the field of homosexualities in Psychology were supported by Foucault and authors who dialogue with his work, and also the contributions of the gender studies. The Foucaultian genealogical methodology guided the investigative paths of this study, laying the foundations to the systematization of the data from the format of a state of art research, mapping a knowledge area from a temporal and thematic cutting. The results found indicated that the researches about the homosexualities are predominantly conducted in post-graduation programs located in the southeast/south axis of the country; in the period studied there was a growth in the number of thesis and dissertations about the theme; there are sub-themes related to homosexualities that stood out in the amount of researches, which are: the family-marital, the homosexual identity and the prejudice-discrimination. The analysis of the collected data indicated that the conceptions about homosexualities in Psychology did not present an essentialist bias, nor a biologizing one, and neither were guided by the investigation of the causes of the homosexual behavior or desire. There was a predominance of Foucaultian referential in what regards the sexuality from the concept of the apparatus of sexuality. A proposta metodológica foi de fundamental importância, na medida em que permitiu o desenvolvimento de uma investigação participativa na qual o pesquisador se implica. A partir de Michel Foucault, focamonos no processo de resistência como forma dessas mulheres afirmarem suas escolhas amorosas e resistirem ao poder heteronormativo. Como foco de interesse, também privilegiamos a produção de subjetividades, os processos de singularização e "revolução molecular"- propostas desenvolvidas por Gilles Deleuze e Feliz Guattari -, que se centram nos processos de criação de novas formas de existir, ao invés das idéias de classe, submissão e opressão. Algumas questões norteiam este trabalho: O que é ser lésbica? É desejar uma mulher? É manter relações com ela? É ser amiga delas e se solidarizar com elas? Pode ser tudo isso. Elas são várias, estão em todos os lugares e se manifestam de múltiplas formas. Também amam, se relacionam e fazem sexo de infinitas maneiras diferentes. / Abstract: From the cartographic method, this research presents the love relationships of lesbian women, in a city of a medium size, the São Paulo state interior. The methodological proposal was of fundamental importance, as it allowed the development of a participative inquiry in which the researcher envolves herself. From Michel Foucault, we focuse ourself in the resistance process as a form of these women to affirm ther love choices and to resist the heteronormative power. As a focus of interest, we also privilege the production of subjectivities, the processes of singularization and "molecular revolution" - proposals developed by Gilles Deleuze and Felix Guattari -, that they are centered in the processes of creation of new forms to existing, instead of the ideas of classes, submission and oppression. Some questions guide this work: What is to be a lesbian? Is it to desire a woman? Is it to have sex with her? Is it to be friendly with them and to be solidary with them? This can be everything. They are several kind of womem, are everywhere and they reveal themselves in multiple forms. They also love, they get along and they make sex in infinite different ways. / Mestre

A presente dissertação tem como objetivo identificar e estudar a representação social da homossexualidade, como forma de identidade social, na telenovela brasileira, a partir da construção de uma metodologia de seleção e análise de elementos audiovisuais existentes nesse tipo de produção da teledramaturgia. Partimos de conceitos relativos à telenovela no contexto da comunicação de massa e discussões acerca da formação de identidades sociais de sexualidade e gênero na contemporaneidade, para refletir sobre como a telenovela apresenta e representa esse tipo de discurso social. O tema da homossexualidade, em suas várias nuances, é identificado em um total de 39 telenovelas da Rede Globo de Televisão, no período de 1974 a 2005. Entre elas, destacamos Mulheres apaixonadas (2003) como caso para estudo, referente às personagens Clara e Rafaela. A partir da identificação e análise de elementos audiovisuais repetidos e enfatizados nessa produção, pudemos elaborar dois formulários para pesquisa de recepção de conteúdo com um grupo focal, formado por adolescentes estudantes do Nível Médio de uma escola da Cidade do Rio de Janeiro. / The following dissertation intends to identify and analyze the social representation of homosexuality as a means of social identity in the Brazilian telenovela genre, beginning with the development of a methodological model for selection and analysis of recurrent audiovisual elements in this type of teledramaturgic production. Coming from concepts relative to the telenovela in the mass media context, and discussions on the formation of social identities of sexuality and genre, we present a reflection on how the telenovela presents and represents this particular type of social behavior. The theme of homosexuality, in its several nuances, was successfully identified in 39 telenovelas broadcasted by Rede Globo de Televisão, from 1974 to 2005. Among these, we selected Mulheres apaixonadas (Women in love) (2003) as our case for study, referring to the characters Clara and Rafaela. From the identification and analysis of recurrent audiovisual elements present in this production, we were able to produce two research forms, in order to apply a reception verification study in a focal group, formed by teenagers attending the second year of High School in Rio de Janeiro.
