O estudo analisa aspectos da comunicação institucional em sites e produtos de empresas brasileiras envolvidas na produção de livros, jornais e revistas, quanto a estratégias de sustentabilidade eventualmente existentes na cadeia de produção desses impressos, desde a fabricação do papel até a operação das gráficas, sobretudo no âmbito dos impactos ambientais. Foram estudadas as possibilidades e os limites das principais estratégias de sustentabilidade ligadas aos impactos ambientais da produção dos livros, jornais e revistas: certificação florestal (FSC e Cerflor/PEFC), certificação de sistema de gestão ambiental (ISO 14001), inventário de gases do efeito estufa e balanço social (ou relatório de sustentabilidade). A comunicação institucional sobre estratégias de sustentabilidade esteve mais presente em empresas do setor de papel e celulose do que nas empresas editoras de livros, jornais e revistas, sugerindo um debate sobre a flexibilidade dos critérios de verificação e certificação das estratégias de sustentabilidade e as eventuais justificativas da adesão e da divulgação, ou não, a essas estratégias. / The study analyses institutional communication aspects on Brazilian enterprises sites and products involved with the production of books, newspapers and magazines, concerning the strategies of sustainability eventually present in the chain of production of these forms, since the manufacture of the paper until the operation of the printing industry, specially what concerns the environmental impacts. We have studied the possibilities and the limits of the main strategies of sustainability attached to the environmental impacts on the production of books, newspapers and magazines: forest certification (FSC and Cerflor/PEFC), environmental management standard certification (ISO 14001), greenhouse gas inventory report and social balance sheet (or sustainability report). The institutional communication about the strategies of sustainability has been more present in the paper and cellulose sector than in books, newspapers and magazines publisher enterprises suggesting a debate about the flexibility criteria on the checking and certification strategies and the eventual justifications of adhesion and spread, or not, of these strategies.

A dissertação que apresento quer estudar os projetos sociais corporativos tendo como lugar epistemológico a sua dimensão comunicativa e, nesse sentido, observar a interação organização-fundação-comunidade como promotora de significados consensuais dos quais emerge e ganha contornos a imagem corporativa da organização. Sob o recorte da Comunicação Organizacional em sua modalidade Integrada (KUNSCH, 2003; YANAZE, 2007), no âmbito das organizações privadas, este estudo seguiu um percurso metodológico que vislumbrou, como objetivo principal, investigar de que maneira a comunicação institucional de uma indústria situada na capital paulista apropria-se de projetos de responsabilidade social corporativa (RSC) enquanto símbolos e os utiliza a fim de construir e compartilhar significados do mundo organizacional (imagem) a sua comunidade de entorno. / The thesis I present you want to study the corporate social projects taking place as epistemological its communicative dimension and, accordingly, observe the interactionfoundation-community organization as a promoter of meanings of which consensus emerges and takes shape the corporate image of the organization. Under the focus of Organizational Communication in its integrated form (KUNSCH, 2003; YANAZE, 2007), as part of private organizations, this study followed a methodological approach that envisions it, the main objective, to investigate how institutional communication of an industry located in the state capital appropriates projects of corporate social responsibility (CSR) as symbols and uses them to construct and share meanings of the organizational world (image) to its surrounding community.

A temática é relevante, uma vez que essa etapa da Educação Básica é problemática no país todo, detentora dos piores índices de proficiência, e muitas têm sido as reformas propostas para reverter a situação. Participaram da pesquisa de campo profissionais das escolas e da SRE de Passos, dos quais foram colhidos depoimentos. Também são considerados os dados apurados pelo CAEd, Inep, Meritt e SRE de Passos, bem como a legislação vigente, tanto estadual como federal. Os referenciais bibliográficos utilizados são, principalmente, de autoria de Claudio de Moura Castro, Simon Schwartsman, Maria Helena Guimarães de Castro, Sergio Tiezzi, Idalberto Chiavenato, Gustavo Gomes de Matos, Henry Mintzberg e Heloísa Lück, entre outros. Ao final das análises, que revelaram a existência de problemas na comunicação institucional desse processo de implementação, é formulado e apresentado um Plano de Ação Educacional, voltado à Gestão Escolar, no qual se propõem ações que venham a contribuir com a melhoria da comunicação institucional durante o processo de implementação de políticas públicas educacionais, sendo este uma adaptação do plano elaborado por Gustavo Gomes de Matos, em sua “Comunicação sem Complicação”. / This study was devoted to analyze how was performed the implementation of public policy for the High School, effective in the State of Minas Gerais, in three state schools belonging to the constituency of the Superintendência Regional de Ensino de Passos (SRE de Passos), observing the way that these norms were widespread in schools, to then propose an Educational Action Plan enabling improvement of assertiveness in this implementation process, that presented several deficiencies in the institutional communication. The theme is relevant, since this stage of Basic Education is problematic throughout the country, holder of the worst rates of proficiency, and many have been proposed reforms to reverse the situation. Professionals from schools and SRE de Passos have participated in the field research, which have given testimonies. Data compiled by CAEd, Inep, Meritt and SRE de Passos were also considered, as well as state and federal legislation. The bibliographical references are used, mainly, authored by Claudio de Moura Castro, Simon Schwartsman, Maria Helena Guimarães de Castro, Sergio Tiezzi, Idalberto Chiavenato, Gustavo Gomes de Matos, Henry Mintzberg and Heloísa Lück, among others. At the end of the analysis, which revealed the existence of problems in institutional communication in this implementation process, an Educational Action Plan has been formulated and submitted, returned to school management, which proposes actions that will contribute to the improvement of institutional communication during the process of implementing education public policy, which is an adaptation of that developed by Gustavo Gomes de Matos, in his "Communication without Entanglement".

Entre réinformation et complotisme : analyse des formes alèthurgiques et médiatiques des discours d’Alexis Cossette-Trudel en période d’incertitude pandémique

La méconnaissance du virus SARS-CoV-2 et une communication publique déficiente ont contribué à alimenter l’incertitude radicale depuis le début de la pandémie. Cette conjoncture est propice au déferlement de contre-discours dits « complotistes » dans les arènes numériques, théorisées ici en tant que « forums hybrides » (Callon, Lascoumes et Barthe, 2001). Les institutions publiques et médiatiques, en ostracisant ce contre-public et en privilégiant une approche épistémologique qui consiste à débusquer les informations problématiques qui circulent, échouent à comprendre la préférence d’une frange somme toute assez importante de la population pour les vérités dites « alternatives », relayées par des leaders éloquents et persuasifs, au détriment des preuves scientifiques. Alexis Cossette-Trudel, figure de proue du mouvement complotiste au Québec et en Europe francophone, propage sa « réinformation » sur les réseaux sociaux depuis 2017 et prétend dire vrai. D’abord peu populaire, la pandémie de COVID-19 l’a propulsé au « sommet ». Il est devenu le maître à penser de milliers de gens fâchés; des personnes qui le croient et qui se méfient des discours officiels, mettant ainsi la santé publique en péril. On est alors à même de se demander comment il y parvient. En analysant les formes médiatiques et alèthurgiques de son discours (à partir des modes de véridiction de Michel Foucault), l’intuition qui est explorée dans ce mémoire – et qui tend à se confirmer – est que le contexte d’incertitude pandémique offre à Cossette-Trudel les conditions de possibilité et de médialité qui, étroitement interreliées, lui permettent de poser et maintenir son ascendant au sein de son forum hybride ad hoc, témoignant du retour d’une (mauvaise) parrêsia politique. / The lack of knowledge about the SARS-CoV-2 virus and poor public communication have contributed to the radical uncertainty that has existed since the beginning of the pandemic. This situation is favorable to the outpouring of so-called conspiracy counter-discourses in digital arenas, theorized here as “hybrid forums” (Callon, Lascoumes and Barthe, 2001). Public and media institutions, by ostracizing this counter-public and by privileging an epistemological approach that consists of debunking problematic information that circulates, fail to understand the preference of a rather large fringe of the population for so-called “alternative” truths, relayed by eloquent and persuasive leaders, to the detriment of scientific evidence. Alexis Cossette-Trudel, a leading figure in the conspiracy movement in Quebec and French-speaking Europe, has been spreading his “reinformation” on social networks since 2017 and claims to be telling the truth. Initially not very popular, the COVID-19 pandemic has propelled him to the “top”. He has become the thought leader for thousands of angry people; people who believe him and distrust the official discourse, thus putting public health at risk. We can then ask ourselves how he achieves this. By analyzing the media and alethurgic forms of his discourse (based on Michel Foucault's modes of veridiction), the intuition that is explored in this memoir – and which tends to be confirmed – is that the context of pandemic uncertainty offers Cossette-Trudel the conditions of possibility and mediality which, closely interrelated, allow him to establish and maintain his ascendancy within his ad hoc hybrid forum, testifying to the return of a (bad) political parrêsia.

Diese Arbeit untersucht mündliche Kommunikation zwischen Mitarbeitern einer deutschen Ausländerbehörde und ihren Klienten. Anhand authentischer Gesprächsaufnahmen und Ergebnissen teilnehmender Beobachtung sowie unter Einsatz der funktional-pragmatischen Diskursanalyse wird erforscht, wie Behördenvertreter im Zuge der Anliegensbearbeitung Wissen an ihre ausländischen Klienten vermitteln. Die Spezifik des Handlungsfelds Ausländerbehörde wird anhand bereits vorhandener Forschungsergebnisse und eigener Daten rekonstruiert. Es ergibt sich ein Bild starker Dichotomie, was das Wissen und die Handlungsmöglichkeiten der Klienten und Agenten der Behörde betrifft. Diese Zweiteilung, die daraus resultierende Dominanz der Institution und die sozialwissenschaftlich belegte Unzufriedenheit der Aktanten ergeben in der Summe ein hohes latentes Konfliktpotential. Durch die existentielle Bedeutung der ausländerbehördlichen Handlungen für die Klienten wird dieses Potential noch verstärkt. Die Problematik wird zudem verschärft durch Kulturdifferenzen und Fremdsprachlichkeit, die dieser Kommunikation inhärent sind. Die Arbeit geht davon aus, dass diese Spezifika des Handlungsfeldes dem vermittelnden Agentenhandeln ein besonderes Gewicht verleihen. Solches sprachliches Handeln äußert sich im Bemühen um Verständigung und Reduzierung des Konfliktpotentials. In der Untersuchung wird demonstriert, dass die szenische Rede ein für solche Ziele geeignetes sprachliches Mittel darstellt.
