Scientific problem. Theoretical models and their application practice do not coincide with personnel management latter-day requirements. They are determined by pervasion of information technologies, development of virtual organizations as well as business under conditions of social and economical internationalization. Due to particularity of information technologies, new personnel management problems are faced, and their solving requires new personnel management models. Subject of scientific research. Management of geographically remote personnel using computer network, information technologies, factors affecting efficient personnel management, personnel management in virtual organization need detailed research. OLAP sistemų analizė / The analysis of OLAP systems

The amount of information exchange is constantly growing. All this gathered data is a perfect material for analysis, although it is only partially used. Most common problem is the method how to organize this data to the form necessary for business analysis. Usually these functions are provided by decision support systems. These systems use functions and tool that are not flexible and cannot give the answers in real time. OLAP systems provide the ability to analyse data in all aspects online. OLAP technology includes tools and measures to transform and store information, create and execute queries as well as graphic user interface. As OLAP systems get more affordable to companies new issues are discussed. Main problems are how to choose the best OLAP products available in the marker and how to design and implement OLAP system according to business requirements. The aims of this work are to identify most important criterias and to compare different OLAP systems in product and data structure level and to design and implement OLAP system to Telecommunication Company according to the analysis results. The analysis of OLAP systems was divided into the analysis of OLAP products available in the market and the analysis of individual OLAP system. SANTRAUKA Magistriniame darbe išnagrinėta logistikos bei trečiųjų šalių logistikos esmė, būtinumas bei tinkamumas šiuolaikiniams rinkos reikalavimams. Darbo tikslas: atlikus mokslinės literatūros analizę, logistikos aspektu, bei išanalizavus trečiųjų šalių logistikos paslaugų teikimo rinką Lietuvoje, atskleisti 3PL logistikos paslaugų naudojimosi perspektyvas. Darbo uždaviniai: atlikti skirtingų autorių, mokslinės literatūros, analizę logistikos paslaugų teikimo klausimu, išsiaiškinti trečiųjų šalių logistikos organizavimo principus, išanalizuoti didžiausias trečiųjų šalių logistikos įmones Lietuvoje, paaiškinti atlikto tyrimo eigą ir metodus, kuriais buvo renkami tyrimui reikalingi duomenys ir išaiškinti trečiųjų šalių logistikos paslaugų vystymosi perspektyvas. Magistrinį darbą sudaro įvadas, teorinė dalis, praktinė, tiriamoji dalis bei išvados ir pasiūlymai. terorinėje dalyje atliekama analizė apie logistikos paslaugas, bei 3PL paslaugas. Praktinėje dalyje palyginamos didžiausios 3PL paslaugų įmonės Lietuvoje. Tiriamojoje dalyje analizuojamas 3PL paslaugų naudojimas Lietuvoje. Išvadose patvirtinama iškelta hipotezė, kad 3PL paslaugos Lietuvoje nėra populiarios. / SUMMARY This Master‘s Thesis deals with logistics services and Third Party logistics partners, these services organization and performance. The aim of this Master Thesis is to analyse logistics services, Third Party logistics management and performance in Lithuania, to do the research in order to find out whether the Third Party logistics is sufficiently using or using at all in Lithuania. The tasks of this paper are as follows: to analyse the scientific literature on logistics services, also to identify Third Party logistics planning rules, to analyze the biggest Third Party logistics companies in Lithuania, to explain the research process and methods, to do the research, identifying whether the Third Party logistics sufficiently are using. and with reference to the literature analysed and the results received to present conclusions and recommendations. This Master‘s Thesis consists of introduction, theoretical part, practical part, research part, conclusions and suggestions. The theoretical parts deals with the analysis of logistics and 3PL logistics services. The practical part includes the analyzing the biggest 3PL providers in Lithuania. The research part is important to analyze the using of Third Party logistics in Lithuania. Conclusions confirm the hypothesis, i.e., The Third Party logistics is not popular in Lithuania.

Sovietmečiu Lietuvoje buvo tik valstybinės mokyklos, o atgavus nepriklausomybę atsirado ir privačių mokyklų, kurios išlaikomos iš privačių finansuotojų lėšų, kurių didžiąją dalį sudaro tėvų mokestis už vaikų mokslą. Šiose mokyklose mokosi mažiau vaikų, jie paprastai yra iš socialiai stipresnių, finansiškai geriau apsirūpinusių šeimų, todėl tikėtina, kad pedagogai turi jose geresnes sąlygas dirbti ir daugiau dėmesio skirti kiekvienam vaikui. Todėl vaikai tokiose mokyklose turėtų būti geriau parengiami. Tačiau be tinkamai suformuotos ir gerai veikiančios mokyklos bibliotekos net pati geriausia mokykla negalės tinkamai parengti vaikų žinių visuomenei bei savarankiškoms studijoms aukštojoje mokykloje. Todėl šio mokslinio darbo objektu pasirinkta T. Liubertienės vidurinės mokyklos biblioteka (toliau LVM). / Libraries are necessary because they help to realize plans and ideas of education, raise quality of education. Libraries are directly associate with education as process. School library must be opened for all community of school. It must give a chance for schoolchildren to find information by themselves. Library must suggest and give all opportunities for schoolchildren and teachers to use new technologies. And it must become a cultural and social centre of school at the same time. T. Liubertiene secondary school is the first private secondary shool in independent Lithuania established in 1993. This school tryes to create psychical healthy atmosphere, good conditions of work, rest and exercise universaly. In this school study 303 children. In this school work teachers with high qualification. They practise modern teaching methods. Teachers continually work in methodical teachers centres. There are organising inside seminars for teachers in this school. T. Liubertiene secondary school exists 15 years, but the library was established only in 2006 (when an author of this task came work to this school). The school library should be administer by straight policy, but it isn’t created yet. The policy of the library should image purposes and plans of school, but now it supplyes requirements of school just partly. Adaptyvus elektroninis mokymas - elektroninio mokymo rūšis kuri prisitaiko pagal besimokančiojo poreikius. Šis mokymas labiausiai panašus į tradicinį mokymą. Kiekvienais metais į universitetą įstoją skirtingas kompiuterio raštingumo žinias turintys studentai, todėl būtų naudinga kompensuoti trūkstamas studentų žinias. Studentai galėtų kompensuoti trūkstama žinias savarankiškai, panaudojant adaptyvų elektroninį kursą. Šiam tikslui pasiekti buvo nuspręsta kurti adaptyvaus elektroninio mokymo sistemą. Sistemos kūrimo metu atlikti tokie tyrimai: • atlikta apklausa, kurios metu išsiaiškintas žmonių požiūris į adaptyvų elektroninį mokymą; • išanalizuota esamos elektroninio mokymo kūrimo sistemos ir elektroninio mokymo kursai; • išanalizuotos galimo grįžtamojo ryšio rūšys; • sukurta sistemos duomenų bazė, kurioje bus saugomi pagrindiniai duomenys susiję su vartotoju ir vartotojo mokymosi įvertinimais; • sukurtas sistemos prototipas dviejų kurso dalių mokymuisi; • atliktas eksperimentas, kuriuo metu aštuoniolika žmonių mokėsi adaptyviu elektroniniu būdu. Jų rezultatai palyginti su tą pačią medžiagą besimokančiųjų rezultatais tradiciniu būdu. / Adaptive electronic learning – a kind of electronic learning that meets the learner`s requirements. This learning is the most similar to traditional learning. Students with different knowledge of computer literacy enter the university every year, so it would be useful to compensate the lack of their knowledge. Students could compensate the lack of knowledge on their own, by applying an adaptive electronic course. In order to achieve this goal, it was decided to create a system of adaptive electronic learning. Here are the analyses made while creating the system: • A survey that clarified people`s attitudes towards adaptive electronic learning was made; • An analysis of an existing system of electronic learning creation and courses of electronic learning was made; • The types of possible feedback were analysed; • A system database that keeps the main data related to the user and his learning evaluations was developed; • A system prototype for learning of two parts of the course was designed; • An experiment of 18 people taking adaptive electronic learning was carried out. The results were compared with those of learning the same material in traditional way.

Šiame bakalauro darbe bandėme atskleisti IT teigiamas savybes, kurios efektyvina mokinių mokymąsi, gerina mokymosi rezultatus. Suformuluota hipotezė: tikėtina, kad naudojant IT pamokose, gerėja mokinių mokymosi motyvacija. Tyrime dalyvavo 130 respondentų, iš kurių 80 bendrojo lavinimo mokinių, 30 bendrojo lavinimo mokytojų ir 20 tėvų. Anketinės apklausos metodu tirta IT teikiama nauda mokymuisi įvairių dalykų pamokose, ką mano apie IT naudojimą pamokose, kokias IT naudoja, kokių dalykų pamokose. Tyrėme tris grupes respondentų, kadangi norėjome įžvelgti IT teikiamą naudą iš trijų pusių: mokinių, mokytojų ir tėvų. Tyrimu nustatyta mokinių gebėjimai panaudoti informacines technologijas. Mokiniai, taip pat ir specialiųjų ugdymosi poreikių turintys mokiniai sugeba IT (kompiuterius) naudoti ne tik kompiuteriniams žaidimams žaisti, bet ir jį pritaikyti mokymuisi. Sugeba rasti reikiamos informacijos, moka naudotis įvairiomis kompiuterinėmis programomis. Tyrimu atskleidėm IT teikiamą naudą mokymosi rezultatams gerinti. Buvo nustatyta, kad naudojant IT pamoka tampa įdomesnės, efektyvesnės. Skatina mokinių teigiamą motyvaciją mokymuisi, ugdo kūrybiškumą. Atliktu tyrimu išaiškėjo, kad IT naudojamos įvairių dalykų pamokose, efektyvina mokymąsi, kadangi labiau įsimenama informacija, atsiranda didesnis noras mokytis, labiau įsigilinama į užduotis. Hypothesis was formulated: it is likely that the use of IT classroom and improve pupils learning motivation. The presence of 130 respondents, of which 80 general education pupils, 30 general education teacher and 20 parents. Questionnaire survey method was studied in the IT benefits of classroom learning different things, what you think about the use of IT lessons, which uses IT, what things in class. We analyzed three groups of respondents, because we wanted to see the benefits of IT from three sides: the pupils, teachers and parents. The study found pupils' ability to use information technology. Pupils, as well as special needs pupils can IT (computers) to use not only computer games but also to adapt it for learning. Able to find the necessary information, can use various computer programs. The investigation reveal benefits of IT to improve learning outcomes. It was found that the use of IT becomes more interesting lesson, more efficient. Promotes positive pupils motivation for learning, fosters creativity. The subject of the Master‘s Degree Thesis is political communication in personal politician‘s websites and social networking sites. The aim of the paper is to examine the use of information technologies, namely political websites and social networks, for the political communication in Lithuania by testing two hypothesis: 1) Lithuanian politicians do not exploit the full potential of internet multimedia, interactivity and information update possibilities; 2) Social networks in Lithuania are used for personal and casual rather than political ends seeking communication. The main tasks of the Thesis are as following: to define the concept of political communication and it’s models; to analyze the impact of information technologies on political communication and the way it is conducted; to perform quantitative and qualitative content analysis of the Seimas member’s websites and social profiles; to conduct the survey of Lithuanian parliament members about their communication on Facebook; to analyse the results and evaluate the use of political websites and Facebook for political communication in Lithuania. The majority of all organizations are small and middle size companies in Lithuania. Information technologies are one of the most important parts of enterprise even if IT is not core business. It’s needed to support company’s information systems in order to achieve high effectiveness of IT. The goal of this work is to propose IT support recommendations orientated to small and middle size Lithuanian companies. The recommendations are based on ITIL, CobiT and quality management standard ISO 9001:2000. This work presents support stages and required software for collecting and storing needed information and monitoring the system’s performance. This software can perform described tasks with minimum consumption of resources. Proposed recommendations are not related to core business and organization’s IT. They can be applied by organizations with support they IT by themselves and by IT support outsourcing companies.

Pašto siuntų registravimo ir klientų informavimo sistemos tyrimas / Research of parcel registration and client information system

The goal of this research is to create a modern computer system, which allows to trace a parcel location at any time and inform the consignor by sending an email or SMS. The client can by himself on the Internet, set the period for receiving messages to his email or telephone. The software will send information about attempted delivery times for the parcel to the consignee and his name and adreess. The system comprises the from following subsystems – order management system, transport management system, exception reporting, track and trace, warehouse management system, data warehouse and connectivity – information backbone. The office of exchange manager needs to know if a registered bag was not received on time, without looking through information on all bags arriving. Client needs to be informed that important parcels arrived when they arrived, without having to constantly look for it via the Internet. The answer is the modern paradigm of "Alert" and wireless communication. At the basis of the system is a set of definitions of events, targets, physical units and messages – alert definition, display and messages.
