Para tanto, adotar-se-á como referencial teórico o pensamento do sociólogo alemão Niklas Luhmann, cuja obra efetua desdobramentos nos três temas referidos. Num primeiro momento, a pesquisa procura analisar a formação do paradigma da indeterminação social, que surge ao longo do século XX a partir da emergência de novas epistemologias construtivistas que acabam por questionar os pressupostos do modelo científico herdado da modernidade. Neste momento, procurar-se-á posicionar a sociologia de Niklas Luhmann como a primeira teoria pós-ontológica, bem como a sua relevância para a formação de uma teoria social suficientemente complexa e apta a observar a sociedade contemporânea. Posteriormente, procurar-se-á expor a co-relação existente entre a formação de organizações sociais e a necessidade de assimilação de contextos altamente contingenciais, isto é, defenderemos a tese luhmanniana de que as organizações surgem como aquisições evolutivas voltadas para absorção de incertezas sociais. Essa concepção parte da ideia de que as organizações sociais são constituídas por processos de tomada de decisão e, ao mesmo tempo, os viabiliza. Por fim, descrever-se-á algumas das principais teorias da decisão jurídica, com o escopo de demonstrar um possível desencontro entre a sustentação epistemológica destas, e a contribuição da teoria das organizações. Dessa forma, pretendemos comprovar a manutenção de muitos dos pressupostos do individualismo metodológico nas teorias da decisão jurídica contemporâneas e, portanto, uma desconexão destas com os avanços ofertados pela sociologia das organizações, em especial, na acepção autopoiética de Niklas Luhmann. / This paper presents a proposal for observation of the relationship (in)exisisting between social uncertainty, organizational theory and legal decision. To do so, will adopt the theoretical thinking of the German sociologist Niklas Luhmannn, who work possessed developments in these three areas, thus facilitating the articulation and development. Initially, the research seeks to analyze the formation of the paradigm of social uncertainty, which arises during the twentieth century with the emergence of new constructivist epistemologies, that questioning the assumptions of the scientific model inherited from modernity. At this time it will seek to position the sociology of Niklas Luhmann as the first modern post-ontological theory and its relevance to the formation of a social theory complex enough to observe the shape of today's society. In the second part, it will expose the correlation between the formation of social organizations and the need for assimilation contexts highly contingent, that is, an attempt will be to defend the thesis luhmannian organizations to emerge as evolutionary acquisitions aimed at absorbing social uncertainty. This concept starts from the idea that social organizations are formed, and at the same time, enable processes of decision making. Finally, it will describe some of the main theories of legal decision, with the scope to demonstrate a possible mismatch between these epistemological support and contribution of organization theory. This way it will can prove the maintenance of many of the assumptions of methodological individualism in contemporary legal Comp's decision, and its disconnection from the advances offered by the sociology of organizations, particularly in the sense of Niklas Luhmann’s autopoietic.

Este trabalho tem por objeto de estudo um fenômeno do português do Brasil mais comumente encontrado em textos formais. Trata-se do pronome fraco se precedendo verbos infinitivos. Esse item compete com zero na indeterminação do sujeito em orações encaixadas, mais precisamente em orações completivas de nome e adjetivo, temporais e finais. Propõe-se descrever os fatores condicionadores da inserção do se em sentenças nãofinitas do português brasileiro e promover um análise da questão à luz da teoria gerativa no seu modelo de Princípios e Parâmetros (Chomsky 1981, 1986a). Tomou-se como corpus textos formais de alunos da pós-graduação de diversas áreas do conhecimento da Universidade de São Paulo, hipotetizando que o teor científico do texto proporcionaria a estratégia de indeterminação por nós analisada. Em seguida, foram elaborados testes de produção junto aos alunos da graduação dessa mesma universidade a fim de verificar se as respostas produzidas por eles corroborariam os resultados encontrados nas dissertações e teses. Dentre os fatores mais relevantes para justificar a inserção de se nas construções com verbos infinitivos, destacou-se a preposição. Para a análise interpretativa desse achado, seguimos a proposta de Mioto & Kato (2002). / This dissertation aims at studying a Brazilian Portuguese phenomenon commonly found in formal texts. It is the se insertion as subject of infinitive clauses. This particle competes with the null category in the subject indetermination in embedded clauses, more precisely in the complement of noun and adjective clauses and clauses of time and finality. It is intended to describe the conditioning factors of the se insertion in non-finite sentences from Brazilian Portuguese and promote an analysis of the matter having the Generative Theory in its model of Principles and Parameters (Chomsky 1981, 1986a) as a reference. At first, it was used as corpus formal texts by graduate students from different areas of knowledge from Universidade de São Paulo, hypothesizing that the text scientific wording would allow the strategy of the indetermination analyzed in this dissertation. Secondly, production tests were elaborated with undergraduate students from the same university in order to verify if the answers produced by them would confirm the results found in the dissertations and theses. Among the most relevant factors to justify the se insertion in the constructions with infinitive verbs, the preposition stood up. For the interpretative analysis, we followed Mioto & Kato (2002) proposal.

Traremos, aqui, os resultados obtidos a partir da análise das variáveis sociais nas quais os informantes estão estratificados, e seguiremos a hipótese de que o quadro atual de variação das estratégias pronominais de indeterminação é resultado de mudanças desencadeadas pelo contato do português com as línguas indígenas e africanas, nos primeiros séculos da formação da sociedade brasileira. Observaremos, também, se existem diferenças significativas entre os resultados encontrados nas localidades. As análises aqui realizadas seguem os pressupostos teóricos e metodológicos da Sociolinguística Variacionista (LABOV, 1972) e nossas hipóteses se relacionam diretamente com o processo de Transmissão Linguística Irregular (BAXTER, 1995; LUCCHESI & BAXTER, 2009) e da realidade bipolarizada do português brasileiro (LUCCHESI, 2015). Na nossa análise, foram identificadas cinco estratégias pronominais de indeterminação do sujeito: a gente, você, eles, nós e Ø + verbo na terceira pessoa do singular (Ø + V3PS). Essas variantes foram analisadas de acordo com as variáveis linguísticas Realização fonética do sujeito indeterminado, Desinência verbal, Paralelismo formal, Referência ao falante, Tipo de verbo, Tipo de frase, Nível de referencialidade do agente e Modo, e com as variáveis sociais Sexo, Faixa etária, Estada fora da comunidade, Escolaridade e Localidade. / In this dissertation we study the pronominal strategies expressing the indetermination of the subject in vernacular Portuguese of Bahia, analyzing speech samples from four neighborhoods of the city of Salvador: Liberdade, Cajazeiras, Itapuã and Subúrbio. We present results obtained from the analysis of the social variables whereby the informants are stratified, and interprets them from the perspective of the hypothesis that the current pattern of variation in pronominal strategies of indetermination is the result of changes triggered by the contact of Portuguese with indigenous and African languages during the first centuries of the formation of Brazilian society. We will also observe if there are significant differences between the results found in the different neighbourhoods. The analyses carried out here follow the theoretical and methodological assumptions of Variationist Sociolinguistics (LABOV, 1972) and our hypotheses are directly related to the concept of the Irregular Linguistic Transmission process (BAXTER, 1995; LUCCHESI & BAXTER, 2009) and to the bipolarized reality of Brazilian Portuguese (LUCCHESI, 2015). In our analysis, five pronominal strategies of indeterminacy of the subject were identified: nós, você, eles, a gente and Ø + verb in the third person singular (Ø + V3PS). These variants were analyzed according to their potential conditioning by linguistic variables - phonetic realization of the indeterminate subject, verbal agreement, formal parallelism, reference to the speaker, type of verb, type of sentence, level of agent referentiality and mood of verb; and in terms of the social variables of gender, age, periods spent away from community, schooling and neighbourhood.

Buscaram-se não só as formas consideradas canônicas pelas gramáticas normativas, tais como as formas verbais sem sujeito lexical expresso como o verbo na 3ª pessoa do plural (Ø+V3PP), o verbo na 3ª pessoa mais o pronome “se” (Ø+V+SE) ou ainda o verbo no infinitivo impessoal (Ø+VINF); mas também outras estratégias como o uso de “você”, “a gente”, “nós”, “eles”, voz passiva sem agente (VPSA), o verbo na terceira pessoa do singular sem sujeito lexicalmente expresso (Ø+V3PS) e sintagmas nominais como, por exemplo, “o sujeito”, “o indivíduo” e “um homem”. O trabalho foi desenvolvido à luz do Sociofuncionalismo, no qual se tem o enquadramento teórico-metodológico da Sociolinguística Variacionista e a compreensão dos usos linguísticos na perspectiva do Funcionalismo. Identificaram-se os contextos extralinguísticos (período de publicação das cartas/peças teatrais e o gênero textual), linguísticos (flexão do verbo, tipo de oração, transitividade verbal, preenchimento do sujeito, estrutura do núcleo do predicado, concordância com o argumento interno do verbo, posição do argumento interno do verbo, e a ausência versus presença de preposição antes do verbo no infinitivo mais o emprego do “se”) e funcionais (função da indeterminação e o grau de indeterminação). Os dados, após sua coleta, foram submetidos à quantificação através do programa estatístico-probabilístico GoldVarb X. Os resultados mostraram que os textos baianos, publicados entre nos séculos XIX e XX, registram maior uso da forma canônica Ø+V+SE e inovam ao considerar a estratégia pronominal “nós”, como a segunda mais usada. Além disso, analisar as variáveis funcionais que tratam da função e do grau de indeterminação é imprescindível para melhor compreender a indeterminação do sujeito nesse período / This research investigated the main strategies to mark the indetermination of the subject in written texts in Bahia - Brazil (Letters of Readers, Letters of Writers and Theatrical Texts), in the 19th and 20th centuries. We intended not only the forms considered canonical by normative grammars, such as verbal forms without lexical subject expressed as the verb in the 3rd person plural (Ø+V3PP), the verb in the 3rd person plus the pronoun se (Ø+V+SE) or the verb in the impersonal infinitive (Ø+VINF); but also other structures such as the use of você, a gente, nós, eles, passive without agent (VPSA), the 3rd person singular verb without subject lexically expressed (Ø+V3PS) and noun phrases such as o sujeito, indivíduo and um homem. This work was developed in the light of Sociofunctionalism, which has the theoretical-methodological framework of Variationist Sociolinguistics and the understanding of linguistic uses in the perspective of Functionalism. The extralinguistic contexts were identified (the period of publication of the letters/theatrical texts and the textual genre), as well as the linguistic contexts (inflection of the verb, type of sentence, verbal transitivity, subject filling, predicate nucleus structure, concordance with the internal argument of the verb, position of the internal argument of the verb, and absence versus presence of preposition before the verb in the infinitive plus the use of the se) and functional contexts (function of indetermination and degree of indetermination). Afher ther collection, the data were submitted to quantification through the statistical-probabilistic program GoldVarb X. The results showed that the Bahian texts, published between the 19th and 20th centuries, register greater use of the canonical form Ø+V+SE. In addition, they innovate to consider the pronominal strategy nós as the second most used. In addition, analyzing the functional variables that deal with the function and the degree of indetermination is essential to better understand the indetermination of the subject in this period.

O objeto de estudo deste trabalho são as estruturas em língua portuguesa padrão em que ocorre a chamada indeterminação do sujeito. A partir da análise de textos do gênero entrevista, publicados na Revista Veja (seção 'páginas amarelas'), analisam-se as principais características sintáticas, semânticas, pragmáticas e discursivas do sujeito indeterminado. Admitindo que a linguagem permite ao homem interpretar o mundo em que vive, busca-se apresentar os mecanismos de indeterminação do sujeito como uma forma de referenciação indeterminada. Para tanto, foram investigadas, criticamente, as principais noções de sujeito e de sua indeterminação, em diversos estudiosos da língua portuguesa, desde épocas remotas até os dias atuais, comparando-se os critérios (sintáticos, semânticos, mórficos e discursivos) apresentados nesses estudos. A partir da análise do corpus, verifica-se que os diversos mecanismos de indeterminação possuem graus específicos e que se podem permutar. Além disso, fica patente que há tipos verbais afins a certas estruturas de sujeito indeterminado. Desse modo, a referenciação indeterminada construída a partir do lugar sintático sujeito caracteriza-se como poderosa estratégia discursiva / The object of this work is the structures in standard Portuguese language in which the call occurs indetermination of the subject. From the analysis of texts of the genre interview published in Veja magazine (section ' yellow pages ') analyzes the main syntactic, semantic, pragmatic and discourse features of an indefinite subject . Assuming that the language allows man to interpret the world in which he lives, we seek to present the mechanisms of indetermination of the subject as a form of indeterminate referring. For this purpose, we investigated critically the main notions of subject and its indeterminacy , many scholars in the Portuguese language , since ancient times to the present day , comparing the criteria (syntactic, semantic, and discursive morphic) presented in these studies . From the analysis of the corpus, it appears that the various mechanisms of indeterminacy have specific degrees and can be interchanged. Moreover, it is clear that there are verbal related to certain types of indeterminate structures subject . Thus, the indefinite referring constructed from the syntactic place subject is characterized as powerful discursive strategy

Avaliando obras classificadas como indeterminadas quanto à sua abertura a interpretações variadas, constatamos que a definição de uma obra enquanto flexível ou estrita depende sobremaneira de como foi encaminhado seu processo de conformação morfológica levando em consideração não apenas a relação mais ou menos direta entre partitura e resultado sonoro, mas todas as escolhas realizadas, pelo autor e/ou pelos intérpretes, considerando-as como parte essencial da definição morfológica de qualquer proposta. A obra evolui ao adaptar-se a irritações externas adquirindo formas compatíveis com o contexto em que é executada independentemente da forma como é proposta. Ao identificarmos a obra musical como essencialmente flexível - uma vez que presta-se a todo tipo de interpretação se desconsiderarmos casos ideais - passamos a enfatizar, enquanto mote de análise morfológica, as estratégias de invariância que permitem que determinado resultado musical faça sentido mesmo que sua proposição inicial seja vaga: essa noção nos permite entender o resultado musical como fruto de leituras mais ou menos disciplinadas de propostas composicionais cujos objetos teriam uma chance maior de retornarem a cada performance na medida em que as estratégias de invariância se apresentarem suficientemente robustas. Parte relevante das estratégias de invariância surge no trabalho de direção de performance e conta com o reforço de relações intersubjetivas de poder e da mediação e influência do contexto musical, sendo, portanto, ativas para além do paradigma notacional. Levamos em consideração tais características e estudamos como se dão as relações subjetivas que corroboram para que a obra adquira formatos estáveis a despeito de sua manifesta abertura. Pareceres sobre a noção de colaboração entre intérprete e compositor e sobre o papel da escuta e da memória como fatores de deriva morfológica foram também discutidos neste trabalho / Abstract: The aim of this research was to propose a transference of the indeterminacy issue to the musical morphology field. By evaluating musical works classified as indeterminated in respect of their openess to varied interpretations, we realized that the definition of a musical work in the terms of flexibility or strictness highly depends on how its morphological conformation processes was taken, considering not only the relation, more or less direct, between the music notation and the sound result, but all the choices made by the authors and/or performers, understanding them as essencial parts of the morphological definition for any proposal. The musical work evolves when adapting to external irritations, acquiring compatible forms with the context in which it is executed, independently on how it was previously proposed. When we identify the musical work as essencialy flexible - when it is opened to all kind of interpretations, not considering ideal situations - we enphatize, as a morphological subject analysis, the invariacy strategies that aloud that a specific musical result can make sense even if its first proposition was vage: this notion aloud us to understand the musical result as a product of more or less disciplinated readings of composition proposals in which the objects would have a better chance to reappear in each performance, once the invariancy strategies are strong enough. A relevant aspect of the invariancy strategies comes out with the performance direction job and counts with the support of intersubjective relations of power and the mediation and influency of the musical context, therefore, the invariancy strategies act beyond the notation paradigm. We considered those characteristics and researched the subjective relations that corroborate for the musical work to acquire stable formats, inspite of its obvius openess. Statments about the notion of the collaboration between performers and composers and about the function of hearing and memory as factors of morphological drift, were also discussed in this research / Doutorado / Doutor em Música

Este trabalho analisa o livro As Metamorfoses, do poeta Murilo Mendes. A perspectiva escolhida é a da invenção por meio da linguagem desse poeta. Reconhecendo que a imagem tem valor inestimável na poesia de Murilo, nossa análise elucida a construção imagética atentando para o modo como a organização das palavras figura o efeito de desorganização semântica que lembra alguns quadros surrealistas. Nesse sentido, a pergunta que norteia este trabalho é: Como o poeta usa a forma para a construção da indeterminação de sentido? Para respondê-la, recorremos, além de textos poéticos e não poéticos de Murilo Mendes, a textos sobre o Surrealismo, o Essencialismo de Ismael Nery e sobre forma e indeterminação semântica, que nos ajudaram a entender melhor o código poético de Murilo Mendes, inclusive entrevendo nesse código um padrão compositivo. Sendo a junção de imagens descontínuas no poema a principal característica do trabalho de montagem em Murilo Mendes, julgamos coerente supor que esse procedimento de composição exige uma performance idiossincrática do leitor. Na condição de obra moderna, a poesia muriliana exige um leitor também moderno. Para constituí-lo textualmente, estudamos também alguns pré-requisitos de leitura que devem ser acionados para a compreensão da proposta artística de Murilo Mendes, recorrendo sistematicamente a textos da estética da recepção. / This dissertation analyzes the book As Metamorfoses, by the poet Murilo Mendes. The chosen perspective of analysis are his poetical procedures. Recognizing that images are central in Murilos poetry, our analysis elucidates his imagery construction, focusing on the ways the organization of words features the semantic disorganization effect which reminds Surrealistic paintings. In this sense, the question that guides this work is: How does the poet use the form to build the indeterminacy of meaning? In order to answer it, we use, besides Murilo Mendes poetic and non poetic texts, texts on Surrealism, the Essentialism of Ismael Nery and about form and semantic indeterminacy, that help us to understand Murilo Mendes poetic code, including glimpsing a compositional standard in such code. Since the main feature in Murilo Mendes work is the joining of discontinuous images in the poem, it seems coherent to assume that his composition model requires an idiosyncratic readers performance. Murilos poetry also requires a modern reader. With that in mind, we also studied some reading prerequisites that must be triggered for the understanding of Murilo Mendes artistic proposal, systematically resorting to aesthetics of receptions texts.

Observamos e inferimos as construções de sentido quando essas instâncias estão em interações em torno do boato da Bruxa de Guarujá (2014). A perspectiva são as epistemologias da midiatização, em específico quando se abordam as redes digitais. A construção do caso acadêmico é um processo que relaciona aporte metodológico, inferências criativas e existenciais, analogias circulares e a definição de três proposições de pesquisa. A primeira delas sugere que as construções de sentido em torno do caso se desdobram a partir de interações entre os três meios em análise, em contato com meios tangenciais, dada a natureza relacional do ambiente midiático. A segunda proposição indica que a página e o site desenvolvem estratégias distintas de acesso dos interagentes ao seu sistema, situação que desencadeia experiências autorregulatórias, assim como contendas entre produção e recepção produtiva. A terceira proposição revela tentativas, manifestadas por atores sociais midiatizados, de encontrar culpados para a exacerbação do boato em morte. Identifica-se um objeto simbólico, denominado de “culpabilização”, que, entretanto, não se apresenta de forma estática e consensual ao longo do caso analisado, ganhando distintos contornos e perspectivas interpretativas a partir de sua associação a outros elementos postos em circulação no mercado discursivo. A análise centra-se nos conceitos de circulação, midiatização, boato, incerteza e disrupção, demonstrando o potencial degenerativo associado ao funcionamento das redes, ainda que delas também verta informação regulatória, reiterando-se o lugar mediador que segue reservado ao jornalismo canônico em tempos de indistinção entre produtores e receptores de meios semiotécnicos. / This dissertation is structured around a diagram that relates three semio-technical media, viz. the Guarujá Alerta Facebbok page, the Folha.com news site, and their respective sections of comments. It makes observations and inferences about the construction of meaning when these media are involved in interactions around the rumor about the so-called “Guarujá Witch” (2014). Its methodological perspective is the concept of mediatization, specifically when discussing digital media. The construction of the academic case is a process that relates methodological contributions, creative and existential inferences, circular analogies and the definition of three research propositions. The first proposition suggests that the constructions of meaning around that case develop based on interactions between the three media analyzed here, which are in contact with tangential media, given the relational nature of the media environment. The second proposition indicates that the Facebook page and the news site employ different strategies to enable web surfers to access their systems, which is a situation that gives rise to self-regulatory devices, as well as conflicts between production and productive reception. The third proposition reveals attempts by mediatized social actors at finding those who were guilty for the culmination of the rumors in a murder. The study identifies a symbolic object called “blaming”, which, however, does not present itself in a static and consensual manner throughout the case analyzed here, but acquires different contours and interpretive perspectives based on its association with other elements that are put into circulation in the discursive market. The analysis focuses on the concepts of circulation, mediatization, rumor, uncertainty and disruption and shows the degenerative potential associated with the way the media function, although the latter also provide regulatory information. This reiterates the mediating place that is still reserved for canonical journalism in a time of non-distinction between producers and receivers of semio-technical media.

As análises se concentram em estabelecer as diferenças de traços semânticos entre essas formas, considerando que essas GNs não previam outras possibilidades de formas verbais com a função de co-ocorrerem com a indeterminação do agente. Alguns estudos fazem referência à reanálise do se passivo em indeterminador e ao apagamento desse clítico junto às formas verbais, o que levou a verificar que formas estariam assumindo o sentido expresso pelo clítico indeterminador nessas construções, além de verificar indícios de gramaticalização de formas verbais que co-ocorrem com a indeterminação do agente. Portanto, esta Tese se fundamenta na teoria funcionalista, na perspectiva da gramaticalização, respaldando-se em pressupostos da Linguística Histórica. Para isso, foram constituídos corpora de textos escritos dos séculos XIX e XX do português brasileiro, baiano, para verificar a continuidade e estabilidade sintática e semântica de formas verbais nessa função. Visando atender aos objetivos propostos, são analisadas as formas verbais levando-se em consideração os seguintes fatores linguísticos: tipo de verbo, grau de indeterminação do agente, traços morfológicos, sintáticos, semânticos e discursivos dessas formas verbais. Como fatores extralinguísticos foram considerados: o período de tempo e o gênero de texto. Computadas as frequências desses dados em cada gênero- ata e carta, as formas verbais acompanhadas de se indeterminador ainda são frequentes, mas em declínio nesses gêneros textuais, em consequência do apagamento do clítico junto a essas formas, dando oportunidade a que outras formas verbais ocupem a posição antes considerada ambiente de se indeterminador. O fato de formas verbais co-ocorrerem com a indeterminação do agente, inclusive sem a presença do se indeterminador, decorrente do apagamento desse clítico e também o fato de formas ambíguas, como gerúndio e particípio co-ocorrerem com a indeterminação do agente em textos escritos, além das demais formas verbais encontradas nos corpora, configura indícios de gramaticalização, como a especialização e a estratificação. / Salvador
